Wow!!! Best game in years!! 1 trailer seen and hooked!. I can’t believe how amazingly well polished this game is omg!! I swear I haven’t seen a properly polished games in years!! This is such an amazing game and I actually felt like playing more and more! So many games in the past few years have been lame and are extremely buggy on launch and they feel like unfinished games. However, this game feels like a finished game and don’t get me started on how amazingly optimized this game is!! Graphical settings from resolution change to anti-aliasing that are only for a computer version of a game that is actually presented here!! So impressed! 60fps YESS!This game is improving beyond the level of optimization and polished detail of a product. The OST is amazing!! I fell in love with the two main menu soundtracks on first listen. I can Imagine if this game became an anime!!(unless it already did idk) I would watch it hell yeah!(manga would be awesome too). Never have I played a game where I actually want to spend money on loot crates!! All other games are unfinished and demand crates but this game is far more than polished and optimized and deserves to have loot crates! I believe loot crates should only be acceptable for finished games such as this!! You earned my money!!(for when I buy the micro transactions)

Account Renewal. I played this game for a very long time, my account is saved with Game Center, it keeps saying I have to login with Hoyoverse when I don’t know if I even have an account. Why would we need Hoyoverse if we’re logging in from Game Center? And now I lost my account because I can’t even log in to play anymore, I think the Hoyoverse log in is very stupid if your logging in with Game Center since it’s not connected with Houoverse. I think I made an account before under my email, but when I tried logging in..it didn’t work? It’s like the account wasn’t made? So I just left it there,..I played until a few months later..I haven’t downloaded it back and when I tried playing it wouldn’t let me in. I need help to get my account back I worked to hard on that account and if I don’t get it back I’m going to give a bad review…please fix your Account Renewal for Game Center.. and others if needed. I just found out that I there is an email linked to it, but I can’t get in because the hoyoverse didn’t link right, please fix your support system and help me, I’m crying I worked on that account for years.

Love it but 🤔. There is a few problems with the game 1. The CG’s there not bad but there the Number one reason why the game crashes on me have a option in the main, login/loading screen menu to turn off the CG’s. 2. Power saving mode this does work from time to time but it’s not that great it does make the game run a little bit smoother but doesn’t help to prevent crashing. 3. The update CG’s this what has been prevented me from playing the game after the open world mode I have played the open world mode but every update after that I haven’t been able to get back in the game because of the update CG’s and I know there is a skip button but it crashes before I can even use it. And I do love the game don’t get me wrong but it needs A few changes. And know this is a big game to run on Mobile devices and the device I have is a iPhone 6 and it’s up to date and it works really well when I played the game but please do understand that not everyone get a new phone or tablet to just play a single game. And I meant to write this review sooner but I got lazy and please don’t take this the wrong way I love your game but I just need to a few tweaks and changes to even work for me and other people have a similar problem. thank you. 😄

Almost Nailed It. The game is a lot more fun and polished than I expected and is typical of a free game. However the controls are so poorly designed, it occasionally leads to bits of frustration. The dodge mechanic suffers from this especially bad as it only actually activates half the time when you need to move quickly in combat. Add the abysmal controls on top of an even worse camera with some of the worst camera controls I’ve ever used, and you’ve got a lot of annoyances to go through. Just like the dodge button, your camera has a tendency to stop letting you move it at random points during combat as the game wants you to touch enemies to target them (a feature that also works only about half the time), so dragging your finger over them stops the camera from responding entirely. That mixed in with the auto camera movements and you’ll find your camera looking up from the floor or in a wall which makes it impossible to see the combat or evade attacks. The issues with the most integral parts of gameplay mean that sometimes the game is a frustrating mess and a chore to play sometimes. This is unfortunate because the game clearly had a lot of effort put into it, but apparently had very little playtesting.

It’s great but needs work. I think this game is great I made a video explaining that reason, but it kept crashing whenever I recorded or just went in to play. Also it says in the description of the app that it’s only three gigs of storage but once you start playing it goes up. It took up a little bit over 7 gigs of storage and I had just got the game. If y u have a lot of storage than you’re good but if you’re like me with 32 gigs your not gonna want to keep playing. My main issue though is the crashing recording and not recording. My channel is based off of anime gaming content and I thought this game was a great fit but I just couldn’t keep it. But if you don’t do the things I do this game is great if it doesn’t crash for you the graphics are amazing and the anime style fits perfectly with the story. As someone who has been watching anime all his life I would say this is like being in an anime yourself. But if the pro gamers are reading this please look over the problems I stated. Thank You

Really good for a mobile game. I’m gonna keep this simple. This game is very entertaining, repayable, and satisfying. With all the different characters to play as and all the different abilities it feels like a new game every character you play. There are also daily log in rewards so every time you first start it up it feels very rewarding. The graphics and combat is honesty really good it’s feels like something out of an actual pc game. The story is surprisingly really good and I would be excited to continue it the same way I would be excited about watching the new episode to a show. The only negative about it which for me isn’t a very big deal is the minor paywall. People say you can’t easily get new characters without spending money which I can kind of see what they mean but not really. Also including the fact that I personally feel that the pricing is a bit over the top. Overall like a 9.5/10 and really good for a mobile app

Powerful Character Development and Outstanding Gameplay Mechanics and Playability. Honkai Impact 3rd is a masterpiece that has already set the bar for so many other games emerging in the genre. The characters of this game are interesting, compelling, relatable, and powerful. With a huge variety when it comes to aesthetics and play style, the available valkyries (playable characters) can appeal to a lot of players. The story of this game is phenomenal. Whether you want to read it or not, miHoYo publishes manga about the world of Honkai 3rd, mainly about the story that occurs outside of gameplay. The lore within this story cannot be summarized briefly but I enjoy every piece of it. I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys fast-paced, flashy combat with deep customization mechanics. There is “Scoring” content, meaning that your score is placed up against the scores of other players, but there is no direct player-versus-player content so Pay-To-Win only really applies to the one doing the spending. The prices for currency are regular for a gacha game (i think) but I also think that there are plenty of ways to save up premium currency to pull for characters and their weapons without spending anything. The gameplay can struggle on a weak internet connection and the size of the game files is a sort of drawback, but all of this is dwarfed in the face of the experience that this game provides.

Sakura Samsara. Overall, I love the game. The quality is outstanding. The problem I have is with the Sakura Samsara. Once I reached level 30 I was really happy because I could finally play it. When I beat all the tasks in 6 minutes, I was hoping that there would be more for me to do. Clear more tasks get stronger and get other fragments. When I went back in there I was in the same location and all the supplies that I grabbed was gone. I thought, “Okay, sure whatever.” When I ran out of supplies and I need more I could go to another location or grab other supplies. Nothing reloaded. I get that because it you had unlimited supplies, all of the level 30 players would be level 60 in a day. Instead of having it to reload every three days, why not just everyday. Once you finish your tasks then the next day the set more and do it again. I know this is never going to happen because whoever made this took a lot of time and effort into making everything workout. I just wanted to say that there should be more activities in the Sakura Samsara. Other than that I love the game. I got so many other people into it because of how much I enjoyed it.

Mihoyo Limited raises the bar for quality mobile RPGs. Before I start off, I’m not one to really take the time to write reviews in general, but this app has struck me as one of the best mobile action games of all that I’ve tried. Within the first few minutes of trying it out, I immediately understood the amount of time and effort the developers have put into making this game a success. The combat is fluid, the storyline is interesting, and the graphics are detailed and smooth. Yes, some reviewers have commented on the low number of playable characters, but aside from the game being very new, the complexity and difficulty of each character has been carefully crafted and thought of in a way that allows for gamers of all different play styles to enjoy the game. The game can become complex, but Mihoyo definitely sets it up in a way where new players slowly learn more and more of the technicalities and more advanced mechanics of the game. Finally, for those who want to invest some more money for in-game purchases, I think the gacha system is a little on the pricy side, but the game also presents tons of opportunities to receive “cash” currency without paying additional fees upfront. I’ve been looking for an action game as immersive and beautiful as this one; I’ve tried out many, and too often I find myself becoming extremely bored with the combat after a few days. Mihoyo has definitely raised the bar for a quality action RPG, and to them I give my highest commends.

A problem I run into with this current update. The problem I currently run into with this update is the fact it’ll crash on me at any time my phone can’t take it, it may be my phone for whatever it could be. The animation that leads you into the game currently won’t let me get past or watch without constantly crashing. Which leads me to slowly lose interest in the game, I may be one of the very few who run into this problem but it gets quite annoying when you have to constantly get back into the game and see if your able to even pass it, the same problem happened to me in the Open World - Sakura map which led me not to be able to get past some floors without my constantly having to try over and over again, trying to avoid it every time but ends in failure which made me give up on trying. I honestly don’t know what’s going on and would like to know if it’s the update or my phone itself. Aside from that, the game is wonderfully made and I have no problem with it other then a few crashes from here to there.

Pretty good game. Overall, a pretty good game. (I rant about the bad stuff on the top. The good stuff is at the bottom.) If I had anything to complain, it would be the size of the game and the amount of time it takes to fully recover to full stamina. I find myself constantly lacking stamina, not able to play as much as I want since some of the mission go by really quickly. I empty the stamina, went to sleep, woke up 8 hours later, and the stamina bar still isn’t full. I would love either another building in the base that lets you recover stamina faster, or simply making it recover 20 stamina a hour instead. 10 stamina a hour isn’t even enough to play a mission sometimes! The camera lock on system feels pretty bad as well, I tried going off auto and it’s still meh. It need a way to easily select a target we choose. Also occasionally lag, but that’s just my own device. Now on to the good stuff. The graphics are amazing (for a mobile game, comparing to pc isn’t fair). The combat feels good, and the rate I earn crystals is not bad. I think I can probably do 3 of the 10x supply thing in 2 months while just casually playing. As a counter to the stamina issue, I am pretty happy that the infinite abyss and other things don’t cost stamina. The game is free-to-play, though your progress will be a lot slower.

amazinf :p. i really love this game, i started playing in 2018, and stopped in 2019. i was captain level 64 before i stopped, and came back. currently, im only level 69. the reason why i stopped is because farming and stamina became an issue for me and i started to become tired and bored of doing the same thing. whenever i try to farm, i would use up stamina and blah blah blah. i need crystals to get stamina, but then again its very limited for f2p players like me. crystals and other things to level up weapons, stigmata, etc is mandatory and it takes a long time or forever to farm, and the supply drops are rarely useful and just waste my crystals. so what im sayin is that there should be another way for f2p players to gain more crystals and materials (materials like honkai pieces and other stuff for late game materials) should be easier to farm and not too reliable on top-ups n all that. otherwise, i really enjoy going back to playing this game ! this game is a work of art. i love all of the character designs and the graphics in this game. i can tell that you guys work hard to make more updates and valkyries for us . this game is amazing and im looking forward for more updates :P (also PLEASE PLEASE add a buff or augument to Gyakushinn Miko!!) thanks :) (also i know this review doesnt really make sense im just a random kid on da internet >_>)

Blown Away. Because of recent RPG games I had played in the past, my expectations were low. Most games felt half done and didn’t feel all that emerging. And because of past experiences of watching shows that included CGI, I had my expectations even lower. But as soon as the first prologue mission started I was blown away. The graphics are amazing and the frame rate is about 60fps, and I’m using an iPhone 7. I usually skip through storyline because it’s boring and I want to get to action, but the story line here is amazing and even though you can skip dialogue, you feel the urge not to because the story is great. Getting Valkyrie/Battlesuits isn’t hard at all, and the fighting is really cool. The game doesn’t feel linear at all because as you level up you can play different stories that have a Semi open world. They even include a free manga (comic) to read if you really like the story. Definitely a 5 star in my book and I’m surprised this isn’t a paid game.

Best game I’ve ever played on iOS. This game is first and foremost just fun to play. The battle system is so good! The graphics are stunning. Seriously this looks and feels like a console game. There are normal levels where you run through and battle enemies, there are a couple open world modes, a super cute side-scrolling mode, co-op, boss raids, etc and they’re all so smooth. There’s even a chibi version of your characters that hangout in an apartment that you can decorate. I love games where you collect characters and weapons but many become work after a while. The best part about collecting in this is the fact that you actually play as the character you draw with the actual weapons you get. A lot of games give you cards and weapons but you don’t actually play as/with them which is annoying. Not the case here. The Stigmata cards are stunning works of art, better than they need to be. There’s just so much to do and collect in this game. It’s never boring and never feels like a grind. Highly recommended. The only suggestion I have is to make more outfits and make them more available! Also make pets available again!!!!!

ACCOUNT RETRIEVAL. I’ve been playing this game more than a year and I really enjoyed it than I thought I would but as of last MONTH I decided to take a break so I deleted the app. Then later as of THIS MONTH I decided to download it back because I seen the new update and I was excited to play it. But when I tried ACCOUNT RETREVAL I couldn’t even get intoMY ACCOUNT anymore I was so heart broken and sad. I don’t know why you guys decided to change the log in (not trying to be rude) and I seen many other reviews having the same issue as me btw I have already sent you guys an email. It should mention my nickname is mikaera lvl 85. Im not going to put my email on here. When I pressed account retrieval I pressed Game Center then it took me to log into the hoyoverse account which I DID BIND WITH MY ACCOUNT but when I went into the fame all of my characters I collected, weapons, etc were gone. But also when I tried Game Center it said the character was already linked?

The game is great but a few glitches... Okay so like I’m not great at writing reviews I never write any, but I feel like doing so right now. First of all, the game is amazing and I love the storyline it genuinely made me cry, I also love all the character designs and outfits for them aswell and the game doesn’t glitch that much for me but sometimes a few glitches and bugs happen, it’s mostly the glitch where a characters eyes and mouth goes all black and stuff it looks like they’re possessed or something it’s kind of creepy since it happens a few times while I’m doing open world, another glitch that constantly happens is when my bridge turns pink and everything is just pink and weird another thing that’s happened to me during my time as captain, is that my characters face disappears it’s so strange and makes me question everything but overall the game is really interesting and fun to play I recommend it!

Alpha & Japanese Version Player. I’ve been playing this game since I discovered it & oddly enough I played their previous title but never realized it till now I’m a huge fan & adore this game it’s always met my expectations always been fun engaging with everyone & overall my absolute favorite they always work their hardest you can tell by the visuals the cinemática & everything the fx the animations the events the outfits just masterpiece, it’s only recently that censorship seems to be creeping in & I feel like it shouldn’t be crawling in it ruins an artist vision for what they are going for & worst of all it appeals to only those that don’t play or support like those of us that been around for ages & those that are catered & leave after a while is just down right a slap to the devs & us as well we have our roots so let’s not stray from them too appeal to those that don’t appreciate the work that goes into the game! This game & characters & story are wonderful please keep them as they were we are mature audience after all & last kill la kill collab when? :)

I think this game is awesome but it crashes. I’ve played this game on and off and I still think it’s an amazing game with its mechanics, storyline, characters, etc. The only problem I have with the game is that it has been crashing a lot for me every single time I’ve tried opening it and playing it. I’ve followed the recommendations that the app has said but nothing has worked. I hope that one day the devs will be able to make an update to resolve this problem. For now I’ll still try to see if I can get it to stop from crashing and finally be able to play it normally. That is why I give the game a 3/5 just because of the technical issues I’ve had with it. Edit: I read other reviews and noticed that other people besides me have had either frozen screens, stuck on the loading screen for too long, or have the game crash on them like I have after the most recent update. I hope that the app developers see this so they can be able to resolve this problem so everyone can be able to enjoy this game again. Thank you for reading my review.

Super fun but some problems. This game is super fun, like I love the characters or Valkyries is what their called in the game, I also enjoy how the game works and all the events. Theirs one problem though, I think their still isn’t enough ways to get crystals, I have so many problems with getting weapons and characters because I don’t have crystals, this game can be a ftp game and a ptp, you can be a free to play but it’s kind of hard because you can’t get high scores just by being a free to play player, and some valkyries need certain stigmas and weapons to be good. Also the gacha crates is another thing I don’t like because they have weapons and stigmas in the same crate, they have this thing where if you open 10 crates and you don’t get a 4 star weapon or stigma, you are guaranteed a stigma or weapons, yea this might sound good but the stigma drop rate is higher then the weapon so you’re probably going to get a stigma, and this is why I think we need more crystals, I can’t even count the times I gotten a stigma instead of the weapon I really want. Theirs also a event called time swirl which you can’t get a ok four star weapon or stigma and the way you get that is by buying a certain stigma then playing the event missions to get fragments and stuff, and the drop rate isn’t that good, and theirs a lot of thing you need to get the ok four star weapon or stigma. But most of the time I play this game have a lot of fun so yea

Just an idea. Alright just gonna say, hi3 is an old game now with an outdated style, even though that is the case, this game has captured my heart in so many ways no other hoyoverse game did. During the pandemic playing this game seeing Everlasting Flames and Because of you really made me awestruck that this was an old game and when it finally ended with Da Capo I felt like the story has finally closed(excluding part 2). Now here is the thing, after hi3 part 1 ended, a lot of people lost interest in the game and even then not many people play Hi3, so I was thinking what if we just make another game about it? It would capture the attention of the entire playerbase. I know that we already have Hsr, but I was thinking a true Hi3 game with components from the three main games of hoyoverse, Hi3 combat, story, cg animations, and endgame content; Genshin exploration and its amazing meta design; hsr quality gameplay animations and cutscene animations. Of course, this is just an idea but it would fix the issues of some of the three main games, Hi3 has constant powercreep, Genshin’s lack of endgame, and the people’s issue with the hsr combat system. Overall it could even make part 2 more enjoyable. Just an idea though, I don’t expect this to actually happen just thought that it would be a nice treat to all hoyoverse players to experience the hi3 storyline with amazing exploration and animation.

Not very F2P friendly & Guaranteed is not 100%. This game is fine but don’t recommend for people who want to get every Valkyrie & the special weapons + stigmas as a F2P. This game is pretty expensive to achieve or get S ranks considering the fact that how miHoYo gives you pretty low amounts of Crystals and extremely time consuming grinds. If you are planning to be a F2P and achieve every single but cool event Valkyries, etc, this game isn’t for you because MIHOYO MAKES IT LITERALLY painful, considering weeks just to get a featured character. Plan A: Spend loads of money for some overpriced Crystals (even Mihoyo makes Primogems in Genshin like 2x cheaper, Plan B: Just spend months of helpless and exhausting grinds. + Honkai lied to me I think. In expansion supply, they didn’t give me a A rank or + character even after 11 pulls. I even checked my Pull History, yet there was no “A rank or + character” in my sight. Idk if this is normal, but extremely upsetting because I used to think that 10 pulls = 1 good character, etc. and now I am annoyed bc I spent hours trying to do a 10 pull (separately) just to get absolutely nothing. Literally nothing. These developers have to stop saying 10 pulls = guaranteed because welp, it’s not. I am emotionally drained after 10 pulls and got unrewarding not very useful things.

Better than $50 Game?. When I started playing this game for the first time, I had my worries about what type of free game it was. There has been always that trend that higher the lvl more money you have to throw at it, or “pay to win”. But not when it comes to this game. I get this Overwatch feel from it just because the different selection of characters and as well just it’s overall mechanics that make it feel like a “fresh game”. You can tell that the developers put a ton of love into it and to be honest... This beats all the $50 dollar games that I have ever bought. This game always feels fresh when jumping in, and it feels like the content is always updating. Though, I feel like this game must have more attention via customers, but it already has a huge fan base in Japan. There is so much to do in this game, even being a high lvl as myself, I keep finding more to do. They have a competitive like arena that you compete against others for loot and it keeps me on my toes about every second of the day! In a week span of playing this game, I believe that I can say that I technically “I wasted my whole life” but to be honest... What this game brings.. Isn’t wasteful at all.. But perfection. (P.S. this game is so good, I would likely spend millions of dollars, because this game deserves it.)

Not Your Typical Gacha. I can tell the developers put a lot of love into making sure that this game was refined and fun. The art style is an eye catching sci-fi masterpiece, taking great advantage of the hardware available. The combat is fluid and responsive, making the battles appear flashy and epic at any scale. Leveling and customization are so in-depth that it could probably be classified as it's own game. The in-game currencies are modest in presentation, as the methods of obtaining them for free are simple and clean. The gacha mechanics (loot boxes) don't feel as insulting and lackluster as other titles I've played. That being said, the constant reward bombardment on the player strips a layer of fun away from the game, as though the person playing never earns anything to a degree. This hand-holding is harmful for those looking for a challenge. That reward problem may change in the future since the game just got released globally and they most likely want to give new players a kick-start, but the critique still stands. In general, anyone with a couple hours a day on their hands will have a good time playing this.

It was great until the sever maintenance was complete.. This game was great absolutely loved it. I came back after a year or two of getting rid of it. The Valkyries that I had earned were worth it. I made it to a high level and joined an armada. I loved it. Until there was a maintenance on the sever which was understandable. Once I saw it was all updated and everything looked fine I went in. Then I noticed something that has me frustrated and disappointed in the game now. We were told in the euro server that once this maintenance was done captain levels over 15 would get 350 jewels. I thought” that’s cool and nice.” But that’s not the the save for me, what I got was bumped from my level 46 all the way down to level 6. 6. Freaking 6! And not just that I lost all of my valkyries. That I earned. I honestly don’t know what happened, but to this server maintenance I have to earn everything back and find another armada to join. All I want is answers. What happened with the server maintenance last night that made promises but took everything that I worked hard for for me?

Was great, now ridiculous.. I loved this game, since it came out its been genuinely enjoyable. Fun gameplay, great graphics and characters, with a fair enough free to play attitude. Recently though every time I open the app it’s a 5 minute loading screen with a download, and then so many time-waster events that can give good rewards but require daily play and hours of grinding. Characters get increasingly bigger breasts, and just gets more and more about that than anything else. Characters were always fanservice-based. But the new characters are just being hammered out and are by no means poorly made or repetitive, just… not fun anymore. The latency is insane in the game now, the story chapters have gotten unplayable simple because I don’t know the characters anymore, and the graphics at extremely low still overheat my device constantly. Even the new APHO open world is so slow and long that it’s no longer worth playing it. I’m basically having to choose what events to play before the game simply just decides to crash. Definitely was not like this, but got so bad I just had to delete it. Took up about 20GB of space and I just couldn’t find a reason to keep playing.

Overall amazing game. When you first join the storyline might seem a bit confusing as well as the playstyle but more gets explained overtime and it’s pretty easy to get used to. The way the characters fight is really cool, there’s amazing animations especially for their ultimate attacks. The gacha system is very reasonable, it’s fairly easy to get crystals (the gacha currency) without having to spend money and there’s lots of S rank characters to choose from. There’s no 50/50 chance whether you get the featured valkyrie on their banner like in genshin impact which is nice. The storyline is top tier and actually well thought out and very fun to discover as you play. It is sad but I like that about it, it’s very in-depth and well-written. The cutscenes are beautiful and almost like it’s a detailed animated show or movie. I also really like that it’s a mostly female game with the women in power which makes it really cool and representing as well as there are several canon lesbian couples (Kiana and Mei, Bronya and Seele, Sakura and Kallen) which I like because it’s good representation and it’s really wholesome. This game does take up a lot of storage space but in my opinion it’s definitely worth it. 10/10! I recommend!

I love this game. I love this game so much, this is probably the first game ever that made me not want to skip the story and it made me not skip other games stories either, the story is just that good. The graphics are really good like a console game. Tho I’m a girl I’m simping hard for the characters in this game since they all have personality it makes me want to collect them all. If your reading this review something to keep in mind that this is a GACHA game meaning bad experiences can not be avoided. Sometimes u may get the units that u want first try and other times u can spend all your crystals and not get anything, that’s what gacha games are about. If u can’t handle that then I’m sorry this game might not be for you. But this is a better gacha game because it has pity drops so as long as u spend enough crystals u will always 100% get the unit (tho it’s A LOT). Also this game has indirect pvp like abyss which I kinda don’t like because only the top 3 on that floor gets a lot of crystals. Also a suggestion can u make it so u can turn lower tier stuff into higher tier stuff? Like mithril into asterite? Because after a while u have all these low tier stuff that u just don’t use but not enough of the high tier stuff. Thx for reading my review.

You won’t find this kind of game easily. The quality, especially graphics, are exceptional. I can say this level of graphics and art can compete PS3 or even some PS4 anime games. The story and sound are both okay but I am not really paying attention on them since I usually play on silent anyway. The gameplay is a real time actions similar to dynasty warriors series or kingdom hearts (but no jumps). You don’t just keep attacking but also dodging to activate your evasion skills which turns the battle in your favor. The Supplies, aka lottery draws are quite low chance to get the top-tier stuff. Fortunately you don’t need to have them to clear the game the basic characters they give you can get the job done. Besides the S rank characters, all other characters can be farmed though daily fragments which some of them are strong enough to compete with S rank. The reason I gave this a 4 star is the current content since I am from the server in southeast Asia. I don’t expect they have the same amount of content considering this just released recently. However in my opinion the gap is a bit too large and players might get bored soon without the late game contents

Best Phone Game EVER!!!. So their acutely isn’t to much I can say about this game because most reviews have already talked about it in so much detail, so I’ll just say a short summary of why this game is so good! 1. The CG, fx, and graphics and frame rate are amazing! 2. I can play game with the quality of a pc game on my phone to! 3.I love fast paced action games with dashing and dodging! 4. The game is entirely free to play and unless you really need something in the shop then you can go through the game without spending a dime. And that’s about it! Now looking back all of these things can also be said about genshin but I’m only writing a review of Honkai right now. Overall what I’m saying is that your game is fun cool free to play and portable. Overall great game.

Too Much Money. I like the game. I’ve been plying it since launch, great story, hilarious references to other titles, great jokes, awesome gameplay. However THERE IS A PAYWALL to a certain extent. If you don’t really care about getting all the new characters and items then there’s no paywall.. however if you want new characters or a specific character, be prepared to spend a lot of money because the chances of getting specific characters are close to impossible without spending money. There just aren’t enough ways to obtain the crystals in the game. It’s 15 per main quest IF you successfully complete the challenges, which takes out a good amount of stamina, so you won’t be playing for long, unless you have stamina replenishing items, you have to spend crystals to get more stamina, which takes makes it harder to get the featured character from the LIMITED supply crate, or any other item that won’t be in the store forever. This title will NOT get 5 stars until they add fairness, meaning altering the drop rate so that the chances won’t be so slim, and rewarding MORE crystals, and ways to receive them. There is a lot more to say regarding this but I must sleep. I’m tired and I got class tomorrow. College is no joke people, take it seriously. ☹️

I used to love it. But.... Let me start by saying: I love this game. It’s truly fantastic. The gameplay is unique and the artwork and animation is incredible. Especially for a mobile game. I was actually surprised when I found out this game WASNT available on consoles. The characters are all very well done as well. And the story is interesting too. I also like how often events take place, and that you don’t have to spend money in order to get top tier rewards from those events. That being said, I do have a major problem that has ruined the game for me: ever since the most recent update, I have been unable to load into the game. It gets to the point where it’s downloading the new event files but it doesn’t progress past that. No matter how long I wait. I even left the app open and running all night long to see if it would load. To my dismay, I awoke the next morning to find 0 progress had been made. Idk if this is an isolated issue or if others are experiencing it but I would really appreciate a fix ASAP. I’d love to be able to play again. Thank you.

Would still have it if it was my own phone. I had this game several months ago, and I played it everyday because of how good it was. The only reason I deleted it is because my parents would be on my case if they saw anime women(THAT DOESN’T MEAN THE DEVS SHOULD MAKE IT MORE KID FRIENDLY, BY THE WAY)on their Christian teenager’s phone that they pay for. Anyways, I will say what I like about this game now. I like how(at least, when I had the game)they gave players tons of excess energy and rewards so that you could play for days straight without getting stumped by tough opponents running out of energy. I also like how fluid the animations—and the game, in general—are, and, of course, JIGGLE PHYSICS!!! XD. The background music is very imaginative and I love how the song for the main menu makes me feel like I’m floating in outer space(Whoever you guys have making your BGMs, you better keep them on board XD). The characters have nice designs, the storyline is well developed, and I think I’ve pretty much covered everything except that new characters can be hard to obtain. If you’re trying to gain a higher rarity character, then you better be ready to spend some cash or grind for a long time. Otherwise than that, it’s revolutionary for the quality of freemium mobile games, so THANK YOU DEVS!!! I hope the release for the next Honkai Impact goes well!

I have to give it to this game. Like others I am taking the time to review this game because it honestly deserves praise. Yes, when the game starts off you are mostly going through the story, that kicks off with a bang but then slows down and then kicks it up to 100 again. I get it. It can be intimidating to get into the game because there is a lot to learn, but trust me when I say that once you do, you will be a part of one of the best gatcha games out there! I have been playing for over a year coming onto my second year anniversary and I am in love with this game, Elysian Realm added so much end game content with rogue like gameplay that is just amazing and so much fun to play through every week! If you keep up with your dailies and weeklies and you do some research into CN (Chinese server)’s updates you can always anticipate a new Valkyrie and often save enough to be able to get that Valkyrie when they release trust me, just give this game an honest try and you will be impressed. Not to mention newcomers have plenty of amazing Valkyrie’s that are practically handed to you, so you have a good enough character to carry you through most if not all of the content in the game.

M. I’ve been playing this game for more than a year bow and I can actually say this game makes me want to spend money on the game without needing to. The main thing I have to say is that the graphics are great and the gameplay is really fun. There are a few issues I have with the game, such as the game crashing on specific story stages and unbalanced matchmaking, but those are issues I feel can be fixed or at least balanced in the future. The way some of the valkyries’ fragments are time-gated feels really slow, but it’s not that bad. I highly recommend this game for those who are just looking for a game to enjoy for a long time. I’d also recommend that the developers make a way for you to choose a focused supply list, because if you don’t get the list you want, you have to wait a week or two for it to reset and the process can repeat. It’s not that bad if you take constant breaks from the game, but it’s something I wanted to point out. I’d also reduce the cost of supply crates because the actual rate that you earn crystals is pretty slow. The energy system is pretty inefficient for starting players that barely have a stamina pool to begin with, as the rate at which you gain stamina is way too slow, so I would increase the rate at which you earn stamina or just remove the stamina system all together. Theses issues don’t necessarily ruin the game in any way, they’re just minor inconveniences that I’ve noticed at I played the game.

Great game. Honestly I strongly disagree with the negative reviews on this game. For one thing it is not even remotely pay to win, anyone who thinks it is clearly never even tried to make past the first four chapters because I am on the latest chapter and ever since like chapter five they give you maxed versions of almost every character for use in the story weather you have one them in the facts or not. Also most of the negative reviews are just people with ten year old phones that aren’t even supposed to work with this game. If your phone doesn’t launch the game than that is a problem with you’re phone not the game itself. Lastly there aren’t any boys in this game just because it doesn’t works with the storyline in my opinion. Boys are cold and would probably not give the same emotional value than having girls who actually have the capability of feeling emotion. In other words boys are sociopathic monsters who are only capable of thinking about themselves.

Awesome. I’ve been playing this game for over two years and all I can say is wow. You can literally never get tired of this game. First of all it’s probably the best (or one of the best) 3D games out on iOS. Second there’s always new content and lore for this game that makes you waiting for more. Thirdly there are the gatcha pulls which gives excitement and disappointment. There are also other small things such as interaction with your valkyries, and getting them to 4 hearts will have some kind of awesome reaction. Just so many things to do! Also it’s not some bland character that always stays the same, there are new characters at least once every half year. It’s competitive! There’s Open World! Story lines! Other extra events! But the only bad side of this game is for captains (players) who get banned for cheating when they don’t (though this rarely happens). But overall, this game is a 10/10. Not to mention it is one of the most f2p games I’ve ever played.

Great game. I honestly love the fluid gameplay that the game provides. It’s got a lot of characters to master and entertain yourself with. There are a few cons to this game like how many crystals it takes to pull from the supply crate. If they reduce it by 37.5% on the supply drop as well as the x10 pulls. as for the crystals it would be nice if you bought a 10$ worth of crystals they would give you half of an amount of a 5$ crystal amount for a lifetime that you play the game and I know of one game on mobile that does it and it’s close to the same thing as Honkai impact 3rd. The pros of the game is that you can practically do any type of gameplay in this game, you wanna play co-op? you can play it! You wanna play free roam? you can play free roam! If you wanna do events you can do them too (At a certain level)! Speaking of which it is super easy to level up in the game due to it giving you level up chips for your characters and your captain! Over all the pros out way the cons and for a good reason too! Because this game is amazing and you should give it a try!

AWESOME. I usually never write reviews but believe me when I say this is a good game. The characters have different personalities and you choose which valkyries you want to use for levels. I’ve had this game for quite a while. There were only 4 characters (not counting different battle suits) when I started and it’s been amazing to watch more and more be added. I stopped playing for a while but I got back into it a few months ago and I’m so addicted (AGAIN!). Most days I complete all daily tasks because there’s so much you can do in one day. Evolving valkyries, getting new ones, leveling them up, getting new stigmas, weapons, you name it! Not to mention how beautiful and fun Sakura Samsara tasks are. It’s worth checking out if you have enough space on your phone. This game is amazing but I was thinking 1v1 pvp with another captain would be a really nice addition. Team pvp with multiple captains would also be really fun! Just another thought, creating/ customizing your own Valkyrie maybe? That’s a stretch but these were just some things I thought would probably never get me to put my phone down if this game had these.

Great for a free game!. So, I got this game a few months back, and it’s great, I enjoy it a lot. You may be questioning why I didn’t vote is five stars, that’s because of the gameplay. Yes, the stories are pretty interesting and have beautiful art with that, but, it’s too.... Repetitive? Tasks may vary, but you will encounter the same tasks in the mission levels depending on where you are in the storyline. As a general player, I’m the type of person that wants the characters and awesome weapons, but don’t you notice that if you finally get the items you desire, doesn’t it get a tiny bit... Boring? You’re not looking for anything else, you’re not working for anything important.. A month ago I got Yae Sakura as well with Theresa. The two characters I was looking for. Since, I had those characters, it felt empty not seeking for a character.. This is my opinion and my feelings. You may not relate, but my opinion isn’t all harsh, it’s just something I thought about. Overall, the game is awesome. No ads, no free trials, no pay to win, mostly many things most of these genres of games can’t really succeed. Keep up the good work! ❤️

Never gets old. This is the only app I have ever reviewed and I’m only doing so because I truly think Mihoyo deserves it. I started playing this game early 2018 not long after it released in America. I can say with full confidence that I will continue to play it for years to come. The developers do not rest when it comes to new content and constant events, even though it’s been years since the game had its surge. Whenever I stop playing for a while and then log back in later, I always get all sorts of new rewards and get to take part in new stories and game modes. The combat is super satisfying and the leveling process is pretty smooth. Unlike most gacha games, if you spend even just 10 minutes a day on the game you’ll progress fast enough that you won’t feel the need to spend money. Although I do have to say, I have spent a decent amount of money on the game (mainly cosmetic items that aren’t related to progression). There are obviously some flaws that come with being a beefy game, like the rare crash during a level or the fact that it takes up 15 GB on my phone. Other than these though, this is hands down the best iOS game I have ever played.

Funnest Game On App Store!. Normally, mobile games have a different feel from games that of things like pc games and console. I used to not spend my time on mobile games as I saw them as inferior and never satisfied my needs. But then I got into this game, and all I have to say is that the content comes at such a pace that you don’t treat it as a mobile game any longer, but a full fledged title. Just that the graphics are amazing; if you are able to run full graphic capacity it rivals even that if consoles. I love how the creators make big pushes for adding content, having you make this your main game after a stressful day. There is a pretty big difference between those who waste money and those who don’t but it fleshes out nicely since it only affects you if you are super competitive when it comes to modes like Memorial arena. But there is no game like this in the market right now, you will either fell annoyed at everything being locked until you reach a certain level or you push to high levels and experience the best of Honkai. P.S. (The story gets really good later with cut scenes which look like part if an anime)

It’s worth downloading. When I first heard about this game, I decided to download it and I’m not disappointed. The lore and backstories to all the characters are really good and detailed, it’s easy to level up your characters and pull for new materials and characters. The character designs are really good as well, and, basically everything about this game is well made, but, prepare for boss fights, I’ve been through 3 already, but it’s still a really good game, and, I noticed some characters from genshin are in this game as well (Keqing and Fischl) which I also like, but if there’s one thing that I could change, it would be the maps you fight on, I’d fix it up a bit and the game sometimes feels really lonely but that’s ok, besides that, I don’t think it needs any improvements but remember to save up on materials and level up your characters and their skills, or else they might not deal good damage.

First review.... I’ve never felt the urge to review a game before, but this one has frankly AMAZED me. I didn’t know that these kinds of things were possible in a mobile game, but... yeah. The graphics are awesome, the voice acting (although it is often in a language other than English, it is excellently subtitled) performances are great, there’s so much to do here. An excellent single-player story. Co-op play. Open-world exploration. Anime-style FMV cutscenes. Engaging story with episodes still coming out and many more on the horizon. I can understand why some might spend a lot of money on this game to get things, but I don’t think it’s necessary to do so in order to enjoy it. I’m going to spend money on this game, although I haven’t yet and I’ve been playing for over two months. I’m not going to spend that money because I need to buy something to “win” or have fun, but because I just got an “achievement” that told me I’d spent over 500 hours “in adventures” - and I know I’ve been doing stuff in the game that didn’t contribute to that counter. Anything that can give me over 500 hours of enjoyment is well worth my money. It’s well worth a LOT of my money, and I’m really just amazed that they’ve been able to set it up so that I could reach this conclusion on my own, and I want to reward them for that. This is a really good game. I think you’ll enjoy it - but you don’t have to take my word for it, it’s free! Give it a try and see for yourself.

Installing problems!!. Let me get this straight, I am not the hating type, so I don’t hat this game, actually I haven’t played it yet, I waited 2 whole days for this thing to install and it’s not even a quarter of the way, I don’t know if the creator is reading this right now but if you are... fix the installing problem! I mean, most of my games and apps combined is quicker than this, so I rate you a four star, I didn’t put a three star because I like anime... so please, fix the installing problem! Honestly, I don’t always write a review for a game I love, so... this is not a game I love yet, only time will tell. For people reading this, if you want to install this game, then first make sure you have good WiFi, if not that this will take forever to install, at least until they fix the problem at hand, so don’t criticise me because I’m saying this, I’m just saying that this is crazy, 2 whole days I have to wait! If you ask me, I could download 10 games in that timeline, maybe some games better than this one... So if you want to install this game... go ahead, don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Shockingly good for an ios game (Update). I decided to rewrite this now that I’ve been playing for a few days. This game is honestly a slice of heaven, and I’m shocked that it’s free. The gameplay is incredibly smooth, and the voice acting is wonderful. The characters are all extremely lovable and easy to get attached to. Also, the whole dorm mechanic, amazing honestly. It’s so fun to just mess around with (Picking up the chibi gals, decorating the rooms n all) and is a lovely contrast to the usual action/fighting gameplay the game has. Onto some stuff parents should look out for in this game: The chat room, which children can be exposed to inappropriate conversations in (Specifically chatroom 1) so keep an eye on your kids if they play this game. There's some pervy stuff (Jokes, character designs n such) along with the game being a yuri game (A japanese game with lesbian characters.) If you're sensitive to such contact maybe back away from the game? The yuri is very mild though. I absolutely adore this game, and play it hours on end everyday. This game is a must have, 100%.

This game is great, the graphics the characters the HARD WORK this game has is mind blowing, this game is made by miHoYo which is the same creators of genshin impact. Genshin impact is very similar to this game, some of the characters in this game is featured in genshin impact such as fishle and keqinq. I definitely think people should think about getting this game if they care about storage on their phone/iPad because once a update comes you will, of course, have to update the game, when updating this game storage is precious because your phone/iPad can one take so much storage 🥲 I had many storage problems until I downloaded genshin on my pc and everything is going great, I still recommend this game because the plot, the graphics, the characters, the voice acting, the fighting animations ect, is Beautiful and again like I said, mind blowing, and I also recommend playing their other games like genshin impact and their other popular games. I still play this game time to time and I’m still amazed to this day. Please play this game!!!!!

Highly Recommended. the only reason i don’t give this game 5 stars is how much space it takes up on your phone, when the game was still in its initial stages around loke chapter 10-15 i think, the game storage was manageable, even with all the downloadable content it was around 7+ gigs, now it’s around 18+ gigs which is too much for a video game, and my next complaint would be the gacha aspect, first off the drop rates are very bad and the way you earn crystals is very taxing and annoying, need to drop the gacha costs or up crystal drops, or not make it like $30 for one 10 pull gacha, besides that this game is amazing gameplay wise, it has a great immersive campaign that can get you very emotional, the sound design is amazing along with top tier soundtracks, the VA clearly care about this project and you can feel it in their acting, the animation when animated is done very well, the controls are easy to learn but challenging to master and very rewarding when you start getting good at combos, the only big complaints i see about the game are about how the game doesn’t run smoothly or the game has bad graphics etc etc, which is actually ridiculous that people have the audacity to say that because all those type of problems completely stem from your own devices lack of processing power and it is not the games fault, all in all this is a great game i’d recommend to anybody who wants to have fun killing time

It’s actually good!. I probably wouldn’t have found this if not for Noble Senpai! And I’m glad he was sponsored otherwise I wouldn’t have found such a fantastic game. Now... how is it any good? Well first off it’s anime (that’s probably the main reason why you’re here). The fighting doesn’t feel choppy and the combos are difficult at times but rewarding. I haven’t progressed that far into the story yet but basing it off the first 4 acts, I really enjoy it. You get the know their characteristics by just a few line and the motivation for the main character is respectable. The loot system also isn’t completely broken. It’ll be a grind but its not as repetitive then other games out there. Buuuuut for everything good, there must be a bad. I haven’t tried the gocha but I can already tell I hate it. With an insane amount of crystals for a summon and how much crystals you get, it’s going to be a slug fest. But the gocha is more for getting High level loot faster and to get more skins for your characters. Other than that, I don’t have any real problem. I highly recommended and have a nice day, everyone!

Game of the year award!. Wow, at first this didnt look that amazing. But when i started playing it it really was amazing! The graphics are great, its not a mainly pvp based game (which i love!), and the gameplay is awesome! What i dont like is co-op. I like team games, and this one is awesome, but i would like if you could play with people closer to your level. I don’t appreciate playing with a level 50 while im a level 18, because then they do way more damage and work while im doing nothing and still getting good rewards. I would just like it if there was a setting where when you make a match you can set the max level as well (so i could set it where i play with level 17-23 players. But still, this game is the game of the year🙂🙃🙂🙃. Edit: now, after playing for some time, I noticed that you have to be a certain level to do the main story. I know that its just so your a good level but im really good at the game. In fact, im not sure if this is normal for people to do, but i never bring a friend with me because it brings more of a challenge. I just beat poem of wind and i REALLY want to do the next part. But since i have to be level 33 (yep, im only level 31, and i have never lost a level), i cant. The energy is totally fine, in fact, maybe more then fine. I understand i can do hard mode to get xp, but i really want to keep going through the story because in my opinion, it’s amazing. But this doesn’t make it not the “game of the year.” 🙂

Honkai Impact. Honkai Impact is probably one of the fun battle games Ever. The Animations are smooth and look incredible, every character is unique in terms on Gameplay/Looks. It’s very f2p Friendly you don’t even have to spend a dime on this game to get good characters. I am personally f2p and I already have Herrscher of the Void and Azure Empress when I’ve only played for about a week. There is Tons of things to do like Expeditions, decorate Dorms, and Go through Story Stages. Honestly there is some glitches like when you are loading at the start you can crash multiple times or Lose all or Data. Somethings to solve this is Take screenshots of your UID and Items/Characters. With the Crashing problem just turn of your wifi and wait for a 20 seconds and turn it back on, then try to play again. There are Codes so it is easy to get some free rewards and the events are very generous. If you play for at least a week you can get some pretty good free Characters such as Darkblot Jonin and Swallowtail Phantasm plus 30 free rolls. I 100% recommended and make sure to have 12-11 GB of space prepared. Anyways have fun out there!

Really fun and full of content. For a free to play game this feels like a premium game. Sure the mage game is mega grindy. Luckily the gameplay is intrinsically fun so it doesn’t really matter!

Beautiful and Inhibiting. Honkai Impact 3 is probably the only good thing I ever got from a Facebook ad. I kept seeing it for weeks and finally caved to sign up for pre-order specials. But when I booted the game up for the first time, I was both underwhelmed and overwhelmed. I was underwhelmed that it didn't feature much challenge considering how beautiful the music and animations are, and not to mention how smooth the controls are. Then I was also overwhelmed with the very crowded and easily confusing menu. There's just too much to do to manage your characters stats and equipment, along with various mission types. But now I am sucked in. I love that the game has become challenging with the unlocking of hard mode and I am actually now playing consciously with character management and strategies in mind. And being a veteran of RPG's I've gotten used to the menu system now lol The only downside is you need to be online to play even for single player modes. If the developers could make it so that online is only required for coop then this would be s perfect game as I could see myself playing it on the go. Levels only take a couple minutes to play and it would have been nice to be able to do that in places with no wifi lol. All in all it's a solid game with fluid controls and crisp graphics, and really really good music! The only thing stopping it from being a full 5 for me is the whole online thing.

An example of good microtransactions. This is one of those rare few games that manages to toe the line with its in-App purchases. While playing I’ve never been pressured or coerced into spending ludicrous amounts of money, I’m already level 25 and I haven’t spent a single dollar in this game. What micro-transactions there are are cheap and effective, the special bundles come at a low cost and provide you with all sorts of useful items. You also never need to spend money on gems (a currency in the game), because you’re rewarded with boatloads of the stuff constantly. I’m happy to say that I’d recommend this to anyone who’s looking for some fast-paced action and a great mobile experience.

In depth review - TLDR is at the bottom of the review. Honkai Impact 3rd is an overall fun game that I’ve spent over a hundred days logging into and playing. I’ve been f2p the entire time, and I’m currently at captain level 79. Below will be a list of what I believe to be pros and cons of the game. Pros: Gameplay The gameplay is great, there’s tons of characters with multiple gameplay styles and combinations with impressive animations. You could even connect a wire/less controller to it and map the buttons to your liking! The whole element and battle suit type thing is easy to grasp as it is introduced early on in the story so it’s unlikely you’ll have much trouble with it later on. Story/Cutscenes The lore is amazing, especially for a mobile game, some of the cutscenes past the seventh almost made me cry from their beauty and seeing how much some characters developed from the beginning (and I rarely cry over stories). I usually don’t pay an amount of attention to stories in other gacha games I play (genshin, pgr) that I do to honkai’s story because of it. Characters Designs I can’t put my appreciation into words for how they’ve made every one of their characters so unique, their personalities and accessories really do have thought put into them. Some of my favourite battlesuit/characters from honkai include HoS, Seele, Bronya, Su, and Durandal’s Valkyrie Gloria battlesuit. Cons: Fanservice/Outfits As a female, I must admit that some things in the game made me a bit uncomfortable and self-conscious. I know they’re just fictional characters, but I have to admit that some characters that have large chests, heavily revealing outfits, and suggestive voice lines discomforted me. One of Bronya’s outfits utterly disturbed me, specifically the Yamabuki Armor one, it showed her stomach, legs, a large portion of her back, and a bit of her behind… she’s supposedly a 16 year old in that outfit. Some of the proportions (a large chest, really small stomach, and large thighs can be seen in almost every adult character) and outfits don’t really make sense to me too, (see Golden Diva battlesuit and Murata Himeko if you don’t get what I mean) but then again, their choice. I am glad that the story makes up for this and still managed to have me like the personalities some of the characters I mentioned have. Tons of grinding later on (f2p only) If you decide not to/cannot spend real money on this game like me, be prepared to grind a lot, for forging weapons, stigmata, getting the battlesuits and outfits you want etc. Try your best to have low expectations, because then you won’t care as much if you unfortunately do not get the desired item/character so that when you’re about to, you can be even more excited. TLDR: Honkai Impact 3rd is a game worth giving a chance to, with great characters and an even greater story. My only minor gripes with it are the fanservice and grinding, which you might not mind as much as I do. I would recommend being an f2p player or low spender, but it’s completely fine to spend as long you don’t make it into an unhealthy habit/money dump. App crashes on Iphone. The new version crashes on the new CG movie and. Runs ok with my IPad Pro , but constantly crashes on Iphone6 and Ipad mini with fully updated system.

Surpassed my expectation. I thought this game was just going to be some cheap anime game, but it’s actually quite fun and the animation is VERY well done. One thing is that it has so many different things going on which can confuse me a little, but otherwise, very well done!

Good game but be careful. Be warned they will cater to the crazies amongst their chinese player base and will push global server under of the bus whenever it’s convenient. Feel free to play but do not spend in this game. We can’t trust them with money as long as they treat their NA/EU customers as second class.

Loading. I’m very disappointed I can’t move forward into the game because I’m stuck on the loading resources page. The game looks so high quality and the graphics looks so good what a shame.

Another evil Gatcha Game. 40 pulls with 0 S and not a single 4* weapon instantly deleted the game afterwards. Just a game made to make money off of players and not provide any sensible progression paid or not.

Amazing. When I first saw the ads for the game I thought it was another one of those games that used fake gameplay in their ads but soon I got curious and downloaded the game and after playing it for a few days I started to love it.The graphics are amazing for a mobile game and it runs with almost no lag I would definitely recommend this game to anyone reading this thinking about if they should get it or not.

Horrible Monetization. Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Company.. The Global server had an event for our 3rd anniversary of the game. It was a Global Server exclusive event that also rewarded the players with a few exclusive items. Now these rewards were not game-breaking by any means and provided little to no use in-game. But I guess CN players being the whiny babies they are, became jealous Global players got something they didn’t even though the CN server constantly gets exclusive content just for themselves. They decided to delete the anniversary video “Brilliant Bright”, cancel the keychain award, and change the event Stigma art. Then comes the slap in the face by Mihoyo. They take away Global’s content, apologize to the CN player base and give CN players 10 whole wishes for something that did not affect them whatsoever. What did Global players get for having our event taken away? 500 measly Crystal, not even 2 wishes. This company’s lost my support.

It looks good...but. When I saw this game in the App Store and read the reviews from a few years ago, I was really excited about getting it. I downloaded it and it took about an hour and 45 minutes for it to fully finish downloading. Once I opened up the app it took another 30 minutes for the data downloading. Once this was done I had to re-open the app since it crashed multiple times. I had to wait for the data downloading about three times in a row each time it did get faster but I had to wait. When this finally finished, I logged in as Gamecenter. Finally when the cut scene happened it took also a very long time and I had been fiddling with this game for almost a whole day. Again each time I opened it was faster but still I had to wait...I have not yet been able to even play the game I’m still waiting. Every time I open the app and it “finishes “downloading it crashes and I have to start all over again. Im using an old iPad but I just updated it and it works for other games. I can’t say that I don’t like the game I think it looks really fun, I’m just disappointed but I can’t play it. Developers? Do you mind looking into this. I know I’m not the only one with this problem. Thank you.

Crashes. After the update my game just crashes everytime I play a mission. Before the update it was fine.

Account deleted. After the 4.8 update i got logged out AND my account got deleted, i saw a lot of people having this issue as well in the review section. Before my account got deleted it was initially logged in as a Game Center account, but after the notice in may saying that Game Center will no longer be an login method i decided to make an hoyoverse login method (apple ID sign in) and it still does not work. I have tried several methods to try and get my account back but nothing works, this is extremely infuriating to the player-base & this issue needs to be resolved asap. To conclude that, if this issue does not get resolved then quite a few players will be leaving since a decent amount of people lost their honkai account after the 4.8 update. AND it will cause issues between the community and hoyoverse itself. Do better mihoyo.

Fun but consuming. The game is fun and interactive, but it takes up way too much space. Already, I’m downloading the bare minimum of files. However, it’s still consuming soo much of my storage space. Not only that, but it seems to take up more and more every time I update it. I can’t even try playing genshin impact because Honkai impact on its own is already too much. Besides that one aspect it is really fun and I would recommend it.

It’s very fun.. This is a very well made mobile game with fluid combat and a rewarding dodge/evasion system that can result in some satisfying victories.

Lots of fun lots of potential. Would like to see more playable characters and more costumes!

Combat seems fines. Wow what an incomprehensible mess, nothing is explained correctly it’s just a mindless over complicated very bloated hack and slash, and it’s all about girls in sexy outfit that make no sense and it wants full access to your wallet. Oh and they don’t care about global players they only listen to cn players and overall global get shafted over an over , so they want your money but don’t have any respect or loyalty for global players. Most missions i do have white background evrywhere why is that is it suppose to be nice , i hate it it feels like tou don’t want to put effort in your stage very weird and annoying.

I play this too much lol. I found this game through genshin impact, and I love it. I’ve been sucked into the story since I first started, and have enjoyed how much easier it is to level up your characters than in genshin, but it is much more complex than genshin. It’s really good and I always max out my BP duty everyday and I nonstop play. Only issue is fanservice, but it’s an all-girls fighting game so there’s obviously gonna be revealing clothes. Very fun and I’ve never played anything like it. Highly recommend

Great, but global misses out. Pretty much the title. The gameplay was tight and the designs were pretty neat, but the Global server gets shafted pretty often — leaving us with not too much. And judging how one of the only Global-exclusive events just got torched due to another server heavily disliking it, it doesn’t look like we’ll be getting anything else here any time soon. There’s games with much more global content than this one — and ones that won’t remove stuff from other servers when one server’s community screams about it.

typical gacha scam. If you get baited by the cool anime aesthetic just don’t expect to get much out of the gameplay. Play as free-to-play and don’t spend a penny and don’t expect much. This game is very pay-to-win later on just like every other gacha garbage and you have basically no chance of progressing unless you spend an unreasonable amount of money. It’s not worth it even if you can afford to whale, because in a few years when Honkai impact 3 is no longer profitable or relevant they will simply shut down the servers and delete all your stuff you’ve collected over the years, just like what happened with their previous GGZ game.

Awesome, just needs more variety. This game is just awesome. The game play is great, the graphics are great. Everything about it is great but, I think there should be way more Valkyries to choose from or to unlock. Ideas: Can the stigmatas be actual characters to play as?

Honkai Impact 3rd. It’s a great game I’m not going to lie, but it seems like Kiana Kaslana battle suits are just... really weak. I get she’s not really really strong since the story like and stuff but with all these new battle suits being that they are way stronger, people don’t use Kiana much at all unless they are new to the game. I get that Guns aren’t supposed to deal so much power as a sword, take herrscher Mei for example, but it would be great to have a good and powerful battle suit of Kiana. I feel as if all her battle suits have came to a close meaning no one uses them and especially the herrscher Kiana character card, like I used to use her a lot and then it just seems like shes way too weak unless it’s her ultimate battle. I love this game, I really do but I feel like it needs a bit more improvement. I play this game everyday because it’s really fun, especially the new story. And I get Kiana has a lot of battle suits but all of them feel so weak, I just wish her battle suits had more power to it

High quality game, and also anime. It’s a fun exciting game. It’s not just boring hold the button till you win thing, but with the incorporation of the dodge and the time fracture mechanics, the game feels like it has a new light. It has very specific details that make it intricate enough with out being overbearing (Warframe). The anime part is also nice and good looking. This is a pretty game with cool feeling mechanics and plenty of ways to change up my play style so I don’t get bored too easily. My only problem, well not problem NOW, but it’s more of a concern for the future. I’m afraid that I’m gonna get bored with the fighting system since, while shifting characters is good and all, sometimes I was to use just one character, but I can only use one combo and one “special move,” and that is kinda lame. Personally, I feel you should have a bit of a Bladewaltz thing going. THAT would make this game a 5 star game.

Nier: Automata?!. Honestly, this game almost plays similar to Nier: Automata and it isn’t a bad thing. It’s quite fun to be frank. There’s a few aspect that makes it feel like you’re almost playing Nier: Automata. Perhaps it’s the piloting a flying suit shooting like crazy or diving into the system and fighting enemies. So if you like Nier: Automata, you’ll probably going to like this too. Note: this isn’t a free to roam game. Pro: This games rewards you for having a successful combo attacks and punished you for not dodging on time. The fighting is smooth(especially if you turn the quality up to max, it’ll make it feel like your playing on PC or Console) and no weird hit box. Con: To me, stamina takes awhile to regenerate(7 minute per 1 stamina) and story missions takes 6-8 stamina(normal), hard takes 12-16 stamina. So you’ll be waiting for quite a while to get back on. The leveling does take quite some time also(somewhat repetitive) and your characters max level is base on your max level(The captain). Sometimes the angel view gets a bit annoying when fighting enemies as it doesn’t really locks on to them so you’ll be sweeping left to right to target your enemies. In between: Spending money isn’t necessary to progress the game’s storyline. Only reason one would want to is obtain different characters and stronger items. Again, not necessary.

Devs dumb. I was reading the reviews and some one had there account stolen from him and he managed to get it back and he got banned next update. The devs responded it’s recommended not to share accounts. And if you refund any amount they lock you account and have 7 days and if you don’t repurchase the money spend that you refunded be for them then it’s permanently banned. The dev. are such retards. The guy says the account was stolen and he just got it back. If someone lend money on his account and they refunded he should not have to suffer since it wasn’t him who refunded but the guy who stolen. Plus, he never mentioned a refund so your response is false about refund equals ban. Looks like you banned him with out reason. At least give the guy a inspection of where account was accessed between the to people and see if it’s suspicious. In the end this game needs shut down and full refunds given to all players. If these dev are going to be so dumb, they shouldn’t be running a game. Don’t want my account to be hacked and get banned shortly after. They must have poor crap in game to stop that stuff.

10/10. Most games I’ve played on the iPhone have been clear cash grabs. This game is different. It’s a grind, a great amount of story and challenging. No need for spending but you almost feel like you should because you’re getting such a well polished game for free. The combat is excellent and engaging and each fight is short enough to be able to put your phone down at any moment. I normally don’t write extremely positive reviews but this game has me hooked and I want to show some love for such a well done job. They have Genshin, which is fun but has terrible rates and almost feels like a chore at times. However both games have awesome stories. This game has fine rates and it’s a bit of grind to get to end game, which makes it even more rewarding. Great job!

Use to be great. I know I did a review before, but it seems it didn’t make its way up here. So—here we go again. I use to love this game, it was challenging, you could link up with people and do damage in the co-op missions, fun stuff. But now I feel like you all are just throwing us garbage to say you did something new, and not properly vetting your servers, to make sure everything is working as needed before launch. I can’t play a full game to use as little as 100 stamina without your servers crashing, and booting me from the game, at least 3 times a day. After that I just quit playing, there’s no need to. I have people in my armada that don’t even play anymore because of this issue. Not to mention the gacha rewards. That’s a joke to put it nicely. It takes a month to get anything halfway decent. Overall, the game is a masterpiece as far as graphics and freedom of movement for a phone, or tablet game. One of the best I’ve seen. But that doesn’t compare to the issues stated above.

Amazing game! But.... I have some suggestions to what could be fixed. I often see "Get knocked down no more than [insert number] times" when going to complete a stage. There are some stages where it will count the character as "knocked down," when you can clearly see that the character is still standing. Though, my main concern is the loading screen. The first one you see. The screen (at least on the iOS version) will often turn in random directions. While it is obviously meant to be played at a horizontal angle. Even when held at the horizontal length, the screen will sometimes switch to vertical. This causes half of the screen to go white. Even when you turn it back horizontally, the white half of the screen remains. When the half of the screen is white, you cannot even open the game. Thanks for reading! Keep up the good work!

A work of art. First review I ever wrote, been playing this game for about a month. Absolutely incredible game. The combat is fun, the characters are interesting, the visuals are colorful, the music is amazing. The story is at times silly, at times emotional, and at times epic, all around it makes for a very enjoyable time. The game is made by a company full of anime fans and it shows. They have a witty sense of humor and the dialogue is full of small but enjoyable banter that constantly reminds me that games are meant to be fun. The events are crafted with a lot of thought and care and the game has plenty of side missions and alternate gameplay styles if you ever want a change of pace. Also some of the story cutscenes are better anime than a lot of actual anime. If you’re f2p it might be hard to earn some of the rarer valkyries but you don’t need them for anything and you’ll find plenty to enjoy about this game with an average valkyrie team.

An amazing game however ban regulations too strict. I’ve played this game for a year in total and it’s been an amazing game! However, that doesn’t change the fact that the game bans without even thinking. I was playing this game and recently someone managed to log in to my account and I guess played on it while I waited for the new update to drop. When this new update dropped they banned me for a full month due to the person using my account. I even tried to ask them why and have yet to receive a response and even worse when I told them about someone logging into my account stealing my stuff and they only recommended a password change that again still didn’t change much because the person still had my account. Now I lost a years worth of gameplay due to an ignorant person who managed to steal my account and lost money that I wasted to buy gems and chips. By the time I get back on the game I won’t even be able to participate in the new azure empyrean event that I was so happy to attend nor will I even be able to attend the supply openings of the character even after pre-ordering her using real life currency.

Honkai Impact 3rd.... Honestly I wish I could give you wayyyyy more stars 🌟. The people that made this are amazing. This had quickly become my favorite game ever. Thank goodness you guys made this. If there were more games like this I would be playing all night. The Graphics, Plots, and amazing stories are part of a game. And... this is a mobile and iOS game really!?! Amazing Graphics and Multiple Games within the Game!. I can only speak for myself but I honestly am obsessed with this game. Himeko is my favorite character out of all the girls and you literally have anything and everything to do. You’re not settled with only one game, it’s literally an Xbox game within an app. Like the graphics are amazing, the characters are awesome, and the levels and games are super fun to play. I already spent money but it’s worth it because I like this game is super awesome and I want the developers to continue making this game super fun and super amazing! Update: after a year an half of playing, my mind hasn’t changed. I stand by my words. It’s even gotten better and the game has taken past reviews from the 3 stars reviewers suggestions. So everything they wanted is already happening. Amazing game!

I’ve never loved a game this much. I’ve never reviewed a game, but hI3 continues to surprise me with just how amazing and fun it can be. It’s got an interesting and engaging plot, with many unique elements, tied together with challenging yet rewarding gameplay. It has some of the best graphics I’ve seen in a mobile game, ever, and I play on the lowest settings possible. All the Valkyries are incredibly likeable, which is quite unusual for a Gacha game. The devs are very engaged with the community, and their customer support is top tier. Although there is a bit of a grind, the game makes up for it with gameplay. Wheras in fgo grinding was a chore, in HI3 it’s actually fun, even if there’s more. I absolutely love the dorm feature, being able to customise rooms is one of my favourite things in games. This game has so many amazing aspects, and it deserves to be way more popular.

Good start, some minor issues (Update 7/3). Update 7/3-they did something overnight to break the game, it gives an “Internet Error” message on startup and won’t download what it needs to. Thus no longer loads. Removing and reinstalling didn’t help. Was fun while it lasts but deleting. Original-I was hesitant to try this game at first because they tend to die off quickly and are heavy on pay to play/win but this one hasn’t been bad so far-it’s generous with letting you earn premium currency and while the gameplay looks complex it’s not too bad outside of the very long tutorial process. There are just a few minor issues I’ve had, the biggest one being it drains battery very fast. Even with the battery saver enabled it goes through my iPhone SE battery fast (phone is only 6 months old). I also don’t like co-op being unbalanced and people being able to kick you off teams without reason or explanation. Finally, once you get the hang of it and obtain & build up the good characters it’s kinda easy. Hopefully this one improves and sticks around a while as it’s started well and is fun to play.

My honest review. Hi welcome to my second review of Honkai Impact 3rd I’m doing a second one because I feel that I did not do the game justice and my first one so if you’re willing to listen to my honest review then buckle up Gameplay : The gameplay is fun I enjoyed doing the combos not to mention the cartoonish graphics shows off all the cool combos also there are plenty of Valkrie to choose from which I enjoyed swapping between characters the music is also lovely as you’re fighting your opponents just hearing the Music while you’re in combat can get your blood rushing Story : I do not want to spoil anything from the amazing story but I will tell you the growth of the characters is excellent and I definitely feel that you should give the story a try. the Cinematics also are amazing Positives : Game plays fun with plenty of character options the music and soundtrack is amazing and an ambitious story there is also a thing as co-op which is Amzimg Negatives : The only concern I had with the game is that to get the good characters you’ll have to pay a lot for gocha it can take months to get good characters without paying Score : on a score of one through 10 I’ll give it a 9 everything I previously mentioned makes the game great and I would definitely recommend it to anybody who’s looking for a nice hack and slash game filled with lots of characters in a good story

Please fix this. The APHO aspect of your game has an extremely poor frame rate and crashes on a regular basis which has become an annoyance, please make some fixes like some form of backup if it crashes as any progress gets lost when this crashes and it does crash often. Other than that the game is reasonably fun and I’ve stuck with for a couple years which is why it’s dismaying that this hasn’t been addressed or fixed Also adding cross save and maybe porting this game to PS4 would also broaden the appeal of this game, I’d certainly give it an unconditional 5 star rating if this was playable on PS4. I’m writing this because as of right now update 4.4.0 has locked me out of the game and it’s not my internet that’s the problem as the game claims it’s something introduced through the update Update: I cannot access my game through my Game Center account using my HoYoLAB info no matter how many times I try and your game doesn’t currently support the Apple login button, can I get some kind of assistance please?

Too expansive?. This game is for sure fun to play and worth checking out. However, there is starting to be too much content. In the the ongoing drive to continuously provide new content, the elements that made the game fun are starting to suffer. The original characters are becoming obsolete, the story is becoming diluted and confusing, and there’s simply too many things to try and keep up on so that it is starting to feel a bit grindy. Personally speaking Mihoyo’s other game Genshin Impact is better in that the side stories and events haven’t been integrated into the main game. Fewer characters with which to “collect”, any combination of which can be used to go through the story, which continues to be interesting and challenging. So please, Mihoyo, slow down a bit on adding stuff and focus on strengthening what you already have. Try explaining and expanding on the story and characters already at hand and not convoluting a good game with unnecessary fluff.

Impressive. The graphics are amazing, combat is engaging and satisfying. Tons of content, controls are intuitive and run well, not clunky at all. The entire theme of the game really comes together well. I actually found myself looking forward to some down time so I could play this. As a new player I was a bit over whelmed with so many things to do and all of them rewarding different items and materials that I’m not even sure what they’re for. This may become more apparent as you progress but I can see how you might need to google some info to figure some of it out. None of this bothers me as I am pretty amazed at how good this game is and how much fun I have playing it. This game could easily give console games a run for their money. Very impressed, top notch work. Can’t wait to see what else they can do.

Unplayable unless you login.... As far as I’m concerned, multiplayer can go self impregnate - with TNT. I downloaded this game (took about 2 hours), hoping to have a good single-player experience, only to get hit with a login screen that could not be bypassed, and required logging into either Gamecenter (don’t use), Facebook (don’t use), or Mihoyo (don’t use). No option for a guest login, no indication of the ability to save player data to my device, no way to play at all without an internet connection. Two hours, waiting for a game to download, and not getting a chance to play, because the worthless sacks of bovine fecal matter who uploaded the game to the app store didn’t have the decency to indicate “Network connection needed to play.” Hey, Apple, when are you going to give us the ability to give a zero-star rating? And, more importantly, when are you going to REQUIRE people to indicate whether their games require an internet connection and possible login? And most importantly, Apple, when will you give us the option of searching for games and filtering out all games that require an internet connection to play?

Never thought I’d see the day.... It’s addicting. Its goal oriented. It’s fair. With games like these you eventually hit a transaction wall that keeps you from really moving forward with the game unless you cough up some money. Tends to happen within the first day or two. So far this game hasn’t showed any signs of slowing up. There’s no pay wall, and gems aren’t greedily held away from you, on the contrary, missions give you gems, achievements give you gems, submissions give you gems, its really quiet nice. I feel it’s appropriate to say that this games main goal is not to squeeze money out of you, its to give you a fun rewarding time, without the steep incline of micro-transactions necessary to move the game forward. It’s gradual and here’s PLENTY to do. The fact that they don’t shove gems in your face makes it almost better when you decide to buy some, because it’s less stressful and it’s on your terms, not theirs. Great game. 10/10

I loved this game until.... I’m going to be 100% here. This game is god tier. It has great gameplay graphics character design. The whole thing is too good to be true. So while playing it, the game never once lagged or had skipped frames it was smooth. But ever since a few weeks ago when I was introducing it to some friends over the phone. (This virus) we wanted something to kill time and I played this and when I entered a level to show them how great the game was.... the dang thing was lagging like crazy it was all over the place. The screen would freeze every few second and never stopped until I died or beat the level (impossible almost) then I told them to forget the game until it was delt with. I thought it was my connection but it only kept happening weeks later today. So I have to stick with my 3 stars... I’m so mad I can’t enjoy this game anymore.

Lost account two times. I’ve been playing Honkai impact for a summed up 6 months with both my accounts combined, and each one had gone to dust because It would never let me log in. The first account was made somewhere around August - November of last year 2020 and I’ve gotten around 1 S rank. After December I switched mobile device and it would not log in. I decided to try again with the new mobile device and was successful throughout the months until in July, where I decided to not log in for a while to wait for the new chapter and battle suit (I NEVER LOGGED OUT OF IT) and maybe a week later when I go to log in to farm for the new battle suit I see it has logged me out, I try to log in and nothing. I though it was because of the country I was in (I was in Latin America) so I waited till I was back home and I tried again today, and absolutely nothing. I’ve never felt the urge to cry since it had 5 s ranks, those being herrscher of thunder and void, this is stupid, fix your logins please!

Underrated. Since I’m a sucker for shorter reviews, I’ll give one myself while trying to cover a good bulk of what a new player might be wondering. So really it’s more of a long review... Eh. Gameplay is pretty fun, can be addicting to a degree. Was worried about the analog stick and generally controlling your character, but it’s really not as bad as other mobile games I’ve played with their mini-analog sticks. Kind of reminds me of Bayonetta. Moving the camera is a bit annoying though. Graphics are good and customizable so your device can actually run, no complaints there. Yes, this game is anime. As someone who hasn’t really watched any anime, it takes some getting used to. This is no MANLY man game for sure. The writing is great and hilarious though, that’s kind of why I’ve stayed. Yes, this game has gacha. The good news is that this game isn’t solely focused on the gacha. There’s a ton of content for a new player, if a bit overwhelming at first. Thankfully, there are so many tutorials, that it’s impossible NOT to have some sort of grasp on the game after awhile. That said, there are definitely some server or other game problems you might run into form time to time. I’ve had a few times where my game has crashed and others where I’d freeze at the end of multiplayer stages and not be able to complete them. So all in all, a 4 star for now just because of those problems. Really though, I’ll be glad to give this game a 5 after these issues are worked on more.

Fantastic game, but no support. I honestly love this game and when I first got it I played it a lot. The graphics are stunning and the game gives you a lot to do so you’re never bored. I gave this 4 stars because after the game went through an update, it refused to load the game. I tried multiple fixes and followed advice given by people going through the same problems, but never found a solution. I love this game to bits, but it’s disheartening when I’m unable to find some sort of support/help offered by the developer to get this problem fixed. As of the time I’m writing this review I still haven’t found a fax and it seems that I just have to uninstall the game. This game is fantastic and incorporates a lot of storytelling with amazing graphics and amazing fight animations, but until I can get this problem sorted out and find some help by the developers I’ll leave it at four stars.

Honkai is genuinely a super fun game. I don’t write reviews. But this games has been the only thing I’ve played on my phone, I have most the characters unlocked without even spending a dime and honestly I love the game play. As some who likes hack and slash and very spam-able gameplay Honkai was perfect! Not to mention the story line is complex, thrilling and genuinely it’s a beautiful game. Not to mention the breathtaking cutscenes. There’s literally something for everyone, though I will say that if you’re going to play this because you played Genshin, they’re both nothing alike!!! So bare that in mind. If you like your open world fantasy games this isn’t you. But if your down to try some mecha-action-dimension-breaking-anime girl-adventure-world then this is very much for you. + if ya like things like Neon Genesis Evangelion or even Devilman Crybaby, there allot of aspects of this game you’ll enjoy!!（╹◡╹）♡

It’s a good game, but there are issues. Overall I’ve played Honkai impact third for a long time, and in that time there have been a series of changes, but one thing remains. This game requires an absolute beast of a phone to run. Besides the game crashing several times every time I try to play it, which restarts whatever I was doing, making me repeat some more taxing fights dozens of times before it actually works. The gameplay is fun and not hard to grasp, but it’s taxing focus wise as well as hardware wise. The combos are extremely satisfying, which is one of the most fun parts. Most characters are nearly impossible to get without hours of farming. From a f2p point of view this game is hell, because certain fights used to get the best equipment are limited by plays per day and the gacha system is unrewarding and doesn’t feel like a gacha, but more like a generic loot box. The only good thing about this game is its gameplay, which is why it’s so good.

Really Really Great. This game is great. There’s plenty of things to keep yourself occupied with and the graphics are beautiful. The combat is simple and fluid, the characters are rather interesting too. Pretty much everything is almost flawless. The only problem I have with it is how behind the game is compared to the Japanese version. Worldwide gets less gems for stages, and pretty much less gems in general. I’ve played the Japanese version and it has way more to offer, like valkyries and stages. It’s more fun to play, but for someone who can’t speak the language, it’s just not practical. The time it could take you to get enough resources to play the gacha will take twice as long for Worldwide. I understand that they need time to catch up, but do we really need this downgrade? It’s kind of a scraped version from the original. Despite these ((minor)) issues, the game is still very fun and easy to pick up. I strongly recommend it. <3

Awesome game but why no sounds at all?. Hey Mihoyo/Hoyoverse, Honkai impact is a great game that I played, but a confusing for the storyline. Anyways I just want to know and question why in the Hoyoverse does honkai impact have absolutely no sounds when I played it? Like when I kept playing it there was no sounds at all, no music, no background noises, no voice lines, nothing at all can be heard, I even went to check in the settings to make sure if all the sounds are mute because of it, but no, the volume for all sounds is all maxed out in the settings when I checked it, but there is still no sounds at all. I don’t know if it’s because of the phone I am playing with, but my phone is an IPhone X and my IOS is version 16, please contact me about this Mihoyo/Hoyoverse this is a really big issue for my gaming experience in Honkai Impact.

Great, just one thing-. I absolutely love this game, graphics amazing, as well as the game play. It’s over all just seeing and fun, but there’s one thing I’m actually dying for that’s ruining the entire experience: Bounty Marks. They seem cool enough , but I can’t DO any of them. I really don’t think you should have World, Team, or Armada on CD. Whenever I try to do a Bounty Mark, nobody is logged in so I sit waited for 20 minutes and no matter how many invites, THERE’S NO ONE. It only works on World, never on Team or Armada, and The CD TAKES FOREVER so I can’t do any. It’s aggravating and ruins the experience. PLEASE fix this. I love the game and have been playing for 3 years, but it makes me want to stop when I wait for hours on Team/Armada and nobody joins and World is on CD. I can’t do them and it really annoys me. PLEASE change it, because I can never do Bounty Marks.

Fun .. but a space hog. Fun game - I like the mechanics and the graphics are good. I can't play the game after they released the last update because I keep running out of space though. I've already deleted at least five of my other biggest games to make room for the update, and I *still* keep running out of space. It's already at 2.86 gigs and growing. I have no idea how much the update needs (3 gigs? 5 gigs? No clue here). So .. I like the game, but I don't know if I want it to be the only game I have on my iPad, solely because I won't be able to install anything else on it any more. Update: Takes up more space than ever before. I have literally nothing else installed, Apple takes 9 gigs of my 16 go iPad right off the bat (also highly frustrating but not the game’s fault). So 7 gigs is still not enough for this game so I can’t even play it any more. Cutscenes are great and all, but if I would much rather pick skipping cutscenes so I can actually play the game - if only it gave us that option..

Great and amazing app!. When I first joined in my other iPad I was very bad and hated this game, now when I joined in my new iPad it’s amazing! I love this game so much, there are so many textures, great characters, even great stories! I very much love this! I just got a new character and it’s so great and useful! I really love this game! The Developers Should Be Sued. At first glance it seems that this is an excellent game, fluid controls, nice animation, and big anime robertsons. But what if I told you that this game directly infringes on the Bayonetta series by Platinum Games? I assume most people that play mobile games have not played Bayonetta (wii u and switch game). However, I can see how terrible this game rips it off. I’m not going to go into detail on how exactly it infringes, because that would involve me essentially giving a full rundown on bayonetta gameplay mechanics. Just look up “Bayonetta gameplay” and then compare it to “Honkai Gameplay” and you will see what I mean. Witch time, “gun artes” and the giant arm and leg attacks are clear examples. The developers admit to being directly inspired from Bayonetta, but there is a clear difference between “inspired” and “copying” and Honkai is off the charts copying bayonetta. It is so disappointing that real talent and effort was wasted making a blatent copy. It’s obvious that the game itself is high quality, but the game shows blatant plagerism. I hope platinum games takes these people to court, and this game removed from the app store.

Otto Apocalypse ruined my life. Once upon a time, i was an innocent first time Honkai Impact player. But then, i saw him. The moment I lay my eyes upon Otto Apocalypse changed my life. My brain latched onto him like a little parasite and I haven't been the same since. It started as "Oh! This guy has such a sad story! I feel bad for him!" but now Otto Apocalypse is the ONLY thing I think about. Want to know his exact height? 6'1.1 inches. Want to know how long his toes are when he becomes a false god? 14 inches I CALCULATED IT!! Every thing someone could POSSIBLY know about Otto Apocalypse I know. This is a plague in my mind and Otto can't cure it like how he cured the Bubonic Plague. I am saving money to whale for Luocha in Star Rail. I lost 2 friends because I can only talk about Otto Apocalypse. Thank you Hoyoverse for making Otto Apocalypse. The games good too ig

Over time. Don’t get me wrong, I love this game. The graphics are incredible, the characters are well designed and the game mechanics work quite well. However, the problem is the updates. Over time the updates made the game use up a ridiculous amount of storage space to the point where I couldn’t play the game without literally getting rid of all my other apps. I don’t even play on a phone I play on iPad which has quite a bit of storage space already. Because of that I had to delete the app since it became basically unplayable, I’m not sure if the updates are fixable since they already occurred but after playing this game for a year i’m really disappointed that I can’t play anymore. That’s my only complaint other than that this is a amazing game that should be experienced at least once.

100% fantastic - favorite game. So this game amazes me. Even if I’ve liked a game I’ve never done a review (and I’m a real person - not like paid to make a good review). I know we’re in 2020 but the graphics and game play are, IMO, as good as a console. The story is intricate and well thought out; there are so many levels from the story play to mini games and even the form section is cute and gives a break from the fighting. It’s even co-op in some levels so you make friends and interact with real people. I would totally recommend. Not only is everything great in this game, but money is really not required. I have bought the subscriptions but in order to ADVANCE in the game, you need to play and because of this it’s not a trick; you don’t get halfway through enjoying playing only to then have to pay into playing. I think these guys deserve a medal or something! 🖤 thank you so much for your creation.

Size and crashes. So it a good game but like the size is 3 Gb which I find that a lot. And it crash’s like every lvl even tho I have 2 Gb left on my phone like it said to load the game. If u have problem getting pass the first video just click guest mode and as soon as it start click skip on the top right which let u in. If u lucky which mean u got to try a couple times. But even after u get the game will over heat thus I recremend makeing the game size smaller so the customer won’t have to delete stuff to make this app fit. Or at least don’t so u need 2 Gb left to play cause it hard to get through the first video. also I think it a good idea to add multiplayer mode like where u team up or do pvp idk. But other then that it a good game like u dont like turn takeing sooo if u are like me and like good graphic and rpg and not turn based, then it a good game for u but be sure to have enough space on your phone or it be ez to make it work

Great Game. Gave it 5 stars for the quality of game and the cross platform play. Beautiful game to play. But recommendation for mobile is to plz plz plz add a button interface, so we can move buttons where they are comfortable for us. Like me I have a 2018 iPad Pro 12” and play games like COD mobile and fortnite ( well played.. lul ) In which I play claw ( more than 2 fingers ). So to move one thumb and look around the other thumb and 2 index fingers do the fighting shooting actions on the side I designate. And hold my tablet more top middle not at bottom left.. so I keep running where I don’t want to cuz my thumb is not on designated forward, back, side to side spot :(. I have to use my index finger to look around and thumb to do actions :( ...I know you all are working hard new game release and all but plz try to add that it would be helpful for me and the other Mobile gamers. Game over all is an awesome game. Love playing .

Very fun app. This app is very fun I always enjoy interacting with Murata Himeko this app has a lot of features that other apps don’t have keep it up guys. What would be interesting is in the app if we could have a date/romance system in general that would be cool. But either way nice job on the app thanks. But an issue is that I cannot do chapter 3 without the game crashing so much even with low resolution please fix this I have the new IOS as well. Now the issues I have with the app with the recent update is now everything I do causes my app to crash if this can be fixed I’ll go back to my 5 stars. I also was told to go to their website and file a report but it’s all in a foreign language I cannot speak nor read so this was not very helpful at all. I have written them an email a long time ago and their answer was it was my device and that they could not help me if the game supports an IPOD touch then they should be able to do something for us and not push me back

opposite problems from similar games (which is good!!!). honkai has great gameplay. there are lots of combos to learn, team comps to experiment with, and interesting growth systems for the characters. i haven’t found another mobile game with gameplay this flashy yet ACTUALLY FUN AND COMPLEX at the same time. however the UI and similar peripheral features of the game are long overdue for a serious overhaul. the menu is very cluttered. new chapters have new UIs which are exciting for players who have waited for them, but in the context of the whole game, it feels much too inconsistent and messy. of course, it’s amazing that the dev team is making so many improvements in the qualities of the game modes and levels, but i think this game could REALLY benefit from allocating time to improving menus and levels that have become antiquated and overwhelming over time.

ONE OF THE BEST GAMES I HAVE EVER PLAYED!. I rarely review apps, but this game is amazing. The graphics are great, the characters are great (Bronya and Kiana are my favorites), the voice acting is great, and the story is great too. And the best part is, you don’t even have to spend that much money to get good characters, if you even spend money at all. The only time I’d really ever spend money is because some valkyries need signature weapons and stigmatas to do well. It’s easy(ish) to get crystals unlike other games I’ve played, such as genshin with primogems. I feel like this game is underrated due to genshin taking up the spotlight, but seriously, this game needs a lot more attention! There’s no annoying ads, and nothing pushing you to spend a ton of money. No pressure, but it’s a free app, and I’d totally recommend it to anyone reading this!

Best Animu Game. I’m pretty biased. I’ve been playing this game two weeks after it came out for Global servers, so I’ve been playing for nearly ten months since writing this review. To be fair, and as a cautionary warning the game can be paid-to-get-better, with the incentives of the gatcha system and other premium currency exclusives, but most F2P games are like that these days, and I don’t mind it as much as I feel like I’m donating to help the game developers and publishers to push out more game content with my monetary support. This game has been so fun. It’s more of an intermediate play-style rather than a casual game and it is action-packed with beautiful graphics. Additionally because it is not as casual, it requires more of a sit down and play environment to purely focus on some intense battles. However, the battling and combat system is great. It is the best quality anime game in the market so far and I’ve played many, many anime games in the past some of which have terminated their servers to which it still pains me. All and all, Honkai Impact 3 is an amazing title published by MiHoyo and further shows how amazing Anime-inspired Chinese mobile games can be. MiHoyo started off with Otakus and with their game have united Otakus all around the world with their truly revolutionary game.

Amazing! Keeps you interested!. I really really like this game, you have so much to do! Unlike other games like this this app isn’t rigged and it’s not impossible to get progress. This game is very well planned out, and very well organized! I was super confused when I first downloaded, but right after a cute character popped up on my screen and helped me out. They taught me how to work the controls. Also when you are in the game and you click on something new, that same character is there to explain everything! Then if you get confused again you can go onto your phone and go to “instructions” and there they are! I find this game super entertaining. The characters are lovable and the plot line is very interesting. Also you have a ton of freedom in the game, you don’t have to stick with the main story. There are many other options to choose from. I hope you fall in love with it as much as I did!

Used to LOVE this game until... 😡. To be honest, I used to play and LOVE this game every single day... I used to love doing the challenges such as Dirac Sea, Q-Singularis, and sometimes Memorial Arena. And I used love to do the Adventure Task and Armada. But what really annoyed me the most is that once you reach captain level 70, everything has gets difficult... What’s the point of it?? 🤬🤬 And some of the Valkyries that I own barley take damage on the enemies, especially some of A-rank valkyries I evolve to S-rank or SS-ran. And another annoying thing is, there is no any other way to get crystals. You literally have to PAY for them with REAL money. I LITERALLY tried to save my crystals but I kept spending them and I don’t get any good stuff AT LEAST one. Every time I tried to get a S-rank Valkyrie, I always get something else in the Gacha Supply... so frustrating... I completely stop playing it. All I ever wanted is to get more Valkyries to be able to fight better... Honkai Impact 3rd has ruined my fun of playing it... this game is full of disappointment. 😡😡😡I am NEVER touching this game EVER again...

Declining in quality compared to others. Honkai 3rd used to be a great and innovative game, but I’ve felt it has been declining in quality the last couple years. Many new events are mini-games instead of utilizing the game’s great combat, the graphics and UI quality doesn’t have the same care that used to be in it, and the gacha itself is very difficult for free-to-play players—actually, it’s difficult even for heavy spenders like me. On top of that, the translations and typesetting are getting increasingly careless, so while the story is still ok, the English translation is becoming a bit muddled and confusing because of this. If you are looking for an action gacha of similar format, look into Punishing: Gray Raven instead, at least for now. If you like the open worlds better than stages, try Genshin instead. Both are going strong and have quality out the nose.

Great game with a few flaws. Overall, I’ve been impressed with Honkai’s content. I usually never review a game, but there’s something wonderful this. To start, Honkai’s story is amazing. When it comes to the first few chapters, they weren’t that great to be honest, but once you get past those, you can see how much growth the story takes. Caution: it gets darker. Something to take note of is that there’s more lore-related content outside the main story to look into, only enriching what has already been laid out. Gameplay-wise, I’m impressed more than I thought I would be with a hack-and-slash game. There are a variety of characters with different play-styles along with different weapons (with different skills). Whenever you play, a level, it doesn’t feel to repetitive. In fact, doing daily rewards is less of a task compared to other games in my opinion. I believe you feel rather rewarded for your hard work. Lastly, I’ve heard that people have said that this game is pay to win (P2W), but with some hard work, it really isn’t too bad. Plus, rewards tend to be generous. The game may feel like a lot of work at times (especially when you reach game modes such as the Elysian Realm), if you’re interested in a game with a ever-improving story and lore, a not too repetitive play-style, and some quality art and animations, I would recommend this.

3.5 - Best in class Gameplay; tired money schemes. This game heals & breaks my heart at the same time. There’s SO much good here but also bad once you play long enough. Amazing, addictive gameplay that starts off seeming simple but is surprisingly deep & nuanced, fantastic graphics & level design for mobile. BUT eventually the game shifts and really start to feel like nothing of you haven’t been or don’t start putting A LOT of money into the game (not a bit, which would be fine). Prices are NOT cheap & grinding is VERY slow. If you want to enjoy ALL aspects of the game, which include competitive challenges, you better play that slot machine for the best characters & the best gear. This is F2P friendly up to lvl69. Once you hit 70, open your wallet or prepare to have your fun turn into stress & suffering once the game slaps you in the face with an uncommunicated difficulty spike. Is this game worth playing? Yes, can’t deny it. Is it worth your loyalty? No. The game will not be loyal to you

Great game but, needs some fixing. I love this game it’s so good I understand that many people have been complaining on how the gacha is rigged and how it takes up to much storage. I am not one of these people but can u please lower the storage a bit now. Thanks! :) Now it’s time for me to get to the important stuff. I have been playing the game for awhile now and I have notice that there are no male characters and I am a male and I know lots of people love playing honkai and boys do to and I’m pretty sure that males to not like having to be a girl all the time and if you could add about like maybe 20-25 males for people to get in the gacha that would be great! Now I know that the game is based off of Japanese heritage but I would like some more brown skinned characters. It’s not right honestly many people agree with me in the Reviews and also with your other game Genshin impact. Keep making great games, BIG FANNN

If I could give it more stars I would!. This game is amazing! Fell in love with the characters and story. You can tell the amount of work and dedication the developers put into this game to deliver such a master piece. At the end of the day it’s a gacha game but you get so much freebies. The content is paced out well enough where you’re never overwhelmed with events but at the same time it never leaves you waiting long for something new. I’ve been playing for almost 3 years and have created great memories from the content this game delivers. This game reward their fans with stunning visuals to complement the amazing story as well. The anime shorts is such a huge payoff from different arcs and leaves you waiting for what’s next! So thankful to have found such an amazing game and excited to see how far it goes!

Wow I’m impressed. The cel shade 3D graphics are top notch on the iPhone X plus support for the iPhone X screen size already from the start. Each character has some really cool abilities and effects that make you use a mix of each character depending on the situation. The combo system is pretty easy not to difficult. Simple tap then hold concept. The music is pretty catchy and I love how the user interface looks and handles. The gacha system is probably the only downside I can see plus the stamina system but hey it’s a free game so that’s how it is. For what you get for free this is amazing. I’ve been hooked since this came out. I’ve had my eye on this game since I have a Japanese iTunes account as well but can’t read Japanese and I’m glad I waited because know I can read what there saying and understand the story and what’s going on. Thanks for this awesome game developer.

Please note all good reviews are from 2 years ago!. Seriously I’ve played this game on and off for two years now, don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the characters and story, the valkyries are the only ones dragging me again and again to this game as does the amazing feeling to the graphics and visuals... but you have to pay. Its ridiculous, you can’t go anywhere or get a decent thing without paying. Take the monthly pass for instance, it’s 5 dlls and you get 60 crystals daily, JUST 60, a single gacha pull is 280 so you need 5 days to get a single pull (only considering this log-in) and even if you save the whole month you won’t be able to make a 10 pull, NOPE! The same monthly pass concept is on Arknights, you get a single pull’s worth in three days, or if you save up the whole month you get a 10 pull WHICH MAKES SENSE! Take your crappy 60 crystals that you know are worth nothing! I’m better off on games that actually show respect to the time and effort I’m putting into the game and not just my wallet...
