Best gacha Ive played. Ive been playing for almost a year and Im still hooked. The devs keep us going with so many updates that its almost impossible to keep up sometimes. The inclusion of new characters and side stories keeps me motivated and just exited for whats to come. Compared to other gacha this one comes out on top definitely. The summon rates are actually really good. There’s no pay wall. I personally haven't spent a single cent on the game and each time new characters get released, at least 8 out of 10 times do I get them all, per event. The satisfaction of actually getting your efforts and the time you've put in rewarded is what puts this game at the top.

Need to allow to transfer accounts from other platforms.. By the time of this review, I been playing Azur Lane on my iPad for years now and made a lot of progress. However, the game takes up way to much space. I checked my storage to see that apps takes up over half of my storage, which is odd because this is literally the only app I have. I try to download it on my phone, but I can’t seem to recover my iPad account. Instead I had to start a new account. I really don’t want to start over years of achievements, plus I’m a level 90-99. I would have gave this a lower rating because of I can’t recover my account... but I still had fun playing the game so I only giving it a three stars for now until this is fixed.

Great game. This is one of the best (tied with honkai) with being one of the most giving f2p games on the anime side of apps, the ships are cool and actually have a few references in their art style, though i would like to see a few more un known ships like the USS New Orleans she’s a special case from light cruiser to heavy cruiser because of her guns, she survived pearl harbor with no major damage, she took part in the battle of midway, eastern solomans, and her most interesting bit was tassafaronga where she had her bow blown off, lost a main battery, and she made it to Tulagi (going at 2.3 mph) where they camouflaged her from air raids and used coconut wood to jury rig a bow then made her way to sydney australia then after getting repaired made it to puget Sound naval Shipyard in washington.

Totally a Five Star if you’re looking for a grind. This game is great if you’re a fan of the art style and want something simple to pass the time and keep you occupied. It doesn’t take very long to figure out the finer details of the game and the community is more helpful than the ones in most games. More often than not there will be someone who will answer your questions within seconds. The only issue I’ve encountered is that at the end of an event there is no overlap on collection of rewards. For most people it’s not an issue, but since I’ve not even been playing a month at this point I wasn’t at a sufficient level for the event, power leveled, and completed the event with less than a minute to collect my rewards. When I went to collect I instead was met with an infinite load due to the start of maintenance for the next event. I’ll happily revise this and change to a five star once I see that ended events stay in the event tab for an extra day or three upon the completion of an event (just in case there are others like me or I’m unfortunate enough to pull another 24 hour shift at work on the end day of an event and am unable to collect the rewards in time; plus there are those who simply forget and that second chance would go a long way for them too).

This is a fun game. Ok so recently I had to get a new phone so I lost all my stuff but before that I played the game a lot. It’s a fun and rather addictive game that’s really well made and has interesting gameplay. Originally when I got the game I was expecting to not really like it since I personally am not much of an anime fan but I ended up liking the game and the characters. Really what made me like the game was the characters and the gameplay, I liked how the gameplay is done making it a bit of a tactical game but still fun, and most of the characters were pretty entertaining in both design and dialogue. Unfortunately since I got a new phone I lost all my stuff so I probably won’t play the game anymore since I got really really far into it but if your a bit iffy on the game I’d say give it a try even if your not much of an anime person.

Really Good Game. This game is hands down the best Gatcha game I have ever played. The game is really generous with the ship building materials and also rewards hard work instead of just making you spend money. A lot of people complain about not being able to get what they want but remember, in other games, they wouldn’t even give you an option and make you spend money to unlock it. Some of the best ships in the game (Priority Ships, Retrofits) can only be gotten by playing and gives you FLEX material that incompetent gemmers would beg on their knees for. Hell, a lot of people who get angry at Azur Lane are gemmers. If you are patient and take you time playing the game, not wasting gems, and saving cubes then your patience will be rewarded. If you don’t get that one ship then there will always be a rerun. Also, PLEASE BIND YOUR ACCOUNT. If you love the game or hate it, bind your account because if you delete it and you come back, your gonna look realllll stupid. (TL;DR): Really? Don’t you know all good reviews are long? Go back and read it you (Hopefully) future lazy shikkan.

Good game, wish there was a way to boot synced websites n stuff. Back In January, I downloaded the game. Later, I seemed to magically complete the 1st stage of the game without doing it. I ignored the strange fact and continued playing, collecting good ships and more. Then, a account named “pavium” had logged in via Yostar. I had no idea how he got there, but he was there. I tried retiring my ships and selling my items, but he added a lock for those features, and I obviously didn’t know the passcode. So there I was, disappointed in losing my account to some stranger, and no way to fix it. I tried contacting the Help center, but that didn’t work. I said goodbye to my hard work, and logged out. I deleted the app and never downloaded it again ever since. For new players who are reading this: SYNC YOUR ACCOUNT! Or you might learn the hard way, like I did. I don’t know what’s happened to the account now, but they are probably enjoying my Hood, Mikasa, and a few limited items like the Haruka ship, from the Idolmaster collab. 9/10, still disappointed that there wasn’t a tip for syncing. Maybe it’s my responsibility anyway. Good game overall.

A great game to kill time with. I personally love this game because I can play it without getting bored and I like games like these. It’s a game where you don’t have to spend money but if you want to you can, now me I’m a free to play player and you don’t have to spend money to get pass pay walls and I don’t think there are any pay walls and I like that. Also there are lots of events so you don’t have to do the same thing over and over again. Also I found this game through a post on Reddit and it got my curiosity and downloaded it and I’m happy I did. So in summary this is a fun game where you build anime girl ships, do missions and play events and much more.

A Gatcha with Historical Depth. The Ads for this game can be confusing but to clarify, this is a bullet hell style Naval warfare game centering a Gatcha element. The Artstyle is Anime, and while it is a fun game in it’s basest form, there is actual historical depth to each “shipgirl” as they are all based on actual ships that served during World War 2. You’ll often find voice lines and character interactions in story plot lines that are heavily based on events in the Pacific Theater and even the European waters during that time period. What’s more is that the game and all events are extremely free to play. While there are obvious incentives to invest real money in the game via micro transactions, there’s multiple ways to circumvent the need to spend, via plying the game and using resources correctly. This coupled with the fact the game developers are actively engaged with the community and updating the game regularly to feature new events and aesthetics really go a long way in making this the most fun I’ve had with a mobile game in years. Oh and there’s an Anime based on the game. It’s becoming its own universe!

Probably the most player friendly Gacha game. I’ve been playing Azur Lane for a long while. Not once have I had to say to myself: “I think I need to drop X dollars for this new character (or ship)!” It just doesn’t happen. If you play and plan accordingly, none of the characters in banners will be unobtainable for you. The game is INCREDIBLY player friendly. I’ve played an unbelievable amount of gacha games, and spent good amounts of money on a lot of them. Azur lane is the only one I can really say I spent money not for obtaining characters, but literally for their skins. I will say that as the game progresses though, I have spent money on Dock spaces. Azur lane is consistently getting more and more player friendly and is overall an enjoyable game. Not just because of art and skins, but I find the somewhat simple gameplay to be a nice thing to do on the side. PvP is also a very unnecessary thing: you can easily choose not to do it. Out of all the gacha games I’ve played over the years, let me drop a few names: Epic seven, Genshin, blue archive, alchemy stars, Arknights, bleach Brave souls, fgo, battle cats, honkai impact 3, azur Lane has been the one that I’ve stuck with the longest that I have enjoyed. (I played most of these for a long time and in depth, while a few I sorta dropped pretty quickly) Note that I am the type of person to be a collector in gacha games as well as like to have the “best” characters. Azur lane in that regard has never been a struggle for me.

Interesting yet still needs work. Played on one server until a friend told me he’s on different one. 1. This is bad for me since pre registered does not carry over to different servers. 2. If you delete the app to start fresh you lose it anyway ( bye bye Yorktown) 3. After switching servers i started the tutorial and then something came up. I closed the app did my business and came back. This was during the first “build” tutorial part, this led the game to think I don’t need the tutorial anymore and I’m floating blind. I was like what? I only got to mission 3 on the other server. What do I do now??!! Hopefully the devs could fix this. So far it’s interesting but the flaws make me not want to play, especially if I encountered these frustrating elements so early in the game. Thanks for listening.

Wow, all my progress.. I’m personally really angry. I’ve been playing for little over 2 months now since the hololive event and my account was deleted. I had bounded my account to my yostar account because I had progressed so much and already started paying for gems not a lot but I had bought gems. My phone had no extra space so the app instantly refreshed for an update in game, but when it noticed no space for the update it promptly deleted itself. I made space to download azur lane again and when I logged in all my progress was gone. I had leveled myself to lv66 had Portland Long Island Laffey retrofitted and at lv100 I had several sr ships from events including fubuki all of the cherry blossom event ships and all of the current maid event ships acquired as well as my favorite atago of which I bought skins for and now it’s gone. I’m absolutely furious. All my ships all my effort gone just because the app reset itself because I had no space. Yostar please fix this because arknights did the same and hopefully when I login I have all my operators. To other players please be careful and make sure your account is bound and always linked on the login screen because if it isn’t that means the account may have been unlinked some how. I guess I’ll quit playing azur lane now this literally killed my enjoyment I had for this game. My account name was Epicprotroll a name that had grew on me since I used my brothers old 360 name and now it’s all gone.

The issues in one star reviews are outdated. Here’s a summary of the negatives reviews of this game. -Game doesn’t work properly because their phones are old. Simple solution, get better phones -They paid for gems but didn’t get them. The devs patched that three weeks ago. -Lost account even after linking to Facebook. This one I don’t know the solution of. -Can’t see the live2d moving wallpapered or hears no sound. Go to settings and download the extra packs -Time gated by oil. This one is actually false, they give you a ton of free oil in this game, the only way to run out is by playing like 5-10 hours a day. -Server issues. Ironed out since release All in all, I would highly recommend this game, especially if you don’t want to pay a dime. Free to play players enjoy the same game as the paid players, minus a few minor quality of life advantages like extra form space and shipyard space. The devs are beyond generous with this game and it’s not a pay to win at all. For example, as a casual free player who just started playing five days ago, I pulled the Super Super Rare Amagi and Hood already. At a 7% SSR rate per pull, this is one of the most generous gacha games out there.

Better gatcha game. I started playing this game in early December. I got hooked onto this very quickly. Before hitting level 60, you have lots of content to unlock and obtain. While premium currency helps out, the game allows players to obtain majority of the main aspects without having to spend money. However, premium currency is rather difficult to get due to little tasks to obtain them. But you’ll be able to progress through the game without having to spend a dollar. The game offers new content regularly, which keeps you active on the game. Worth giving a try, don’t be discouraged with any real life money offers, the gatcha system is fair enough.

Game is good needs tweaks. The game is very good but as a F2P player the only problem I have with it is there are no consistent ways to get gems even if it’s a small amount. They could make a way to get them somewhat consistently there is no daily to get them and there is only a very small chance to get them from urgent commissions makes you hit somewhat of a roadblock because there is no way to increase your dock capacity without gems so I would very much prefer to have someway to get like 10-20 gems per day at a consistent rate but that probably won’t happen and I’ll eventually have to drop the game from hitting roadblocks and max dock capacities so much.

Best f2p game on my phone. So the in-app currency purchase system isn’t necessary to get to max level. I mostly work in-front of a computer all day; so having my phone in front of me to press buttons is easy. The game is basically automatic because otherwise it’s just an on-screen left analog with 3 activation icons for cooldown abilities. The story is actually interesting and the characters each have a personality. It has daily rewards, unique day specific activities, PvP, 6-different types of chatrooms, guilds(no guild pvp yet but they’re probably planning to release it when it’s down -1 Star) and you get your own dorm. It’s a unique game for any anime fan who like interesting projects in the industry. Type-moon fan? We got you. Girls n panzer fan? We got you. Id@lmaster fan? We got you. Besides the guild pvp not being released yet making guilds useless, solid fun mobile game which is saying a lot.

Been playing this game for 4 years and it’s almost perfect except…. My only complaint with the game is that you can’t get cross over ships when the event is over, would be nice if the event was in the war archives or there was a shop added to let you get the cross over ships like once a month, when doing events in general you might miss at less one ship so it’s pretty annoying having to wait for the event to rerun, otherwise I’m just grinding for affection for each ship every day, having even more fun with the game since they added meta ships and other events they add about each month or so, I would give this game a 4.8 star’s, almost perfect.

The best balanced F2P. At first I thought “maybe this is going to be one of those F2P games that block people with energy bars, or time limits backed with micro transactions” and well i was completely wrong. Azur lane does have “oil” which is used for attacks pretty often depending on your play style but you always or most of the time find yourself exceeding the capacity which lets you play whenever you want. That and gems which are available from micro transactions are obtainable for free with quests and missions. This is definitely one of the most balanced free games I’ve seen yet. Also a great team keeps this game updated with new content pretty often so that’s a huge plus.

Fantastic game but I wish it didn’t take up so much space.. I’ve played Azur Lane for almost three years at this point and it’s been worth all the time I’ve put into it. Building rates are very player-friendly and it’s easy to stock up on building resources as well. The constant events are perfectly paced and bring a good amount of variety. Premium currency (Gems) are plentiful, there are quite a few ways to earn them in other ways besides just buying them. The devs also give them out for free every once in a while too. This game is very friendly towards players that don’t want to spend any money. My only grape with this game is that it’s absolutely huge. I know there really isn’t much that can be done about that but it does cause problems for me every once in a while. Fantastic game overall!

Great game but one issue. This is a fun game that seems to have a lot to offer without being one of those games that has so many in app purchases to a point where you feel like you have to spend money. But I have one issue about how I can save my data in case I change or lose phones. Personally I’m not very interested in social media so the fact that I can only save data through social media is a little frustrating. I’ve played some app games that let you use your email or make a game account so you can log in to save and transfer data. I’ve never worked with games so I’m not sure if that’s easy to add in but I think it would be useful especially if something happened to a social media account and then you lose data.

Game is good but I need help. The game is good and I have an enjoyable time playing it, but there is a problem that needs to be fixed. When I started playing this game, I ended up amassing a large amount of oil from the rewards from the inbox that exceeds the max amount of oil. I could not get more oil from the academy, but I could get extra oil along with the other stuff that comes with the oil. I would play this game quite often but I wouldn’t really use up a lot of oil. Then, at some point a new update came out. I don’t really know when the update came, but when I decided to hop back on one day, I checked my inbox and tried to collect the rewards in it. Here’s where the problem arises. I can’t collect any of the rewards that include oil in them. Now, this would be understandable if I had the max amount of oil. I would simply just play the game a bit, spend some oil, and collect the rewards. Not very difficult to do. But, as of right now, I have like 27,000 oil. My max oil is 5,000. There is nothing in the game that lets me spend that much oil. I would have to level up to raise my max oil or just try and spend it by doing sorties. I don’t really want to spend hours trying to get rid of unneeded oil just to collect something. Could you please fix this problem. The amount of oil I have does not matter to me. I do not need any more oil. I wouldn’t care if you decided to take away all of that oil at this point.

Issues with torpedoes. This game is overall a great game. Collecting ships to them fight with them. But I’m gonna make this short and say that there’s only one major issue. Torpedos. Now when I encounter Them in a game, it’s not much trouble because you can easily evade them. But what pisses me off is that I occasionally forget about the torpedos when they fire. I’ll try to dodge them and I do, but the torpedo still explodes and does a lot of damage. And it didn’t even touch me. Another issue with torpedos is that when the enemy fires them, they usually do it from behind there own ship. Resulting in 3 torpedos phasing through an enemy ship to hit me. Please fix these physics. I get that this isn’t supposed to be realistic, but that doesn’t mean the torpedos don’t have to be

Please check your reconnect logic. I'm giving you a 5 star because this is a pretty good quality game. But can you please take a look at how you reconnect when you have a connection failure? Recently I've been getting consistent disconnections for no reason. Sometimes I have 4g lte full signal and my other apps is connecting fine. But your game keeps kicking me out with a server maintenance error. This happens constantly at around 6pm everyday where I'm trying to complete my daily exercises. What is your retry logic? How many times do you retry and how long do you wait before the next ping? This is a pretty well solved problem in app development and can you please adopt some modern frameworks? Thank you.

I want to give a better rating, but...... Two words. Constant crashes. I have an iPad mini 2, and I have iOS 12. The game’s description says that I need iOS 9.0 or higher, and that it is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Unfortunately, “compatible” doesn’t mean “well-working” to the producers. I would like to see an update that helps devices that are lagging behind not crash so often. It normally happens after every mission, most prominently the event missions, and if I stay on the app for more than about 10mins. Luckily, the game logs in quickly, but it is still an inexcusable amount of crashing. Please, for me and any others having this same problem, fix this. It is my belief that to fix this issue, the app itself must be updated, rather than having in-game updates that add events that just crash after every mission. Some would say to get better devices to fix this problem, but not everyone can afford such a thing, so it is the duty of the company to try to be user-friendly.

Fun collecting game but could be more fun. The collecting part of this game is fun and addicting and it is really awesome since a lot of the characters have amazingly beautiful/sexy designs! :P My biggest gripes with this game that need to be evened and ironed out; 1.)Game is wayyyyy to repetitive and has many pointless mini games that are really boring. 2.) Getting gems is really really time consuming and they are so rare and hard to come by! Especially when you any certain costumes! If you don’t have a certain character you can’t get their costume! 3.) Sooooo many updatesssss lol and most importantly—-> 4.) Why do you take away certain ships and their costumes from purchasing!? There is a specific time frame to where you have to save up gems(which take FOREVER to get) and also beat, meet, or complete specific rules to obtain them... Plus it’s already a random number generator to get the specific girl/ship you want! Also, please bring back the special event ships that have been in the past like Baltimore and Algerie! Please! Other than those completely honest reviews this game is still worth playing! If at least number 4 could fixed to where you can at least buy the ships you want that would be totally great and I would be satisfied👍🏻

COIN SYSTEM HAS TO BE FIXED!!. Ever since I started playing Azur Lane it has been a great time. I was enjoying the game and patiently waiting for the next banner for the new ship. Then, finally the new UR came out, the new ship looked amazing and I’ve been saving cubes forever. There was just one problem, the coins. Now why do we need 1500 gold for EACH ship build. For newer players and ftp players that’s just insane. I’ve spent a good amount of money into this game and guess where I had to put it into, the coins. I thought at first that we would be able to get any character with the amount of cubes we got, but no coins were the real issue. There aren’t enough sources for coins. Yes, a coin storage, campaign, and events, but that’s hardly enough. Campaign literally gives you a couple 100 coins at BEST. That’s insane and I would have to do a whole days of farming for about 2 rolls. This is just unfair and coins are a big problem. Ship building should cost less coins, or more ways of getting coins should be incorporated into the game. Also, the 1.2% UR rates just seem unreal. They are high for a gacha game, but I’ve personally rolled over 100 times and haven’t gotten the new ship as well as people I know have t received the new ship in over 100 rolls. Seems a bit weird. I apologize for my rant, maybe I’m just upset at my misfortune, but I believe that receiving more coins would really improve the game.

Best Mobile Game. Honestly, this game is a perfect representation of what mobile games should be like. It has generous Devs that actually listen to the community and interacts with them effectively. It is VERY F2P friendly and there’s no actual P2W elements. You can get almost everything you want with honest grinding. Not only that, the community is very helpful and supportive, with the best meme series and helpful guides. There is essentially no drama. Over 99% (in my experience) of the community will support your waifu choices. There is no waifu shaming. Meta and Waifu actually coexist. Even compared to console and pc games, Azur Lane is definitely up there with the best in terms of game performance. The Devs constantly fix bugs and issues with their server maintenances and on top of that, give compensation for maintenance wait times (in the form of Coins, Oil, Rations, Gems, etc.). All in all, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who’s a fan of anime or anime-esque things. Don’t just take my word for it, go see the community on Reddit for yourself at r/AzurLane. It’s all memes, laughs, helpful support, and even some cultured content.

After 2 full years I quit.. I started playing this game back in April 2020. I’m currently lv. 120 and decided that I just can’t keep playing this game anymore unfortunately. Don’t get me wrong, the gacha rates are extremely generous and the cultured Skins is what makes this game truly standout. I’m just sharing my thoughts as a 2nd year player. I love the character designs and the factions they represent. But the core gameplay mechanics just doesn’t cut it out in 2022. Games like Genshin Impact, Hi3 and punishing gray raven set the bar high for gameplay on mobile gacha games. I doubt Yostar will make a sequel mobile game (but please make a Azur lane 2 in 3D please Yostar? Just don’t make it boring like AL crosswave.) Even girl’s frontline saw the writing on the wall and knew they had to innovate or else they’ll slowly decline to irrelevancy, so they made GFL2. It’s been a fun 2 years but after playing the other games I mentioned, I don’t think I can go back to this game anymore. I’ll still buy those sweet Azur lane scale figures tho ;) P.S. No HMS after almost 2 years, really?

VERY DISAPPOINTED! DOESN’T WORK. I was super excited to play this game when I first downloaded it but now that I have the game won’t even load. I have never played the game before this would be my first time. I tap on the app and get brought to a loading screen were it asks my permission to preform an update, I tell it yes and then I am stuck on a infinite loading screen. I have tried reloading the app and nothing I have done has fixed this. In the App Store it states there was an update to fix this but it appears not to be working! I would love to rewrite this review to 5 stars if this problem can be fixed so I can actually play the game!

Very fun, great concept, one slight drawback.. The concept of this game is great, and to my knowledge, unique or nearly so. However my one main issue is the level requirements. Take me, for instance, I’ve cleared 1-1 all the way through 5-4, gotten three stars the entire story so far. But I’m only like a level 37 and thus cannot move on to 6-1, barring a lot of grinding on hard mode and other similar ones. But you can only try a hard mode stage three times a day, which to me is annoying, plus it frustrates my attempts to level up enough to get the next stage of the story. As a side note, I bought a couple of small packs of gems a while back and it definitely charged me for both, but no gems were to be found. It had previously been fine, I don’t know what happened there, but I’m now a bit hesitant to try buying anything else…

BEST GACHA IN EVERY GACHA GAMES EVERY EXISTED. Title is not an exaggeration.. literally. This game well.. you could be a f2p player and still be on par with those who paid for in-game stuff.. yet haven’t found anyone who actually spent their money. I HAVE NEVER spent not even a bit of money into this game (might in the future for the sake of supporting the devs and game), and i still managed to get every new characters thay they introduce into the game. misch appreciation from me to those devs full with enthusiasm in making everyone enjoy this game and making it. It’s not that difficult to get the character that you want, as long as you have what it is required.. and devs also give out free premium currency once in a while. Should play it definitely. devs are not stingy and they game doesn’t seem like they were made arbitrarily. noice.

Some inappropriate comments should be deleted. Hi! I really enjoy this game but I do think there are some issues regarding the comments and public chats. First, people frequently post explicit language. This is a 12+ game and I really don’t want a 12 year old clicking on this and seeing these vulgar contents. Second, I often see messages that are political incorrect and hateful. A lot of them are regarding China. There are messages containing inappropriate nicknames of different races(the n word and the c-c word) and recently there are a lot that call the coronavirus “Chinese Virus”. A lot of comments under Pinghai say that she is “corona-chan”. People also say rude and untrue things about the Chinese communist party. They don’t respect other people’s political stands(also regarding the election). I doubt that you don’t have the ability to detect and delete these messages and comments since you does that pretty well in the Chinese server. So please also do that in the EN server and give us a harmonious and friendly port! Best mobile gacha game. So I’m writing a 5 star review because Azur lane is the best gacha mobile game I’ve ever played. I love playing this game since my brother first introduced it to me last year. And I’m the time I’ve been playing I have 3 UR ships with one of my favorite UR ships I’ve been wanting to get since she first debuted in Azur lane: Ulrich von hutten. The other Two UR ships I have are New Jersey (one of my favorite eagle union ships that I loved since she was added to another game world of warships legends as a collaboration) and Shinano. Azur lane really is a awesome game and I love being able to relax and play a gacha game where you don’t have to really feel pressured to do much. Overall my love for this game has skyrocketed to a high level that’s never been reached before. Thank you Azur lane for being able to be my favorite gacha game I love to play!

Great Game. The game overall is not bad. It’s for people who like to collect and like to grind. Plus the game is very generous and the in game money is pretty worth to buy. But I would really like it if they can speed up with their updates and events. If u want to know how generous the game is then I can tell u that got all the super rare characters except for one (Hood) which is nice cuz I got most of the super rare characters without spending much ( I did spend a little but even if I do not buy I believe I would get all of them). But right now I wish the developers would just give me the last character I need which is Hood to make it so that I have all the super rare.

Great game, reliable performance and design. I’ve been playing for almost a year and this game has delivered on its gameplay, story and solid events every month. The range of graphics used are visually stunning or equally as funny in the forms with Chibi art. One of the best parts about the game is some of the character depth and development, the main arcs are stories I actually want to read. I also like the fact that you don’t have to drop money in order to advance. The game is solid on all fronts, if you have time and want to play manual, you can, the controls are intuitive and not awkward. Don’t have time? No problem, you can throw it on auto and let the characters grind out stages. Thank you for making a quality game.

Impossible to spend money. This is a F2P gacha game that is impossible to spend money on. Every premium currency can be earned just by logging into the game everyday and complete a few simple tasks. Oil (energy that is required to keep battling) is nearly infinite. Nothing like other games that give you 5 battles a day and pay up if you want to play more. The devs throws endless rewards at you for just playing. Every few weeks there’s an update for events that comes with a ton of free currency. Game itself has got a simple battle mechanic, but endless collectible, regular events, and historical Easter eggs, etc to keep things fresh. For example, the musical themed event where you get to play a rhythm mini game to earn free skin. I loved that mini game and just wanted to repeatedly listen to USS San Diego’s theme song LOL. Love the art style, attention to detail that pays homage to historical accuracy, etc. I wish skins were cheaper though. I never spent money on F2P games, but have so far spent $50-ish on this game, if anything to support the awesome developers, artists, and this game for being so so generous with the free resources, the heart that consistently goes into the game, and not acting like a cash grab robbery like most other gacha games.

Love the game but I have a question.... I started playing this game in early 2019 on my J3 eclipse, then I lost that account on accident, Started another one two weeks afterwards, Now I have an iPhone 6 with a third account. I absolutely LOVE the game, from the story to the characters (My favorite is the Battleship Bismarck!) and the voice lines of each ship mixed with historical references. But here’s my problem, since I have the iPhone 6, is there any way to KEEP my account without having to uninstall it? My point is, it keeps on crashing when I get to the opening screen. (I already binded my account) So do I have to log off of Azur Lane to get it on a new phone? Please Yostar help me out here, I don’t want to have to create a new account. Most Friendly Gacha. Game is amazing and one of the first that I’ve played for so long(til second week of launch til now) gachas are incredibly friendly unless u have a curse. People are complaining about the gacha but there are things that instantly rush the gacha so it’s really fast to roll so if u keep progressing you’ll get ton of the quick builds. One negative thing is that the events are going so fast and my gacha can’t keep up. Even if it’s gacha friendly I have faced a gacha hell in the Neptunia Collab. Gacha is incredibly lucky in certain spaces. Auto is really nice for grinding but there are in fact hard content needing to manual so it’s a really hands gacha game compared to many others. I would really recommend this game to other people who likes gacha games and want to get out of gacha hell’s and those who played KanColle. Very Fun F2P Game! But one problem sadly.... So when I first played Azur Lane,I thought “Ok I’ll give this a try” and now 1 1/2 years later and I’m ADDICTED to Azur Lane. The Gatca rates are very fair and reasonable and I have no problem with that. Also I love the easy to learn gameplay and the Shipgirl’s personality and phrases they have while increasing thier Affinity. But while all of Azur Lane is truly amazing,the one thing they have a problem with is the gems. I would really appreciate if you can increase ways to earn gems other than finding gems from 3 stars on Campaign and Finishing the collection for gems. But if I can suggest some ways to earn gems,I would first suggest that you could give about 10 gems for every 3 star during special event campaigns and if I may also suggest a reasonable amount of gems for Event Missions and or Weekly Missions so F2P players can expand thier dock,cattery,or depot. But also F2P players can buy a Promise Ring and a Shipgirl skin rarely. I really hope you can consider this because I love Azur Lane to death but I would be much happier if Gems can be obtained more often. But thank you for reading this review and have a nice day! A great game that lives up to its promises. So to start, I’m not a Day 1 player, I saw the ads for it initially and thought “Oh great, another one of “those” games with Super Rare ships locked behind pay walls and unforgiving gacha rates. But after a few months, my curiosity got the better of me, and boy, was I not disappointed by my experience with it. The gameplay is fun and user friendly, with a wonderful and quirky cast of characters based off of Warships of the early to late 20th century. The dev team is responsive, helpful and the politest group of people I’ve had the pleasure of talking to. Yes there are some “Racy” and “Provocative” aspects to the game which deserves it’s borderline NSFW rating, but fan service was expected, and it isn’t the dominant factor of the game. Gacha rates are fair and forgiving (if RNGsus smiles on you) and you get a very rewarding sense for completing missions. Gems can be earned for completing missions and as event rewards making it a perfectly acceptable free to play game without gnawing at your wallet for another gem fix. All in all, despite the prejudice it faces, Azur Lane is a fun game and will live up to your expectations! Bravo guys, keep up the good work.

Awesome game. I love this game I’ve been playing it for 2 years now and it’s just getting better and better. They constantly unlock new characters and new events making it easy to get powerful characters. There isn’t a lot of competition between players so the community is helpful and reliable. They can answer questions and give good advice. This gams has a unique and cool mechanic for specific ships that they call “Retrofit” these ship girls are some of the best in the game. Not only are they strong but with retrofit you also unlock new skins and styles for your character. I’d personally love to see a common ship that can retrofit 4 times all the way up to ultra rare. Server And tutorial Issues. Saw some gameplay of this game and wanted to give it a try. I downloaded it and started it up, however, after I was able to login successfully and try to connect to one of the servers, I keep getting a network error. I tried again multiple times and even tried on the other available servers, still kept getting network error. Even some occasions, I will get very lucky and get to the tutorial sequence. During those times about half way through the tutorial, I lose connection to server and get sent back to the login screen. Also on one of those occasions, I got super lucky and made it were I can pick my starter ship. However, when I pick a starter and they ask for my nickname, I can put the name in but it won’t let confirm it. No invalid input, no error, or anything. It will let me cancel and pick another starter, but the same thing happens again when I try to confirm a nickname. I don’t know what else to do. I got good wifi and the phone is up to date. I really want to play but can’t due to these errors. Am I perhaps missing something I’m not aware of? I hope this can be fix, cause this game looks interesting and want to give it a try.

Great once. This game was great once I used to build fleets I had a JAPANESE fleet I considered my Wifu’s then apparently their nationality became offensive that right they censor the word Japanese because ya know the Akagi, Amagi and kaga all real ships that existed in real life are apparently offensive to some cry baby sjw meanwhile I can spam the word hell in chat for 5 minutes and apparently that offends no one... I miss the good old days when my carrier had 3 abilities not one! Very good service. I rarely post anything relate to games, but once I do, it is usually something very great, useful, and in this case is the service of the game that I am currently playing which is Azur Lane. I stopped playing the game a couple of years ago because I had to focus on other stuff, so I pretty much forgot all of the information to my account from name to ID except the receipt that I had once purchased in game. But, to my surprised with just only that (the bill that I managed to find on google pay) the service team was able to not just help me able to find my once lost account, but in a very fast speed as well (like 10-30 minutes). Also, this game is very good, so do the team management system, very recommended to you guys to try this game out, and again thanks to you team for putting a great work! (Sorry for my bad English) :)

Great game small issues. This is the only gacha game I play now. The reward system is very good, and as long as you are consistent and play every day doing daily and commissions, it's pretty hard to miss any banner ships. I did the math, and it's not hard to get 200+ cubes a month. (Some may not like the fact that you can easily get every character.) The only real drawback for me is the gameplay; it's quite boring, and I haven't actually progressed in the campaign in over 4 months just because of how tedious it is. It would be nice if you only needed to run the campaign once to get an S rating on all the battles you faced to unlock auto mode, and the map animations were quicker. (In auto mode, all the map animations probably waste 2 minutes per run.) But props to the developers. Ive taken a bunch of the surveys, and most of my suggestions actually happened.

One of the only games I play on my phone. I don't usually write reviews for mobile games since I barely play them say for Azur Lane, I really enjoy the game, mostly I love that there is no pay to win features in the game, yes there are in-app purchases but the most you can buy is skins and a few other things, and while the RNG of the game has screwed me over a couple of times I still really enjoy playing the game and would recommend it to anyone who likes games similar to it. All I can say is that no hour, day, week, month or year was wasted that I spent playing this wonderful game (small side note I have been playing for maybe a little over a year so I also have not been able to do everything that the game has to offer)

Incredible fun, drop rates better than any other in the genre even after 1 year JP release. This game has incredible art and the ship girls are beautifully drawn and voice acted. There’s an active community on discord and twitch, and in the comments section the Sandy cult is hilarious. Drop rates are great and you find SSRs frequently. This has held up even after an entire year in JP, so there probably won’t be a bait and switch in the global version to lower rates and you can trust Azur Lane unlike some other games. Gameplay is fun and TouHou-esc but end-game all you need to do is auto which is appreciated to grind up to lvl 100. The oil (stamina) system is balanced and you can easily play all day if you use the right units, or for several hours per day on an expensive fleet.

Literally unplayable. I have a IPhone 4S, 6GB of free storage, and am on iOS10 The description says I'd be, and am fully compatable with this game, yet every time when I reach the login screen it crashes to the home screen of my phone. Possibly due to the iPhone 4S having a smaller screen size than that of its counterparts, but I feel rather insulted that it can't work on the iPhone 4S when it has the Hardware characteristics and specs to be able to run such a game perfectly, it runs every 3D game out there like Fortnite and PUBG without any issues, so why it does with Azur Lane is beyond me. Please fix this issue as I've waited to play the game over in the US for over a year now, and am in no financial state to shell out $900 on a new phone, nor should I even have to when this shouldn't even be a issue to start with. I know the hardware on the 4S is capable to run it as I've got a job in Computer Hardware, and am CISCO certified in my field, and have run simulations emulating the specs on my PC running Azur Lane's resource demands and it works fine. Please fix this.

Best Waifu Designs, Generous Devs. I play a fair amount of gachas, but this game has the best waifu designs by far. Additionally, the game is much more generous than others. With even halfway decent planning, you can very likely get all the ships, even the URs, without spending at all. To be fair, the gameplay isn’t anything special, but is easy to auto so you don’t have to manually grind. However, the design of the ship girls’ personalities and art earns a 5 star by itself. Just a great game to keep around to lift your spirits on a rough day and every day. Devs also add in quality of life updates frequently, making it leas grindy than it had been in the early days. Very well balanced now.

Good game, one small addition I’d like. Don’t know if anyone will see this, but for people looking for an actual review, it’s a good game, make sure to save cubes for event banners though. Dailies take a minute or so and yield 2-3 pulls. But as I couldn’t find a proper place to leave feedback, I’m dropping it here. So, I’ve been playing for roughly 160 days, and please, for the love of god, add a place to test ONE shipgirl. It would really help people like me to figure out when each shipgirls’ skill activates and how long it takes for an all out assault to fire with what gun, or what planes do best on a ship. It’s tedious taking a girl out of your fleet, picking a stage that she won’t one shot enemies but also one won’t be one shot her self, while also taking guns off of other ships. So, a mode that lets you choose a shipgirl (that you own) to test in a quick simulation, and choose her gear for only in the simulation so that it won’t unequip it from the ship that already uses it, would be much appreciated. It’d be nice to see what a shipgirl does by herself rather than with 5 other ships also shooting projectiles galore. Other than that, great game!

Great game but crashes. This has been my favourite mobile game I’ve ever played for ages but now it keeps crashing to the point where it’s not playable. I’m not sure whether it’s a problem with the game or my device but if it would stop crashing it would be great.

Easy on f2p. SR ships are not difficult to obtain if you play daily and do your missions for cubes. They seem to have a decent droprate

I game is very much addictive and worth investing in but there are some things that I don’t like that some characters are only exclusive to a particular country as in saying this I mean I would like you to implement U-47 and other such wonderful characters to the English servers PLEASE!!!

This is one of the best waifu games I have personally played and its has some great story behind each character but the only problem I am currently suffering from is I cant seem to join any sort of guild with it saying “This guilds list of applications is full” to every guild that shows up or i want to join please fix that and i will be happy because this is a great game.

Love/hate relation with app.. I downloaded this game back in 2013 and have been fairly content with it since, the art is good, music is nice and overall it’s a good relaxing game. HOWEVER... the game is not free of problems and downsides: 1: prone to crashing after combat is finished or it has to load something with more than five colours. 2: lagging from struggling to process screen effects (explosions and shells hitting the water, etc) I assume this might be due to me using an iPhone 6. 3: back in 2013 players could see the hints to access the hidden mission im-paw-ssible by going to the depot or other screens, since the ui change in the past two years those hints/paws disappeared and it seems players can no longer obtain Akashi if they haven’t done so already. 4: images in the gallery will sometimes appear blank and be replaced by a white screen instead or be replaced by the previous image. 5: this final point is something common to most games like this, the main screen is jam packed with buttons that clog up the screen to a degree, i get that players aren’t usually sitting around on the main screen but still, any chance it could get toned down a small bit so players aren’t swamped with buttons. Apart from those points I’ve got no problems with the game. Fair winds and calm seas.

Really good game has some crash issues. I love this game and I love playing it the only issue I have with it is that it crashes every 5 minutes while I’m playing it. Right now I’m using an iPhone 6 to play it, I used to play one Bluestacks it ran pretty smoothly, but when I switched to my iPhone that’s when the crashing started. I hope Yostar can fix this issue so that I can play with some gameplay.

More Cubes. I’ve played Azur Lane for almost a year now. But the one struggle of this is that if you want to build girls. You have to use cubes. Cubes are one of the most important items that are needed. It’s just to hard to get them. I wish that it was easier in mission instead of having to battle. - pollykiwi

Extremely F2P. This is one of the most extremely free to play gacha games I have played with such a pulling and addicting style is building, fighting and leveling. Recommended this to around 8 people 6 of them ended up being addicted to the game too.

Not working with data. The game is good overall but one problem is that I can’t play them game with mobile data.

Idea. I LOVE THIS GAME the only problem I’m having is literally the oil. I have over 15 million of it and I got some mail I can collect and half of the stuff is wisdom cubes but there’s oil with it and I can’t redeem it because i got to much oil already! Great Game. Everything is well developed, new updated features, and mostly fun to play but the game needs more banner reruns.

Server no longer connectable. Since the recent update, i have lost connection to Washington server, in which I had all my progress. I sent message about the issue via facebook with no response. I am able to connect to the new Sandy server, but it does not have my progress. I heard there was a surge of SEA players causing server load issue, but was later resolved. Was it done by geo-block? I am from Australia. It has been 2 days since official message claimed the server is back online. Yet i still cannot connect to Washington server! Good game but with bad customer service will still lead to doom.

Slight problem. Whenever I press the hq button the options appear but the background zooms in and stops me from choosing any of the options or tapping off if I don’t click off in time

Azur Lane is a labor of love and care for the community. My favorite ship waifu game, and is much better than that other stuck in the past game (“oh no we wont cater to the western market”) I will not name. Thank you guys for bringing this great game to the western audience. This game is much more fun, has alot of customization and removes the tedious and heavy RNG, resulting in a much streamlined and stress free experience...its also Ad free and very generous in gacha rates too! Artwork and music is great. Also lastly, great devs who care about their community and consistently update with new content and events, the former being a rarity nowadays. 5/5

Going far. Before you read any further, I must admit, I'm astounded by the performance of the development team of this game. (Update) Don't know how I never realised this but, this game has 0 ads! No interruption of gameplay. This game is clearly made not for monetary reasons. I'm definitely not a veteran of this game. To put it simply, I got it two days ago, however, I am impressed by the professional responses from the developers. As of a recent "Hotfix" update, the game had a bug that rendered it unplayable as you couldn't select any options on a game map. Although the update had been released an hour or two ago, the developers had already acknowledged it and had begun fixing the bug. By nightfall of the same day, the bug had already been dealt with. I don't typically write positive reviews, as I find a lack of connection between the community and the developers in most other mobile games, but this game has impressed me with how efficient and quick they deal with issues. The developers clearly care for the community and have shown that their constant attention is with us. I would highly recommend this game for those seeking a game which the developers care about the voice of the community.

I think my iPad is a little too old. 3 updates before the submarine update, my iPad mini 2 started experiencing problems. Every battle would homescreen me. But I absolutely love this game and was wondering if there was a way to fix it for older models of iOS devices.

Wifi only?. I don't know if it's just me but I cannot play the game without being connected to wifi. Whenever I try to use my data to play, it says 'Unable to retrieve latest version info. Please check your internet connection. Try again?'. I enjoy playing this game but I cannot leave the house when I play so I cannot play as much as I would like.

Nice. The gameplay is basically non-existent as being a bullet hell, basically all the levels are uninspired with most projectiles feeling like their stray bullet instead of unique and flashy patterns that are hard but possible to dodge, which is backed up by your character being sluggish and not fun to control. There are also skills in the game however, most of them basically devolve to either buffs and shields, or kill the enemy faster. So just use auto battle. But, the main focus is on the shipgirls which they do a good job at as most of the art is done extremely well. One complaint I have about it, is that because there’s a lot of ships, most aren’t fleshed out and basically have around 20~ pieces of dialogue with only a few being unique to them unless, your character is popular then it’s fine. this has one of the more generous gacha rates so you’ll probably get who you want.

Fun game but.... Fun and simple ,ore so if you are a naval buff like me, sadly the game seems inconsistent as to when it lets you play, had the game for a week and only been able to play 4 of those 7 days, due to the game refusing to load.

Just try it. For myself, better than KC as it is designed for everyone in the world, not only for the freaking Japanese wankers. For the past year, I spent 8+ hrs a day playing it. It is not a pay2win game, so everyone can have fun in it. Thx Yostar.

A random tip for some people. If you cannot connect to the game using mobile data, you can check it in Setting(Setting->Cellular, then drag down and you may find that cellular data for azur lane is turned off) you can now enable that and enjoy the game!

Internet connection issues. I love this game so far! But there is a new issue that has appeared. After the new IOS update the game doesn’t allow me to enter. It keeps on saying “Please check your network connection”. It gets annoying when I especially have good internet connections and good signals. Pretty average. This is the kind of thing you either have on your phone and forget to delete or you delete and redownload every so often. It isn’t bad but it isn’t ground breaking either, a good time waster if anything.

Good game, one slight problem.. Okay, so, Azur Lane is a good game, can’t deny that, only problem is, I started playing it in the middle of December last year, why is this a problem? Well because I have missed out on events that limit my ability to retrofit ships. What is a solution my might ask? Well making it so that you get the material you need to retrofit ships like Warspite and San Diego by a secretary story line, Warspite has one and I think getting Warspite to level 100 deserves letting players retrofit her, that or re-run events every so often so that new players have a chance to gain new things and bridge the gap between veteran players, because that is what is going to keep the game active, new players, and I understand you have new events to keep the game interesting, but you can have the old events as side events alongside or even in between major events. I personally think that doing this would add more playability to the game, but aside from that, I like the game and my Laffey is over powered.

Very Free to play friendly. Fun game. But I wish event re runs happen more often so it’s possible to get those event ships.

The commander can be female as well, not just a male since I am a female and maybe some others are. 2. We can design our commander’s look. Crash, crash, crash. I don’t know if it’s the mobile platform I’m using or memory issues but once you reach a certain level the game will crash just as you win a battle and you have to start the same battle again over and over and over again. Real pity as I love this game, but have had enough of not being able to complete levels

As the title said I’m kinda a late starter so I didn’t get to go join the events when the Bismarck, Graf zeppelin and Tirpitz where in , but I really wish you guys could just add them back to one of the events in the future. Since this is a fun and free to play game I was really willing to spend my time on it and I really enjoy playing this game. I have only played the game for a few days the free to play style really made it easier and i was available to receive prinz Eugen And lots of other cool ships. THIS IS A VERY HISTORICALLY ACCURATE. From what you have just seen you can probably figure out that I’m a German ship addict or in other words iron blood ships.

A reasonable gacha system. I’ve seen gacha games before and I’m well aware that odds for something good are unimaginatively low. However this games chance system is well thought out. You can spend your resources for a higher chance of a better rarity or just go simple and get whatever for a low amount of resources. Quite the big brain play devs.

azamazing lane. Before you read any further, I’d like to day that this is a very entertaining app. Okay, so, first off, my elder sister was really into gaming and action and guns unlike other girls. I was just like her. I just didn’t play any video games. I just hated make up. And pink. And sparkles. Anyway, when I discovered this game, I jumped with joy knowing I could be like my sister. The girls in this app are really cute Xp TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES The girls in this app are really good at fighting. I’m glad I have this app. So far, so good. But it can go further, but it really is the best action game I heard of. ,Gamerviris. :p

Azur lane. I’ve never been interested in mobile games, however during a special collaboration event for World of Warships I learned of the Azur Lane app. I figured why not give it a whirl. Downloaded it and Immediately became hooked! A year and a half down the track and still going strong lol

The game is great but.. Everything is great with the game as you grind the missions and events but it’s main weakness is the gacha system of rng, went down $187aud and still cannot get one single event ship I need/want. They should have a ship trade for one player to another if someone has like a dozen event SR and cannot get the other then they can get it.

Good gameplay, but a slight issue. The game itself is fun to play and has game elements that keep me engaged with it, but when i tried to get back in the next time, the game kept crashing on me at the login screen. If you can please resolve this issue as i did want to play this game

Great game but.... I’ve poured a lot of time into this game. It’s a mobile game I’d whole heartedly recommend to anyone who is interested in Anime, Gatcha games and so on. However... I’m on an IPhone 6+ and my game no longer responds when I click start game and proceeds to crash. It’s a shame because I’ve invested a bit of money and time to this game. I don’t know if this is an issue with my phone or something else. Please help :(

Crashes too much. I was able to play the tutorial but after that it just crashes consistently but the tutorial was pretty good

Decent game. It is a fun gatcha game but it has absolutely no right to take up 12gb of space. for being glorified pnj and small pixel sprites. I have games on my phone that have way more gameplay and size in them and there are only a few hundred mb

Update wont install without crashing.. Played this game in 2019, worked fine. Reinstalled in 2021 and the POS update wont download without crashing after 2 minutes. Complete garbage optimization.

Fun Game, Good Business Model, Drains Battery. A fun game with a very fair F2P business model. Could even be called generous. Events are varied and fun. But the battery drain on iOS phones are a big issue, a single level is draining upwards of 5%! There needs to be some optimization or a battery saver setting soon

Took my money and gave me nothing. So I was making a purchase for the 1200 pack, I clicked the buy button and it’s said declined but I remembered I for got to top up my card and in so doing so I tried again. When I did I loaded 40 with my balance before was 7 and in total would be $47. For some reason I missing $15 out of my account out of nowhere but in the end I still had $32 so I clicked purchase and it still said declined even though I had enough and it still took my money anyway.

Good game. Fun casual game with generous rates and way less reliance on pay to win module. Very easy to get into and also has good amount of content/features with more to come in coming updates. Unfortunately, even with its immense potential the devs are trying way too hard to get through all the events to catch up with the CN/JP versions, which has lead to a poorer quality game with some bugs that stay longer than they should. Also couple with the fact that the community surrounding the game is very cancerous; as the one way to reach the devs is through their Discord, which has rules being broken daily and even the devs are biased towards people that like a meme ship. The devs were quite good when the game first launched with handling events but now they noticeably care less about it with current problems like game crashing, which all they will say on their Discord is to disable notifications and/or reinstall game, which may not help and they are just ignoring the problem with poor bandaid solutions.

The BEST Ship girl game!. I have been a big fan of ship girls, since the early days of Kantai Collection (Kancolle). As much as I loved that game, Azur Lane surpasses it in both game play, uniqueness, mechanics, and just keeping things fresh, new and exciting. There’s always events, ew skins, new characters to collect. I just wish they would add the Canadian Ship the HMCS Haida. We need a Canadian ship to represent the Royal Navy!

Amazing game. This game is amazing, personally I think it is one of the best Gacha games out there with Highly rewarding rates for new shipgirls. The only change I would make this this glorious game, is a better way to get gems. Ex: quests, more events containing gems, etc.

Would Recommend. I had this game for about 4 months and it was quite good! The character design was really good and it was fun to play! The reason why I deleted it was because I stopped playing it for only a little bit and the updates piled on top of each other and it was taking a really long time trying to open it. Lack of support for lower-end devices.. I’ve heard of how great it is and the first battle hyped me up, the only problem is that I constantly crash and I’m unable to escape from the forced campaign battles that crash the game.

my data was deleted on a saved account. I love this game, don’t get me wrong. It’s very unique and fun, and has a wide variety of things to do. But it did not save my data on my Facebook account that I saved it on. I had two years worth of progress on it. I deleted Azur off of my phone to free up some space, but I decided to re-download because a friend was playing it. When I logged into my account, there was nothing. I was forced to sit through their long, annoying tutorial, and all of my data was deleted. All of my progress, characters, all that I had collected, gone. My Facebook still has the record of the account being made back in 2018, and now you’re telling me it’s all gone. I have never experienced something like this, and I’m honestly really, really, beyond words disappointed. Even though I was just a casual player, I had a really fun time collecting all that I had, and now it’s all gone. I can’t believe it.

Lacking and should be 16+. Honestly, it gets a 2/5 at best. While I heard the story stops at chapter 3 due to most of the playerbase being japanese and the relation of the campaign to WW2, it is still lacking. I was looking for a game similar to Mass For The Dead but it’s nowhere near it. Then, the gameplay sucks. It’s repeterive, basically no strategy and no variation. It’s hard to understand everything, too. Finally, it’s just boobies. As of the current event, you open the game and BOOM, huge boobies and basically nothing covering. Seeing some of the interactions with the ships too, I was very suprised this got rates 12+. Even Genshin, which is a good game yet not my cup of tea at all, gave me a more enjoyable experience with the lowest graphics settings.

My favourite mobile game. I love the girls and the gameplay. Some packs are a bit pricey but I figure I can gladly send some bones the devs way if it keeps my fav mobile game up and running. This is the standard I judge all other mobile games by.

Great waifu collector game. Game is very generous. Started playing in November and within two months I'm Commander lv 92. Great f2p game, just wished there was a speed up fight button for auto search. Overall, I love the character designs of this game the most.

Love this game. I started playing around last Christmas and I have lived this game ever since. Sure it’s not a game you grind like gta or cod but it is my favourite game to play when I’m not doing anything. It is a game that you log into like once or twice a day play for a while and just have some great free fun. I can’t recommend this game enough and it gets constant updates and fixes.

Not bad. Very cpu intensive, My phone gets toasty after a few minutes. I don’t think it’s very optimised, and I have persistant issues with crashes. That’s the only stuff holding it back from 5 stars

Prices are NOT Accurate!. The game it’s self is ok, which I gave it 2/5. But the price inside the game for the Gems is fake, they have priced it in USD so you never know what it will cost you. Mine was 150% of the posted price, really glad I didn’t but the biggest one. That is a slimy move, just move this and find another game... these guys don’t care about their user just their wallets.

They deleted my data. Played since 2020, grinded to a level 120+ account they they deleted all. I link my account to my yostar account, to played on my phone and Bluestack. After taking a break, comes back on everything is GONE. So if you are playing, make sure to screen shot your profile, don’t trust their blinding accounts. (To be honest, I think someone stole my account, because all they look for is uid and in game name. And I been off for a long time so someone might just said they lost the email and just stole the account.)

Similar issue to DarknessFess. Game still looks beautiful sever years later. File size got too large for my tablet to handle sadly. Had an account on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet E that was binded to my Twitter login 3 years ago, It still has the active connection to my Twitter which I find really funny. You approved these app permissions on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 12:44:24 AM GMT-05:00 Considering my account too was given the tutorial and seems to be wiped. After Oct. 14 update, the coins are no longer an issue, and the game actually wants you to be LESS grindy, get the achievements faster, and spend time with your Shipfu and in real life. How sweet is that!

Very Different than other games. I like the diversity and story taken place. The different teams or army’s and ships all have a specific meaning and goal that makes them unique, and the gameplay is very enjoyable. Though I have some biased nitpicks of my own if you don’t mind. When you oath to a ship and have them as your secretary, is there any way you can get rid of the heart bubbles that float around them? It gets distracting and in the way sometimes even though there small. If this could be in the extra settings it would be greatly appreciated. Also with the borders around them. I like the borders and all, but sometimes I miss the basic l old one I had before i oathed to a ship. I think it would be good to toggle that on and off in the extra settings. You should be able to buy Decor Tokens through gems. Though there is missions you can complete to earn them, I can get impatient, and should be able to burn off some of the gems I have for Tokens. I dunno, maybe that’s just me, but personally, that would be a great improvement.

Love the game. I love how you can get many by Just either building or using medals but make elite ships come by faster and more likely after super rare ships

Great casual gacha. -the gacha is generous -no “pay to win” -the gameplay is casual but fun -the waifus are hot -it has Essex

It’s good. Compared to other gacha games, it’s very generous when it comes to giving players summoning currency. I think the biggest issue with the game is that the stamina system and the unit storage limit are very stingy and encourages in game purchases of the premium currency to buy more stamina or more space for your ever growing roster. Another issue I have is just how big the file size of the game is. Otherwise it’s a good time killer and the collection of unit’s makes my monkey brain activate.

Account got wiped. Played the game for a while in 2021 and even spent some money on it, account was bound to my apple and facebook account, came back in 2022 to a level 1 account after login in using any of the binded account. Dont spend on this game you can lose everything.

Nice game but…. The app size has grown too large over the years. I can’t keep this game on my phone anymore. It’s been a fun few years, but this is the end for me. Size issues aside, character bloat has also made managing the dock an ever increasing pain. It would’ve been nice if the developers wrote a more for existing characters and slowed down new character releases. The character roster really is a mile wide but only an inch deep. At some point I wonder what I’m even buying all this dock space for?

An example all games should follow. I’ve been roaming around the mobile game world for years now, and I must say, Azur lane is one of the best I’ve come across. I’ll probably be playing it for quite a long time. The game is not pay to win at all and the drop rates are extremely generous. On top of that, the community managers are some of the best because they actually listen to the players. There’s tons of content and you rarely ever get bored. The art and music is amazing too. I don’t see anything not to like about the game and why someone would give it a negative review.

Warning!. This game is highly addictive and the developers are very active with their community! I love how there’s absolutely no ads and you can’t actually pay to win, you however do need an Internet connection to play. Also beware Akashi and her temptation to buy limited skins. I think I have a spending problem on this game, but you actually get rewards for showing patronage that would usually cost you gems for free, so this is by far a VERY generous game. I’d recommend it to my friends, if they weren't all playing it.

Found this because of yuri ships, but this is actually good. I found this when looking through yuri ships. Then I realized that there was a game for it. I downloaded it and was it actually good. It doesn’t push it by making you simp for the girls. It actually makes you feel comfortable with it and doesn’t make you feel as if you’re a weirdo for playing this in public. Yes, I played this in public and the person next to me looked at my phone saw this game and didn’t question anything. It was nice to know that I can finally feel comfortable playing something. Though the loading screen pops up way too much and I keep having to log back in.

Rate manipulation. The game runs on you have to build 10-15 ships to eat a gold and they only give you one’s you already have, it’s a waste and a jip because you rarely get anything decent, as well as a rate manipulation on the commissions you do, after about 5-6 commissions that’s when you will receive the extra reward once skip then you will get it again. But the rate for which you will get the wisdom cube as a reward is drastically cut and most times manipulated so that you will receive them as few as possible. The customer service is terrible as well and start out by insulting you if you report a bug and do not respond in a timely manor.

Used to love this game but now….. This game was awesome in its genre, but now it’s dying because Yostar left it for near 1 year. It was clear as day when ulrich von hutten had SSR design style. In past 1 year only UR events were good and others were mostly terrible. And now you bring an other boring collab event which is an other dig to azur lane grave. Pls stop this YOSTAR! If you feel you don’t make enough money from this game it’s because you left it. I was spending on this game but now im worry about its future! Also there is an other problem which is in this year all event were mostly sardegna or hms event, for long time not a single eagle union event. Revive this game with eagle union UR event.

I can’t log on. It started right before the release of Operation Siren and the Inverted Orthant event in December and after that update every time I go to log in the game crashes before it’s even done loading. I am sad that I cannot play because I am a level 71-74 commander with 4 oaths and 2 rings that I was going to use on my Shinano and Avrora. I really love the game and I’m sad I only got to play it for just over a year but the game is by far my most favorite and loved game’s. That singular year I got to play was by far my most enjoyable year of my life. (I’m not mad or angry at the game, just sad I can’t see my oath level 115 atago and enterprise whom I miss.)

trying login in on other devices is a nightmare. Don’t get me wrong, I love this game, but trying to login to an account on a different device is a nightmare, I wasn't even able to do it. A couple years ago I got this game and played it all the time, but then I stopped. I was trying to login to thats same account from my phone, and I couldn’t even to that. My old account was on my mothers phone, and that account has a lot of good stuff which I would not want to accidentally lose if something went wrong. I love this game so much, but you need to make account transferring WAYYY easier. I would love to continue playing this game in my old account, but I don’t think I will be able to if simply transferring account is this hard.

I’d love to keep playing!. To start, I’ve played Azur Lane for a few months now and I really like it. The designs and little historical references are amazing, and the story’s intriguing. Since the newest event (for the Northern Parliament) I’ve been having a lot of issues with the game crashing, particularly when I try to enter the Dorm *and* finish the event boss battle. For the former I’ve simply given up accessing the Dorm, and for the latter I’ve restarted the stage 5-6 times, and it’s crashed every time, right before the boss is defeated, because of all the effects on the screen. I’ve had issues with the Dorm before where it would crash as I was moving decorations, but it was manageable up till now. For the event’s previous boss battles too, they would often crash the game, but after restarting the game once or twie I could finish the stage no problem. I really love this event and the game in general, so I hope these issues are resolved soon and I’ll still be able to enjoy and appreciate the game.

Engaging, good waifus, and more. Usually in a mobile game, there are always a gimmick in a way of continuing your gameplay such as the need for using limited resources to enter dungeons, or do some other stuff. Sure Azur Lane takes on the exact same usual mechanics, but building and optimizing a fleet to mitigate the fuel usage as much as possible puts a new perspective in continuous gameplay. Unlike other games with the resource mechanic, the resources needed there are “locked” and set whereas Azur Lane allows you to build around the most efficient and cheap power house.

Another gacha, has good and bad points. I have played this extensively and eventually improved from 1 to 3 stars. Bad: - generic gacha, ship girls - typical mobage scumminess of limited energy and timers everywhere - tries to prevent rerolls on iOS, locks you out of user name as well - combining gacha rng and timers into one package for getting characters - view area is not dynamic, you will have bars on top and bottom on ipad and on right and left on iphone X, lazy port - no MP modes - no modes that would allow play without energy (oil) - no consideration of different TZs for global release for in game timings - no controller support - crappy translation - never ending grind - all content so far autoplayable Good: - actual fun gameplay when played manually - solid core mechanics - ships and equips can be gotten via gameplay grind (shame about being limited by oil though) - plays smoothly, presentation is nice (apart from the ugly bars on non-16:9 displays) - good cloud support, seamless switching between devices - good community including dev involvement - periodic updates - rule 34

Long process to recover an account. I had problems during an update in which it didn’t allow update the game, so after testing out different methods, I eventually was forced to Delete and Redownload the game, after the 10 mins or so of updating and reinstalling the game, I was forced to do the tutorial before I could recover my account, then I was told I had to go to my old server to recover, in which I was forced to do the tutorial all over again, I am writing this review while awaiting a response from support, so this review really isn’t going to be all my experiences, but it does give a good idea of what I went through also ps always have your UID, Server, and account name written down somewhere, And to always be up to date with your commander level, as you need these to recover an account. Other than that, it is a very enjoyable game when your not having account issues soo I guess have fun and thanks for reading? Idk

Amazing. As a weeb and history nerd this is everything I could have ever wanted, I have been playing this game for about a year and figured I should write a review. I love this game, the attention to detail is amazing. It’s very f2p friendly. And it’s probably my favorite gatcha game at the moment, I play a lot and it’s always super exiting unlocking new ships and participating events. Most people have problems with the combat style but as long as you switch up your gameplay it should always make it interesting. Thank you so much for making this game.

Account issues beware. So I’ve played azurlane for about 2 years and took a long break, I recently got a new phone so one of the first few things I did was download azurlane because my old phone didn’t have much storage so I could download azurlane finally. After installation which took a GODLY AWFUL huge amount of time I try to log in just to find out my account has been wiped. I tried Facebook, Yostar and twitter and my account with a crapton of things on it is nowhere to be found, I even switched the server region. I’ve put a decent amount of money in this game so I am pretty bummed about my account. If I were to recommend this game i would but I also recommend you don’t put over 50+ dollars in this game.

Great Game, One Issue Though. Now, I love this game a lot, but there’s been one big issue recently. For some reason, the game just freezes whenever it’s on the starting loading screen (the screen with Queen Elizabeth). I’ve tried restarting the app, turning my phone off and on again, I even tried uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it, but nothing works. I think this glitch only occurs on my phone, because my friend (who has the same phone as me) doesn’t have this problem. Please fix this issue because I really love this game and I want to be able to actually play it again!

I’m addicted in the best way. Absolutely love this game. It takes a bit to figure things out but when you do, it’s a ton of fun. Collecting ships, leveling them up and progressing has been awesome. I never spend money on these kinds of games but I’ve spent $40 total and it feels well worth it and can see myself spending more in the future. For the hours I’ve been playing, it’s worth your time. There are events always happening and the community is active. Not to mention all the ship girl designs are amazing and beautiful. I’m invested in trying to build and pull all the Ultra Rare ships.

Fun game but the binding accounts thing. This game was rlly fun, I enjoy playing it on mobile a lot but the thing that confused me is trying to bind my account to my PC. I was hyped to play it on my PC but it keeps restarting my progress? Basically what I’m trying to say is that I binded my account on mobile, and I want to play it on my computer but I have no idea how because everytime I try to bind my pc and phone together, the gameplay on my laptop still doesn’t have the progress I’ve made on my phone. Pls help

Actually pretty good. I didn’t jump in with high expectations and this game is god tier for no reason, even got a non anime fan friend to play it and even he agrees that this game is amazing. The only grinds in the game are for gold ships and research ships but sometimes you can just get lucky and have no grind. You can easily beat the game with everything unlocked without spending a single penny. Even the hard to accomplish tasks like fully upgrading a gold ship take a week without preparation, less if you prepare. You can do everything without spending money and it’s fun, can’t recommend enough, 10/10.

Best gacha game of its type. Developers are generous and give a lot of stuff for free, the game is well run with a responsive staff. The game is inline with the latest events in Japan and there’s no delays or empty weeks with no content. You get all the ships eventually there is no Reason to spend money other than the excellent skins that come out every few weeks to support the devs. It’s also not very time consuming and you can catch up to the latest stuff without wasting hours on grinding. Game has a fun gameplay and cute girls, highly recommended.

It’s ok. I do really like the game. It has nice characters, They use actual history, and I like the storyline. But, I lost my account. I have been playing the game for over 6 months. I have retrofitted so many ships. Then I deleted azur lane, because I took a break. Then when I try to log in, it doesn’t work. I asked the customer support and they told me that I need to provide my uid, level, name and server. I didn’t know what my uid was, and I didn’t know what my server I was playing on was. Then they told me that they couldn’t help me. Why do you need the uid if everyone has unique names? I know that I have never seen anyone use my name GodOfHecc on any games I play. I don’t want to grind for another 6 months to get back the where I was, so I’m quitting the game.

It’s so good. I’m telling you this is the best game I have ever played. It’s so fun and addictive and I don’t even think I have to talk about how amazing the ship girls are. The gacha rates aren’t bad and you don’t hit pay walls when trying to progress. As with any game you do have to spend time to get far but it’s not annoying and repetitive. And while it’s a very simple game and easy to understand it’s very fun and entertaining and I could play for hours without getting bored of it. In my opinion this is all around a great game and is worth giving a shot. And it’s almost as good as beat blade!

Best game to be based on ww2 but.. I started to play this game on my tablet but I haven't been able to get on it in awhile I get the game open but when it asks me to allow the update that requires 2.7 gb it goes back to my tablet screen. I had tons of ships and I had enterprise as my secretary my commander named was Sarah but I now have the game on my phone and I can't remember what server I was on. I'm on amagi now. Plus I was farther along in my story and I also had South Carolina, hornet, Yorktown, both Lexington class aircraft carriers. Is it possible to get my data from my tablet to my phone

Too explicit. I like the concept of this anime and game because I really like WWII and gatcha games. My only problem is how explicit the sexual references are. Ok, something like one of them saying “you pervert” is going to happen, but one of the american battleships, it was the Georgia or something like that, made it very clear what they were getting at. They never used any sexual terms, but it was as clear as day what they were aiming for. Again, nothing against this game or anyone working on it, but it had so many sexual references, especially on loading screens, which makes some sense if it is an anime game, I guess. 2/5 stars for how many breasts each ship-girl had

This game is ok. This is game is ok for one SIMPLE reason. They don’t demand much for space but instead demand much of your internet which is better than having a game that demands 3 to 4GBs of space in my opinion but it has a bleak downfall its community can range from helpful and funny to dysfunctional and delusional but that can’t be changed what can be changed is the idea of problems with the way to update the voices and 2D models which is optional mind you but honestly I think things like those should be part of the update since I encountered a moment where a character didn’t say their lines because I didn’t update the voice thing. And I find that as a hassle plus it will take like a few Megabytes but honestly it should be already done.

Not worth the time. I used to really love this game, the art is amazing and the concept is really cool. The game itself is incredibly boring. Even under manual control, it’s just dodging the torpedos and making sure your ships are highest level. Eventually you will run into a brick wall where you can’t beat anymore levels. That happens with all these greedy Gacha games. Edit: I can’t even access my previous profile. I use the Yostar login method, but it is not my current profile. I had 2 top tier ships and now I have nothing. My whole account was wiped apparently, maybe it was on a server they closed. I will be sure to never ever use this app again. What a rip off, I spent real money on this game, but all for nothing I guess. Just use google image search, cheaper results.

I like the game but a few issues. The game is great and the devs put work to make it a smooth gameplay. Also the characters are cute and fun to collect. My first issue is the main story which never appears again after the first three quests. Second issue is the game uses gems too much. For example increasing inventory, adding slots in anything, and buying etc. Mainly increasing dock space is my main issue because it cost 200 gems for 10 space slots which I see as a rip off. Space fills up very quickly so ten is basically useless. I just would like a reduced gem cost or another way to increase dock that doesn’t use gems

Hey! It’s a good game!. Okay, where do I start... First of all, you can obtain ships without having to spend over 20 minutes farming for gems or summoning items. Obtaining new ships is really easy! All you need is a cube (it can be obtained from daily quests, I get up to 10 a day from questing just from the time I put in, but you can obtain more!) Second, great selection of ship girls, with my personal favorites being Long Island, Graf Zeppelin, Prinz Eugen and Shinano Third, gems are not hard to get! Things don’t cost thousands of gems for an item like other games! You can get gems from daily quests, and these gems can be used for many things, such as buying storage expansion, extra gold, extra oil, and booster packs! Fourth, this game is fun! I have been playing for a while and I still enjoy it! The game mechanics are simple and easy to learn, and if you are a collector, then you may like this game!

Best f2p game out there. This game is probably the most f2p game I have ever played. The Common and Rare ships are useable and useful enough to carry you far enough and long enough to build and farm better ships. Collecting Wisdom Cubes through daily tasks for Limited building is easy and fast. The artwork is on another level and it’s original and cute. I haven’t seen any complaints in the community nor have I seen anything negative from any players. The devs always compensate and thank the players with gifts through mail and it’s just really awesome to see a game that cares so much about the player base.

Fun game but…. This game is really fun to play but the one problem is that it needs so much storage space it takes at least 9 GBs of space like that’s a lot for a game. But it does make sense because the amount of details and ships this game haves, but still I don’t always have enough room for this game and I might quit. I always think about this option but I have to do it… I feel bad for my ships though but sacrifices are needed.

Bought gems and didn’t receive them?. I’ve been playing this game for a while now and have noticed a few people complain about not receiving gems. Most of these people say they have sent messages and are waiting on replies. I don’t know where they sent their messages but the best place for customer support is the official discord. The devs usually keep an eye on the discord and respond to problems within a day or two. So, if you did buy gems and didn’t receive them try the official discord before giving up.

Hear me out.. First off, this game is pretty great, and you get a pretty diverse amount of ships to choose from. Second off, the community surrounding azur lane is a wonderful community, so I recommend discord, as they have a server in there...only thing that you need is patience and a willing to come back to the docks...again and again...other than that, the coins and oil you need for battling will usually be handed to you on a silver platter in waves if you give the game some time...but just realize that there are optional skins and other features that will literally eat your wallet if you don’t have any self-restraint..

Azur lane bug, maybe.... I’m not sure if it’s just me, but EVERYTIME I play this game, after a couple minutes, the loading thing pops up for at least 5 min. and it either just keeps happening or it shows another pop up sayin “connection network required” and I don’t have ANY connection problems with any of my other games or apps on my phone, and whenever that happens the game restarts and it says that I logged in from another account or location but I don’t even have another account for this game and I don’t never even have to login to my account on the game. I don’t know if it might be a bug or the game is just not actin right rn. But besides that the game is really fun if it’s not for everything I said and experience.

Best gacha. Extremely generous gacha game. Tip: only build (summon) during exclusive events or for the daily summon mission. Most ships are acquired through quest drops. Most good (SR) ships are quest-only drops too. Rarity isn’t too important so don’t bring that mindset, trust me. There are good build-only ships (Enterprise for example) but very good odds you’ll get them in an exclusive event whilst going for other ships anyway, or they could be in the medal exchange (you’ll learn about it in tutorial or as you progress. Available immediately). If you can’t wait then build....I did 😅

Tons and tons and tons of fun!. I’ve been totally addicted to this game ever since I started playing it in July 2020! I absolutely love this game and the anime series too! I’ve always been loving the updates to the game and all the events. Continue doing what you’ve been doing. It’s such an enjoyable side scrolling game! Plus as a history nerd, I’ve also been loving this game as the main campaign follows al the way from Pearl Harbor, the island hopping camping and even Alaska! So incredible and such an ingenious idea!

Totally worth trying[ Edit]. Just started but so far no bugs it’s fun the graphics are good I like it I have a feeling it’s gonna stay on my tablet for awhile........ So I love this game! I’ve downloaded a lot of games spent nothing on them because they would quickly get deleted but this game I’ve spent money on.(Edit)...I understand with the new ui system there are bugs but I finish one battle and the game crashes how am I gonna do events if I gotta keep logging in after one battle!please do fix

AMAZING. I love Azur lane a ton it’s absolutely amazing I’m so glad my friend got me into it! I find myself wanting to play the game when I have nothing I can do on the game lol! I play it in class a lot it’s just an amazing game and I love all the characters! But I do wish they would do more with some not as popular characters kinda give all the characters skins and put them in events ect but it’s a lot to ask for I know :,) but at least some outh skins WE NEED GRAF ZEPPELIN OUTH!!! And since I started playing I’m starting to get into battleship and aircraft carriers and all that which never would have happened without Azurlane! So ty I’ve had an amazing time :D

It’s ok. So you guys have like 4 units everyone knows abt. Takao (I think that’s her name) kaga,Akagi, and enterprise. Now. kaga and akagi can only be obtained by clearing a stage. They have a .75% drop rate. So tell me why would you put an energy system on a game where I have to clear a mission well over 100 times for 1 unit? Not rlly the smartest thing. However the game is overall very fun. The rates are very nice. However I feel like your really stingy with quick finishers and gems so we end up waiting up to 4 hours to get a common ship. Without very many gems even if we don’t buy wisdom cubes the outfits are very costly. Otherwise this game is very well made

Fun game. Azur Lane is a very fun game, I don’t mind the gacha aspect as its not a fully pay to play type game and people who dont spend money can play it almost as well as people who do, one thing I don’t like about the game is the Oil system, I don’t like the fact you have to use oil for missions and have limited oil, to clear a mission with 3 stars at higher levels you need to beat 30+ ships and clear it 4 times, and if you have a good fleet, each time that takes 65+ oil, so by the time you clear 1 mission thats most if not all of your oil gone.

Oil issue. As far as I’ve played the game I like it so far, it’s fun and forgiving when it comes to having duplicates or the gatcha not being ridiculously hard to build one ship. The only problem I’m having now is than after a recent update, since we have always had the ability to collect more oil than the max allowed I had ended up having 25k oil when my max is almost 6k but after the update I can no longer collect my commissions or anything because I have “max oil cannot complete commison” yet I can get oil from quests and retiring still. Please fix this issue, thank you.

Can’t play. My other games play fine with my WiFi, this game, not so much, I can’t press a single button without having to wait for it to load for like 5 minutes, then after I click on something, and try to move on to clicking something else, it’s another 5 minute wait. For example, say I click on missions, it’s a 5 minute wait for it to load, then to click out of mission or even to click on “complete mission” or “go” it’s another 5 minute wait. And honestly, for a game where u only get 3 options for ur starter ship/girl, and none of them are customizable or even able to choose someone that’s actually your type, it’s just not worth it, I wouldn’t mind dealing with some issues here and there if I actually had a character from the very beginning that I’d want

Help? Be careful?. I got a new phone recently and I’ve been trying to recover my old account- but there’s a weird bug with the Facebook bind. I honestly and pretty sad about losing my progress (and some money). You could try to contact their “help” option only you literally cannot find it. No email or anything anywhere, unlike FGO which allows you to recover your account by contacting them even if you simply forgot to bind it. Maybe I’m just being an idiot not being able to find the “help” option, but if I can’t find it in the app, or anywhere online...???? Lesson: Twitter bind. Other than that, I’d give a full 5 stars because I love this game.

Account recovery is harder than breaking into Fort Knox. Let me preface this by saying I REALLY enjoy this game. But, after this most recent update my account was lost and after putting hundreds of hours into I promptly looked for a way to recover it. I emailed the customer support for Azur Lane and after providing as much information as I could to them they were unable to help me because I could provide a screenshot of a receipt from back in April. I tried to explain that I had deleted my emails from back then but I provided screenshots of three other receipts from more recent purchases. I was told that because I couldn’t provide the April receipt that they couldn’t help me.

I can’t play it. Don’t get me wrong I love this game and it’s story. However, I’ve had to replay levels over and over just to unlock certain memories in the story because more often than not I get logged out before or immediately after finishing a battle. When doing this during an event, that makes it a game of chance on whether I get to see the memories or not. Or when in the middle of a battle and the boss is a few hits away I still get logged out randomly and have to restart. Please, just fix these issues of getting logged out at the worst times. I even get logged out while just looking at the outfits you can buy for ships or opening up the dorm.

Overall Awesome. I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now and I’m in love with it, the game itself it really fun and the graphics are amazing. Probably the best part is that you can play without paying money at all since you get gems from completing missions and from events. I also love how there are so many options of ships to choose from and how it’s not too hard or too easy. I don’t really have anything bad to say about Azur Lane, and in my opinion, this is the best Gacha game I’ve ever played! Keep up the good work!

You are going to love this app!. This app is amazing and addictive! From being able to have fun quests to attacking the very high-level bosses in battle! I love everything about the game if I need help I don't even have to take the time to look it up and try and find a good video or an entire 5 paragraphs that actually are helpful, I just ask my guild they just help me with whatever question I have. I also like the side quests with Akashi and others. I think it's right that this is 12+ because of the characters being a bit, revealing and with some of them kind of flirting with you... But personally, I think this game gets a 10/10.

Finally came back. It’s been several months since I last picked up this game (early December 2018) and I’m glad to see that it has improved for the better. The graphics are clean, the story interesting, and the girls are fun! I’m still upset that my games save data was deleted with an update all that time ago and I will always miss my Amagi, but I had a lot of fun without ever feeling a need to spend money. So the game would get a full five stars if not for losing all my progress with a December update, but coming back it’s still a respectable game none the less!

The best game I can play if everyone gets stuck at home during corona. I have to say when I first saw this game I was like hmm....this game looks interesting so I decided to get the game and to see what it looked like and I was impressed by the shipfus and the events and the exchange and the way of how the dorm works and the shop like wow I really love this game and I will continue on playing this game for a long time and I love the events in the game and that’s what keeps me playing this game for as long as it it’s around for a long time (Ps take your time to read this devs and I’ll wait for the response) Sincerely SweetApple24

Doesn’t support GameCenter. I love this game, it’s one of my favorites to kill time or just have fun in general, I recently had to switch devices and I couldn’t recover my account. I was very sad and disappointed by this, I understood the fact I should have used Twitter, Facebook, or YoStar, but I had a hassle remembering the password, I had a lot of time on the game and I was engaged with PrinzEugen. It would have been great if I would not need to put up with things like that. My account name is -FUWA- I’m not sure what my new name will be, or if I will still play the game. I don’t think I should let my opinion ruin others though the game is still phenomenal.

Phone broke so goodbye account. So apparently switching to a new phone with the same apple account didn’t keep my progress for this game after my old phone unceremoniously hit the asphalt. Was not aware of them just deleting your data if you didn’t manually bind your profile, never seen another game demand that. That means a couple hundred dollars and countless hours gone from my, at the time, max out account. It’s been a couple years so thought I’d try again to just make sure but nope, still gone. Honestly the only gacha game I’d recommend from my experience, but with such a stupid account system in place that wasn’t highlighted for the entirety I played I’m gonna give a 1/5.
