Not user friendly nor smart. This is one of those “21 questions” style user interface. In order to purchase the same smoothie that I get at the same store on a regular basis, I have to go through five or six screens every single time. There should be a way to expedite the process.

Meh. Online ordering works but the graphics are lacking and no description of customization options. Loyalty points don’t always accrue when scanned at the register. The rewards menu doesn’t show redemption values. I cannot see my past purchase history and do not receive receipts for mobile orders, which is probably illegal. I’m dreading the remaining Project Juice locations transitioning to Earthbar. Update 4/20/2022: In the last two updates I have to sign in every time I open the app. So annoying!

Autocomplete for payment info doesn’t work. Seems like not all fields are correctly identified and this autocomplete works only on some

Half the locations don’t work. Whenever ordering in person, the cashier is NEVER able to accept the barcode. Not sure if it’s an issue w the app or with Equinox… regardless it’s a crappy experience.

Love this app, love Earthbar!!. Pretty convenient to use

My order wasn’t ready on time. I ordered my smoothie 10 min ahead of time on 5/23 and my smoothie was suppose to be ready at 3:39 and when I walked in exactly at 3:39 she was barley putting everything in the blender and it was dead inside I was the only one there. But thanks for making me late to work now definitely won’t be back anytime I’m on my way somewhere

Not sure how this app is over 4 stars. With all of the low ratings how is the current rating of this app at 4.8 UI is mediocre, loyalty program doesn’t always work, and it’s just not easy / intuitive to use. We realize there are other Apps to use to get your product, but why come out with something subpar and actively market it. Fix your app

Mediocre. Pretty weak app. Limited functionality, no Wallet loyalty card export, difficult notification management, no way to see locations.

Buggy. App made me delete my payment method and then would not allow me to add one. :( App is useless if you can’t place an order.

Please improve. The smoothies used to be better, thicker and more consistent and the employees used to be far friendlier.

Doesn’t keep me signed in. What’s the point of having an app if you have to resign in every time you want to order?? Also would be nice if you had the nutritional value listed.

Won’t let me sign up. Never get the email confirmation in the sign up process.
