I like the game but there are some problems.. I like the game but there are some problems. I notice that other players are using special attacks and they are able to jump, heal, and rush other players. I can’t find anything that tells me how to do this in the app or online. And how can 1 person get 2 out of the 3 VIP spots? I have spent alot of money in mobile games before but I can’t see spending any money in this one when I can’t even find instructions on how to use my Mechs to their fullest ability. And it’s pretty annoying when I get hit with what feels like 7 pop ups the moment I log on. Fun to play +3 stars. To many ads/pop ups -1 star. Can’t find instructions-1 star. Edit: I changed to one star and uninstalled the game. I don’t understand how some players can get into places that are unreachable by other people and continually pick you off. Is it something they pay for? I enjoyed the game in the beginning but I think almost every game I’ve played was on 2-3 different maps. It felt like I was playing the same game over and over again. I think I was playing against more bots than people and it felt like the game was becoming unbalanced.

A step in a better direction. From making mech combat more efficient, simpler, and faster-paced, Plarium has not only cleverly merged the best of Games like Valorant and War Robots, but have successfully made it feel almost realistic. If that’s not enough, creativity here is often a lot more open than just slapping the biggest and baddest looking guns on the biggest and fastest and toughest mech. That said, the game isn’t perfect. There is no good means of communicating with teammates, even though this game is structured like tactical strategic games. Perhaps this is a premium benefit, but then the game would only be tactical for premium members. Finally, some weapons are incredibly overpowered, the Arc Torrent being a prime example. Others seem too underpowered in the later game to have any noteworthy effect on the battles. So while I have firmly converted from War Robots to Mech Arena, these two things keep me from giving this the review I believe it otherwise deserves. This game is truly a people’s game. You will win by skill and knowing your mechs and your maps, not bu cash whaling. So despite the four stars, it’s still definitely worth playing it. Excellence is rewarded, not lining the developers’ pockets.

Pretty good game, but greedy. The game has great gameplay and graphics, and a good matchmaking system. However, that doesn’t mean that the battles are necessary even. Another thing I’ve noticed is that from the start of the game it gives you pop up offers that can give you good things for a relatively low price. I’ve been playing for a while, and as you go along, the pop up’s often get more expensive and mechs will cost more in game currency to purchase, such as Surge and Redox. Another thing is that when a new mech releases, it often has an event where you have to buy tokens to gamble and hope you get the new mech. The most recent example is the new Orion mech. I spent $50 trying to get the Aegis mech (fortunately I was successful) it’s the same thing with new weapons, but they are less expensive. I would suggest that the game should give you tokens for the event crates as long as the event is going on. That way you have a chance to get the mech without having to spend so much money. Another thing is they should add a female voice option for mechs. Just saying…

Great game. I came from War robots to Mech Arena. So far I’ve been able to reach tier 1 and still enjoy the game. This game seems much more balanced than War Robots. I played WR before the titans were added and spent a little bit of real world money on the game. The game was enjoyable at first rising through the ranks, but as soon as I hit a higher rank the players who spent more became much more overpowered. Then WR added Titans as a kick to the ground. If you didn’t spend money you were not going to keep up. That’s where Mech Arena comes in clutch. First of all like I said I’m in the tier 1 tank and yes I do spend $ I’ve found that the game play is still balanced. The reward system for daily and weekly challenges are captivating and worth the time. The only thing I have to say negative is the bot system. The bots obviously are not at strategic as a live person would be. So playing 2 v 2 when u get paired up with a bot is not getting the job done. You have to pull the weight of the bot to win a match. Other than that I hope the devs keep up the good work and don’t over do it to much. Keep the formula going and keep us in the game.

Insanely fun and insanely pay to compete at the highest level. Notice I didn’t say “pay to win” … there is skill to this game which makes it a lot of fun. I didn’t give this 4 stars because of that though. The year is 2023 I understand/accept most games have in game purchases/pay to win. I gave it 4 stars because of the relentless ads. If this game wasn’t so much fun I would’ve already uninstalled it (I usually play a new game for a week or two then move on unless it is worthy of playing). I want to stop playing this game because of how insane it is to get legendary weapons/mechs/pilots on top of upgrading… to put it in perspective: I have 26,000 XP so I unlocked the first legendary assault rifle but it costs 8,000+ credits (idk what the units are called) to acquire it. I currently have 1,500 credits and if I haven’t upgraded any of my mechs/weapons then I’d prolly have around 3k so it’d take me an extra month or two of GRINDING to acquire that legendary weapon. But then I wouldn’t be able to level anything else up OR spend $100 on 8,000 credits OR spend $45 on the legendary weapon when it is in the shop and that is at a discount from $70……

Potential but grossly imbalanced.. It’s not a bad game but it is very pay too win and the discrepancy between guns and Mech abilities is super wide. Mech abilities should be more utility rather than just shutting down the other mechs, those mechs are very out of reach for free to play and grossly overpower you. Certain weapons just annihilate you with little in the way of counterplay, especially when paired with those exact mechs. It can be fun when pitted against fair teams. The more I play the more it seems more and more pay to win. Everything is smooth, maps are designed well, no complaints there. The AI is a little dumb but that’s kinda normal. Still the biggest complaint is the shutdown mechanic on zephyr and guardian are way too strong and the best guns and mechs you literally can’t get without buying them. Again, I think Mech abilities should be more utility rather than just rendering other mechs useless via an ability. Problem is that people do pay for those things so, in my opinion, the proper free to play model (as far as fairness goes) is squashed by the bottom line. The proper model, again subjective I guess, is cosmetics, not power. Riot and league of legends SHOULD be the model, they have no pay to win, it’s literally all cosmetic and they have raked it in for years.

Good game but needs more bots. So the main problem I have with the game is that well not many options for robots I also want more unique effect weapons like a poison weapon or an emp weapon that will take effect after several shots just make sure that it’s credits for purchase and maybe more robots one idea I have is to have a flier as a scout one as an attacker that disables it’s weapon for a built in one for the flight and that can after some time cast a low damage poison emp (same as guardians) but also slows enamors by 25% activates what I call a refractor basically in flight it take 40% less damage and 5% of damage is returned to attackers and it also heals 2.5% HP on landing however as for drawbacks vulnerable on the ground with low health and mid energy capacity but great against high health mechs it’s name hawk. As for a new support a robot called raven it can provide air support and again disable it weapon for a built in one that does low damage but lowers damage and raises damage received whilst it heals its allies and itself as for drawbacks low armor and firepower. Need feed back want your opinion also in chat some guy called SYSTEM is trying to scam us with 5000 acoins

Used to be great…getting greedy…. When I started this game it was nice and fun with little to no pop-ups, harder to get the prototype mechs that WERE NOT purchasable by money yet, and the people that did have them were in other servers. Sometime I wanted to play something else but when I came back it was not what is used to be. Take “Battle Bay” for example. It does not include so many pop-ups and the servers are usually fair. I hope this game does not become one of those pay-to-win games that are so severe that there are little to no players that don’t spend money. I also hope you at least cut in half the pop-ups that don’t even close easily. I suggest you stop making so much new mech’s since every single one is not purchasable by A-coins or credits. The price for the mechs and weapons are probably only reachable either via real money or via grinding for a year. It’s surprisingly hard to get A-coins which you guys are not happy with giving out bucketloads of… Please at least make it easier to get A-coins and stop making new mechs since the old load out was fine enough (too many choices that are also business opportunities) If you do do not want to change these, then at least get rid of those dozens of pop-ups.

Great game but problems and bugs that need fixing. I enjoy playing mech arena as it has very fun mechanics of fighting with all of the different mechs against others in real time with different game modes. However there are some things that are annoying like how I always get attacked with a bunch of in game purchases when I first open the game and it takes a while to close them all. Another huge problem that just happened to me which is majority why I’m writing this is my credits glitched out and started counting in negative numbers and when I tried to buy items it would say I needed a small amount more and when I paid for them it would just make the negative number go down even farther. When I earned credits it went up eventually to positive numbers but what really glitches out the game is I’ll be able to buy certain things even though I don’t have enough and when bought it brings it back down to negatives again and I have to build them back up again. This needs to be fixed asap because it makes the menu gameplay much harder to deal with then when it works correctly. I’ve also talked with others on the chat and some other people have had this exact same thing happen to them as well. Overall though it is a great game with even more potential and deserves 5 stars if the problems get resolved and fixed up.

Why?. Hey! Devs! You have an amazing thing going! The mechs all feel unique and different. The weapons have distinct pros and cons and synergies with certain mechs. The rewards are generous and varied. No purchases are required to have a great time playing your game. Overall 5 stars! The only reason I’m sending a 4 star is that you make me click the “x” button on 5+ different paid offers almost every time I sign in. Fair play, offers are also generous! But please don’t remind me of every. single. Offer. Every. Single. Time. I hate having to click through 10 different ads for your paid content any time I want to do something. I’ve truly seen half of them before. Your game is good enough to spend on without the reminders! If I had the excess cash, I’d do it! Your deals are good! As a limited income player, your constant reminders are less of a bargain offer, and more of a redundant cash grab! Please adjust your in-game popups so the people who want to take advantage of your epic deals can. At the same time, reduce how much time less wealthy players have to spend clicking through your redundant reminders about paid deals!

The game used to be great… used to. A long time ago I played this game nonstop but now the game feels to competitive and when I go to tournaments some people stay up 24/7 tryng to get the highest score and it is rly stressful tryng to get higher than them bc it is almost impossible to win considering that there are people that use pay to win weapons and mechs so I just want to say this bc it isint worth your sanity tryng to get to masters or grandmasters and the prizes aren’t wort it if you think abt it all it does is you being able to rank up 1 or 3 mech maximum and skilled matchmaking is something that is wrong right now bc sometimes it will put o you in lobbies regardless or pay to win players or not but BACJ THEN it was more fun it was ACTUALLY FAIR at the time and FUN TO PLAY now it feels to competitive and stressful always now I rearley play the game and I feel bad for it bc it used to be a good game not it’s just a stress gainer…I’m sorry Mech arena but it’s the truth and I feel like should move on now.

Great game, some sandbox problems. Many of you I’m guessing came from war robots. I played that game for years and came to love it, but with unbalanced sandboxes that made it impossible for you to compete or do anything and extremely bad ptw/matchmaking problems. I quickly fell out of love with the game. Then I saw this game, its fast paced which allows for a lot of fun engagements and has a progress path that keeps things much more balanced, except for a few things. Best example are the lock-on weapons and mostly the javelins. I’m around 1300 power so I don’t know if it changes as you get higher but as of now the lock on weapons are extremely unbalanced. You can sit in the back of the map or behind walls and consistently one shot people without them being able to do anything. This extremely frustrating to play against and without any cover or shields. Is almost impossible to dodge. Besides these problems the game feels great and the sandbox is great. But a nerf to the javelins and lock on weapons is heavily needed

Very good game! A lot of fun it’s almost perfect but…. So the game itself is amazing and loads of fun and and dosent take so long and not hard learning curve, there are only two things that I don’t like one is the balancing of players sometimes you get people with over powered mechs in game which takes the fun out of it, so some balancing issues are still needed for it but it’s not the worst. The worst and second problem with the game is the amount of PTW(Pay To Win) ads. When you start up the game I have counted what the game throws at your face to give you the edge in matches by paying for pilots, new mechs,new weapons, currency all the usual stuff that every game in the market place has, what I don’t appreciate it how it’s 15!!! Yes 15 whole ads to buy stuff from them, now I can deal with one or two ads I get it but that’s to many ads in my face and takes away from the experience. You don’t need to shove this stuff down our throat to buy stuff. I hate when I start up ready to play I have to go through 30 seconds of exiting out ads. Please stream line this not even COD dose this in their mobile game and 3/4 of the cool stuff is for sale. Please stop force feeding your stuff to buy in your players base face, or have an option to turn off all that stuff.

Good Gameplay but fatal flaws. The reviews about bad matchmaking and pay-to win purchase mechanics aren’t joking. You don’t see it early on, but as you progress it gets worse. The sad part, is the actual gameplay is very well designed, and quite fun. But you start to realize that you’re frequently matched against OP mechs with OP weapons that you can’t get without real $$. More often than not, the matchmaking is incredibly unbalanced. And then there’s the latency….. remember that time you had a ping under 20, but were killed by the invisible rockets that didn’t hit you until a full second after you exploded. Yeah….that. Developers need to make some serious changes to mech balance and matchmaking. Unfortunately, the devs are spending all their time on events that can’t be completed without … you guessed it….spending real $$. That’s really a bummer, because there’s a lot of potential here, but the developers can’t see past their own greed. Update: devs spending all their energy on cosmetic updates, or new weapons, mechs and events that require purchases. They clearly do not care about creating a community or positive experience for players. Everything they do suggests making more money is their only concern.

Fun game, soon to be ruined. So far I really do enjoy the gameplay 4/5. -could use more game modes & maybe bigger maps with more players. It’s populated, and people seem to be active. The game does make you want to progress through the ranks and upgrade your mechs, pilots and gear. However getting the upgrade feels less than satisfactory. None the less, it still makes you want more. Here is the issue. It starts with 1 or 2 ads for some micro transaction. No problem, this game has to run somehow. Then you get through the tutorial, and it increases to about 5 or 6 ads that pop up back to back, lag the game, and don’t always want to close. Annoying, but still able to deal with. Now here we are, just coming out of the novice rank. 15-20 ads pop up. Back to back. You must close them all one by one before you can do anything. If someone is going to spend money on this game, surely they see they are able to do so with the first few ads. It is absolutely ridiculous to throw 20 ads up as soon as you log in the game, and I expect this prevents other players with lesser quality phones from even playing. Make a tab for all the ongoing sales, and show the new sales once as a pop up. Otherwise, unless players are willling to click through the same 20 ads every log in or restart, this game is lost.

Good game, Uneven Ads. Let me start off by saying I understand you need ads to employ your game developers, I completely get that. But let me make some recommendations that I think could be effective and not turn as many people away. If you study games that I think we could agree are successful, fortnite, Minecraft. The in-game purchases made are all cosmetics, however I do not suggest this. Honestly judging from how many ads there are now I’d say money needs to come in. What I suggest, is more realistic purchases. I get an add for $70 for literally one legendary gun, I gotta say, if you sold even one of those you are lucky. That is insanely overpriced, gas is $6 and you want $70 for a gun? That’s honestly offensive. I feel like that came off mean and I’m not trying to be, but cmon. The battle pass was great, I bought it. Worth the money. Then I get to guardian and I got spend more money to get him? As the final skin in the battle pass and Mech you have to spend real money on is absolutely ridiculous. Because of these reasons you will never get another purchase until some sense is made of this. I recommend lowering the prices for literally everything but the battle pass. And in return you will make more money than before. It seems like a risk, but study Minecraft, fortnite, call of duty. You have the player base to do this too.

Amazing. The only thing I want (if the devs see this that is) is that all the mechs are available from the get go. This could solve the sometimes pointless feeling grinding that I experience when trying to upgrade my most powerful mech and weapons. Also the loot box’s while not a problem at first glance add to this problem seeing that at certain times it feels like you are forced into using money. Of course this comes from a teenager that doesn’t want to spend money on a game. And while I see the benefits to having to spend money for the development team, for the player other than getting a super powerful mech or weapon they don’t get much else out of it. I think it would be awesome to add perks to go along with the transaction to add to the feeling of finally having a fighting chance. But for the most part this game is awesome and do take this with a grain of salt because some of this could be me being salty for how many times I felt like I had to buy something.

Mech idea. The Mech is the SCENEPIOS technically he has 2 tails with tips at the end with arrows inside it with chains they are retractable and the tail use it’s ability it’s ability to export the arrows out of the tail grappling onto the enemy and poisoning it it has titanium body armor with a health of 68,900 and a speed of 17 mph. It is just technically a scorpion Mech so it has claws that put the weapons into the claws and it crawls on its 4 legs and the claws add the weapons on it but if you include the claws as legs it’s 6 legs it also has an ability cooldown of 20 and it’s role is attacker it’s ability duration is 8 secs and the poison damage does 1,300 damage per second the arrow is guided but if it doesn’t get to it’s destination in about 4 seconds or so the arrows retract to its tail it’s energy capacity is 16 it’s eyes are a little bit like arachnos eyes and I have no idea about the mythical skins so you can have those ideas to make for yourself anyway it’s probably a epic legendary pr just rare is probably one of those ranks anyway I don’t understand the rest of the settings of how to create mechs so the rest is up to you if anything seems unfair you can fix it to something more fair for gameplay so that’s technically it bye and if you want to I can give you system Mech arena ideas instead of mechs like features with the game so bye!!😃

4.9 for 80k reviews?. Game is good but I find it difficult to believe it’s genuinely a 4.9… it’s okay if you don’t put any $$ in but you’re limited to how competitive you can be with overpowered bots that players with no skill can buy for real $$ - maps are stale after only a couple of months playing and progress slows drastically if you don’t put money into the game. I wouldn’t mind if newer maps requiring different strategy were introduced. Instead they add different map skins for the World Cup :/ Some weapons have a ridiculous reload time (sniper)and paid bots that completely disable yours make it more of a hide and seek than a strategic shooter - hopefully the rate at which you can progress at higher levels and new maps will improve otherwise I don’t see myself being able to enjoy the game much longer. Also - the sniper says it doesn’t adjust aim but it does track which sometimes causes you to lose sim on other enemies and with the long reload time it can easily cause you to lose a match with one missed shot. Going to continue playing through the holidays and see what changes, if any, are in the works otherwise it’s time to move on.

Developer please read. I love the game great job it’s just that I don’t have any trouble getting credits, but I do have a little bit of trouble getting a coins and most of my favorite mechs are epic but can you please like file the amount of a coins that you need to come down maybe by 1000 you don’t have to do it by that much maybe like 500 to 300 coins another thing is there all these new weapons coming in that are on low divisions like tier 3 and you have to pay at least over $50 to get them. Can you make it so they either cost a coins or credits that would help so much. I also have a Mech idea It’s called twister and it’s ability arrowhead can Turn the mech into a spiraling arrowhead that can ram into other mechs And at max level can do 70,000 damage speed 25mph Health 185,000 energy capacity 24 so it’s probably scout and if it’s OP you can file the stats down a little bit I would also like a scout mech with 32 energy capacity I would also like a tank with 32 energy capacity I also think you should make mech With a higher energy capacity of 32 and make higher energy capacity weapons if you read this thank you if you can make some of it come true😁

A great game with a skill based focus.. Mech Arena is a PvP mech battler that revolves big mechs fighting in a condensed arena. As a War Robots veteran, I was shocked to see the changes. The fast-paced aspect of firing and running around, (or walking with a slower mech) dealing and receiving damage or capturing a control point is undoubtedly more fun than War Robots’s slow aspect. War Robots is going down in popularity because of the issues with over-powered robots, pay-to-wins, and tankers (maxed individual who leaves battles to lower their rank to reap newbies). Mech Arena makes a main stream XP line that puts you with others with a decent matchmaking system. Pay-to-wins still exist, but are not an issue with the XP line. (Same with Tankers) Mech Arena also does not have the fancy Titans (which ultimately ruined the game), modules (no u I’m invincible), drones (hey look I’m healed at max buddy), motherships, (ez death button) etc; just one mech with 2 weapons, with different energy capacities. All mechs have different advantages and disadvantages, like lancer is great at scouting but cannot take a hit. War Robot’s Fafnir is basically “Shield with deletion gun and speed boost and [insert add on here].” War Robots was fun, but Mech Arena was a game changer. My only gripes are the decent matchmaking (though not as bad as War Robots’s matchmaking), AI sometimes getting either retarded or strong, and the pop-ups. Despite these issues, Mech Arena is still a great Mech battler.

Pay to win. I’ve been playing Mech Arena since October of 2021. I’ve played it for so long cause… when it’s balanced and it works properly… it’s a really fun game to play. Problem is the first 1-2 matches you play any given day are against other players of your level. After that, you are constantly pitted against other mechs that are practically maxed out (The higher tier mechs are around $75 USD and the weapons they are using are around $45 USD. Afterwards, they spend WAY more than that maxing them out). You can unload your entire magazine on these mechs and only take away 10-20% of their health (if they spit on you, you’re dead). Plarium does this intentionally so you’ll get mad enough and buy the mech upgrades so you can compete against the people who already did buy the upgrades. Also, the bugs in this game are enough to drive you nuts. I have fallen through the floor, shot lower star mechs and they took zero damage, constantly run into invisible walls, and randomly the controls become unresponsive for a few seconds (but you can still fire or use your special move). The best one is where you target someone (using the javelin rack for example) and as soon as you tap fire, it targets a different mech you’re not even looking at. Lastly, I have gigabit internet and the lag can get REALLY bad. You’ll watch mechs start floating through the air or teleporting around. Plarium needs to fix their game and massively cut back on the pay to win mechanics.

Bonus ad rewards. High so i have been playing this game for a long time and it’s just amazing. There are so many mechs and weapons to choose from and the graphics are so amazing. This is a game where if you do get tired of it and haven’t played for a while you can immediately join back and you haven’t really missed much because of the amazing progression you can do. I can play this game for a a day and actually feel like I progresses a lot instead of waiting an entire year to be happy with myself. I feel like the ad bonuses are great. They are a nice way to get some extra rewards if you just don’t have enough time to play but want to get some rewards. I just have one recommendation. For the ads of the boxes, I would suggest putting it up after you used up all the box tokens for recommending the ads instead of when you opened up one and I want to open another but I accidentally click on the ad option. But that is my only concern and I can’t wait for more updates! 😇

Stay Away Until They Fix Servers and Game Balance. Started playing the game a little over a month ago. The free to play was lots of fun and after a strong initial showing, I decided to participate in some of the sales items offered. That has quickly turned into buyers remorse. The game is now almost impossible to play without complete frustration taking over. Hugely unbalanced matches, incredibly irritating internet connection interruptions (playing on super high speed internet), and being kicked from servers on a regular basis is absolutely absurd. Reached out to customer service to discuss the issue and the response was to utilize a VPN. Players spam the chat rooms and there is no option to mute, not to mention hugely offensive names are used. After discussing these issues with some of the fellow players, there is a common shared feeling that game is has progressively worse. Many feel overrun with ads being pushed and they stated gameplay has become almost impossible to enjoy. Since I don’t a history with the game beyond what I’ve experienced the last month, I can understand their shared sentiments and am beginning to understand why they feel like they aren’t valued customers.

A great Mech battler. I’ve played my share of Mech games, from the original Mech warrior to war robots (or as it was originally called, walking war robots before it became p2w lol) to Mech battle and battle of titans (BOT). But this is slightly different cause it’s more of an Esports Mech shooter, similar to hawken. It’s fast paced and the controls are tight. You can also customize the layout of your hud and whether to use and/or change between two different aim assist options. And the game has a radar! Not many Mobil Mech games have that so use it lol. My only complaint is it gets harder to save up in game currency. But as long as you’re a good player, you’ll do fine if you’re willing to play the game often enough. Ive played it almost everyday for the past month or two and haven’t lost any interest in it. Also, I’d like to reassure that the balancing on the mechs is very good, because they can only carry two weapons lol. But go ahead and give this game a try, and hopefully you’ll get to play with the shadowcat sometime :)

Good game but…. First off, this game became of interest to me after spending lots of time and money playing that other robot game (you know the one). There are numerous differences between the two, and each stands up as a decent game on their own. However, I’ve been playing Mech Arena for enough time now to know where it’s headed and I’m not pleased. What will likely bring my departure from the game is it’s current trajectory. The new pilot and implant features have brought with them two new currencies to the game. It was the same thing with the other game. Pilots, drones, chips, titans, motherships. All that junk nobody asked for yet is going to be needed to succeed and progress effectively is ushered in with new ways to acquire them. Namely new coins and currency. There will be more down the pipeline I’m sure. Which at some point soon will be leaving this game too. I get that they have to generate revenue. I’m not adverse to dropping some coin for something I like. But because it appears as if they are going the same route as that other game (gratuitous costs incurred), my days are probably numbered here. For what it’s worth, it is still a fun time

Good but takes a lot of effort. So this game is the best game on my phone and it’s the only one I play but there are a couple set backs… The game is pretty easy overall at the start but as you progress to like, tier 7 everything gets terribly expensive. A low power item will cost 261,450 credits. I can’t buy anything anymore without grinding for 2 weeks. It’s just not that worth it. Another thing is the extra scenes where you just wait to get through the XP readings and event stuff and by then it takes another minute to load the thing you need to do. Over all this game is very fun and I really like it. It takes me back to the other mech games but it also adds it own flare to it. In conclusion, This game is very fun and simple, but is hard to beat. I really just wish they’d fix the prices. Thank you if you read through this review developers and if your a kid or gamer I hope you can play with more understanding.

This game is trash. Every one is so pay to win that I can’t even play the game without getting spawn killed by helix rack 8s and other ones like javelin packs sixteens not to mention all the people with pilots like Neymar jr with legendary implants almost maxed out along with the pilot and implants almost maxed out and I barely have two epic pilots at only level two with only rare implants also right after the fragment guns came out ppl already had them doing 55,000 damage well close or above that and you when you bought them, their level was either 2 or 3 and or 4 star idk if it was 4 but I remember 2 or 3 they had enough acorns and credits to get it that level and they have other meds like that with different guns and pilots just like that making the game no fun to play they say they’ll fix but they don’t and just lie like I would like it if just all Gomes and mechs were just unlocked by xp I instead of a range of 2 bucks to 75 bucks if they made everything unlockable by the xp bar thing the player has I personally think the game would be more fair or even and then it would be about your setup and your division or league would determine other players that have the same mechs or close to better ones along with weapons so then it does make the game somewhat about skill and not just overwhelming mech health, pilot level and almost max implants, along with guns that can do around 55,000 damage almost instantly destroying my tankiest mech it’s just no fun

I love this game but…. This game is awesome in a lot of ways, I’ve always loved the battle Mech style games like this, and I think it’s a good one except the prices for coins and upgrades is outrageous, I mean a hundred bucks for a single pilot, you have got to be kidding me, and the coins you need to upgrade weapons,mechs and pilots is high as soon as you move up from beginner, and they are extremely nitty with rewards, what everyone of these companies that make these games never seem to realize is that if you make rewards better, and make in game purchases cheaper, that you would actually make more money, people are more prone to making in game purchases if they are cheaper, I mean I’m not poor, but I’m not paying a hundred dollars for an imaginary pilot or a box of coins that may or may not give me enough for an upgrade, but if they only cost five or ten dollars, I would definitely be tempted, and buy making the battle rewards greater, the non payers would stick around longer, get more invested in the game and be more tempted to make a few small purchases, it’s just common business sense, and I wish more of these games would use some.

Clone of war robot. This is just an rip off of war robots, it’s an average p v p game with really nothing special, especially with me played war robot for over three years and when I started playing this, it doesn’t feel that great. Also there are way too many currencies, and how to get each one is unclear. I know this game company needs money, it’s happens in every game. But like the game pass are really overpriced. Also in this game there’s a feature where if you invite other people to the game, the reward is like INSANE. It’s just way to overpowered how you can literally beat people who have payed thirty bucks in the game with just three invites. The game it self is a little bit unbalanced but it’s not a big problem. Anyway I stop playing this game after a short while because nothing in this game caught my interest. Personally I don’t like the cartoon graphics of this game, I don’t think animated cartoons and war machines fit together, especially with many other mobile games with better graphics like war robot, this game is like not so good at graphics. The last two things are it’s really hard to get new robots and weapons in this game so except boring grinding for a long time if you decide to play this game, and last this is a clear copy of war robot is it really right to make rip offs?

WAS a refreshing alternative to Pixonic’s cash grab.. I am a four year War Robots veteran. I finally got tired of Pixonic’s business practices. Mech Arena is a fun, fast paced mech game. It has good graphics, fast frame rate, and is older device friendly. Economy seems fair so far. Investing $ is not required to stay competitive, but the rewards are worth the money you invest. So far, it’s one of those game where you are like “sure, I’ll throw in a few bucks to support the developer”. I have had a lot of fun the past few weeks. It’s definitely worth trying. If you like it, show the developer some love and invest a few bucks. You will get your money’s worth. Update: I still love the game, but take out the chat feature. It’s filled with people begging for in game currency. New Update I have been playing since the beta. Plarium has fallen into the greedy mobile gaming formula. I am so disappointed in the direction the game has gone in the past 18 months. No new maps or game modes. New weapons, bots, and pilots were added instead, which drain resources and really doesn’t add any new tactics or strategies. They no longer allow duplicate bots in a hanger. I get that and actually agree, but the compensation for losing my duplicate bots was garbage considering the money I invested in them. I quit playing, as I can no longer keep up with the wallet warriors. It was fun while it lasted.

Very good. This is a very good game and I recommend whoever reading this to play it. The only bad thing about the game overall is the offers, but let’s forget about that because it is a very good game. I have been playing for a month or two and already have division 2! It is kind of hard but not rage-hard and I like the game very much. So if you are considering getting the game too, please do! At first it may seem hard and you might be like, “How on earth did he get that mech!?”, but eventually you will get that mech too and you will realize how. And also the tournaments give you very good rewards if you can get 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place in the tournament and you will start to feel op! The only suggestion I have is maybe mechs can hold more guns? Or maybe you can have four of one gun, for example, you have 2 longarm 8 on arachnos and 2 longarm 8 on ares? One bad thing is it’s kind of unfair that you can buy mechs because then I get killed instantly if someone buys zephyr or something like that. But overall, pretty good and you should get the game if you haven’t already! (also some people have inappropriate names or they spam scam links please fix this!)

Fun game, needs work.. This game has potential, but every time I open the app I am bombarded by at least 10 pop ups for in game purchases. This is really annoying and is making me not want to play the game as I don’t want to go through the process of having to close out of each pop up individually every time I want to play. Please make an option to opt out of these pop ups, if someone wants to buy something they will go to the in game shop. If not, at least figure out a way to make it only one pop up that scrolls or something please, it is making the game unbearable. For the gameplay, I’ve also found that it is extremely frustrating playing against people who have rocket mortar weapons. They can sit all the way on the opposite side of the map and their weapons can still easily take you out in one shot. I’ve seen many people with these weapons hide in spawn and still manage to wipe out teammates multiple times. It is not fun to play against as it doesn’t really require any skill, please fix this weapon. It is also making the gameplay experience not pleasant and is another reason why I don’t want to play anymore.

ALMOST Perfect. I love this game! It feels like they give you so many freebies which is great! They really make it SUPER easy to earn and it does not feel like a grind, specially when the game is so fun! Fast and fun, which I think is perfect. The ONLY problem I have with this game that keeps it from 5 stars is the way assisted kills work. I HATE that I will be the one pretty much taking all of an opponent’s life bar yet, since I usually have to reload before fully killing a Mech, a teammate will swoop in and one tap them, leaving me with an “assist”. I wish they would make it a “count as a kill” since I pretty much am! How is it that because a team mate one shots them they get the credit for the kill. That being said, the game is really fun. Matches don’t take for ever so you can get a quick game in, and they really reward you with so many in game currency that it makes unlocking stuff not a pain. I haven’t had a game on my phone in for ever but this one really got me reeled in. It’s seriously such a fun game and I think anyone considering it should give it a try!

Make this game not use space to play. You need space to download the game but it takes space just to launch and if you have a older iPhone version like the iPhone six s which only has eleven Giga bites and those get used up very fast by needed things on the phone and game data which you can’t get rid of unless you wipe the phone completely it can take up like five giga bites and updates taking up space is fine because there is no way to prevent that and I know that which is why that isn’t so annoying so please change this and what makes it more annoying is you can be playing it with the same storage at like one in the noon but at like five at noon it says you don’t have enough storage space to play this game which makes me want to play a different Mech fighting game but sense I have amazing Mech weapons I don’t want to lose those by getting a new game so please fix this. Besides that it has good game play but there are a lot of pop up ads for mechs, weapons for your Mech, and Mech skins along with a coins so if it is possible people with out money are just taunted with these and it is so annoying so I think you should do one big ad for all of these things so you don’t have to take two to three minutes just to get to the actual game that would be great.

Great game but…. First off this game is pretty dope. I’ve been playing war robots for about seven years and I can’t tell you the amount of money I put in that game just for it to be to the point where you have to pay to play so at least win and make advancement in the game to get the best gear. Your game makes it pretty easy because you really don’t have to pay if you grind hard enough. But there are a few things that I see in this game that could use some improvement. First off the weapons and robots that we don’t use anymore,Why can’t we sell them to get rid of them for credits in the game to use towards upgrading and improving our robotsAnd weapons that we actually use. SecondlyHow about making a return to lobby button after any match that we play with friends where we create a match whether it’s two 2V2, 5V5, control point control, or it tournaments, after playing two or three rounds it would be best to allow players to return to the lobby and take a break and discuss tactics for the next match coming up or to adjust weapons on robots or exchange robots. Trust me I’ve been talking with a few players in this game and these are two things that would make your game a lot better. And every other game such as this you’re able to sell weapons and robots you don’t use anymore for in game currency. Why continue to have robots and weapons in your garage that you do not use? Think about it… 5 stars across the board for this game.

Awesome game but could be better. Awesome game. Although I think the game needs more like mechs and weapons and a bigger hangar and maybe the ability to sell back things back for an equal amount of something else. And probably a trading system too because it would be cool to have that. Also it would also be nice to NOT be barraged by ads when opening the game. And, in case you read this, please don’t do buy to win or any of that. Just make it so others only buy things for derby’s. Or make a daily limit for buying stuff. That would make it a lot more better experience. Plus please add a Pulse Cannon 12. And I have an idea for a new mech it could be sort of a mix between ares and arachnos so it could hold a shied for limited amount of time but all weapons are off but while that’s running there can be a turret deployed that does the same amount of damage as the weapons equipped on the actual mech please take these thoughts into consideration but anyhow awesome game

Amazing but could add some new modes to enhance the game. I downloaded this game a few days ago bc of YouTuber MandJTV’s sponsorship with it. It’s so much fun - I’ve had a blast duking it out with other players. It definitely deserves 5 stars. With that being said, I think there can be some modes added to make the game even better! Here’s what I came up with: Trial mode - Allows you test out a certain mech/weapon/shop deal before purchasing it (so you can get a feel for the item). It should be a button thats near the purchase button or a pop up menu that asks if you want to undergo a trial (basically practice mode, listed below) before purchasing it (this should have the option to be disabled in settings). Practice mode - Lets you practice against the AI in the game. There should be options for higher & lower divisions so it’s the players preference of difficulty. The button can go in the battle menu. Please take these ideas into consideration. Thx!

Fun but bad problems.. I’ve had this game for about 2 weeks for now and it’s a very fun game unlike other mobile games I can enjoy playing this but the most obvious aspect of the game is pay to win in the worst way possible I can endgame mechs and weapons for around 15 dollars sometimes cheaper and also the last 4 games I played were against people who had mechs and weapons twice as strong as mine and have been playing for 4 months up to a whole year ahead of me when I barely started 2 weeks ago. They also put limits on the amount of xp you can earn a day which I’ve never seen a game so that is strange even if you want to play it all day after the first hour or 2 you already done everything you can and playing doesn’t reward you anything like if I’m going to be matched up with veterans at least let me progress as much as I want and not putting daily limits in front of it. The only thing that you can always play for are tournaments which have people that play for hours just to get a single prize so your never going to get the grand prize unless you devote a couple 3 to 4 hours just on the tournament game mode. It’s a fun game no doubt it is just sad as a new player trying to progress to be roadblocked by veterans killing me within 3 seconds and daily limits the only real way to progress the Al fastest is by giving up the credit card, sad it is a 5 star game just on gameplay alone but the other features about this game are what make me not want to play it as much.

Bro these reviews. I love this game it is honestly one of my favorite mobile games! There is kind of a play to win aspect in the beginning but once you get to the higher divisions(I’m division 2 and haven’t spent a dime on this game) it balances itself out pretty well because most of the things that you can pay for you can eventually get through leveling up or events. Which there is some events that have pay to win tasks but they are optional, you can get all the rewards from the events by doing all the other tasks. I will say the currency is a little wack, I feel like it’s harder to get credits then it is to get A coins but I kind of like that because this game is still newish and doesn’t have a ton of weapons and mechs yet so the currency imbalance makes it so people can’t binge play and reach top level mechs in just a few days. The team pairing system is a little weird because there is the pay to win aspect so you can have a bunch of brand new players that don’t know what they are doing they just spent $100+ on a powerful Mech and disc launchers so now they are taking the express way to through the divisions but I feel like most of them get stuck at about divisions 5 or 4 because that’s when things even out so once you get past that nonsense I feel like the team match system gets a little better.

Fun but Pay2Win. So last match I was put with some guy with rail guns while I wasn’t even close to getting Cheetah so he either bought it using money or the battle balance is stupid and I am not hating because even though it is pay2win it is still very fun. Also I wish there was a button that disable the ADS it’s kinda annoying when you join in mech arena to crush some metal and reach my goal which is getting Redox, I think that feature would help a lot of people and please fix the BALANCE. I seen a lot of review complaining about this which is true I got put up with Cheetah even though I was far from getting Cheetah and again THAT FUNKING PAY2WIN GUY. Also there is a MAJOR PROBLEM with A coins, so how do you expect not even a end game player to have 2,579 A coins or 310,000 Credit!? So I think nerfing the price a bit like what the shell is Shadow costing more then guardian so please nerf either the price of SOME mechs and weapons or make a coin easier to earn, it also helps with the pay2win problem BONUS: you guys, yes you, the developer secretly added a new guardian system crash effect huh, HA you can hide that from me lol PS: Why am I dumping into Agies? Probably the Pay2win or the battle balance is becoming stupid again.

Was fun but now it’s horrible. I loved this game for such a long time and got multiple people playing it I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and I’ve encouraged others to do so as well. The game is in such a sorry state I feel the new name should be Mech bots. Because let’s face it I just played about 12 games and every single time my team was full of bots I think I saw one real person on my team. the developers are out to make money they had a game that was extremely fun and a lot of people enjoyed it and now everyone is saying the same thing avoid this game like the plague. For everyone who has not hit that wall yet enjoy your time because once that wall comes it comes hard fast and it slaps you in the face saying thank you for wasting your time how can we take more money from you. I had such a great win ratio until the past couple months now it seems like for every 10 games I play I might be lucky if I win three of them. I have seven more matches to play to finish my battle pass. I am dreading every single game the only reason I’m finishing my battle pass is because I already paid for it and At least want to get those last seven matches under my belt so I can say I completed my second battle pass the unfortunate part is you’ll never get another dime from me.

Unbalanced Battles and just getting greedy. It’s fun, but has major drawbacks, 1: As soon as I join I’m bombarded by so many offers it’s gotten to the point where I find that it’s normal. I’d recommend that you make the deals a more special occasion rather than daily routine. 2: Too many people use pay to win mechs/weapons. Every time I join a battle even with a shadow I’m still bombarded by Pay to Win weapons, Graviton Beams, Disruptors, Chain Guns and Miniguns. It’s just too unbalanced. One team is full of amateurs while the other team is full of Legendary’s. 3: This game really needs to add more buff mechs, a good majority of mechs recently added are just so frail. Puma and Slingshot is a great example of this, I understand they are coming from other frail mechs but it’s just outrageous how frail they are, I’ve seen a puma destroyed by Thermal Lance 6’s in about 20 seconds. And please if your gonna keep making more deals that require money, make it worth it. A good majority of deals are barely worth it I’ve seen a deal that offered an Ares. FOR 6 DOLLARS. I’ve seen a surge offered for 2 dollars. That better than an Ares, I seriously don’t get how a legendary is cheaper than a literal easy to obtain mech.

Good Game but Needs Tweaking. After playing Mech arena for a few weeks, close to a month. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite mobile games but just because it is one of my favorites doesn’t mean I’m gonna say it doesn’t have flaws. Let’s start off with the good though, for starters it gives you a really good tutorial and some great mechs to start off with. While paragon might not be the best he is common and easy to upgrade. Juggernaut has the highest HP of any tank Mech when fully maxed out and as you progress you’ll be able to get there. Panther has one of the greatest universal shields and Killshot can deal a lot of damage early to late game. However, most people buy the packs for more expensive mechs like Guardian, Ares, Zephyr, and etc. this makes it really easy for them to overpower you in the early to mid game. But unless you have boatloads of cash to spend you do hit a wall. Tournament will allow free to play players who grind smarter not harder to earn a coins and credits to catch up to these whales. And some of the Mech abilities last way to long Zephyr mostly. With a few tweaks to some mechs, or even overhauling paragon to have a better ability I think that this game can be a fun experience for everyone.

Good game IF you spend big $$.. I’ve been playing this game for 3 months. I rarely play any sort of video game but this one looked interesting from a social media add. The game is pretty fun and addicting but, you definitely begin to spend money to compete especially in tournaments. Since downloading the game I have spent a substantial amount of money to stay competitive. As other users have said-if you don’t spend money you will never be able to compete with others who do. Once you reach a certain level you will no longer be able to get enough credits and a-coins to upgrade your weapons through the in-game daily challenges. You won’t be able to get good pilots unless you directly buy them. The fortune vaults are predictable with what you will win. I.e a 5 token vault will typically give you credits while the higher fortune vaults typically give you skins for your mechs. This game should base weapon upgrades of kills, not money spent. I would rather pay $50 up front than level up through the shop and the bogus daily deals. *Hint-don’t buy anything if it isn’t at least 50% off.

It is well though out but…. Some of these mechanics are pretty broken. Killshot’s area of effect for his special can hit far above where he actually is but conversely doesn’t effect below him. Zephyr, though he doesn’t have that much health, the range and length of time that he can lockdown mechs is probably a third longer than it should be. Pending on the weapon Zephyr can reload before his special is up. Additionally the pay to win is hefty with this game. For example, it takes 8,275 a-coins in order to purchase the Carbine 8 after you played enough to unlock it. Been playing a little over a month now and in total I haven’t been able to acquire that amount of a-coins through daily’s. A-coins are also needed to upgrade weapons and mechs as well as purchase other mechs and weapons, so to save up enough you set yourself way back from the competition in the game. Lack of being able to upgrade in order to save up can’t be off-set by player ability the higher up you go. Definitely some balancing is needed in future patches. But for now the game is a blast and most folks who dump cash into it aren’t that good.

Getting too greedy.. The pay to play prices have always been ridiculous. But if I were too cheap I guess everyone would be maxed. I can’t imagine some must spend thousands to max out. I’ve been playing since December. But occasionally I will buy a weapon for under $10. Particularly to complete a challenge and get, typically 300 a-coins. The last challenge I paid my $8.99 for the Disc Launcher 16 and was unable to complete the challenge due to the only way to get 5 blueprints was to pay for a $15 upgrade package. All previous challenges I have never encountered that. They also changed their “premium” packages for a-coins. They kept the price the same but reduced the number of a-coins for the price and claim half of what you get is a bonus ie 14k coins was $100 but now it’s 8k+5.5k bonus. The 3-8 pop-ups everytime you open the app are worth being able to play for free. I played for free for months before I caved on a $3.99 weapon. And I did very well for spending nothing. I finally decided I’d had enough fun to justify spending a couple bucks on a weapon occasionally. I still do very well against all but maxed out players and occasionally I give one a run for their money. My biggest frustration is quite often someone with a decent mortar set up will shell you the whole game but never show on your radar so you never get a chance to fire back or even know where it’s coming from.

Uneven battles. This game is very fun to play. The only improvement so far that I can suggest is to make the battles more balanced. I’m new to this game, but I have some pretty strong mechs. They are just not strong enough as those that more veteran players have & use in the battles I get thrown into. Could you even out the experiences of the battle members, so they are a little more equal? Good game though. I just thought of another improvement. Make the game so players can sell back a Mech they no longer want. That would give each player more in-game money that they could use on their other mech(s). As far as I know, that would make this game one of the first, if not the first, games that does that. Think about it. Even more people would be drawn to this game. I have been playing this game for a few months now, & the balancing out of the tournament battles hasn’t got any better. It’s not bad when you can put together a team for tournament or other battles in the game using your Friends List to make a team, since then you know how strong your is. Unfortunately, when you go into battle on your own you can end up on a weak random team vs an incredibly strong random team. That just turns out to be a disaster that you lose big time, sometimes many times in a row. No one can win points that are needed that way. Since this is a game of competition, the top priority for an update should & would be balancing out the of the equality of the radom teams in battle. Please!

Mech Idea. I think Mech Arena is a great game and I even have an idea for a new mech, now I still don’t have a good name for the mech, but I have every thing else planned, I want a mech that starts with 32,125HP, an energy capacity of 8 when it is upgraded to two stars, its speed is 16km/h. The mechanic ability is to switch out of its weapons, meaning it can’t use them, and take out two swords that the mech has, at the level of two stars the mechs swords deal 4,458 damage for each swing, the mech also becomes ignored by enemy targeting systems. To enable its ability you can either wait for 10 seconds for the ability to wear of, or you can just brake the extra health bar that the mech has when it’s ability is activated, if the extra health bar does not get damaged at all and the ability is reduced to the limit, the mech sends out an explosion dealing 5,000 damage when it is leveled up to two stars, thank you!(by the way, if you happen to make this mech can you give it to me for free please.)

WAS a great game. I left robot wars as soon as I found this game it was simple fun balanced and your skills and experience counted for something. Then a funny thing happened, I like to call it the Robot Wars Syndrome , as more people discovered this fun and competitive game the developers immediately started adding more and more powerful bots and weapons that take a boat load of money to purchase. So much like robot wars, i began to come up against people who possessed a lot of money and bought the very expensive and exotic bots and weapons then upgraded them to be pretty much unbeatable. Couple that with the unbalanced match making and well you know the rest. It won’t be long before I get tired of being fodder for these Pay to Win players and move on to another game, all because I don’t spend half my paycheck or have a wealth mommy or daddy to buy bots and weapons for me so I can feel good about myself. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could sell back unused stuff like the overwhelming number of worthless skins you get free but will never use or if you could actually win enough to get some of those out of reach bots and weapons, but like Robot Wars they purposely put the type of coins or credits you need so high and make it nearly impossible to ever win enough of them that if you want to be a “winner” you gotta fork over the dough”. To bad really cause this WAS A GREAT GAME!

Better than war robots. But not for long. Tonnes of ads to click thru before the hangar even opens, new robots constantly coming out, same problems and model as war robots. If you are looking for a war robots alternative, this isnt it. It’s just a cheap remake designed for pay 2 win.

A game that you don’t wanna play. I have been playing the game for over 3-4 months. I really wanted to enjoy the game however the game has a huge problem which is Players don’t get to choose win or lose but the AI bots are. Imagine this you scored really high and higher than anyone else but you still lose. That happens every 3 to 4 games out of 10 games. How bad is that? Btw the game has cheaters too. They can easily own you by touching u After the complain and none of the staff willing to change anything at all. I will never ever set my foot into the game ever again. It’s a big big waste of your time!!!

It‘a fun, but it’s pop up ads are extremely annoying. Like the title says it is a fun game, but it’s full of bad business practices (for the consumer, probably quite profitable for the developers). The pop up ads are excessive, about 4-6 every time I return to the main menu. the special challenges that the game offers to give you multiple types in game currency are making you buy stuff to get the challenge done quicker(granted you can do it without buying stuff with real money but it is still a bad way of doing things). The micro transactions are hardly that, one of the mechs you can get is $109 Aus which is asking a lot when you have to level up with in game currency. Levelling up is extremely expensive as well you have to get blueprints (which is random and comes in lot boxes, and can not be giving as a reward for battle) and the normal currency. All in all, I would like to recommend you spend your time and money somewhere else

Good idea but has problems. This game is pretty fun and isnt boring. Ive got some problems. The matchmaking is all over the place and the game is oretty pay to win. A personal problem for me that everyone ekse might not have as much of a issue with is the weapons and bots. Sure the upgrading is fine but its how the basic weapons are much less powerful than the more end game ones. The game is pretty fun but has some annoying features like a bunch of pop up ads and you having to pay as a “challenge” for a event. Its decently fun gameplay but if the enemy team has someone with a more end game weapon you basically automatically lose.

Voice chat. I think they should be voice chat in in the game because then you can like actually make friends in real life and you can make funny jokes and play with friends that you’ve already made and talk to them and it’s a good thing because if you have Covid you can’t talk to them but you can talk to them online.

Pay to win. It is seriously a fun game but the pay-to-win side of the game is simply insane. The kids who have access to mummy and daddy’s credit card have such an enormous advantage it’s simply easier to close the game and go afk for 5 minutes then join another game hoping the enemy team isn’t filled with kids who’ve dropped hundreds of dollars into the game. Also, the match making system needs an overhaul. A large majority of time it feels like your allies are mindless bots standing out in the open waiting to be killed. Besides these criticisms, it is a really enjoyable game and the progression of strengthening your mechs through constant battles makes it challenging but rewarding.

Game is robbing you of your free time, don’t bother.. South Park summed up mobile gaming pretty nicely, and this game reveals how you can get it very very wrong. I’ve played this for four or five months, reached a 3000 rating and it has slammed my head into the wall with impossible bot matchups. The only players with the same mechs are rated 5000, you can’t enjoy the game if you are guaranteed to be one shot killed in death match for free for all at a very modest level. This wouldn’t matter except that this is effectively a punishment for playing the game regularly. I spent a dollar getting a javelin rack 8… I can’t use it because my free javelin rack 6 is still stronger after a whole month…. I don’t mind grinding for weeks but it has to be fun during the grind. I don’t enjoy the Insta kills and I don’t find it rewarding when I do it to other players either. I spent a month saving up for arc torrent 6 and 10. They released the fragment gun which instantly kills me… so effectively the game just hates free to play, the bots are cheats and I don’t see why anyone with Self Respect would bother with this. It’s too much of my free time stolen.

Great. But needs work.. This game is fundamentally better than war robots, it’s fun to play a lighter colour palette with smoother animations and nicer looking robots. The battles are more engaging and the modes are enjoyable. But, there needs to be some sort of skill based matchmaking. I keep losing because my team is unskilled and uses absolute strategy. Leaving me open and dead in nearly all occasions. As well as, why in gods green earth would you make my bullets and my animations get blocked by my OWN TEAMMATES. So whenever I tiny little lunar or whatever it’s called is in front of me it renders me huge panther with lvl6 rpg’s absolutely useless.

Check purchases. I've noticed their a bit dodgy with purchases ALWAYS take screenshot of package before you buy. Their has a been a few occasions Where I didn't receive what I bought the. They ask for photo of the package you bought but once you buy it dissapears forever so you have no evidende. So before you buy take a photo of the package Otherwise they may not give you what you purchased. And keep track on what you buy because I have noticed money coming out of my account for packages I didn't purchase

read me <3. addictive game! just wish there were more daily objectives and events. please lower XP cap to host games with friends, as it is too much of a grind (about 2 weeks of daily) to play against friends! I also hope match making based off power rating (countering the wallet warriors and pay 2 win a little) a little bit more, and the javelin be nerfed which is why i gave it 4/5

Potential game ruined by greedy devs. When the game first came out, it was actually good. The game was fair and balanced, f2p friendly and all mechs and weapons had a good place in the game, then they started adding crappy updates that ruined their game a lot. The biggest problem with this game is that you can’t progress without paying, and there’s a lot of other reasons like, terrible match making, overpowered bots, and all rewards for f2p have been reduced a lot. The only think going for them now is the weekly 200 acoins and 3 fortune keys. Tournaments and playoffs are also an option, oh yeah, they have sp droppers! I’m not saying I hate this game, but you really ruined it. This game could’ve been so good

Some issues. Love the game. It’s great to see that it’s getting popular. The only issue I’ve come Across is that time to time, you don’t get some rewards. Today for example, completed the challenge but did not receive the 5 keys. Now I’m aware that it happens from time to time in games, but this is starting to add up.

My opinion on Mech Arena. Mech Arena is a very good game, it’s also pretty new which is what I needed in my life. The simple truth is that if you go into a War Robots game, you’re bound to be put up against people with op weapons because they have been playing longer than you. But the game is also good for the community and grinders

A great Game. This is probably the best game on my iPad. It runs really smoothly and I love the new update with the reskinned mechs. Also it would be a great idea to add a capture the flags mode to the game. I’m about halfway way through the game and haven’t lost interest, it’s about the only game I have that doesn’t get boring over time. Overall it’s just a really, really good game to have on your Mobile. (Ps. I have read the reviews on this game and I kind of agree with the guy how said the in app purchases are a bit over priced, still a great game though)

Great Game. Love how it's actually fun I've enjoyed myself quite a lot, and how it took me less than 20 minutes to become hooked. I do hope the game continues on its path as it's exactly what I look for in a mech game. Simple graphics smooth gameplay and no insane amount of ads and most importantly so far non of those stupid interactive ads that basically try and force you to download just a simple 30-second video. I find games that have those interactive ads annoying as those companies make the x button small so it basically forces you out of the game. Anyway please keep doing what you're doing because it's a great game

Awesome….but. This games started off so cool I was pumped and looking forward to getting stuck in…… smooth controls cool mechs nice quests and progression system, but and it’s a really big but, after 5 games, I wasn’t allowed to play anymore. I hade to wait I believe it’s 2 hours and 30 minutes to play another match, I couldn’t even pay money to play more games that was it just stop and wait……..interesting strategy, so I ended up back in the App Store looking for a different game…..

Amazing game. This game is really good and one of the only decent free to play friendly games out there. You can also gain insane progress in a couple hours, which is a great change to games where you log in each day just to do some missions and leave. It gives more incentive to play longer. The gameplay is also great, and it is fun to see how the game evolves from the early game. The only annoying thing is that there are like 6 pop up ads for paid items almost every time I go back to my hangar, which should be improved. If some player spend money, sure but the majority of people will just be annoyed by these as free to play players.

Great game, with it’s problems.. This game is a great game, combining online combat, with futuristic battle robots. The graphics are realistic and the game has a variety of mechs and weapons to choose from. There are some flaws in the game though, limited online gamemodes. (control point clash and deathmatches). So I’d suggest that more gamemodes should be added. Another flaw of the game is that around a third of the mechs and weapons can only be accessed from crates, and with the crates, you have to open them with specific tokens. But you have to pay for the tokens. I know, this season you can get them, but it’s only one token per derby. It really isn’t great. So I think we should at least make it available by a coins or tokens after the event, and that the special crates with mechs and weapons are there for people willing to pay the money for an early play. Restating this flaw, it should be that the crates let you get the mech/weapon earlier and should let players who don’t want to/can’t pay (kids) unlock it earlier on in the game, probably through the late progress pass.

Good game. Hi I have played the game and I love it however my game has broken in how I can no longer get into a match it just says error try again and I have tried to restart my phone delete the app and reinstall it but I won’t work has anyone else had this problem?

Like a war robots revive. I decided to download this after playing a few years of war robots and I must say this game is so much more fun. I’m less than a week in and I can already see how most of the game is going to play out and the battles I fight aren’t usually decided by just mechs alone. I’ll give an example if your looking to download this game, my top robot is currently panther and if used poorly and with a load out that doesn’t compliment itself you can end up placing an electric fence and dying, the load out I’m currently running on it is a long arm and one of the rocket launchers ( I forgot the name but in has javelins ) so it’s very long ranged and by playing backline while supporting the team with panthers shield I actually MVP 9/10 games. I honestly just love this game because it does everything that war robots didn’t not even to mention the fact that I haven’t spent a cent on this game. Genuinely really nice game and I hope you keep up the work.

Too many ads and outrageous pricing. Greedy greedy crazy overpriced skins and guns like $100, so pathetic you can only complete many challenges if you buy stuff. Far too many ads, even ads for the thing you just bought, no option to stop annoying pop ads even after paying. I’m talking 10 ads every time, then more ads and more ads. It’s a shame because the game is good, just greedy greedy greedy developers who don’t listen to how annoying it is. Boss must have OCD.

Great game, a couple of problems.. This game is amazing, I’ve been really enjoying playing over the past couple days I’ve had it, I love that you can progress heaps in a day of you play well enough. That said, I wish you could enter a battle without having to connect to wi-fi, if you try on data it gives an error message. Also I hate the amount of pop up ads for p2w items there are. If you want to spend, fine, but the constant pop ups are so annoying.

The best game ever.. I love this masterpiece, I have been playing for a while, it is so good. There are o toxic people, everyone is nice and the game itself is wonderful. THIS GAME IS THE BEST. This game is so good. It has great graphics, maps and the amount of weapons are insane. The mechs look sick 😎.But I do have some problems. First everything is soooo hard to get and earn in the higher divisions (aka div one). Great game, BUT OVERPRICED AS HELL. I enjoy playing this game and have had it for a few months now. It never gets boring, BUT THE FUDGING PRICING! That is just not okay to charge this much for legendary gear, I bought about 7 Legendary mechs 3 months ago for the price of just a 2 star disruptor 6 these days, please lower the pricing Or I will give this game a 1 star review. but the Event Crate Rush? I wish you guys would give players a single free token like you used to, so we have a shot at getting cool stuff before paying. and have you guys ever thought of making a show or a movie out of this? I mean with the Pilots Bio and the backstory, it would be awesome if you made this happen. And also, could you guys add something like a Caustic Beam? And a Pilot to go with it? But Recently, my account got bugged, it was linked to Facebook and the error screen said “invalid user token” I spent around $20 on this acc and I’m really sad, so could you try and fix this and get my account back? Good game but don’t pay. If you pay you will be outranked in matches so you must keep buying to compete. I have 5600 power but I get matched with players that are 7k+ that have full stars on weapons. I get put into tournaments with players that are top 100 players when I’m not even in the top 500.

Fun but overpriced. This is a really fun game but after a while you have to spend some serious money or your progress will plateau. The pricing is really over the top and out of balance. One weapon this week costs $109, which you will need to buy in order to complete a bunch of challenges to progress your gameplay. The coins, keys and other in-game currencies are really expensive. For the money I would need to spend to enjoy this game long term I could buy a second hand PS4 and a bunch of games. The other thing that needs addressing is the way the matches are made. You won’t stand a chance of winning if you come up against another player that has spent money levelling up their Mech or weapons. You can potentially come up against a player that is on a significantly lower level than you with nowhere near as much experience and you will have absolutely no chance of beating them. It takes away the need for skill or strategy to win and is very deflating for most players that are grinding away trying to make progress without spending hundreds of dollars. It will even impact you negatively if such a player is on your team because, even though you might win the match, you won’t have a chance to gain much experience or bonuses for yourself if they make all the kills. Also, it seems like a money grab from the developers when the skin of a Mech, which is just for show, can set you back $20-$30.

WHO CAME UP WITH FRAGMENT GUNS??!?. SERIOUSLY? I’m extremely annoyed at the fragment gun. It’s not as easy as just picking it up. You need to pay real money to get it. IT TWO SHOTS EVERY MECH IN MY HANGER. This is because almost every ai is using this thing. I am just a normal player, not a pay to win cringe. PLEASE devs give this OVERPOWERED THING a debuff. Otherwise great game, with lots of mechs to choose from(most cost money but still) and you can battle with other players in real time! You can change the look of your mechs, and try new weapon combos! I found this fun until that fragment gun came along. Nice game you should probably get it.

Mech arena. A good game with multiple weapons mechs and combat as well as dozens of maps and close and far combat personally it is somewhere in my top 3 favourite games. It also has “reasonable ” graphics. But sadly I will have to start dunking on this game “problems” 1. A coins, they are quite hard to get, there is nothing wrong with that because it then makes me push on but hard to grind 2. As you near the end of the game there isn’t to much to do 3. I would like to see first person 4. I would like to see a mech that can teleport around the map 5. Not a lot of game modes But these are just my thoughts over all it is a amazing game and a lot of time has been put into it to make a successful experience

Really good. The game is really good but there are some bad perks to it. Firstly, lots of people are crazy rich and are pay to wins. It’s not a big deal when your good, but definitely can be annoying. One thing that could change is that you could sell skins back to the shop or other people. This could make it more interacting with the game. Over all, you should play it, it’s fun and make sure your crazy rich. (To be another pay to win I could kill). =)

Amazing Game. This game is really fun and recommended to anyone who likes fps games on pc. One suggestion would be to add the feature to make multiple teams of mechs so that you don’t have to switch guns over if you want to have a different load out for a different game mode. Other than that, amazing job!

Put it on steam plz. Why did your game scam me. I just bought something in game that was really expensive (750 a coins) and it turned tout to be horrible. I want to refund the horrible weapon that I got but I can’t because your game does not let me. The weapon looked over powered in its description but it’s horrible. I don’t know why u didn’t put it clearly that it does not home in because I thought it would because it’s missiles . Please make a refund button even if it’s only 75% or 50% of what it cost that would be better than nothing

Connectivity to a gaming controller. Would much to see if possible to update the game to be able to use a gaming controller such as sony PlayStation controller and a xbox controller to be able to navigate and through the game would be easy as well i do much like the game to succeed please let us know when it is available to play with a gaming controller. I want to sign into my google account on my iPhone, but when I jump in mech arena, it only shows face book and apple logins. And no google logins. How do I transfer all my google play account progress, into an IPhone?

And let's not forget how much fun it is to waste countless hours upgrading a pilot and money to upgrade the weapon just to see it all go down the drain. Clearly, the game developers are on a quest for world domination through their sheer greed. Kudos to them! Well, Removing a feature that players paid for? That's just the developers' way of keeping us on our toes, reminding us that surprises can come in the form of disappointments. But hey, at least it's still a "fun" game to play, right? THE BEST?. Hello there, I would like to say that this app is a very good game, the robots and weopens are very balanced you can level up very fast also, the maps are small so you can have action every second of the game but as you know nothing and no one is perfect this game doesnt have that much maps, the matchmaking is 15 sec or 30 sec for some modes but the matchmaking can match you up with players above your rank. Overall this game is very well designed I give it a solid 4.5 stars although I can’t do that.

To much pay-to-win. Hey devs, Just saying if you could get rid of some of the things that you want us to buy because once when i logged back in i had like 15 things pop up on my screen trying to get me to buy stuff. i don't like this because i'm usually a free-to-play kinda guy. anyway everything else is really good!

Borderline Unplayable in Current State. I have genuinely had a lot of fun in the few hours I was able to play. After unlocking 2v2s, any attempt to join a game mode would result in an error screen reading, “error. Failed to start battle.” The only fixes I was able to find online was installing some dodgy VPN for mobiles and even then it was about a 50% success rate. I was willing to start splashing a bit if cash because good Mech games are hard to come by but unfortunately I won’t be launching this game at all until the devs fix this issue.

Horrible! DON’T MAKE MISTAKES! (Please read all). I got this app because family members were playing it. First of all, I had to spend 30 minutes in an excruciating tutorial, then I tried to back up my account to Facebook. When confirming, I didn’t see the tiny button that lets you decide what info they can use, and then it defaulted to everything about me! I spent ages trying to figure out how to undo my mistake and still cannot find anything. Haven’t found out how to disconnect from Facebook OR delete my Mech arena account. Please be very careful. I wanna say don’t download but it is a fun game that you can connect with others on so try it. Can someone from game development help me please?

PAY TO WIN. This game throws at least half a dozen adds in my face every time I load in the game to just buy something I also check the store every time I’m on so there is no need for pop ups. Also one other thing that gets me really mad is that there are weekly challenges to complete to get really great rewards but you need to complete 9/10 challenges to get the best final rewards now one of those challenges right now is to upgrade the rank of the guardian Mech 2 times vertualy impossible in 3 days and another challenge is an in game purchase (not a challenge at all) wich forces you to pay money to get the final rewards no matter how much you grind you will have to spend money eventually don’t bother getting this game it’s absolute garbage

Copy. This is a copy of the game ‘War Robots’. And not nearly as good graphics. Edit: I played this game for a bit, and it is a huge copy of war robots. It’s not pay-to-play, but it’s not great either

Money. Just like most games they make it so that if you want to progress you’ll have to spend money. Every time you go up a division the bots get harder put the card and game money you need to level up Just aren’t enough to keep up. Play for fun but don’t expect to win or advance. And just avoid the tournaments. Only way to place is to play the last 5 min of it for me that’s 11:55 pm after bed time I go to bed in 1st wake up 20th and get nothing

Greed. Game developers ruined the game with their greed. This game has the potential to beat all other mobile games but the devs are the worst. Make you pay to experiment with different mechs and weapons. Take forever and a lot of money to level and rank up. They do everything they can to swindle their players out money when in other games the leveling and ranking up is free. Every single option you have in this game costs money and their not hiding it. Soon they will lose their player base.

Do not play. Don’t bother unless you’re willing to sink in likely 100’s of dollars. You get penalized for playing the game and advancing. Been playing for 4 weeks and got to division one and watched as I was priced out of every means of completing anything more impactful than the daily rewards, can’t even get the pilot rewards now. All while the people paying to win will just disable your mechs with their abilities and leave you screwed.

Awful P2W Game. This game sucks. It’s all about loot crates and P2W. Teams are filled with Bots. If you have more Bots on your team you lose. If you don’t spend money you will lose. Don’t bother with this game.

Use to be great…. Welcome to War Robots 2… I use to love this game. Yes there was pay to win players but, you could use some skill and overcome. Now, with pilots and modules, players can buy there way to the top. I understand this is a business but it is unfortunate you couldn’t come up with your own model that didn’t give credit cards an unfair advantage. I did spend some money on it because I enjoyed it. No more!

Ridiculous amount of ads and pop ups. Every time I enter the game or return to the menu 5 to 10 ads promoting pay to win material pops up and literally takes forever to exit. Ridiculous and hampers the entire game experience. Planned to support the devs for their work but after this I’m never buying anything from this game. Been going on ever since I started playing this game months ago and frankly I’ve had enough of it.

great… when it actually works. very inconsistent. the game is always adding new things and levels will constantly lag out. also, the team matching sucks. you either are the best player in a given battle (because you are paired with terrible players who are basically brand new) or you are beating up on a bad team (because they are poorly paired up). Overall, i wanna like the game but considering you have to play it a lot to level up or pay a lot, the least you could do is make the levels work.

Game Startup. I like the game it’s very solid but the one things that gets me a bit annoyed is the 10 ads that pop up on my screen right when I open the app. Really makes me mad and I really hate having to click the X on each ad in different spots which is just soooo snnoying would appreciate if there was none of that because I can still see them in the shop but maybe not 10 ads in my face as soon as I start up the game but yeah goiod game I love playing it 👌👌👌

Updating review. Said it once before and I’ll say it again….the worst, worst P2W game I’ve ever played, 100% unfair!!! Multiple guns and Mechs u cannot get as free to play right their huge advantage and these are just not okay little better am taking about Severely OP mechs and weapons!! Not only this but game matches you against multiple bots using this on enemy team constantly, while you and your team have none!! They show the mvp of matches but don’t show the entire lineup as you would easily see unfair the matches are if they did!! Just show look at this mvp hes OP Mech he bought 100$ (yes 100 for one Mech) and he’s one arm weapon he paid 100$ also for not counting the second arm…so one Mech 300$ with weapons and both arms! No thanks I’ll buy ps5!!! Ridiculous….oh you can buy some elite weapons not all with their game currency but takes a month of grinding tourney where you need to come in 1place out 20 some players for entire week day after day for month to get one elite weapon the ones you can get, other have to buy with real money! Horrible. This game is not balanced whatsoever. Team matching is horrible. The bots can do anything while you can’t, they all auto aim and instantly. You can tell if your team is bots because the opposite team will stop fighting bots and all target you. It’s ridiculous, there are three guys between me and the opponent and they shout at me. The devs blame it on server lag. Expect bots to outrun everything while you can’t outrun anything. It’s just getting worse, especially for the money they want. I don’t know when I wrote this but things only get worse. I never seen so much cheating going on and the devs do it and support it.

P2W Maxed. Introduction of pilots just crossed the moral line from game play to extortion.

Decent Game. The game is actually fun, as per usual it is a pay to win type game. Unfortunately it ridiculously over priced. They want 60$ to buy a skin (paint job) for your robot. There’s limited replay value, It’s extremely repetitive. They need to create other play modes and reduce prices.

Tired of closing ads. I, and I’m sure many other players would agree, am tired of closing 5-7 windows of ads every single time the I open the game. It is extremely frustrating. I don’t even take the time to look and see what they are because I don’t want to spend a ton of money on the game. Please give the option to close all windows with one click. Or at least a way to not have the windows open at all.

PAY TO WIN. Don’t even waste your time on downloading this game… to get even close to end game you’d have to spend over 300 bucks, fun game but not worth the time at all.

Wrong Points Reported. This game is reporting wrong killings. I counted many times over 10 killings during the game and at the end it had reported like 4 . Something is wrong with their servers or is done in porpoise to make you spend money. Is a p2w anyway.

Truly pay to play. When one single opponent uses only one bot, fully upgraded in bot, weapons and pilot, and gets all the kills of his team before time runs out, there’s definitely an imbalance. Developers will tell you it’s temporary, but unless you pay up, it can take a good year of hard gaming before you can even develop your hanger to a comparable level. Greed has corrupted a perfectly good game.

This was a great game. It was relatively balanced and fun to play. Then pilots were introduced and INSTANTLY became a P2W game. The $$ players maxed their pilots instantly and the game is now way out of whack. The use of AI to fill out games is a good move to ensure no long waits for games, but the desire to copy the other big bot (that we all quit) PVP game is destroying MA. Recent 2 ‘event crates’ are no event at all, since you cannot participate in them unless you purchase the tokens. Additionally specialization challenges using the 2 items from these ‘events’ make the game rewarding to money players only. The claim by developers responding to other reviews that paying money only gives the payers a temporary advantage would be true only if you did not add in more items that can then be purchased. And it would take 6 months to a year for equalization. That is not temporary.

Pay to win. Money grabbing scheme literally everywhere you look, from the competitions, to the constant sales, value comparisons, prize wheels, absolutely ridiculous how greedy Plarium is.

Not worth the download. Game is very unbalanced, they force purchases on you. If you don't purchase you will fall behind not my kind of game. It's all about the mortar strike you just have to sit behind walls and push a button and get kills no skill required. I played this game for awhile put alot of time in but because I don't spend money I get left in the dust.

Plus, all the good items like legendary mechs and weapons, are mostly only able to get by buying them. Ruined.. Thanks for filling the game with freeze weapons which have ruined every ounce of fun this game once had. Now the game isn’t focussed on needing skill or a plan, you just launch freeze weapon after freeze weapon. Also: Maybe you can jam the screen with some more crap, there’s a tiny bit of unused pixel real estate.

Ads, more ads, soft push to buy, boring.. I don’t really play these type of games but someone recommended to try it out. I found the game not for me. It was about me having to manipulate droids to annihilate opposing team droids. You have to have good command of the droid via the on-screen controller which is kind of clumsy to use as you try to survive by firing weapons at the target you are aiming at. The more points you get allow you to get more weapons and shielding, etc. You are supposed to run around seeking the enemy which you need to destroy to win. As you can see I found this kind of pointless and boring as all you are doing is seeking, finding, firing and destroying while you avoid that happening to you.

What happend?. The kill shot is axioms now the panther is way more a coin too.

One critical imbalance ruins an otherwise great game.. Don’t get me wrong — Mech Arena is, overall, a well-executed, well-thought out and beautifully polished game. This is why I spent a lot more money on this game than I care to admit! The game mechanics from mech abilities, hero specializations and implants, and great level design will keep you coming back for more. Except…having spent time on the game it quickly became apparent there’s one absolutely broken weapon — rocket mortars. What that means is, seconds after a game begins, an enemy mech can release a barrage of rockets to heavily damage or completely destroy your mechs — all the way from across the map. And there’s practically nothing you can do about it. When rocket mortars are sufficiently upgraded, as they usually are in the higher levels of play, there’s simply no escaping their massive damage and blast radius. This weapon is so egregiously broken, it’s absolutely frustrating for someone like me who spent so much time (and let’s face it, money) on the game because I thought the game would be about skill, and not about exploiting a flaw in the game mechanics. Fix this please, Plarium!

Very fun but still need improvements. This game is very fun in my opinion but there’s one thing the game needs to add. And that is to make things more cheaper and affordable for people that can’t play long and especially that pay to win is very not fair against new players or og players who spent a long time getting something and pay to win people just get in within seconds. So, if you don’t want to remove the things you can just make them affordable inside the shop in the daily shop so people can buy them for cheaper, affordable prices. Also most importantly the event crates are too expensive. I spent all my credits on it and didn’t even get the legendary and there were only 2 slots left plus I was about to get my brick house and untended up spending all of it. And a-coins in event crates are too expensive so just make things affordable and cheaper. Still this game is fun alright.

Yo developers. Hello Mech Arena. First I just want to say I love your game. It’s perfectly balanced but there are rarely few days I get overmatched but it’s rarely. I just wanted to say your game is great is ftp players get a good amount of rewards from daily’s, events etc, this lets us keep up from the p2w people. And unlike another game there were so many p2w people I just deleted it it was not fun. Anyways, I feel like this change needs to be added and as I read many other people have wanted this change to it is selling weapons/robots/pilots except event weapons because they are exclusive, I feel this feature would make a huge change to the game. One of my reasons for this is because a month ago I wanted to buy a pilot and when I got enough ACoins I bought the wrong one so I just spent 1k on a Pool it I still don’t use to this day. And my last reason it would give so many players to buy new weapons from selling there old ones. And that’s it if y’all see this thank you and I love your game.

Pay to win trash. There is only 1 factor in this scam pretending to be a game: the person that paid the most wins. If you are beating a pay to win player the game will magically glitch and you’ll die off screen. Tip 1: Don’t make the game pay to win I think the reason people are leaving war robots is because they have to spend a ton of money just to keep up and I saw that you have a “neon shop” and I like the idea of it but instead of it being a weeks make it a one week because people just buy 1 thing a then a person gets crushed by them so they buy that thing and then it just keeps repeating and the game becomes pay to win Tip 2: Make trading a thing because I know in war robots I had decent robots that I didn’t use anymore and I wanted to give them to beginners but I couldn’t and that was VERY disappointing. The big sad. I got this game 2022 mid year, and deleted it early 2023. When I started out, everything was fine, brick house was the most powerful mech, and it was all great. A few new mechs came out, I spent some money on EM rifles, bastion, missile rack 12s and the like. I became a mid player. Then, they introduced slingshot and puma, replacing kill shot and panther. This made it so that new players couldn’t physically get gud without buying new mechs (killshot and panther were some of the only decent mid mechs). Then came the grade update. Everything legendary had their stats doubled, common stayed the same. Everything not legendary became weak. Not to mention they nerfed zephyr, reducing emp blast time from around 7 secs to only 3. I didn’t like where the game was going. Basically they were widening the gap between p2w and f2p players, making it impossible for players like me (right in the middle, who wanted cool mechs but didn’t want to pay $70 on it) were paired with noobs. The game lost its fun aspect and I deleted it. Do not play unless you intend not to spend money, or to spend all of it. 🤡

Great game, but…. The game is great I love it, don’t get me wrong. But there are some things that just aren’t tolerable. For example, if you pay for something it will always be increased price. The best example is in the gear hub at tier 4 I really wanted the disruptor 6; the problem though is that instead of costing the normal in-game money, (A-coins and credits). Instead it costs $95 real life money. I feel like this is really annoying as I have been in many matches where I get absolutely destroyed by that weapon but turns out it’s just the bots the game puts into lobby’s so people spend more money on that weapon. This isn’t the only example, there are a few others I can think of right now and that is for the ember guns, the cryo launcher, the fusion cannon, the quantum gun, and the fragment gun. I really hope that the company can fix these issues as it makes it irrelevant for people to buy those weapons as no one wants to spend about $100 on one weapon.

Great game…but. This is an amazing game and I have gotten hooked, I’ve loved it since my friend introduced me to it. Everything is amazing except for a few things. I’ve spent a little bit of money and I do it every now and again. I play the game all the time and i love it, but I feel like the skill based matchmaking isn’t really skill based. Sometimes I’ll fight people who barely do anything to me but other times I’ll run into a maxed Brickhouse the tanks all of my hits from my em rifle. Also, dial back the prices a bit, I could find a dl for 6 bucks and it’s only rank 2 or something. I want to stop playing so much because I feel like I’ve become a little too obsessed but I feel like I’ve put too much into the game that if I quit it would be a big waste. Everything else is amazing and I love the game, I would be thrilled to see these requests put into action.

A Really Fun Game For Small Breaks. I have only so much time a day I can play and with most matches being 3-4 minutes It helps me be entertained during small breaks in between work. It’s competitive and about strategy building for the best matches against other mechs. I used to play War Robots as it was the only robot battle game I saw as being “high quality,” but who knew I would be total wrong. War Robots became pay-to-win with unfair battle matchups. Mech Arena, however, has a fair game matchup so both sides have an equal chance of winning. My only complaints are some maps get exploited with the jumping ability which can make it difficult to aim for someone on top of a high ledge or building. I suggest making these spots less accessible. Regardless, Mech Area is a really fun game and spending $10 on it to support this game was worth it. Keep up the good work

Needs improvement. The level system for the control point is utterly insane I am a new player and right off the bat after the tutorial they give me enemies that kill both my mechs instantly. The idea of energy is stupid, you shouldn’t need energy to equip a weapon. You’re over complicating equipping a simple weapon. You shouldn’t need energy to equip something after you already bought it, it’s just a waste of in-game money to even buy weapons if it’s so expensive to use energy to equip it. The control point has nothing wrong with it but the players they make me face at such a low level is utterly ridiculous, why would you make me face people that are clearly a lot stronger than me. Why even play the control point if I’m just going to die instantly to people that are extremely strong. Aside from the bad things it is a kind of fun strategy/skill based game with decent graphics and smooth animations. Even though it has good graphics the leveling system is very bad, and the energy needed to equip weapons is an over complicated asset that should just be removed.

Funnest game ever!… with down sides.. It is the best game I have ever known and is incredibly fun and interactive but the game system is basically where you have to spend money or it becomes a slaughterhouse. The game makes it really fun and cool to start but when you reach a higher level it starts pairing you with only those who have spent a TON on the game. They absolutely destroy you. The game is only for those who either have a lot of cash to burn or have a lot of skill to use. I personally am no better than the rest of the crowd. The game is incredibly addictive and I have spent more than $100 on it. It is not necessary pay to win, but it’s getting pretty close. It can be played without emptying your bank account but your won’t be the most successful player in the game. My advice, if you are reading this and don’t spend money on games, don’t. Find another game that is better suited for you. This is the best game I’ve ever played but it is not for the poor.

Support issues. The game was a lot better or year ago before the release especially of cross play with multiple platforms recommendation is to get rid of that not fair to mobile users especially Aiming wise. Then comes the new events, don’t get me wrong I love the fact that there’s more events a lot more frequently but typically the only players that win are the whales and players that already have the items that are up for grabs, Game used to be really fun could spend hours and hours and hours playing. now I only continue to play because I am invested I’ve spent money and there’s no such thing as a refund that is the only reason I continue to play this game. taking into consideration that not all of your players can afford to drop thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars for playoff events, or a token advance to acquire any weapons and new bots. at some point should stick more stuff on the progression path that would start to bring player base back letting him know they’re not gonna reach a point and that’s it nothing else from that point on. HOPEFULLY YOU HEAR MY PLEA AND MY COMMENT WONT BE DELETED!!!!

Mech Arena my opinion. Ok for me there are a lot of pros and cons to this game in my opinion so don’t take me personally. Cons first. Honestly I have one concern and that is there is not fair matches. At the start of the game there is just lancers and paragons. But when I have ares or guardian I sometimes run into zephyrs and redox. This is my only concern. Matches are fair sometimes. Now for the pros. Mech Arena is good to grind at first. It is a little hard later but getting easy money like A-coins and those blue things should be no biggie. I also like how the mechs abilities are strong and balanced. Take the panther it is good to trap enemies like the juggernaut or the paragon. But because of its thin armor it needs to be careful. Aside from the armor it can be stoped by guardians and zephyrs. Last thing I wanna say is that I have been playing for at least three months and haven’t stopped. And this game was my first game on my first phone and I enjoyed playing it.

Used to be great, but now…. The developers have forsaken the people that stuck with the game, and turned it into a pay to win disaster. They followed the Pixonic (and others) playbook of diversifying currencies, ramping up the introduction of weapons and mechs, and sacrificing competitive balance and matchmaking to maximize profits by creating an untenable imbalance between players that spend $k’s of dollars and players that don’t. I either win a matches because it’s all bots except for me, or lose because there is one player on the other side who has payed to level up so much that they decimate the bots on my side, leaving me standing alone and outnumbered. Ridiculous. The mechanics of the bots are equally comical. I love how the bots single you out as the only human player, or return fire immediately and accurately despite facing the opposite direction while being engaged with other bots. So realistic!🤣🤣🤣. The keep toying with the bots’ stats and armaments, not make for better balance, but to get people to feel the need to upgrade and spend to compete. I’m embarrassed that I spent any money on the game at all. Done with you.

One of the BEST games EVER!!! But…. Seriously, this game is incredible. Is it perfect? No, but then no game is. But this game is consistently generous with freebies, so if you’d rather grind than p2w you’re not left behind. Sure, once you get to Div 1 the free A coins and good stuff comes fewer and farther between, but it’s still a LOT of fun. The team pairing and bots leave a bit to be desired sometimes, and it takes a long time to max out mechs, weapons and pilots if you’re not paying, but the Devs have to make a living, right? Speaking of which: DEVELOPERS: Ever since this last update (4 days ago) I have only been able to log on a couple of times, and that was after resetting my phone’s connection settings AND deleting and reloading the app. Can you PLEASE try to fix this? My Guardian and its Longarms have a lot of kills to make up for! And thanks for an OUTSTANDING game!!!

The only Mech Game to Rival War Robots. I have been playing since the iOS soft launch in July 2020. Mech Arena is the only mech game to truly rival War Robots, out of all the competitors out there. It feels like classic war robots before the dash bots hit, and this game is super free to play friendly. I only spent $10-12 the first week of play to support the developers, but I didn’t need it to get the best robots or get a pay to win advantage. I have been in top division one since august 2020 with an overall win rate above 80% after 4000 matches. Paying only helps you to progress faster, thankfully, since the match making system helps matches to be more fair. Besides, you can get at least 4 end game bots in your first week or two of play for very low in game currency or earn able premium currency. The graphics are bright, clear, and colorful, making it very easy to see your teammates and the enemies. The weekly tournaments and events are fun and a good way to get resources. Clans haven’t arrived yet as of May 2021, as the game approaches full release, but the friends list works really well and teamwork is a great aspect of the game. I have very few negatives to say about the game. This is my number one mobile game right now and is highly recommended to those who love robot or mech shooters. Developers: please keep the game free to play friendly, and please learn from the mistakes of war robots. We thank you! Bagofsoup

Amazing game overall. I love this game, I’ve been playing for a couple months, and I haven’t spent a dollar on it. It has no third party ads which I think is AMAZING, especially for a free-to-play game. Even if players do pay-to-win, it feels like they go up ranks so fast that you don’t have to play with them for long until there with other pay-to-win players. The pop-ups are a little annoying every time u sign into the game, but they have to get money somehow. It’s still a growing game but i feel like the devs are spending a lot of time on it. One thing though, you need to make the chat language filtering better, it filters out 18 and house and been but people can get around actual swear words easily, like putting spaces, make the letters like ê or ç so they can swear and doing one letter wrong, otherwise it’s an amazing game

WORST MATCH MAKING GAME. No matter how much money you spend, they will constantly match you against stronger mechs with 2-3 star higher mech, weapons, pilots and implants. I’m consistently fighting against people who are 40-60% stronger than me in squad power. And if you ever do fight vs people even close to your power level, it’s because they only have 3-4 mechs in their hanger, and 1 or 2 sometimes all but 1 are just jumbo mechs with low power and low power weapons, so you end up facing a MAXED out mech and weapons who slaughters the whole field and solos your team. I’m not new to the game. I have 2 accounts. One with a close to 6k squad power hanger, and my alt is about 2.6kz on both accounts I’m put up against much stronger players. The only reason I still play is because my friends play. It’s the only think that makes it close to enjoyable. I spend way more money than I care to admit on my main, and too much on my alt, but my friends and I stop spending money once we realized it made no difference. Until they fix the match making, don’t bother spending money to get stronger.

One of the Greatest mobile games ever, ADDICTIVE!. Been playing Mech Arena for a couple months now. I can’t get enough. Highly recommend. There is a bit of toxicity at times between players but you can find awesome people to play with. The strategy and game mechanics are so fun and love the events and earnings system. 5/5 for sure. All the bots are so fun and the option to change up your weapons and utilize the bots to your play type is so fun. It’s challenging at times, but overall one of my favorite games ever, and hands down my favorite on mobile. LOVE they added controller compatibility. Also, if your f2p don’t worry too much, you can have every bit as much fun as p2w. Plarium… when are you going to do something about the chat and the scammers ACOINS? We should have an option to MUTE them and the annoying people in the chat. Also having some sort of chat block and the option to report people for excessive profanities or disrespect would be awesome. But please for the love of GOD- do something about the ACOINS bots or a mute player option in the chat. Also, how cool would it be to have a “big team battle” with like 8 mechs or 10 mechs per team, and on bigger maps? Little bit longer games? Capture the flag? Like Halo? —Do it Plarium! P2W but not as bad as most. This is a good game but all the people who are saying it is not pay to win are wrong. Unless you start making a lot more credits as the game progresses how am I supposed to make over 1,000,000 for new weapons and mechs? By not upgrading anything and playing for weeks, while being destroyed by lower ranked players with much better weapons and mechs. It seems like 1 out of 3 battles has you on a team with idiots against a bunch of whales. That being said it is a lot less annoying than let’s say War Robots. If friends are fighting together make them fight other teams of friends and don’t match very strong with very weak. Also people who spend hundreds on this game should not feel good about winning. Why aren’t there more games for 5-10 bucks I bet the devs would make a lot more money that way and that’s what life is all about these days anyway

Update on what I think about this game. So far this is still one of my most favorite games tho there are still some things that could get improved or nerfed ok so #1 javelin racks and rocket mortars these weapons are so overly powerful in one shot it drops my robot to 10% HP or just completely destroys it within seconds so pls nerf it but not to much to the point where it is useless a mistake that War Robots makes really often and part of the reason I left that game #2 Paragon it needs a new ability now all the robots have a smaller sprint ability the paragon needs an update so it’s not left in the dust #3 plasma cannon the shots on the weapon are to slow so it makes it hard to hit players also needs a small damage buff and that’s it that’s all I have to say about this game so far still one of my top 5 games keep it up 👍

Great game but a few tweaks.... This is one of my favorite games by far! I played war robots and find this easier and better! My son and sit and play as long as we can till we stop receiving stuff. The only complaints that I have about this game are the credits I feel are hard to come by. You either get to upgrade one bot and save the rest or save all and your bots are weak. To unlock one weapon that I already unlocked through achievements it costs me 60+k and I only have about 5k to play with before something needs upgraded. It is hard to stay up with the people that are clearly dumping money into this game to have the best bots and best weapons. I also feel there needs to be a training area or something to do on the downtime where you are waiting for your experience to replenish. I wait 2-3 hours to play one match. Rant over lol all in all I love this game and would highly recommend it to anyone. A few tweaks and this game would run over any robot game on the market.

Too Many Issues. It’s a fun game when it runs correctly. The issue is the programmers constantly mess things up. There are new bugs every week. There are constant issues. You pay money for A-coins and they have bugs that remove them from your account and they refuse to refund or return them. Every time there’s a glitch or issue, they blame your internet as opposed to fixing the problem. It took them one month to fix a glitch where when you make a purchase, you have to restart the app. Every time I wrote, I was told it was my internet connection. Regardless of where I was or if I was using Wi-Fi or not. Then they’d tell me to use a VPN….and don’t even get me started on the amount of bots and issues with them. I win 70% of my games yet this week, I can barely win 1/10. The bots are gassed up right now and it’s impossible to win a game. They also just never take into consideration recommendations from players. They’ve kept the same setup the past year. Never upgrade much and when they do roll out something new like a mech or weapon, they make it impossible to obtain.

This is the best robot fighting gameI’ve tried 10 and this is the best the battles are fun you have to play the game to get resources but you don’t have to spend like 24 hours grinding like another gamesAnd with this game they have a special system where if you powerful Mechs you will go up in divisions and fight tougher people so you’re not fighting anybody too easy also with the daily login reward system let’s say you play for 13 days and then you don’t logon for two then you’ll only go back to 10 days the controls are easy it’s pretty simple but fun you don’t have to pay to win you can play a lot because it’s fun it’s not one of those games where it’s not fun but you have to play a lot anyways it’s really good there are at least seven different game modes to try I mean battles easily five stars highly recommend it please get

Pop ups killing this game 😥. I really love this game and for what it is, it honest plays very well on mobile. The only hang up is the pop up that your blasted with to buy weapons or mechs. When you open the game “bam” pop up. When u finish a match “bam” the same pop up that your hit with when the game started. It’s to the point where I get tired of exiting out of the same pop up over and over that I just stop playing. Please make it where this is fixed and isn’t piping up after every match. We understand you have to make sales but it’s almost like your strong arming it and pouring it on alittle thick. I really love this game and hope that maybe this gets resolved fast other then that it would be five star game all day every day. Hope you take the time to see this and understand from a players point of view.

Greedy devs ruin another game. Every facet of this game is unbalanced by design to frustrate the player into buying expensive items. Skill and practice mean nothing because even the bots are armed with 1-shot kill weapons. The bots also have the ability to snipe from across the board with close range weapons. Your weapons will barely chip at enemy health but the enemy, with the exact same weapon, will melt you in 1 shot. Matchmaking is also designed to be as unfair as possible to encourage purchases. The scoring system is equally ridiculous. Watch as a bot scores 2 kills 1 assist and is ranked higher than your 6 kills and 3 assists and you don’t make the leaderboard. Again this is designed intentionally to push you towards expensive purchases. You will need at least $100 to have the slightest chance at victory but the devs will then release mechs and weapons the next week that render your previous upgrades ineffective. It’s a shame that the devs allowed their extreme greed to ruin what is at its roots a good game. Don’t waste your money.

Wow Wow Wow!🤧👍🤲🤲🤲. Ok so first of all let’s talk about the adds…THERE ARE BARELY ANY AT ALL!! The game is sooo good I found this game on an add and I was like ok this sounds so fun! So I Downloaded it and it took a couple of seconds then it was up. So I went into it and then it showed me how to play and stuff. I play this for like Hours! It’s so Addicting and fun. First of all You have one robot and you get another. You can upgrade their gear and make them Powerful! You unlock new Mechs and you get coins and boxes! You lvl up To unlock more robots. Then when you get your robots ready you fight! Each mech has its own cool Ability. You fight other mechs shoot them and then you go Capture these base things and you have a team. By winning you Can get lots of stuff. There’s 1st place 2 and 3rd. It’s really fun and I Highly Recommend this game for you! Play now! Ok I sound like a add lol

Well Designed Game. This is hands down one of the best mobile shooters I have ever played. Love the skill based matchmaking that’s been incorporated in not only divisions but also in tournaments. I really hope the developers keep the updates and content coming because this game most definitely has a chance at becoming one of the biggest games on the App Store. If there is anything I could recommend it would be more communication pings a lot of teamwork is necessary as you get into the better divisions and tournament league’s maybe just longer floating pings that appear on the map as well. Other than that keep up the amazing work hope to see this game grow more. Also really need to nerf the javelin rack it is way to over powered with the very open maps and not a lot of ways to defend against it

This game has brought me more hate than enjoyment. I have been playing for around 7-5 months and have been constantly been putting in immense amounts of work for this game to get to where I am, spending time that I could have and should have spent sleeping, and I have not been given nearly enough for that work. I play this game for probably around two hours a day, at most three hours. I rarely get any feelings of success or achievement, and feel failure more than most of the time. I had an eight in a row win streak, which meant I had one more win until I got the event token for the Voltaic-RPG, a limited weapon in the game. On the ninth round, I get paired against a pay-to-winner, or better put someone whose unfairly stronger than me. I spent hours grinding to get to where I was just to be crapply tossed over. The bots aim are unrealistically overpowered, and the game is overall full of screw you (over) moments. Do not waste your time or money on this game, it may have been good if it wasn’t rigged, pay-to-win and so difficult to advance. Thank you for reading.

It's a good game but.... Pretty fun game to play but there are a few problems. First of all, the most obvious thing that bugs me into oblivion is the fact that about half the time I'm playing the game i'm forced to close about a million pop-ups for random overpriced crap from the store. I'm not going to buy it, and spamming me every time I open the game isn't going to change my mind at all. The sheer volume of pop-ups is painful and i never pay attention to any of them. Secondly, the game is a bit too grindy. The problem is that they use this so that you will buy more things from the overpriced store. Third, I feel that the mech customization is lacking. I wish I could do a little bit more than put some guns and a character on it. The base game is ok, but it's not great by any means. This game is a pretty basic game that really needs to reduce the flood of pay to win.

Best of the best. This game is an absolutely awesome game. There is no ads and you get advance mechs and powerful weapons as you progress through regular team matches and tournaments. Is it a pay to win game? Sure it is but IP are not free right. Developers need to earn a living too. I didn’t pay for anything and only acquired all the upgrades through grinding and most of the time I do get MVP. My only gripe is I believe the match team selections are bias toward pay players. I do well in the game and made MVP probably 60% but always on the losing team. How can I be at the top of my team with not so powerful mechs and weapons. It frustrating sometimes being on the losing team but I do understand that you need to stroke the pay players ego. After all they are not good so they have to pay to win right? Keep up the good work devs and I hope you can make team selections a bit more fair. Thanks.

Finally controller support… and 20 pop ups. First of all, thank you for adding controller support. While buggy in some areas and not usable outside of the matches at all, it is a good start. The 20 pop ups every time I open the game, (not once per day… every time I open the game,) means I will be deleting it again shortly. I understand you need to make money, but this is excessive, and with no way to turn it off after viewing once, and the fact that it persistently shows you upon every game launch it’s enough for me to once again delete your app. It’s a shame because I can tell a good deal of work and effort went into this game, and is enjoyable once you get into a match. Edit: I just saw your response to another review about this same situation and your reply stated that you CAN NOT remove the pop ups as there are no ads in your game which you think somehow justifies your reasoning. The pair you must have to even try and excuse your behavior away by stating that it’s one or the other is unfathomable. Gonna go ahead and avoid your development company altogether.

Great concept, awful execution.. The game will cost you either all of your time or all of your money to get anywhere. Prices on “deals” and cosmetics are ridiculous. Lobbies are mostly filled with bots. Said bots are annoying and constantly run into you when they’re on your team. Matchmaking algorithm doesn’t work, you constantly get paired with people or bots much stronger than you. “Random” prize functions such as Fortune Vaults or Event Crates are 100% rigged to give you the lowest value prize almost every time. Newly added weapons and mechs are overpowered and repetitive (one shot kill weapons, or mechs that make you freeze in place for like a half minute). Game modes are stale, nothing but 5v5, 2v2, and Control Point Capture. There was a free for all for tournaments but they seem to have stopped. Would’ve been a good idea to make it a new game mode and maybe add something like search and destroy or capture the flag. Overall, while the design is good, developers lack creativity and balance. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, don’t fall for the ChatGPT reviews in here. This game isn’t that good.

A little smoother than the others.. Fun and fast paced mech shooter. It flows decently than a lot of the other mech games. Has a good variety of mechs and weapons though in game currency is severely lacking for the upgrades. They need a watch ads feature or something in it for players to get more credits. The graphics are fairly smooth and has a decent number of maps though it will put you on the same map repeatedly. Recently they’ve added season passes and a pilot feature. The season pass costs real money and the pilots can be purchased with the in game currency that’s lacking. They do regular events every few days and usually have one roll into another. They often have multiple events at the same time. All in all fun to play and faster paced than the battle royale games. Can hold your attention longer than a few minutes.

Let us sell our old mechs and weapons. I love this game and especially the new updates that are coming out but what do we do about the old mechs that we are not using anymore and just like that other player asked for we could use the money for new weapons and mechs after we no longer use tier 1 or tier 2,3, ect so maybe a few A coins for a old weapon no longer needed and pilots no Longer used for currencies that would be great I have been in the chat rooms and we would love to at least get back some of our good money spent on your game back by trading in our old mechs and weapons that we no longer use or need to at least upgrade our new weapons and mechs for the future…. PLEASE…….. Other than that great work and on the game itself hopefully you will make it better for everyone in the future thanks guys kickarse game 5 stars

Good Game but this things I dislike. Okay Mech arena is an Amazing game but there are things that are bothering me and is annoying the missile racks are just automatically shooting after you press the button to shoot and it just wastes all your ammo unless you are close so they can’t hide or run from you and then come back and kill you while you are reloading and then just die if I could control the amount of misses I’m using at a time it would be greatly appreciated and FIX DISC LAUNCHERS look it says on the disc launchers that it’s auto targeting but it is son annoying places I can reach and attack them they can go over it and hit me when I can’t hit them and camping some maps just have mechs that can just hide in places and I can’t get to them and it’s just SO ANNOYING that they just have missle racks as well so it just demolishes me and they just hide and reload and kill me over and over

I hope you have deep pockets….. This games is pay to win garbage 0/10. Would not recommend. It literally throws paid content in your face as soon as you log in. If you upgrade something and have no more resources, it throws the exact resource you need as a paid option at you. “Look at all this stuff you can buy! But remember, it’s a Free to play game! Wink wink’ Edit: The developer tried to justify its pay to win model by saying they hold tournaments that allow players to win some of the more powerful rewards and that other parts of the game gives currency to get other things. But here’s the problem, the F2P side is so drastically slow because your facing players who p2w. Winning one of these tournaments as a F2P is nearly impossible. Maybe try implementing P2W matchmaking with only those who P2W… but you’ll never do that because most of those who do P2W are garbage players and would not get to feel powerful because they would still get sht on buy other P2W players. Beautiful game, fun to play, 0 stars for the insane amount of P2W.

FIX JAVELIN. Dude I’m sorry I love this game but the javelin/guided rocket weapons are the worst. They completely change how u play the game. This game is about positioning, timing, coordination with your team, and most of all AGGRESSION. But if someone can kill my mech with a single button and never have to leave their campsite it Janks up the whole game. Why do I have to hide under something? Why can they reload so quickly? Why are they able to hold TWO on a given mech. It’s dumb and I hate it and it makes the game not fun. This is obviously a preference but it really does kill the flow of the game. Like I felt smart when I used pumas shield wall to block it, or the first mechs ability to jump away or the slingshot move. But none of those are dependable enough to actually be effective because of the HUGE hit boxes. Nerf it or get rid of it. PLEASE! Still 5/5 tho great game I love you devs mwah 😘

It’s fun but…. It’s not a bad game but it takes way too long to get enough things to upgrade the mechs. I have 5 that all need upgrading. It take over 1800 just to upgrade 1 mech and it took me months to get to 1750. I get they want you to spend money but that shouldn’t mean it’s the only way to upgrade. Because of this, you are constantly out gunned. And, even if you manage to upgrade your weapons and mech, it’s still not enough. Ive sat there and shot mechs up reloaded and shot them some more and nothing but then have them turn look at me and boom I’m dead. Like really? There is clearly an issue, it’s so bad they there’s a “report cheater” option, really? And, even if you report a cheater, nothing happens. We still get blasted by these mechs and there’s no repercussions against them. There has got to be a better way to deal with these issues. I used to play all the time but now I play maybe two or three times a week. Not sure it’s even worth playing anymore. May just delete.

Improvements. The game is good and all but really I need to say some things. I am a division 2 player and it’s no fair being against 2 division 1 players and not to mention their pay to win and I don’t like that because why spent so much money on a redox or brickhouse when you can just wait to get it and so I think you should make the games for fair like match making battles with only one type of division like if I’m division 3 and I press battle I will fight against division 3 players and not division 1 players. I also think the game needs a cancel button when you press the button to get into a match because it’s annoying when I’m trying to switch to 2v2 death match and I instead I taped on the 5v5 death match and the game starts and then I can’t even go back. I hope I get heard and use this review as a way to add what I just said for the next update. Good day and goodbye.

Mechanics need some tweaking. I like this game don’t get me wrong but, any time that you load into a game you have a chance of being put with people that spend way to much on this and they end your game before it even starts. I feel like they need to make separate brackets for people that have spent $40+ dollars on the game. An example being the mortar rockets that can lock on from one spawn to another (most maps) and when fully upgraded with spending actual cash can do up to 40,000 dmg with one hit. Now most of the mecha in the start of the game have an hp bar of 10k maybe 20k depending on if you’ve upgraded. Developers I highly doubt you’ll read this but if you do please just make separate brackets for people that spend tons of cash and people that just enjoy the game. It makes people want to stop playing if they start a game and can’t even move because a rocket has already locked on and you can’t shake them because they’re homing missiles. Easy solution make missiles do slightly less damage or make rockets avoidable if hiding against or under buildings.

Pay enough and you can cheat all you want. Seriously, lots of fun aspects to this game however if you just feel like cheating and dominating all the other players, just pay more and the developers will give you weapons and mechs that no one can touch. It’s an addictive game with lots of variables to keep it interesting. Heaps of different weapons and mechs, some of which are not even remotely mech-like. I signed up for a good old fashioned mech/tank battle but you can get confronted by alienesque technology that paralyzes you, blows you up, then disappears. OR you run into mechs with weaponry 100x more power than yours. In either case, it’s impossible to win..which is the hook to pay more $$ to soothe your ego. If you can manage to stay within divisions with mechs of comparable power, it’s a really fun and engrossing game. One major complaint that the developers need to address is the location of the dialogue/emoji button. It’s in the lower right hand corner where all the weapon systems buttons are and it expands to cover those buttons at random during gameplay and it is absolutely infuriating because it blocks out your ability to fire and maneuver. FIX IT and I’ll rate you at 5 stars. Move it to the upper right corner OR provide a way to disable it in settings. I’m here to blow things up, not send cute emojis.

A lot of fun, but very pricey to be competitive. First off, the game is super fun. You can very easily play for free for a little while. The tactical controls are pretty smooth and the Mech abilities and weapon selection make for some fun strategy. The downside. The prices for upgrades is expensive, I’ve easily spent well over $100USD for some weaponry, upgrades, pilots and pilot implants. That being said, I’m no where near maxed out on anything. A single mech can cost 50 bucks or more. This is ridiculous as this severely limits competitive play….even after one gains enough experience to unlock legendary weapons, pilots and mech, they often still cost money. To upgrade a single mech to its next leveling tier it can cost 1250 A-Coins, that’s almost $20! So the game is fun, and if you have your own money, you can get the good stuff, but please don’t spend your parents hard earned money on this game.

Good… add more to progress path. So the game is good and generally well priced for most things. I do think that selling new weapons and mechs is a good way for the company to make money. However, they shouldn’t stay in the store FOREVER. For example, Stalker mech, Gause Rifles, Voltaic RPG’s, Tengu mech, Orion, Graviton Beam’s, and soon add the EM Rifle’s. Also, the event crates should be slightly more attainable. But mainly if you could just add some of the things listed above to the progress path, it would be SOO much for fun. By the way, it would be nice to have access to test servers ya know.. we could try out the new mechs and weapons to see if it is a mech or weapon that would be nice for us to have. We might pay more money if you did this by the way 👀 Their are other small bugs out their that Plarium is working on, like stunning a Zephyr bot and how the stunned bot is STILL able to use it’s EMP affect. They are working on it and I do appreciate it. I also, appreciate how they occasionally give free stuff in your inbox.

Decent Mechanics, But Currently Unfair for F2P. A week ago I joined this game, and decided to purchase the rare Guardian mech when it was offered to me on a discounted price. Since then I played this game three times or more everyday until I am out of the required energy for matches. With that mech I am so OP I end up MVP in almost every match, regardless of the type of game. It’s not that it’s no longer a challenge for me, but feels unfair that I am so much more powerful than F2P players who also started playing a week ago, and I hadn’t noticed an option to put myself in matches that mostly have the same tier of mechs. For all of that I uninstalled the app until there are updates that makes it where F2P has more options than paid players as I was. EDIT: Also noticed other reviews about this issue, and one of the developer’s responses was only to disregard it with a reply, “Have tons of fun!” That doesn’t leave me with a good impression that they have interest in making it fair for F2P players.

So much potential! Too many bots…. Overall this game is visually appealing, has great gameplay mechanics, and can even be a great experience for mostly F2P players like myself. I finally thought this was going to be the one, a mobile game that I could really sink some time into and not regret it, not spend too much money and still have a good time. But then I realized… I was enjoying my first few hours of the game and was performing very well, MVP in almost every match! I thought maybe these players in the lower divisions are just really bad or I’m ahead of the curve. Well I rode that high for about 5 hours and then discovered that I’d been playing against almost nothing but bots in every match. Not the robot mechs either I’m talking about computer controlled AI bots. Then it hit me, maybe it’ll taper off as I progress further up the ladder right? Wrong! The more powerful equipment you get the bots will always be suited with better stuff and on top of that, even in the competitive tournament game modes as well! So no matter how powerful you get the computers will always be one step ahead. Now let’s say you spend money to get a leg up, you’re spending your hard earned cash to play against AI! It all becomes a very meaningless experience. Why customize your mech, no one will see it anyway. Why play till the endgame to compete against better bots? A shame they couldn’t have developed this in a way were you play actual players.

Was fun while it lasted (not long sadly). I lost all fun once I made it to division 4, literally went from having fun to playing against people whose entire life it seems is to do nothing but play this game 24/7. Resource management is SO messed up its honestly ridiculous, the amount of resources needed to make ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGE to literally EVERY weapon OR mech is ridiculous, I spend like a whole play session, roughly 2-4 hours, just to even level up 1 thing and have it mean nothing. Matchmaking is based off your division your in and it’s honestly baffling how incompetent and idiotic any and all teammates are while the enemies seems to always know everything and anything, sometimes I feel like I’m playing with 4 brand new players who somehow BOUGHT a D4 account without any practice in the game while the enemy team is a 5 stack and I’m barely able to deal half an enemies mech health before I die. Honestly I suffer playing this game almost instantly, after maybe 1 or 2 games is all I can play before I no longer can have fun

Has just become absolute garbage. This game was decent fun before, despite some flaws, but now it has just become absolute garbage. It’s a pure cash grab, pay to win game, which it always kind of was, but now even more so than before. The new gear hub system requires you to spend time and resources purchasing and using items that may not fit your play style, just for them to encourage players to spend more, rather than giving players what they really want, where at least before you could spend more selectively on what fit you. What you purchase is also at risk because the developers will buff and nerf items at their whim, even if it’s an item you spent actual money on, with no compensation given. Meanwhile there are a lot of issues with balance in the matchmaking and certain items that have existed for years that the developers have repeatedly ignored. Not surprising given the company that makes the game is owned by a company that makes gambling machines. Just total trash at this point, ignore this game and move onto something better.

Great game, a bit unfair. I've played this game for awhile without spending much money (Maybe 20 bucks accumulatively) and I have little trouble with being out powered by P2W players. However, I don't like that you can't open any of the event crates without spending money. You used to be able to grind for one or two event tokens through tasks, but I don't see that anymore (or perhaps it is way less common). This makes it really hard to get new weapons, and I have practically been using the same ones for almost the whole time I've played the game (besides the beginning). I assume the gear hub allows you to get more as you progress (doesn't let you see ahead of your progress, so I don't know for sure), but that is already really hard to reach and requires a lot of A-coins to upgrade and such. The game is more focused on players who play often, rather than grinding every once in awhile.
