Some issues. 1. The new update will not download. My phone is not old and I have plenty of space left. I’ve tried downloading in three different locations on three different wifi networks and it still doesn’t work. 2. No romance. This game has very very little actually romance and very little ways you can actually influence the story. I wouldn’t really call this an otome game and definitely not a dating simulator. It’s a game that happens to have attractive male characters that on occasion think you have some appeal outside of being good at your job. Everything else is good, but the two reasons above are why I can not give all five stars. If this update still does not download by the end of the weekend, I’ll probably have to make my rating 2 stars. There’s no way I could give a high review to a game that I haven’t been able to play

Logging in. First off beautiful art I’ve seen my friend play and it looks really cool but sadly for me whenever I try to log in I get there but whenever it says verifying it says a glitch or error im on a iPhone 13 mini pro so it should work or it says network connection error actually it always says network connection error i play genshin and it says the same thing on there the only thing that made it work was beautiful blessed Game Center but that doesn’t work for tears of Themis I’ve tried everything i would really like to give this game a shot because ive tried on various Wi-Fi’s and cellular data and I don’t think there’s anything actually wrong with my wifi or network can someone please look into this if not that’s cool I understand it’s just a shame I can’t play anyways the games beautiful and the arts fantastic

Wonderful Game But Slight Issue. I love how you can investigate people and areas the cases revolve around. I also love how you get to experience being in court and using evidence to support your claim since it makes the game feel realistic. Additionally, I feel like I’m actually learning from this game which is not something I would expect from playing an otome game which makes this otome game special compared to others. I like how you can also go back every level and make different choices to see different outcomes. The character designs are lovely and the voice actors suit the characters perfectly. This game doesn’t require money to play since the cards can be obtained through hard work which is great for players who don’t have access to money. One detail I also loved was the fact that you could play Old Maid and Rock, Paper, Scissors with the male characters and I thought that was a very fun and unique touch. The only issue I have is there isn’t much interaction with the male characters besides in the story line and getting to visit them. I hope that there will be a feature that allows players to call the male characters or text them.

I love the game but I’m not getting my rewards. Like I said I really like this game but in the previous event Fluffy Fuzzy time part 2 I finished all of the requirements, stories, missions, everything. The reward was supposed to be 1 SR card for each story and i completion badge and I never got it. I’m currently having the same problem right now with the current event, I earned an award, a background, and but the game doesn’t give it to me. And I’m pretty frustrated because I used a good amount of Stellis to make sure I completed both Artem and Marius’ stories on time. Usually when I have this problem with a game I can go to support and they help me but this game’s support is horrible. It gives you random irrelevant prompts for it to answer and when you type in your actual question or problem it just… keeps…. Generating… prompts…??? I don’t know why. I’m literally commenting this so I can just get help with getting the rewards and paid for. Please help me!!

Incredible Game, but crashes. I have not played many otome games or dating-type games but I have to say Tears of Themis has to be one of the best. The story and characters are really interesting and all the characters are likable. A thing that I noted was that the female characters in the story are really well-done and I don’t see that often from this genre. The main character is not made out to be useless, she is very intelligent and usually has good common sense. The female side characters are also perfectly suited in their roles and they don’t overstay their welcome. The in-game purchases are decently well-balanced and you can get currency by working hard if you’re free-to-play. I’m not too sure how good or bad the resource management is in the late game since I haven’t experienced it yet. The unfortunate thing about ToT is that I get a lot of crashes. I don’t use the most updated phone on the market but my friends also have this issue. Usually I just re-open the game, but I do wish I could open up the game and continue where I left off if I was in the middle of a story. Not crashing at all would be preferable, though.

Definitely recommend!. Ok first thing first, I BARELY leave reviews so consider hearing me out. This game is just wholesome despite just recently finished ep. 1. Unlike most games, this one does not require spending money to at least get decent progress and keeps a steady/realistic progress. You can get cards easily by either doing tasks, finishing episodes, or even buying them without spending any money. And you can get “beginner treatment” so you’d get some boost in progress. Most expectation was that after you get your beginner perk, everything eventually gets harder later on but still enjoyable. This game allows you to be able to sniff out clues in investigation, question the suspects/witnesses, and choose choices in the court. The little thing that’s quite disappointing is that there isn’t much interactive/choices of words during conversations. The game would just automatically let your character do the talking. This game has these energy points but rather than waiting hours for regaining a few, it takes a fairly amount of time so you’d be able to continuously play if wanted to. Sometimes, you can earn some energy points by just winning some debates. The story/plot is just so neat, clean, and very understanding. Each character has a story to it and you eventually to discover little fragments of their past as the story goes on. The characters are like, more realistic/professionally(??) compared to, like, most of the anime characters. Each character has a unique personality, childhood friend, cocky rich boy, cold/strict business boss, just wow. Like some games that depends on power, abilities, etc, this one is based on topic/personality of the character when it comes to battling/arguments. Unfortunately there’s no choices for character gender for the story but ain’t gonna complain abt that. Now, I ain’t an expert on this kind of stuff but I’d say it’s the best one yet! I’d totally recommend playing this game, makes me wanna play more but my phone is burning lol I appreciate the effort you developers put into this game!

Amazing Game! But... This game is amazing, I love being a lawyer and finding evidence to support my cases. I love how it’s built and everything about it, the characters designs are stunning and the story seems to be coming along good so far. Though I would like to say that maybe if we had more choice options, for example if we just get off a case we won/lost but we’re a bit exhausted and a character wants to hangout or something else, I think the option to decline or accept that offer should be our choice. It is very difficult to design games like these. Overall I think it definitely is coming along nicely. So I would just like more choice options in general, and maybe give us a limit to how many times we can mess up while trying to present evidence in a trial? I know I have zero right to be giving out advice but it would be amazing to have more choice options, it would make it very interesting too. Though maybe focus on the game crashing that keeps occurring first.

Lovely but the crashes.... The game in itself is super entertaining and engaging. It’s kind of like an otome game version of Ace Attorney if that makes sense. The plot, gameplay, and characters are all interesting an entirely unique. I’d have to say this would be one of the most interesting mobile games I’ve played as of late. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be the crashes. In just one sitting, my game has crashed more than five times. This is a problem because it usually happens after I spend AP for a chapter. It costs 10 AP to open a chapter, the game crashes, I go back on and my 10 AP is lost and I have to spend 10 more to unlock the chapter again. This is frustrating because the AP is a limited resource that regenerates over time. Wasting 10 AP because the app crashes is a problem because it keeps reoccurring. It also crashed when I drew a 10 pull of cards as well. LUCKILY, I still had the cards in my inventory but it skipped the animation sequence which I think is the best part about pulling in a gatcha system.

Intelligent, compelling, unique!. This game is exceptional, I’m continuously impressed by it. The art and gameplay are remarkable, but what truly keeps me engaged is the storyline and compelling characters. In this game, you are not just a clueless girl surrounded by hot and often arrogant men. You are treated with respect by your love interest and actually recognized for your skills. I didn’t think that I would like the investigation aspects of it, but I was mistaken… That actually makes the game even more engaging and the cases that you have to solve are very well written. You can tell that the designers and developers put a lot of thought and research into this. It also feels like an honest game. Many games like this leave you without options and pretty quickly force you to spend money in order to move forward with the story. I don’t feel like that at all with this game. I will gladly pay for extra rewards but I don’t feel that I’m being forced to. This is a game that I want to support.

Genuinely great. First of all, the art. It’s amazing, not really denying it, and I don’t care to. The time it takes to make art like that, that many times, while STILL maintaining to make the game free to play AND WITHOUT ADS is just mind blowing. Of course in-app purchases are available, but at this point, this game deserves some. Second, the story itself As a game based on and around a central aspect of a story, you’d expect it to be decent. Most games don’t really put much time and effort into theirs, granted there are still a few good hidden gems. But this story is addictive, interesting, and has good twists and turns. You get to know all of the protagonist’s side stories as well which I think is amazing. On top of all that, with cards SR and above you can read MORE stories about them, honestly worth the little grind to get all the upgrading materials, as well as the image changes. Which brings me to the third, gameplay. There isn’t really a leaderboard or anything that I’ve heard of, so there isn’t really pressure to be better than everyone else, which gives you some space to relax and actually enjoy the stories and characters. If you’re willing to grind a tiny bit, you can evolve and max out your cards and move along in all the stories without paying money, at least so far. No real paywalls or anything yet. And finally fourth, the characters themselves. They’re all pretty original, though loosely based around the classic tropes, the MC’s little harem has unique enough details that you can look past it. Though I kind of have to admit that Luke seems like the most stale out of the bunch. Just sayin’. The MC herself is decent. She’s confident, kind and understanding and smart, though lacking in flaws. At least she’s all the good things on a reasonable level. Anyways Hope you had fun reading my long and extensive review about some random anime game that was popular probably three years ago, have a good day/night. Maybe try out the game if you’re willing to wait three hours for the darn thing to download. :) Wait no nvm it’s pretty recent, I don’t feel so bad now.

if you haven’t downloaded this yet… what are you doing?. this game is really fun so far! if you’re interested in mysteries and interesting storylines, this game is definitely worth the download! i also love how generous this company is being on materials and currencies within the game. i’ve already obtained a few SR/SSR cards within the first hour of playing the game, which is insane! i also love how this isn’t too easy but isn’t too challenging as well. they give great tutorials and guidance whenever you may need it. at first, i didn’t really understand the gameplay or currency/wishing system that much, but after playing for a few more minutes i got the hang of it! i also noticed that it was SUPER easy to play as a F2P player! very easy to obtain things/currency/rewards/wishes, as i mentioned earlier. don’t even get me started on the artwork- i can’t, it’s so amazing, every single scene that i’ve seen/investigated so far is SO BEAUTIFUL AND HIGH QUALITYYY! the character designs are also beautiful, and the ingame mechanics flow so smoothly! (side note: i also love how the voiceover lines kind of end around the same time as the text does, if you know what i mean. you’ll see when you play the game ^^) I really enjoy how you can make friends and help each other obtain items ^^ my friends were raving so much about this game when it first came out a while ago, haha. there are SO MANY MORE THINGS i could talk about for this game, and i’ve only played it for like 1-2 hours. but anyways! thank you mihoyo for making yet another beautiful, amazing, creative, original game! i’ll definitely be staying up late playing it 👀 ^^ <3

I love the game, but there's grammar issues.. I absolutely love this and I think it's a great game, but the amount of grammar and spelling mistakes is getting on my nerves. I've found them specifically in the personal stories and the card stories. I've only done stuff for Artem, but I would assume they're present in all of the story lines. So far I haven't come across any in the main quests, though. I understand that the writing has gone through lots of people and there's stuff that slips through from time to time, but the amount that I've found is a bit embarrassing. I don't remember, but I do believe there was also one or two in the Secrets of the Tomb event. Please fix this. Surely I am not the only person who has noticed this and is annoyed by it.

fantastic game but about romantic night.... i absolutely ADORE this game, it was super well made and i love it so much, i cannot stop playing it! the characters are great and i love the storyline so far. my only issue is with what i believe to be a bug. during the romantic night event you collect tickets or something like that, to get puzzle pieces which unlock a picture, which in turn unlocks i believe a prize. just a bit ago i received 40 tickets for spending 400 AP during the event time. the problem with this is that i bought my puzzle pieces, i had i believe four, and could only place 1 and the rest were just GONE. now i had this issue earlier today as well, but forgot about it when getting the pieces. i don't know if this is only happening to me or if it is supposed to do that, i just thought i'd bring it up. but again, all in all, this game is so great and i will definitely recommend it to my friends if they are not playing already. ANYWAYS SUBMISSIVE AND BREEDABLE 😍💪

Great game, but some sort of bug. To start, I love this game but there’s something wrong with it… I know that if you don’t open the game for a while it logs you out and when you go back in you just have to log back in again, no problem! But when I entered my email and password and hit login it keeps telling me that there’s some error with the poor quality of network when my wifi is completely fine and everything else but this game works! I’ve tried many things, I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the game several times, I changed my password too to see if that was the problem, but neither things work! And it’s not just in a certain place I play it, it happens everywhere I try to log into the game and it’s really frustrating because I enjoy this game very much! If someone can please instruct me on how to fix this, that would be great! Besides this problem, this game is definitely a five star game!

Tears of Themis is Good… to a fault. I don’t often write reviews, but after finally breaking free from the hold this game had on me, I feel like it’s time to give it a true, actual review. This game a really fun when you first start! You meet the male leads, go through the story with them, learn about the NXX and what they do… and then all the excitement just… grinds to a halt. Personally, I don’t have much time to spend on games. Only enough to do dailies. After all those dailies, I don’t really have enough AP to progress the story. And when I DO progress the story… I started to find that it dragged on. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the investigation segments! But there’s just a ton of dialogue to get through. And once you’re strong enough, all the debates just become… waiting. The Temple of Trials, the weekly thing, is especially egregious in this. You go through THIRTY WAVES! And sure you get all those S Chips, but it’s just a lot of waiting around! If there were a speed up feature or a skip feature that might make it more bearable! But it’s EVEN WORSE when you get an event that REQUIRES you to use AP to get some event rewards! I know this game is probably for people who have a lot of time, I mean it’s a visual novel game of course it’s gonna be a lot of reading, but to get through the event and then wait for your AP to recharge is really annoying sometimes. For every energy drink they give you you end up using five. I like the male leads, Luke especially… and… that’s it. Tears of Themis? It’s good, if you have the time, patience, and money on your hands. But for me, it got old quick.

Amazing game but... I’m someone on their past time likes to play otome games and I gotta say from oldies of Mystic messenger and new ones such as obey me! I gotta say tears of Themis is up the list of top five games I love to play. Originally I’ve been playing Genshin impact and heard that Mihoyo has released a dating game which got my interest. And the stories and characters are interesting as of late!! I’m still beginning the game!! But I gotta say for me it crashes a whole lot maybe around every five minutes. Now I wouldn’t mind if it was a sucky game but it’s amazing storyline, art and gameplay has me interested that it crashes every five minutes that just doesn’t want me to play anymore- BUT I will keep trying as long as you guys please please fix this!!! I love all of your games mihoyo so I hope soon you’ll be able to fix the crashing!

Good art, but that’s it. I went into this game thinking it would be interesting to play an otome game that had detective and lawyer themes like Phoenix Wright, but due to the structure of the game itself the gameplay got boring real fast. First, the main character isn’t “us”, we’re forced to play the same female character with no customization to fit “us” or even different dialogue options when talking to characters. Choices essentially don’t matter in the main or side stories, it’s all just scripted, dragged out conversations. You don’t really get to deepen bonds with characters and make it have an impact on the story, and character visit stories have yet to update, as i wanted to get through Artem’s Visit story but can’t get past chapter 2. As a mobile gacha game, it’s doomed to not work due to just having to wait for the story to update in months or even years. I would rather just buy an otome game with the whole story in the package than having to wait.

Amazing! But…. I think this game might be one of the best games I’ve ever played. The four love interests that you meet are soooo cool! I love the voices and I love the characters. I love the mystery of it all as well! These creators are amazing and if they come out with anything else I guarantee that I will play it. So thank you all for creating a game that is interesting,fun, exciting, and satisfies my need for beautiful animation! A couple things I’d have to say are that it’s a bit slow to load some things and after completing the rookie tasks I never got the 10 gems promised. Though I guess that’s not too important since I can earn some with S points and I already have good cards. It’s still kinda annoying. Sorry for complaining. I encourage others that are contemplating to get this game to just get it. It’s free, you don’t need to pay for anything because the more you play the more you get anyway, and it is beyond fun! Again thank you for making this game and providing me with a way to de-stress!!!

Better than most gacha, but still gacha. The graphics are amazing, as well as game play. But here’s my biggest gripe: It’s specifically designed to screw you and force you to spend money. They have “probability” meters, etc. but almost every card draw requires the full 100 pulls to obtain a card. The matching mini games of chance? You won’t get the good loot until the very end, literally the last card you draw. Every. Single. Time. Like, okay, no prob, but just be up front about it. Just say it costs “X” amount instead of pretending you can win it earlier or for less. —————- FWIW, there are NO routes in this game, and your responses are worthless unless you’re choosing between two options as you look for evidence. So if you have a favorite character or if you’re used to playing other otome games, this isn’t like those. There is a main story and character stories, plus a never ending stream of events. So because of this (and no routes) you’re in different realities within the same game. You’re literally “dating” every male lead at the same time, but at the same time, you’re not. The story is released so slowly that you forget what’s happening. All that being said, it IS better than most other otome games available in the App Store. Give it a shot, but be realistic.

Great Otome/gacha/detective game!!. Finally found an otome type game that gave me the same excitement as mystic messenger but this is so much better! The detective gameplay and investigation is actually such a cool mechanic and during the trials i felt like i was playing phoenix wright! The graphics are beautiful and i love the animations, the voice acting is spot on for what i’d think the characters would sound like and its such an easy interface to pick up you wont get lost TRUST ME. Playing games with the characters is a new touch in otome type games i’ve never seen before and quite enjoy, the only thing i’d suggest and maybe more interaction with said characters? So far its only their personal stories, main story, and games. I would love to give them gifts and call or message them on my own even if its pre-made i feel like they could really be like Mystic Messenger in the regard and step up an already wonderful gem of a game. Only game where i got interested in the actual story because they take on mature topics. Other than maybe adding more in regards to romancing the characters, its super fun to play!

Not f2p friendly. I’ve played this game since release, and while the card stories and overall story is good, its impossible to enjoy as a casual player. If you want to collect ALL SSRs from all the boys, let me stop you right there. Even at the highest level, the amount of AP needed during events and daily tasks is so limited unless you spend your s-chips or choose to spend on gems for limited cards. The rotation of cards is also very short (most cards are up for less than a week) and the pity resets EVERY. TIME. Even choosing only one ML to pull for (Luke in my case) I still struggle getting enough s-chips for all his SSR’s, SR and even MR cards. Trust me, I've done all the hard grinding I can even when I cant play as often as I used to. The back-to-back events and SSR cards, whether for all 4 MLs or just one, its hard to keep up not spending some money for. I’m not gonna pretend I havent put money in this game either, I have, but at the very beginning before I realized its never ending. I understand its a gacha and managing your resources is part of it, but unlike Hoyo’s other games like Genshin and Star Rail, getting all the rewards for events feels close to impossible unless u log in multiple times a day or are pay to win. I love the story and characters, but if you’re a completionist I would be careful spending money in this game

Better Than Mystic Messenger... I DID NOT STUTTER. UPDATED! I NEVER EVER write a review but I had to for this game. This game is absolutely amazing! The graphics are gorgeous and the voice actors are 𝑇𝑂𝑃 𝑇𝐼𝐸𝑅! You don’t have to spend any money at all it is completely FREE. They have many routes with different cards for each of the 4 Main Characters. I have never before like the whole graphic/anime look but I am absolutely obsessed and everytime play I smile and even blush at times! My only downside is it seems like the game is coming to a close (I am at level 60 and I’ve seen some at 80 I’ve never seen over tho) about two months and I am absolutely sad. I still have several cards to get but I don’t want this game to end. There is nothing like it at all! 😭 To the DEVELOPERS, ACTORS, and GENIUSES behind this game please don’t end it! I really and truly love this game. Also one more thing can you make the personal routes longer for the characters (specifically Artem and Vyn) i want to know how the female lead grows her relationship with them. P.S. Because I am impatient and always want to do a route with Artem and Vyn😍 I seriously spent over $100 because of my inability to be patient. Also there are packages you can for as cheap as 99 cents they have great deals with amazing benefits, and btw before this game I have never bought anything for a game ever in my life, it’s just so good I had to. AGAIN THOUGH you do not have to spend any money on this game there is literally so many things to do (honestly everything to do) and you don’t have to spend a dime! P.S.S. To the developer if you guys made another game like this even if I had to buy it, I would do so. I’ve never really played a game like this and I am staying loyal to this game to until you come out with another! HINT HINT!!!! 😉

Poor Customer Support. Attempting to email Tears of Themis’ customer service is a bad idea. Your response is likely to be an unprofessional and demeaning copy-paste. HoYoverse, the company who owns Tears of Themis, is currently under fire for their character designs. Their most popular game, Genshin Impact, is based around exploring seven nations, all of which take blatant inspiration from real world countries. The next nation they are adding to the game, Natlan, is inspired by West African and South American countries. Through the music, landscapes, architecture, and character names, it’s clear they’ve done their research. However, the characters, despite being named after deities from these real world countries, are all very pale. This has sparked outrage from a variety of people, including people who find the lack of representation insulting and those who feel the designs are just better with darker skin. This made people look at their other games, and notice the issue is even more prevalent outside of Genshin Impact. I emailed customer support about this after seeing many people do the same. Many people have gotten a copy-pasted,incredibly unprofessional email response. The response I received after a day of waiting was more professional, but still clearly copy-pasted, and also likely false. If you have an issue with the game, you’re probably not going to have the issue resolved. As such, until the dev team shows growth and actually listens to their fans, I cannot recommend this game, or any HoYoverse game (Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Tears of Themis). #BoycottHYV

Intriguing so far!. The game is still new and I really find myself enjoying the story. I love that cards have separate stories you can view and that’s my main motivation for collecting and leveling them. My only issues are that during investigations of crime scenes I often find things I click don’t react even when I try multiple times and in different areas. This results in me clicking the helping scan for clues which I would rather avoid just to realize the clues I am missing are areas I already clicked but didn’t get shown properly. Also, when you must match certain pieces of evidence to find an answer to a question in a case I find oftentimes there can be multiple answers so I get stumped and it’s sometimes frustrating to end up matching every card hoping something is right; this is more a personal problem than anything but is something I’ve noticed. Overall the art is gorgeous and so far the story is fun. All the characters are enjoyable but I can’t wait until we are able to see them develop into more complex people.

Another Great Game but…. This game is amazing with its great artstyle, graphics, and different mini gameplays like the “board game style” chibi game during events. Though I do have to say, the English grammar for the texts and plot line are a bit hard to understand because they’re are mistakes in them (but I don’t see it as a huge problem, because it’s easy to recognize what the text is actually saying. I also kind of wish that Hoyoverse would also make it so that recourses are a bit easier to get, for example, *we’re* only get a limited amount of S-Chips so when it’s an event time, I can’t really get enough to draw for the new gacha(s). I feel like the times we have events are when I can actually have a bit of time to save up for at least one 10-pull. I also would like it if when you need the passes (I forgot what they’re called) in the malls to exchange for different miscellaneous items and furniture for the NXX Lounge could be easier to afford. A lot of them are hard and take a bit of time to save up. But overall, I really do think that Hoyoverse has once again made another great game along with their other games.

So far so good!. As expected from a game by miHoYo. The voice-over quality is great, the animations are smooth, the love interests are beautiful, and most importantly, the MC doesn’t have plain brown hair with no eyes (*half joking by the way.* Also, not saying otome games that have their MCs have this appearance are bad, it’s just refreshing to see MCs that don’t look like that). I’ve been excited for the release of this game since late June, and it met my expectations. Not only can you bond with the four love interests, you also test your own ability to be able to piece together clues and present evidence. The court part of the game makes it so much more interesting. Aside from the main story, you can also explore the characters through their own personal episodes. In addition, you can “hang out” with the characters and earn affection points. The writing sometimes make me go “😅.” Don’t get me wrong, it’s great, but once in a while I’m just like “What, he’s already in love?” And sometimes I feel like descriptions of the characters repeat too much for me to enjoy it when it’s there. It’s a very minor issue, and they don’t appear that much, but to me…yeah. You can practically overlook it, so ignore this part of the review :’D 5/5 stars. Keep up the great work, miHoYo!

Good game, just some slight issues. So i’ve been playing this game since I believe May and let me tell you, it’s a great game! It has a good plot line and I like how the romance is like a side plot line and doesn’t interfere with the whole detective aspect of the game. The only reason why this game doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the Events, and the fact this game isn’t really f2p friendly. Like yes, you don’t NEED to pay money to play. But when you use up all your energy, you either use the s-chips that you’ve been saving for weeks or you use actual money to restore it all. There is an option to use these bottle things but you only get two per day. Along with that, the wishing system isn’t that good tbh. You’re expected to constantly grind or pay money. Now, I play genshin and grinding is fun and all but when you don’t have the acquired power, you can’t do much until the next day. And with the events, you have to spend WAY to much time on it. Like the event rn??? You have to wait 7 hours… 16 times. THATS OVER 100 HOURS. AND THE EVENT ENDS SOON. ITS RIDICULOUS. And the events never even last that long! They’re like 7-5 days while in their other games the events last for two weeks to a d*mn month. This game is more cash grabby than both Genshin and Star Rail combined. And also, once the third anniversary cards come out. every single f2p player is screwed. So, my advice to anyone who sees this: If you have a lot of money to spend and wanna play this game, go right ahead and have fun. But to people who don’t spend money on games, good luck trying to get cards 🫡

Absolutely immense game. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a mobile game before but oh my god does this deserve all the positive feedback it gets. The art and graphics are breathtaking and extremely high quality quality for mobile. The main gameplay is interactive and super enjoyable. Being able to move around the investigation scenes adds so much depth. The plot is always engaging and the cases do increase in difficulty as you progress :) I love the addition of being able to interact with characters outside of the main story and just hang out n play mini games with them. Their banter always makes me laugh and being able to get glimpses of their background makes it worthwhile. There are several independent mini games as well, on top of seasonal events. Each of them have multiple levels and challenges. Honestly the mini games alone could serve as their own apps. It’s insane how much content is in this app and it’s still baffling to me that 1. it’s free to play; this is a game I would absolutely pay money for & 2. That it’s a mobile game. It seriously has the quality and depth to be mistaken as a pc game. To anyone who enjoyed Ace Attorney, Danganronpa, or any other problem-solving or mystery game, I guarantee you’ll love this game as well. The loss of storage space is worth it, I promise lol

One of the best Otome games out there. I’m an experienced Otome player. I’ve played mystic messenger, obey me, ikemen sengoku, the arcana (if that counts), and way more that I don’t feel like listing. That being said this is one of my favorites that i’ve played so far, besides maybe mystic messenger mostly because of nostalgia. The storyline is very complex and brilliant, there is so much to do so you’ll never get bored, and probably my favorite thing about the entire game, playability. What I mean by that is, a lot of Otome games make it so hard to progress without spending real money. They do this with tickets, paid options, etc. I have found that this game is so easy to progress in (not in a boring way but in an enjoyable way). The thing that turns me away from a lot of Otome games I try to play is that it just takes to long to get anywhere. The first day I got this game I was already level 10. Because you can continue to play for so long, you can really get immersed in the story. Overall, this Otome game is 100% worth playing and has super unique features and gameplay that you won’t find in any other game. Highly recommend.

Try it out but it’ll get old fast. I’d been playing for over a year but have stopped. At first, I thought it was refreshing to have an intelligent, almost empowered female protagonist and men who truly treat her well and help her develop her potential as an attorney without undermining her abilities. I still mostly agree with the above (besides the empowered part), BUT it gets boring and repetitive real fast. Main story is pretty good but updates extremely slowly. Some events are pretty good, like the Skadi event and Lost Gold event. But most are questionable filler events that have smooth yet janky mechanics, can requiring tedious grinding (e.g. Khaimit event), or are so simple that they feel totally pointless (e.g. sliding puzzle events). Most of all, I slowly started to dislike the female MC and all the male MCs. Female MC is naive to an extreme, tone deaf, acts and looks like a total child who doesn’t know anything about the world. Obviously very pro-law and justice in their simple good vs bad, black and white world. I especially hated when she’d tell distresses individuals to “calm down” and “think logically,” which is part of her butting into everyone’s affairs in an obnoxious way. For the male MCs, they’re too perfect. Too knowledgeable, too busy yet always have time for female MC, always impressing her and the people around them. All the men are above her in some way— job status, seniority, age (mostly), skill abilities. While they’re there to help her, she never undergoes any character development at any point nor learns any new key lessons. It gets very frustrating and annoying. Amid all my complaints, it’s still a good game at the foundation. I’d say that it’s good to check out but offer a caveat that it’ll get old and repetitive very quickly.

Lovely Game, Bad Policies. I love Tears of Themis. I wouldn’t bother writing a review if I didn’t. I’ve spent money on this game because I wanted to support it. That said, my recent banner gacha pull experiences have ensured that I won’t be paying anymore. In Genshin Impact (Mihoyo’s flagship game), there is a 50/50 pity rule for 4 star banner characters. If you pull an off-banner item or character, your next pull is guaranteed to be something on the banner. There are also tokens to buy 4 star characters from the shop. Tears of Themis has no such rule for its SR cards (the equivalent of 4 star characters). After making 50 pulls on the most recent banner, and seeing 0 banner cards, I left feeling disheartened. There is no card exchange mechanic, and no way to circle back and get past banner cards later (so far). 1/3rd of the game’s content is locked behind these gacha pulls. In Genshin Impact, if you don’t get a certain character, you can still play the game and see the bulk of the game’s content. You miss out on a new play style and a couple of dialogue lines, but the game in general is still available to play. Each Tears of Themis pull is about a dollar. I saved about 40 free pulls, and 10 paid pulls on the last banner, and did not get a single new card in the lot. Imagine if I had spent the full $50 on those pulls… why would I financially support a game that doesn’t have a battle pass, a card exchange system/currency, OR an SR pity available? I hope Mihoyo adds more safeguards for the Global server. I’d love to financially support a story that I’ve fallen in love with; I just can’t deal with the disappointment anymore.

good game but the men aren’t that great?. Well it’s only been about 2-3 days since the game has been out, so this is just a first impression from a rookie dating sim player. I have played through chapter 3 and I absolutely love the story. The main character is a truly interesting character that’s not as 2-D as other dating sims. There is a hidden backstory and it keeps things mysterious and the plot progresses at a good rate. I also find the energy system fair enough that players get sufficient gameplay time every day. I go over the capped limit a lot, but that might be isolated to the low level players. The gacha system is also quite fair. The pity count is high, but it is easy to get rolls because progressing in the story and the various side quests give you enough to roll about 5-6 times a day. It’s not hard to get good cards and to refine them. The debate system is simple to navigate through, but it gets repetitive at times. Good thing there’s an auto system, I suppose. My favorite part would have to be the investigations. For example, there is a part of the story where you have to search a room. Finding the hidden clues makes the game fun and immersive. Makes you actually feel like a lawyer. Ok, now for the things I don’t like. The love interests. They are not… interesting? Maybe it is because the story hasn’t progressed far, but the character seem shallow. I myself have not attached to any of them. (Side note: the lady npcs are hot; watch out lol. Coming from a bisexual btw) On the other hand, the art is top tier. I would find myself staring at the eyes and hands and think how it looks very refined. tl;dr : Great game, I forced my friends to play because of the quality. Nothing less expected from MiHoyo :)

Amazing game, but there’s a bug. First, I absolutely adore this game. The characters are all well rounded and act and feel like real people instead of solely anime tropes. All the four boys were great options, it’s the first game where I personally loved all of them and took a while to choose between them (eventually my favorite became Marius). The art is stunning and the animation is so fluid, I love the sprite expressions being more subtle which adds to how real the characters look and feel. And the MC in this game is by far the best I’ve seen. She’s smart, gorgeous, confident. Just feels like her own person and not a love interest all the boys fawn over. However there’s a small bug that’s been happening lately. It’s nothing that’s been making me avoid the game but is still annoying. On episodes three and four there have been some battles where you’ll have one or two turns left but the battle will end anyway saying it’s irrefutable. It gets a annoying when I can tell those two turns would’ve given me a win. I hope the devs fix whatever issue this is, it’s the only bug I’ve ran into and so far it’s only been in episode 3 and 4, I haven’t gone past 4 yet so I can’t tell if it’s in the future episodes.

Amazing game for its genre (mystery/otome)!. One of the biggest contribution of why I love this game is the MC who we play as! Unlike a lot of other otome game mc’s the lawyer we play actually has a personality and is pretty intelligent and funny to boot lol the expressions she makes is really varied and I love when she makes the neutral dead eye face 🤣 she’s a very likeable character that don’t lose out to the male leads in smarts, but also is very strong in character, which I loved. She’s not overly cutesy and always a damsel in distress, rather she solves her problems herself in a very smart way with not too much help from the male leads, which makes her a very independent career woman type of character. Story and character personality-wise for the male leads, the story does not focus wholly on romance, but puts in a decent plot you play in the main story, and adds in the romance mainly for the male leads individual stories. The art for the cards are also very stunning, along with the mini stories they contain! Highly recommend this game as its more than just a romance game, but more like 60-70% story and 30-40% romance which is a good balance imo :)

an OK game :/. i don't think that there is enough opportunities to personal act any way towards the boys, like choice wise. some of the content is ableist or a terrible representation of mental illness. after a while the gameplay and unfortunately plot gets boring. like most gachas, summoning is easiest at the beginning of the game, then harder eveywhere else, this is not an exemption. the romancable characters are pretty decent though, i especially like their card stories. i've only played the cn dub but the va is really nice. the character design is okay too! characters like celestine, luke, kiki, etc. are really good but other charaters are... lazy? artem for example. i'd like to say that his personality makes up for it, but it doesn't because it's pretty cookie cutter. oh wow! cute childhood friend?? a rich kid who thinks he's all of that? a cold hearted business man? so. unique. wow. i say all of that, but their personalities and stories aren't terrible, but it's just so stereotypical. i should of mentioned this earlier when i was talking abt the gatcha system but it's not that bad when it comes to luck, most of the time i get a SSR or a SR it's before i'm guaranteed to. idk how to cut this game flack, but it's not that bad. i'd say if you would like to download the game, then do it. (even if it takes a bit more space up in your phone then you'd like ;))

Why does Artem treat the MC as weak. Okay first of all, I love the game and the story. My only problem is with Artem. He was my personal favorite but he started saying a lot of questionable things that honestly left me disgusted. He stops her from doing a lot of things and I find it okay most of the time since I see it as him caring for her in a way, but every other time it's usually with him saying things like "because youre a woman" and "as a woman". I find it more as controlling than him caring tbh. In his personal story, he says things like that a lot (not that he hasn't before) but this time its really getting annoying for me to play. I know it's probably to put some conflict between us for the story but what??? Specifically quoting where he says "It's understandable that as a woman, you sympathize with her, but you're losing your head." what is that exactly supposed mean :/

Oop. I love the game for its standard. For a lot of games like this, the person playing is supposed to be the “Mc”. It’s hard when her personality is already devoted. It’s hard in the sense of being ok or caring about her responses. Because, if she always answers differently from how we think, how are we supposed to be alright and care with what happens in the future. I feel like every genre of games are stepping up or considering stepping up because games have been coming out with multiple endings. Of course, I understand that’s a lot and not exactly what I’m asking out of this game, but I feel like out of all games, otome or w/e this is under deserves the push as well to be better. I can’t fathom how stressful it is on delvelopers, but technology improves by the day. It’s a 8.5/10 for me. Like it almost to love, but there are a decent amount things that turn me off or think it’s not working

So much content!. I was going to start telling you my age but I decided not to. Let’s just say I know what a modem sounds like. Games like this usually lose me on the story. It’s normally poorly written, the MC personality is wet paper and the dialogue is a cringe fest. Not this one! It’s a mix of light Ace Attorney with the trial and the investigation piece and a dating sim. The story is compelling and the characters have good dialogue. The art is GORGEOUS! I’m playing on Ultra but even on my daughter’s phone it looks great. I’m using the Japanese voiceovers and they are great too. No English voiceover is available but I never use them anyways. The card system has good and bad details. The good: Art again is impressive, details and colors pop and I keep going back to admire them The special cards have additional stories attached to them! It took a while for me to figure that out, it’s somewhat hidden. Again, the stories are still good. The bad: So many coins, tokens, pieces, chips, I have no idea how they work or how to track them all. I can’t find an index of their explanation either in the app. The card mini game is lacking. I got the Rock Paper Scissors system but I think cards also buff you (it looks like a buff, not sure how it works), I don’t know how much HP the bars you have to break have and I ended up just putting that piece in 2x speed and auto. I wish it was more engaging. There is also a chibi game that is adorable!! I need a shop that sells keychains please! You should definitely try it! Just clear your calendar for the next couple hours, you’ll get sucked in!

Unfair reviews. Stop with the 1 star brigading because you couldn't get what you want. This may be harsh but it is reality. Otome games (literally translates to maiden game) have always been and will be predominantly FEMALE oriented. Don't be delusional since literally only ONE game has broke the barrier but now all of a sudden you expect a revolution? Lol no. Use your brains, most games won't cater to 0.1% of the fanbase. Stop crying and get over it. Play bl games, read visual novels, write fan fiction, or just make your own game if you hate how it works so much, you gender obssesed babies. Anyways, this truly is an amazing and one of the most unique games in the app store so far, even more so than obey me and mystic messenger & your unrealistic reviews won't change that!

I’m having trouble with a part in the game. hi it’s me. I really really love tears of Themis and think it’s an awesome game to learn things and.. other things. although I love it with all of my heart, I’m stuck on the 2nd stage in the Mysteries of The Lost Gold. I re-checked over 20 times this week, and it says everything thing is 100% or complete. I am trying to figure out the problem, but I can’t. That is why I’m lowering the review by 2 stars. mihoyo, or someone out there, please help me out right now. I am struggling and I continue to scream every time I go over the same process. I started thinking that you weren’t finished with the other levels, but I see that people in my friends list have already completed it. I am very devastated that I can’t move on. since I have been saving all of the materials. each thing has 10,000+ of each. I really just want to move on already. please help me out right now, and thanks a lot. made by, me🙁

An exceptional game with unfortunate crashes. This game is EXACTLY what i was looking for. It has the otome elements with card collecting/upgrading and the most advanced interactive play I’ve seen in a long while. Ive never been more immersed in a mobil game like this before. The graphics are beautiful, the voice acting is superb, and the gameplay elements are fun and addicting! I’m very surprised by this game and its “Phoenix Wright” inspiration. I’m so impressed by this game so far and love how it really makes me feel like a detective and lawyer at the same time! But there are some concerning issues that need to be addressed and hopefully patched soon. I’m not the first one to be victim of the constant and random crashes. Granted, I’m playing on a simple iPad, but even those with much more advanced phones are experiencing these bugs. At first I thought it was due to the transition between regular cutscenes to the more detailed and dynamic ones, but I even had crashes during debates and just trying to get through normal dialogue. I was afraid my AP was being wasted on a crash that was not my fault, but I don’t believe AP is being used as the events will still be read as “new”, but I could be wrong. This game is exceptional and I wish to see it thrive, but these crashes could make many players put it aside until a major fix is made.

Fantastic Game!. My thoughts on exactly why I adore this game so much have already been stated in other reviews, however I would like to say that with many similar games I feel forced into spending money just to progress, but with Tears of Themis it's not necessary at all! Instead, I've made a few purchases because I actually WANT to, which is a major difference. I'm also very pleased with the in-game database that keeps track of all the names, places, events, lore, and cultural references in game. I've even been inspired at several points to do further research on various topics mentioned in the story. It makes me feel good about the time I spend playing, and not like I've wasted several hours on a meaningless game. I couldn't be more pleased with Tears of Themis and I'm so excited for it's future!

one of the best. As an otome game, Tears of Themis is one of the best out there. It's a "self-insert" game, but the MC is still shown as a hard-working individual with a personality of her own. You have four love interests to choose from, and all of them have their own unique personalities and quirks. Not to mention, the gameplay is captivating on it's own. The setting of the game is a law firm, with you (the MC) working as a lawyer. The main storyline isn't centered around romance, but rather the numerous criminal-law cases the MC and love interests deal with and the complexities of solving the cases. The storylines for individual guys are instead found in the cards, which are pulled through the game's gacha mechanic (of course it's not a HoYoverse game without a gacha). You can pull for specific Love Interests in the gacha where the romantic interactions between the MC and the love interest are portrayed. You use these cards to battle, where you can earn rewards to upgrade your cards, and wishes to pull more in the gacha. There are micro-transactions available, but the game is still largely playable as F2P. The events are doable without spending money if you play consistency, whereas the spending money would come in if you wanted several copies of a card. Overall, I rate this game 5/5 because it is entertaining and has beautiful art. The community for the game is largely supportive and wholesome, and there is also "irl" merch available of this game which is super super cute ;)♥️

Don’t listen to the other reviews. I feel like a lot of the reviews here are from people who are either unfamiliar with the otome genre or are looking for a reason to hate the game. Yes, the MC is not “you,” but a character with a clear personality, gender, and even backstory. This is NOT unusual for the otome genre. And yes, the MC is a woman, something anyone who knows about otome games knows is not odd (otome games are targeted towards women and as another reviewer stated literally mean maiden games). If that is an issue, I would advise players to seek out visual novels, not an obvious otome like this. That said, I think this game is perfectly fine. It stood apart the most by having a phoenix wright format, allowing the player to act as a lawyer while also interacting with love interests. The art is gorgeous and I found the stories interesting. The reason I chose to give this four stars is mainly because I felt like it did not handle the romance well. Unlike other otomes, the game doesn’t really allow you to consider what your canon interest is. It’s clear it wants the best friend to be canon. In fact, it’s so unsubtle that one of the stories for Artem’s cards literally involves you two going to a temple and him getting a “bad luck” reading in regards to his love life. Moreover, it often feels like the game focuses a little too much on the lawyer parts. That stuff is fun, but I’d really prefer to be able to interact with my chosen romance option more. Any other otome allows you to do this in some way, whether that be through making choice in regards to them in the main story, romantic texts with them, or romantic stories. While the game has some of this, it unfortunately does not always feel romantic. I doubt much of anyone’s idea of romance is talking about work….which the MC does a lot. I get that she’s supposed to be heavily focused on work and thinks love will likely never happen, but it is an OTOME.

Great game but exhausting event pacing. With Tears of Themis, there’s a great balance between detective mechanics and the romance aspect you experience with each of the male leads. The main story is intriguing and well-voiced (makes you feel like you’re watching an anime at times) and the cards are beautifully illustrated and animated. The male leads’ stories are fun and interesting too, and I especially love the card stories for SR or SSR cards. My only complaint is that once you aren’t a newcomer anymore, you burn through your resources, and there just aren’t enough Stellin (coins essentially) or S-chips (rarer currency) to get you through the events. The event cost for Romantic Rail Getaway, for example, is 20 AP per debate, which is completely unreasonable given the event period. There’s no AP or S-chips left to use for daily and weekly tasks, and it’s extremely hard to buy Visions or save up S-chips when you’re constantly depleting your resources. The game needs to give players more opportunities to acquire resources without spending a ridiculous amount of AP, and it needs to pick back up with the main story and individual male leads’ stories instead of constantly squeezing in events. Other than that, ToT is a solid otome game, but beware burnout and burning through your resources.

E x p e n s i v e. This game is gorgeous and dense with content. There is so much you can do for free, if you’re disciplined and ok with a lot of disappointment. I tend to hoard resources, so I thought I’d be ok if I was selective. The reason for two stars is that they throw *a ton* of events at you, all rapid-fire, short duration, and overlapping, all with great, shiny combat and cosmetic rewards. Even if you don’t jump at a quarter of them, it’s way too much. I liked this game and respected how much they let us do for free, so I decided to become a paid player. They’d definitely earned my money. So I bought the monthly card and was ready to go all-in on the next event that had something I really wanted. Then I figured out how much I’d have to spend on the single event to get the reward I wanted. I became a payed player… and it still wasn’t enough to get a single reward from a single event. They have everything from .99¢ purchases to a recent event where you had to buy a card outright to get it. For over $60. It’s just way too much. They get you with the gorgeous art and the broad stories and the well-designed side quests and mini-games… then if you want to keep engaging in the world that’s hooked you, it’s $$$$. It’s designed in an unethical way—it crosses a line into unethical. I recommend people find something else to do with their time and not get sucked in.

Amazing Game. To be honest when I first played it I was so confused as to what was happening that I almost stopped playing. I’m glad I continued and gave it a chance because now after a few days of playing, I understand more of what’s going on and how to navigate and really enjoy this game. The graphics and music are beautiful and I love that the characters have voiceovers. It’d be nice if they also had an option for English but regardless it’s a nice touch and how you can opt out of the voices if you don’t want them. My own suggestions that I would really like the game to have more of is that it would be so nice if you had more interactive choices in the stories. Also if the stories were more interwoven with the characters like you get to choose which characters to romance because currently it feels like the romance is isolated and it’s not as fun that way. For instance, I just want to romance Artem but when I play certain episodes with the other characters it romances them also which I don’t really want. Also, it would be cool if we could have a couple of options for the main character to be able to play. She looks really young to me and I’d like to be able to play a character that fits my style more. One of my favorite features about the game is the call and texts and phone. I would love it they made it so you can actually call the characters or text them on your own initiative and have some sort of response chat for that, that would really take the game to a whole other level. I gave four stars because while I am really enjoying it there is just so much untapped potential that would make this game even more amazing!

Customer Service Issues. I love this game and I log in to play it everyday, if possible. I love the cards, the art, the layout, and more. Unfortunately, I've been having an issue with connecting to the customer service in game OR online. The reason I tried in the first place was because I was participating in the most recent "Cleaning Robot" event and since yesterday it started showing me a blank screen and not letting me connect regardless of my internet connection. I realized this wasn't a common issue so of course I tried the customer service within the app and I am unable to connect to that, too. I even went to the Tears of Themis website to get customer service help and the entire page will not load. Writing a review here was my last resort and I don't want to have to stop participating in the event. Help!

Smart and engaging in the beginning. I only gave this a try because I have been playing Genshin Impact and was interested in seeing what an otome game from Mihoyo would look like. Was skeptical it would be any good, but I am pleasantly surprised. I don’t play otome games so I don’t know how this compares to others, but I love the Ace Attorney series. The main character here is refreshingly smart and likeable compared to how dumb Phoenix is. The cases deal with more mature and realistic themes, and I found myself engrossed in learning the truth and playing the next chapter. Update: have continued playing since launch, but the game has only updated the main story ONCE, with the rest of the time being padded out with obnoxiously boringly filler events. Have experienced a lot of crashing as well. A few of the “romantic” scenarios I’ve read from some of the cards are borderline sexual harassment (guess that’s common in otome games? I don’t know, but realistically with current events they’re tone deaf. It ends with the main character either excusing herself or pretending it didn’t happen which isn’t romantic at all.) Liked it at the start but lack of real content means there’s nothing to keep my interest. It’s become a chore to even open up the game.

a solid game. ive been playing this game since day one it was released, and i wasn’t disappointed. the art was beautiful and breathtaking and i loved each male lead, but marius takes the cake for me. it was easy to get wishes and lots of cards, and the story was binge-worthy with interesting cases. ive never played any otome games before, but this always set my standards high. the cards sr and above have their own story and even though stereotypical characters, each male lead has an adoring personality that makes you fall in love with them. it was generous and easy to farm. however, the episodes started splitting into multiple parts and it was hard to keep up with. it would come like a month later and you’d forget everything that happened. s-chips have become less seen around with story stages running out and becoming harder to clear. ive been playing since day one (though wasn’t very invested in the middle) so i have a considerable amount of cards, but people around my level don’t. this lack of supply of more wishes and non-attractive events that people will only want to participate in for the wishes aren’t going to cut it. people who start late in events like the ones to get the MR cards have no chance of getting even one, and that goes for most of the other events too because of lack of motivation. the trials of themis only granted a measly 1 and 3/4 of a wish a week and the other one, where you go on stages debating to get s-chips, progressively become harder, understandably, but no longer a way to farm s-chips efficiently. so with boring events that include either rolling a dice or playing mini games or traveling through a world as a little character, stuck on a story episode, needing at least a few weeks to get 10 wishes from the trial of themis, and essentially being stuck on the game debating thing, and only getting about 30 (you need 180 s chips to wish) from the daily tasks, there’s like no way to get s-chips. at least for me. it is a very interesting and engaging game at first though, and I do highly recommend it. marius for the win bbgs

Love the game! Best otome!. Best otome game! Well written both main stories and personal stories, exquisite art illustrations and music. Mostly fun mini games and big events. The technology involved of those “live-action”cards is amazing and you can feel the skill is improving constantly. But above all, the character designs of the four MLs are what make this game unique. The experience with them feel real for which the developments with these men come step by step, naturally and reasonably.

Stunning and fun!. I’m still muddling my way through everything but it’s been an enjoyable experience! I was wondering however, if there was some kind of option to change the names of the characters in the dialogue? Very uncomfortable. The conversation that you have with Vyn about autism was very uncomfortable and was very unnecessary. The talk about trying to find the cure with autism and writing the autistic character as abnormal is really bad. Idk if this is attempted autistic rep but if it is it’s really terrible and comes off as ablest.

Best of the best. Absolutely adore this game!! The best there is out there. It’s not just a romantic game, you also get to learn a lot from each character. I love feeling good and also learning at the same time! they really embody their character which makes them unique and not just pretty faces that is all love here, love there like other otome games. You just can’t help but admire their intelligence as well. I’ve learn a lot of new things while playing this game as most of the information they share also applies to real world so it really gives off the realistic vibe of them being with you. The investigations, the clues and how one critically think. There are also plenty of things to do which keeps you busy enough and the translation of their conversations were really well done. As a person who doesn’t speak English as their first language, their conversations helps with my learning. Could not recommend this enough!! The producer of this game really did great! It doesn’t have route option but in every story cards, it let players give love to each character equally and that’s how I like it as it makes ToT become unique. Great but. Love the game. Graphics met and exceed my expectations granted it’s by Mihoyo. As for gameplay, it does get frustrating playing anomaly levels and not getting desired winnings, would be better if you at least get one of each. This makes it harder to level up or upgrade and is something that throws me off the game. Also would appreciate customisation of the player’s MC. There may be a disconnect when the character doesn’t look like the player.

Why does this game need so much internet?. I have Genshin and tears of themis on my phone and I always have to put on data to play tears of themis. This makes no sense to me whatsoever, Genshin is the bigger game storage, content and popularity wise, why do I even need data to open tears of themis?

Amazing, but some faults. Of course mihoyo exceeds my expectations every time and i can confidently say that i’m addicted to this game! the graphics, animations, story line, characters. The list of positive things can go on endlessly. but, there are some minor negatives. My game keeps crashing and it goes the same for other players, not the best when i’m in the middle of a stage or in court. I also think that as you progress through each case story, the specific amounts of power you need for debate stages gets a bit frustrating because you constantly are wasting resources and stamina on trying to power up. But besides that, i definitely think tears of themsis is up there with other great otome games like mystic messenger.

Pleasantly Surprised. I would secretly call myself a connoisseur of otome games. This game in particular is one of the most enjoyable and well designed otome games I’ve played in years. The plot is great, dialogue is virtually impeccable and the ‘Ace Attorney’ gameplay vibes it gives is fantastic The lack of mandatory ad viewing, and lack of ‘pay to win’ vibes really makes this app stand out. Any micro transactions are completely up to you as the player if you wanna add some ‘oomph’ into your play, but doesn’t seem to be a requirement. On top of that, you don’t require tickets to view stories and any stamina-equivalent requirements to view each chapter of the story is easily replenish-able without waiting for any sort of countdown timer. The 4 love interests portrayed are all very likeable too, which is interesting, since I personally don’t like more than a couple love interests at most when playing other otome games. In this app, however, I can easily see myself replaying the game multiple times if need be, just to explore all romance routes. Honestly, can’t recommend the game enough. I’d rate the game an 110% if only there was hair customisation options for the protagonist, and the choice to have characters’ names remain the default Japanese when using the English subtitles, but that’s just me nitpicking. Great job developers!

Honest review from a casual player.. First of all, the art is amazing as usual, high quality. The gameplay and app itself is quite smooth running, barely any bugs. However, where it falls short in longevity and wanting to keep playing is that it’s boring. It really depends on what you like in a ‘dating sim’ type game but the romance interaction is very lacking, there isn’t any choice options that affect anything in the story or relationships so it’s easy to just skip. The events honestly isn’t worth anything too and besides SR and S cards, the R card art is bland in my opinion as well. Don’t get me wrong it’s good art just not what I’d pay and grind to try and get. Like I stated tho, I’m just a casual player meaning I don’t want to grind too hard and I’ll only pay in game occasionally sometimes. So people that are invested in this may have different opinions.

Reading and Comprehension Skills Required. This isn’t really a game. It’s more of a visual novel. Don’t bother if you can’t read, or don’t like to read. The main story is intriguing, but you need to piece it together. The pace will start to pick up after chapter 5. Updates are too few and far between. Gameplay is like Danganronpa. You use cards as arguments to defeat your opponent in a debate. Not technically difficult, but you can have a hard time without high-grade cards. Side stories/events/card stories can range from masterpiece to boring and pointless. Sometimes the characters are downright annoying, including the MC. The art is consistently excellent. Even some of the NPCs have beautifully detailed portraits. App takes up a lot of room. Had to delete it after running out of space. Might pick it up again in a few months to check on the story.

Argh!!!. I downloaded this app when it was released and started playing it today - I’m at least 2 hours into the game. While it is a good game and the storyline doesn’t seem too bad, the app keeps crashing during the actual gameplay. There’s nothing worse than being in court and providing evidence, just for the game to crash and you have to start all over again - this doesn’t include the AP that was already used but was not returned after the crash.

It’s good, but there’s room for improvement. I really like this game! It definitely helps that I’m simping for hot guys, but the gameplay is actually good for a game of this variety. Some issues I do have are the lack of customization; you should be able to choose gender, skin colour, hair colour and more - not everyone is a white female. Also; THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH S-CHIPS GIVEN!! ToT spends time and effort into creating such beautiful art in the form of hot guys that it is such a devastation that they are not appreciated enough because of the very little amount of S-chips provided! This issue is definitely apparent during events, when no extra chips are rewarded to gain said exclusive cards. to conclude, Tears of Themis is a good game (give me more S-chips to get cards of hot guys)

Love the game but….. I absolutely adore this game, the graphics are stunning and the game itself has elements that are interactive unlike many other mobile RPG/‘dating sim’ games. (Ex. The ability to investigate crime scenes in detail.) However, there are a few things I believe the developer’s should consider adding. The first, being the ability to change the main character’s appearance, I understand the difficulty of this because of all the backstory etc, but if we are playing as this character I think it should be more inclusive to all genders, races and orientations. One other thing that personally I believe should be added, is a more interactive friend feature. All we do is exchange gifts with each other that we don’t even get to choose the degree of stuff we send. I think there should be options and maybe we get a particular limit a day. Once again though, my main thing is being able to change the main character’s appearance, even if it’s just the colours and gender of the design.

Great game! A tad hard to progress.. First of all, I love the story and the characters being laid out here, absolutely stunning! But, lately I have been finding it hard to progress, gathering materials and of the such is very hard to do and having to do it over a span of like a week is even worse. Best in the Genre. I’ve played a ton of mobile otome games over the years and this is by far the best gacha mobile otome game. The UI is sleek, the story is actually interesting, the men are hot, the MC is cute, and best of all it’s very easy to understand. Others like ML:QC which is very similar was clunky and complicated. While ToT takes a minute to grasp, it’s still much easier. The game is honestly so polished, and it’s also very friendly to ftp players. Every QoL feature I wanted in other games is here. Wonderful game, lacks content. I really enjoy playing this game. The characters are well written so that you won’t get bored. Arguments are made in a great difficulty. The cards are amazingly detailed! Probably my favorite thing about the game. The only problem I have is that it has a lack of content. I finished the storyline a while back and there isn’t much left to do anymore other than events that are similar every time. Don’t get me wrong I love my account and all, but it gets frustrating opening up the game only to do daily logins:(

So far I like the game 🙂. The game is fun, storyline is really engaging. There are only a few minor issues with games and events but that’s fine. I have been kicked from the app at least 3 times in total while try to do trial part of a chapter twice, the 3rd time was when i was loading into NXX Headquarters. I also think that event instructions can be a little more detailed and there should be a feature to let you know if the quests refresh or not.

Visuals. The visuals, graphics and quality is simply beautiful! I thought when I was going to download this app it would be your basic daily dating simulator, but oh was I wrong! This app is beyond basic. It is simply a masterpiece! Not only are the men beautiful even the women in this game are stunning! I look forward into playing more of this game and I am excited to see where each plot takes me!

I’ll update as I go along. I’m really enjoying so far! I signed up for the preorder when I saw the same company that made Genshin was making a dating sim, and I’m not disappointed. The soundtrack and voice acting are above and beyond and the art is gorgeous. There was a scene towards the end of the prologue where the animation was terrible, but I haven’t been mad at it since so far. The game mechanics seem simple and straightforward enough, and reminded me of love and producer. I’m loving it so far and can’t wait to get into the story more!

My stance on in-game gender option/swapping. I’ve seen multiple reviews and have experienced the game myself (I am still playing as well), so I would like to say that I really enjoy it! I see that some people have some issues with how one sided it may seem with the MC’s gender. Please know that most Otome games are very biased towards the MC being ladies because they were targeted more for that type of fan base, but I totally get what y’all mean to have diversity, I honestly think that would be cool. Also, my review on the game: It’s pretty good. I recommend it to those who like drama, crime and suspense. The storyline is a work of art and I love the graphics, art, and interface of the game. It’s very appealing and really keeps me satisfied as a player. I’d also like to state that even though the game is in its somewhat early stages, it’s honestly amazing.

Actually holds up pretty well. Considering that this is an otome game exclusive to mobile devices, it could have been a lot worse. Thankfully, it has a main story that one can enjoy regardless of whether or not they care for the game’s romantic fluff. But the male leads are also quite charming (at least most of the time; there are some exceptions), so that’s a bonus. There’s also always a lot of events and things to do, even when the main story is on a break. Other than some grammar mistakes, some bugs, and an unfortunate level cap that kicks in at a mere level 80, it’s quite pleasant.

Wonderful game!!. Im in love with this game. I had gotten it ever since it was released and I never stopped playing it. Today I have reached max lvl and I am more than happy about it! The personal stories of each and every one of the males are the cutest. And the main story always bring me a reaction in every episode. It is the most amazing game I have encountered upon and will always keep playing it until the very end :)

Great but some problems. I love this game and every aspect of it except for the lag amount. I get that this game has some features that are more complex than other otome games but I can barley even get through the trial or a segment without it kicking me out. This has also happened with Genshin Impact which is the same company and what is worse is that even Genshin Impact which has much more complex stuff and a lot of other details, works for more hours than this game. I am perfectly fine with some kicking because I get that it's a lot of work and it's really beautifully written and made but when I can't even get through a segment, it's a problem.

the romantic night event problem. I don’t know if this is a common error because i’ve encountered two others who had the same problem as mine. I finished all of the quests in the romantic night event to obtain the following wishing tags. Even so I did this I still have one puzzle piece missing and it’s driving me crazy. This game is a wonderful one and it’s been keeping me busy this august, but I don’t think I could get any more wish tags and I need one more puzzle piece left. Please help thank you.

A lot of effort put… into the wrong places. Mc is default a girl, and with too distinct of a design to relate to, meanwhile all the men look super generic, I can barely tell the difference between them. The interface is very fancy, they put a lot of effort into the graphics quality, but it just feels boring and uninspired. You’re already given a character with a personality to play, so it doesn’t feel like it’s you playing, you’re just watching some girl go for a journey to collect cards of identical men, therefore no incentive to play. Also I don’t want to have to play a girl, I’d be happier with a simple character customization option. Even genshin had a better system of choosing a twin to play.

Had high expectations but…. I had high expectations for this game considering Honkai and Genshin are both amazing, however the Gacha rates and gameplay for this game is horrible. You play with cards like rock-paper-scissors. The story is very boring and seems like a ripoff of other office otome games. It takes 180 s-chips to roll one time, but the daily is only 30 s-chips. People love to trash on Genshin for giving only 60 primos a day when it takes 160 primos to roll but this game somehow is even worse. Additionally, pity does not even carry over in banners and there is no guarantee. They will even take away your event pulls if you do not use them in time and “compensate” with a measly amount of stellin. What a joke.

Amazing. Honestly an amazing game. The quality is very smooth, if your device can handle it. There is a variety of events, characters, and chances to get s-chips (even though I run out too often). All the male leads have their personal charm, and the side stories with their SR and SSR cards are wonderful, it gives a deeper insight to that character. The main story line is quite good. My only complaint about it is that it hasn’t been update yet. The only issue I have with this game is the AP system. I am aware that it is to keep the game balanced but I feel like there is too little, especially when they’re is a bunch of new things added, some being for the daily tasks. But in conclusion, I love this game. From the quality, to the characters, to the story.

Amazing, but a little dark. I don’t really like deck builders or dating sims at all, but this game really drew me in with its art. It’s surprisingly fun, and the deck building aspect doesn’t get in the way of the story at all. The voice acting really adds to the narrative, especially the more emotional parts. My only sort of complaint is that it gets a little dark at times, with certain storylines featuring child abuse and self harm. Not super graphic or anything but they show up kind of suddenly. That said, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone that isn't sensitive to that stuff.

Too much storage. Ok, so this is a really good game and I really enjoyed the graphics and the storyline and the fact we’re practically like a justice lawyer, it’s nice that we’re not entirely helpless as an MC. However, as someone with only 64 GB of storage, I couldn’t keep it for long ☹️☹️ There was just no space on my phone, along with Mihoyo’s other app, Genshin Impact. I could not keep either of those games very long because of storage issues. Please, if you could, put these on Mac or something!!!

Simply. Amazing.. What makes this game really enjoyable, is you really don’t HAVE to pay to play along with it. They give you ample opportunity in the game itself to collect and find ways to level up the cards, or advance in general. The story line is so unique and well thought out, the characters are enjoyable, and the graphics are just beautiful. Well done with this one!

absolutely love it!! my favorite game!!. i love this game so much! i love how it’s not just a game about love, but also about crime and solving mysteries. it’s sweet and romantic, but can switch to dark and ominous in an instant. there’s also law aspects, and as someone who would love to become a lawyer, that just adds to the games appeal. i love the cards, the animations and voices are dreamy (especially vyn’s since he’s my fav). if i had a complaint at all, it would be the pacing of the events. i feel that there’s constantly events or something going on, and we don’t get breaks. it’s also hard to play if you’re not willing to spend money unfortunately. besides that, it’s an awesome game, and i won’t stop playing anytime soon that’s for sure.

can’t get off the app💙😂🤫. The app is amazing!!!! I love the private stories and the main story. The art is so good I wish it was how we all looked in real life. Mihoyo really did a wonderful job here. The only thing I would change is maybe be able to pick your genders and kinda choose your look?But that’s not something that I think is a problem, I just think it would be nice. Again this is a beautiful app✨✨. I play it whenever I have the time. 💙💙💙

It’s awesome!. I have literally not put it down all day because it is so good. The art and music are amazing and so is the storyline. Even though I haven’t had the game for long I can safely say that it is one of my new favorites. I can’t wait for more cards to release. Another thing is that the download times are super quick and I didn’t experience any lag or crashing. Overall another great release from Mihoyo!

Perfection. This game looks beautiful. Better than any mobile game I ever played. For the best experience, I downloaded the Japanese voice pack. All the men are really REALLY easy on the eyes. The attention to detail and the overall feel of the game is very calming. The best thing is that it’s a reverse-harem. And as a girl, it’s the icing on the cake. And the reason why it’s so irresistible to me. Get this. You’ll love it. It’s free. So you have nothing to lose.

i am OBSESSED. One of my good friends told me about this game yesterday and i’m not joking when i say that i’ve been playing non-stop, it’s super addicting. I also play Obey Me, Mystic Messenger and Genshin but this is a whole new experience. The graphics and characters designs are amazing and the story line is fun and keeps you interested. I’ve only just started but i’m honestly so excited to see how this games gonna evolve. It’s one of those card collecting+battle/dating sim games if your curious :D

Love this. I don’t really ever leave ratings on games but I really like this game. It has a good story and a really good character design. I also like the fact that you really don’t need to pay for in game currency to progress because the game gives you enough chances to work for it without paying. My only complaint is that I have to wait for the next stories to be released which is fine. Overall I love this game so it’s a 5/5.

I’m obsessed. I have tried a variety of games like this one but this game stood out to me. In some of the other games it’s quite hard to enhance/obtain cards. But Tears of Themis makes it quite possible. The constant events that happen are also so entertaining. With many opportunities to obtain cards that you won’t be able to get again. The current ‘Mysteries of the Lost Gold’ even is one of the many that can attest to this. The detail put into the different cases and the multitude of general knowledge I have acquired while playing this game is amazing. The art and animations of the cards, invitations, illustrations and all the other aspects of the game are magnificent. It is very simple to use and have encountered no bugs or difficulties. Keep up the amazing work xx

Best Reward System. ToT is what Genshin should inspire to be! Literally getting energy through login and level up helps so much! Where as in Genshin you have to use Primogems and waste them and throw money at the game. Tears is every free to play, players dream. Yeah it may be hard to gain the cards you want. But at least you don’t have to throw much money at the game like Genshin! There is so much i wish Mihoyo would learn or input into Genshin! I love game wish i can give it a 100 star rating!!!

Actually good. Tears of Themis is F2P friendly which got me by surprise, especially from how their other games are. I love how you can obtain every character and access all content just by playing the game. It’s refreshing to enjoy such a generous approach where you can focus on the storyline and gameplay without any pressure to make purchases. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a fair and balanced gaming experience!

Very segsy guys. The art, voices, and animation are all very gorgeous. The crime investigation is a very fun and integral part to the story. I like how there’s a lot of different things you can do and I hope they will add more tasks and dateable characters in the future. The game has just been released so it’s far too early to say if spending money is or isn’t necessary but I hope Mihoyo will be generous enough for me to say that it isn’t. Most importantly though, just like how some other reviewers have said, I can confirm that they are indeed very fertile 💕

I love it but…. I personally really like this game, the characters are interesting and the graphics are AMAZING. I also like the that the mc is a lawyer and pursuing a career. But I have one pet peeve with this game. For some reason the translators decided to change all the Japanese (I play the Japanese version) into English names?? So as you play, you hear a different name then the displayed in the text box. I honestly would have preferred if they just keep the original names instead of changing them or, they could at least made it an option to turn off the English names. I known it’s a small critique but it still bothers me. Other than that I love this game.

Its okay. The problem I had the most with this game was the gacha. It would be nice to get cards for the character you really like. For example if I like Marius, and I work really hard to work my way to getting 10 tear drops, it would be nice to receive cards concentrated on this character even if its just a S card. So far since I have played the game I only have one SSR card and its not my favorite character which discourages me to keep trying. And I have tried getting the 10 tears for gacha several times and the results are literally either S cards, and SR card thats for another character not my fav, or even the same SSR card.

Totally Unplayable. Since the game kept crashing on my phone (Moto G5) I thought I would try this game on my iPod Air which is listed on the compatible devices list. OS and device is kept up to date (12, which is beyond the 9 requirement). Have tried connecting with both my Gmail (phone) and Mihoyo accounts (iPad). At least on my phone I can somewhat play the game but it crashes every couple minutes. On iPad it doesn’t even get past the loading screen. I have tried restarting my devices and nothing else is running in the background but doesn’t help. Also tried the in app “manual fix” which didn’t seem to help at all. Very frustrated and disappointed.

NOT FOR SKIPPERS. Mihoyo never failed to amaze me with the art and music. I have always been a loyal player and played 3 popular games of them for 2-3 years. (Genshin is just around 7 months). The JP dub voice - stunning as usual. To be honest if you are so used to skipping stuff in gacha games then this kind of game might cause you some troubles. But, who can skip on an interesting story anyway - not me so far. This might be the first game Mihoyo started to take serious move on their players who prefer husbando over waifu. And I really like this idea, so I support it. I give 5 stars for a better beginning. Good luck with this game Mihoyo.

My #1 favorite game !!!. I cannot believe an otome game could ever have mechanics that involve us investigating certain areas, interacting with the objects during an investigation, and so on! I love this game so much. It even has an interesting storyline of which I have started to suddenly wait for the new chapters because I’m excited for more! The characters are also very interesting to me as well! I love each of their stories so much! Ever since I downloaded the game, I never missed a single day because of how addicting this game is :) Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Game!! <3. The game is gorgeous. The characters are so pretty, both the men and women!! It’s the first otome game I’ve played and it’s set my standards for future otome high. My only stifle is the lack of an English dub. It’s doesn’t take away from the game for me, but it would be a plus. I understand that Mihoyo’s previous game, Honkai, did not have English, but Genshin Impact did. So I find it odd not to. But the target audience isn’t directly overseas fans, so that is understandable Adding to the target audience discussion, how do some people not understand that foreign fans aren’t who the game is targeted at? The company most likely can’t make the MC male, especially since it’s a Chinese company. I too if that the game is literally otome, which is a female oriented genre. If you want a male MC look for visual novels. “The MC doesn’t look like me!!!” Ok? It’s a MC, not you. I don’t look like her either but I still play the game. Yikes, I went off there. Oh well. This game is great either way 💖💞💖

I LOVE LOVE LOVE. One of the best otome games I’ve ever played. Not only is the story amazing, but so is the romance, the cards, and the frequent events. The badges are so fun to collect as well. The graphics are phenomenal. Everything about this game is amazing, there is always something to do every day. Such an addictive game. THE CHARACTERS AND BACKGROUNDS ARE SO GOOD TOO. Marius is my personal favorite, but my favorite personal story is luke. I would suggest this otome game first against all others. Mihoyo really pullin strings for the japanese VA’s too 😭😭

Good (if you like reading). I really like this game it has good story, characters and events. The one problem I have is that all the dialogue is does not have English voice acting. Now this would be fine for other gacha games but this company made genshin impact witch has TONS of voice acting. This is for most a minor problem but I don’t like reading a whole lot if I wanted to read I’d probably pick up a book. But at least it has hot guy so that’s definitely a plus. If you like detailed story with fleshed out characters and reading pick this game up there are no downsides in doing so.

MAJOR ISSUE!. Okay so I love the game but for some reason after an update my game won’t start.. it says click to start but everytime I click it doesn’t start.. I was hesitant to write this because I’m not sure if it’s just mine or not but I’ve never had this problem with other games and I’ve tried clicking the “manual repair” button but it doesn’t do anything.. but the overall game is amazing. Am I the only one having this issue?

Great game but a couple comments. I really enjoy the game, it’s fun, it’s immersive, and there’s so much to do in game. The storylines are complex and fun to figure out. But i feel as if either the age range for this game should be moved up to at least 13+ or there should be some sort of trigger warning. Young kids, in my opinion, probably shouldnt play games that talk of child abuse and assisted suicides. But hey that’s just my opinion. Overall great game

HIGHLY ENGAGING STORY, FUN MECHANICS, AND F2P FRIENDLY. As I said in my title, this game hits all the marks. This otome game doesn’t try to make you bankrupt. Only reason you should spend money is if you are a collector and want all the SSR cards. They aren’t necessary as the SR cards are enough pass levels and battles. I recommend this game so much! All four men are super handsome, smart, and sweet in their own way. Female MC is also strong and not incredibly naive as other otome game women look. A nice change from HI3 which is only girls and Genshin Impact which has more girl then boys. Tears of Themis is definitely my favorite game of MiHoYo. I’m a simp okay especially of Vyn lol. 10/10 recommend this game

Amazing Game, Better Than Genshin. This is by far the best visual novel game I’ve ever played, The art is beautiful, The dialogue is well written and fun, the boys look amazing, The mc has a personality, the combat is fun unique and fresh (though does get a bit grindy, this is a gacha after all). My biggest problem is with AP charging, I wish it was substantially quicker. To me it feels as if I’m being punished to play the game, this could pretty easily be solved if they just added a few more energy drinks to the daily quests though.

Great game. I stayed up late to play this game when it first came out. I really enjoy the story concepts it has and the character designs are really pleasing. It’s not too difficult to roll since most gacha games are typically hard to earn points. Although there are a few bugs. Sometimes when I’m about to roll or when I’m about to press a button, it sometimes kicks me out of the game/unexpectedly quits. Hopefully this bug gets fixed! Overall, the game is really neat and easy to understand.

The best romance game I’ve ever played. That says a lot cuz I’ve played almost every romance game known to mankind, every NTT Solmare series, Mystic Messenger, Obey Me, etc. and to me none of them can compare to Tears of Themis. The fun story investigations the stories the gacha rates the visuals the animation the interactions literally EVERYTHING is exquisite:) I adore the fact that you don’t have to choose only 1 character to commit to and have different routes like most otome games do, you can play at your own pace, read up on the stories of whichever character you like most whenever you want. Definitely recommend!

An Amazing Game!!. I really liked this game because of the unique characters and functions that set it apart from other otome games. But due to the discontinuation of the Japanese voice actors, it kinda made me fall out of love with the game (not to mention the absurd amount of things you want, you have to pay for and their visions drawing system is low key terrible, like I want able to get a new card for a WHILE). I know that the voice acting thing is out of their control but now the game doesn’t feel the same anymore :/ Overall, still an amazing game.

Scratches that Otome itch to perfection~. I waited 2 weeks to properly try out the game before reviewing, and so far I have to say it is an absolute delight. I love the stories and the plots, and how sometimes even controversial topics are explored as well—plus it feels like there’s always something new for me to explore every day. Looking forwards to continue playing and enjoying this game, though imma have to work on self control to avoid being a 🐬 for those Artem SSR cards… 👀😂💕

stunning game, one complaint. as someone who plays all three mihoyo games (Tears of Themis, Genshin, Honkai), this game is stunning. However, i would like to see pity carried over from one vison banner to another, an easier way to get s-chips or possibly giving us more s-chips a day, and finally an easier time leveling up cards (the amount of exp needed is hard to farm because of the stamina system.) love this game to death, can’t picture myself not playing it!

Quite impressed. I’m impressed by the detail put into this game. The character’s storylines are fun, engaging, and unique. The main storyline is also a wonderful read. The developers keep the game lively with events and new cards that provide short stories. They have also managed to strike the perfect balance between how long it takes to recover energy vs how much a player uses it. Purchases would make the game faster, but they are not necessary, which I really appreciate.

The plot is awesome and it’s F2P-friendly!. The investigation plot is very intriguing with river poisoning, murder, affairs, showbiz, family disputes, etc. Each of them are presented and solved logically, which is a huge plus!!! The MC is knowledgeable, hardworking and smart-witted, who is also very brave and clear in expressing her feelings. The boys are very protective and respectful towards MC, cooperating with one another in solving cases. They have the best love lines too! Thank you and hope the gacha mechanisms can keep being awesome as it currently is. I’m paying my monthly subscription package with no regrets!
