So well done and fun!. Back in the days I used to play with many audio analysis tools in the PC. This is an app extremely simple to use and fun while having enough features to make it a worthwhile tool for real sound analysis in real time. Well done!

Its work great💯. Useful spectrum analyzer.its work great. Its analyse the sound in real time. I never used like this app before. Its really works perfect and amazing. Simple user interface and look graphical. This is most suitable for amateur hifi and A/V engineers. I strongly recommend to use this app.

Good but needs more bands!. Only goes up to 1/6 bands not enough to get really detailed info...was expecting more detailed info. Just ok rta pro gives you that ability...also doesnt let you calibrate the app

Does not work on iPad. I just purchased this, and it does not work on my iPad. The bars sometimes move, and sometimes they don’t. And when they move, they go up, but they do not fall back down. No, I am not talking about the peak hold feature. I mean the dynamic bars that are supposed to move up and down live with the sound go up, get stuck, and won’t go up again or down again. I would like a refund please.

Useless. It’s great if you like to watch the graphs respond randomly to sounds. However, it provides no actual or helpful sound analysis.

Awesome. This is an awesome application, innovative design. Use it for spectral analysis, and in accordance with the relevant data debug speakers, the effect is great!

Doesn't work. Bought as part of a bundle with db meter and light meter. The app won't open on iOS 10 on an iPhone 6. Wasted 5 bucks at this point.

Awesome! !. It is recommended to use the decibel meter. Beautiful design easy to carry. Users can measure the decibel ambient and analyze audio anytime, anywhere.

Great App. But it would really be nice if it would quite asking me every 5 minutes if I have a problem I'd like to report. Still can't figure out what's prompting it to ask but it's pretty annoying when I'm working with a band trying to get them mixed down.

Detailed Bass and treble analysis is lacking. Gives almost no information below 70 hertz. I am trying to decide whether I need a sub woofer and how much my speakers roll off below 70hz. It shows a straight response from 70 to zero which is wrong and you can't select a reading below 50. Has the same problem at the upper end of the audible range. Fine for mid range analysis I suppose but this usually not where the problems are in audio systems.

Fun and useful. This is fun to play with. I'm not going to tune my piano or calibrate my audiometer with it, but it's useful to see what the main frequencies are in everyday sounds and noises. Its also a great conversation starter when you start whistling into your phone

Erroneous Readings. Unstable. Inaccurate. Crazy-making trying to adjust a church PA. Had to find another app and start over.

WHERE’s THE SUB SONIC RANGE?. My HiFi system speakers claim a 23hz to 25khz range and I was curious as to the accuracy of the rating. On some movies we feel the bass more than hear it and I would like to know just how low the system REALLY goes.

I am really impressed. I've used bar graph audio analyzers on the iPhone and the one in this app is as good as any I've seen, but the real winning feature is the FFT display. It allows ready identification of the exact frequencies that are the components of the sound you are hearing. Highly recommended.

Very useful. This is a very useful tool. If I could ask for anything it would be adding a zoom function.

Very good functionality, great buy. Used warble tone (sweep) and white noise to equalize speakers. Would be nice if the peak and hold function had a release or reset button (have to cycle through FFT or bandpass). Otherwise I found the FFT filter to be really nice for EQ'ing my loudspeakers. Great buy, replaces a pricey test CD that I can't find anymore (think I loaned it out).

Doesn't work on iPhone 14Pro, latest iOS. Works on older iPad, not on iPhone....

iphone 14. Does not work on iPhone 14 iOS 17.1.1 it did work on an iphone 7 with older iOS Not sure if the problem is the iphone model or the software version

Have loved this app. But seems to have broken in iOS 16. No input even with microphone access enabled.

The best sound analyzer ever.. Please consider adding quarter tones, common in oriental music, and this app would be a universal best.

Does not appear to show spectral changes. Spectrum does not show changes in equalizer settings when playing white noise. In short, it does not appear to work. But it does show overall volume changes.

Good work. It is very well designed application to use for musicians and audio professionals. Only one problem that I am anticipating with it, that there is no motion from the designers to add simple plagin for external microphone level data correction file. That is big disadvantage for professional use. I have already requested twice on line with no any response whatsoever from the application owner. And that makes me feel sad.

Excellent app iOS 16 appears to have killed it.. I purchased this app ages ago and use it often to find high frequency buzzing from electronics around the house. The interface is clean and responsive. However post updating my phone the app crashes constantly when running at the more granular sampling settings and when running at lower sampling rates the graphs are unresponsive. Unless the developer releases an update to fix this issue do not download or use this app.

Great Spec Analyzer App. This app saved me from spending $175 on a light switch by leading me to the source of a high-pitched "whine" (8.4 KHz from a motion sensor). I am very grateful for this app.

Really good. As a musician, it helps me find any annoying freqs. I tested this against a real audio spectrum analyzer. It's so close to the grass speck, I was totally blown away. So keep on developing this apps. I support you guys

Work perfect. I just downloaded this app because i wanted to identify a mysterious high-pitched tone that was audible in my house. It worked great. The tone was clearly visible as a peak around 6400hz, and then i was able to confirm using a tone generator. I'm just a casual user, but the app present a feature set that would appear to satisfy more serious users too. I recommend this app and works great.

Excellent Audio Spectrum Analyzer App!. This is an impressive, highly functional spectrum analyzer. On my iPhone 6s it is extremely fast, even when generating high-red 4096 FFT spectra. It can also be set for 2048, 1024, or 512 resolution. The alternate bar raps display can be set for 1-octave, 1/3rd octave, or 1/6th octave display, and is fast and responsive at any resolution. The app allows quick, touchpad selection of specific frequencies, or specific bands (while in bargraph mode) for measuring and tracking the level in that band only. Both bargraph, and continuous spectral displays have selectable peak holding display capability. In addition there is SPL average display showing the average SPL in dB A. The display panes are beautifully designed, so the app looks professional. According to the maker, the analyzer is compensated for the Apple internal microphone. This is an amazing bit of programming which makes a iPhone equal or exceed the performance of a piece of audio test equipment that would otherwise cost many hundreds of $. At the extremely reasonable price of $2.99 it's a fantastic bargain for anyone needing audio measurement tools. Personally, my "wish-list" for future releases would include switchable weighting filters for the SPL measurement (dB C. for sure, and possibly dB Z), as well as a way to capture & export images of the spectral displays for future reference. However, as it is today, this is a wonderful app for anyone working in the audio world. Thank you for making it available,♥️Love it!

Works great on iOS 10.2.1!. It is very simple to use, stable to run, the sound level is only several dB off from a commercial sound meter. Wish to add a manual calibration setting, and a time based filter.

Upgrade needed. Worked well for a long time. I went from IOS 15.4 to 16.2 and the app broke. The sensitivity seems very low or very slow now. I used to watch live as various frequencies hit peaks. Cannot do that now.

Essentially did not work for me at all.. Did not work. Froze up. Even when it looked like it was working, did not change even with radical changes to my eq.
