Support doesn’t contact back. We tried to list a resort that sleeps around 500 guests, and we have been trying to get in touch with Agoda support for over three months and nothing is getting done, nobody responded on any of our inquiries, nor our Siteminder partners were able to get in touch with anyone to connect the resort. Unorganized 4-5 different portals, website is full of bugs, and terrible customer support team. WALK AWAY and save yourself time. I hope they will be changing this, this is terrible.

Notification doesnt even work. Very slow app and never send notification for new booking or cancellation. Slow update

slow, crashes, probably won’t keep. It’s worse than the partner portal, and that’s saying something. Probably won’t be able to use. Too slow, doesn’t work, crashes constantly, for multiple properties it’s difficult to get back to all property list, need to add a menu for that. Pretty useless.

Credit card details. This app would be so useful if you are able to see the credit card details on the app instead of only on the extra net. Expedia you can view credit card details on the app and it’s so easy.

Not the best. Way too slow and keeps crashing. Reports dont load properly. Even though wifi connections are good. Not helpful. Really slow. Please update to make it work better

Extremely slow app. Your mobile and web app have been running slowly lately, even when the user is using a 5G or gigabit internet connection. This is especially noticeable when loading and saving in the rates and availability section. I can't imagine how your rural property partners cope with this slowness. Please convey to your dev team the need to address this issue and stress the importance of not taking shortcuts. You require a proper solution architect to resolve this.
