Bein. للأسف الشديد ان التطبيق لا يدعم اللغة العربية

مشکله فی التسجیل. انا من ایران و عندی جهاز بین و لکن لا استطیع ان اقوم فی التسجیل لان لا یوجد اسم ایران فی قائمه الدول فی التطبیق! اعطونی حل!!

لا يدعم العربية. استخدامه معقد ولا يمكن تغيير الجوال اذا غيرت الدولة ولا يدعم العربية

سئ. ازاي مفيش لغة عربية ومفيش مصر عند ادخال رقم التليفون؟

هذه الزقاقة بحق وحقيق. ٩٠٪؜ من المستخدمين القناة عرب وتحط لي الموقع انجليزي . متى فكرتوا تحترموا أنفسكم وتضعوا للغة عربية نفكر نشترك معاكم .

Complaining. Hi I have been customer with Bin Sport since 2010. I purchased receiver with a welcome package from April 30, 2020 until today, August 7, 2020. I did not receive the device even although I paid the amount $ 160.Although I opened case for my Complaint No.5734321 and no one contact me from Qatar or Kuwait Please be note that I contacted customer service-in Morocco branch more than 50 times every time they transferring a file to the Bin Sport branch Qater and There no answer

اسوأ خدمة عملاء. رغم المحتوى الغني الا ان خدمة العملاء متدنية جدا جدا غريب شركة بهالحجم ان تكون بهذا الشكل و خاصة الواتس اب تعامل مع السائل بشكل عجيب اذا رد بعد ساعات بيتركك و بيمشي و بيرمي اي كلام مثلا شيك ع رقم الريسيفر و تبعث له كل الوثائق و صور الفواتير بيخرج دون حتى دون سلام و لا يوجد اقنية اتصال اخرى وسائل التواصل بيحولوك عالواتس اب و عالواتس ما بيردوا و اذا ردوا بيردو بيملل حتى قبل معرفة المشكلة و انت مضطر للاشتراك او الى الذهاب الى طرق غير صحيحة

Horrible Customer Service. I have been trying to get in touch with Bein Customer Support online/App/Email for over a year, nothing happens. The only way is to call them, which costs lots of money, and anyway the issue won’t be resolved. Very bad.
