ONE pizza for the price of TWO!. Placed my first order on the app for pickup. My AmEx app showed I paid for a pizza. But when I arrived, the store had no record of the order. The app also showed no sign of a previous order. Not a good start. I showed the Orange Village manager my AmEx charge and he made no effort to fix.

Quick and easy ordering!. Gets the job done fast and easy!

Horrible App. Forgot to scan the app to receive reward point The App does NOT have an option to manually enter receipt to receive reward points after the order

Good when it works. I can’t rely on the app working. Sometimes after putting together my order, it just says there is an error, try again later. When it works, I like the app.

Useless. Despite scanning every time we go, my purchases rarely register towards rewards. No option to scan the receipt for rewards. One time I was redeeming points for a free pizza and although the points were subtracted from my account, I was still being charged for the pizza. The guy at the register had to manually take it off.

Trouble ordering. I love Pizza Press but the app needs a lot of work. For one, it doesn’t give me the option to order a “Publish Your Own Pizza.” Second, not all the ingredients are available, especially ones that are exclusive to certain locations. Until the app is updated to fix these issues, I will refrain from using it and place the order in store, even though the line can get ridiculously long.

Convenient to use. App works well

Poor design. App doesn’t work. Cannot get a connection while in the store and employees don’t know how the app works. They entered my code and I still can’t get points.

Incorrect order when using this app. I used this app to order and the order was not delivered to the store correctly. The app defaults to no finishings and therefore does not include all items on the pizza when ordered as is off the menu. In order to get a pizza the way it is described on the menu, you have to use the “customize” operation and manually add the finishings that you expect to be on the pizza. The app sends the store “NO FINISHINGS” even when they should be included. The website is correct for ordering, but the app is not - disappointed the app sent the incorrect order to the restaurant resulting in my pizza missing toppings.....

Terrible. Weird errors, bad UI. Just terrible.

Just Doesn’t Work. I can never seem to complete an order. Most of the time it lets me do the whole process but then the payment won’t work. Just a big waste of time.

Horrible app. Love love pizza press. But this app is horrible and doesn’t work.

Doesn’t Work. I can’t add any pizza to my cart. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app if you can’t order with it.

Promo’s don’t apply. They run special app promos but then there is no way to receive them, even when you follow the instructions they provide. Staff were nice in store and redeemed through a manual purchase, not through the app.

Great Pizza, Terrible App. Pizza press serves up good pizza, but the app is not good. For instance, Just tried to apply some rewards point to a mobile order, but the option to do so at checkout was missing and it still took my points away! The UI is barely intuitive, ordering can be cumbersome and confusing. Please improve the app!
