App won’t let me pick a time. Basically unable to order because I tap on time and see checkbox but when I get back out of drop down nothing was selected. iPhone 14 pro max on latest IOS as of Jan 30.

Foods great, app is clunky. The app needs a lot more work to be efficient for the user. I have to restart my order at least once every time. It’s also a bit misleading (and I think that’s intended) because if you press the ‘+’ key next to the menu item you want, it adds it to cart without asking for for the additional salsas and chips, or other modifications. It will get the job done overall but just not very intuitive.

Loyalty Program is Pointless. The new rewards program is pointless. I go to Chiloso just about every week. I've scanned the app every time and the offers I've received are useless to me. I understand why they switched from the punch card system, but we need to be more in control of our rewards. Similar to other food places. The app itself is extremely minimalistic.

Terrible.. Do better.

The app is just ok. The app is hard to have any customizations at all. Example-I don’t want pico with the jalapeños in my quesadilla but I can’t request it to be taken off. Other than that, the food is ok. A few menu items aren’t on there but it get us by.

👎🏼. Horrible to operate and very limited on customization for food items. I would recommend calling in an order or going to the restaurant.

App stop working. The app stop working after updating and can not access to reset password even when requesting password reset link. App is useless!!!

Rewards don’t work. This app is great for mobile ordering, but I can’t get it to apply my free entree reward at checkout. I click to redeem the reward and then it tells me “discount code not found”.

Customer loyalty. Your loyalty points don’t work on this app I’ve eaten there 6 times and only got credit for one meal. 2nd takes 24 hours to even appear on the app. 3nd train your cashiers to make sure clients get credit for meals

Needs a lot of changes. Please change the UI
