Verify your Router. Yes we had the same problem but found our router wouldn’t handle the coding security of the app. We upgraded our router now everything runs smooth including this app

Terrible for iPhone X. The Audio and quality is terrible for the iPhone X. I read other reviews from people who are struggling with the same issue and it's pretty sad that nobody is listening or cares enough to fix this.

Terrible. This app is horrible sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t! An you have to keep running the test aftet you’ve done it the first time like I would recommend this app at all what so ever! The picture is cloudy you can’t hear them an it’ll kick you off the video sometimes!!! APP IS TRASH !!!

Eh. So I have tried this on a laptop, android. And apple iPhone 12 and the volume on test video the lady talks so quiet and volume is full. Video not bad but the sound is horrible. Most of the time you have to do or know sign language because talking isn’t an option. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Update Failure!!!. This App is terrible, to say the least. The recent update from two days ago has made it even worse. You can’t join sessions in progress, the app crashes repeatedly, the ‘video-test’ video is terrible quality, and it is not user friendly at all. Even IF it works, the quality is sub-par at best.

Useless. This app does not work with iPhone X

Horrible. I have the IPhone X and every time I try to run a test it click out of the app, I have tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling the App, Cox cable came out and checked my internet...really don’t know what else to do

Trash!. Does not work on iPhone/PC. This is trash don’t even bother.

Horrible app. Video and voice is choppy and the microphone doesn’t work.

Horrible!. This is the worst video app. This is a complete waste of federal money! I don’t know why the bureau of prisons has wasted tax payer money on this trash!

Not working. APP says I need to update to the latest version but I’ve just downloaded the APP today and according to the APP store on Apple, it says I have the latest version. I think the APP wants me to have the previous version... not sure.

App crashes on iOS 12.1. Not happy that app crash repeatedly in middle of video meetings. It would otherwise be convenient my iPhone Xs. Hope it’s fixed soon.

Terrible. Is anyone actually able to hear on this thing? The volume is nearly at an inaudible level. The video has ok quality but the camera doesn’t move the direction you want it to as its flipped. They need to try again.

Works as advertised. I don't have a windows computer so this is very convenient for me

iPhone XR. On my xr the I have video but the volume is so low that it sounds like it’s coming from the ear speaker

Review. The apps video camera is mirrored and is hard to find a right angle to show itself or other things because of the way the camera is. it needs to be a normal camera and sound quality is low and video quality as well 😞.

Volume issues. The volume is extremely low can’t hear. This issue needs to be fixed.

Horrible sound and quality!. Man do these developers need to give this app a little TLC… i just finished a phone call on my iphone 13 pro max and we couldnt even see our mom in prison :( ! They could see us but could also barely hear us!!! and not to mention that my app didnt even connect our call when it started, it just keep saying to wait for out call to begin (when it was still 5 mins past our scheduled time) so it was just a very poor phone call at that point… super disappointing so im deleting this app ASAP and only using our PC/laptop for future calls

Horrible. App doesnt work . One side can see them + hear. The other side sees nothing this app is horrible and needs ton of improvement. Wasted money on a 25 min visit didnt get to say 1 word to each other.

Does not work on my phone. Every time I try to connect to the video session it kicks me out. I’m very sad because I can’t have a decent video with my loved one. What’s wrong with this ?

Audio. I can never hear my loved one when they call. They can never hear me when they call. Video quality is very blurry. They need to update this version so we can enjoy seeing are loved ones instead of struggling to communicate with them.

Iphone 11. I have Iphone 11 with ios 14.2, the latest update Corrlinks has is iOS 13 from a year ago. My issue is I can’t get my mic volume to work so that the inmate can hear me. I verified it works by doing a video on my phone. The test i run before the chat shows failure. Not sure what to do at this point. They have tried to help me to no avail but I seriously think the issue is with needing an iOS update.

Invasion of privacy. I’m not the convicted why a app needs every ounce of information from everything you own? Easy pass, poor inmates not knowing it’s a scam!!!!!

U can barely hear them and they can’t hear. The inmate cannot hear u u need to allow ear buds so it’s better to hear what’s the use of video chat if u have to write on a sheet of paper and hold it up ?? I’m not over acting it’s horrible I would love to hear her when we video chat!!!DO BETTER

Won’t let me update. Every time I log in it tell me I have to update the app but it won’t let me update it I have even updated my iPhone to the lates one

Terrible!. I was able to hear the incarcerated person but it sounded as if they were muffled and far away, they could not hear me at all on my Apple iPhone it was the worst video session ever

Horrible quality. I have an iPhone 10, the video is horrible and you can’t even hear me. Such a waste of money.

Ehh... You cant hear the volume on it and if you turn ur volume up it echoes.

App is Down. I’ve lost my video visit because the app would not load at all and I wasn’t able to go on their website either.

Garbage. This app isn’t letting me do anything it won’t let me join my session to talk to my mom and it’s useless the government needs to make it better

Update ? Say what!?. So I have a loved one who is incarcerate. The picture quality and sound quality have always been less than acceptable but with no other option - even based off use of all the FAQs…I have continue to use the app. This week however during a session the app abruptly ends the session and tells me that I need to do the update in order to continue to use the service. I check: My iOS is up-to-date (I ran the video and audio test every time prior to a call session. So I know that was up-to-date 10 minutes before the beginning of the session.). I review the information on the current app. It says the last update was well over a year ago…? So I delete it and all of its data and revisit the App Store to download it again thinking I must be in need of a newer version? But wait? What is this? It is the same exact APP, with the same exact year ago last updated information. If I didn’t know better I would feel like I’m being punished by using this application under the surmise of guilty by association! Fix the bugs. This is not an end-user problem. This is a publisher’s issue. Just bad customer service. Does anyone know of an alternative platform? Attention all developers - you have some easy competition here. Because I will be standing in line to sign up For some thing else after a year of this poor service.

You get what you get and don't throw a fit!. The quality of the video is very low, but overall this app is not bad at all. I was so happy to learn that I finally could talk to my child and see her! In country I am from there is no such a thing as video call or even possibility to call from prison home. I am so glad that all these years I had a chance to communicate with my daughter. Thanks to this app I was able to let her listen her favorite music and audio congratulations from all her relatives on the Birthdays. I make screen shots and share pictures with all who misses her.

Can’t log in. I try to log in and it keeps popping up login fails no video session request for this account I have a iPhone 7 Plus what can I do

Trash. This app is complete trash. Out of the 25 minute calls that we are able to call loved ones, maybe half of that will work, and the quality is horrible. Have to use headphones with a mic for anything audio to work. Bop should be ashamed of paying for this app

Cant login.. Keeps saying there is an update I update now no longer works at all.

iPhone X on corrlinks video. I have a iPhone X and it’s updated I can not use the app at all it keep saying update and once I try to go to open it to update it clears me out and won’t allow a update even though it’s already updated. Help this has been happening consistently and also on my Samsung tablet

😒. This app is extremely convenient when you want to see a loved one, but it’s honestly trash af. The volume is so low you can’t even hear, it literally sounds like it’s coming out of the ear part. Your camera flips your picture, instead of mirroring it, so you have to move your phone all cattywampus for them to even see you. & the app works when it wants. I’ve been trying for the last 15 mins to accept a video chat, but the app keeps closing on itself. ANNOYING!

App won’t start. Horrible is been a week and won’t let me enter the schedule meeting.

Won’t let me run the test!!!. Very difficult to set up. It won’t run the test or even take me to the run test message.

very unhappy so sad. this will not work on 6s plus if anyone wants a good number to be able to talk to someone with ATS 484-320-4302

Can’t get it to work. I have a I phone XR everything is up to date and I cannot get this app to work. It says IOS 9 or later. I have IOS 12. Help! I have a video visit with a loved one Saturday. It’s telling me give access to my camera and microphone in my setting but I click on them and no option to do so. Then it say access denied. And I can’t do anything more

Simply the worst app in history.. The functionality is terrible all around.

Nightmare!. I have the Apple 8+ and have nothing but issues with this app. Every time I log in, it states my internet connect isn’t strong enough. I have fiber optic and the newest, most updated components so, the issue is not on my end. I have tried rebooting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling and still have the same issue.

Cash grab. This app does not even open past the test video. Whether I’m on WiFi or Cellular the video will not connect. This app was strung together with a lick and a prayer and a few stray staples. It was designed poorly as quickly as possible in order to squeeze more money out of prisoners and their loved ones

not working. unable to log in app wont go past login page for me it says no video sessions cant get in at all my sister sent three request and im unable to get in the app

NEW 2.1 VERSION. When are you going to put the newer version up? The old 1.2 version no longer works

iPhone XR: audio quality issues, causes echoes. Used to use the app on my iPhone 6s Plus and worked perfectly but this app is outdated and hasn’t been updated to confirgue to the iPhone XR and latest update of iOS. The only way to make the call work without extremely loud shrieking noise on both ends of the call is by lowering the the volume completely, speaking into the microphone.. and then raising volume VERY low to hear the voice of the inmate on the other end.. smh . No customer service, no technical support line, and no update, pretty sad how the Federal system is doing. :/ hope for important improvements in the future through. It causes stress on the families & THE Inmate especially since we don’t get to see our family and this is the only form of reliable communication.
