Fun, easy to navigate. Since they’ve done the recent app upgrade much better to see the interface clearly. Easy to deposit money, clean UX with little to no frills. Thanks fully free of dumb/unintuitive bar charts that are trying to show second by second trends and cycles. Only wish is that they dated the options from earliest expiring to latest and that the ticker updated a little faster; otherwise great.

So simple. The best options app to exist, I’ve tried so many other apps, including Robinhood and this app blows them out of the water. This is the new way to trade options, hands down!

Great app for those wanting to trade options. I’ve seen a lot of different apps try and get into the trading space and have been flops. Gatsby seems to have nailed it! Simple and Easy. I am glad I discovered Gatsby . Simple and user friendly that’s what I was looking for . Just one missing option in my opinion to make it a perfect options trading platform . I can’t see the daily “low “ or “high” anywhere in options trading neither the volume ... also some history or a chart that can visualize the fluctuations will help tremendously with the educated decisions the average retail investor can make . Please consider it and update the platform possibly ASAP . Otherwise it is a good platform for long het investing.

BEST Customer service!. Had an issue (wasn’t on their part as other firms also had issue) and they came up with a fair and quick fix. As their philosophy states, every company has issues, it is how they deal with them when it comes up that counts! The App is easy to use and understand for beginners.

Funds taken from my account but are not showing on the app.. I downloaded the app and made a small deposit. The funds have been transferred from my bank account successfully but it’s been days and they are still not showing on the app.

User-friendly platform. Just started using Gatsby and it’s extremely user-friendly and was able to pick it up quickly. This is my first options trading platform and I found it really easy to understand! Highly recommend this app.

Worse than awful. Anyone says this is good is probably working for Gatsby. Customer service was very nice but couldn’t accomplish anything, always new excuses, always new “requirements”, now I’m worried because they have all my info, I’ve requested they delete it but i don’t know if they actually did. Use literally any other platform, this is truly awful.

Best Options Trading Platform Out There!!. Gatsby is truly one of the best options trading platform around. The interface is smooth and super user friendly. Gatsby is a the best options trading app!. I’m a experienced investor and private fund manager. I use dozens of investing tools and information resources. I have accounts with several brokers. Bottom line... Gatsby is essential for any options trader and especially for those getting into trading options. Good for the basics. After a week or so using. The app is definitely glitchy. When you click on a stock and view it’s price, the price is always glitched to where you can barley read it and the app does crash quite frequently when trying to navigate thru selections. A little hard to navigate as well but other than that, it’s solid. Gets the job done but would not recommend for new option traders.

Questions. Just curious when this app will make credit spreads available? Also would be nice if you guys updated the app to where we could roll our options out, up or down. That would really help to manage risk when the asset moves against us. Anyways just my thoughts. Great app.

Awful. Clearly they don’t understand their users. Why do they have a 4 step flow for buying an option while Robinhood does it in 1? Also what’s the point of not displaying my current balance or the current stock price while buying an option? I have to go back to the stock screen, see the stock price and then go through the 4 step option buying for every time I want to check the stock price. This necessarily requires a second screen to trade. Awful!

SHADY APP. be careful with this broker they practice the same thievery ROBINHOOD does .... they create fake unexpected outages , infest there app with glitches so options don’t exit at highs and they pretend to not know where u money is at, playing game of clueless when money is missing from your account

Exceptional. Extremely simple and one of the most user friendly trading platforms I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommend to any who is new or even experienced investors.

Horrific Fills on Options. BEWARE. I decided to try out this platform (I use Tasty as well as others) and made a purchase on an option. I bought the same option at the nearly the exact same time on both platforms so I could see if they were decent enough to possibly switch over... The Bid/Ask was about 7-8% wide so I sent a market order in on both. Gatsby gave a fill 105% over the ASK price while Tasty gave the exact ASK price. So I had to overpay on Gatsby by nearly 95%.... They used the excuse it was “fast moving” but that is a complete lie. Very unacceptable! Definitely beware and be cautious! There are clearly much better platforms where the company has the buyers interest first and foremost. As of right now this company does not!

Pretty Disappointed. its okay for those brand new to options. i thought that a platform with solely option trading abilities would be really cool but this app is super slow to place trades. Too many screens, the way you select the date and strike on a different screen is pretty annoying. Why dont you just display a chain?? Thats the best way to view options. Takes way too long to scalp or make lots of trades. The scroll to find your limit price is absolute trash!! Cost me a lot of money today fumbling through orders. There needs to be a quicker way to place these trades somehow for me to want to stay. Just deposited and I think I might withdraw before I make my first trade.

Good app but be careful. It’s a good app to trade options on but of course your not going to get the best fills at times. It also has a HUGE problem with it bugging out and not picking the correct contract You want to get into, for example today I wanted to enter a contract for next week expiration which I picked, but once I went to buy,it had changed the expiration on me to same day and made me lose some money just because the app bugged out and decided to pick a expiration I didn’t even choose

Great Customer Support. I scheduled a call with customer support and the representative walked me through the ins and outs of option-trading. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about how option-trading works.

Best UI of any options trading app!!!. I started trading options last year when the pandemic started. I found that options UI for the top exchanges were confusing and hard to navigate. This app is a beautiful simple experience and makes options reviews and trades much more fun. Like it should be!

Really nice interface & pretty good fills. Simple interface and the social aspects are interesting for new trade ideas. Much easier than Robinhood or tw for options. This has become my go to.

Has potential. Very user friendly, all the information needed for professionals while displaying it in a simplistic, easily navigate-able way . Gatsby needs to build on the Social aspect of this app though. Allow everyone’s investments to be public, see top performers, etc. Right now it does not make me want to transfer all my funds from Robinhood.

I recommend it. I tried it as someone who doesn’t know very much about options trading but wanted to dip a toe. User friendly and well built app.

When it works. This app is wonderful for trading, when it works I have lost out on a good amount of money because the app crashes pretty often. It’s like their servers run out of a 90’s coffee shop using a gateway computer with dial up.

Small Family Feel to Their Services. I’ve always owned an iPhone since smart phones started. So I’ve never had to deal with any other app store other than apple’s. Given that, this is only the 3rd app store review I have written since it’s inauguration in July, 2008. If you enjoy trading, specifically in option contracts, then this app is definitely for you. I want to start by saying first and foremost, if you don’t have any experience in trading options, this is honestly probably not the app for you to conduct live trades with for the first time. Odds are, you’ll lose money. Options generally have a higher volatility in your everyday trading than if you were trading in equities. That being said, options are categorically harder to learn than trading a simple common stock. While the concept is similar, it’s a lot more complex than just saying, “buy low, sell high”. The technicalities involved in itself, takes you a longer time to pull the trigger and execute a trade, even for an experienced trader. Gatsby does an excellent job at addressing this learning difficulty thru their very intuitive user interface. The way they designed the app, implementing each function in options trading perfectly, while also objectively helping you pick the better trade. It literally guides you into choosing the better contract, but the best part is that you don’t even realize that it did that until later. Options was the most difficult to learn from me starting out years ago. I would like Gatsby to consider implementing paper accounts. That way a novice trader would finally have an app to which they could learn options trading. I think this is something that genuinely lack in the market, and Gatsby could easily bridge that gap! Now, nobody is ever perfect. Every business, every organization, every family, every human being will always have an issue or two through the span of their lifetime. It’s inevitable. The difference however, is what you do and how you act after the error is committed, if committed at all. I’ll admit that when I first installed Gatsby I had a had some self-inflected hiccups when creating my account, and later when I transferred my app and account over to my new iPhone 12. I had some issues with initial setup, both when first downloading the app for the first time, and then later with the new phone. What stood out to me the most was their “small town, everyone knows everyone” feel that they brought to the table. They were so attentive and quick to respond! Take that with a grain of pepper cause some of you out there will read this and then later call me a liar cause Gatsby representatives didn’t immediately respond when you reached out to them at 2:00am. Come on people, be reasonable. During normal operating business hours only. It caugh my attention that they made sure I didn’t feel the need to call them back to ask for a status on a fix. Without me asking, thy would constantly give me status updates and what and where they were in the trouble shooting process. Teamwork is a powerful thing. Each time they would update me, they would vaguely mention how he/she consulted one of their co-workers and that the co-worker had a pretty awesome idea, and he would let me know what the result would be shortly. I love Business Operations, Operations Management, Analytics, and numbers. This really impressed me. That’s the difference between Gatsby and your “Big Bank” brokerage. You and I are just numbers to them. A means to which another $1 gets put into their pocket. Because of that, we really never know who or what we’re going to get whenever we’re having to deal with them, dreading the the fact that you are about to have to make a phone call that you don’t want to make. Not with Gatsby. That small town, small business image they I get from them, whether its staged or it’s actually genuine, it doesn’t matter at that point. You can always expect the same result: 1. Attention to Detail. 2. Genuine care for their customers, above and beyond what they are required to. 3. Genuine and true to their word. You will never feel like just a number, you always have a voice with them. For a young Fintech who is still new in the market, they have a very fresh and much needed look and personality required in this Fin-tech market. They’ve earned a permanent customer in me for a long time. Want to join the family?

My favorite brokerage app. This app is great... my favorite way to trade options. Simple interface and I was sick of paying commissions on other platforms.

Better than Robinhood.. The app is great, user friendly, simple and elegant. But a few non-technical (more strategic) suggestions: - change name trygatsby to gatsby.com - capitalize when Robinhood makes a bad headline, go advertise on social media and places - focus advertising for those who are age of 20-45 - name is great, but needs trust behind it... for this you need to create a brand - a digital one!

Not fulfilling options. I brought 5 options this week and it was itm but they just closed out the options without profit when I should have gotten

Errors and “Whoops”. Put 500$ in to start and give a chance, buying power vanished. Tried to make trades and it kept telling me to deposit funds. Customer support almost non existent . Can’t withdrawal now because of all the “contact support” That does nothing that keeps popping up.

Does not reflect accurately. The stocks are not accurate and shows you are down even when the stock is up and past your strike price. This is terrible and makes investors lose money. They need a better system

No Live Customer Support!!!. It’s funny because EToro has stated they increased their customer support, but there is still no Live Customer Support at all. How can any brokerage firm except to handle other people’s money without offering Live Customer Support? If you’re looking for a brokerage firm that has top notch customer support EToro is NOT the firm.

Fantastic Customer Service. The customer service is top notch. I had an issue making a trade and the CEO of Gatsby reached out to help fix the issue. These guys are laser focused on making the customer service the best possible. Additionally, they have plans to really revolutionize the options market. I think we’ll continue to see them update and improve the app over time. You get rewards paid back (usually Amazon gift cards from my experience) for making trades. What other brokerage does that?

Ask too many questions. This happens asks too many questions before it's even usable and then buggy once you answer all the questions to sign in, it doesn't recognize your credentials. Trash.

Not what they sell. The app is not very intuitive, but I thought it would be a better trade off for getting better prices than Robinhood however I did a same trade same time same everything and Gatsby came back $.50 less than Robinhood x that by a few options and the only thing I like is the name.

Terrible. These options are priced 4x contracts real prices on other platforms such as td- ameritrade and Robinhood. I delete the app immediately after waiting hours for an approval.

Gatsby - The Money Grab. Withholding my money for me to use that I deposited. Harassing phone calls from customer service staff while I’ve told them multiple times I’m at work Automatically closing my positions once at 330pm EST (which I understand to limit risk of exercise) but, the other randomly at 12n and when confronted claiming I did it. And the cherry on top, horrible customer service from some random fake alias “Jim” Be careful! Webull, TD, even robinhood is better.
