Studying for my 65. I am studying for my series 65 and wanted an app that I could quickly look up financial terms that were not obviously clear to me, many of the terms in the financial world I don’t understand as it is a new field. Although I have not had the app long it has been a great help to understand terms that are unclear to most outside the financial world (put,call,debenture etc.) and the fact that it was free to download and search terms is the reason I chose it over Oxford and a few other “name” brands. Thank you!

Exactly what investopedia provides, but for free.. Perfect.

No index or TOC. The addition of an index or table of contents would go far in exploring its contents. The app simple opens to an empty search box and I know their content must contain some hierarchy that could be included.

For beginners I. This app is good for beginners very easy to read. If you use this as your reading the business section look up the words you don’t understand and you will be you own broker.

Nice reference tool!. Seems to have it all. Formatting could use an update, but other than that, nice

Great Source For Financial Definitions. This is a great app for any degree of investor from novice to professional. Not sure the exact definition of a word related to anything financial, investing, etc.? Just simply type it in and you get that word and many others closely related. This app will only expand your knowledge in the vast world of "money". Knowledge is power after all...

Terrible App. ALL you can do is search for a term you already know exists. You can’t just read it like a dictionary and learn new terms! What use is that?!? I can just use google, this isn’t worth the space on your phone—LAME.

Very weak.. Not sure how this app gets such great reviews. There are a million ads in the 'free' version, and the amount of actual information is weak. Content found on their website can't be found in the app. I'll be deleting this one.

Fantastic resource!. This dictionary is a fantastic resource. The paltry fee of $1.39 (CDN) to remove ads is worth paying without a second thought. I reserve the 5th star for when the app provides a standard A-Z 1-9 (etc) browsable dictionary instead of having to find the words themselves through searching (such as tabs, etc) and to have included a personal set of favourites (as a locally or cloud stored file) to keep newly learned words (or, in my case, frequently forgotten ones) in a single place. But, give the sorted A-Z option and then golden!
