Wow ! Take a look from space, what a world !. Wow ! Take a look from space, what a world ! This offers you different views from the space station and it really makes you think that if you were up in that space station what would you be thinking of seeing the vastness of space versus the earth down below. It can be both very enlightening to the other extreme very scary. I am myself I could not spend a day up there I’d be terrified. God bless the men and women of the international space station.

Opening just stays end subscription won’t start. The program is great but after the iPhone update it’s totally different and I cannot get “Live” to come up! I am disappointed. It acted like this when I first bought it for .50 a month.... they want wrote me back. I’ve notified PayPal since I pay monthly for it. Support goes to Vito but no where to give a communication with creator.

Weird design. Can’t look up and find satellites.. Strange approach. It appears that you must search a list of soon to be visible satellites by name, choose which ones you want to see. Then one at a time, select them, and try to find it. For me, I’d much rather look at a view of the earth from space showing all the satellites being tracked at once, and tap on ones near me to look for above. That is how Satellite Safari worked (apparently no longer available) and it was much more useful for me.

HORRIBLE. Won’t work. Where is the information to set this up? NOTHING WORKS!!! I had a list of satellites that you wiped away and now it’s worthless. I cannot find any information anywhere to set up which satellites I want. This is WORTHLESS and a waste of time. How do you think people are going to magically know how to set up your site when it says nothing????

Paying. I’m currently paying for an app that isn’t operating.. I’ve tried to “restore” several times.. even tried un-subscribing.. Nothing is working. I’ve tried support, haven’t gotten through or gotten any answers.. At one time this app worked.. Now I’m paying for it and it doesn’t??? Not currently getting notifications

Love space. I became interested in ISS. When I saw my Orlando meteorologist make an announcement you all were coming near me. I stay up that night, did not see immediately and had given up ,and then I saw the shuttle, I am scared of snake, I danced in my back yard. I phone everyone to tell the good news. Now I can’t wait to see you all a second time. Until then I will keep watching and waiting for you all to pass my way.

99 cents. Most of us lose 99 cents in a couch cushion in a day. It's cheap. 99 cents for like 3 months I think and it's easy to cancel. This developer is doing us a solid. I also like that it's not complicated. It has to be simple so the average person can enjoy it. For the more advanced science nerds out there, there are bigger better more appropriate tools. This is for the novice. I don't want to be a rocket scientist, just a casual user to have simple fun with. There needs to be more satellites though. One new one per month or something. It's fun to see a satellite then open a tab and google and learn its history and stuff. What would be REALLY cool is to have a live forum for the ap users to chat with while seeing the satellite travel across the sky! Link users and satellites. It would be cool to know when a person "sees" what I'm seeing in real time 400 miles alway. More user interaction...more of a collective experience. Also, maybe integrate the live camera feeds for iss into the page so you can track and watch....I have a stupid powerful laser and I'm dying to see if I can see a tiny green dot on the camera if I shine it up there. Boy wouldn't that pizz off the flat earthers if you could see it live on camera in orbit!

Cool, thought out and designed to easily use find satellites you want to see in real time. Voted best app off 2016 which tells me its three years old. But after using it around ten minutes I would of never known I was playing with a older app. It’s fresh. Good graphics if it was just out. Maybe major updates kept it so good. If all your looking for is to know where the important satellite’s are in real time. It’s going to be hard to find a better app.

Alerts you tho ISS is in shadow?. The visuals are very nice. You get three views of the ISS position plus the ability to point your phone at some of the brightest stars and see their names. When ISS passes, center it on your screen and your phone will be pointing at where to look. I am disappointed that the app tracks satellites besides the ISS only if you subscribe. It’s there in the fine print; so, despite the fact that I’m going to immediately uninstall the app, I can’t ding it any stars for that in the rating. - - - I’ve retuned to deduct three stars. I’ve gone out to look for the ISS three times and not seen it. Perhaps it’s in earth’s shadow at 7:15 pm in December; but if it is, the app ought to have calculated the brightness and not alerted me.

App review in short. This app is really fun. The timing is pretty spot on for when satellites are flying over. Even thought the only one I have been able to track and actually observe is the ISS. The app is stuck in constant still downloading limbo for the others. The other views the app has about the satellites is pretty remarkable giving you a view of several different angles.

Unsubscribe try and find. Tried free trial Just wanted to test app Next thing they have you subscribed And they have a support email that bounces back your email as spam And no option to unsubscribe So iTunes is no help also so had to go to credit card to not pay Just a bit of advise look at app and if you like it just hit the free trial button and you will be subscribing cause there is NO Free trial cause there is no way to cancel subscription Vitto Texh sends me a email (instead of just canceling for me)on how to cancel sub. I followed it and it gives you 2 options 1 renew and 2 renew no where is a cancellation option So I looked at app for 10 minutes and canceled It then weeks later I got billed 52cents for this month Apple says I canceled sub If I canceled it why did they bill me? They are no help so go to your credit card to put stop on As a disabled senior just a bit of advice look at trying to cancel before you try the bogus free trial

The best review of the worst app ever. Whoever made this has an extremely low IQ. The clouds on the globe move way too fast to be realistic. When you first open the app it asks you if you want to use the current positioning or use manual positioning, I live in FL and it put my location in Africa. I couldn’t even change it. You can’t see any satellites anywhere, the only thing you can do is move this replica of the earth around and check out all the countries which is pretty cool, until you realize that the Pacific Ocean covers half of the earth, and China to Europe is another half of the earth, and then the Atlantic and United States is the third half of the United States.

For all those Stargazers!. I’m 51 and if I had this tech and app when I was a kid life would have been very different for me. No longer can one just glance at the night sky and wonder…now, we can wonder “How much metal is actually in low earth orbit and how does my amateur Astronomer brain cypher everything this app provides! Now I’m not going to say everything in this app is legit (seriously though how cool is it if it is!?) The only reason I’m not rating it a 5 stars is there is no way to prove all the tech is real! I sure hope it is as it sure is a fun app and has provided hours of backyard viewing and letting the mind roam the great space ways.

App rating. Could be a little more information on how the app works. Would only want to be notified when a satellite is passing over my location that I could see. Price is a little high for what your getting and there are several free or lower priced that does the same. Maybe not as nice in the graphics but your just wanting to find a satellite then try some free ones first.

Super app. It is wonderful to see brave men and women in space in the ISIS. and to be able to see them pass over your location. It is traveling very fast and it so cool to be able to see ISIS live. Very cool to see them!! I still continue to this day watch the ISIS and realize that people doesn’t know that it is flying over them. Thanks for allowing us star gazers and who are watching ISIS to be a small in what you do every day and night. 🌎🛰️🛰️❤️U

Accuracy. It seems as though the time accuracy is not very good. For example two nights ago it had the ISS at a certain time but it did not appear. 10 minutes later it appeared clear as could be. I’ve cross checked it with other apps and the times are not the same. Also I’ve never been able to see the Hubble or any of the other satellites and I suspect it’s because the times are incorrect.

Satellite Tracker. I just wanted to say that being able to look at our beautiful world is amazing and beautiful it’s brilliant to see what’s happening out there and though I’m extremely grateful and blessed I’m way too old to ever be able to visit other stars/planets I’m truly grateful to view this! Thank you!! Ps. What are those green circles around two sides of our world?!

Dad with kids. Problem is that the app does not give the order of passes by satellites. It makes you click on each followed satellite to see the next pass. That is a pain in the neck. Another problem is that this app gives alerts about the next satellite pass but when you click into other satellites in the list you find one that is passing sooner and at a better viewing time - like when it is dark and easier to spot and observe the pass.

CD43. Great for tracking the International Space Station. To track other satellites, they want a subscription of .99 cents every three months. That sounds odd. Why not $3.99 a year instead of every 3 months? Otherwise no complaints. I like the app but the subscription should be yearly, NOT every 3 months. Hopefully Vito Technology will change it to a yearly subscription. They make excellent astronomy apps.

Satellite tracker app. Super easy to use. All of the guesswork is done. I set my alarm for a minute before the satellite arrives and go find the blue tracking line. Even in hazy sky I can usually find what I am looking for. It is the easiest app to find something that is so small and moving so fast that I have ever seen. It is a solid # 1 in my book.

It’s good but needs some additional features to be practically useful.. There is no easy way to manage groups of related satellites. For example, HAM radio satellites - OSCARs and other “satcubes” that have repeater(s) on board. It could be useful to have such categories prefilled by known names and to have option to switch tracking on them at a “single click”. Another categories could be geostationary TV satellites, GPS/GLONASS/Galileo, Starlink. More information about selected satellite could be very useful, such as what does it carry (purpose), what frequencies does it transmit on, how many years does it fly, what country does it belong to etc..

great application ruined by bully marketing gimmicks. Dangle carrots in front of hungry horses. Nice program although the software industry needs to get the hell out of my face. I pay for my operating systems and I’m sick and tired of the marketing gimmicks that theses competing companies bomb and clutter our daily use of our devices. Thus company related to this great application in the way they choose to deliver it they are guilty of false advertisement and should be held accountable for wasting people’s time along with all the other companies cramming thus stuff in our faces. Because of it I will never pay them a penny for this application , great application but crummy business ethics:! I hope this helped

Why did you have to change what wasn’t broken?. I liked being able to see which satellites were passing overhead at the instant I was looking at the map, but after the last update that function is gone! Now I have which satellites I’m tracking and those I’m not; I have to manually choose from the hundreds of satellites in the lists and manually add them to the track list. I used to enjoy tracking the ones going overhead but now I don’t even know which one or where to find it in the list. Please give us the option again to see which ones are overhead at the given moment! It’s one of the two reasons I decided to spend money on the app, the other being I like how it showed the ISS information. The list of satellites passing overhead as it was happening was what set this app apart from the others. Taking that away just dropped the usefulness of this app for me.

Can’t see anything. When I first found this app I was super excited! I downloaded the app and it would tell me where the ISS was and when it would pass over. I must have seen the ISS a hundred times! With being happy about that, I decided to subscribe to the app in hopes to see more satellites. Turns out after I subscribed, I have lost a ton of sleep looking for the ISS, satellites and other objects this app claims to track. In the passed 3 months, I haven’t been able to see anything, and the skies have been clear! Hopefully they can figure the problems out, because I was happy when the app was free, but not when I’m paying for it!

Terribly misleading to even say there’s a free version. This app looks like it could be amazing, but I can’t tell because I can’t go five seconds of exploring it without having my screen taken over by a full page ad that lasts for five seconds before giving me a close option. I’ve tried to scroll through the list of visible satellites but on my second swipe up, the app takes over and takes me back to the subscription page. Make no mistake, this is not a free app. It will be unusable until you agree to subscribe. As another reviewer said, they use bully tactics to get your subscription. False advertising.

Unique Design 5 Star App!!. Well let me sit down here a moment away from the Hustle and Bustle of the Day to go WOW when I Download this app! Yup you talk about learning something let me tell you it’s unbelievable what you learn from this unique system that the Developer has coded in His software that just is amazing. I am an ole man and when I can go WOW at my age then let me tell you I am impressed. How often can you find an app that is so unique the price is low so an ole man can afford it? Not many I can assure you! I truly truly thank the Developer for the love hard work and time He has put into the Development of this app for you myself and our family! I hope if you take the time to read this you will download this app and give it a try! You will not be sorry ( really ) I Tip my Hat to you Mr. Developer for an unique Design 5 Star app that all of us can learn from. ( even this ole man ) that my wife says never learns! Well time for me to move on so they say before my Bones get stiff. Remember people Download this app learn something unique today right now this second. Well one last time Mr Developer Thanks for your personal love and hard work I Tip my Ole Hat to you and say Thanks! Yup

Super Cool App For Spotting Satellites!. This app really works! I keep track of which satellites I’ve seen by taking a screenshot of the projected path when I’ve spotted it, as well as the “satellite’s view” of my location as it passes over. Note that sometimes satellites are in the earth’s shadow and can’t be seen, or may be too dim to view if you have a lot of light pollution in your area as I do. For the latter situation I find a bright star or planet near the projected path and then scan the area with binoculars as the satellite is supposed to be passing by. My favorites so far are ISS and Hubble which can both be quite bright!

Only 15 Sats & Unsubscribing Near Impossible. After trying the trial version and being disappointed that I could only evaluate it with the ISS, I purchased a subscription because the price seemed so reasonable. Once I saw the subscription had only 15 satellites, I immediately tried to unsubscribe. As many others have pointed out in negative reviews, unsubscribing is nearly impossible. I experienced the exact same thing others did which is that the "unsubscribe" link in the app is broken and takes you no where. While I do not believe this app is intended to be a scam, the broken unsubscribe link IMMEDIATELY makes me suspicious. I had to spend 10 minutes googling to figure out how to forcibly unsubscribe by going deep into the iPhone Settings app. This is really a shame because with one exception, the design and functionality of the app itself seems pretty good. The only annoying thing about functionality (other than only tracking 15 satellites) is that you cannot zoom in on the globe to see precisely where the satellite is passing over. You can only see the whole global from space and get a rough visual idea of where it passes over. If the app had warned me ahead of time that subscribing only gives me 15 satellites AND if the "unsubscribe" button worked so it didn't give the impression of being a scam, I would have rated this app 4 out of 5 stars. Those two things would have saved me and many others a great deal of frustration. I do not recommend this app at all.

Wonderful app to track tye space station (and lots more)!. Very well done! Can give alerts to when the ISS will next be overhead where you are 👍🏼 host a watch party, or get kids excited about astrophysics. Excellent interface, you can see the earth below from the perspective of the station, or locate it in the sky with an easy-finder display, or see its location from off-planet. Very nicely done👍🏼big thumbs up!

Satellites above us. As the space above us becomes more and more crowded, this app will keep you informed on what is where on any given day or time. It also lets you know who’s on board the International Space Station. If you have kids, grandkids, neighbor kids...you will be the star on your block as you call them outdoors and point to the dark sky as the ISS appears and disappears before their very eyes. I wish this was around when I was a kid.

Turn OFF the sound!. No one wants an evening star app that notifies them then BLASTS beating drums and marching music when they open it. If there is a way to turn OFF the music and noise, they sure don’t make it obvious. It might be an ok app otherwise, but it’s NO good to even check out if you can’t turn the music off. Hey developers, please make an easy way to shut it off or people won’t want to subscribe (or is that what’s included in the subscription)? Update after receiving a response from the developer: No, it’s NOT my music that’s playing. It only happens when I open your app in response to a notification that the ISS is about to fly over. The music and sound I hear sounds like something I would hear during an ad for a conquering game (although the game never appears so I can’t close it). It might be something that is set by the advertising cookies that users can’t turn off. Try it and you’ll hear it. We replicated it on a friend’s phone too.

Yes!!!. Had an app like this years ago and really was not impressed. But on a recent camping trip with the kids , I thought it might be worth another shot. Worth every penny!!! (It was free.) The first night we spent at least an hour playing with the app, handing it around to everyone, and generally enjoying it. I thought the fun would have worn off the second night, but it didn’t. Looking forward to the next time I’m somewhere at night and can pull this out to see and learn more about the night sky.

Bring back upcoming pass feature. HOW DO I ACCESS THE SCREEN SHOWN IN THE PREVIEW PICTURE THAT SAYS "SPOT SATELLITES PASSING BY IN THE SKY"? THIS LOOKS LIKE THE SCREEN I USED TO USE THE MOST, WHICH I CAN NO LONGER FIND! This would have been a five-star review until a couple of weeks ago, and I hope it will be again! My favorite feature has been removed, or I can't figure out how to access it. You used to be able to see a schedule of upcoming passes for your location. For example: Starlink 2504 passing by now ISS next pass 1:02 Starlink 2509 next pass 2:45 Ajisai next pass 2:57 etc. This was great, because you could keep track of all the satellites that would be passing in a given time frame. It was the easiest way to know when was a good time to step outside and take a look. If this feature still exists, I can't find it. I sent an email to the support address about a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm hoping someone will notice this review and respond!

Incredible!. This app lets you see the positions of stars in the sky at night and during the day. All you have to do is hold your phone up in the direction you want to see and planets, stars, and satellites all appear there before your eyes! It is so cool to find a certain planet or constellation on the virtual map and look up and be able to find it in the night sky. If you or your kids have an interest in astronomy, this app is totally worth a download!

Bring this app on your next camping trip.. We live in the city with too much light pollution. Thankfully, my family camps quite frequently. On our sojourns in the wilderness, I use this app to alert/ help me spot the ISS when it’s overhead. My son especially, gets a thrill at seeing go by on a clear, starry night. It adds to the wonder of the world around us.

Hey you guys really gotta fix this.... This is such a beautiful app, but there is an offset between the ISS location, the timers and the notifications; they are all misaligned for me. I believe the map may be accurate but the time until it’s overhead is lagged and I get up really excited to see it only to find it’s already several hundreds of miles out of sight... it’s a really hard bummer because it’s a really beautiful sight to see

Happiness as much as Tinkerbel. When I have clear skies I am in the middle of the street, body of water or in a field using this app to watch the ISS go past. Two favorites so far. Once right over the top of my house. Second was the last night I was on a three week holiday on the island of Maui. I was so fortunate to see so many of the shuttles launch from my home State of Florida. 🥳♥️

Not Very Useful. Hopefully the developers will continue to work on this app as it has great potential. However, for now, it’s not very useful. For example, in an environment that is not pitch black, when it’s already difficult to see satellites, this app doesn’t help the user orient their phone in the sky. The view is very wide angle, and apparently can’t be zoomed. And, the text is too small to read, and I couldn’t find a way to increase the size to make it legible. Plus, even when a satellite is named, I didn’t find an easy way to get useful information about it. Lastly, perhaps it’s illegal to identify US government satellites. I don’t know, but that would be ridiculous since China, Russia, Iran, and every other country track our satellites. In any case, the reason I downloaded this app was to learn about the three satellites-in-row that travel over my location each night. But nothing. I can see them clearly, but the app doesn’t even display them. Maybe this is a great app for someone, but for me it was a disappointment even though I subscribed to gain access to the extra features.

INFORMATION. Lacking even the basic information on any of the satellites and history behind them? Should be able to see weeks into the paths they’re going to take, need information of the Astronauts and what type of experiments each one is researching! But overall it’s a great application! You do have some great features to it as well, I do love it when you can see the earth rotate as the satellites pass and I wish though that there was a pic of the actual satellite instead of the pulsating dot...

Doesn’t ID what you see in the sky. This app does not allow you to track all the satellites that pass over your location. Instead, you get to choose one item (satellite, space station, debris, etc.) from a long list of names that may or may not be what you see. After you select an item you must jump to a live view mode to see where that item— and only that item— is. You cannot select more than one object at a time. Thus, you must rush to find the item you see before it orbits out of view. Then hop back to the list to try again and again. There is no way to filter or sort all the objects. Often there are one hundred or more satellites in seemingly random order. If you already know a specific satellite and want to find it, this app might be helpful. If you want to find out what’s up there above you (like a airplane or ship tracker), or determine where to look for the next satellite that will pass overhead, you will be very disappointed.

Beautiful…just absolutely beautiful !!! 💫✨. This is the best app from tracking satellites 🛰 no question…no doubt In my mind. My favorite feature is tracking the ISS over the simulated earth in orbit….watching the beautiful dots of lit up cities go underneath…it’s very accurate imo…even little details like cloud cover and the stars above… green polar lights. This app should always exist….nice work ! 👍👍

Disappointed. I got this app because I wanted to see the train of linked satellites- the STARLINK-10, which is supposed to be easily seen with the naked eye. The notice I received from Star Walk 2 said to download this app, choose STARLINK-10 and it would send you notifications of flyovers. STARLINK-10 was not an available choice. Several satellites were numbered with a number followed by a (10), so I chose one of them in hopes of seeing the linked satellites. Twice I’ve received notifications that it was flying over, but I’ve yet to see one satellite - much less 10 linked together. So far, the app does not work as promised. I’m currently in the free trial period; I do not plan to continue with the $0.49 per month charge.

Best tracker ever. I think this is the best tracker ever. I always use it and show my parents my parents love this tracker we always look at the ISS (International space station) and I have a question how did you get all those satellites to except your request to track them and what do you mean by real time tracking? Please right a response I know you are probably busy but if you can please respond thanks 😀

No HAM satellites. If you are trying to use this app to track HAM satellites this app is not for you. It only allows to view a limited list of satellites, which is fine for spotting them in the sky. Because of this I am giving it a three star review and will be trying to unsubscribe. Update: unsubscribes without issues through the “unsubscribe” option within the app. Note to the developer: can you please add FOX-1B (RADFXSAT AO-91)and FOX-1D (AO-92) HAM satellites to the tracked satellite list? Also, feel free to reach out to me about other HAM satellites that could be added. Will re-subscribe (Along with thousands of other HAMs around the globe) once the HAM satellites are added. Update: Developer’s response did not address the app not having HAM satellites for live tracking. Dropping the rating by one star since it seems the developers are not even willing to acknowledge the issue exists. Here is the reply from the developer: "Thank you for downloading Satellite Tracker. This app was made specifically for real-time satellite tracking in the sky."

Finally!. My first month of having this app I never saw the ISS. I was really frustrated and disappointed. However, after doing research online I realized that I was looking at the wrong times. The app will notify you of every pass that the ISS makes but the catch is that not every pass is visible. You can only see the ISS about a hour before sunrise and about a hour after sunset. After realizing this I was able to successfully see the station. It was very cool! Great app!

Squandered opportunity. I was curious about what was in my night sky and if it might be a satellite or perhaps a star. Thought this app might help and whilst it has a tonne of features the comment from two years about not being able to readily identify stuff above resonates still. There’s a long list of apparently visible satellites but every time I tapped it they seemed to be nowhere near where I was looking anyway. Surely it can’t be that hard to show me what satellites are in view where I point the phone?

VERY SIMPLE 👍🏼. I've been enjoying this app for multiple years. Probably since it beginning 9 yrs ago. It now has an annoying bug. The degrees in "Elevation Above The Horizon" is reversed😩. luckily most of us can tell the difference. And I have checked and dbl checked my ios device, and compared it with friends device. Same thing😞. AND hopefully soon!, You will add "Starlink" Satellites in the mix. 👍🏼🤞.. I would gladly pay $$ for the upgrade! Keep it safe, hopefully Covid isn't affecting developers. ✌🏼

Only track one satellite at a time.. This app has great potential to track many satellites, but if you see one go over your head, you have to frantically switch to each satellite in hopes you will get to identify it before it disappears. All they need to do is have an option to track all satellites at once! They could reduce the amount of info about each satellite, just what it is when you point to it. If they made this mod, I would be happy to pay for the app as well as the subscription.

Such A Rush!. My friend in Cali told me about this app. I set it up, turned on the alert, and waited. When the alert went off I went outside. The app told me where to look in the sky. I watched the satellite fly over my head in Norman, Oklahoma! He said he had to go because he was going to watch the same satellite fly over his head in another 40 minutes! The insane part was that the satellite was headed east! Forty minutes from Okla to Cali going the long way! Super Cool!!! Hooked for life! Gonna tell everybody I know!

One of my favorite apps as a citizen scientist. This app is amazing, I’ve been able to identify objects in the sky I’d always seen but was never enlighten on what they were. And any age could have hours of fun with this app. Go outside, lay a blanket down and look up. The only thing I would like to see,if possible, is an update that shows which specific satellites are passing above your coordinates in real time. I implore you to download this app if youre an astronomy enthusiast.

Inspiration4. This app is a load of rubbish, inspiration4 landed back on earth hours ago and the app is still showing it up there? What other sallelites are we watching that are not where they tell us? And what a surprise hard to send a bad review all the names are taken

Good info but why the adds. This is a paid app, why am I still having to sit through ads when I click between the different modes??

Bad tracking. Tracking is off and when trying to find a small light is hit and miss when aiming the view to the sky

Father of a Next Generation. For a younger generation It's a great tool for school fun and natural excitement when an object can be found

No clear instructions. I’m new to satellite & star gazing and find there is no clear instructions on how to use the app

Can only track the ISS free. All other satellites are locked and require subscription.

The best. Looking forward to seeing the iss every time this is the one ☝️ for you

iPad. It would be great if app would flip with change in position iPad rather than fixed. Otherwise great app

False name. The app is called Satellite tracker but only gives you the iss you have to pay to see anything else. Very disappointing.

Too many notifications. I’ve turned them all off but they still come through

Yvonne Impiombato Artist. I have had an interest in astronomy since my childhood. I recently wanted to make a painting of a galaxy and also to learn more about space while doing the painting. I read about the Star walk app in a magazine called ‘Great Australian Outdoors, since then I have been captivated by the beauty of the app and the amazing information it provides, this is a daily joy for me and I wanted to say how much I appreciate the work that goes into it . Thank you to the astronomers and the creative people who produce all of this wonderful information. Y.

Simple, accurate, amazing. Absolutely brilliant

Mumma Bear. Why is my husband spotting satellites that don’t even show up on my app . Just bought this and I am trying to explain why I paid for an app that doesn’t even show satellites we can see with the naked eye :((((

Used to work well now a disappointment.. Functionality to alert to any satellite about to transit in vicinity now removed, so app has lost its primary purpose.

Great. It’s a great app. I use it all the time. and have pleasure in Showing and talking about what is up there. with my gran children. As most people do not have a clue to what’s up there and what it is doing Doug

Only works with internet access?. I was considering subscription, although it seems a bit mercenary. But on a recent camping trip It seems (unlike star walk) that it won’t work in gps alone and you need Internet access? Kinda defeats the purpose if most of the places you are likely to be able to do some decent Star/ satellite gazing aren’t going to have phone service or wifi!

Absolutely fascinating. I had no idea you could do this.

Only get ISS without paying. You only get access to the international space station and that’s it. You have to pay for the rest.

Rip off. Constantly trying to force you to pay.. Relentless adds and attempts to make you pay. Unusable.

DISSAPOINTED. I was led to believe that the app can be tried out for ONE WEEK for free and WITHOUT having to subscribe. I ended up getting charged $0.99 to use it for a month. I DIDN’T WANT THAT....I wanted to use the app for free for one week, and then if I wanted to, I could subscribe. That’s what I thought was going to happen. INSTEAD I get charged $0.99 for one month. NOT GOOD......LET THAT BE A WARNING TO ALL FUTURE APP SUBSCRIBERS.....

Doesn’t track in the Southern Hemisphere. Satellite tracking doesn’t work. You can directly point the app over a satellite you see on the sky and shows nothing. If you track an upcoming satellite in the app, still nothing. Sorry but it it might work in the northern hemisphere, but not here!

Hard to use. Think a subscription is a bit much don’t mind paying $7 for satellite live but not a $1.50 every 3 months

Satellite finder. Nice APP but it could be better if you could select all passes not just visible passes. This would help when trying to contact the satellites by ham radio.

No go. This app shows you no thing unless you pay money for up grade

Garbage. Doesn’t tell you they are going to charge you on the App page, there is nothing about costs, you only find out after you go to the trouble of downloading the app, then it wants to charge you, when you say no it kicks you back to apps page. No stars from me, unfortunately I have to give at least one or I can’t post this, if you want to charge, make it clear on the apps page so you can see it BEFORE you download.

Great app. Thoroughly enjoying this app - very cheap and great for space buffs!

Good at what it does. Not yet found a way to verify what satellite I can see overhead. Excellent at tracking those I specify.

Good. It is good but why can’t you see out of the satellite or space station which ever one it would be super cool if you made it so you can see out of the space station or satellite

Pop up ads. The app recently had a update and it now shows ads while you are navigating the app. You can’t stop them or skip them. When you are trying to keep quiet because of a sleeping baby and you weren’t expecting any loud noises. The ads pop up waking the baby. I looked through the app and can’t find where to purchase a subscription to remove the ads (it might be in the App Store but not in app). This was a good little app. But no more.

Free version is too limited. I really wanted to track many satellites, but the free version only tracks the ISS, therefore I can barely use it. I was really wanting to see the SpaceX Crew-6 Mission. But it will probably not let track it unless I pay for the extra content. I don’t feel like taking the free trial because it’s one time, then I have to pay. Please increase what you can do with the free version. Also there is ads popping up quite often a little annoying, but you have to make money.

Confusing Interface. This app is terrible. It’s great for finding the ISS but not for any other satellites. It would be better if there was an easier way to find and track just normal satellites that were visible at your location.

Adds adds adds. It’s absolutely garbage if you use the free version, nothing but adds. Don’t bother!

My thoughts. Love watching the space station passing through. Watch occasionally when it comes overhead. I am time poor

Ads after subscribing?. Subscribed to the 7 day free trial to which I was charged immediately? Ads are displayed still which was highly annoying as I was trying to show my son a satellite that was rapidly passing overhead. Not a good memory this endeavour was.

Odd feelings about this. It is really good at tracking the satellite but you have to pay for a lot of things and I find that a little bit weird and bad because we can’t pay for everything

Great platform, lots of room for improvement. Suggested improvements: - Enhance satellite database - Enhance tracking accuracy - Enhance alert consistency Happy to elaborate further. Please feel free to get in touch.

Warning, tracks you, not the sky. App is completely useless without an agreement to a subscription trial which auto renews by default. But not only do you have to pay to use the app, they also tell other companies who you are, where you are, and what you’re doing.

Great app. Use it all the time. Very informative and accurate

Very few satellites. I was expecting a lot more satellites to be unlocked with the subscription, the app only had about a dozen you can track.

How do I use this. How do I use this app. It’s installed but no instructions. I’m so interested and I’d like to show the grand children. Boys and girls 8 yrs old

Awesome. Very accurate. Where is the unsubscribe option on the app?

Satellite Tracker. Excellent information should be more free credit for loyal customers

Subscription?. Could you confirm if what I pay is once only fee? If is a subscription is enough to cancel by deleting app? I wasn’t able to locate unsubscribe option, please advise.

Fantastic app. Love this app! Those dots in the sky become much more interesting when you can identify them. The app itself is so simple to use.

Awesome. How good is it that we have apps like this

Exceptional. Looking skyward made easy or 1 o one :) ! Great for either novice or the more advanced

Minus ten. I hadn't even had the chance to use this app before the box popped up begging me to say something nice about it. But I cannot. Your pathological need for positive reinforcement means I have no idea what this app is like yet. Please stop asking me to rate your app. There are far less lazy and intrusive ways of getting feedback.

International Space Station. Fascinating, although I haven’t had the chance to time it’s passing overhead.

Wow, what price a luxury.. I am not afraid of paying money for an app. I have paid $50, for a few, but asking me to pay a subscription for this? No. Not Worth it. I would pay $15 once. But that is my limit. Maybe you could explain the costs behind the price.

Tracking ISS. Great fun, and excellent graphics for tracking ISS. Also sky tracking feature is very useful, accurate and impressive.

Fake reviews. So many fake 5 star reviews. The app is basically usable without a paid subscription.

First rate tracker. There’s nothing better than a tool that will identify satellites using a friendly GUI to make an evening of star and night sky gazing more interesting. The app tells you where to look to find hundreds of objects.

QuiT. Impossible de quitter Impossible to quit

Awesome. Awesome

Best tracker out there. Well worth the subscription too if you are an avid stargazer and satellite tracker.

BriefLee. Ok

Mrs. Good application

D A T A T R A C K I N G and L I N K I N G. The vagueness in who tracks and links what is disturbing. Simply. This model needs to change, it’s invasive. Sucks too, because now I will have to delete your apps from my kids hardware and my own. Disappointed. Responding - I am not “confused”. Interesting you would put it that way though. Read your info under privacy. Lots of data talk there talking about what “may be used” used to track me across multiple platforms and what’s not personally linked to me. Last time I checked with apple… my device is intimately connected to me through passwords, facial recognition, LiDAR facial mapping, my MAC address and my voice. Your “data use” policy is vague both linked and ahem… not linked. Save your insults. Wow… Amazing. If whom ever responded to my comment … find a new a new job. Your customer services prowess really needs some work. Gone to 1 star.

Vraiment pas à la hauteur !. Je ne recommande pas cette achat ,désolé. Je vais sûrement me désabonner bientôt.

Grateful photographer.. Have always enjoyed the notifications and looked forward to filming the event. Thank you so much.

Satellite Tracker. Apps been great

Sort by passing?. Can you add a feature to sort by which satellites are passing over you?

This app is cheaper than the price.. Complete waste of time and money. Don’t bother with this app. You can do better just by watching YouTube or NASA TV

Fix “Location”. Every time you open the app you have to enter the location manually if you want to preserve your privacy.

Great app!. We watch for the ISS in Canada whenever it passes overhead and the sky is clear. Very accurate and we have told our neighbours to watch with us.

Good one. Thank you for everything. I like and I’m huge fun ok..🌏🌍🌟💫❤️

Amazing !. Stunning thanks I wish there was satellite’s name as well but this app is great 😊

Unknown. I downloaded this app, sat down on the toilet and the minute i turned it on, the power went out on the entire block. Seems weird but i turned it off and deleted it & the power came back on! not the app you want on your phone. Lol

Cash grab app. Terrible that you have to pay for virtually everything.

Cool but I’m not. I just don’t use it enough as that I’m not as nerdy as I should be, it it’s a cool app.

Extra. Excellent

Confusing. I honestly could not get this to work. All it shows is the international space station. Not very intuitive. All I wanted was to see what satellites were in our area at any one time but it doesn't appear to be easy to do that.

Misleading app name. I got this app because it was called “Satellite Tracker”. The only satellite it tracks is the International Space Station as far as I can tell. To track any other satellite requires an upgrade to a monthly subscription.

Star walk. C’est super intéressant, j’adore, nous pouvons voir la station spatiale passée au dessus de notre maison et voir son parcours autour de la terre, génial et félicitation pour ce logiciel incroyable et un gros MERCI pour nous en faire profité.

No Notification Control. Great app for tracking by satellites, but there are constant notifications for Astronomy related trivia and there does not seem to be a way to disabled them - it’s either all notifications or none. Would be 5 stars if there was a way to turn-off all non-satellite tracking notifications.

Application. J’adore cette application elle me donne toute l’information donc j’ai besoin.. merci

ISS. Fun

Please address HAM operator needs. Not bad as a general tool if you are satellite gazing in the visible EM spectrum. However HAM and other communications operators use satellites in the radio spectrum of the EM band and don’t care if it’s daylight or unlit. It would be nice to see the satellite azimuth regardless of lighting conditions. Also most of us who are interested in satellites use 24 hour notation for time. Please offer this. Update — I went back to mess with app and it now lists tracked satellite passes in 24 hour convention. Odd since I didn’t change a setting … also leading zeros should be display for “am” times though.

Love it! Simple & just what I needed!. Love it! Simple & just what I needed! Whenever it passes my area, I go outside and lookup and viola! (Looking fwd to you adding the Chinese Stn, you’ll get a ton of downloads!)

Satellite app. Not sure what this is not an easy app to figure out. Not sure what it is following seems like only one Sattelite not worth using

Info. Since the last update the satellite tracker no longer Works very disappointing i cannot opens the application

Incredible. I find this app to be very educational and fun👍🏽

Complètement imprécis. Crap

This app is awesome. This app is awesome it is very easy to use and it helps. You understand how a satellites pass over us each day each night very intriguing.

Garbage. If I could give it negative star ratings I would.

Easy and Accurate. Although finding any space object is all about math, this app makes it easy for the layman to find the ISS. It’s fabulous!!! I have no problem telling friends where to find it as it passes over.

Only see ISS. Garbage

Wacky Compass. Usually works great. Compass is sometimes way off and I have to use the compass on my phone to make sure it’s right (or wrong). Also AR tracking is always just a bit off. Otherwise it’s a great app

q. w

Love watching the night sky.. And this app makes it so much more informative.

ISS. Wow works great!

Great app.. I love this app!

Screen doesn’t rotate. wondering why the screen does not seem to rotate on a iPad from portrait to landscape?

Star tracker. Excellent job Many thanks my friend

Clunky and unusable. Been trying to find a good app that can closely approximate what Heavens-above.com accomplishes, but I’m still looking. This app is confusing and not easy to navigate. Someone tell the developers that most people don’t want to track satellites individually. Show us the sky and satellites in real time from our location. Simple. Not whatever THIS is.

It just sucks. It sucks

It’s ok. Good if you know the satellite you are looking for. Not for identifying satellites in the night sky.

Ripped off. I got this on a free trial basis, canceled my subscription immediately because I didn’t like the app. I was charged for one month’s use anyway and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Not an honest dealer.

Stupid. Impossible for the average joe to figure out

Awesome app. The app is awesome I’ve been watching the star for as long as I can remember now I’m able to know the name of everything I’m looking at is nice. I always love to watch the ISS go by one day visiting my sister and brother in Texas and I showed them the now are users also. Thank you Israel Leal

Space vehicles. I’ve been interested in space history since I was stationed at a Nike Missile Site (Army) In Pennsylvania in 1956, now 84 yrs old and still trucking 😃🛸. I also watch Ancient Aliens on 💐TV, and related programing. My son served in Homeland Security, and related high security, in Australia, DC and Chicago. Proud to be an American. 🇺🇸❤️🕊Ed Genest.

Great notifications. I really enjoy using this app with my kids when looking for satellites flying over head. They get a kick out of the beeping when the satellite is about to appear in the sky. The accuracy is uncanny.

Tried canceling but still have money taken from my credit card each month. I’ve tried canceling this, and even deleted it from my phone, but I still have money being taken out of my account every month. Great at tracking satellites, but I find that I never use it.

Best tracker that I found however the new upgrade is very confusing. Very accurate and right on time all the time. But Not sure with the upgrade. Way too many to choose from. There needs to be a way to know how to display the old ones.

Best App Ever!. As a high school science teacher this app allows me to share space phenomenon with my students in real time! I encourage all my students to get this app when we study space. It is so cool, it notifies you when the ISS is traveling over your area and you can go outside and see it for yourself!!!! Best app ever!

TEN STARS!. This app, and every other app these folks produce is absolutely fantastic. This app is great for kids all the way up to adults. That’s what’s fantastic about the astronomy apps these guys do. They are incredibly informative to young kids and adults can use them as well!!!

Awesome. Everything was working greet until recently. Now the sun is coming up in the west and the moon is going down in the east. I’m not sure what happened but I need to get it fixed. Not sure how to do that

No telemetry, no coordinates of any kind. This app looks pretty but that’s about it. You will not learn anything particularly interesting about the different types of orbits satellites are deployed in today. Oh and you only get to view satellite IIS unless you fork over a subscription fee every three months. Starwalk is much better and provides much more detail and about everything there is in the universe. Does what it says, just thought there was more.

Updated review. Can’t cancel subscription through the app’s cancel subscription button. (Edit, developer patched issue within a week of review date) Tracks 15 satellites. It would be nice to be able to list by next pass. However it’s nice to get push notifications for passes. The subscription is cheap though.

Review. I think this tracker is wonderful for families with children. It provides a family activity that is both fun and educational. How better to spend time with each other, out in the fresh air? I just love it. I’m 88 yrs old and waiting for a grandchild to come and teach me how to use it. I’m sure I’ll enjoy it.

Absolutely astonishing.. Of all the things I do not regret that the world has become, I do not regret certain advances of technology which address and satisfy at least my own deep curiosity as to what it is that’s going on up there. This is fantastic. To display the aurora borealis? Unimaginable 30 years ago.

Add Brightness Range. I love this app because it’s very helpful in tracking the iss. The one thing I would suggest is to add a brightness range for each time the iss passes over your location so that it helps users decide which days are the best days and times to see the iss.

NO free trail. I signed up for the free trail because this seemed like a cool app, but I ended up cancelling it the next day when I realized I wouldn’t use it. It’s only 49 cents a month, but I still got charged a week later when it says on the App Store that the subscription had been canceled. I’m disappointed to find this charge on my card when I did not authorize it. If they do this to everyone who downloads app and only a small percent of the people report it, they are still making a huge profit. Criminal behavior if you ask me.

So Cool!!. This app allows you to track a satellite all around the world, providing second by second accuracy and coordinates so you know where exactly it is. The display is beautiful and pretty easy to use. Only downside is that you have to pay a small monthly fee to view more than the one satellite they give you. Still really neat!

SO AMAZING 💫. I love this app so much!!! I’m very into satellites so this was extremely fun for me and my brother!! The only thing is, you can track the ISS for free, but that’s it. I would like to have more options that are free. Otherwise this app is flawless!!!! 😊💯🌙⭐️

Not worth downloading even if it’s free. Seems a lot like a scam to make it so difficult to unsubscribe after signing up for the free trial. None of the unsubscribe links in the app work. You have to get into your iTunes account and click on your apple id to get to a spot where you can manage subscriptions. It would be easy for them to explain this but they provide no info and do not respond to emails to their support center. Otherwise it’s pretty useless anyway and the positive reviews have to be fake. You can only track and view one of the 15 satellites they follow at a time.

Very cool but kind of confusing. I love knowing when the space station is passing by but I find the diagram a little confusing. I have only been able to really locate the station by eye once. Maybe I just don’t have the right ability.

Iss. A of people are amazed that they can watch the space station if they know where and what time it goes over. I have introduced it to some of my friends and now they are hooked on watching it go over; day and night. Thanks for a great app!

Love.. Not a day I don't hop on here to check what is going on UP there. Fascinating. Got my friends on board. Only miss. Getting the alert at 5:30 p a couple weeks ago while on my run. Tripped over a crack while looking up to find it. All else good. #klutz

Day late and dollar short. I installed the app and paid for the premium service and double verified that my GPS location entered in the app was correct. When I would get notifications about satellite culminations taking place in 5 minutes, they were always just as the satellite or ISS was about to drop below the horizon disappearing from view. Not very happy about this. There are other apps that do the same thing so it looks like I will be installing one of those having deleted this one and cancelling my subscription.

Too many ad notifications with no way to turn off. Once a great app. Lately this app has been pushing sales notifications, and does not offer a way to turn them off. It’s either all notifications on or none at all. It’s a shame, as what was once a useful app is now relegated to another app full of useless ads. I got this app to notify me of satellites in my area, not to hear about the “Best apps of 2023” via a notification I don’t want. Very sad.

Having Trouble. Previous to my other times using this app was successful, however malware knowingly put on my account and IP address have made using it impossible, please help me break this hack.

It could be better. I have my Reminders set to 15 minutes prior to fly over and it doesn’t alert me. I also think that you should give me updates on what satellites will be in my area even if I don’t track them. Especially the next GEN ones. Thanks Dawn

Frustrating. It’s frustrating. I love to watch the HD camera, but every time they fly over US is daylight, the use the camera. I understand that’s the purpose of the camera, but it’s still frustrating.

Unhappy with latest changes.... Before, any satellite passing would alert you of its arrival. Now, you have to preselect the ones you want to track. How would I know which ones to choose. Please allow an option to alert me when ANY satellites are within my view. I will probably cancel if this isn’t available soon.

Fun but... Great app but not that easy to navigate. Took a while to figure it out. I got it to follow starlink sats and while I can track them, I have to go and select about 30 different ones, instead of groups or all. There is an option for visible sats, but they are really visible. Does not have many features either.

Solid app, but subscribes you without confirmation. At least twice now I have learned that I subscribed to the premium subscription only when I was billed for it. C’mon guys, hitting a menu button in the app to see what’s behind it shouldn’t subscribe me to something with no confirmation. I don’t care how good the app is, the UX seems designed to trick people into subscribing.

Great Anything But A Common Satellite Hobby. This app was such a near miss! Unfortunately I was wanting to use it to track amateur radio satellites and the app won’t alert you or even give you detailed information about daytime passes! If this functionality were present it’d be a 5/5 app, subscription and all!

Very cool site!. I like being able to track the ISS. Using this tool, I have been successful spotting it twice. The viewing area at my location is limited, so the coordinate information is very helpful.

Could be great... but it’s not.. This app showed so much promise but I have never found a single satellite using it. I finally saw the ISS using info from a news article and the app was trying to tell me the ISS passed me by over an hour earlier. That would explain why I could never see a satellite when the app told me I should be able to. AND it only shows a few satellites out of hundreds. It has great graphics and great potential but ultimately fails to deliver.

Waste of bandwidth. Like a lot of apps nowadays they tout some great thing but after you download it you find out you have to pay some exorbitant price for an app which was nothing more than a novelty anyway. If you don’t pay the ransom all you get is a graphic of the earth and the track of the ISS which is not at all what they make you think you’re getting on the app store. Apple should really do something to stop these developers who waste our time, bandwidth, and phone memory. So that’s my warning. Thanks for reading.

Zoom. This is a great app that I am really enjoying. The zoom feature seems to be a bit buggy. Is their a fix for that s in the future? I would like it if their was a life time subscription option as well. Great job on this app!!

Not worth it. Several free apps will provide similar information. This app chirps alerts constantly and often the supposed satellites aren’t visible. Maybe a great app if you need to track satellite but most hobbyists can probably do better elsewhere

Granddaughter loves it.. My 7 year-old granddaughter has been using this app with me for a year or two. She checks it on her own when she has my phone, now. She’s always wanting to see the ISS. We rush outside when it’s passing overhead. Great app. Love it.

ISS tracker. The App has some super graphics by fly by alerts are off by a lot. According to the app it’s says one hour and the tacking graphics says it’s in another position at the same time. A position that makes it impossible to see. According to this app it’s passed 5 times since I downloaded the App. How many times did I actually see it? Zero times!

Satellite Tracker. Easiest to navigate and most informative for tracking satellites. Select favorites for notification when in your area. Then easily change to see what else is visible.

No Starlink, no Dragon... (they came late). The app promises to have added the Dragon capsule “as soon as it is launched”, which is quite a while ago now. Also, Starlink satellites are not available in the app either. Feels deceptive, will try to unsubscribe... UPDATE: The Dragon capsule and Starlink satellites came up eventually, the App should be a lot clearer as to what is happening in the background in terms of vehicle updates etc. I’m still not convinced but have updated the rating.

Sat views. Amazing tech that allows so many perspectives to view our wonderful planet. The ability to rotate the image and see the planet in darkness and then rotate back again is amazing. The aurora is spectacular in that the process that causes it is invisible to the naked eye. Truly entertaining and wondrous that it can be viewed from a handheld battery powered computer.

Nice but it needs a calibration for current location. Most times the planets, stars don’t line up with where you are pointing to behind your phone. It be nice if there was a calibration setting to line up everything you’re seeing. Or maybe that options is somewhere but I’ve looked and couldn’t find it.

Trying to figure it out. I get an alert that the ISS will rise..however, when I tap to see its position, it is not easy to tell where it’s headed as the countdown time always exceeds the hour when it first alerts me. Also- it would be useful to know which direction in the sky I should look.... it also would be helpful if it had an in-app explanation of how to read the app itself- it’s confusing

Douglas. This app is totally amazing, I’m sure I seen the space station 50 times. I saw it two times today I wish I could communicate with them, just to tell them every time I see them. Again this morning

Great app but..,. The awful music that blasts out is startling and so far I find no way to disable it. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Support please reach out to me. I was able to turn it off now, thanks! 5 stars

Incredible!. Beautiful & educational with the ability to track the ISS as it makes its course around our planet & also to see where it passes each planet & known star in our solar system is just spectacular. Thank you for something so beautiful!

Not intuitive. I want the information that this app can give me. But I have done a great deal of fumbling around trying to figure it out. It is not intuitive to use, and the workflow is hard to figure out with no guidance. Is there any documentation or tutorial available anywhere? What do the number (e.g. 3.3 or 4.5 etc.) under a column that looks like it has a compass in the header? No clue at all.

keep loading...loading...loading. The app is nice BUT when I decided to subscribe it didn’t work out except the processing of my order. All I got, even after I reinstalled the app is the message “loading...” The only satellite which can be tracked is ISS. I hope the developer will help me to solve this issue.

Wow!. This app is incredible! If you like staring at the stars and planets this is a must have. I just now, for the first time, saw the ISS passing through the night sky. I just held the phone up to the sky and it was exactly where the app said it would be! I never realized how quickly the ISS moves across the sky. Also the planets, stars, constellations, and of course the moon. It has it all.

Awesome. This app is a must have for astronomy geeks. It is extremely accurate and easy to use. A few adds but they are not annoyingly repetitive and frequent. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who likes to look at the stars.

Wanting More. Your app is interesting and easy to use. I would like to learn the constellations using your app. Why aren’t they shown in the display as I look over the night sky? For example, Deneb isn’t important to me, but it’s always shown. I’d like to always be able to pick out the North Star, but it’s never shown.

It’s ok. First off, it does what it says. Now the two major items that keep me looking at other apps: 1. On the globe, it’s possible to zoom in, but then as soon as I release the screen it pops out to full globe view again. 2. No predictions for visibility. Primarily, for me this would include a few items: A. Location and time of rise above the horizon. B. Max elevation and time. C. Visibility predictions (in/out of shadow, daytime might be obvious etc...). D. Predicted brightness of the object. Without this information, it’s simply an object tracker ... not an observers tool. Love Star & Sky watch. This one is interesting, but for a paid subscription... it should have A-D above.
