Tparker. Love the game. Takes my money and no coins. I have asked for help. No reply. They don’t even reply on here, to someone else that paid money and didn’t receive coins. How about replying to teddy bear 972?

Takes your money. I purchased coins that equals $57.00 and $5.95 on July 27,2020. I still have not had coins added to my account on the game. I purchased $14.98 coins again still not be added to my account. I enjoyed the game up to this happen.

False advertisement. If I could give this negative stars I would. I like the ad you had, so I downloaded the game, but it’s nothing like that! Why the need to false advertise? It’s a very boring game and I’m highly disappointed. I’m deleting the app as soon as I finish this review.

Lacks vocabulary. Pros: The animations are cute, I guess. Cons: You’re bombarded with ads very quickly. - Prices for purchases seem outrageous. ($29.95? Really?) - Vocabulary seems arbitrarily limited. (Some common words, like “cad”, are not recognized.) In all, a frustrating game. Not worth the time to figure out what words it doesn’t know.

Upset at not getting a response. I have contacted support about 5 different times concerning my purchases of the piggy bank. I have been playing this game for quite a long time and never had a problem with receiving any of my purchases. I have bought the piggy bank at least 6 times in the past year and it will show purchase successful and then not credit it to me. I am on a tight retired budget and I don’t spend a lot on games. Can you help me please?

Ad?. This game looked so cool on the ad. But then I started playing the actual game and it was nothing like the ad. Also all the levels were very hard for me and they should be a little easier. Whatever happened to the clickbait. I’m going to go play an actually decent word game. Thank you.

Improper words are used.. I believe the developers’ first language is not English. Names of countries are used as words and the definitions often lack common English terms of usage.

This app is stupid. The ads are clickbait and these developers are just greedy jerks that just care about money and downloads. The horrible app deserves 0 stars.

Nothing Like The Ad. I saw the ad of this game and it looked dumb and I gave it a shot but fist on the ad it looked like a woman going around and lost her job what I got a woman with messy hair talking to another woman and you find words but the screen where you see the woman is super small and nothing like the ad

Got ripped off!. I have been playing this game for a year and I’m at level 1584. After you get to higher levels it’s kind of boring; at least for me. I continued to play to see how many levels it goes to. I figured I would buy some coins to speed it along a few days ago. I did not receive coin packs even though I was charged for them. $4.99 twice and ended up calling Apple to dispute the charges. Now I have to wait to get refund. What a bummer and a hassle.

Did not receive coins purchased. I purchased a package for $12.99 and did not receive it. I have waited a while and it still has not appeared. I will be reversing this charge with my bank ASAP

THIS APP IS CLICKBAIT. I saw an ad for this app and it looked fun and exciting. The ad I saw was about a women needing to wear the right things to her boyfriends party. She ends up wearing the wrong thing. And her boyfriend breaks up with her. When I downloaded the app it was just another one of those word scramble games. If your going to make the app sound exciting then make it exciting. I HATE CLICKBAIT!!!!!!

WORD. I love this game! It helps you learn to understand the definition of the word and build your vocabulary and memory! It’s also a very addictive game!!!!! I give it 5 stars

Game. More clues needs some improvement and more hints with out this game wanting coins.

Mind games. This keeps your mind busy ,it’s a fun game.

Misleading game/app ad. I hate when companies use an ad that does not represent actual game play. The ad made it look like an interesting game until you get it and it’s just another word swipe game. Waste of time...

It’s ok I guess. I was mislead by the add, i thought it was going to be like Devil Wears Prada but it wasn’t that was the part I was excited about. Its fun but, there’s so many games like that. It’s pretty disappointing.

Awful hints. Played game was ok but when I asked for a hint for the word open the hint was close. How are either of those words related.

Disappointed. I saw an ad about this game and thought it was pretty cool. When I got the game, I was so disappointed on how it really is. I hope it improves because it could be a much better game.

I’m stuck. I can’t figure out how to use the useless letters in level 102. It’s frustrating because I can’t find answers anywhere.

Ok game. This game is fun, but I don't like that you have to pay real money to get the coins that you collect from the bonus words. To me that is a total rip off.😡

CLICKBAIT. I wanted this game because it had a fun and interesting ad and when I got it it was boring and not anything close to the ad so if your going to make an ad for your game don’t lie about it!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME!!!I HATE CLICKBAIT!!!!

Screen. I’m on a high level and when I reached the next game the screen went white. Can’t play the game and I sent numerous emails to report this. I love this game but I wish they would fix the app

Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your time. You can not connect to Facebook because the app is off line. The boggle section won’t load at all. Sad because it could be a really good game. Also tried to email their support and the address isn’t active.

It’s good but not like the ads. It’s a fun game but not like the ads I wouldn’t suggest changing the ads but to change the game to what the ads are

Too expensive. While I enjoy playing the game, I too was misled by the ad. That being said, the prices for in app purchases are way to high for those of us on a budget! It would also be nice if we could get the daily coins for free instead of putting them into a piggy bank I can’t afford to purchase. Same with the daily challenge. I realize the goal of creating an app is to make money but your prices are far higher than any of the other games I play.

Lexicon makes no sense. Many correctly spelled common words are not taken as “correct” words in the game... No relief is given for suggesting additions or corrections to the current (and somewhat narrow) lexicon.

Ok. It was a fun game but it was nothing like the ad. I’m the ad it showed matching the words to the picture but it didn’t have that.

Update. The new update is horrible! It would be nice if you fixed the bonus level, it’s been the same one FOREVER! Not liking this game so much since the update .

Boo! Super boring! Nothing like the ad and the pictures!. It was super boring if was just the other games..it had almost nothing like what the pictures and ad said! Improve you game! And make an app that is actually what it is supposed to be like from the ads and pictures! Make something better.

Terrible Chinese game.. Misspelled words on a game about words is irony at its best. Another terrible game made by a Chinese technology company.

Not happy. The commercial showed sorting hats and purses and matching words to objects. It looked fun so I downloaded it. I started playing and it was nothing like the commercial.

Challenge game. Why is the challenge game always the same letters spelling out the big word “wayward”. It is totally boring to play the same thing over and over and over again.

Blank screen. I’ve reached level 7986 and it won’t let me go no further and the screen is completely blank! The challenge round won’t let me go no further either and it’s upsetting because it’s been this way for months! I’ve deleted and downloaded it a bunch of times and the same thing keeps happening!!!
