Scanner. I agree with everyone else we’ve had the scanner for a long time on our iPhones and all of a sudden you take it away. It’s typical. You give us something free play with or to watch and then we get interested in it then you take it away from us.

Why do I have to pay?. No, thank you. Simple scanner app asking for money along with access to your information. You can find so many free ones without agreeing to provide access to your information.

Can’t get the camera to connect. Do want and did not sign up for QR scan Product is difficult to install and to set up or to get to work There is enclosed written instructions both in English and in some kind of Chinese or Oriental language that is printed so small can’t even read it with a magnifying glass. This product is not installing on my iPhone no matter what I do. This is a piece of trash.

Sneaky. I downloaded this and tried once and then deleted the app. Not sure in what step it activated a ridiculous weekly $9.99 plan. Realized after several weeks and it siphoned a lot of money. App like these need to be banned. Scoundrels !!!

Don’t buy this. I quit the $9.99/week a month ago. They’re still taking it from my account. Thinking I had taken care of it I deleted the app. Intend to call fraud services at my bank and have them cancelled. If this doesn’t work I will call BBB and file a formal complaint against this company. Buyer beware!!!!

Scam. 🤬They steal money from you just by allowing the install on the device! Somehow they have set it to charge you when you give access to your camera! There was no warning or notification, just a random charge! Freaking thieves!🤬

Total scam. This app is a total scam. Without taking our consent or permission, this app started automatically put us in subscription and started charging 9.99$ per week. Wow that is so expensive.. how come? Apple must take strong action against this app.

This is SCAM. I have tried to cancel my free subscription but apparently it can’t be done. There is no path to make a cancellation - either thru their website or thru Apple or email. I even tried calling their Cayman telephone number but the person who answered only spoke in gibberish. If you like their product, that’s fine. If you don’t, you could be paying $10 per week.

All about money. Like others, I resist the unfriendly, greedy, republican way of charging fees for everything. I am starting to hate I phone! I completely agree. It seems that the frustrated left republicans are trying to cash in on everything. GREED is the only word they understand. With all “ free” iPhones now, this will really be interesting in the complaints department. Now you add AI and your money disappears in your bank account and the interest rate is unimaginable.

Says for free until you download. Sure, doesn’t cost a dime to download the app. But then they want to charge a weekly fee to actually use it? The only reason I downloaded it was to check some lottery tickets. I’d use this feature maybe a few times a year at the most. NO WAY I’M PAYING TO CHECK LOTTERY TICKETS I ALREADY PAYED FOR!!

Made With Worthless Materials. I have had the camera for two weeks and already not working. Do not buy this camera. Then after reading another person say how they did the upgrade and was charged $9.99 six times in a month, I refuse to do this. Customer support didn’t help him. REFUND ME PLEASE!. I downloaded this app by mistake but didn’t think anything of it as I read the description and it says free trial unless you want to upgrade to more features. I should have read all the way to the bottom as that line is very misleading! I have never even used this app! I am requesting a refund of the $9.99 I was charged today. Great workers. I go to Mikes in Doylestown absolutely the best the employees are all super friendly and make the best hoagies use to go to New Hope Pa not so good anymore so I take the extra drive to come to doylestown cause they are so fantastic

You have to pay to use the camera. Icsee camera went offline. I had to reinstall it. The old scanner doesn’t work. This one asks you to pay $6.99 with no guarantee that it will work. I have to climb a ladder to hold up my iPhone to camera for 3 minutes. Not easy for a 76 year old. Too complicated.

A legitimate SCAM. I accidentally download this app out and I misunderstood the free trial terms. I forgotten about it until I checked my bank statement closely. I was shocked to find out the charges. I canceled and erased everything, they've charge me 20 times. I claimed through apple haven’t received any response yet! I can't believe they can get away with this. It's robbery.

pricing very confusing. i couldn’t understand try for free but without a way to stop when it’s no longer free. The no longer free portion is confusing. says free but is it always free or is that portion of the app a free mod for the fee.

Reported this to Better Business Bureau- very misleading- and expensive. $9.99 per week to use this expensive little camera. Totally useless to me - I can get this service much cheaper. App in purchase. I had this app when it was free. When I updated the app the app in purchase for $9.99 showed up quickly just as I double click to accept and my phone recognized my face for payment. They should make sure clients are aware that it cost $ to upgrade.

Scam. Total scam. Weekly charge for something that can be done free with other apps or with standard phone camera. Hard to cancel and misleading with not showing it is a $7/week subscription charge. Do not download or use.

Frustrating. I bought a DJI drone thinking it was a reputable company. I’m disappointed that you can’t fly the drone without buying the DJI app. Dishonest, sneaky, manipulative, unethical, wrong!!! Wouldn’t have complained if it was stated on the packaging or display.
