Identity Verification is expired. My verification for my identity has expired and there’s no way to submit my new drivers license or any kind of documents to verify my identity.

Simplify. I cannot navigate this app at all. Literally does me no good.

Review. Hard to use

Good app but annoying login prompts. Downloaded the app for convenience, but it keeps prompting for logins with in-app browser pop-ups. Defeats the purpose. I understand if pop-ups occur for security settings change, but to logout, it even pop-ups for browser login. You can’t cancel, just keeps popping up login window over and over again. You can’t go back in the app even after closing the app; it goes right back to login window in the app. It seems like QA process was skipped, and causes doubt for a secure platform performing id verification to not pay attention to details. I will just use the web site for now if the product is still useful, but any configuration workflow within the app is not up to normal software standards. Hoping it improves!

Bare bones app. Unfortunately, the app is pretty lacking when it comes to features. In addition, I highly recommend NOT using two factor authentication because the app forces you to sign in again every time and there’s no way to turn two factor authentication off. This is an issue because cell service is often terrible at sporting events (because so many people are there) so it’s impossible to sign in to show one’s proof of vaccination. The app should be able to work offline without having to sign in every single time.

Cannot sign in on the app itself. It’s unfortunately your company has a problem with your app that needs to be upgraded or updated to use operate correctly. Unfortunately, your app does not allow. Anyone to sign in unfortunately through the app it comes up with an air report.

Doesn’t work. They don’t update your info even when you are validated.

Great App!. I only wish it had Face ID.

It’s dumb. I have submitted my identification more than 20 times and the unemployment still can’t identify me or say it incomplete I’m tired and frustrated you can’t get a live person or nothin I can’t get my unemployment until this stupid thing identifies me.

Unfortunate. This app seemed to have tons of potential. But it’s unfortunate how the app carries such a “secure” philosophy for just a persons identity information. Can only carry one account across multiple devices if you’re using a single state identification card. I can’t have a card on one device without that credit card following on all my devices. Worthless.

Id’s. There needs to be more types of id choices because I don’t fit into any of the categories listed here

Needs some work. I love the concept but they need to fix it so you don’t take 15 mins trying to login.

The worst. No direct contact phone number. They take for ever to reply back on email And they can’t even solve anything.. what’s the whole point of having customer service if they can’t help with literally nothing

Limited Functions. Does not have the option to add custom categories. No face Id login. Cannot add my drivers license as an ID.

Verifying me. I am very confused how fully verify and how to add card to my wallet. This is spider to be simple but is confusing beyond.

Can’t establish a money account. I don’t have a clue how to open a deposit account so how to do that. I am having trouble understanding the site.

Needs a major feature to be perfect!. I want to be able to add my verified ID to my Apple wallet.

Review. Customer service is level zero people are loosing out on benefit’s because there is no help. Oh and I need a nickname for this crappy review and they all been taken what a joke.

Infuriating. It won’t let me add my address or photo Id to my profile. I’ve submitted request for help since March and only get I’m sorry for delay emails. W/o this being verified I can’t get unemployment. No # to call either. Don’t start something that’s not ready

Fraudulent App—selling your info. Won’t let you sign up if they don’t like your email address. They want to take as much of your personal info as they can and sell it to whomever pays $$$ Ethical? I think not.

Assistance. Hello I’ve been asking for help for 2 months but you keep sending me a “we apologize it’s taking so long” auto message.

Needs Apple Wallet intergration. Whenever I’m out and I have to show my VIC card it would be nice to not have to log into this app directly. I wish I could just go into my Wallet app on my iPhone where are all of my digital identification and payment methods are. It would definitely make my life a lot easier.

Where’s the customer service?. I reached out to get assistance in unemployment I’d verification and no one has reached out to me yet. Beyond frustrated with this app.

Unable to renew resident card. Unable to renew resident card in app and website. Takes you back to log in repeatedly when you attempt to renew. Two tickets submitted to help desk and no response.

Support is nonexistent, don’t bother with this crapp. Support takes a week to a month to reply and when they do it is never with anything helpful. You can only fill out a ‘contact us’ form to contact support, then they never get back to you. If you try to reply to the initial email asking them to follow up, they reply with an email telling you to fill out a contact form, but never reply to the initial support email, they ignore it. I have been waiting for a month to receive help regarding my account and still haven’t received it.

Shadonna Ross Angry customer. This is the worst service I ever experienced, I need this service to verify myIdentity so I can receive unemployment mine isn’t working correctly and I’m not able to speak to a a customer service agent no one will contact me back online I have left several open cases no contact you it’s been over a week no one has contacted me is holding up my funding I have four children and I cannot afford not to receive my unemployment this is been a very frustrating process

Not to bright.... App over all is great however when signing in for an individual acct they have everything for teachers first responders and military etc... I just wanted for Nevada PUA SS# green card and state ID Looks like you have to contact support and that takes a while.

Terrible Customer Support. It’s been days since I submitted a support request and have received no answer at all. It’s shameful they don’t even have a phone number.

Trouble. I’m having trouble getting everything verified because I just now moved a new address then the next day was a try again I have to start from the beginning and then he’s needing something else so I’m not really sure what’s going on or if this is even real I’ve spent a week trying to get him just to verify me and it’s going around in circles and I feel like you just getting my information so you can get into my accounts and when it happens it I will follow suit because I’ve heard about these places and I thought this was your night still think it’s legit but why is it so hard to verify Ma identity when you clearly have done a face scan I showed your bill with the address on it I’ve done everything I can do I’m not gonna keep doing it and it’s wasted my time the Mets name is Robert

This app is a joke. If u try to upload ID for unemployment instead of app allowing u to do that it dents you to help center how to do it. Is not helpful at all. Is also not possible to add address. It pull all out my Google account. What if I don’t want my personal address of phone number to be attached to Google account. This makes no sense.

Overly complicated. Using the app I find myself having to login about every other minute just trying to upload documents to verify my identity. And while using my PC, the front of my license uploads, but the back twirled for over ten minutes before I just quit and closed the page. I have used other security programs that are FAR more user friendly. Just who did you blow to become the chosen security protocol for the federal government???

Poorly written. After signing up for Id.me to access military records and getting messages that they were downloaded (but not accessible) I tried downloading this app. It says that the app must be updated. When i try to update I get a message that no updates are available. This app is clearly not ready for prime time.

Excellent Application. I use this for all my TOTP applications and works great. I use Facebook to sign-in / protect my credentials along with Fingerprint/Passcode protection

New to app but give me error screen. I just downloaded the app today and I cannot get passed the login screen. DS Login doesn't work for me. I even downloaded the I'd.me referee app and that didn't work either!!! C'mon! And who is writing these 5 star reviews. I want that kind of experience

ID.me rocks!. ID.me wallet allows me to easily view my verifications, check from which partners I have received discounts, and update my email and multifactor settings.

Fix it. Tried to log in on the app and keep getting error message. Use the website and it works fine.

Login issues. Really want to use this app but it just keeps telling me there is an issue accessing my account! Edit: I had deletes the app due to it not recognizing my log in information. Well just came back to try again and it still is telling me it’s incorrect. Please note I can use the actual website! I get a bad feeling this app is a fake! Be cautious!

Love ID.me, the app not so much. It angers me to see so many fake 5-star reviews. The things mentioned in some aren’t even available in the app. The app “works” for me, but all I can do is simply login and see my account. I cannot see what offers are available. There needs to be a section under each ID type that then shows available discounts. There needs to be a search feature for specific types of sites i.e. sportswear or technology. Until then the app is virtually useless. The website at least works so I will continue to use that, though a clean app interface would be awesome. 5-stars for ID.me minus 3-stars for a useless app that does work = 2-star rating.

Error retrieving profile information. Tried email and Facebook login and neither worked.

App keeps failing at startup. I don’t know if this app is still active, but it keeps failing at startup making it unusable. I see that there hasn’t been any updates since 2017, so that might be a sign. If I am wrong can someone please let me know.

Crashes every time.. Doesn’t seem to work at all on Iphone 8 Plus. I get the same error every time. “ there was a error getting your profile information”. Don’t waste your tome with the download.

Not working for me. App continues to use safari browser after I change to use Firefox. Trying to verify state yields to cookie problems and will not accept password. I can log in fine to ID.me and see my account. Cannot get to verify upload documents screen because I can’t log in.

App does not work. Downloaded the app 3 days ago have not been able to log in. Went to the website logged in with no problem. App simply does not work

Hard to access. Tried multiple times to sign up with error messages that it couldn’t access my profile. Finally got in and the Sams Club offer said it included former military get a gift card when renewing but when it took me to the sams club page the offer details specified active duty only and non-members only. Also, it can verify your eligibility through USAA account. But any military family member who has a USAA account can can verified I would imagine, even though they aren’t a military dependent anymore. The app not working when creating profile and trying to sign on was the most annoying thing though. I ended up deleting the app.

Get it fixed!. Like many of the other reviewers I too was unable to login. I received an error message that the app was unable to find my profile which I know exists. Please get it fixed!

Complete waste. I need to create an ID.me account to apply for unemployment. Five days later still no response from anyone in their super department (I’ve filled multiple tickets). There is no place on the website or app to “verify my identity”. Loads of tutorials on how to upload a selfie or document, but that place doesn’t exist on the website. Extremely frustrating

Id.me. Very difficult to use. Never could get to the end. Tried two different ways. First as a residency, 2nd a retired RN . I got so flustered I was ready to break my i phone 7. Maybe I need a newer phone

Gotta LOVE being FORCED into using ID.me. First of all, unstable. All of the ID.me are unstable and my most recent identity monitoring report not only show they SOLD MY INFRO FROM THE OTHER ID.me APP…and…wait for ut — they got hacked and still have yet to notify end users. I want to know how much this company spends to buy politicians and bureaucrats got paid to FORCE We, The People having to use these unsecure, irresponsible and downright criminal app framework. Thanks for making it even note clear how corrupted government has become.

Works for me.... Seems to work all right for me it’s a pretty basic app. I’m logged in to my account and can see my troop ID. The app does have a lowercase ‘g’ in Coast Guard on my ID which knocked off a star for basic thoroughness....

Removed from phone and reinstalled same issue.. beyond disappointed was a great now it’s a waste of space. Delete delete delete... Do not download app creators have yet to fix the issue. Missing option. The whole reason I downloaded this app was for drivers license but there’s no option to add one just: TROOP STUDENT RESPONDER TEACHER GOVERNMENT I originally thought I could put it under government...no such luck as I need a .gov e-mail
