You are right! My experience with ikea customer care is horrible !. They are so unreliable, and if you buy something you cannot exchange it . Only return! And they have no clue on your information. I had a year of communication with them it was a nightmare

Good. The app is fast and easy to use, you can use apple pay which is great. Cons no landscape mode Request : I would prefer to use it in landscape mode in iPad

Worst app. I order was scheduled 4 mounts ago with amount of 9150 SAR, I still haven’t received anything yet. When I summited a complaint against this company via ministry of commerce IKEA informed them that they solved the problem which is not true I don’t know for whom should I go to!!

Unreliable. For more than a month and half and I still didn’t get my order. Other people (influencers in Snapchat) ordered afterward and they got their orders in less than a month! This is totally unfair. I come to a conclusion: IKEA online service is totally unreliable.

I’m disappointed. Me and my wife are big fans of IKEA’s products, and recently we bought a new flat, so we thought it would be a great idea if we decorated with IKEA’s products, but now I just can’t, because after what happened in Sweden recently, with the Iraqi guy who burned a Holy Quran and the other danish guy before him, I feel really disappointed and disgusted by IKEA, like how could you open a branch in Muslim counties but you won’t condemn the disgusting act of burning the Holy Quran, and if you are okay with it then why bother selling products to us, you condemn antisemitism, and you once took down picture of some catalogue because it offended Orthodox Jews, so why can’t you do the same for us and respect our beliefs, is it because we are brown and have different culture than yours??? Or is it because you simply hates and just wants to profit out of us?? And btw we don’t care about others disrespecting or insulting us as Muslims, but when it comes to Islam and our Holy Quran than we just can’t stand it. So I’m and other more Muslims are going to try to boycott IKEA, and we will be trying to make other Muslims from other countries do the same. And man, sorry but you Europeans are really hypocrites.

Careful...Dont purchase online from Ikea through online. Dont purchase anything through this app. My money is stick there for almost a month. I made an order a month back and since i dint get any response on the day of delivery i was informed that the order not yet processed, i asked them to cancel. Its almost a month and i dint receive my money back. Ikea KSA customer care will tell its under process and within a week refund will be credited, for 3-4 week im hearing the same. Believe me u will get trapped if u buy online. No one to take care of ur complaints... And the stocks shown in this app is unreliable for collecting from store. This app can be used just to see price and for help in store.

Very slow. This app is very slow even in new phone and fast internet . If you try to buy using personal computer, the payment to not go. After you enter card information, the page will crash! How it is possible for big company like IKEA to have problems like this ! ?

Not functioning app. The search bar in the app doesn’t work and is not showing any results no matter what i search. I’m tired of updating and no changes happen!!! I’m just giving up and not shopping with IKEA any more. Thank you for the annoying experience

Worst online order handling. They are not professional in handling online orders I wait a month they did no deliver instead sent msg to pick up I went to pick up they refused to give I had to cancel the order and buy stuff myself from store Worst ever experience

Useless. The prices are in £, which is super helpful in Saudi Arabia (yes, that was sarcasm). You can’t save your address. You can’t submit a customer service request. Further, the 2 customer service requests I *was* able to save early on were deleted and never resolved (this includes *never* getting my points on an SAR 6,800 purchase). This app basically just takes up memory on my phone and makes me angry when I try to use it. This appears to be its chief purpose.

Update error. The app keeps asking to update it, while there is no update in the App Store . I already have the latest version of the app!!!! I can not use the app, each time I open it the update request pops up!

Keep ask for updating. The app keeps asking for update, even if it is updated to last version. Please fix this issue . And remove force to update from app

Very poor - the app won’t register me.. The app does not allow me to complete my registeration (signing up). When I complete writing my data it shows warning message indicating that there’s something wrong in my data. I triple check my enteries and did registeration process again but nothing works. Also I attempted to sign up from their website but it did not approve.

Add to shopping bag error. When you add items into shopping bag or wishlist, the items disappear after a while and you have to start all over again. This happened several times.

Fix it. Remove the “update available” notification because it’s making using the app useless!

Bad customer service. It’s been 2 months and my shipment didn’t arrive yet, even the customer service didn’t answered my phone calls after hours of waiting !! This is my first and it will be my last time ordering from this app!! ikea is a huge company what a shame..

Many Bugs - Unusable. When I select Dhahran as a city, I can't find Saudi Aramco district in the list. So I can't properly add shipping and billing addresses. Also when I want to have a different size or color of a product, the App crashes in 10 seconds!

Pay attention. This app need to develop and please update stock item number in the app , what ever i ordered will not be available after i pay money

not recommended. Don’t use the app for shopping , use it as a catalog just go to shop buy by your self and print paper to the logistic department to sent you stater million times than the application they are too late for technology even the costumer service are also don’t help you for application even the money return are also like dream DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION !! Really bad experience even one of my friends till now didn’t receive the request for now 9 months

Liars. Can’t change payment method expect to the credit card

Never order from the app!!!. Do not order from the app, they will take your money but you order will not be processes. I have a pending order for more than 2 weeks and nothing has happened even after calling IKEA numerous times. IKEA is a great store but ordering from the app is another story, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP!!

App is different than the website. Some products out of stock in the app and doesn’t show in the search but it available in the website, also my wishlist disappeared and every time I try making new one the app crash

Keep your info up to date. Online shopping isn’t an easy thing i takes hours of going throughwi was charged 100 riyal fir delivery even thoigh you say free delivery for irders above 500 riyal. My order was 1200 and i paid 100 for delivery. products to make a decision on what you want to buy. And then when you are finally done and have made your decision, you go to checkout only to find several items OUT OF STOCK.. even though it doesn't say so on the page for that product, it says IN STOCK. This really really pisses me off it happens to me every time i online shop from ikea.

التطبيق يعانى من مشكلة. لا يمكن اضافة المنتجات للمفضله كما لا يمكن تعديل كلمه المرور او استرجاعها عبر الايميل
