Great Items at Great Prices, Just Don’t Get Lost!. As the title implies - there are tons of items available on DHGate for very low prices. As long as you have some knowledge of the product you’re looking for beforehand & you pay attention to what you’re ordering, you’ll find you can get some awesome deals. In fact, my expectations have been exceeded on every order I’ve placed! Shipping only takes about 16 days as well...and I seek out sellers who offer it free of charge. The only hangup I have found is in the search functionality. Often times, items do not come up in your search even though you know full well they’re offered on there somewhere. Additionally, once you click on a suggested item, if you go ‘back’ to your search results afterward, you will NOT be taken back to where you were...you’ll have a whole new set of items to peruse. So click with caution! Other than that, I say just enjoy your shopping! You’ll find stuff you never knew you needed, stuff you didn’t know existed, stuff that makes you laugh, and some stuff you’ll wish you never even saw. It’s good fun!

Horrible sellers! Since 2023. I been a wholesaler for years with dh gate, I did the affiliate program, literally all my money got stolen from me all my earnings and it was over 97,000 worth! All together. Since 2023 it’s been horrible with the sellers!! I got called names with 2 sellers, tried to complete my $700 order and it came back fraud !! 8 times!! So it wasn’t taking any of my 10 cards and then I try my bank card and black credit card and still came back fraudulent! I wish I could show you all how awful these sellers can be; Leave me on read, ignore me for days when I spent over 3 thousand in 4 weeks the other seller both I been working with for years and then on WhatsApp they kept calling me names and refusing to sell to me and it’s been so bad. I used to get free gifts from my one seller now he’s gone, the 2 other sellers i been with for years now their horrible .. and to call me names off the record on WhatsApp ? A loyal customer. I will be getting my lawyer involved! So , don’t bother with this.. site go buy the real and if you find a good buyer that ships 5-10 days keep them. But when the quality was horrible with every single seller I’ve gone thru but 2 ! And the 2 main sellers their quality is horrid 😞 but I continue to buy because it’s quick but no more.

DO NOT USE DHGATE!!!!!. I’ve had success using DHGate up until 2018. I’ve ordered two football jerseys, a hockey jersey and a necklace. They all took over a month to be delivered to me in Virginia, but they got here. One of the football jerseys is actually such bad quality that the blue bled onto my white shirt I was wearing underneath and ruined my shirt. Beside the point! In 2018 I ordered a hoodie that ended up in Davis, California. I live in VIRGINIA. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ordered a bag that ended up in Clearwater, Florida. Again, I live in Virginia. I got a refund for the hoodie without problem. However, it’s been over two months and I’ve never gotten my money back on the bag that ended up in Florida. I’ve messaged the seller and DHGate directly without response. When I first brought it up to the seller, they were in such a hurry to close the case, they said they’d give me a refund and never returned another message. And for two things I ordered in November (a bag and a necklace), I still don’t have in almost February. The tracking numbers are most likely invalid. One says “label created, not yet in system” and the other says “status not available”. DO NOT USE DHGATE. Don’t use them if you actually want what you paid for. As someone who’s has previous success with DHGate, I’m telling you from multiple bad experiences to NOT use them.

Online is better than the app. The search bar doesn’t work very well when you’re looking for a specific item. It tells you to refine your search. I refined it to everything and it still has problems finding what you’re looking for. I know the app sells it because when I go online to DHGATE and not log in. I’ll put the same item in the search engine and it comes up right away. The App has problems looking for your items. Certain feature on the app are too close together and get in the way. The camera button is in the search bar. Every time I go to delete my search from the bar I end up turning on my camera because it is too close to the delete button. I like to scroll with my right hand, and that little bear paw or whatever it is always gets in my way and messes up the page I’m navigating through. I’ve had the app for about 6 hours and have be very unsuccessful on my personalized searches. I think I am going to delete the App. Although my chances are better finding what I am looking for on DHgate online. I’ll probably just avoid DHGATE all together. I’m already frustrated with the App. I should have just stayed online instead of downloading the app. So far this site has not been worth my time.

A+++ Don’t hesitate to download this app!. I have been a DH Gate user for years now and I have absolutely NO complaints! You can find almost anything on here. The sellers are cool and I feel safe ordering from them. I have only had one problem with a product out of over 30 purchases. When the item came and it wasn’t as the seller described, I attempted to communicate with the seller to fix the situation. The seller only wanted to refund me like $12 on something I paid like $45 for. The team at DH Gate looked over the communications and refunded the entire amount. They do not release the money to the seller until you receive the item and a satisfactory review is left. I am super pleased and will continue to order from this site. Plus you get discounts a lot of times when you order from the mobile app as opposed to ordering from the computer. Just order early because it does take a while to get to you because of the international transport. You get a tracking number though so you see where it is. A++++!!! Web site changed for worse. I’ve been loving this dhgate , I’ve been shopping now for 3 years. up until last month it’s been a nightmare . I try to shop for items on my favorite stores . Dh gate won’t allow me to access the full merchandise on that store. When I shop at that store , for certain items I go to category click on pants and it shows how many pants the store has. Before I would be able to see all 547 items of pants. Now with this new system , I go to The stores category and click on pants it says 547 items in category but I can only scroll down to 20 pictures to shop for . then at the bottom of the page it displays NO MORE !! Meaning I can’t shop for the rest of the items the store has . It’s like looking at the clothes in the store window when your shopping at the mall . but you can only see what the window display is, no walking inside to see more clothes. Same situation It’s frustrating for me and the seller. the seller has no items to display because DHGate won’t allow them to show all 547 pants items only20 . It only displays 20 of eachCategory. I’m trying to stay here but I might have to start shopping at Yupoo . I’ll wait for a response from dhgate but I’m thinking it’s not going to be resolved . I wish I can send a short video of what I’m experiencing . I hope I’ve explained it right to you guys . I hope you guys don’t exprience what I’ve been going through .

DHgate. Been ordering from them since October 2020. Was very surprised at the quality of items I had ordered. Aside from shipping taking extremely long, varies by shipper , could be 3 weeks or longer before you rcv your items. I have been very happy with the goods I have purchased. However, do your research before you buy! Make sure the seller your buying from has made multiple sales, ask for actual pictures of what you wish to order, most of photos on app are stock photos from internet. Legit sellers will send you actual photos of items. Don’t waste your money on quicker shipping, still takes just as long. You may notice that many sellers have same items for different price s, I’ve learned the hard way you get what you pay for, so if it’s real cheap and other sellers are all selling for more money, it’s likely the quality is terrible. Read reviews carefully, it’s pretty easy to tell a fake from real one as the grammar is not correct. I always place my reviews stating they are real. And make sure reviews have photos before you decide to purchase. There is no fast shipping from China! Expect at least 3 weeks to month to receive! That is considered fast.

DHGate is fabulous as long as you’re not unrealistic. I see a lot of people complaining about “quality” of items.... even a few screaming “oh my God it’s fake don't purchase!” Come on. We know we’re looking at inspired products or replicas of high end products, and for a fraction of the cost.... don’t expect a genuine leather designer bag to show up at your house when the original runs around $1000 and you shelled out $25. Like really? Are we that naive? Why would anyone think they’re receiving original items? That being said, only shop from sellers you trust. If you’re browsing around and click on a fringe item and then its ad has no reviews and the seller isn’t an actual store, I always click on “Find similar” and search for the more mainstream seller who carries the same or comparable item. I have ordered countless clothing items, boots for myself and my daughter of the “Australian” variety, makeup and hair accessories, jewelry, novelty earrings, etc and have never had a problem. Buying only from Good sellers with extensive positive reviews is the best way to protect yourself from losing cash.

DEALS! STEALS AND EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK. I have been a customer on this app for probably 3 years. I had no issues at first and then covid happened and I moved unexpectedly and somehow I never got 4 items. Defiantly no ones fault just crazy times. I recently started making purchases again and over all I’m happy just about every time. Granted I do my research. Once I find something I like or if I came looking for something specific I will look for seller with the most sales and positive feedback. I will not purchase for a seller with less than 500 sales but prefer over 1000. It’s hard I would really love to support new shops but there’s so many on this app and generally anyone who has issues it’s with a new seller. Someone’s you’ll 1 or 2 reviews for a new seller and their mind blowing amazing. DO NOT BE FOOLED! It’s not that hard to have your loved one your even yourself purchase something and leave a review. Anyways! I’ve good luck and once I find a seller I like I make I follow them and send referrals. The one thing negative I will say is when I have had issues something the communication between my self and the seller is Difficult because the language barrier and also because how things are Done in the US as far as shipping compared to overseas is a lot different. But nothing ever Going to be perfect when you operate on such a large scale like DHgate.

Insanely good if you know how to play...... I buy so much stuff. Burned a couple times early on but learned a few things that have been the key to finding criminally good deals, wink wink. Look for pics in reviews to see what’s in the box. Much like online dating the pic doesn’t always match the real deal but here reality is most often an improvement. Only buy from sellers who have over 1000 transactions and have 95%ish approval rating. If they sell crap the reviews will say so. Don’t buy the cheapest option and don’t buy the one option that’s way cheaper than the rest. Watch tracking activity and ask when item will ship after a week if no activity. Many sellers will send you a pic of your package and give you a good tracking number. I apologize when I introduce people to the app because it will consume you. You will feel like an idiot paying western retail prices after seeing what’s in here. Don’t search jordan 6s. Do search j 6 fashion shoe. Figuring out the way to search is critical to your success. Prepare to be shocked and awed compadre.

DONT USE DHGATE!!!. Okay so after using DHgate for a while I made numerous orders even when I was waiting my previous one. My mistake just couldn’t believe the prices on stuff, yes it’s to good to be true. I ended up waiting super patiently over a month as they said it would take 8-30 days delivery time. Started getting little things here and there never up to par. A xxl and xxxl turns out to be like a medium and a small in Chinese sizes, which I did look for as some put that in the description. Quality and size completely wrong, not to mention half of my stuff never showed up. Used the tracking numbers and some were not even valid tracking numbers and upon calling my post office they found some packages were deliver to Miami or Texas of wherever else except my house. After contacting dhgate customer service they were very hard to work with didn’t speak very good English and didn’t sound like they even knew what they were talking about. After talking in circles with her for quite sometime she said she would send me an email with instructions. Guess what email I never recieved. Reaching out to all sellers to tell them what happened guess who got no response from any of them, yup me. So after losing products all over and payments being released to seller even though I never said I received anything. Will not be using dhgate again and don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They are fake.

DH gates has ripped me off for a little over $340. I ordered a pair of dupe golden goose last Christmas 2022 for $125 and I never received them in the last year I have asked 4 or 5 different times how to get a refund from the vendor I purchased them from and they told me to click some button for refund and that button does not even exist anywhere on there website. I tried again this Christmas 2023 given them one more shot so I I ordered two Dupe overnight bags (and they were not cheap) and honestly LOL they sent me 1 ugly wristlet cheapest wristlet I’ve ever seen in my life but on the label it plainly says “delivered was 2 stuff sacks” and total weight of package says 10 pounds but it only weighs about a half of a pound. I’ll post pictures. I was really hoping for the best for this company to do me right on the second go around but they just proved to me that they are scam artists, liars, thieves, and they will take your money in a heartbeat. I would suggest buying your items from a five star business that has never done me wrong at all and has great quality items for the most part and I have purchased from them over 300 times or more and that is AliExpress!! just don’t understand why Dh gates can’t just do honest business and do business correctly….wouldn’t you make more money in the long run? DH GATES….THEY ARE THIEVES, LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, THAT WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU THE CORRECT ITEM YOU PAID FOR.

This one seller. So overall I love DHgate. I’ve been using them for a few years now. So here’s the issue. I purchase a pair of sneakers for my husband in March and they were sent to an address in California and I live in New Jersey. So I send a message to the seller open a dispute and they agree to send another pair. Now it took them almost to weeks to resend it and this was in April. So now here comes June I’m waiting on the second pair. I check the tracking and now this pair has been sent to an address in Texas. No now at this point this possible cannot be the fault of the post office. I have sent a couple of messages to the seller advising my order has been sent to the wrong address again with a screenshot of the tracking on where the package was sent too. They send me a message back saying that the problem has been verified. And I’m trying to tell them that this is the second order that I have sent and now they won’t respond. This is not acceptable. If you keep sending peoples order to the wrong place for the second time you should immediately send a refund not ignore your customer. I can’t dispute it again because if I close the first one then the seller will get my money. And I can’t find a way to contact DHgate directly. Oh by the way to use seller “leeace8889” they don’t communicate with their customers. After all this time of using DHgate I have never had an issue until now.

Bad customer service!. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past few years....Several thousand in the past few months. It's great to be able to order products one would like to have....but one dare not have any issues with shipping!....They don't even honor their own written policy!....Which states...If a customer's product is not on time...the customer is due a full refund....The seller gives you the run around, then they say they have 24/7 customer service, but you have to communicate with a bot....if you finally get an agent and explain everything....they ultimately don't want to help....This was my perception....just kicked me out of the chat, back to the bot telling me to ask the seller for the refund, when I shouldn't need to being that it's written in the policy the rules.....and the online chat was slow as molasses! I typed an entire paragraph...and it did not finish my typing until 5 minutes later....and the agent just ended the chat with no warning what so ever!....Really bad! Just keep in mind....If you decide to order....know there's a chance you're simply throwing away money!

SNEAKERMALLS BAD FOR DHGATE!. I purchased 2 pair boots in November from this company. I have been trying to correspond with this company ever since I made the purchase. They do not respond back to the customers. I have asked for my tracking information and no physical response. They have a generated message that pops up when you first reach the chat section. (THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED) If I could upload pictures of me talking to them and they physically ignoring me , I would. I received only ONE PAIR of my boots so once again, I contacted the seller and asked for my other pair and no response. I immediately contacted customer service and put in a dispute. I was notified that DHGATE denied my request. WHO SUPPOSED TO PROTECT ME IF THE SELLER IS NOT HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMERS????? I asked for a mediation and the first thing customer service tell you to do is negotiate with the seller😡 How???? When they are ignoring you. Customer service should reprimanded these sellers that give bad business to customers along with protecting the customers from this type of business. Why don’t you ask to see the dialogue between the customer and the seller? It would save the customer a lot of stress when purchasing and you would be aware of the type of business they are giving. I have taken pictures of all correspondence between me, the seller and customer service denying helping me with this matter.I NEED HELP RECEIVING MY REFUND FOR MY OTHER PAIR OF BOOTS I DID NOT RECEIVE !!!!!

READ THIS!!!!!. I have been using dhgate for about 3 months now. So far I have received 12/13 things that I have ordered and the one order I did not receive dhgate was able to successfully give me a full refund of my money. Currently I have 12 additional items shipping and on their way to my house and I’m positive they will all arrive. I know it’s difficult to find the right buyer and many people don’t like this app because they don’t get the items they bought but all you do is look at the reviews for the product you want to buy. There is even a filter in the top right corner of the app when you search things that allows you to find items that have more purchases and better reviews. Use these filters and Look at the reviews people leave and look at the pictures as well so you know it’s legit. By doing this you are giving yourself the best chance to get the best products. The only downside is the wait time but for the great quality of the products you receive and for the price you pay it’s totally worth it. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Worst company to purchase from. They advertise coupons that are nearly impossible to use. They have no way of calling to contact anyone for help - they only communicate through chat, which by the way is a robot chat. You have to wait in the queue to talk to a real person - which will take a very long time. And once you finally chat with a real person you might as well chatted with the robot because they are completely useless. I purchased an order which was a significant amount and was never given the option to use the new buyer coupon pack which my order would have qualified for. When I finally chatted with a real person I was instructed to cancel the order and then I would have to reorder and have them apply the coupon. After further digging they then told me that even if I requested to cancel the order it Woolf have to be approved first - and only if the cancel was approved would I be able to reorder and apply the coupon. They offered no assistance in canceling order, would not contact the seller on my behalf to initiate the process. Ironically after I raised a fuss with the chat agent my item was shipped within hours making it impossible to cancel order and use the 88 dollar new user coupon. Proceed with caution on this app. They have ridiculous processes in place that leave you with no options. Not to mention they are very rude.

Not trustworthy. I had been a good customer and very considerate with so many sellers who had sent me poor quality and false advertised products. I just wanted to help them not to lose their business. But finally I got fed up when I bought a dress for $62 and was not the same as the picture and is too small for me as opposed to their advertisement as one size. This should be at least bigger if one size not small size. They should at least say it’s small size. The design is different from their picture. Totally nightmare. I’m not after a discount or give it to me for free but a matter of principle. On top of that, when I filed a refund/return they sent me an email saying they finalized it and released the payment to the seller. But they did not send an email instructions the format or guidelines for returns. I almost followed up via emails this matter to all the depts concerned who could assist and no one replied. I sent numerous emails and I was helpless. It was a nightmare and I wanted to use this platform to warn the whole world how bad DHgate is. They don’t help or assist if you need help and they have sellers who are scammers and DHgate don’t care. They only care for the money that they will earn. This company should not be trusted. It’s buy at your own risk. I wish there is an agency who should audit their wrongdoings. Thank you for letting me air my grievance as this completely bothered me for months.

Several items ordered 4 months ago. Not received. I gave this app one star because of the frustration I have received from two different stores. I ordered items four months ago and still have not received them. A total of four items. Their online 24 hour customer service is automated and just repeats the same issue over and over. I messaged both sellers several times and one never responded. The other just kept telling me it’s coming and be patient. It’s never come. And NOW since I didn’t file a dispute in time for the items they said got delivered. I am u able to file a dispute. One of the sellers or “ stores” isn’t even there anymore. I’ve sent probably a total of 10 or more messages between the two stores. This is very frustrating. My money has already been taken and I cannot get a refund for the life of me. There is no one to talk to in a management position. It’s ridiculous. I did order pants from play sports and they were great. The other two companies 100% stole my money. Nothing has ever been received. And the shipping number they gave me is not even legit. I have a screen shot of the shipping info that is a scam and the communication between myself and the two stores. Someone from DH gate needs to e mail me and resolve this issue.

If you plan on receiving what you order don’t use this.. 3 orders thru them over the course of 2 months. Not one of them did I receive what was ordered. Ordered one item was told was already shipped and then 3 weeks later they then sent me a message for me to pick something else which I did not like. Then when I said I wanted a refund they they said never mind they found my product. 5 weeks later it was received but to a address that was in PA but I live in ID. When I questioned they said sorry they will reship it. 2 weeks later nothing. I messaged again they said sorry they will send out the next week. Still nothing. Refused to do a refund saying I just need to wait as shipping is slow. Still nothing... 2nd item ordered was watch that said hands all moved. (There were many of the watches that said the hands did not move and those were 75% cheeper then the one I ordered). Received it no they don’t move and watch looses about 15 minutes a day and casing fell apart on the first day. Requested a refund they denied it and said they will ship a new one. Same problems with it. Still no refund... 3rd item, sunglasses stating they are polarized, nope when I messaged them they said they will fix if I do another order with them and would not refund the original. Like ordering shrimp from a guys car trunk in AZ might look great on surface but you won’t get what you think your ordering...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought some shoes month ago now that arrived with the color pink on the trimming of the shoe. I told the seller that I was unsatisfied with the color pink at the bottom of my shoes, which the picture of the shoes doesn’t really show that. The shoes look all white on the picture, so the picture of the shoes is a little misleading. However I reached to the seller telling the seller my concerned. I even uploaded photos to the #seller gmv666 and instead of trying to please the customer, he told me it wasn’t pink, but did not say what color it was. Well I can tell you it wasn’t white! And it was pink. The #seller gmv666 continued to go back & forward with me, but kept ignoring the fact I asked for a refund, because the shoes were not as advertised on the picture. Finally he told me he’ll give me my refund, but I must send them back first, so he’ll have the shoes & my money; Then questioned me if I was sure about sending them back because it would be very expensive. Well it shouldn’t be. Because if I’m sending them back there should be a label that DH GATE can send for free shipping. I then reached out the DH GATE for more help, but it appears they are putting it in the sellers hands to resolve. This is not good business people. Think twice before you buy anything from DH GATE. WARNING ⚠️

DHScammers. I placed an order over 3 months ago. I tracked the order and it hasn’t moved for over 2 months. When I reached out to the seller they blamed it on covid. I checked their store and customers that ordered before and after me received their order. I requested a refund and on the sellers end they agreed to refund once I returned the item. Days later the “system” released payment to the seller. I tried contacting the seller and no response. (Because they have already been paid) I then contacted customer service and I was told the dispute was closed. When I checked the item it’s no longer available. DHGate supports fraud. They’re providing service for people to get scammed. I’m going to my bank to fight the charge with my proof. If you rely on them to conduct honest business good luck. I would not recommend it. The seller: qazwsx02, I don’t know if that would help anyone because they often disappear and come back with new names. I left a review on the item but they made it unavailable now so people don’t see the bad review. I figured the app review would be the most honest. I should’ve taken heed. Good thing I didn’t buy a bulk load. If you still want to try buy 1 item (as a sample) if you’re happy and it’s still there go back and buy more. Unless you’re a person that likes to gamble and don’t mind losing money.

Unsafe Business. DH Gate is a very risky company to do business with in general. 50% of the items I have purchased have been terrible in quality and not useable. The most expensive item I purchased was $300. It was a guitar that literally had parts screwed on crooked and was unplayable. The return process is very complicated and takes months. They offer you a partial refund to keep the item and not return it. They also force you to pay return shipping to only be given store credit for if they reimburse you. Return shipping for this guitar was $150 and there was no guarantee it could be tracked or would make it there. They made sure to explain errors with my customs forms or any loss during return shipping would be my responsibility and that no refund would be issued for such a loss. Then they told me it would be a terrible mistake to not accept the partial refund as many items are not making it back to China currently. So, if you buy something they will not stand behind the product and you cannot realistically return it. Keep that in mind and stay safe. This review was written after full exhaustion of DHGate’s customer service system. The company is a total sham. Their response to this review speaks volumes to how you will be treated. It’s as if they didn’t even read my words and sent a generic reply.

Frustrated !!. I am a very new buyer in DHgate, i made my only first order over November 6th i received 3 of the 4 items that i bought, the first one was just junk plastic not replic at all bad print bad quality, i don’t think i am gonna use it at all and i just think about to return it, second one was really good purchase that is the only reason for my 3 stars good quality looks like the original i’ve being receiving very good compliments i am happy with this purse i got my review and pictures over the page, but the third one was just broke the first day that i used and i was in the middle of my trip not even close to the hotel to change it, was really embarrassed, so the number 4 i couldn’t say anything because i just didn’t receive it yet and is almost a month and a half since i made the purchase now i just realize costumer doesn’t exist anymore it’s just closed i am not receiving any response from this seller and i decided send a message to dhgate to ask directly and they said my item is schedule for “February” 3 months after my purchase for me this is very long time for a delivery even from china i have no clue if i am gonna receive it or not but if is not, definitely this is gonna be my first and last purchase over DH gate app i am not waste my money or my time anymore !!

Scammers on Social Savings. DHGATE won’t do anything about scammers selling ultra low priced gear. Here are a couple pro tips: 1) don’t buy from a new seller without a high rating. 2). Don’t buy from a seller without a store. 3). Look at reviews and don’t buy from a poorly reviewed or with Seller with no reviews. 4). If you get scammed two things may happen: either they won’t ship or ship to a wrong address. Contact DHgate’s customer service directly to report shipments to wrong addresses and they will help start a dispute to get a refund. Takes six days from the dispute day to get a refund. IF they don’t ship, you have to wait the 35 days but then you can start a dispute on your own. You need to fight for disputes and be diligent. Scammers are hoping you will forget about the low prices order and they get paid and you get scammed. Last pro tip: if it isn’t EXACTLY what you expected, starts a dispute with the seller. Honest sellers will work with you to remedy the issue quickly because open disputes hurts their rankings on the site. At the minimum they will give you a partial refund, many times they might refund the item without a return. My issue is always about sizing. Sizing is a big issue but most honest sellers try to make it right.

Overall good experience. I mostly purchase glasses so I can’t speak to purchasing much else. My advice however is that anyone using this site should be aware of major size difference which is standard for purchasing from Asian countries. DHgate gets a bad rap for unscrupulous sellers screwing international buyers out of money but it isn’t DHgate, it’s the seller. When you buy international, there is always more risk involved. My average purchase is $30-$40 and was willing to lose that a couple times over to find good sellers. After about 18-20 purchases mostly from different sellers, I’ve o Ky been disappointed with the product once ($8 no big deal) and one item was lost in the mail, which the seller didn’t care about. I didn’t get a refund. The only complaint I have toward DHgate which is the reason for the 4 stars is that support said they would check into purchase that was cancelled but not refunded for me and I never heard back. Fortunately the seller and I worked it out. Most of the sellers have been willing to work with me and do want to conduct fair business. I save hundreds of dollars buy shopping through DHgate for glasses. Just be realistic.

Well, where to start, it started on April 4 when I decided to make a purchase of masks and protective gloves, everything started well since the first purchase everything came without problems in 15 days, the tragedy began with this "store" that has already 4 days after the purchase they had received the money and I 90 days later, that is to say today, July 3, I do not have any product, and with so empty responses from "the sellers" that they already let me know that my purchase was lost, and the resolution center did absolutely nothing, they will never do it in favor of the buyer, and 90 days later you lost the money and there will be no merchandise and nobody will respond. the store never responded to a message, they responded to the request for a refund that they would not, and so you were literally robbed by the sellers, I hope you really think about it before buying on this platform and much more from this store I hope that if you need something, do not do it, do not buy in this website, half of the merchandise that I received the first time of the first purchase, that arrived on time have poor quality, of course, and the masks are broken before being used. with nothing more to add but the disappointing news of being robbed by these scammers I ask again DO NOT BUY THESE SCAMMERS

Paid for expedited, never received the item.. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with the company. I ordered a Wallet back in November 2022. I even paid for expedited shipping. I was supposed to receive the item during Christmas but never did. It wasn’t until the second week of January, I emailed them and asked them where my item was. They said it had landed at my apartment. I then went through every mailbox and every team lead to see if they received it they said no. The seller tells me to go to the post office. I go to the post office, show them my tracking number, and they said that tracking number does not exist. I’ve then sent them another confirmation number, and they said that item was never scanned in, but it does exist in the system, but we do not have a location of it. I was then told by my seller that I have to travel to Louisiana or to California to pick up the item. I asked if there would be a fee for replacement and they said it would be a fee of $20. I already spent $45 not only on the item but the expedited shipping as well. After going back-and-forth with the seller for about two months I finally gave up and asked for my refund. They can only give me a refund of $20 instead of the original 45 like I had paid back in November. Do not order from this company unless you are willing to wait months and months for an item, and if you don’t get it, they will only refund you for half of what you paid for.

Scam, misleading prices, seller will call and threaten you. The seller has had a reputation of contacting people off-line regarding items that are fake and not the original wanting you to buy through WhatsApp. Also, purchased many items spending a lot of money with them and because The seller said it was the wrong price because I got a good deal and I paid what he thought not enough for the items he threatened me many times to return the items and that I should cancel my order which I had already paid for and was waiting for the items to be shipped. Nevertheless, he contacted my credit card and somehow canceled my order saying that it was no longer available or gave them some excuse that they were not doing business, DH canceled the delivery and was horrible to deal with. Dh sells to who they want and if they believe that you are buying too many other items at a good price they will cancel your order even if you’ve paid. Also, please do not buy thinking that you’re buying authenticated luxury items of course you know that they’re fake and they’re not supposed to be selling fake items however if they can’t sell it on DHgate they will contact you through WhatsApp and ask you to buy through the third-party seller which is illegal. Beware of this company I really didn’t want to give them one star but I had to give them something I will never buy from them. The customer is not always right even if you paid they select who they want to sell to. Beware!!

DHgate is NOT for idiots. DHgate is a fantastic E-commerce Store..... and if you try to navigate it like a western society store you will not fair well. I have been using DHgate for a few years and have had a couple snags..... 2 items sent to different states (resolved)but that was in the beginning when I was a bit Naive and still green behind the ears. Here I will brake down the ins AND outs of how to come out ahead and be a winner. Rule # 1. Know the product you want to buy and do your research on it. Rule #2. (Most important) look at multiple stores selling the item you wish to purchase and “ONLY BUY FROM SELLERS THAT HAVE MULTIPLE REVIEWS WITH PICTURES along with multiple sales ” Repeat “ONLY BUY FROM SELLERS THAT HAVE MULTIPLE REVIEWS WITH PICTURES along with multiple sales” very very important. And that just about wraps it up. It’s that easy peasey lemon squeezy. 99% of anything is an UA Repro so don’t think you are going to get real pair of lou V’s ok. Ask sellers to send you actual photos of the product before you buy as well. The cheaper the repro the cheaper the materials the more expensive the repro the better the materials. Have fun and be smart. Know the game play the game.... don’t let the game play you. Follow these rules and guidelines and you should be just fine.... don’t believe the hate. Educate😉🤙🏼

First purchase so far & I am impressed. Wanted a certain designer bag for spring and a friend told me how to find one on DHgate. Main things to know is how to check reviews and number of positive reviews Especially if someone posted a photo. Also it may take about of month or so & at first you won’t get to see a lot of details bc of the shipping coming from another country but just be patient . ( you can see details and customers comments on time it took too in reviews) I would just make sure it’s a seller who has a ton of positive reviews and transactions instead of a seller with just a few or is new. It came so amazingly packaged and protected The bag was almost identical and has all the same details and some things can be imperfect like the little buckle on the inside was just a little off center but no one would notice that unless they are going through your bag and investigating it. Which would be rude lol Obviously isn’t going to probably be made of the same pure leather but feels and looks like it so not sure. But for the price it’s not like I can’t get another one if it ever wears out. Just glad I don’t have to worry about everything that touches it because I didn’t pay thousands for it. Just give a try on something you’d like to try and not in a rush and you can enjoy and have a little fun shopping I look forward to more DHgate shopping

Hit or Miss! Watch out for the swing!. I dove quickly in to this app with out really looking into the water. Just purchased with out looking for reviews, photos and ratings. But I did message the seller asking for photos. They showed me good photos, I saw them and purchased! It came in the mail a few weeks later, my wife was extremely happy and so was I. But I have learned some hard lessons about not receiving photos from sellers and just ordering items where the prices just seemed to good. Here is the HIT, message the seller before you purchase. Ask them if they can provide photos before shipping out the item or items. Make sure you like what you see and if the photos aren’t enough ask for more and if the don’t answer cancel your order. The MISS. If the price is to good to be true... it probably is. Stay away from social savings! It’s a scam! You think they are selling by the bulk but it will never reach you! Stay away! Last but not least the SWING! Look for reputable sellers with reviews, pictured reviews and can respond back when you have messaged them. Ask for photos ask all questions before purchasing! After purchasing if you don’t get a photo! CANCEL! Freeze that payment! Because it will be 10X more difficult to get your total amount back if any! Don’t believe the 4 1/2 star rating on this app! It’s a lie!

Unreliable deceptive fraudulent dishonest. I would not recommend DHgate to anyone and would recommend they not do business based on my experience I purchased an electric mountain bike on Black Friday for 282$ then was told my order was lost after over a month of trying to track my order then was told they could resend my bike sure I agreed then was told sorry “my friend “ the color you ordered is not in stock can you accept another color sure I say any one is fine and sent them three options I would be happy with just to find out at the same time the company was telling me they were resending I was getting a message from DHgate the seller offered to refund 0.01$! Then I told them absolutely unacceptable just to be lied to again and then told my money was refunded the reason being because I agreed to this which I DID NOT! And that if I wanted the bike I could reorder it for nearly 800$! Lied to wasted hours of time kept my money tied up for nearly two months ignored misslead and empty handed couldn’t be more disappointed both in the original seller manachi I believe it was or in DHgate for dealing with such fraudulent sellers or conspiring with them to reach an agreement I Never agreed to and wasting my time money and making a mockery of any resemblance of fair honest or respectable business practices.

Solid website-turned-app, with potential for even more growth. Customer for ~7 years. Really great array of products. The coupon system is confusing for me, and I don’t know if it is even worthwhile of a system for someone who comes here as a retail consumer. But perhaps I would get more out of that as a retailer buying wholesale. I like that the sellers communicate so well with customers- it shows me the developers value trust and strong relationships between users. The app can appear cluttered and searches can but saturated with unwanted items, and some items that you may want to be of higher quality can seem impossible to find among a sea of cheaper versions, but this can be navigated by the user by being knowledgeable of the product being searched, knowing how to best filter searches, and being specific in executing those searches. I have not figured out yet if it’s possible to filter the content I see as a buyer throughout all searches and while navigating all parts of the site. If it is possible, it’s difficult to find and in turn adjust those settings.

Dscamgate!!. I am writhing this after using the app and buying $4000 worth of goods . These are pros . 1. Items are inexpensive and some are cheap so beware 2. Some sellers are ok 3. Some sellers have great customer service These are the cons . 1. Customer help is TangTang and it’s a very permeative AI . It’s not helpful and there isn’t any immediate option to talk to a live person . If you are lucky enough to get a live person then you may get somewhere . DHgate throws every clog in the wheel to slow the process - you get discouraged . You rather loose your money than go through that experience 2. Most sellers are con artists . They sell something to you and won’t deliver it for two or three months . They say open a dispute to get a refund . And DHgate won’t open a dispute because you need proof and you need to load it up or you need to wait until 10 days after the supposed delivery date and then submit a dispute . Even then it’s hard to get your money back . It’s con diluted with sellers and DHGate . 3. They overcharge the freight and underprice the item so you think you are getting a good price . No truth in advertising . 4. I have written exactly the same thing you are reading to them . Nouns has gotten back to me . No one cares . Consequently - I won’t buy from DHgate anymore . Bad business practice . I stick with Alibaba Express if I were you . Faster reliant and they boot out of you don’t answer within 24 hours . I hope this is helpful .

I was impressed at first…... I really want to give this app a good review. I have ordered several products from them and even if they have taken longer than that app that starts with W I’m trying not to judge everyone because a couple of sellers have been extremely slow. But I have been having trouble getting my orders lately and I don’t like that at all. I’d give them higher reviews but I’ve had trouble getting sellers to communicate with about orders though I’ve had items break and I have worked with awesome sellers who took care of me absolutely above and beyond. So I’m neutral. I’m waiting for an order I placed over 2 months ago now that got returned to them by US Customs and they resent it and now it’s sitting in a sorting center in Dongguan City and the seller hasn’t replied to anything. So trying to get a dispute opened. Fingers crossed for this. Ultimately sho at your own risk. Prices on glass are pretty reasonable if you take the time to find the best deals. I have ordered a couple other things but they were one of a kind and reasonable prices. Otherwise everything but glass smoking accessories seem to be what they should be focusing on. And vaping products and accessories too. I’m going to give them a chance again when I order some vaping products. Shop at your own risk here is my ultimate advice. You might pay too much, never get it delivered, they might not ship it for weeks. It’s a crap shoot for real but when it works out it’s definitely worth it.

App and sit is glitchy and company takes advantage of it. Though there are a lot of vendors and items, beware! If something happens, not all the links on their website or app work. Heck, they ask you to go to a FB page if you can’t get through and it doesn’t exist! Their customer service page gives you an error message sometimes. App doesn’t always show messages and alerts. When you try to notify anyone, you get an error message. Lol! Not worth it. They use the errors to their advantage it to take money, by making it difficult. Don’t but anything over 100$ to be safe or not worth the frustration if you need good communication. Go ahead try to submit extra evidence for a dispute case… the error message will great you. The customer service center is horrible and sellers know it so way too many take advantage of DHGate’s lack of technology functioning right. We won’t even go into the vendors lying about product, this is an app and website review. Update - been talking to customer service- it’s like watching a dog chase it’s tail. Unwilling to help with a seller who lied about a product to avoid sending a refund. I wish I could post images. Talking in circles. Be weary of the stars this received.

Mobile App. Unfortunately, the mobile app because of its limited size is confusing and quite often difficult to navigate. The mobile app is not now, nor will it ever be the desktop version. The desktop version is a five star operation. The mobile app needs some improvement problems, especially for those who is native tongue is not Chinese or English, it’s very surprising to see the price of goods and services only to see said price nearly double when directed to the shipping page. Shipping prices are bordering on ridiculousness. Understandably price increases unstable governments. International conflicts and wars are responsible for increasing prices. There needs to be a better way to combine shipments going to the same location. Using multiple stores with all items going to the same location should not cost the buyer full delivery price. I have quite a few other issues I’d like to discuss preferably with a person someone in charge. Worst app. Customer service is awful, tracking is not in English or shows zero helpful information, very glitchy especially when contacting customer service, sellers are the worst of any selling platform but by far the worst feature is trying to find what you’re looking for.. I understand they sell dupes and need to word things carefully but that’s not what happens.. sellers put everything but the kitchen sink in their listings coat, pants, purse, car, men, women, belt, flower, dog, etc so there is no chance of you finding anything! 98% of reviews are fake and most photos of the items show nothing it’s 9 pictures on the front of the item in different colors so you have no clue what it looks like unless you message the seller for additional photos.. I have purchased multiple items after HOURS of searching for them. A few things were good and took about a month to arrive.. others either didn’t arrive at all or arrived damaged or horrible condition and all the sellers were not accommodating at all. My favorite- I recently placed an order and after 2 weeks I messaged the seller and asked if they had shipped it yet. The seller responded with grin face emojis and said use the cancel order option… I said I asked a very simple question did you ship this yet. Again I got grin emojis back with no text… the site is a giant joke that will only frustrate you and sooo not worth it

Horrible first purchase. The seller sent me a damaged decorative Rolex gift box set. It had ZERO packing material so it was completely mangled and smashed when it arrived. Then the wrist watch I bought worked for about ten hours and completely STOPPED. In my attempts to wind the watch with the crown it sounded like it was filled with beach sand. So it was junk from day one. I filed a dispute with a 55 second video link to Dropbox as the DHgate agent asked for. I had ten or more pictures of all of the other damage. DHgate refunded me…supposedly…$10 but I never saw that. They told me they couldn’t open my video link. DHgate written policy states if they needed more evidence they would ask the buyer to provide it. NOPE, they just closed the dispute. 20 emails to the dispute agent with no reply. Emailed my situation in great detail to the listed contact information for the head of the dispute department at least 10 times and still haven’t received a reply. The link to Dropbox works great from every device I own. It works for friends that I’ve instant messaged it to. It works for another friend on their email account and a burner account of my own. Rock bottom price for replacement of the gift box is $30 on DHgate. Broken watch? Buy another one and play roulette that it might work? Nah. This is my last purchase on this platform. It shouldn’t take long for this business to fail.

Learn Labels and Logos. Those who remember iOffer and how effortless it was to search designer brands, also realize that’s EXACTLY what crushed their website and lost sellers millions in designer repos. It seems most get frustrated attempting to locate designer items via DHGATE by searching the actual brand names outright, which will typically get you nowhere. Study the designer logo and trending styles (forget the traditional FF for example and spot LL instead) sellers cannot blatantly advertise these popular brand names or images as is, so expect a blur in the logo or misspelling like ASCHEL as opposed to CHANEL. Once you get the hang of it and start saving favorites, DHGate will track your clicks and start to display items similar to your favorites. Keywords like “LUXURY, HIGH END or NEW 2022” might lead in the desired direction also. Also be sure to check seller stats, reviews with photos of satisfied buyer items and ask the seller to send a photo prior to purchase. Nine times out of ten, you’ll get a WhatsApp text post purchase, offering direct links to the Kingdom of Knockoffs!! Take your time and shop as if you’re playing a game of hide and seek for shoppers with great taste, yet ball on a budget. Happy shopping y’all!! 😎✌🏻💯

You need to know what you’re doing. DH gate is an amazing platform but you need to know how to purchase items and ask the right questions, ask for pictures. I have a few very high-end vendors that I use they send me pictures all the time the inside and the outside every bag that I received has been a mirror quality. If you’re ordering from DHgate and you’re not asking for pictures in advance then it’s your own fault for getting crap. And the bottom line is you pay for what you get if you’re paying $40 for a bag or under $100 it’s probably a piece of crap . so do your homework, ask questions, ask for pictures. And if you do get an item that isn’t what you ordered or you don’t like it you have the right to return it you need to know how to do that as well if you don’t then that’s your own fault. If you message a vendor and ask for pictures of an item and he’s not responding then don’t use that vendor look at their reviews look at their store information and see what kind of reviews they have are they a high-end vendor because DHgate will label them as a high-end vendor or a recommended vendor

Beware the rating you see on DHGATE is not real. I went into transaction with DHGATE. The problem started right away, they hold my payment on “suspicious fraudulent transactions”, I have been asked to send a copy of my passport and copy of credit card both sides. I called my bank tree times to resolve this issue without a success. It took DHGATE four days to clear my name and money. I contacted my Seller to update on time of delivery and get very disappointed reply that his factory has too many orders and I have to wait sometime to get an update. The seller name is Skyllet. I realize that something is not right and ask for a refund. Skyllet response:” dear. The platform is already processing the refunds for you, and you will receive refund these days”. I waited some days before I contacted the DHGATE to help me with the refund as the Seller kept silent for many days before I got this reply from Skyllet: “You can rest assured that I'll give you a refund as soon as possible.” And same thing continues “PENDING REFUND IN THE SYSTEM”, because Mr. Joke Skyllet is not confirming refund. I have contacted DHGATE customer service live chat and chat with a person called Mariala. I asked how to rate my Seller in the system. Guess what? You can only rate once you successfully purchase a product. Very funny!! Beware the rating you see on DHGATE is not real!

You have to know how to work it. If you are patient, a true bargain hunter, and someone who is willing to do the work to find the right item - to put it quite simply you cannot beat what dh gate has to offer to every day consumer whether you’re a whole seller or just shopping for personal retail items. It has it all and more but like I said don’t jump on the first item you see . Find what you like then Begin to hunt for that same item because I can guarantee that you will find that same item for 85% less than the first one that comes up in your feed. Just the nature of the beast. You have to be willing to find that diamond in the rough - if not I would just suggest buying the authentic item straight from their site or establishment because at some of these insane prices you’re pretty much paying retail already: so be sure to take your time - you won’t be disappointed if you follow my advice. I am a pro I’m just saying lol Ps. I sold a $16 wallet from here for $260 as well as a $50 purse , for $700 . I disclosed that it was a high quality dupe and the person still wanted it 🤷🏻‍♀️ so there ya go. Lol no shame in my hustle baby ! Get yours! 💰💸

I have ordered over $1000 worth of items and I received every last one of my items starting frm Feb 2018 til now may 2019..I honestly just had a totally of 15 orders back to back since March 2019 and every item came on tyme all my items came back with Grade A quality I can post pictures of everything I have ordered if anyone need to see them on hand at my home ..I absolutely appreciate this company I have fast and respectfully communication with sellers ..I had sellers send me free samples also of items before I make a huge order ..I try to order from the same sellers everytime ...and always Use PayPal your money will be place back on the card if for any reason you need to dispute ..PayPal stands behind your account faithful..communicate with the seller look at the reviews on the item before purchasing it and d pictures a buyer post of the item ..some ppl might be tryn to stop you guys frm beating them to these great deals at very low prices ..anyone need to contact me for pictures of items feel free....I love shopping With Dhgates and I mean this💞💕🥰🙌🏽🙏🏾

Worst Customer Service and Can’t buy using a Card. When I first downloaded the app I saw so many things I did my research on and following people on IG and knowing my labels I ended up buying 5 items 12/08 and 12/09 after that I couldn’t use any credit or debit card to purchase more. Everything keeps telling me to do a payment verification but nothing pops up for me to upload pictures for verification and none of my banks have a restriction for international purchases. Non of the cards I used were saved under Credit Cards and when I try to teach customer service it’s a bit that just repeats the same prompts. I finally managed to type customer service and send an “email” via the chat and submitted an inquiry on Wednesday. It said wait 24 hours and someone would contact me on what needs to be done. Haven’t heard anything yet and I’m not able to log into my account on the PC and I use my google account to sign in and it’s not the same account so I’m not sure why it’s the same email and password but totally different account and none of the items I’ve purchased cross over from app to PC or even the internet. I really need someone to contact me so I can fix the payment problem as it’s not me it’s DHGATE at this point

Great site. I have been using this site for a little more than 3 years. I have gotten some really great articles that I still wear today that are still in great condition. However, I have gotten some items that seem like they are 5 sizes too small. Avoid the vendors that sell clothes in asian sizes. At least in my opinion.. they never fit. Overall it’s a great site. The thing is, the site is so saturated with vendors that you really need to dig deep and find the good vendors to get a stellar product. Once you find the good vendors, you can rest assured that you’re going to be dripped out in quality apparel. Also, once you find the vendor you like you can contact them on WhatsApp and they will make pants to order for you. You can give them the size and your measurements and they will custom make them to fit you if the site doesn’t have the size you want. Which they usually don’t. I can’t find pants on the site with a waist size larger than 28. I love this site. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here. I’m a happy customer.

Not recommend. I order and not receive for 2 months, I thought it might take longer then i wait. Until I saw they closed my order and I cannot get my money back they shipped and closed the order. But the point is they shipped to someone. The shipping address I noted is Fl they ship to IL (different number, name of the street, city, state). I tried to contact a seller they said to wait for them to check with shipping, I waited. And no more reply after that, try to contact a couple of times again, nothing. I contact to customer service they said because I didn't contact with the seller they didn't see in record, I said ok and did it again, wait and contact again totally 3 times, today they said I cannot get my money without seller agreement because again I didn't contact with the seller. I sent them the screenshot and ask for a manager to help. They said they will say the same thing because the order is closed and ask me something else they can assit me with. Just only one problem but still not addressed and they just want to ignore and ask something else? I give up talking to them, its fine. I did try to contact seller 3 times, also contact to help center 3 times and i know i cannot get my item resend or just a refund. Thanks

Plenty of unreliable stores and fake products on this site, be careful with your purchases, because DHgate is not on your side when a purchase goes wrong.( as a buyer) One of my purchases of over 8k, was received with all counterfeit electronic accessories, I sent DHgate the images of the products Scan, after checking them with the original factory on line. The best offer DHgate sent me was to keep the fake product and refund me $3500. We informed DHgate that was not accepted, our company would not sale fake electronic accessories, because their unstable and can blow in customers hands, pockets or faces. Their response to our company was to send the products back to China, which we pay for shipping that will cost over 2k. And they can not assure us the full refund still. They mentioned most products will be damaged in that process and the seller can deny our company any type of refund than, lol. So they suggested that we keep the fake and get the $3500 refund, as better option. Even though the products purchased was advertised by seller to be %100 Authentic. So I decided to take it with my US Chase bank. Did a charge back but DHgate provided the bank the fake products shipping slips out of China. So we lost the fight and the money. Products received was trashed. Figured to share my experience here, and hope yours will be better some how.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!. Please don’t use this app. I used it to buy some tools because the prices were amazing. I waited the 30 days and still no tool were delivered. The tracking said that they are still on it’s way. I sent the seller 4 different emails to see if he might have more info that I can’t see. No response to any!!! So I wanted to talk to someone from dhgate and the only way is to chat on a IM. The guy I “chat” with told me that my item was shipped to the wrong address and he would try to get ahold of the seller. Finally the seller got back to me and said that he was only going to give me a partial payment back to me. I payed $30 and he only wanted to give me back $5!!!! I declined and he came back with $7. We did that back and forth and I finally accepted $19. I cheated with the guy from dhgate and he recommend another seller with the same tools for a little more money. So I went for it. I found this app that gives me more info on tracking so input the tracking number and guess what!!?? It was delivered to the wrong address AGAIN!!! So now I’m waiting for my refund again and dhgates policy says that you have to wait 5 days for the seller to get back to you to bargain on how much money they want to give back to you!! Worst company ever!!! I just want my money back. So Beware and don’t make me say “I told you so”!!!

Easy to use and well produced market app. I only started using this app a few months ago and waited to write this review until I had received a few orders. I have to say the user interface is great and easy to use. The prices on goods are great! And shipping is a breeze you don't even have to worry about it in most cases. Hit & Miss. I placed several orders 3+months ago, and can say that this app/site could do with some improvements. I received one order with absolutely no hassle, but the remaining three orders with different sellers have either not arrived or have been cancelled without my knowledge. The excuse I have received for this was that the parcel was sent to the incorrect address, but no offers were made to refund my purchase or re-ship the order correctly. I have since not found a way to leave feedback about this experience with the seller directly. Be aware before you try, you might win or you might lose.

DHGATE. Definitely recommend this app over WISH, can buy all the same products for up to 60% cheaper due too most items having free shipping, WISH advertised prices are equal too DHGATE but then sometimes doubles with shipping costs. I have been shopping with DHGATE for 5 years now and never had any issues, one time I needed a refund and I received it no problems. Very Happy Customer

Scam- App- website Do not buy!!!. Seller had no rating should be monitored by DHGate for transactions especially authenticity of products and shipping tracking. There should be an easier method for reporting suspicious behaviour of the seller by the buyer- a brief survey of the seller- like what you are surveying now (a bit too late). This will put off the buyer from future purchases and trust in DHGate as the buyer will never buy again on this website. I will be closing my account. The transaction/order should have an option for the buyer to immediately report the seller- from my messages to the Seller- the messages showed an invalid tracking number at the start. The refund method should be immediate for customers not up to 30 days as messaged from admin. This is extremely disappointing and bad on behave of DHGate administration. The live chat was also computer generated- not even real customer and the help was useless. For over approximately 2 months from the start of order to receiving refund is not acceptable!! Any invalid tracking number should be immediately intercepted by DHGate and wait for the lengthy service!!! Even this message denied from reaching you as an admin!!! So bad!!!

Has potential. But a lot of the features are poorly implemented. Has a free shipping filter and the item is showing free shipping but when you open it the shipping is hundreds of dollars to Australia. For a B2B app even the obvious things like invoices are not available. If you log into the website to try and print a payment confirmation page the details are in US dollars with no way to change it to AU like this app. I’m sure the ATO won’t have a problem screenshots from an iPad as a receipt, yeah that’s fine! Portrait mode.... huh? Portrait mode? Who uses portrait mode?? I could keep going, there lots of annoyances with this app...

Stay away from seller ac__dc. I agreed to purchase an electric guitar from this seller.. I paid him and asked a few questions about the an eta and the product itself.. in over one month, not once has replied to any of my questions.. completely unresponsive. My guitar order status was listed as ‘item being processed’ for approximately a month before I decided I had enough and requested a refund.. He has refused and don’t expect any help from DHgate customer service.. they say all the right things to you but do absolutely nothing to help. I’ve been told that the seller has until July to send the guitar… JULY? I ordered the guitar mid March. Stay away from DHgate… if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. If I could give them zero starts, I would.

Ever touch. I have lost a lot of money through this it may not be all of the sellers I may have just had bad luck. But I have had to Wright off over $200. Saying it was delivered when I was home all day and nothing came then months later they sent it (again) all I received was a letter from customs saying the product was unable to enter Australia and has been destroyed They will only answer me with auto responses. This has been going on since early March I will never use them again and would not recommend to any body !!!

Never use officesupply. This seller is rude and dismissive. I felt like he was making fun of me because he knew DHGate would eventually refund me so he didn’t care to expedite or help. Sadly I tried to re order a new item but he was not willing to help me so I cancelled the new order. Cost me $67 to return the item which cost about $150. I think this supplier does not care at all. There are many others supplying the same items so maybe he will care if no one buys from him. I gave 1 star only because there I had to give a star.. I would love to put a negative star. Most infuriating - time consuming ever. Because of this I will never use any supplier on DHGate

Incredibly poor communication with merchants. The app works just fine I just find it that the merchants most often than not 9 out of 10 choose not to respond within a reasonable time product is2 out of 20 products are delivered on time the rest you’ve just gotta chase after .The customer service is incredibly hard to get through to especially when you decide to go live chat you could be days before you get through and your problems still will not be solved so that is the reason I’m given it a one because I am very disappointed in 80% of the merchantAs of up to date there are messages that I have sent to the merchants getting close to 2 months they haven’t even open the message talk less of answering so yes to me for quality merchants dad is about 80% of it

Great To Use App much improved. Check the sellers feedback 1st & foremost & query any ? you may have through the DHGATE system no matter how small or large an item or quantity. Allow time for seller to respond as they are in China & there could be a possible language barrier. Be patient goods can take awhile for delivery, if something is time sensitive look @ all delivery options.

Read reviews first.. Like any overseas shop you should always read the reviews on a product before ordering! I ordered 4 bags and 2 pairs of earrings and I am very happy with them. Shopping was delayed a little bit which I expected due to the pandemic. I’d contacted 2 of the 4 sellers who I ordered from first and both responded within a day to let me know they would be a little bit late. Overall if you READ REVIEWS FIRST you shouldn’t have any problems.

The worst site ever be careful. If I could give this site negative 5 stars I would! Be careful / Scammer site. Review from Tokyo Japan I found this site when Google recommended it when I searched for a product. I was so happy on my first day because I saw many designers products at low prices. I ordered 10 products on my first day! Then came all the trouble. All my orders were fake products! The sellers showed original photos of products but actually they are all replica and counterfeit. 7 ordered items were completely different products from what I ordered ( for example I ordered Nike Metcon shoes and the seller send cheap Nike usual sneaker / I ordered Prada wallet and the logo was crooked and Prado written instead of Prada ). 3 items were never received as the sellers created fake tracking numbers and never shipped the items. DHgate didn’t help at all to refund my money for any of my 10 orders and just issued unwanted coupons with minimum purchase required amounts. People living in Japan please don’t use this website and App because it’s all counterfeit products / fake products and Japanese Customs will hold your parcel and call you about fine / taxes regarding this. I ended up paying 50,000¥ in fine to Japanese customs. I don’t know why Google search function recommended products from this site knowing that it’s all counterfeit! Is Google supporting counterfeit products??? It’s a crime and Google should also be fined and charged by the relevant authorities for promoting DHGate on their search function!

Great App - but some below average sellers. DH Gate is a great app, 9 times out of 10 for purchases. Some of the sellers will say something has been sent but don’t provide any tracking details and it’s not until 2 months later that you can open a dispute when the item doesn’t arrive. You’ll always get a refund however, but it’s annoying to have to wait so long to find out there’s been no item shipped. That being said, most sellers do ship and the quality of the item is always good!

Great site, but so many disputes.... I have made many many wonderful purchases from DHGate, and spent lots of money, however lately I’ve had a string of disputes (about 15 or so). I have dealt with lots of scamming sellers, who supply fake tracking numbers - I’ve had items sent to Western Australia, Tasmania, rural New South Wales, even a couple of pairs of shoes to far North Queensland! Sellers like wangzheguilai55 (or 66 or 77, all probably the same seller) ruin it for the many genuine sellers with great products. Perhaps if DHGate were to give some of there sellers life-long bans we might see a site worthy of 5 stars.

There is no way of opening a dispute!. I’ve been trying to find a way to open a dispute as the app offers the ability to do so yet they have no way of actually doing it other then the refund service which doesn’t work unless item is delivered now you tell me how is this logical if a package never arrives? what happens to my money and items are they just never heard of? i also have sent a review a while ago and your team asked for my order number which i gave yet i had been given no help so far. i want to open a dispute my package is returning to the seller and he is not communicating with me.

Do Not Buy From Winter Sale Xing07. Absolute fraudulent are they owe me $1700 and this has been going on back and forward now for over over one year!!! They never sent me my product machine!! They admitted they hadn’t delivered and keep saying they will pay me back my money and keep telling me they are going to top up their accounts!!! They still have done nothing and it’s been over one year !!! please do not buy from this company. Horrible service worst app ever. If i could put negative 5 stars I would 😤had a seller send me something that looked nothing like the picture. I debated with them to get a refund back posted the item back as instructed by them at MY expense of $90!! And received no refund they now don’t respond to me. Following that I took it up with customer service whom I sent screen shots of proof the seller agreed to send me a refund and still NOTHING I purchased the item in APRIL it’s now October they now claim despite my proof of receipts from Australia post that they never received the returned item 😂 it just gets better and better. Be careful of the seller you buy from!. A big warning of the store Ibaby888, seller of mobile phones and electronics who will take your money and when it arrives with faults will not reply to messages and customer service is extremely difficult to find for a new user but their not very helpful with generic messages. Some sellers are great and very helpful but then again you have sellers like IBaby888 that don’t give a hoot who I bought a phone from that was faulty and after frustratingly messaging them and not getting a reply, notifying customer service didn’t help in any productive way then I got a message to return the phone when I highlighted their warranty policy to IBaby888 so I did as instructed with tracking so I know the phone was received. That was about a month ago and the purchase was in December/January but again IBaby888 won’t reply to any of my messages and customer service still send the same generic message when I notify them that IBay888 has my money and the phone I purchased and won’t reply to my messages. Obviously that’s the worst transaction I’ve ever made but it’s IMPORTANT that you stay away from IBaby888 or the same thing can happen to you. IBaby888, IBaby888, IBaby888, KEEP AWAY FROM IBaby888.

Maybe I’m just lucky. I have purchased 3 pairs of sneakers and 2 were perfect. With the 3rd pair the seller sent me a 10 right foot & 11 left foot ? I sent him a message & he responded straight away. He didn’t believe me at first but I was able to send picture to prove. He then asked me if I wanted a refund or the correct size sent out. I asked for correct size and they were perfect. 👌🏼 the only bad thing is postage takes 3-4 weeks when you live in Australia. We should start a list of genuine sellers as there must be some shonks out there !

Good reviews are important. I purchased 2 pairs of women’s shoes and had a terrible experience with the seller. I then once I finally got my refund thought I’d give it another go. I’m so glad I did. I found a seller with the same design I wanted, this time I checked the reviews. When the shoes arrived I was absolutely amazed at the quality and workmanship that had gone into them they’re beautiful to look at and so very comfortable. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve since purchased other items and again have been really surprised at the quality. The items are beautiful. I’m really glad I persevered as it would have been my loss. There’s some brilliant sellers and there’s some that are very poor. My suggestion is to check out your seller by looking at the reviews don’t settle on the first supplier as it’s easier. Just be mindful. I’ve had some good experiences on DHgate but recently had a horrible experience too. My item came in broken and damaged and it looks like it was already sent in bad shape. The seller was horrible to deal with and refused a refund I had to wait weeks for DHgate to get involved for them only to give me back $11 and the rest went to the seller (item cost $90) even though I sent in proof. so definitely think twice before buying and be mindful because DHgate customer service isn’t helpful at all and some sellers are scam artist.

Never had an issue getting a refund. I purchase from this site from time to time and often I’m happy with the items I received. On the odd occasion that I’m not or they never arrive, ( if the price looks too good to be true then it is )! I have never had an issue getting a full refund from DHgate. They don’t release the money to the seller until the goods arrive and you have a chance to see what you have purchased.

Don’t use ApplePay. The app works ok. Customer service is not as easy as it could be. I purchased/ordered $2500 worth of goods among 6 orders. All were cancelled because I apparently had to verify my payment method. Make sure you place a small order first and do this through the account profile settings. They don’t tell you this up front and there is no way to do payment verification until you place an order. What’s even more Irish is that they take up to 5 working days to verify your payment details and in the meantime the orders are cancelled. I’m using ApplePay with my VISA account, they somehow linked a MasterCard account that I’ve never seen before and so my verification photos did not support the details they had on file. Can it really be that difficult? YES What would also be great is having an iPad app that you could use landscape. I do everything else landscape but have to hold my iPad a different direction just for this one App...

Absolutely great! Just always read reviews to be safe!. The app works wonderfully, the discounts/sales are on often and the coupons always help with shipping costs which can be a little high (shipping to Australia). I always check the seller’s info - their overall amount of sales, the rating they have gotten overall, and the reviews of an item I’m looking to buy. I also usually contact the seller to ask for additional photos of the item to help assure they are legitimate, and don’t buy anything from a seller who says they don’t have any photos, or if they don’t reply at all (you can see when a message has been read, which is really helpful due to the time difference between countries/if they are a busy seller). Be patient and understanding if there is a language barrier problem, and treat them as you would like to be treated! I’m met some really, really wonderful sellers who go above & beyond to help make sure I’m getting the item I need. I wish the app would notify you when a seller sends you a message, but that’s really the only thing I think they could improve on! If you use common sense, patience, and good manners, you’ll be sure to have a great shopping experience!

I love the reviews customers provide after they receive their goods!! And the photos they take! Do not download - Absolute rubbish. An app designed to facilitate the flow of your money into the pockets of faceless liars. My first and only purchase immediately became a dispute, where I am currently battling to get a refund on an item that the vendor never intended to send me. I think their calculus is that on balance, many people will give up and they will get to keep the money. The app is set up to disadvantage the buyer, with a labyrinthine and confusing set of processes to track purchases, shipments and disputes. The instructions are in garbled English, as are the responses from the vendors, who are incentivised to wear you down by acting dumb and pretending they can’t help you. This app should be shut down and removed from the App Store.

DH GATE need to protect buyer more. Bought a few things from Dhgate from different sellers. Some products were ok and satisfied with seller as they have good communication and genuine. But some are very dishonest with Misleading advertising and when buyers like us across the world put our trust and buy from them, it is disappointing when we received the product and it is completely different from what they advertised and we lose faith in online shopping with DHGATE because DHGATE does not protect buyers even though you provide them with proof and many emails back and forth with the seller and customer service; they will not give you a full refund. Very disappointing and DHGATE should take more serious actions against these sellers as this is bad for them.

Awful experience. USER BEWARE. Shocking experience. Huge issues with order payment as the BPay payments I made at the time of placing orders took DAYS for DHGate to allocate money to my account (which was extremely complicated to work out with such poor system). By the time funds were in my DH Gate account (SEVERAL DAYS later), the exchange rate had changed and I was 15 cents short, meaning there were insufficient funds to finalise the payment for my orders!!! I had to do a SECOND transfer and wait ANOTHER SEVERAL DAYS to pay the 15 cent outstanding balance so my order could be shipped. When I finally received my order I was disappointed with the product

I always make sure there are reviews with photos so you can actually see what you get and read the reviews to see if that a real and not fake.. then if you do that the store is great but you can get ripped off if you don’t research and check before buying

Amazing and good reviews are important. There are great sellers with very high quality products on this site and I have been very fortunate to have experienced no problems on this site. Please be mindful of sellers and make sure the sellers star rating is 4.5 and above and there are written reviews with photos. Overall amazing, love all the items I have ordered and the communication with the sellers have been prompt.

First time user. - I’ve been using Ali express for years, then came across a vlog talking about a bag from this site. - Navigating the site was easy as it’s similar to Ali - Big range of items - Can pay additional for shipping. Paid for DHS $42 AUD and received the item within twelve days of purchase - The only downside I had was the seller didn’t update the tracking info. I had just contacted them last night for details but before they replied, the item was delivered!

I’ve been really fortunate to have had a good experience with this website, I’ve bought 6 bags of here with 5 being outstanding, I’ve only had one bad experience when I purchased a bag I received a different one that was not the one I order, I’ve bought 3 phones of here from a seller called, China-product , which has probably the best working and look clone phones on the whole website, I’ve bought make-up products, shoes, jackets, and many more things, just be careful where you purchase your items from make sure that the seller has a start rating of 4.5 and above and make sure that their a written reviews with photos.

Good website to order from. I ordered 2 guitars from 2 different sellers, the guitars arrived in good condition with the first one very quick delivery and the other not so quick. But all in all they were very nicely made guitars. The only negative for me was when I wanted to order more guitars I got badly ignored and none of my messages were replied to and that was from every seller I messaged, not sure if that had anything to do with the COVID situation but since then till now I have messaged another seller and finally got a reply. I will order again from some sellers, just be nice and ask questions and make sure the seller has a good reputation and reviews.

Seller takes my money & then leaves DHGATE. So the seller takes the money for the order & shipped it but it keeps getting to Shanghai then returned to sender so I try numerous times to contact seller to find out he has left DHGATE altogether so no way of contact & then I try numerous times to get help with DHGATE & whenever I ask for a refund they cut the conversation off & say sorry don’t understand that request please try again?? There is no guarantee like they claim so if you are lucky enough to get a good seller like i have previously then you’ll get your order but if you get a scammer it’s just tuff luck & say goodbye to your money. Buyer beware it’s hit & miss & dont buy unless your prepared to loose your money because DHGATE makes it so hard to get your money back even though they guarantee it.

Customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across on any website . An item a purchased $611 went missing Australia post was informed by myself turns out the tracking number on the item was wrong not my package , I got the information from A/P who informed me of the details ,ie person name only who was supposed to have received it .i was able to find a telephone number for this person who is a local business person ,telling me she never got any parcel whatsoever. This parcels weighed 1.6 kls post office tells me the content of the parcel was a canvas bag ,heard nothing from anybody from dhgate as far as I am concerned the seller was a scammer, which dhgate let them get away with this .

The best, but be smart!. We have been using this site for years, lost a few things, but due to Australian customs, not the seller! I think this site is fabulous, but be smart, read the reviews and check the negative and the positive reviews and look at the photos! I have only one complaint with the site itself and that is during the pandemic DHGate has marked sales/ items as received when they have not been received and once a sale is marked as received you have zero comeback with the seller you brought from?? You would have thought that DHGate would have extended the time it takes to receive you’re goods as everything (all mail) has taken longer to receive during the pandemic. All in all though, buy with confidence...my experience has been fabulous! And remember when you email a seller, they are in China, give them a little / reasonable time to respond! And more than anything, have fun!! X

Disappointing Sellers. I have bought many things on DHgate. But over the last 6 months or so approximately 50% of the products I have ordered and paid for, have either not been in stock or have not arrived. I have received refunds for them, but a huge waste of my time having to contact the sellers(many of whom don’t reply at all) and DHgate to then get my money back. I have become very wary of the sellers who sell through DHgate. I also buy on AliExpress and find it much more reliable. DHgate needs to have stricter regulations for the sellers.

Amazing App for Intelligent People. I’ve been using this app for over two years now and I’ve never had any problems, the only ones that will not enjoy this app are the buyers who are un-intelligent and clueless when it comes to who you should buy from. Here’s some tips to those people who don’t think before they buy and then blame the app itself. 1. Only buy products that have photos of the delivered product in the reviews. 2. Read the negative reviews, not just the positive so you understand what the potential problems are. 3. Be realistic! You’re shopping with international stores not Kmart, the shopping WILL take weeks and if you’re not prepared to be patient you’re not prepared for this app.

Shopping Carefully. The app connects you to thousands of products that all seem amazing at a first look but often customers receive differ looking items. It’s true some products are off mark but I haven’t received any and that is why I give it 4 starts. However, I shop by looking for which seller has the highest purchase rate of the item I want and then read the reviews. Especially the photo ones and looking at the ratio of good reviews to bad reviews.

Never received my package. Be careful guys this app has a faulty refund system and if you don’t receive your packages you can’t do anything about it! I ordered a pair of sun glasses from a seller called Wangna888, waited for over a month and not received anything , I’m feeling something wrong coz I have been using AliExpress for over 5 years and I have never had any issues with receiving my packages, Then I contacted the seller, says the package has already arrived and signed. I was shocked! I didn’t see my package at all! I asked show me the address they sent me, no response. Any one can tell Me what should I do about this ?

Stay Away!!!. I purchased a flower girl dress from the shop called ‘sexy prom dress’ (I know terrible name!) and paid AUD$160 as it was the dress the bride had her heart set on. The dress arrived looking NOTHING like the photo (I’ve since discovered it’s not even their photo on the site). It was for a wedding, and with no time to order a new one I asked them to refund me, and offered to send the dress back. They stuffed me around for a month of excuses, then I decided to leave a bad review and they told me they were ready to refund me if I amended my review, which I did. Unfortunately for me it’s now been over FIVE MONTHS of chasing them and being told the moneys ‘in my account’ even though they don’t have account details! Disgusting company. I’ll never use any company off this app again and warn you all to stear clear too.

During this coronavirus I know it takes longer for items to be scanned and sent and I get that however it doesn’t take more than 3 weeks for that to happen as I seen some orders I’ve order through stores done within a week and the longest was around 7-8 days now I’ve allowed an extra 2-3 weeks from the time the order has been submitted and provided a tracking number in case of items taken longer than necessary I’ve noticed some items sew patches onto jersey’s but still even though it feels bulky I suppose can’t be too fussy however all items have looked as picture so far and I’ve been more interested in basketball or hockey or NFL or MLB Jerseys now even with the stores just be careful as multiple stores have multiple items though not all seem to send items and don’t seem to be legitimate at all they reply with generic automated messages now... Customer Service: if you want to find customer service wether your in the app or on the safari or internet page just scroll down the left hand side where you have orders, messages and all other selections and down the bottom is customer service it takes you directly to the page where you can find your order dispute your order provide evidence and upload and then wait a few days and request DHGATE Mediation if the seller doesn’t reach an agreement with you.

Never again! Go to AliExpress instead!!. If I could give no stars I would! I order some shoes, the following day the price went up by $95!! I just thought, great! I got in just before the price rise! I had a tracking number so I watched it. Eventually it says delivered but the address shows on the other side of Australia to some random address not associated with me at all!! I sent through a request for it to be resent along with a pic of the evidence showing the incorrect address! The seller agreed to the proposal but instead just sent through the refund!! I just have a feeling he posted a worthless item to the incorrect address so it shows he posted “something” and gets away with it because he wants the higher price for the item! If you want to use DHgate, stay away from Vogue_Shoes!!!!!

Twice bitten - never again. I ordered a Dyson hairdryer in April, it was sent ok, as I kept up with the tracking, but was delivered to a completely different person in a completely different suburb. I received my money back which I was happy about, so thought I’d try again this month as it can’t happen twice!!!!! Same thing happened and now I have to go through the terrible process of trying to get my money back because it’s incredibly hard to get to the right area - buyer beware, there’s clearly very unscrupulous merchants out there and I believe they’re fraudulently bringing goods into Australia (or wherever) under the ruse of delivery to unsuspecting people like me. I’ll not be fooled ever again.

Absolute scammers. Brought 1300$ worth of phones for me, my partner and a friend. Got messed around for months and months then another month or more when I escalated to dh gate with their ridiculous wait times. The most frustrating time of my life. Ended in them (apparently) sending the refund minus a massive portion (apparently because communicating with 500 employees isn’t enough stress to go through, none of them took any notes of the conversation and we’re completely and utterly useless) to a bank account I no longer have access to despite over 50 times communicating that with them so I never received a cent back. Surprisingly none of them will reply to me now. Also there is major faults with the app and web page version, none of the platforms communicate with each other just like the company as a whole. Do not buy anything from this company unless your trying to lose your money they are a disgrace and should not be allowed to sell anything to anyone.

Bad communication with seller. I made a order on this site and it has been 5 months since i placed my order, still haven’t received anything!! Plus no communication to me with the many messages Ive sent to seller regarding my order placed. If no reviews with photos that’s okay, just always ask the seller for additional photos of the product because a lot of the sellers use the same product photo for the post, so if buyer sends you additional photos/videos you will know exactly what ur purchase is going to look like. Lastly, have patients because your items/purchases will take some time to get to you! Once you know your way around this app it’s so fun and addicting !

Pretty good, but be careful. I like this app a lot and I’ve bought many good products from this site. I have two pairs of shoes, a backpack, a watch, and some sunglasses and everything that I’ve bought has been good. The prices are great on this app and the quality for the stuff you can buy is very good. Items take about two to three weeks to ship over to the United States, but I think it’s worth it. The only issue that I’ve had is the backpack is starting to rip and I’ve used it once. Something I like about the app is that I can directly contact the seller, and I’ve asked questions about their products to be safe. I ask for extra pictures, and any other useful question I may have. **BUYER BEWARE***. I purchased several items & the seller did not fulfill the entire order. After months & plenty of proof on my end, DHgate took the sellers side. They were obviously scamming us & it’s obvious DHgate’s incompetent lazy customer service didn’t even look at our proof that they themselves requested. So I am out $200 & DHgate allowed that to happen. The seller weighed EMPTY boxes in their proof pictures & the weight didn’t even match what my package I received weighed on the postmark. My proof pictures showed the correct weight for the partial order, which was listed on the postmark. It is so obvious & had DHgate actually took the time & viewed the proof pictures , they would’ve seen it themselves! Not to mention, in the sellers pictures, their feet were in the pictures & they were wearing dirty, ripped up house slippers !! That only made this make sense, they are poor & scammed us! DHgate released my money to these sellers (scammers) & basically told me I won’t get my items or my money! That is theft & fraud & they allowed it! Buyer beware! I will absolutely contact my attorney, it’s about the principle & it’s to stop innocent buyers like myself from being robbed!

Check out the buyer BEFORE buying!. So I’m new to DHgate. I’ve only been on for a little while. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for myself and a handbag. For the handbag, I was just excited, saw one for a decent price and purchased it (it was in the moment!). The 2 shoes I happened to actually look at the reviews and they had been a verified store for like 3 years they had great reviews so I’m like ok! So the shoes I got in about 2 weeks, exactly what I wanted, AWESOME. The bag I haven’t gotten yet, and if I don’t get it within 3 weeks I’ll probably just have to go online and get myself a refund or what not. Here’s the thing, just look at the reviews of what your buying. If they don’t have that many transactions or any reviews, you PROBABLY will lose out. But chances are if they have lots of transactions and have good reviews, your PROBABLY going to be just fine. The items do take a little while longer to come in but with my experience they’ve come in and perfect shape and I’ve ended up saving myself a lot of money. Just be cautious who you buy from and you’ll be fine!

Horrible quality. I ordered a pair of the yeezy 350v2s , US10 men’s , because that’s what I wear. Well , the shoes got here , and they’re more like a US12 men’s . The seller was no help , dhgate has been no help , and I’m having no luck getting my refund. The sticker says US10 and that’s all they care about . I’ve sent them numerous pictures of their shoes compared to other 10s that I have here at home , and there is a blatantly clear difference in the two . At least an inch and a half bigger , if not more . I’ve done everything they’ve asked , including measuring the insoles and sending a picture , as if the other pictures weren’t reason enough . I can completely fold the toe box of the shoes over my toes . Completely covers my toes . I’ve had a horrible experience , never again . After I get my refund (if I do) I’m deleting this app and never using it again . These people are absolutely ridiculous, and haven’t replied to me in almost a week . The seller said “it’s your fault for ordering a 10 if a 10 doesn’t fit you” ..... what kind of logic is that ? Great App but sellers can be shady. Seller ratings look like ebay’s but you cant look at recent transactions like you can ebay’s..You should be able to file a dispute or do anything that you could do on your computer on the website... All in all I am satisfied with my experience with the sellers on DH-Gate... sometimes you can get a better, safer deal on Ebay from the same sellers...When you buy something and the sellers store closes/ disappears a day or two later it makes you wonder of you are going to get what you purchased.. Also shoe sizes... even when you use the guidelines from the seller (actual foot length) can end up with shoes that are two sizes too small.. useless ..to the person that you purchased them for... after waiting a month or more... I’m patient for a good purchase... but its disappointing to wait.. and then be even more upset.. There should be reviews.. from buyers of those shoes.. stating the problem.. and the sellers should take steps to avoid sending shoes they now know are too small from my e-mails and review to future customers buying that size and namebrand..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!. Last week I ordered a wallet, I immediately tried to cancel the order. It took me an hour to complete the process as the lady on the “online chat” told me I needed to use a certain web browser and continued to argue with me as I told her I could not download the browser. As an international website, I would think they could function properly on all browsers. I was refunded 3 days later but later on that same day, they took out the money again. I then used the “online chat” again today to ask for my money back again when the lady told me that I should ask my bank because I was double charged. I was never double charged, just refunded and then charged again. She began to argue with me further by saying I need to call my bank and they could do nothing on there end. I order online very frequently and this is the worse website/app I have ever encountered. Very sketchy and worse customer service I have experienced. Product is also not worth it. Very cheap, this website/company deserves to be shut down and everyone in customer service deserves to never have a job in customer service again.

DH Gate. I’ve bought from DHGate vendors for a few years now. For the most part my experience has been great... only a couple of times I didn’t receive my order. But, DHGate issued me a refund. NOTE... when ordering just know that you’re ordering from over seas and you won’t get your order in a week unless you pay the extra shipping costs. You will receive you order in about a MONTH give or take so be patient! As far as using the DHGATE APP... it has been great. I have no complaints about the app itself. ~HAPPY SHOPPING~ (Side note: be sure to view the REVIEWS with Pictures before ordering... that’s still no guarantee but, at least you’ll get an idea of what you will actually get. No Reviews/No Pictures... I normally don’t order from those vendors. Also... if the picture have a black glove in it... that’s a fake review... look for real reviews with different backgrounds from customers houses!!! And when you receive your order... be sure to post an honest review with PICTURES for others to see.) Thx

Great Items at Great Prices, Just Don’t Get Lost!. As the title implies - there are tons of items available on DHGate for very low prices. As long as you have some knowledge of the product you’re looking for beforehand & you pay attention to what you’re ordering, you’ll find you can get some awesome deals. In fact, my expectations have been exceeded on every order I’ve placed! Shipping only takes about 16 days as well...and I seek out sellers who offer it free of charge. The only hangup I have found is in the search functionality. Often times, items do not come up in your search even though you know full well they’re offered on there somewhere. Additionally, once you click on a suggested item, if you go ‘back’ to your search results afterward, you will NOT be taken back to where you were...you’ll have a whole new set of items to peruse. So click with caution! Other than that, I say just enjoy your shopping! You’ll find stuff you never knew you needed, stuff you didn’t know existed, stuff that makes you laugh, and some stuff you’ll wish you never even saw. It’s good fun!

Hesitant but promising :). Well, I actually wasn’t that hesitant before reading all these negative reviews because my experience (thought limited) thus far has been pretty great! But I have only ordered two items so far. The first item arrived in a timely manner, was exactly what I wanted and there were no issues at all. I was really pleased. So I decided to order something a little larger this time and I’m hoping (fingers crossed 🤞) that I get the same experience. And if so, I WILL comeback and let you guys know! Because let’s me honest people, do you really think you aren’t taking anymore of a risk with eBay? I’m actually wondering if there isn’t just as much craziness going on there. Don’t get me wrong, I love eBay. But in the end, you can dispute a charge with them if the item doesn’t arrive or comes all botched up you can get your money back. That being said, I doubt I would ever risk $100’s + on any site that can give you a good deal. Deals come at a price, the price here being the risk. Don’t bet more than you can spare to lose.

Be Cautious. I know. I know that no one will read this unless you’re like me and investigate EVERYTHING before you buy or even download an app onto your phone. Our personal information has never been more at risk, I get that. I did it. I read every review bad and good, researched what I could do if it was in fact too good to be true, and what wouldn’t happen if I was scammed. I looked at countless bags, countless sellers, until finally I found two amazing sellers that had nothing but positive feedback and one of them had pictures. Was it risky? Absolutely. Did it take 30+ days to receive my items? No. They came “early”. The products are perfect. I’m extremely happy with DH gate, and i feel like the same people that hate and yell scam are the same ones that were scammed on Wish. Different app, same idea. You have to do your research. If you want to save money and have luxury items, you have to be dedicated to looking and waiting for the perfect one.

Would be perfect. With some minor adjustments, first off- it tends to crash more often than I’d like. Second, I feel there are some reviews that are fake under many items. Third, there’s not a function to find ‘top rated’ sellers in general. Fourth, to find out what brand some of the items are, you have to contact the seller directly, which I get- but showing a picture of a purse with no way to distinguish it makes buying difficult, especially if there are no reviews. Speaking of reviews, there aren’t many, if 1,000 of something has been sold, you’d think there would at least be 100 reviews, but that’s not typically the case, and when there are reviews you have to assume half are faked. Lastly, so many buyers come and go so quickly, you could save a ‘store’ and a week later it’s gone. App wise I think if they made a few adjustments, as mentioned above, it’d be great! As a company, the other mentioned adjustments would be amazing! However, for the quality and price of some of the items found on here, it’s easy to look past the faults.

Shop smart. DHgate is great when your trying to find dupe luxury items for a good quality and reasonable price the only thing is the items you search for have to be in key notes such as “luxury gg purse” or “designer monogram clutch” once those items appear you gotta search hardcore from a seller that has good reviews and reliable pictures you always need the pictures to know they are a real seller and to expect what your paying for. Also, real sellers respond to your questions within a day, I’ve asked questions before considering purchasing an item with no reviews and they never reached back. That’s a major clue, so everything I bought came in an exceptional time considering it’s from China and believable quality for the price of a purse in TJMAXX. Another gesture I like from dhgate is the favorite button, I always favorite items that have reviews so I can go back to it later if I find the same item from a different seller with reviews ad well and compare the pictures of one seller is better quality than the other and if the price is reasonable. I feel so bouji dhgate is awesome!

Buyers Beware. I have placed only one order on this app and it will be my last. I ordered a tool kit and my payment was processed immediately. The issue was with the seller who shipped the order to a wrong address in the wrong state. I first messaged the seller to let them know of the mistake made, only to receive no response from them. I opened a chat with customer service at DHGate who was very helpful in directing me in what to do and emailed the seller to request the item be re-sent with a new tracking number only to receive no response from the seller again. So I opened a dispute requesting a refund only to receive a response through the system from the seller offering me half of the money back....which I have not received as of yet, but it is still early in the process. If this isn’t criminal activity on the part of the seller I am not sure what is. To be offered half a refund for a product I never received because the seller wasn’t smart enough to ship it to the correct address and now the customer has to pay for the sellers mistake is absolutely a scam. DHGATE should monitor and be accountable for the actions of the merchants on this website. If not then they should be banned from selling on the site.

So far, so good. I just recently started ordering on DHgate. I have placed orders for about 20 items. The first item came yesterday and I was very pleased with it. I have asked many questions of the sellers. Some gave very clear helpful responses, others did not. I choose to work with the stores that I can communicate easily with that have a track record of good reviews. As for the site, there are some issues I would like them to work on: ability to enlarge the pictures on the ordering page, clearly identifying stores, a way to bookmark items, and notifications concerning items in your cart before prices change or items sell out. It would also be good to add everything you are interested in to the cart and select a subset to purchase. This could also be done on the item screen with a pop up asking if you want to order more from that store and show the coupons available. Other than that, I have found the site easy to use, the sellers quick to respond and I was very happy with my first order. I will update after more items make it through.

DHgate VIP member. I really love this app. Buying the same things that US stores have but Much cheaper! Every once in awhile I will have a problem of wrong delivery date, showing up delivered but didn’t, or product quality. It is a pain and time consuming to get a refund when that happens! But I do get refunds when needed. I love that name brand items are much cheaper here and am truly bubbly when the logos are 100% on point. I try to inspect the logo and ask sellers before buying if the logo is exact! Sometimes it doesn’t show it on the items pics but will be when delivered, other times what you see is what you get, or distorted Logos for name brands like Gucci , LV, Supreme, Nike etc. So try to look at review pics and message the seller for actual pics. Leave reviews good or bad so all of us know, and take pics of all items to share! Lastly , I love to learn about different culture so the diversity of products is great. Other sites and this one offer authentic candy , drinks, and mystery boxes that I enjoy as well. Happy Shopping! #discounts

No issues yet- love everything I’ve received!. Before purchasing anything I did extensive research on sellers and how to properly shop on the app and it’s been very simple for me. There are many how-to videos out there and articles about key search words, and what to do and what not to do. I recommend doing that- makes things easier! I took a chance and ordered something back in Feb.- I had ZERO issues with shipping and I LOVE it. Took 4 weeks to arrive from date of order and that’s bc it sat at the Shanghai sorting facility for almost 3 weeks. I also did my research on recommended sellers, and item quality, etc. and have had no issues navigating the items or stores or with the several orders I’ve placed since then. I’ve recommended this app to others who now love it too. They do not release the payment to the seller until you confirm that you have received the item and it’s satisfactory. If not, you can refund/return and/or dispute. Please note: A lot of sellers take the photos in reviews down for -reasons- so you have to ask them for the photos! They will always supply you with them! They’ve also sent me links to their websites where I can view the items up close (stitching, fine details, etc) so I know exactly what I’m getting. Also- expect shipping to take a while because it’s overseas and, you know, the global pandemic...

Excellent for certain products. Assuming you stick to trustworthy vendors you can get some unbelievable deals for certain types of products. You can find an incredible array of cheap glass (read water pipes/bongs, quartz bangers/rigs too) that are unbelievably good deals but you want to stick to vendors that have history or reputation. On the off chance a piece arrives broken, immediately take some photos/video and message the seller. This is rare but it happens, any reputable vendor will reship after you submit photo evidence. Don’t mark the order received and give the vendor 1* that’s bad for you and them, instead message them and give them the opportunity to reship. If you hear clinking in the package it’s best to record opening the package or snap a quick video of giving it a quick shake before opening. Sometimes orders will be returned to sender by customs, you need to stay on top of these and communicate with the seller to reship or refund. Dispute when you need to but most of the time it doesn’t need to get to that point. Do be mindful of the order will auto-finalize and release funds to the vendor, dispute if you’re forced too before that point. DHGate is the best place to order bongs and water pipes, it’s common to see listings for many of the pieces you’ll find in local head shops. Shipping can be slow but you can get some amazing pieces for very little.

Great!!. Most things like shoes have been fantastic and beyond my expectations. Sun glasses and glasses are nice but very cheaply made and suggest going with the real deal. I’ve had a lot of frames made into eyeglasses that break from the plastic within weeks. Sunglasses you may have better luck since there not worn daily. There is a technique to perscription glasses that get heated down or up to size where these are not. Once the arm comes away from the plastic Nothing will fix it!! Glue, heat guns and everything else so there toss always. Now I’m buying scarfs so we will see and hope for the best. Tennis shoes I’ve been lucky and are fantastic that from the right person you will be pleased. It’s fun, cheap and why not!!! Good Luck!!! Only bad about tennis shoes the box comes crushed and smashed so there will be no box basically. I love getting kid shoes because the kids grow fast and who would know anyway. Great site on the rare occasions you receive the products. I love DHGATE, but of the 17 items I’ve ordered over the past 4 years, I’ve only actually received 11 of them. One of the received items was a watch that never worked from the moment I opened the package, but neither the seller nor DHGATE did anything about it. I sent DHGATE photos of the non-working watch, but they ALWAYS back their sellers, screwing their buyers. This past year of 2020, presumably because of COVID19, has been the worst for non-receipt of ordered items. However, on the positive side and the reason I keep going back, there are some phenomenal sellers with phenomenal products at amazing prices on this site. When everything works, it is awesome. DHGATE needs to do a much better job of getting the scammer buyers and buyers selling crappy products off the site. They also need to objectively treat both buyers and sellers fairly when adjudicating disputes. They appear happy to screw buyers in order to keep sellers happy, but without buyers, the many great sellers are going to lose business and be forced to migrate to other marketplaces.

Don't believe bad or negative reviews. This website/app is the best thing that ever happened to me. The prices on the merchandise is beyond perfect, the fitting (sneakers) is spot on, the variety is immense and the communication between the sellers (at least the ones I have bought from up until now) and buyer is positive and timely and they really work with you and want you to have a good experience. For example 3 pairs of sneakers (color schemes) were out of stock and I was informed in a timely manner and gave me more options to choose from off the same sneaker and they were reaching out through text messages AND emails to make sure I was aware and able to get my money's worth. I'm sorry but I'm sticking with these guys as long as they keep up the great customer service they have provided me with. Oh by the way, normally I would expect for any items over seas to get to me later than expected BUT all my stuff arrived FAST. DHgate you have my full support and money just make sure to keep up the great work and great customer service.

Faulty Quality Not like picture/Unhelpful Seller. I was hoping I could actually upload a picture of the shoes the seller I was referred to the link from someone off of TikTok and you best believe I will be going back to her TikTok to let her know her referral is bogus. I purchased a pair of Christian Louis Vuitton high tops thinking I was going to get what I seen in the picture when she got to me. The quality was terrible bad smell, and on top of that when I went back to check two days after I purchased the shoes were a whole $75 cheaper contact with the seller. They told me that was low quality but evidently what he sent me was even lower quality the 150 I paid for the shoes look like I could’ve bought from Walmart or dollar general for $20 or $25. Seller is not being very helpful on trying to help me with a return. I’m following all the protocols on their website. The seller martinshoes01 do not purchase from him as he has gone ghost on me. You only have five days to refund after you receive the order and he’s dragging his sweet time answering emails. He’s trying to wait five days out so I won't get the regund so I’ll never order from DHgate again.

Don’t use this site. I’ve ordered with DHGate for several years but the last orders have been a nightmare. I will no longer do anymore business with this company. Some sellers are advertising merchandise they don’t have. Ask you to Reselect. When you say you want a refund you can’t get it. Sellers decline your request for refund then your money is held up. When you contact customer service they are in favor of the sellers. Tell you when shipping deadline is up you can request a refund again. Which is usually about 30-90 days seemingly! I have screenshots of the sellers telling me they don’t have what I ordered! So why do I have to wait this long for a refund. Some sellers are shipping empty packages and wrong items! I received an empty package when I should have received a duffle bag purse! I refused the package because it was so small I asked the postal person to let me feel it and it felt like very small piece of bubble wrap. Package was the size of my hand. Customer service is very poorly handled. I’m done with this Company I’ve spent thousands here! No more it’s hit Rick bottom! Shoes are 2 sizes too small! I’ve gotten some good things previously but I can’t get good service anymore.

Good,Bad and Ugly. DHGATE can be a source of good finds, I advise anyone to shop around to find the best deal because the games are always played in pricing. My tactic is to window shop before I actually purchase because they like to take the price up just to mark it back to regular price and make you w their giving you deals, I also look for sellers with reviews that have actual pictures of what the person received, and the wording because I’ve seen duplicated wordings and names as reviews. See if anyone complains of communication problems (stay away) BKEBEAUTY Hair was one that scammed me bad for three 34 inch wigs, so they got me for some good amount money. And the truck was they’ll call you talking you into cancelling your dispute for a replacement and then once you click that cancel, they will ghost you and keep your money, I blame that part on DHGATE for allowing it by telling buyers once you cancel you can’t re-open when nobody knows they’ll get scammed and an agreement should be honored and re-opened if not. As frequent as I use the site this put a very bad taste for me.

Save yourself the time.. This app seem great at first glance. After using it several times, please head my warning. The shipping says 1-2 weeks. It takes 1-3 months on multiple occasions. If and when you finally do get your parcel, if you did not receive what you ordered and you dispute it DH Gate will not help you. Their requirements for them to even look into it are that you have a large scale so you can measure all the pieces total weight, vs the number of items that were not correct, you need to take a picture of all shipping labels with the weight clearly stated and then and only then will they look into your items being wrong. Which is ridiculous. Especially if the items are just the wrong color and you can clearly see it. Once you give them money they have no intentions on giving it back for any reason. Just save yourself the time and money a use another app. Also their prices are not competitive compared to other similar apps.

I’ve been buying from DHGate for more than 4 yrs now and at 1st I will only things I need and want, now I see opportunities to expand and buy what’s hot to sell and know that it will be sold quick. Yes!! Know the product you want to sell as if you buy it by bulk, you will end up having the products for years and never get to sell, so far around this time I had the opportunity to buy bulk of items whats seem to be trending and selling them quick. Always choose a seller with lots of feedback and not necessarily 100% positive. Pick a shipping that will come fast to you like DHL and free DHL only, epacket and others are soo slow as you forgot you ordered something and it will come to you after several months and realized, uve ordered the items 2-3 months ago lol. I love DHgate soo much and not even sharing anyone this site as I want to make some extra cash from it. They need to research and find this website themselves if they want to make money. ITS ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMIN BABY!!!

This app changed my life. Over the years, I have used the GOAT app to purchase shoes. I have spent SO much money on shoes over the past years, if I could add it up it would be multiple thousands. Now with DHGate I can use that same amount of money or less to buy so much more shoes, and I don’t even feel bad because I know I know they come from the same factories, the only thing is when you buy real ones you pay an expensive up charge to pad Nike’s billionaire wallets just for getting it from retail. Do not feel ashamed from buying shoes here, they are incredible quality, I have compared authentic‘s to DHgate shoes and the differences are minimal (as long as you do your research on Reddit to find a optimal seller). Please give this app a chance, it is an incredible place to shop for shoes, I have not tried clothes yet but I am willing to and I’m planning on getting clothes soon. Thank you for changing my life!

Best designer site on the Internet, seriously. DHgate’s my favorite one stop shop for luggage, sunglasses, basic knockoff tee shirts and shoes. Though you have to sift through mountains of garbage and will inevitably buy some items that are trash, the gems you find are worth the trouble. I have bought some amazing Yeezys and Ray Ban sunnies as well as broken watches and poor quality zippers. Returning items is almost impossible, so read the reviews carefully and only buy from vendors with good reps. I recommend only buying items with positive comments, they are your best tool in getting quality goods. So all in all, don’t expect great customer service or a real return policy and be ready for some items that will not be good enough, but if you take the time and accept the shopping experience you will find some of the best designer items I have ever found. They are high quality and as close to authentic as I have ever found. This is the best site of its kind and puts sites like alibaba and the rest to shame. I love DHgate

DH Gate Team Won’t Help. I recently made a purchase for $240 and the seller did me wrong. The item was supposed to be shipped from the US and then the seller shipped from china. I clearly selected US warehouse and paid extra. Items from china always get shipped out for free through epacket. I wanted fast shipping so I order through the USA. I talked to DHgate mediation team about the quality of the item I received. And they couldn’t do nothing. I purchase air pods and the sound quality was the worst. The bass sounds so distorted that you can’t even enjoy your music. I requested $4 for each box I bought but it was denied. I took pictures and explain in detail my issue but DHgate said that my evidence wasn’t enough while the seller submitted a picture of his listing and they sided with him. I’m currently going to open a dispute with my card and be getting in contact with the DHgate team again because is just not fair. I’ve used this app for a long time and this is the first time I had an issue like this.

I like it, honestly.. With this company in general it’s a hit or miss with the items you choose to buy. ALWAYS LOOK FOR REVIEWS FROM YOUR COUNTRY. As far as the app, make sure you create an account online before you use the app. I say that because I had to dispute a transaction (still trying) , so in the process the official DHgate people contacted me and sent me a link to fill out information. But it sent me off the app to the online platform and following the link it told me i needed to “create an account to fulfill this action”. I thought i already had an account but i do not and if i create an account, it’d be like me completely starting over. None of my previous transactions from the app would be shown. So it’s like 2 different places from the app account and the online platform account. But still give it a try. I feel the stuff should be updated but they’re individual sellers and everybody sells what they want. I normally go for purses and shoes. And haven’t been disappointed with the purses. Just bought my first pair of shoes today; i pray they come out well!

Will not order here again. I ordered a mask to use during this whole pandemic with the coronavirus, I’m from Cuba and I saw a mask with the Cuban flag on it that was ok on the price about $14 dollars and some change. Everything went well paid by order this was in May, we are currently a week away till june is over and July is around the corner and I still have not received my order. I finally decided that this was too much of a wait and contacted the seller to try to get my money back. The seller declined to give me my money back right away and offered for me to choose another item for free. The delivery process he said it’s not his fault that there’s a delay. I mean what a delay right? But to me why would I choose another item for free, how would I know if that would be delivered if my item i specifically ordered here was not delivered, does not sound right. There was no information on where my item that I ordered is, and I find it very upsetting that for $14 dollars these sellers will give you a hard time. We all work hard to be able to purchase items to go through this much trouble.. so now i have to dispute this and yeah this is a nightmare, will not be ordering here ever again.

Stay away. Stay as far away from this scam as you possibly can. Customer service will never help you. They will tell you to email people (liyuanyuan@dhgate) that will never respond and you will get so frustrated sitting in the customer service queue only to be told to sod off you will be willing to lose whatever money they’ve stolen just to never have to deal with them again. Their entire business model is to play dumb and pass you off until you get frustrated and give up. They will never help you and will always steal from you. All you can do is chargebacks which is a royal pain but your only recourse. Screenshots of their own despicable “customer service” is all the proof you need to get your chargebacks immediately approved. Don’t let them drag out your case past chargeback time. Just get all the evidence you need that they are allowing sellers to send you a $3 refund for a $40 broken item. Don’t ever agree to send a useless item back. This is a scam to get you to pay return shipping which they will never refund. Instead they lie and jerk you around for 6 months then only refund your shipping in DHgate credit. It’s just stealing. You shouldn’t need to send a broken or defective item back, let alone pay for it.

The Worst Shopping experience I ever had!!!. I ordered 4 items from DHGATE with the intentions on having it for a special event. The system said it would be delivered before the date I needed so I went on and purchased it, also attaching a message in the notes to the sellers that I needed it before that date. Once the order went through it gave me a bogus tracking system that wasn’t even in English seemed to never be updated. I never received the products. It was well over a month and a half later. I tried contacting the companies and the service was terrible. There is no number to call and you have to rely on messaging to solve a problem. I no longer wanted the merchandise and only wanted my refund and the merchants kept declining me. I still never received the merchandise. Then they tried telling me that the system say it was delivered so they are not refunding my money! You have to wait continuously until the system lets you file a complaint with DHgate and that is an even longer process. I waited and continued to try and resolve with the merchant. Then once that time came they declined me. So now I have to go through my financial institution to seek my refund! This was terrible and I wouldn’t suggest for anyone to buy from DHgate!

DO NOT USE!!!!. Would give negative stars if possible. I ordered a 9 piece power tool set. What was delivered to my house? A small padded envelope that said “power tools” on the description but inside was a gold colored commemorative bitcoin coin.....needless to say I filed a dispute and sent it back. I had to pay $30 just to ship it back to China (out of my own pocket which I still to this day have not been reimbursed even after I was told numerous times I would be). The return process took forever because the seller stopped responding to my communication and did not mark my return as delivered. DHgate has a policy that you have to wait 30 days from the time you upload the tracking and the system automatically refunds you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I reached out and told them that was absurd. Since the seller stopped responding, there was nothing I could do but wait. DHgate offered to reach out and that the seller MUST respond within 24-48 hours. I then asked what happens after that deadline...they said nothing and then they would try to contact again. This is a joke of a company and I will never be back and do not recommend it for anyone!!!! They claim great customer service and act like they are there to help but they really can’t do anything!

They Gave My Order To Someone Else & Refused To Give Me A Refund.... I’ve purchased a few items off DH Gates, & I must say I’m not impressed. There’s items I purchased back in January that I still haven’t received. When I try to contact the seller they do not respond. Many of the items I do purchase are too small & not the right size. I purchased a 3XL track suit for a gift & it fit them like an L, plus it was a cheap knock off of a real brand. So needless to say my money went to waste. I also don’t like how they don’t show U.S. sizes. They just tell you to go up a size or two from what you normally would wear, but even that doesn’t always work. So If your looking to buy accessories like scarfs, hats, belts & jewelry (and you can afford to wait a few months to get it), then use this app. Otherwise just go to a real store & save yourself the headache. UPDATE: I still never received my one package. It’s been over 10 months. I definitely would not recommend this app. UPDATE: My order was sent to the wrong address & the seller refuses to respond to my messages. I contacted customer service several times & still haven’t been able to get a refund. If I could give this service less stars, I would.

False advertisement and lies lies lies from some of the vendors, most of them OK. When you advertise that you have a company with the shoes in the USA and it is a seven day delivery, you should follow through with what you are advertising. I’ve been waiting three weeks they haven’t even shipped yet. I have three pairs different sites. All the same nonsense says it’s been in Los Angeles for three weeks shipped delivered shipped delivered shipped delivered. It’s not even thereat all you get from them are lies. Oh, I’m sorry my shipping company should be shipping soon. so don’t advertise that it’s in the USA and it’s a seven day delivery and the other ones I’m tired of their excuses there’s another site out there it’s not quite as good but when they say seven days they mean seven days or less after I do receive my products I probably won’t buy anymore. I’ll go back to the old vendors that I used to use and go from there. These new ones are young just trying to make a sale.

Badly. For those who are attempting to purchase from this website. Please don’t! I’ve purchased a Dress for my daughter’s 15’s pictures, we paid in full and even paid extra for the dress to come with more flowers and detail on the actual address. Once we received it the dress did not look anything like the picture that we wanted to order, we’ve attempted several times to get in contact with the manufacture. All they have done was block me from messages and never returned a brand new dress. Thank goodness I never sent the one that I received because I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have never received anything back. My daughter has been suffering because her pictures had to be canceled and the money that we paid for the dress was the only money we had for a dress. And the original page in regards to the returns and disputes, it says how you can fix that, but they were never able to help me and like I said they have blocked me and I have no way to fix this issue now. They are very unprofessional and I just want either my money back or a brand new dress that looks like the one that I originally wanted to purchase on the picture. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase anything from them they are a bunch of liars and they will take your money!

So far so good!!. I’ve only ordered knives from DHgate and I have ordered around 12 knives with 10 showing up so far. Had problems with one of the knives and sent the seller numerous messages with no reply but the very day I filed a dispute the seller answered. The seller didn’t even open my messages as it clearly shows “unread”. Anyway after speaking to the seller they offered me a $10 refund for a $25 knife that wasn’t right so I continued to explain to seller half of a knife is doing me ZERO good and their very next offer was a new knife which is exactly what I wanted in the first place and it was shipped as of yesterday. Now to the shipping part, don’t be in no hurry to get your stuff as you will wait anywhere from 21-35 days so far has been my longest and still haven’t got it as I purchased it in the Chinese holidays so I’m willing to give it an extra two weeks but anything after 45 days I will make a case to start a refund or replacement as they seem to stand behind. Shipping is slow but prices are hard to beat!!

Read this i have never had a problem. Just make sure. This is a great site to find products of any kind. Before purchasing check all fine print. Ask seller for actual photos of the item you will receive. Check all reviews on that seller. Has other people posted pics of the item they received. This is a very useful and safe place to do business just use your head and reviews are a must or no deal. This site is similar to many sites out there that get a bad name because people are overly excited about the prices and just order. If u want a great quality item check seller reviews, how long they have been selling, and actual pics of the items you will receive. If a seller has a return policy is another great thing. You may never have to return something but looks for sellers that back their products with a return policy. I follow these simple steps on all my purchases and can say they all were 1 for 1 clone.

Unprofessional sellers, no customer service, so much fraudulent.. I’ve not received half my orders, it’s always been a problem to get my refund, in fact, I’ve lost 4 orders on this site out of 9 total. I’ve never been refunded for any of these orders. It’s been way over the shipping time, payment was fraudulently released to sellers without my consent or confirmation of product being received on 1 order and that item ended up in customs, sellers somehow received confirmation of me receiving so I get completely plated out of my money, the seller said because customs got my shoes held up, he demanding that I pay for shipping again, (shipping was 80% of order total) because the shoes are held in customs. I reported to DHgate, they said they will not help until May 15th (3 months from now) because that’s the deadline for that order, yet the seller is sitting their with my money already. Just seems very fraudulent. I never received a set of Versace shirts last year I ordered, I play this whole little game and never received a formal response from a DhGate customer representative support nor did I get a refund obviously. Wont be shopping here or referring anymore friends/family until this is fixed.

DHGate App and site. Overall, most sellers are great. Reviewing sellers whether good or bad is very helpful. I have purchased $1200 roughly on one lipo laser diode machine. Machine came in wrong, yet stuck with seller and dispute team. Got my model in within 4 days plus got the prepaid label for where to ship wrong model. Currently, purchased makeup. Be mindful that some sellers will try to lower prices, yet are not being authentic about products sold. I mean this is in the products you get in after purchase as well as images on site or ad not being authentic to what you actually get. Currently, I have a seller whom sells “Too Faced” palettes, yet they came in smelling like toxic/hazardous chemicals. Strong smell. Asked seller to send me new ones, refund me, because i cannot use a product which has such a chemical smell, when it should not have a smell as eyeshadow if its new and kept in correct storage. So many great things about DHGate, sellers, products, and prices. Just read read reviews and look at positive ratings on sellers and how recent these stats are. All and all DHGate is a wonderful platform.

Dissatisfied Customer. I ordered a dress for my son wedding. I was asked when would I need the dress, I gave them a date of August 27. I was going on vacation and didn’t want the dress delivered while I was on vacation. I didn’t try my dress right on when I got it, because I didn’t like they way it looked, it wasn’t like the dress I ordered. I know I had my dress customized and that I am a plus size but it shouldn’t matter because if they customize dresses. I asked for refund, because I finally decided to try it on after being told that it might look different once I tried it on September 17. I was so hurt because it look horrible on me. I open a case for a refund, and was told I waited to long from the requested time of 22 days. I am not aware of the days they were counting. I was offered $19 refund of $105, taking in consideration I will have spent a lot of money for alterations. I will have to buy anotheru dress. After the company offer, I didn’t accept it and let them know I was up set with this decision and I wanted a full refund. I received a second decision giving me the same offer plus $6 dollar,total being $25. I am disable and do not feel like all this going back and forth with the same answers. I accepted the $ 25 but didn’t like it. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Social sellers. Used social seller on several items. One was three laptops. Laptops were delivered to wrong address in wrong state. Had to open a dispute. The resolve was seller was supposed to replace the laptops. Nope a week later I received an email stating that I was being refunded. Another was I ordered a drone on social savings. Again tracked drone. Made it to Tampa and delivered to another address not mine. Couldn’t open a dispute until the total time of delivery date was up. Another social saving debacle was ordered two tool set of power tools. Never showed up. One delivered in Lake Okeechobee, Florida, so never got that package. The. Last, I ordered two Apple computers and IPad and an IPhone XR. All from same seller on social savings. After paying a week later received emails from DH Gate saying I was receiving a refund. I’ve been successful with receiving a pair of sneakers, a purse, and a pair of earrings and belt. I would not advise to use social savings for anything. Beware of Social savings. You will never get your items. Alway delivered to wrong address in wrong state. Not worth the savings.

Beware. I have ordered many many things from this app. I’d say most transactions are great. Shipping is decent, products are great. However I have had my fair share of issues. The most recent- I ordered a pair of shoes. The seller sent me a tracking number that never worked. When I messaged them about it, they gave me updates but no new number. Needless to say after about 2 months I requested a refund. Seller agreed and when they agreed, they sent a new tracking number. The package for the new number arrived today and it was a disgusting old dirty single shoe. I tried every Avenue I could think of to report it to DHGate, but nothing is working. When you go to chat on customer service- it just isn’t getting through. I want to file a complaint against this seller and they’re just saying this dispute is resolved. OK BUT they literally mailed me trash. How are you supposed to weed out the bad for other people if you can’t even let them know what’s going on? DHGate has the worst customer service system. Not even worth it. This alone makes me rethink using this app. Very disappointed.

Perfect IF you take you time and research!!!!. At first, I hated this app because I could not figure out how to find sellers to trust and I received essentially junk. Now, I do not buy ANYTHING without first checking how many successful orders the vendor has, making sure there are real pictures of the RECEIVED items in the reviews, and then going through the reviews to see if there are any complaints. Number one rule with DHGate: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Do not be shocked when your $24 replica of a $3k bag is not an exact rep. You’re buying a $24 bag so think of quality of materials on a $24 bag from Wal-Mart just these have brand names stamped on them and someone is holding it wearing a white glove to make it look fancy. I use these bags and belts for everyday wear so I don’t ruin my real ones - the best way I can think to describe the items is “disposable”. Your $24 bag is not going to be an heirloom and if you stuff it full of items and carry it three times a week, if it lasts a year you are doing great!!!

Use At You Own Risk!!. My overall experience has been positive so far! The best advice I can give is look at product reviews and other customer reviews. Additionally the product you are looking for will most likely be labeled with another title, so it’s better to use your web browser first for research than using mobile app. My final thoughts are make sure you look at the different sellers before you buy because there is most likely a better one with faster shipping and better quality products. I have more than 60 purchases from this app and only 2 products didn’t come out like I wanted, but the customer service team is very helpful, they refunded me my money on one product, and the other they sent a replacement. So as a recap, make sure you have a reputable seller, do your research of the product, and look at the customer reviews because that will be the major difference in your decision making, hopefully this review helps.

Just follow the instructions and it's good!. I am giving it 4 stars for the app itself and how confusing it can be, not DH Gate, the company or the sellers and products. I think if it were a bit more simplified, it would be much better. You have to follow the steps below after receiving your item...and finding the right link to each step can be a challenge sometimes. The App can be a little confusing. And, I highly recommend that you read ALL of the terms and conditions. When you purchase an item, your money is held in an "escrow" type account. Once you receive your item, you have to either say you got it and you are happy OR you want to open a return/refund complaint. And you have only 7 days to do it or your money is released to the seller. If you don't respond, your money is automatically released and you have to deal with the seller directly. I personally have found the sellers to be good and honor their products if there is a problem. And, I have never had a situation where I didn't receive what I ordered.

The Good, Bad, and the Ugly. So I’ve been using this app since October 2019 and I was aware that the merchandise sold on here are great to ok quality knockoffs and that’s was a given because of the prices. I have since ordered 13 items. The good: 6 item have been successfully delivered to my house in a timely fashion like 3 weeks from purchase to delivery. All EXCEPT but one purse I order was smaller that what I expected. Still highly satisfied and I’ll give those transactions 8/10. The bad: I still have 8 items pending, however 2 were shipped to the wrong address. Another item that was purchased, the store no longer exist and there no was no tracking label even printed couldn’t contact the seller. Called chase and made a dispute got my money back. The other 2 item that were sent to a different address I contacted the seller and was issued a FULL REFUND. So that leaves 5 more items left. The bad: Some of these items I’ve been waiting well over a month for it to even have a shipping label printed. I have been tracking my items through the United States Postal Service and the last remaining 5 items are now in route to me. Let’s hope it ships to the correct address.
