Practically worthless. In its present form, this app is completely useless to me as a Charter Spectrum customer. And that’s not an exaggeration. I’ve had nothing but problems with this app for a long time now, both with login and with its normal functions (and I’m a very experienced user). I watch beIN all the time (big soccer fan), and it’s beyond maddening that beIN puts such meager, half-baked efforts into its app. I take no pleasure in writing such a negative review, but it’s high time that beIN gets its act together with this app. I can always depend, for example, on the NBC Sports app and the Fox Sports app to work flawlessly. But NOT beIN’s app. I can NEVER count on it. If beIN even hopes to one day be in the same league as these other sports networks, the least it can do is create an app that actually WORKS. — From a very unhappy beIN fan

Worst service!. I would honestly give them no start if that was an option. I paid a 110$ to watch the euro and it just doesn't work, i tried 2 different laptops and multiple browsers but it didnt work. I did all the steps that the technical support team asked me to do but they couldnt solve my problem, and eventually they said “there is nothing wrong with your account” and they claim that the problem is from my internet provider !! Seriously! The internet works fine and they claim its the reason, and even when i try to play on the mobile app it keeps crashing, in 10 minutes it crashed like 4 times. When i asked them to cancel my subscription they said that they dont do that. So basically you pay them money for a service that doesnt work and their useless support team when they cant fix the issue they claim that its not their fault and that you should change your internet provider!! Save your money and go watch the games somewhere else

Absolutely horrendous app. Last update of this app was 11 months ago and you can tell. Have to restart the app multiple times just to be able to click the “Live” button and even then it comes up with a technical difficulties error message. Genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, and I’m not saying that lightly. Update: after the new update this app is... still horrendous. Ridden with bugs, it works maybe 1% more than before. BeIN has almost certainly artificially inflated the rating of this app, because all I can see are bad reviews.

Good customer service. I erroneously paid for annual subscription thinking I could watch Premier League games. Customer service responded quickly in allowing me to cancel and receive a full refund. I will remember the way I was treated when the Champions League and FA cup come around. I may return. Many thanks to those who assisted me.

Low stream quality and terrible support. If you like watching football/ soccer ball flashing like a strobe light then this app is perfect for u! Terrible stream quality. I have had BeIN sports thru Comcast and now Sling. Even though I have access to all the bein channels on Sling and xfinity , if I go to the the BeIN sports app or website it and try and watch any channel other than just BeIN it says I’m not a subscriber! I’ll be watching it live streaming thru the Sling app or on the Sling website live but when I open the app or go to the bein website it denies access. Terrible support too.

Poor support. Reached out on multiple occasions for bein support team based On an error message I kept receiving while trying to stream services on game day as you can imagine any diehard fan would be disappointed to say the least. In efforts to try to watch my game I reached out to the team multiple occasions restarted re-logged in try different devices checked all my connections and was not able to come up with any solutions To troubleshoot the issue on my end. Later bein confirmed they had a internal issue offered they're apologies but at that point damage was done the game is over and I was in no mood to hear it…my thing is don't offer a service if you can't deliver

horrific on every platform. Updating the Bein app is like playing Russian roulette with worse odds; every update is more broken than the next. I haven't been able to login with my Verizon account in weeks, now it works but says I can't view any live video! This is on an iPhone 7+ and iPad Pro running iOS 10.3.2 So I figured I would try it from my laptop and suddenly I'm able to view live video! At least it loads in Chrome now, that never worked before. What a joke. Why even bother? You should sell off your soccer rights to a company capable of competent service.

What a waste. So this app doesn’t really show LIVE, it lags behind a lot. Add to the fact that if I click on another channel, I have to watch an Ad on a subscription I’m already paying for. Fix the app or honestly just use FuboTV, which is miles better than anything so far

Never works. Every time I open the app I have to log back in and/or create a new account. Even then it usually says there a connection issue or some technical difficulty. But never a solution to the issues. 98% of the time I can never do anything with the app because of these issues. I’ve even tried creating an account on their website and that barely works. Absolute garbage all around. Too bad because I would love to support the sport I love.

Not so trash anymore.. Your app never plays the live games. It hasn’t worked properly in over two years.. I would use go90 to watch the games because it worked perfectly but that app was shut down, and now I tried going back to beIN after over a year and it’s still trash. Sad.... I personally wouldn’t call my provider to keep your channel. Hopefully another channel gets the rights to la liga and we can watch Mobil games again since we can’t through you. -loving the update!! App works great! —app is broken again =( —app fixed again but I don’t understand why 5 devices are allowed on an account but only one may watch. What if I want to watch libertadores and my brother wants to watch la liga. Well we can’t because only one can be played.. disappointing..

Well done, finally usable. After many app updates, this version is finally usable. Now I can choose any stream and it works!!! At least for me. Hopefully in the future after they get everything stable for the majority, we can watch event replays, like we were able to in the now defunct go90 app

Worst app ever. I never write reviews but this app is so bad,I feel it is my civic duty to write about how horrible it is. The app never works. There’s always some kind of technical issue and it causes me to miss games. Yesterday it told me there were technical issues again and to try again in a couple minutes. I just went to try and watch a match and it’s still down. I’ve tried everything and it just won’t work. Absolutely horrible and the developers should be ashamed of the horrible app they’ve developed.

Bein is such a poor streaming platform. It’s not a surprise that cable some companies won’t carry bein sports. The channel is fine, but the streaming service on pc and mobile are useless. I can never get the app to work on my tv and when it works on my pc the stream is laggy, cuts out, and the quality is very poor. Then when there’s big games like el Clasico or a derby there’s no pint in wasting time even trying. Invest in your beinsports connect app as well as the stream online. It’s a shame beinsports has the rights to La liga. La liga needs to terminate the contract.

I keep getting issues. The reviews must be fake because this is app is complete garbage. I have to jump through hoops and watch a 30 second ad every time i have to fix beins mistakes. They want me to do anything besides watch soccer on this app. Ive had it for a year and ive been successful getting a game on here 1/10 times. Sad thing is they have la liga and the only way to fix this is by them making it better and they obviously dont care or dont want the app to be better

Horrible. This is the worst app on my iPhone. The developers for this app need to be fired. I can consistently count on one thing with this app, that I will miss any la liga game i am trying to watch. I just tried watching the Real Madrid and Villarreal game and nothing happen when I pressed the watch live button. All other buttons work just not the watch live. This app has been consistently bad since I downloaded it 3 years ago. Please bein, get your act together and release an update that actually fixes your glitchy app. You owe this much to your subscribers. I would gladly jump ship o ce there is another option.

Don’t work. I've been trying to get answers from customer service for more than a year. The application does not work I downloaded the latest versions in I even changed the cell phone and everything remains the same. A shame that they promote it and it does not work.

What a let down!! Embarrassing!. This might be my 2nd app review ever, I though I must write one here because I still can't understand why bein sport can't get it right on this app! They spend tons of money and get much more in return from customers , but they cannot pay another app designer to fix this app? It's persistently broken , I keep trying it every few weeks and each time it's the same and even worse than before, live coverages don't work 9 out of 10 times and if by any chance they do, chrome cast doesn't work! It must be embarrassing for such a big broadcast company, I would change my app designer before losing more customers.

Worse app experience I ever had. I’ve been using this app for more than a year and every time I have issues. It doesn’t matter in which device I use, there is always problems. It crushes all the time, it gives messages of technical issues, it says that i need to register(even thou I already have) this app is just the worse and I can believe nobody has fixed this issues. Also, I can’t believe it’s rating, all my friends report the same issues.

Fix the app. At first this app was working fine and I had no problems with it whatsoever . But now I can’t even watch any of the games bc I keep getting the “I’m sorry for the inconvenience please try again later” warning. I tried reaching out to you guys through twitter and instagram and the link you guys provided didn’t even help out at all. Can you please fix the app so us football fans can enjoy watching games on the go ?

Needs work. Bein is a great service but Ive always had issues with this app. Apple tv mirroring would never work. This is a big minus for me. The newest version on my iphone 6s is horrendous. The introductory ad shows up several times even after closing the window it will show up again instantly. The Tv guide looks all broken as well and is simply not working. Expecting more from this

No casting !!!. If you’re paying for a service to stream a channel to a device, you should not be denied the ability to cast from that device to a TV, for example apple AirPlay. The app shows an icon for casting the live streaming but it doesn’t work. I hope this is fixed or I will cancel my subscription.

Can’t sign in with Spectrum account. This app used to be so simple to use. Like most accounts associated with my cable subscription (HBOgo, MSNBC, Etc) I was able to sign in with my spectrum ID & password. Now it asks you to register and then gives an error. Result: this service I’m playing for is unusable on my iOS devices and laptop. This is a known problem that hasn’t been resolved and it’s probably affecting many users. I can’t understand how this app gets 5 stars. It doesn’t work.

Absolutely horrible app. You can tell Bein artificially increased the rating. If you look at the reviews all of the 5 stars are short and the usernames are so fake. In any case, for once, just once, Id like to enjoy watching a match on my phone using bein sports connect. Nearly every time I open the app I get the same exact message "I'm sorry were experience technical difficulties please try back on a few minutes". I'm not sure why I even subscribe to Bein. It's never working when I would actually like to use the service that I pay for. The app is up to date on the most recent version. Do you know how infuriating it is to have to watch that same freaking 30 second Disney World commercial over and over and over to try to and watch the match I would like to watch? Right after the ad it always refers back to the technical difficulties messages. The few times that the app is actually working you wait through several minutes of ads (yes starting with the Disney World one). Also, I have to say the tv schedule is ridiculous. Who wants to watch the regional bike championship of the English League Championship Playoffs????

Always experiencing technical issues.. Can you guys please work on it and make more easy to use because I’m paying for it. Now I want to watch a game but I can’t cause of technical problems. What kind of nonsense is that?

Awful App. Absolutely awful. Need to manage their beIN credentials AND cable provider credentials. Have to constantly re-enter cable credentials. They restrict access to a fixed number of devices and the cannot be managed via their app (website only). Difficult to navigate. Poor stream quality and if you get kicked out (which happens often), your back to having to watch their ads before getting back into the game. Worse of all, no Apple TV app. Looks like they spent all their money on UEFA leagues broadcasting rights and none of app developers.

It’s finally back. I’ve been using this app to stream on my mobile device since it came out. At first it was awesome but for a good portion of 2018 the app would not load any live events. Now in 2019 I decided to give it a shot again and it’s working perfectly. Hopefully it continues to work!

get relevent or get out. get revelent or get out. Your company is a shell of what it once was. You lost ur rights to Seria A, the Championship, copa del ray, and others. Its extremely difficult to not only use your app but even harder to watch la ligs santander and la liga smartbank as well as liegue 1 when I cant even get your channel through my tv provider or even on my smart tv app store. I honestly feel like your time is up and you minus well just give up and do the right thing. Throw in the towel and give your remaining Euopean TV rights to real companies and apps that clearly care about football like espn plus. Either get revelant in the football world or get out snd stop wasting out time. More than half of which is spent trying to re log on to your stupid app all of the time instesd of watching football.

Please Fix. This is the first time I have gone out of my way to write a review on an application. Unfortunately, I need to write this review in hopes that one of the devs or management see this because this app is atrocious. I love bein sports because of the games and I am trying to download this app on my phone since its not on my apple tv or ps4 apps and it gives me such a hard time to sign in with my TV provider.. now I cant watch the games since it wont work for some dumb reason. I have deleted this app

Completely Useless. I downloaded this app to be able to watch WTA tennis matches on my phone when I am on the go, which happens most of the time for me. The app description says that you can watch live anywhere and anytime through your home service provider. THIS IS A BIG LIE because I am only able to see video when my phone is connected to my home WiFi network. So this app is completely useless for me as a result. They must fix this critical problem.

App worked briefly, tech support doesn’t help. The app itself isn’t that great. When it worked, I was able to watch games and it was fine. One day it stopped working saying I didn’t have access to that content and I should contact my service provider. Then my service provider said I should have access and to check with the app developers since the issue is app related. Now, I’m going on 3-4 weeks waiting for BeIN’s customer support to provide an update on the issue. I’ve sent 4 emails asking for an update. Nothing yet.

Sports. I even forgot that I have this channel cause it never responds to my what I was expecting compared to being sports french version. I love the french version but the U.S. version lacks programming. All they want to talk about is La Liga especially Madrid and Barcelona. My advice is to take advantage of the french version in terms of programming. I also want to see a channel for soccer only and add the Premier League to your programming. I’m sure Gary Bailly will know what I’m talking about as a former Super Sports consultant and a former premier league player

Horrible and frustrating!!!. This is only the second time I’ve felt compelled to write an app review. This app is essentially worthless. The only reason to download it is to watch live, however the live feature does not work. Of course, the ad they show prior to the live programming works just fine, but when it’s time for the programming itself to kick in, it freezes for eternity. The same with the IPad app. Have tried deleting and reinstalling and other suggestions but nothing works.

Needs serious improvement. It’s hard to believe that this app has 4.5 stars. The app worked fine years ago, but now it seems that there’s always an issue. Either it’s really slow or can’t sign in. Seeing as how BeIN is the only provider of La Liga in the states, you would think that more effort would be put into people being able to actually watch the games. The app developers really need to look into fixing the recurring issues that seem to plague this app.

Finally fixed!!!. Like every previous reviewer this app was full of bugs until the last upgrade. Now I can stream all La Liga games and more. I’ll see how it goes tomorrow after the clásico RM v BFC. It’ll be 5 stars if I get to watch the game otherwise ba k to 1. Update: currently watching the clásico. Not bad, using phone and Roku apps work seamlessly.

Fix Ongoing Issues. Your testing is not rigorous enough. First I try to log in with Charter Spectrum and it constantly wants me to create a new account. Which it won’t accept. On phone or laptop. Basically an issue of lack of app testing. Something minor is broken and either you are understaffed or incompetent. Not sure which. My advice is to hire more people and ensure the testing is exhaustive. It’s annoying. Second -when it used to work - it took luck to figure out how to change language from Spanish to English when casting. It plays in English on phone but when you cast it changes to Spanish. Figured it out - it’s clumsy and situated where the close caption options are.

CC. Why we do not have the option to get rid of the close capture? Can’t watch a soccer game with all those letters on the screen. It’s very annoying having to watch a game on your cell phone with so much staff on the screen.

Terrible App Always “Sorry Technical Difficulties”. I dont understand how a entity trying to expand their audience and obtain more viewership has such a terrible mobile application/experience! Youve already lost Serie A and providers such as Comcast are dropping you, and you want users to come to your defense when your products dont even work properly? Even your web application is built on Microsoft Silverlight which is extremely outdated. Invest some money in your mobile technology but most importantly, FIX THE CURRENT PRODUCTS YOU HAVE! It is unacceptable for your app to constantly state that you are having technical difficulties FOR WEEKS ON END. Hire new developers who can figure this out!

This app has “technical issues” 100% of the time. There’s not a single time when I try to watch a game and the same message pops up “sorry we’re experiencing technical issues try again later” usually after 20-30 minutes the game has started it works but is so annoying BE IN STEP YOUR GAME UP FOR YOUR COSTUMERS.

App does not work for live streaming. Please fix the “technical difficulties” Bein. This app hasn’t worked in a very long time when you want to stream live matches. The app used to work great but it’s been over a year since I have used this to watch a game. I tried this weekend over LTE and WiFi, yet the same “technical difficulties” message kept popping up. I’m gonna miss Roy Hudson when Bein loses La Liga rights. Let us enjoy his crazy metaphors while we still can!

Way to many crashes and commercials. Pretty horrible app. Crashes all of the time. Every time you start a new program you must first watch a commercial. My experience has been pick a program, commercial loads properly, as soon as commercial ends the app crashes, reload app and program I was trying to watch, watch another commercial, just to have the app crash again. Also, there’s no way to airplay to an Apple TV, so you’re stuck watching on a tiny screen

Worst app do not download!. This app does not let you watch the good games and you can not find the matches you want to watch. I was looking for the PSG matched and searched it and could not find it. I tried clicking on other matched but the screen would go black and I could not watch any game on it. Do not download unless you want to get frustrated trying to look for or to watch a match.

I can't use this app. I'm unable to login using my PlayStation Vue credentials, while I'm able to login on fox sports, NBC sports and espn watch apps, this app is keep telling me that there is an error and can't login. I'm seeing in the reviews that everybody is having the same issue using other providers. So the problem is definitively the application. How could you post an app that doesn't work at all. Another problem is that the app can’t be used with xfinity credentials.

ZERO RELIABILITY. Since BeIN Sports has been in the USA, I cannot think of one time in the many years, that the application or the website has been reliable for streaming. Out of all the elite Sports networks (ESPN, NBC, Fox, TNT, ABC), by far BeIN sports has the absolute worst application/online streaming platform. After every update I am hopeful that the developers would resolve this issue, granted that they are aware, but with years of consistent on reliability, the appropriate parties must be aware. As much as I love this network for bringing elite world football to the USA, is difficult to enjoy your entertainment when the application/website streaming capability has been neglected. I encourage being sports developers to compare their experience with competitors to their own product and I’m sure they will be massively impressed on how far ahead their competitors are, in terms of quality. And… all of the standard issues increase exponentially on every El Classico, like clockwork...

This App needs an upgrade!. This app needs an upgrade ASAP! I used to have Sling TV and I would log in with that account to be able to stream on this app. Then I switched to a new provider and now I cannot log in with my new provider. Every time I try to do so, it asks me to create a new BeIN Connect account but when I put all the information in, it says the account already exists which makes no sense because I have tried with many different usernames and emails and I get the same message every single time. Please fix this. All I want is to be able to have a BeIN Connect account and once I am logged in, I want to be able to select who my provider is. That way if I ever switch providers again, I can simply switch my provider on my account and start streaming again.

Few minutes behind the actual game!!!!. For its live streaming, it is not actually live. It often gets up to 4-5 minutes behind the game. Like the whole world already is talking the goal and we are still waiting for it to show up on the app....Pretty ridiculous!!!! and the 30 Seconds commercials... is it necessary to force us to watch it over and over again for the entire match (eg. got log out because of connections problem, want to check score for another game, want to text someone?.....) I want to say I like this app but seriously.... I can’t.

Terrible. No idea how its at 4 and a half stars. App to watch live sports event is terrible. Works great to show commercial when you initially launch the game you are trying to watch but after that pop up notice comes up saying to try again later. You end up trying again and again only to watch the same 30 second commercial over and over. Will only work 1 out of 10 tries. Everyone I know has the same issue. This app is 🗑 !!!

Terrible. This app could be the best ..... but it never never never works. Never. This is very frustrating. When a game start, you can spend 30 minutes to make it works and often the game is finished before you have even managed to see something. I do not understand why BeIN who pay so much the service to show soccer leagues do spend so little to fix the app...

Worthless. I have a cable subscription with Bein Sports included. I don’t mind the fact I have to download two apps to watch the same channel on my phone. What I do have a problem with is the entire point of this application is to be able to watch live programming, and not once has the app been able to do that. So I ask myself what the point of this application is? They’ve clearly generated fake ratings on the App Store, and instead of ensuring their online streaming services can run properly, they ask us to handle client relations for them when they lose platforms like AT&T or Xfinity. I wonder if those companies realized how worthless the majority of your services are?

It never works!!!!!. I’ve been patient with this app and time and time again its let me down, this app never works, either an error here an error there, one of the worst sports app ever. That 4.5 star average rating is a mistake or fixed because this app is always having some sort of issue and the people behind this app never do anything about it, never even hear from them saying they’ll work on trying to fix it. As long as people download the app they’re happy with it..so disappointing, all I want to do is watch a few La Liga matches maybe some Ligue 1 matches but always having issues, be with signing in to registering every time I open the app even though I’ve already signed in and registered before.

US users, do not subscribe. Do not make the mistake and subscribe, the app is ridiculous, it does not support Chrome Cast! It only works with fubo’s most expensive package for world cup 2022. That’s a wasted $100 for only one month of service. But you can only watch from your phone. If you don’t mind the language of the commentator, go for something cheaper. Or you can just find pirated links on the web if you want.

Unable to sign in through Telus!. I’m paying $15 per month through telus and I don’t get to sign in to this app?! Wth?!

Waste of money. It’s ok if you are in the original country where the match you want to watch is broadcasted but if you are abroad beIN makes random selection and even don’t broadcast derby matches so what you pay becomes meaningl as as you cannot watch your favourite club’s matches. There is also log on issue that you have to log on each time when you open the app which ends up missing the game most of the times. The other issue is the language issue. beIN broadcasts most of the matches in Spanish even the match is not in La Liga. I love Spanish and I wish I could speak but I don’t understand a word don’t expect a commentary that you can understand if you are not a Spanish speaker. And if you think there is a customer service who can solve these issues you are living in a dream. The customer service is aggressive, not friendly at all and you are the one to blame always whever you raise an issue. So in short, stay away from beIN as much as you can.

Refund. I paid a monthly subscription because apparently you were showing the work cup and you guys aren’t, not just that but the app it’s soo complicated. I’m try to cancel the subscription and I just can’t, I would like to cancel my subscription and a refund. I’m really dissapointed

Impossible to Cast to tv. Apple airplay still doesn’t work after years... now you can’t use Google chrome Cast any more... so I have to watch on my phone? Ridiculous.

Very cumbersome!. BeInsport is a great idea, i just wish it would work. During the last couple of years I subscribed and unsubscribed a couple of times always thinking they would have had corrected their glitches, but not luck. I would emphasize, great idea but really annoying when most of the times it doesn't work. Fix it please! A sports lover here.

Scam. SCAM People be aware they will charge you a monthly payment with auto renewal and it has minimal channels specifically not Arabic channels , and they will blame that or do you wanna different region

Never works. Great idea for an app with soo many matches to watch but keeps lagging and playing adds, commentators overlap with different languages and it keeps on replaying. Also why am I getting apps on a paid app subscription, kind of defeats the purpose. A rip offf!

Unsubscribe. I subscribed and paid to watch Fifa World cup but after sent payment and open the channel I couldn’t find any Fifa Soccer games . Unsubscribe but still valid for a month, so disappointed.

.. AirPlay doesn’t work. It will play fine on my phone, but says video isn’t working or isn’t available in my region.

App available in different devices. The app should be available in devices as Apple TV or fire tv , that would be very helpful so that we can see the match in big screen . Thanks .

Disappointing. I can not watch past matches, if I am not watching the game live I miss out. They will replay the match a couple of times through the week but good luck finding it. Unfortunately I have no other option for La Liga matches where I live. I wish DAZN still had La Liga.

Horrible app!. First and foremost, why do I have to watch whatever game you pick live at a certain time? Why do I have to rely on your decision? I’m a Turkish soccer fan and every time a Super Lig game overlaps with a La Liga game, it’s always La Liga game that’s aired live. I understand La Liga is more popular but I believe I should have the right to decide what I want to watch, being a paying customer. Why can’t you offer on demand like DAZN does? I paid for a full year for Super Lig and two games are missed already. Makes me mad! You should have ALL games live and let the viewer pick which game they want to watch live. DAZN has that option. Furthermore, Bein has horrible user interface, boring and shallow commentaries and repeating clips (always about PSG!!!). Just boring and poor quality. If you’re not following a specific league and just want to enjoy European soccer, get DAZN instead, that has EPL, Serie A, UCL and UEL.

Garbage. This is ridiculous. I can’t even access the channels even though I have the membership and even then the channels have conflicting commentary and sometimes don’t work at all. Absolute garbage. I’m being kind giving it two stars.

Needs a lot of work... UI is terrible, looks and feels like it’s was just a rush job to put together the app. Doesn’t support Picture in Picture mode. Works absolutely horribly when trying to chromecast it to a TV. The obvious comparison to this app is DAZN which is practically flawless. I only subscribed to neon BeIn Sports for La Liga. Really wish it was still in DAZN.

Terrible. Before there were multiple channels and we were able to choose a game without being cut. Now there are 2 options: English and Spanish. Even if your team game is there you are not guaranteed that you can watch the full game. They can cut it and broadcast a different game. I feel being cheated, it is very frustrating.

Unreliable and expensive. - Too many times the streams don’t play or stop in the middle. - The app freezes sometimes. - No on-demand streaming so you have to catch the programs live. - Hard to get in touch with the support. - Expensive. - Not worth it, feels like a scam. I have a reliable internet connection, and feel stupid for having subscribed to this useless service for years. Really feels like I got ripped off.

Terrible. Does not play games. Paid 14.99 for absolutely nothing. I kept clicking any of the live games and the screen would pop up the game but nothing would play, just a black video screen. You’d think a HUGE company like beIN sports would be able to invest in some functioning app that streams live games right. DO NOT PAY.

i thought i was able to watch the al nassr vs psg game. I tried watching games and it bugs alot and you scammed me i thought there was a free trial im so disappointed.

Horrible Customer Service. I’ve paid for a full year plan to watch the Turkish super league which was a big mistake. The game is on but when I try to watch it, the app said there is nothing scheduled. Called the customer service, and she told me that ‘they have no answers’. I will never subscribe for beIN sports ever again.

Glitches all the time!. This is becoming very frustrating for some of us repeatedly experiencing glitches on both the app and web versions. I’m a big La Liga fan but I’ve been unable to watch my favorite games because of mixed commentaries (English and Spanish) and the live streaming sometimes going back to the beginning of games. Paying $15/month just watch one league in these poor streaming conditions became pointless to me and I had to terminate my membership. I wish DAZN had the streaming right for La Liga 😩

Décevant!!!!. Très souvent, la connexion sur pc n’est pas possible. Le mot de passe ou l’adresse e-mail ne sont jamais reconnus, il faut réinitialiser le mot de passe à chaque fois. Dès fois ça marche mais la plupart du temps, après avoir entré le code de vérification ... rien ne se passe, la fenêtre de réinitialisation du mot de passe ne s’ouvre même pas!!! Ce n’est pas au point alors que le paiement a déjà été fait. C’est n’importe quoi!!! Très décevant! Je ne recommande pas!

Unable to cast!!. I like the new look of the updated app but I lost the ability to cast with this update. This is an important feature as the only reason I subscribe is I don’t have cable and watch on my large screen through the app (cast via iphone or ipad or chrome browser). Nothing works anymore so will have to cancel my subscription (again) if not fixed soon.

Great upgrade but still needs more work. For me to give it 5 stars, It needs way way way better game highlights and I don’t want have to enter my activation code every time I use my roku stick. Commentators, screen quality and product are amazing. I need way better game highlights!!!!!

So laggy. App is starting to become unusable at this point. Won’t stay logged in with my info, unnecessary pop ups every time I press one of the bottom tools. Takes multiple times for it to work and connect to any streaming device.

Fix the issue.. I work out of town a lot and use apps to cast my favorite shows. Well, I got really thrilled when I seen the beIN Sports app. That was 2 years ago. The app was somewhat working then. Open it up today, it worst now than it was then. I thought things are suppose to improve over time. Somethings got to give.

This app is average. Sometimes the app simply will not stream video or freezes up. Just as bad, when one changes devices, it doesn’t give you the ability to add as a replacement. So, it keeps the incorrect total of connected devices allowed. There are no options to contact anyone to reset the counter.

HORRIBLE !. This app does NOT work ! Keeps telling me I do not have access to live streaming, when I absolutely do ! When I use the beIN website on my desktop computer, and log in using my sling subscription, I can watch live ! When I log in on the app through my sling subscription, I can’t watch live ! SO TRASH, was unable to watch an event I paid for because of this apps incompetence !

Fix your issues jeez!!. Can never watch or it takes over several attempts of logging into a tv provider for this stupid app to work. That’s been on going for at least a year now. The last two and half years the audio for anything live has skipped like a cd. Completely horrible app and network. Finished using it 😤😤😤

Stopped working. I’ve used the app for a couple of years, but it stopped working about a week ago. Keep getting a message that I don’t have a subscription even though I was able to use it just fine with my Spectrum login all this time. Please fix asap.

What did you do?!. I barely used the app before because most of the time I tried watching any game the “error” message would show up. But since the latest update, my app changed the language automatically, it keeps sending to Be InSports Canada, I can not access my cable provider webpage to provide my info’, and I can’t figure it out how to fix anything. Poor app. Horrible! Don’t waste you time downloading.

When are they going to fix it. App is terrible occasionally works, crashes all the time, especially with updates to iPhones, logs you out constantly, slow, streaming always stops and slows down don’t have that problem with any other streaming service.

Casting option. I’m disappointed by the new update, I used to be able to use a chromecast and watch the game on my TV, I don’t get the purpose of doing this, if I’m already paying a subscription to a Spanish sports package, why am I being limited to where I can watch it? This makes no sense. I might just unsubscribe to beIN SPORTS and go off market route and watch it on other sites, since there I can cast it on my tv, like FUBO tv etc.

Why I cannot access live programming?. So, I reached out to your support, told them that your login page keeps redirecting spectrum users back to your login page. I’m told that’s an issue with spectrum (sure), then called spectrum and there are no issues with my account. So when are you going to allow spectrum users to access your services? Wonderful production support that cannot troubleshoot failures!

Horrible app. If Bein would spend half of the money they spend on buying fake 5 stars reviews in having a decent working app we would be able to watch a game here and there. The app never works anymore and it’s impossible to watch a game, you just get “try in a few minutes” messages. DON’T pay any money to subscribe through the app, it will be throwing it away. Bein stop laughing at us with your fake 5 starts reviews.

Not even worth 1 star. I’m not sure who reviewed this app but, they’re either fake or lying. There’re about 3-4 ads that pop up when the app starts up, the live section just plays one ad before the screen goes black, and the news section redirects you to the other beIN sports app that needs to be downloaded. Both apps have the exact layout.

Great when it work!. This app is great on the go or when I don’t have a TV at match time but it freezes for no reason and it becomes impossible to navigate. It says I’m still logged in but wouldn’t work at all. I had to delete it multiple times to get any response from it. My other sports streaming apps ask me to sign through my TV provider and life goes on, so why not you?

An Awful app from an awful network. Constant crashes, sluggish experience, tried on multiple new devices. But I shouldn’t expect quality app from a network with horrible programming and sports coverage. Don’t really care about bein anymore, if I want to watch a la liga match there are lots of free streams out there like GO 90, and you don’t have to go through the horrible bein app experience.

One of the worst streaming sports apps. On the rare times you are able to get a match to actually play, good luck being able to cast/AirPlay it. The app doesn’t offer those options so you are stuck mirroring your phone. I’m happy to jut watch on my phone as well but that actually happens about 10% of the time.

Super frustrating. Never had much success with this app and bein streaming. In the past I often got pixelated feeds where I couldn’t even see the ball and had to infer based on player position and movement. I rarely use it nowadays, but have discovered that I can’t even connect when I want to. Unfortunately this is the only network that will show la liga matches in the US.

Been Useless For Years!. Will NOT work over a wireless network for me, only WiFi. I can get the app to work when I’m at home using my home wifi network but when I’m out of the house it NEVER works. I’m using AT&T LTE and have a strong signal where I live. beIN’s tech support is probably filled with clueless interns. How can you continually update an app for YEARS that doesn’t function properly? Total garbage.

Worst app. Every time I try to watch a game on the app, I receive an error message that you are experiencing difficulties. The app doesn’t doesn’t let you navigate properly. When I you go to the live schedule, it does not let you click on any game. It is so frustrating trying to watch a game on the app. The ESPN app is WAY WAY WAY better, and you should learn from them.

Do not even try it. I would rather give no stars to this app that only succeeds in making you lose your time. The only thing you get from clicking on any show is a video commercial that ends and restarts again when you click frustrated in another show. Save yourself an angry mood and don’t download this embarrassment called being sports connect.

The app never works for me. I have installed and uninstalled this app many times… Restarted my phone… And over the past year since the first time I downloaded it I can never use it to watch live sports on my phone total waste of my phone memory. I only get a message that says "we are having technical difficulties please try again in a few minutes"

Nice to have. The only thing bad is that when I connect for about 6-8 minutes it disconnects for a bunch of times telling me about too many connections while I only have one and then some how it stops disconnecting, other than that it’s good to have it.

Good Channel but Terrible App!. Every time I want to use this app it never allows me to see any live fixtures. Even now it doesn’t allow me to see anything at all without signing in and it doesn’t even let me sign in or make an account! This isn’t the first time or a “new update” that is affecting me because I’ve had this had for a while and it never works! When I want to see a soccer game it just disappoints me.

TERRIBLE APP. There is always a problem with this app. It consistently ask me to create a new account every rime I log on which wouldn’t even bother me if it actually worked!! There is always an “error” page that pops up. NBC, ESPN, and Fox apps have never given me a single issue but can not say the same for this one. It’s a shame because they have la liga rights and are really ruining coverage for this league.

This app is trash. If you want to stare at pop up ads all day then this is the app for you. Probably have only been able to stream 2 live games in about 3 months of use constantly crashes and will only load ads. Now it’s brilliantly making you sign in every time you open the app to watch a game only to mention technical difficulties and force you to log in again. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible app. It’s like Al Jazeera doesn’t even care about the performance of this app. They’re so worried about how many devices you have on an account that they don’t care if good paying customers can use it or not. Even when ur doing everything right. Simple things like buttons not clicking or streams coming in patchy. Truly ur chances of viewing what you want to view on this app are less than 50%

Scam. The App won’t let you sign in with tv provider. Technical support suggests you pay Fubo or Sling to get an email/password sign in. Meaning pay Twice for the service! Once in Cable subscription and again with online provider. Horrible service stay away!

Will NOT WORK. Seriously Bein. You’re so caught up and butthurt on direct TV you don’t realize all your other customers are suffering. Look, I just want to watch my Barcelona match on the weekends but I can’t when your mess is always “Experiencing issues”. Awesome upgrade. I’ve been complaining of this app for a long time but I gotta admit the new version is just awesome. It works every time and the new features are super cool. Congrats to the developers for an outstanding job.

Major Bug. I’d love this app, but I can not connect the I-pad to my tv to watch games. Major disappointment. I was able to do so for months then one day it just stoped working. Deleted app and reloaded several times with no success. Tv connection works with all other apps, so it’s definitely a problem with this app.

Lack of Bugfixing/Testing. The first time I tried to sign in with my cable provider, the app kept crashing. Eventually I was able to sign in through persistence. The second time around, the app wouldn’t stream anything because of some bogus error. The third and final time around, it kicked me out of my cable provider and is not letting me sign in. Terrible app from a big sports channel. Shame.

Not performing at all right now. The app doesn’t allow me to sign in with my subscriber anymore, it doesn’t offer that option anymore. Very upsetting. Also, the schedules are not up to date, if you are looking for a game that you know is on, you have to try all the channels that are open, and by thus replay the same commercials over and over....!

Worthless. There is something wrong with the app everytime I try to watch a game. Either I can’t connect with my login and the game not being able to play.

Mediocre Dissapointment. I just discovered the app prevents you from screen mirroring to an Apple Tv. It stops the feed because it notices a “tv output.” This app is plagued with problems that should’ve been fixed a long time ago. It’s incredible that a company of those magnitude has a staff so incompetent that can’t get an app right in a market where all other similar apps work seamlessly.

Audio issue when casting. I’m having issues when attempting to cast. The stream starts fine on my mobile device (English audio) then when it’s switched to chromecast ultra the audio is switched to Spanish. This is the only app (out of many) that I have this issue with. I don’t believe this is an issue with chrome cast. Please provide a fix ASAP. Both the app and devices are running latest updates.

Terrible. I feel that the intentional block beIN sports is placing on streaming from a mobile device is shameful. And the fact that they won’t offer an app for the Apple TV is ridiculous at this point. I don’t even know how this app still averages high reviews unless they’re all fake. I don’t like writing reviews but this network is just as stingy as it gets, and they need to wake up and start listening to all the complaints.

Good but should be better. Works good on my phone but every now and then it tends to lag . The commercials are just overrated . And it tends to stock working after a few min of casting on my TV . This app is so bad it should not be called beIN sports .

Casting. One of the worst apps for casting on TV. It stops the cast with a red triangle saying there are too many devices on the account (the message doesn’t even stay on long enough for me to read the whole message) after it’s been casting for few minutes. I can watch it on the device it self without a problem. Also every time I want to watch a game I have to close the app After the initial launch and log in again.

Live video stopped working. This app is great when it works. Unfortunately, the video has stopped working and I feel like I’m paying money for nothing. I haven’t found any technical support or fixes either so I’m hoping someone might reply here with pointers. Basically I select the channel I want to watch live, an ad pops up, after the ad the live stream never works and I just see the loading circle turn endlessly. Please fix it.

Useless no live or on demand games. BeIN Sports is a service in it’s death throes unfortunately. Dropped by all the cable and satellite services in the US and now they have abandoned their app as well. The only way to reliably catch all games on BeIN is through FuboTV, an expensive proposition if you already subscribe to another service or two. Too bad because the programming itself is just fine.

Unreliable Service with No customer support!. Made a one month subscription for Bein connect, made the payment and amount was deducted from my Master Card successfully and the subscription hadn’t been added to my account. Tried to call Egypt customer support agent (CNE) after 40 mins of waiting, they reported that they are not authorized for any bein connect services. Called the Qatari contact center number for more than 5 times, always getting customer service is busy serving other customers and call drops!!! Tried to find any complaint email to contact them to make a refund but no way!! Very bad experience and not recommended at all!

Horrible app save your $$. It never works. All you will get from this crApp is a message that tells you have reached the max number of connected devices. Don’t waste your time calling their customer service, all you will get is a bunch of emails to let you know that they’re looking into the issue, then they just stop emailing you without, of course, fixing the problem. Basically, this app is just a big joke.

Worst Streaming app. Don’t let the fake ratings fool you. This app is by far the worst of any. BEIN is trash and has been trash for years now, and is probably a main reason La Liga fails to grow at an increased rate in the US. The app is spammed with ads, and even after logging into my TV provider impossible to use. I suggest finding a steam somewhere else cause you won’t have any luck with this garbage.

Non-performing service. *** Positive reviews are obviously FAKE *** 1. Signed up in Canada after DAZN dropped La Liga. So far 5 La Liga dates, have been able to watch live only two games. The rest get “technical difficulties” errors. 2. NO on demand option to watch games. Ridiculous programming that includes fishing programs instead of encore replays of La Liga with magisterial Ray Hudson. Only option then is to watch to awful anti Barcelona spanish commentators.

Fix it. Until this season this app worked. Now, no matters where I try to use the connect service I get a technical issue problem. This is a joke. This has been happening for two months and you don’t fix it? You have to be the worst organization for sports programming. I thought that ESPN would always have that title, but by god I think I have found someone worse, YOU!

It Worked!. I was hesitant to download this app after reading all the angry reviews but I was able to watch the Peru vs Colombia game live at home with no interruptions. Maybe I just got lucky I don’t know, but definitely worked for me.
