BOGUS. Downloaded app. Entered email address for confirmation number and submitted multiple times. After 5 days still no email. It’s bogus, waste of my time

Called customer support. Can’t log in, called customer support was blown off.

Can’t get verification code. Have been trying to just create an account but can’t even get it to send me a code. Went looking for support info and can’t even find that...

App used to work. Can’t get in, reinstalled and still can’t get it. The apps was slow in the past but I worked. Now nothing

Ghost cam app. I had high hopes but, can’t get the app to work. I like the idea and the compact size but, if it doesn’t work I guess I’ll return it. I’m going to give them a shot at resolving the issue, we’ll see...............

App doesn’t work. Can’t create an account. Obtain security doesn’t send email at the acct create screen. Last update push was one year ago. Time to fix more bugs and push another update.

this app it TERRIBLE. tried twice setting up an account and get verification codes back but when try to open it says no account exists. Next move on this waste of money camera is a hammer. I’ve seen the nightmare reviews regarding tech support and dont have that much time to waste

Can’t login to app.. Can’t even set up the account. Won’t send me a verification code. Finally get a verification code and it won’t work. Pricey camera to not be able to adjust settings.

Works perfect. I have it set up 20’ from my stand and I check it every time I’m in the stand and if it has fifty shots more I pull and replace the chip

Crap. So bad. App doesn't work. You can't even set up an account. Don't buy this product. Returning this camera

Garbage. Camera is completely useless. App doesn’t work, no customer service. Stay away from Hawk.

Buggy app. Would not allow me to create account. Text boxes would come up but they were blank and didn’t tell me anything

This app will not work. Used it to set up and will not allow me to use it again. Tried resetting password and nothing happens. So upset I bought this product as this app is CRAP. Do not purchase if you expect to see a view of your camera through your phone.

Horrible app. These cameras are worthless due to this horrible app, all it does is play an advertisement and will not let me sign in or change my password. I even tried creating a new account but got no further. Do Not Purchase....

Garbage!. If you can’t fix it then why sell it?

Bluetooth needs work. Great idea but Bluetooth needs work. Not able to ever get test photo to show up on iPhone. If Hawk can fix Bluetooth, would be a great little camera.

TRASH. This app is terrible.. just like everyone else I cannot sign in. My father in law has same exact issue. I made the mistake of signing out to prove to him that there wasn’t an issue and now I cannot get back in the app. Tried resetting my password and got one verification code sent and once everything was entered in I got the spinning wheel pop up like it’s going to work but then nothing.

Unable to login. When I first git this camera the app worked and it was a pretty good little camera. Now the app does not allow me to login and after reading other reviews it seems pretty common. The camera can only really be used as a paperweight without the app. It’s a good idea, but if they can’t get the app to work you’re wasting your time and money getting one of these. So glad I only purchased one of these.

Piece of crap. Need app to look at pics and app just sits there loading with a stupid video you can’t even silence because the app is continuously locked up

TRASH!!!. Tried to obtain verification code multiple times and on multiple devices and nothing comes through any emails.

Terrible. Supports non existent camera will not connect phone email and live chat are bogus don’t waste your time of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

App is Junk. Paid 150 for a trail cam that must be setup by the app. App did not even make it past the login screen. A 20 dollar trail cam with bad pictures is better than one you can’t even use. Definitely returning.

Hd 20. Great pics but I cannot get into my settings. It just sits there loading. Need to fix this!!

Worked once. Was able to log into the app once. Since then nothing. Called support and sat in the cue for nearly an hour and gave up. Tried again today and same wait time. Just falling back to the default setting and will live with it. The app is the issue and really needs an update to fix the login issues.

Seriously. This app is so bad. In So many ways and zero support. To lengthy to go into an the details.
