Wow just wow. This app has been a total failure to the point where a joke doesn’t accurately describe it. I had to send funds from the trading app to the wallet where I couldn’t send them or do anything with them for months. I contact customer service who keep saying I must be doing it wrong and need to lower the send amount to account for fees which I did upwards of 20-30 times. Upon providing them pics and whatever they needed they kept insisting I wasn’t doing it right. When I finally was able to get it to go through and got a receipt it showed that I sent it to not one but two contact addresses that were not the one I specified. Then I was told well that’s not our fault. EToro stole my funds and blatantly disregarded my issue. I recommend that no one use this company for any reason. Unless you want to just give them your money. Because they will take it anyways if you use their exchange.

Won’t allow full transfer. I have had a terrible experience with Etoro wallet. Their app did not allow me to transfer the full amount out. So I was left with a useless amount in this wallet app, and can’t do anything with it. Terrible experience, will be looking into other ways to report this.

Complete rubbish. Your coins go in and never go out. Title says it all. Not only is etoro horrible for fees (spreads) and lack of staking, etc. Complete rubbish. Your coins go in and never go out. And they make no effort to fix it. Hopefully the SEC gets wind of this and does something about it.

Yikes. What a complete piece of trash. I don’t think it even does anything. Can’t seem to do much other than see my balance from eToro. It’s the crappiest wallet app ever made or eToro is desperately trying to keep your crypto on eToro. My guess is a lot of both.

SCAM COMPANY SCAM APP. My money is stuck in withdrawal, looks like they love to scam customers and even close accounts for some users causing them to lose their money. NO NOT INSTALL. You have been warned.

Not even Alpha stage - it’s horrible. I installed this app on my iPhone hoping to put some of my coins in cold storage on my Ledger Nano X. First I went through a head banging experience of not being able to use the Paste function in the login screen to paste my 20 chat password (Seriously, eToro, this is such basic UI/UX stuff!) and was forced to enter it manually. Next I went through a buggy process of setting up a new wallet for BTC and one for ETH, both of which didn’t appear for a full 3 minutes after I clicked the Add button, with zero indication of what was going on. Finally I followed the instructions they provided that stated that once I installed and logged into the eToro Wallet, I would then see a “Transfer to Wallet” link enabled in the eToro app in the page for each supported crypto I had open trades on. GUESS WHAT? No such link is visible anywhere in the eToro app. I even restarted both apps and still no dice. EToro - HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY COINS?? I work in IT and can easily say that whatever QA team eToro has us clearly not doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM!

Wrong company/ Fraud warning. EToro has a habit of finding excuses to lock me out of my account, restrict transfers, and not have a service to support undoing their issues. This is the wrong company to use for crypto. I recommend you get a real wallet that holds the actual coin, an account at a reputable company like coinbase, or find another path forward. EToro is only headaches.

Buggy at best - literally does not work. Initial release seems poorly thought out. After completing my profile in-app I was unable to sign in for some time with a reassuring message that the app was in a pre-release status. If it's a pre-release then who pulled the trigger in the scrum meeting to pull it out of UAT and release it? Even today I can't sign in and receive a heartening "Oops! Something went wrong." message. Avoid giving them your information and don't bother creating a profile; you'll be disappointed at the wasted effort.

Not an app for serious crypto investors. Holy cow is this just blatantly money-grabby. EToro holds your “invested funds” 4-5 business days longer than it should but claims the transaction hasn’t settled with your bank. I watched my transaction settle on the bank side a full 3 days before they were available to transfer to the bitcoin wallet they force you to use before you can transfer it off the platform. Here’s the worse kicker: they limit the amount of BTC you can send to just .05. Meaning that you have to pay some multiple of network fees more than any other platform. If you’re serious about investing in bitcoin, go elsewhere. I’d say this product was intentionally bad, but honestly, no one is this creatively evil.

Terrible. Ridiculous. Apparently you are only allowed to control *certain* assets. Only certain coins are allowed into the wallet. For example, and unless I’m totally missing something here, I cannot send my DOGE to the wallet. Therefore, if I want to remove all of my DOGE from eToro I have to sell it all. I feel like they have taken MY assets hostage. We should be allowed to send any coin to any wallet we want. Should be illegal. Total fraud.

Terrible app. EToro and eToro wallet is a ripoff and a scam. Coins and unable to be sent to external wallets. Errors every single time when converting or trying to transfer. It feels like my money is held ransom on their wallet. Steer clear from eToro platform and wallet!

Don’t download. This app is a joke. You are unable to buy any crypto to put into your account. The closest you can get is attempting to verify you account via an arbitrary web browser version of the regular app. Even at that you are still unable to verify your account. Waste of time.

No ability to move or convert crypto. I have been attempting to either withdraw my ethereum or convert it to btc and I always receive an error message. It was fine when I deposited my crypto, but no way to get it out. Stay Away!

Can’t paste the password. I have a really difficult password so I have to paste it for the login... I can’t paste the password in the right field... I don’t know anymore about this app yet...

I can’t believe I can’t get in touch with customer service. I have been signing in over and over and the wallet won’t sign me into CS! What do I need to do to get in touch with customer service?!?

Legacy bitcoin addresses work, SegWit don’t. I was able to send bitcoins from eToro wallet using Legacy bitcoin addresses, sending to “newer” SegWit addresses failed.

Worst Wallet App Ever. This platform needs a lot of development. If you buy crypto using this platform “BEWARE!” that you will not be able to put all your coins in a wallet. Their are better wallets out there. I had high hopes for this platform because it do have some great use cases. But what is the use of you can’t put all your investments in a wallet and stake them. It’s so much money that you will be missing out on if you use this platform and wallet.

Don’t get it!. In a nutshell they don’t accept my password—I got to change it and the “submit” button doesn’t click. I go to ask for help they have no way of contacting anyone unless you log in…the very thing I am trying again

Useless. The wallet of eToro is completely useless, even in combination with their trading platform, which is quite a mess as well in comparison to the competitors. Make it easy on yourself, and go with Crypto, Coinbase and Coinbase Pro, Kraken Pro and CoinEx instead. Until they don’t rework their whole platform to be more customer friendly and until their functions are properly integrated, I won’t use them any longer. Not even a proper support line is available either, and their help section is also useless. Useless indeed!

Unable to perform main function. This app is crazy to even be on the AppStore, i wanted to send from one wallet to another and not only does it not do that but now takes my money days to return to my account this is insane

WARNING! STAY AWAY!. If you use eToro to buy/trade crypto, they’ll force you to use this app. You pay a fee just to move assets from the eToro platform to the wallet, which is inexplicable. The wallet itself is confusing and a terrible user experience. There are so many other exchange/wallet options out there, stay away from this one! You’re welcome.

HORRIBLE. The most horrible crypto app on the market, it's very complicated to use it if you want to get in the world of crypto just use Binance or OKx, these are one of the best apps with very low fees to use about crypto. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APPLICATION AT ALL.

Great Tool for Crypto Investors.. Majority of the reviews here are unfair and lacking common sense. I read many of them and the problem laid in the users end rather then the app. eToro Money is a wallet, that being said, it is NOT synced with your eToro Portfolio. You have to transfer your crypto coins from eToro Portfolio to your eToro wallet! That can easily be done in your eToro app, you have to click on the crypto coin you want transferred and find the order/trade you want to transfer. Mind you, you transfer your orders/trades, and not the total or some coins only. It will take about 5 business days to be transferred, kinda like a deposite from any other broker to your bank account. After it’s in your eToro wallet you can “play” with it, sending it to binance, or whatever you’d like to do. I really don’t get how people don’t read or don’t know how to navigate through this. The app does what’s supposed to do, it’s minimalist and simple.

Haven’t Used Yet m, Will update accordingly. I am joining eToro, Primarily for the $50 bonus, so i figured i would download the wallet as well go check it out. I’m going to give it the benefit of doubt, but so far reviews don’t look all that promising. Increasingly more negative—1 star reviews than 2 or three, much less so 4. No one wants to store expensive investments in a buggy app, that doesn’t work as advertised, or has been updated in years. If it has been updated, i have a recommendation. You guys should reward some crypto to rate, and leave a review. After it’s updated of course—-that’s if i hasn’t already been done. Again i will update this after i check it out and test some things!

Worst app ever. I’ve sent 50$ worth of bitcoin to this wallet just for test. I cant convert it to other crpytos (always getting error converting) and cant send to other wallet (error). Dont use this app. I’ve basically lost 50$ because of this scam. Beware!

Crashes JUST IN TIME for Cashout. Try using your “wallet” when there’s actual money in it. See what happens. Nothing happens. The app mysteriously stops working, with no error codes. Just dead. Cannot contact anyone. Cannot do anything. This is a joke.

Waste of time to download. Downloaded this app to use, created an account and attempted to sign in only to be informed the app is in pre-release status and unable to access. Do yourself a favor and don’t both downloading.

Stay Away. Ordered ADA only to find out that it isn’t supported on the wallet app. So I can’t transfer any of these funds to my cold wallet. Any idea on when this will be possible? This is very frustrating.

Warning. Just a warning to all of you new Etoro users out there. Etoro does not provide wallet access to most of the crypto currencies on their platform. This means you do not have control over your crypto and cannot send your crypto to an offline wallet and you can not remove your crypto for staking purposes.

Does not work. Very disappointed with this wallet. I wanted to transfer my Bitcoin from the eToro platform to a hardware wallet for safe-keeping and it is impossible to do so. First of all it took me several days to transfer the coins from the trading platform to the wallet. Then, every single transfer from my eToro Wallet to ANY other wallet failed. I suppose it is a great way to HODL since once your coins are here, they aren’t going anywhere - however it is absolutely useless for anything else

Sign in screen doesn’t work. I’m closing my account. Can’t even login to the money app. The sign in screen doesn’t work. iPhone 12 Pro Max. Definitely doesn’t feel like a safe place to keep investment assets if they can’t even get this right.

Same experience as others: buggy and expensive. I can’t even log in with my normal etoro credentials. It keeps asking to reset password. As everywhere else, I am autofilling with Bitwarden. There is no logical reason why etoro would refuse to fix the log in. There are nonsensical fees just to get crypto from etoro to their own etoro money. It’s an internal transfer and they keep skimming off the top from their own users. This would be like banks having the same level fee to transfer from checking to savings. And still in this day and age etoro thinks they can get away with it and squeeze their users.

Don’t waste your time. Good luck being able to transfer your crypto. Terrible platform. The wallet and main app. Completely counterintuitive to the ways crypto are supposed to operate. Been waiting over a week to transfer my ether to my main wallet to convert it without the tax penalty of cashing out, and to avoid the dip that’s currently happening. However, because they lock up your funds for so long, I’m now out a few hundred dollars that I would have been able to save otherwise. Their selection is terrible, their service is worse. Use literally any other platform

Waste of time. I don’t even want to waste my time on writing review on this application but i want to give information to people who are going to check this application to invest on money. Worst platform they don’t even have sync between their own application useless developers and money eaters. Please don’t try eToro at all..

Unbelievable idiot garbage.. Has NOTHING to do with your Etoro account. Impossible to transfer funds from Etoro (which is also trash). Literally ZERO customer support. I have $30 dollars that I simply cannot do anything with. Been using crypto for years, and this is the dumbest "service" I've ever encountered.

Supper Buggy. I was planning on using this coin for my coins on eToro but the functionality is so poor, so buggy as some one else said once that’s fixed then I’ll consider this app. At the moment this app appears to be a risky thing to use. Imagine trying to login and you just can’t tap or type.

Manegable but utterly unnecessary. Let me first say this: All I wanted to do is withdraw some eToro funds via crypto to my external wallet and I was able to acomplish this within a couple of hours. But there's no reason for this app to exist, you shouls just be able to send whatever crypto you have in eToro to any wallet at any time. Also, the quality of this app doesn't help at all. Spacings are inconsistent, animations are too linear and it doesn't even remember your login so you have enter your credentials and 2FA everytime you open it.

I can’t login to my eToro money account. Why can’t I login to my eToro Money account, it keeps displaying this, “The Wallet is currently in a limited release mode. It will be available to the public soon.” Looks so frustrating

Fraud. Stay away. Can’t withdraw currency. I have been trying for weeks to withdraw my crypto from this wallet. First of all why do you have to withdraw your funds from the site to the wallet? You should be able to send your crypto to any wallet. E-toro is a massive fraud. They prevent you from ever controlling your own crypto. Anyway I cannot get my crypto off this wallet now and customer service doesn’t respond. Please stay away from e-toro COMPLETELY. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. And by the way it is not my user error. I know how to drive.

Amazing!!. Best invention ever. It’s potential is unlimited. For multiple assets investors to transfer funds into the wallet and instant conversion from crypto’s into Fx and Gold assets it’s just genius. Thanks eToro and eToro X.

The login screen is broken!. There are some serious user interface issues with the login screen. The cursor, for example, is very hard to manipulate between the text fields. I can’t even paste my password into the password box.

Cannot transfer most of my crypto out. How hard is this?!? They only allow you to transfer 5 or 6 cryptocurrencies out of EToro. You basically don’t own the rest so do not use EToro unless you’re only looking for btc, eth, ltc and a couple others. Not exactly thought through... what are the product manager and their teams exactly doing over there? Will move to trading from Gemini and Coinbase after I’m forced to sell my crypto since I can’t move it off of their platform.

This needs help... and a lot of it.. How am I supposed to get my crypto to a hard wallet if I can’t get it off this wallet. I would love to contact someone here for help. Trying hundreds of tiny transfers doesn’t seem right at all. I have things locked on here I’m unable to get off. This needs help.

Doesn’t sync with eToro platform. If you read all the reviews, you’ll notice that they pretty much just cut and past a generic response to everyone. I have an eToro account that I buy and sell BTC from. I downloaded this wallet and used my eToro sign in which worked fine. Except that the wallet does not sync with the platform so I get a note saying I have no BTC to trade. It is pretty worthless right now since all it is is a generic wallet. There are way better, multi currency wallets available to iOS. The only point in having this wallet would be to sync with your eToro account, which this doesn’t do. Cue generic response below now:

UI Bugs Galore. Lots of tap focus shift UI bugs make this version of the app nearly unusable. Try to copy and paste your password from a secure password vault. I dare you.

Fine for transfers but. Only allows you to transfer a few kinds of the currencies you can buy on the site. Kind of misleading imo

Can only transfer a few coins about a 3rd that they offer and they also require a min withdrawal of 30 I put 25 in multiple and can not get it out now and now I can’t transfer to another platform because they only transfer like 5 coins starting to like eToro less and less P.s there are fees called a spread I think it’s different for every coin just ad a few cent to price listed

Glitchy Rip Off. This app crashes when you look at it. Not only is it terrible to use it’s a absolutely rip off to trade on. This wallet took close to 30% of my trade when converting from ETH to BTC. I would avoid it if I didn’t already have money tied up in the wallet. There are much better wallets out there.

Scam!! Warning!!. When you buy Crypto on Etoro, you can’t actually withdraw it. You don’t actually own any crypto unless you can withdraw it to your own personal on chain address. They keep all your money and pretend to hold the assets for you, without ever actually giving you access to them. Such scam, very sad. They have a ‘wallet’ app but it’s literally the same thing. Rubbish. They don’t give you access to your crypto, only the ability to sell it for fiat for a bad rate via a debit card. Stay far away from them

It’s a money stealing scam.. I have $3000 with of crypto that I can not transfer or get out. Told to get money app, no difference. EToro are robbers. Worst trading platform ever.

Does not work holds your coins in limbo. This wallet grabs your coins from eToro then it won’t let you transfer your coins to another wallet. It won’t except the new wallet address and the camera option doesn’t work so you can’t even take a photo of the QR code. Now I have coins trapped in this wallet. Which I can’t transfer anywhere. So I am loosing trading opportunities and money. If you join eToro don’t expect to move your coins.

Trish. I read you story about EToro. Yes I found I can put money in and I have. Then was told to go to Etoro money which I did, then create a wallet that I tried to do without success. So I’ve invested $200.00 only thank heavens. Do you think I’ll ever gain that back. The money is going up, do they keep that???? So many grubby people of this EARTH I understand how some commit murder. So people look out.

My crypto is not actually mine. I have crypto that i want to use that i have been trading. The crypto I OWN is locked and can not be used. I understand with partial shares but not with crypto. I'm regretting using the service because of the skimming before after and during trading stock. Zero on trades is not zero. Dollar conversions, differing buy and sell on the market, 1% on each crypto trade: this is crazy and the conditions changed after i put my money in.

Bankish. I deposited bitcoin but there was no way to withdraw the full amount. So there may be a fraction of my bitcoin stuck on the wallet forever. I would only recommend eToro wallet to my worst enemy.
