Session Recordings. Would be great if the sessions get updated with video recordings after Dreamforce is over.

Informative convenient. The sessions are well organized and informative. I got a lot of good idea from the talks.

How do I update the app?. Every time I open the app a pop-up appears saying “please update the app to receive latest schedule updates” and it gives two options to click “visit App Store” or “skip”. I go to the App Store and it doesn’t look like it needs updated but now I’m not sure if I have the latest updates.

Event App. It’s content reach and easy to navigate. Just seems to be working slow

Quick, responsive and easy to use. This app is perfect for laying out your agenda for the day. If you missed a session or it was too full, you can quickly find another session to attend.

Great tool. Great tool but need a better way to scroll to different times.

OFI. Pretty good and useful. One suggestion would be to add a “now” button so the schedule would jump to the current time and you don’t have to scroll through... Also, if you could “jump to” a time, that would be useful. GPS - navigation, especially indoors to a particular theater, room, etc... Thanks:)

Good app for agenda at your finger tips. Like it so far, one thing that would be a nice to have, if you could bookmark or favorite the sessions you want to attend so you don't have to go through the full agenda multiple times.

Sudden changes. Yep could be used to send all updates on changes. For example when all had to exit the Marriott for a fire alarm, confusion on when to reenter could’ve been avoided. Also for safety reasons.

Area of improvement. Great app! So helpful but would be awesome with the below additions - 1. Should be able to Suggest closest (by location ) sessions 2 . Using AI should be able to suggest similar sessions based on recently attended sessions

Very useful but needs free text option. Great app, very helpful for scheduling, getting info, and finding your way around. Only complaint is it does not allow free text entries for sessions for vendor meetings or other privately scheduled sessions .

Not 5 stars because of the map. The map is hard to navigate and not helpful

Quick and responsive. Better than most other conference apps that are just web views. Wish there was a way to save sessions for a personal agenda and a map for the conferences.

I needed this!. I needed this app to navigate through all of the sessions at DF17. Now I am using it for TrailheaDX! It’s everything you would expect from Salesforce.

Great app, but.... The map of the venue is low resolution and outside of the app on a web page. You can’t read the booth numbers when you zoom in.

This app is super simple. I love the simplistic design, and would've given it five stars, had there been instructions on how to navigate and what I could possibly do.

Made my day. With Salesforce events app planning is like a breeze. I am a first timer to Dreamforce and if this app isn’t their I would be lost in the Trailhead forest or lodge village or in dreamfest.

Excellent Organizer. Love having the ability to have my sessions organized with the integrated mapping feature. Would love to be able to add EBC’s or vendor/customer events to the plan as a manual write in. Or to even forward the meeting invite to a mailbox and it would automatically add to my agenda.

Helpful. Wonderful app, helps you set your agenda, even directions to the room!

Needs to stop closing. App keeps closing when I close my phone. You should be able to pick up where you left off instead of having to start all over again.

Filter bookmarks. Just updated the app and can now see My Agenda. The only thing missing is the ability to filter out bookmarks so I can focus on the things I’ve reserved.

Broken!. App says it needs to be updated to latest version to access Dreamforce, but I’ve installed the latest version. The dialogue box just takes me to the App Store where I open the latest version of the app and am again presented with the error. I’m stuck in a death loop!

App Review. I really enjoyed having access to an events app. Some of the things that I would like to see improved are the map functionality (a *you are here feature would be really nice) and more user friendly navigation. I didn’t love the Home Screen and it was a bit difficult to find things.

Perfect App for the World Tour. Using the filters for all the sessions allowed me to avoid the long list compared to a Cheesecake Factory menu.

Events + Daily Email Suggestions = A Dream Dreamforce. The title says it all. It’s a rare event that keeps my interest in Sessions morning to evening, day after day: Events + Daily Email Suggestions = A Dream Dreamforce.

Poor functionality. Not a great UX.. I’ve used the app before and it was great for checking or registering for sessions, seeing upcoming events and locations, etc. However, one of the past updates must have done something to the functionality because there is no menu option, no settings, no nothing. It doesn’t even search for upcoming events. My app interface looks nothing at all like the screenshots on the App Store. My software is up to date and I deleted and reinstalled the app hoping that would fix the issue. No luck.

Link with co-workers or clients. I came to Dreamforce with 7 others (8 in total ). We utilized our time and talents best as possible, meaning, we did not go to same sessions. However it was nice to meet up during breaks or lunch (see a familiar face in the crowd of 170k). So we started a group text to try to keep connected during the event. Salesforce is about connections and opportunities, why not add to the app the ability to create you own Dreamforce group using each persons registration number. You could base it on signed up schedules and when scanned and confirm where they are, use gps, this way folks know if near each other . Also give availability to see schedule so if not near now, then might be at next session . Add a “chatter/text” feature to allow instant communication to either group or individual. This could be for company co workers , clients/customers, just a general social aspect. Enhances the experience, allows more personal aspect and ability to continue use of Salesforce . Free lanyards. I noticed here and at Dreamforce the free lanyards do not have safety releases. I work with the Postal Service and I am frequently around automation equipment. I can’t where these lanyards there. Even in a non-industrial environment if a person wears your lanyards they place their safety in jeopardy wearing one of these. Imagine getting out of an Uber ride and while shutting the door one of these lanyards gets caught in the door and the driver takes off after blaring his/her music. The customer could get seriously hurt. Salesforce is about making the world a better place. Safety should be at the top of the list. Remember at all the Salesforce events a large majority of the attendees use Uber type rides/public transportation. Just a thought from someone who had spent a lot of time around OSHA and industrial safety regulations/initiatives.

Helpful app for first time attendee. Agenda wasn’t loading properly on day one & I have a survey that won’t load properly. Otherwise, this app has been extremely helpful to me in finding my way around & getting in what I came to get in at my first Dreamforce!

No personal agenda. It is a good app if you want a look at a Salesforce Event Agenda electronically. I just wish it had the ability to select certain sessions as favorites.

My Badge doesn’t seem to be tied to app. I should be able to scan my badge to tie it to my app, so I don’t have to get my phone out for my quests. I have visited an completed everything in the app. Also there should be a notice when an area runs out of food, or an overflow fills up. Right now the app is closer to an electronic version of a paper guide than a helpful application.

Amplified my experience at Salesforce Events!. The Salesforce Events app has helped me navigate my way to get the most out of every salesforce event. Important, it’s helped me find out the details I need to stay connected, eat lunch, and plan my onsite schedule before I even get there. I highly recommend this app if you’re attending a Salesforce event. Especially if you’re attending Dreamforce, the interactive map shows how to find everything you need. The Einstein Bot is so awesome, what a great new feature!

But slow. The filters feature is great but the app performance and engagement is a bit slow compared to the previous version

Location based planning. Great app! Please also consider allowing users to search events based on the building in order to make the best use of time. Also, it would be great if we could add every activity we which to attend, including keynotes, to the My Schedule agenda builder.

Better than the website. This is the first time I've really played with the app and I love it, especially considering the website wasn't nearly as intuitive and user friendly as I expected. I wish there was better guide or instruction for fleshing out personal agendas and identifying gasps and overlap.

Confusing location. Need guides to be more informed about each location

Eats battery. The app is useful but you have to keep killing it since it eats lots of battery and there were very few or rather no charging points at venues.

Scanners at each session/ keynote. As you are scanned I was expecting that to update my agenda with the sessions I joined that I did not previously add. I was advised by the tech bar that you have to add at the session. That works but you don’t always have time to add. By the time I realized that, I was on my second day and had already attended extra sessions and unable to recall which ones. It would be nice to show all session/ keynotes attended and so you can go back to to access downloads, speaker contact info, and or slides. Dreamforce is awesome! Thanks.

Wow! Einstein AI recommending Dreamforce sessions. After 14 years of attending Dreamforce it’s amazing to see how helpful it is to get personal recommendations of the few that matter from the 2000+ sessions offered.

Never Miss Another Session. The Salesforce Events app puts all of the event info in the palm of your hand. I can't explain how many times I have relied on the app to know what session I wanted to go to next. Always stay in the know, especially when on the go!

Useful app, but needs map. They had the physical locations of where the lectures were held at the World Tour in New York City in the conference pamphlet. It would be helpful if it was also in app too.

Fantastic World Tour!. Well presented event with lots of informative breakout sessions. It was great to hear from real customers like Heidi as well as first hand experience by Telstra and Unilever. Will definitely be back!

Helpful but limited. Very worthwhile for the day. Could be improved by enabling me to add my personal appointments (with vendors / partners) to my schedule. Login button was not immediately clear and there is no indication that I am logged in.

Calendar notices. The app is great. If event push notifications could be set it will improve user experience in a busy conference environment.

What’s the point. I shouldn’t need to go to love in to get something out of this expensive program - avoid at all costs

Quite literally Blazing through the Trails. The sessions are educational, interesting and well thought of. Being a Trailblazer adventurer I can connect the dots and I believe the people who will be starting their Trails will find it interesting and entertaining coz of the amazing approach.

How to change the user email adresse. When I download the app, Only my Apple Account email adress appears. I would like to use the same one I used to register to dreamforce, so I can see my agenda. Any idea?

Can't Save. Doesn't let you save your own personal schedule, only lets you view what is also on the event website

App just crashes. I've installed and reinstalled this app 5 times, changed and updated all settings and iOS but nothing. Agree with the other 1 star that after struggling with the website, this is a pretty terrible second option.

Map. The map is too much info at one time. You end up not being able to see the venues.

An app for all of Dreamforce. Wow this app has everything! I'm impressed how great the app is this year. I haven't had any of the crashing issues other reviewers mentioned. Not only can you find all of your sessions but you can also get help right within the app. The faq is really useful. Way to go Salesforce!

Pretty good. One thing lacking is that you cannot see a session detailed description once it's in the My Agenda area. It's only viewable while searching for all sessions.

Good app. Good app except the login process was weird. Not intuitive where you needed to provide credentials.

Keeps glitching and I lose notes. The app keeps quitting on me and I’ve lost 3 sets of notes now. Very glitchy this year.

The only app you need for Dreamforce 2016 #DF16. What a great app. Huge improvement from past years. I’m loving it!!!!!

What happened to this great app?. I relied on this last year and it was great. But this year the interface is confusing, the app is very buggy, and the filtering is terrible. A huge disappointment.

UI is broken on iPhone SE. Had to login with Salesforce credentials as as keyboard covers input on small screen.

Does not work, just crashes. After struggling with the Dreamforce mobile website I decided to install the Dreamforce app. The splash screen appears but then the app just crashes. Now the mobile website automatically directs me to the app which just crashes leaving me without the ability to search for sessions on my phone. I will be removing this app.

Functions better, can't restrict view. Functions better than previous years, but it doesn't allow filtering of agenda view. It'd be nice to only see confirmed sessions as well as favorites.

Best Dreamforce app yet!. Really nice app this year. Love the snappiness of the fully native interface. Walking directions is convenient.

Endless update loop need a fix. App says update needed when I click Dreamforce. I then go to update and there is no update available. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as restarted my phone. Trying to sign up for sessions especially with the event less than a week away. Have used this app before and it was great. Would rate 5 stars if this was resolved.

Beck. Not a good band. It's hard to have to list to them to listen Fleetwood Mac.

Crashes on every device. Put it on both iPhone and iPad and it immediately crashes every time...on both. Any ideas anyone? I've deleted and reloaded multiple times.

The only app you need for Dreamforce. Really like the improvements this year, going to make session/agenda planning very easy. And great maps too!!!

“Forbidden” error for Dreamforce 2021. Disappointed that the mobile Events app does not work to view sessions for 2021. While the event appears on the app, receiving repeated errors when signing in either with Salesforce logo or SSO.

Best Dreamforce app yet!. This app is brand new and way way better than ever. Love the look of my agenda and especially the walking times and directions. Login is simple and there's lots of other great features in this one. A+++

Same bug as last year. The "more" calendar always starts from Tuesday morning. It is now Wednesday so for every session it is going to show me the past as if I'm about to attend something in the past. By Thursday afternoon you have to scroll through all of Tuesday and all of Wednesday to get to the time you are in. There might be a reason for historic display of passed events but not on a current agenda. What's frustrating is this is typical of salesforce development. The small issues never get fixed. Then they become big issues. Are we supposed to download somebody else's app in order to get a functional agenda?

Decepcionated. The App crash on my iPhone 6+ each time as soon is it Open, it load couple of seconds and then crash it out. Trying to connect with someone else but no one could bring support! Bad thing for the incoming Dreamforce event, I'll have to back 15 years and carry on my printed agenda and all the events in Paper!

Unable to log in. I am having trouble logging into the app. I use SSO to login to my instance of Salesforce. So, in the app when I attempt to login using a custom domain, it allows me to login and takes me to my instance. However I am unable to get back into the app to access my agenda.

Great Job this year. This app has been the best of the 4 years I have attended DF. The only improvement would be to put past sessions in the past instead of having to scroll through past days to get to the next agenda items. Great job DF app team!

Got even better. I was using it last year all the time to know where to go next. This year is even better with the Trailmaps and personalized info.

Cannot login. I cannot login to my app. Have been trying from 2 days. Totally frustated.

Constantly giving error to update the app. I am on latest version of iOS 16. The app is throwing error!

IOS 16 Support. App does not work with the new IOS 16 version keeps telling me I have to update to the most current version which I have downloaded.

Best Dreamforce App in Years. This years app was fantastic to use. It was fast (except the agenda page took a moment on app load), informative and everything I needed for my sessions was front and center. The Salesforce team that put this together did a great job! Now, keep the momentum going and don't let this be a fluke!
