Saved my life. Cannot express how thankful I am this app exists! All the other remote apps are paywalled to heck and are basically non functional. I was in a pickle with my tv needing to be reset, but I couldn’t reset it without being able to input numbers for the pin. This app was the only one that let me do that immediately and without having to subscribe to something. This dev deserves the world.

Great. Got a version of the app for my TCL tv. And I'll say the same. How a TV app should be. No logging in nonsense, simply locate and connect to the TV. Went ad free, was a small price that is definitely worth it to me. Same as before for feedback, the sensitivity is kind of high in touch pad mode for me. Kudos to the developer!

For Those Who Can’t Connect To Your TV. Took me a minute to figure this out. The app will hang up trying to reconnect to your TV if you’re starting a new session. You have to back out, refresh the scan and choose your tv again. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing. The app works and allows me to use my tv again. Would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Looks a little out dated but best I’ve tried. It doesn’t really look stylistically pleasing but it’s great to use if you don’t wanna pay $10+ for subscriptions on other similar apps. There are some pop-ups but it isn’t really that annoying. Pop-ups don’t come up every single button you click which is my I love this app so much. Just so y’all know you need to be connected to the same Internet on your phone and on your smart TV. I got this app because my remote’s up button broke and it was frustrating not being able to go up so I went around looking for apps to help. Out of the five apps I downloaded this is the only one that actually is worth your time because for the rest of them you need to pay for just clicking a button. And if you really think the pop-ups of that annoying and then I’m pretty sure you can buy the phone app without ads. So yeah that pretty much it and it’s an app you should try out if your having my problems

It’s a great app only needs remote once to allow access to connect your phone to the TV. You do need the remote Once to allow access form your phone to the TV. There are a few adds other than that it’s perfect I have not used my remote for 2 weeks now try it out it might be what you need

There is a room for improvement. I’ve been using this app for a while now, and while it gets the job done, there’s definitely room for improvement. The concept of controlling my TV from my phone is fantastic, especially when my remote stops working, but some aspects make the experience less seamless than it could be. First, the app is functional but not polished. The interface feels outdated, and the constant need to reconnect to the TV every time I use the app is frustrating. Having to use my physical remote to approve the connection defeats the purpose for those of us who don’t have a working remote. This issue alone limits its utility as a true replacement for a remote control. That said, the app does offer great value compared to competitors, particularly with the option to remove ads for a small, one-time fee. The ads in the free version aren’t overly intrusive, but they do interrupt the experience just enough to notice. I also appreciate the customizable toolbar feature, which adds some flexibility, though it’s still missing key buttons like volume control. Overall, it’s a decent app with potential, but the bugs, outdated design, and clunky connection process hold it back. I’d give it 3 stars for now, but with a few updates, it could easily become a 5-star app.

Typically touch screen issues. This app suits a very small purpose - when your physical TV remote’s batteries die. That’s it. It’s biggest failure is just like the touch screens in cars you have to always look down at the app to figure out what “key” you’re pressing. You can’t feel the buttons. Your fingers are just mashing glass - sometimes hitting the wrong button, sometimes hitting two buttons. There is a reason why physical keyboards are still the preferred method of input.

Better than others with subscription. I went through more than 5 apps with expensive subscriptions that could not find my TV no matter how many time I rebooted and restarted my phone, my router and my TV. This one easily found and connected to my TV.

No help. I lost the TV remote to my TV and I thought I can use this app to control my TV and apparently you have to click a with the controller like I lost my controller. How dumb is that? Never get this app if you lost your controller because you need your controller to click allow.

Smart Remote. I like the changeable remote image to fit my preference. I have a 8 year old Samsung in storage while I moved and bought a new Samsung TV, and it is nice to have the old nostalgic remote image on my iPhone. Better size buttons for my big finger. Most remotes have too many close-spaced buttons. This solved my problem. Nice soft application. I like. Civil Society Entrepreneur.

It has to reconnect a lot. This app works really well but there is a problem with it. I can’t connect this remote to my tv when it’s off so I have to manually turn it on by another remote. After that I have to allow this remote to connect to my tv by using my physical remote. Also, every time my phone turns off, it makes me reconnect it to the tv by using my other physical remote. I got this app so if I lost my physical remote, I could use this app, but in order to use his app, I need to connect it with my physical remote.

It works!!. I have tried other app remotes that just do not work or need to be constantly refreshed. It connects with my TV’s seamlessly and, I can switch between my TV’s with no issues. This app works great! Better than any that I’ve tried!

The allow issue. I just pushed a button on my tv and the allow was still up there but the remote connected on my phone … So I dunno I haven’t had to reconnect yet so don’t know about that.. yep there are a lot of adds but who cares this app did what I needed to do when it’s 130 in the morning and I don’t want to search the bedroom for the remote :)

Just ads. This is absolutely horrible it has to reconnect every few minutes. So that always takes 10 to 15 seconds then the ads are insane example if I turn on the tv and it’s to loud and I try to turn it down I get a ad right away then when it finally lets me I get 10 clicks down and another ad. I have had 4 ads just to turn it down or up. Changing Channels is horrible set up it’s just junk all the way around. Can’t wait for the new remote to get here!

Great app! But some improvement. Hello, good morning/afternoon. This app is great, especially since I’m one of the few people that don’t have a controller. But there is one thing that bothers me. Once in a while, I couldn’t find my WiFi connection and had to delete the app. I really hope this gets fixed. Have a great day/night/afternoon.

By far the best Samsung remote in the AppStore. As the title says, I’ve tried all the other ones I came across and this one seems to work almost flawlessly, it’s worth paying the $1.99 for no ads plus it’s for life. Devs are regularly updating the app so that’s incredible. Best Samsung remote app by a long shot. Keep up the great work devs!

AMAZING. this is the only samsung tv remote that i dont have to pay for and it works great! all the other tv remote apps that i have tried, you download it and then after a minute or two it won’t let you do anything unless you pay for it and i dont want to have to pay for a tv app.

I absolutely LOVE this app!. I was looking for a good remote app for my tv and this one was perfect! Pros: Ads aren’t super intrusive if you’re using it free! You can also pay $2 to remove ads all together which is pretty cool especially when other apps want to charge a monthly fee to remove them. With this you just pay the $2 once and you’re golden :p Cons(With Fixes!): The jpeg images for the remotes are absolutely horrendous BUT just change the option on the top left from “remote” to “media” and it’s an extremely simple/clean looking remote to look at! Second downside is that the app image is also pretty ugly… BUT you can just use the shortcuts app to change the image of the app to something more pleasing(I just took a screenshot of the media remote). Anyway I genuinely believe this app deserves a full 5 stars! All problems can easily be fixed and it’s super cheap for an ad free experience!

Basic. This app works …. Usually. It does get finicky and won’t connect to the TV at times. I’ve had to remove it and redownload it several times. I bout the ad free version (totally worth it) however, I lose that when I redownload it, making me repay for the ad free version again. Not ok with that. But when it works, it works well and is easy to navigate…..

Good about 75%of the time. App is fine its free you cant go wrong adds are a little too frequent but agin its free, my only real issue is once in a while it wont connect to my tv and wont for like 2 days then…. Magically it works again worked for me for some time but will eventually push me to go buy a replacement remote thats why it doesn't get 5 stars.

Desperately needed fix. My Samsung tv remote doesn’t work so this app is the only thing I have that’ll work, but ads kept popping up every five seconds, so I paid for no ads, but the ads kept popping up and to my knowledge there’s no way to get my money back so I’m screwed and the only reason I don’t give it a lower rating is because this app aside from the ads is perfect so I give credit where it’s due

Used to work great. Not sure what changed but lately, the remote won't connect to my tv. Anytime I open the app, it asks me to hit allow on my tv but will have me do it 10 times before it accepts it. Then, once the remote loads, it doesn't actually work and I have to repeat the process all over again. I just end up using my physical remote instead, not worth the hassle. Additionally, the ads are obnoxious.

Lifesaver after my dog chewed my up my remote!!. So this app is the best thing I have ever downloaded!!! And I thank god I did, Because my dog decided to chew my remote 2 days later. I was still able to use my tv while I wait for the replacement to get here. I might still use the app every now and then for convenience! lol

👌🏼. I usually don’t do reviews but I honestly really liked this app. It’s the only one I tried that didn’t ask me to pay it does have a lot of adds which you have to be careful when using the remote but I get that. Other than that it paired really easily to my TV and it works greats when I can’t find my remote.

Apps stops working after every iOS update. The app works reasonably well. However, every time you update your iOS, the app stops working and requires to be re-connected to your TV. No big deal, if you have your original remote since it’s impossible to “allow” the device to be paired to your TV without the original remote. However, why would I need a remote on my phone if I had the original one?

Intuitive yet could use some improvements. Very simple to use and is intuitive. I especially like the touch pad. However, I’d like to see some updates/ more bug fixes. One issue I experienced is that once the TV is off for a few seconds, I can use the phone to turn it on. But a few seconds longer and I can no longer turn it back on with the phone. The app loses connection with the wifi and TV and I have to use my original TV remote to turn the TV on then reconnect. I would really like to replace the remote and only have to use my phone. I hope this can be fixed. Also, when using the search bar on the TV why not have a keyboard pop up on my phone to type and search with much more efficiently rather than having to swipe around one letter at a time??

I personally love it. I cannot understand how people don’t like it, I thought it looked suspicious at the start bc it looks so like idk old but tbh it’s the best remote app there is probably. You just have to make sure you’re connected to the same WiFi as the tv and allow it to access devices or whatever it said. It does have a lot of ads, yes, but to me it’s worth it since I usually watch movies and don’t have to press it a lot anyway.

Works great!. I have tried many universal remote apps. This is by far the best one I’ve used without having to sign up for some ridiculous subscription. An ad will pop up from time to time bur Not even enough to be frustrated about it. If you need a remote from time to time when your is lost. I highly recommend this one.

Practical but glitchy. The idea of a remote for my tv on my phone is a good idea. Not gonna lie, it’s perfect for me when I lose the remote. But there is still issues. After using for a few minutes, around 10 of them, the app says I need to reconnect WiFi even though it is connected. When I disconnect and reconnect again, it doesn’t work . When I retry a couple times again, it finally works. Not saying it’s bad, but please fix this bug!

Keyboard function doesn’t work. The keyboard function doesn’t work. That was the main reason I purchased this app. The tech support, please let me know if there is a way to make the keyboard function work otherwise I have to get a refund .

Basic … and that’s good!. Thank you for making this app. My remote just up and stopped working in the middle of Love is Blind Season 6. lol. But this app saved me. It was easy to connect. This will definitely work until i get a new remote but even then, this will be the app I use as my remote. I have looked before for an app but didn’t see any Samsung made apps so I wasn’t sure if any would work, but this one takes the cake. Thanks!

Long press please. The Media remote UI is my favorite. Please add a press and hold feature for the select button. Or if it’s already there, please tell me how to enable it. In Samsung’s YT app, holding the center button on a video (using the physical remote) will displays options like “Don’t recommend this channel” or “Not Interested.” I would really love the ability to do that with this remote.

Awesome. It works perfect. And it’s free. Get it before you need it and use it as a backup until it’s your only option and never look back! As far as free apps go, this one is among the most useful and user friendly apps available. I don’t notice the ads but if you’re not a fan, upgrade. How easy is that

Intentionally badly designed.. For some reason they decided it'd be the best way to make their money by making it have full scream ads, and they intentionally make the ads show when you are likely to not be looking at the screen, which is when you are trying to use it to control your TV, which of course you are gonna be looking at the TV, when it shows a full screen ad right when you are using it, making you tap on the ad unknowingly when you are controling the screen. TL;DR: The app is intentionally designed to make you tap on ads when you aren't looking at it.

Was doing so good! but…. It was an awesome app! One of the best honestly! And I didn’t even mind the ads that popped up every once in a while. I thought about buying the ad free version, but after the bugs that have been going on as of late I don’t know that I will! Lately every time I try to use it, it seems like a button isn’t working (up won’t work or down won’t or it won’t go left or right sometimes). I don’t know what’s going on! If not for that honestly would’ve given five stars even with ads!

Easy to use. This app has worked flawlessly was easy to set up and connected well. The only thing I wish it had was a mute button on the media page. Other than that I couldn’t ask for a better remote.

Getting better again. I loved the old version of this app, then they revamped it and removed some valuable features, namely the dedicated buttons for home, back and volume that were attached to the touchpad remote mode, giving me the exact same controls I use on my physical remote. They were replaced with a cumbersome gesture system that I found unintuitive and usually required using two hands to accomplish. The older version could always be simply operated with one hand. Since then, they have implemented a custom toolbar system in the touchpad mode which addresses the lack of dedicated home and back buttons for me (and also offers 50+ other buttons to choose from). No Vol+ or Vol- buttons in those toolbar options yet, but I have requested it. I also think the toolbar needs to be moved to the bottom of the screen. This would be the more ergonomic way to use the app and replicate the old layout (that I got really used to for the last few years). Lastly, being able to disable the gestures would makes sense to me, if for any reason because one of them conflicts with a particular motion the TV expects for a different function. I’m upgrading my former 2-star review to 4-star in light of the changes. Definitely can be a 5-star app again, we’ll see what future updates bring.

Contains spam. I downloaded this app because I was having trouble with my Samsung Remote. Unfortunately, the app contains advertisements as well as spam including a pop-up that my phone memory was full and offered another app to help clean it up. Before falling for that I checked the memory of my phone and had more than half of the memory available. While the controls work fine, this makes it difficult to trust.

This wasn’t thought through properly. So my remote control is totally dead! It doesn’t do a thing! I downloaded this app, in an effort to still be able to watch tv! I searched for the tv through the app and went to connect the TV to the app, when a message appeared on the tv asking me to approve the connection! Do you see what I realized just at that moment? I can’t select approve because my remote is dead and the only way to navigate on the tv is to use the remote! Hmmm! So that leads me to wonder why is anyone downloading this app if they’re remote works properly and allows them to accept the connection! Am I the only one who is just realizing that the makers of this app really didn’t think this through? And am I the first one to run into this problem?

Very Ez &functional. This surprised me that your using an image of your exact remote and can press the buttons as if you had the actual remote in your hand . I found my remote easily and when I hesitantly pressed the image of my desired button and it responded I was delighted ! Love love love this remote app !

THIS APP IS A LIFE SAVER, in my house we have a bunch of remotes we keep misplacing so I just got this app and the set up is really easy you just have to take another remote if you have one in your house and press except then pick what type of remote you need the it works PERFECT I %100 LOVE THIS APP!!

The app and keyboard. when I tried to click on the app section of the App itself the click didn’t not work out and when i did the keyboard and tgpe things that didn’t work for my tv. When accessing the internet app on rhe tv usiing this app the track pad didn’t work while browsing the internet app please developer fix this app. When I did one time purchase in the ad elimination the ads still pop up. What is wrong with this app. I hope the app developer fix this issue.

Great app.. This app is great for the most part but keep you old remote if you lost it and try to use this app it will not work! You have to click allow! If you clicked allow one time I’ll reconnect after every use! There is so many 1 star reviews about this and the bn pop up ads, its free it’s not their fault you don’t wanna pay to get rid of them it’s a free app Works better than most tv remote apps and it’s great if you can’t find your remote just remember you need to click allow🗿 and it will be perfect! It WILL reconnect after every use so just use your old one to connect this app to your tv okay?

It stopped working. I used to love this app since it was very easy to use and didn’t take up much space. However around two weeks ago it stopped detecting my tv even when they were connected to the same network. It didn’t even detect the TVs that were in the surrounding apartments when before it did. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it around 3 times but I’ve had no luck.

Amazing. Some of the buttons on my Samsung remote fell off. This has helped me easily and quickly replace it. You don’t even have to worry about batteries. However, some of the features don’t work for me such as the new typing feature and sometimes I can’t change the volume for some reason. It is still better than using a physical remote.

Crap!!!. So tired of bad business! The app worked great until it randomly asked me for a rating. I don’t usually participate but rated them a 5. As soon as I did the app went to crap, now my volume is stuck on high with sports using a commentator. Can I go back to change my rating? No bc the option doesn’t work. Wondering the motive here…being that it’s free must make me not the customer but the product. What they wanted was a rating and performed well until they got what they wanted. Which makes me wonder why not just continue to let me enjoy the app? Bc it’s capable of doing so….so Why not? Nope to Samsung!

Samsung tv!. Didn’t have the exact same model of remote but found a similar one and it works! Mine doesn’t have buttons so i couldn’t click accept but it still connected with time and it works and it’s freeeeeee! Love! Was waiting for a new remote for 2 weeks but I have it now but I’m still using this app more 🤣

Scamware, Spamware, Beware. The moment you successfully pair it with your TV, prepare to be harassed to upgrade to a separate paid version, with messages saying ‘Your software has expired! Click here to upgrade!’ - that take over your whole screen and every button to dismiss is a button that takes you to the App Store. Seriously, this is just sad, an ugly money grab of an app that might kind of work, if only you could interact with the controls instead of being told the software no longer works. If you can fight your way back to the remote, it works again, until the next heinous ad comes up.

When in need. I give it a 5 because it simply was there when I needed it. Easy fast download. Not force purchase. Husband lost the remote and volume was on super nova. I couldn’t figure out how to turn the tv down from the buttons. And hold on to a grounded item to keep from getting blown away. Thanks!

Need actual remote. I downloaded this because my remote has vanished, but then it tells me to press “ok” on the remote to connect the ap to my tv. Useless!

Asks for location without valid reason. The developer claims they need to ask for location information in order to scan the devices on your network. They say this is required by Apple but this is untrue. They will point you to a document, read it, there is no such requirement.

Works. Only one that works and doesn’t demand money.

100% SCAM. Asked for my credit card info “to verify location” the card was declined. I added a second again declined. Knew something was wrong (they immediately tried using the cards but were declined). I was contacted by my credit card company and spent the next 3 hrs answering questions and canceling both my cards!!! BEWARE!!!!

Best thing ever. My remote doesn’t have the on/off button or the button on the tv so this is very helpful it works great no problems the and are really short and best of all it’s free

Unreliable. This app constantly requires reinitializing. It quite frequently loses connection with the tv. Frustrating!! A very disappointing app.

Filled with Pop-Up Ads. You get 1 ad every 15 to 20 clicks on the tv remote. Since you can’t hold down the directional keys, trying to scroll through a video is a nightmare since you have to tap on the remote to fast forward a single increment AND deal with the intrusive, whole screen ads every time you click a certain amount of times.

Too many adds. The app is amazing but there is adds every ten seconds

This is very bad app. It wants to use the phone cellular data!!!!! It requires full access to Siri and wifi network? ! Why???!!!! One star is too much it doesn’t qualify for ZERO star

Best Samsung remote on the market. I’ve paid upwards of $20 for remotes that don’t have the functionality and reliability that this one has. Oh yeah, and I got this one for free. I’ve been living with ads for months on this remote and it hasn’t been too much of an inconvenience. Then it gets better. I stumble across a no brainer $2 fee to remove ads permanently. Maybe it’s not perfectly but it’s definitely serviceable, reliable, and a one time payment of $2 is unheard of nowadays. Definitely recommend to anyone who can’t bother keeping track of their physical remote.

Why does it need to connect to data?. My tv isn’t a smart tv so it’s not even hooked up to data or wifi to begin with, despite its remote being in the app. I needed a new remote because the original remote quit working and thought this might be a great alternative. Awful alternative doesn’t begin to cover it.

It kind of works. You can’t turn the TV on when it is off. The keyboard function doesn’t type when you are in a text input area. It does co troll volume and you can navigate with it, awkwardly.

Decent.. The app works, while it does. Even tho the adds are annoying I can deal with that. What gets me is that I have to re instal it every week almost. Scam. My credit card information was stolen from this app. I got keep charging from someone unrecognized. I had to replace my credit card .

Works fine but. I used this app before & it worked, but my sister had a tv with the buttons underneath so I can press “allow”. Now on my friends tv we need the remote to do anything at all & it says “press allow on your tv to connect” which is why I need the remote. I wouldn’t need to download the app if I can do that fix this.

Sound bar has no wifi. It shows the same remote as the Samsung sound bar originally came with but requires wifi. There no way to connect the sound bar with wifi!! Thats what BT is for!!

Sound bar doesn’t have wifi!. How the f am I suppose to connect my hwk450 sound bar when it doesn’t have wifi connection? Yet the sound bar remote is one of the selections from the app. Useless.

It Doesn’t Work. Simple as that. Can’t find my device on the wifi network but I installed a different remote and it was found right away. No help or support materials from developers.

Needs location services turned on to find wireless devices?. Perhaps searching for wireless signals would work better for finding wireless signals. Useless. Doesn’t work with a manually entered IP address, either.

Never worked for samsung sound bar. Never worked when tried it to use for my sound bar. It does find my wifi but then there is no visible step.

Up button does not work. Everything seems to work but the up key or the up swipe on the touch pad making it impossible to navigate.

Really?. How am I supposed to hook my sound bar up to wifi? Why does this even matter. Why isn’t it Bluetooth related or something? Just dumb

Functional and handy. This was a great app when my remote became possessed. You can choose a remote you are comfortable with and the buttons don’t have any lag time. I’m giving it 3 stars because it has a hard time maintaining a connection with the TV.

Can’t Turn TV On. Kinda useless when you download this because you lost your remote and the tv has to be on before this remote will work. This may not be a fault of the software but in how the system works, but if it can’t perform fully as a remote then it doesn’t function as a remote is supposed to.

Your app doesn’t work. Tried everything, your app doesn’t work. I have a Samsung TV. I don’t like wasting my time on something that supposedly has all these great reviews. Fix the issues with your app. I downloaded the app listed immediately under yours and it worked immediately without having to do anything at all. I would not recommend your app to anyone.

Too big. App works well, but the “remote” on my ipad is huge and i have scroll to get to the buttons i need, even when i hold ipad for portrait view. There is no adjustment to make it smaller. Other than that, it is fine for what i need.

Okay... I love the idea but cannot get past a couple items. 1- you need the allow access everyday, this is a pain.. if I wanted to use the standard remote I wouldn’t need this app. 2- each time you open the app it defaults to the default remote even if you change it. I’ll wait to delete the app to see if t th hear are resolved.

False claims about data collection. The developer says it doesn’t collect any data whatsoever, yet it needs to know my location in order to use it? Stay away from this app, there is absolutely no reason to need to know your location, it’s supposed to be a tv remote app, yet it wants to track your location

Love love it. I had a different remote but it was costly and wouldn’t allow me to turn volume up or even change channel. I used it for the arrows but this lets me do it all and it’s FREE!

You have to have a remote to use the app.. We got this remote app because we lost our remote. The tv had to get an ok to use the phone which I needed the remote to ok. The remote on your phone will not work unless the tv is already on. Also make sure you are logged into the same WiFi, or it won’t work. So unless you are just trying to change the channel and someone else has the remote good luck.

Occasional glitches, but overall a solid app. My primary complaint is that the return button does not work at all, which is bizarre. It’s the simplest way to navigate back, so it is mildly irksome that I can’t do so. Besides that, it’s so convenient for when the darn remote gets misplaced!

Questionable App. After downloading this app I started getting random scam/spam texts and calls. This number is used privately and a Google Voice number is used for everything else, so I doubt it was coincidence. The apps functionality does work, albeit not all too well. Don’t recommend wasting your time on this.

Inlove with this Tv remote. It’s just like your remote nice for when you can’t find your remote in room or living room or just simply don’t want to get up this is perfect ❤️

Works great. Nice little remote that works fine. My dog has a bad habit of eating our remotes soooo having one on my phone is definitely handy. Lol

Please fix the issues!!!. So, this app is “ok” for some quick volume and channel up and Down. If you need this for anything else, good luck! The virtual keyboard works “MAYBE” 10% of the time. IF you can get the keyboard to stay up to type, good luck! All I get is a ton of 0’s going across the search bar when I try to type. You cant delete them either! Please please fix!!!

Works but could use improvements. This app saved me when my remote was misplaced, but it would be nice if it could remember your device or automatically try to connect to the last used device when you opened the app.

It actually works!. This app actually works, easy setup and it’s FREE. 10/10, highly recommend!

It’s alright. I couldn’t find my tv remote so I downloaded this app it then asked me to pick a remote which I thought was super cool but the next step was to click allow on my tv. I then got angry because I didn’t have my tv remote to press allow! Finnaly I found my remote and deleted this app. But it’s good if u have your remote

Useful, but…. At first I was in love with this app because I had lost my remote a long time ago and this app was so useful! Then it just wouldn’t connect to my TV. I’ve tried multiple times to reconnect and it just won’t.

You always have to click allow on actual TV to initiate.. Its annoying that you have to connect every time. One of my tvs i lost the remote to, i hoped to use this app to use the tv but i cant unless i click allow with the original remote. If i had the original why would i even use this app. Its ok but it could be better

Never worked even once. After installing this device and trying to get it to work for about an hour, I finally gave up and realize this simply does not work. I found my TV quickly and connected, but none of the controls have any effect on the TV.

ITS PERFECT!!!. So this controller really works so i didnt have a controller for 2 days so yeah the only thing that i got mad about at first was that on my tv it said deny allow and cancle which was wierd but i didnt min thx to the creator of this app 😇😇😇😇

Easiest remote app. After downloading about a half dozen other apps this is the easiest one without having to pay. 👍🏻

Works perfectly. I’m usually heartbroken by these types of apps but this app works PERFECTLY for my Samsung tv and my iPhone and it’s come thru for me time and again. THANK U to the developers!! ❤️❤️

User friendly. Very user friendly and easy. And for $3 no ads!!! I’ll never look for my remote again.

Game changer. Listen it’s great for not having a remote really truly a game changer! But it freezes a lot and is hard to connect sometimes. But still if you can’t find the remote it’s great!

Best one so far. This app really works for any TV! I am a real user and this is a really useful one, but there are a lot of adds. So if you could cut out the add than this would be 5/5 but for now with the adds it 4/5

ACTUALLY FREE. just deal with adds here n there buf gets the job done, plus u can pay to remove it an always have tv remote in ur pocket 🤷🏽‍♂️

Adds. I get it you make money from ads but it just ad after ad maybe 6 ads in 2 mins and that is nonsense pleas lower the ads maybe 3 every 2 mins

Pretty good!. I’m the control connects automatically and I use this when I can’t find my controller!

Solid. Compared to other Samsung TV remote apps this was has been the best one I've used so far. No issues yet. Even opted for no ads since it worked so well.

MAKE THE APP FREE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT!!. That’s not fair that your making money from Ads that play while we get a Remote that does not work correctly! It’s supposed to work as you advertise it would and it does not. The only fair thing to do is YOU DISALLOW THE ADS AND REMOVE THE $3.99 Fee for us to try to use a frustrating app that does not work as described. Be an Honest Man! Be a Man of your work! When you pull crap like this you either fix it, remove it or if you choose to do nothing then don’t charge us for something that does not perform! YOUR INTEGRITY IS AT STAKE HERE! YOUR NON CARING IS GIVING YOU A BAD REPUTATION. PEOPLE KNOW AND WHEN YOU AREN’T a Man of Your Word it WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU THEN NO ONE WILL DOWNLOAD YOUR APPS FREE OR NOT!

Too complicated!. Have to go into Network Status on TV & find IP address EVERY STINKING TIME I want to use my cell phone to control the TV!! Should only have to set this up ONE TIME & then be able to use any time after!!! I suggest you update this issue in your next widespread update on ALL your TV’s!!

Works Great. Though this app didn’t have my exact remote, it had one that was nearly identical. Works perfectly. Very happy with this app.

My wish. Wish it didn’t have to reconnect every time u go back to it

Best app ever!. This app is amazing. I can never find the temple in the couch or bed so I just grab my iPad beside me and use the app to turn off the TV or on etc…

Pretty Good. Actually let me test out the app before asking me to pay or watch 10 adds to press an arrow key.

Won’t connect. I lost my remote and tried to download this app to use with my TV. I could not connect without the remote. I eventually found my remote and tried to set up to have the next time. It continued to tell me to press okay on the tv which wasn’t an option anywhere. I tried manually adding and everything. We got no where.

Best free app for Samsung remotes. Everyone wants money or have intrusive ads. This app doesn’t. The adds are at the bottom of the screen and don’t interfere with remote operations.

Having troubles. I mean it looks like it will work great just one problem I can’t find my remote and when I download this you need to hit allow on the tv so now I can’t watch anything till the remote it found

Why do I have to authorize the TV each time?. The reason I downloaded this app was because my dog chewed my remote control and I needed another one to control it. This would easily be 5 Stars if I didn’t have to authorize it every time.

Recommend highly. Easy to use. Connected fast, and really comes in handy when your kids misplaces your remote.

Great remote. I love this remote! Connects to my tv fast and works perfectly! With having my last remote destroyed by my dog, I needed a new one. It’s fast, free, and easy to use. And at night it’s already lit up because of your phone.
