It’s a good app so far.... Wish there was a way to sync it in the cloud between my IPad and IPhone. I just downloaded it yesterday, got all the info typed in on my IPad, which has a keyboard and was so bummed to see it didnt sync with the app on my phone. And i cannot find the area to put info on the queens? Maybe some of this will be put into a new update. But its a great little app for what it does.

Very useful, 4 1/2 stars if I could.. I have been using the app for this entire season in my small home apiary of 3 hives. I use it very basically & haven't made use of the financial tracking, ability to add photos, or the QR Hive ID functions yet. I do use the Inventory & map features as well as the inspection & to do. Being able to see at a glance the main points of each inspection without having to open the specific inspection record is great. I also like being able to see (in inventory) which hives are using a piece of equipment. You can also see the equipment being used in a specific hive in the hive view, so there is no need to switch to another screen in order to see that. I had an instance where I was unsure how to use the app for a situation in my apiary, and contacted the developer. The response was quick, helpful, and specific to my question. It was a perfect solution. Overall very pleased with this app! The half star I left off is just for little things. For example, I would like to see an option in the To Do list for showing the item completed instead of only being able to delete it when it has been done. (maybe check box or line through & the number of to do items adjusted accordingly. Maybe the option to move it to the inspection record that it was completed during.) But I am sure it is much easier to want than it is for the dev to actually make it happen! :)

Wish there was a web app. Really love the app. It’s full of features. I would however really love to see a web app (desktop) where we could sync everything together. Overall I really like it.

Wondering how to record a swarm collected from a location, or from a swarm trap?. Really liking this app!!! However I have a couple questions…. How do I record that I’ve collected a swarm from one of my traps? How to record a swarm from any location? How to I record honey collected from a hive? Would like an option to archive hives instead of delete. Also an option for selling a hive. Thanks!

Good basic function. Happy with the app so far, using it for a half dozen hives. Only desire so far would be to organize inventory items by class, even if acquired on different dates, date it less important than item type for setting up hives.

Nearly Perfect. I would give it a 5 star rating except for the inventory function. It would be really nice for the application to have a stored database of common beekeeping equipment found in any of the supply company catalogs. I personally only have 2 hives that I am tracking and just recently started looking at the inventory feature so it isn’t something that has been of great concern.

The BEST APP!. This app is very well thought out. The layout is superb and very user friendly. And the ToDo list talks with my calendar!! As a former HiveTracks user, this app leaves HiveTracks in the dust! My reports are more detailed and I like to see a picture of the hive right next to the inspection report. I like the notebook feature to keep track of bloom times and other incidentals (such as recording when I last checked my solar fence chargers, when I changed the batteries etc. ) the timeline feature is fantastic. I found I couldn’t search hivetracks by date which was a pain when needing to find data on a specific date to upload to the Bee Informed annual survey. One of the best features is the ease of combining hives (and data; which is lost in HiveTracks) and tracking queens and daughter queens. The only thing I would change is a ”sold” category in addition to the transfer or merge categories for the NUCs I sell. I like a record of which queen goes to which buyer. I got around this by creating a “sold apiary” and just transfer the hive to it. But that’s my only suggestion. I’m still giving this one 5 Stars. I really love using it!

Love this app. I have been using it for almost 2 years. Do not use some of the features, like equipment, and a few others, but really like the ability to check to see what was done the week before in the hive. I take pictures of all my queens, and keep track of my mite treatments. The ONE thing I do NOT like about this is the fact that my husband, or myself can not put this on another phone or device with my current information to be seen. No problem paying a fee for the additional device, but not good that my husband can not see what I have done prior. I worry what will happen if I changed phones. Do I lose all my data? Wish they would add that feature to share the data back and forth and then it would be perfect.

Perfect App.. Looking for a app to record my bee related activities. Still a lot of things to explore about it and do about it to make the most of this app, so far this is the one what I needed to make the most of my 10 hives.

Really Love This App So Far. New keepers here. Two nucs installed into deeps. This app has really helped us keep our notes, costs, and equipment straight. Love that we can include photos in the inspection logs. The map feature is wonderful. An FAQ area could be helpful. It’s hard to find user suggestions on line. The sync feature was a bit tricky for us. Had to use the older link/button, couldn’t figure out the newer one, and didn’t realize we had to move the photo files separately from the data- but got it in the end. I’d love a spot to include a photo of each queen in the queen files, and I’m not sure yet about how to work the financial data yet since we haven’t harvested any honey yet... I looked at the honey log but haven’t figured it out yet. Guess we’ll see. But totally love it so far! 😎

terrible and difficult if use. I am not one to leave reviews, but these reviews are false. All the great reviews are from either staff who work for the developer or are just nuts, and have never looked at other apps for hive management. The inventory section has Nothing, must write out each item vs. selecting from a list of standard items. Basic hive inspection items do not exists either. The app only provides a place for notes. When I am completing an inspection with a suit, gloves, HOT sweaty, I need something ready to go. I have a number of hives to move thru. Have many, tasks to complete. I need an app with all the questions of a inspection, as I want to get finished and not waste a large amount of time trying to write down these basic items only to forget to review items because the app does not have a list of inspection items to be reviewed.

Request. I just started w app and it looks great. It would be useful to include a place in each hive to record the weight of the hive on a regular basis. Or is it already there and I missed it? Thanks!

Great app. We started beekeeping in 2019, and kept notes in a notebook, as our apiary grew, remembering all the notes was a little tough. My son found this app and it been awesome, added all of our old notes and take our phone with us and add notes, take pictures, whatever as we go thru the apiary inspecting, great product....

Great tool. Love it, only things I would change is when assigning inventory to a hive it is a bit of a pain to have to add a frame 20+ times one by one and the other is I would like to be able to have unused inventory assigned to a “home or warehouse”. But I really enjoy the app other than those small details.

Best hive mgmt tool I’ve used. Love it! Super easy to use, way better than HiveTracks. I started by using the Quick Inspection mode with just the notes feature, but keep increasing the features I use as my hobby expands. This app is worth WAY more than what the developer is asking. It would be a bargain at triple the cost, and no subscriptions!

Fun bee app!. This has been a really fun app to use to keep track of my hives. It’s easy to learn, and allows me to pack a lot of solid info into one convenient place for reference. Allowing me to store pictures is also a benefit! I LOVE this app, and HIGHLY recommend it for fellow beekeepers!

Great App if you have more than a couple hives. Last year with 4 hives I didn’t really see the value in this app but that changed as I increased the number of hives I’m working. Great way to keep notes and have immediate access to each hive’s and apiary’s history. There probably better programs for inventory tracking and such but I love this for inspections and such.

Start using the bee app. You should start using this bee app! It only takes a few moments to document your hive activities and add a photo or two. The app’s configuration is easier to use than ever (after a short learning curve). I wish I would of used this app from the start instead of trying to remember what I did when, how my hives looked and their conditions.

View. Love the app! Just wish you would change the size of the font. It’s really hard to read the small letters. Maybe even change the color. Thanks

Quite the Buzz. As a second year beekeeper, I looked for an app to document my apiary and found this one to be the best. Adding photos and documenting activity is easy. Wish there could be some voice commands since during most inspections you need both hands.

No ability to “archive”. I would like the ability to “archive” a hive instead of delete it. that was I can still reference notes and etc for that hive. The work around we’re currently using it to create an apiary named “archive” and transfer these dead outs to the archive apiary. Would be easy to implement by default. Thanks for consideration! Excellent Apiary recording tool. Been using this for 2 years now and am quite pleased. Developer continues to tweak the app to make improvements. Like the mapping helps keep apiaries separated. I have a horrible memory so this helps keep things straight. It helps keep track of queen linage and I can see which of my queens are marked so I know what to look for. Like the inspection record section. Check boxes for queen, eggs, larva and brood. Also has place for qty of frames of honey, brood, open (drawn comb), and foundation but would like to see how many frame of each type are in each box/super. This is the best app I’ve found for apiary management. Serves most of my needs. I am not affiliated with the developer or anyone else associated with this app as one reviewer suggested. I like it enough to use it as an example of record keeping at my local Beekeeping association.

Quite useful. I find this app useful but could be a bit more user friendly. Takes a while to get used to it. I like the “quick inspection “ option, when a total hive inspection isn’t done. I don’t like that the pics erase if I remove them from my phone. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty dang good!

Suggestions. Really love the app but a couple of suggestions. If you would make the app update to devices it would be great. Downloading the data and uploading to another device is OK but would be so convenient if when you added information to one device it would automatically update to other devices. Also if we could archive hives instead of just delete only. The hive could be archived into perhaps an inactive hive file. Really love the functionality and worth the money.

Very easy to use, very handy. I have been using BeePlus for 2 years. It is very easy to keep track of colonies and their health, transfers to out apiaries are through the click of a button. Includes GPS and QR tagging. Map feature is very cool. Saving data to phone and ipad is a little clunky, would prefer a cloud-storage option for data - Icloud, Google, OneDrive, etc - to easily share across devices.

Nice to have at your fingertips. I like this app, but just realized (“discovered”) that when you take photos off your phone, the app hasn’t stored them separately. It only links to photos in your library, which makes it hard for me to imagine long-term photos for reference. I will hope that on-app storage will be added. S

Great Record Keeping Tool. Very useful when managing multiple apiaries and hives. Easy record keeping and creating of logs. Mapping of forage areas on local satellite photos is pretty nice and remarkably helpful when determining expansion of operations. Exporting of data is a little complicated/tricky - haven’t figured out a good way to do that yet.

Useful and easy tool, one suggestion.. I only have three hives, so record keeping is quite simple as it is. Therefore, I do not use or need all of the features this app appears to offer. The app makes it simple and fun to record what I did, when I did it, and the condition of the hive. I especially like the photo adding features. Works well on an iPad. I would like to use the easy frame counting feature (how many have larva, capped, honey, pollen, etc.) while working the hive, but it’s too hard to use my iPad while holding frames. I skip that part and just record what remember after I’m done. Obviously a helper is necessary, but adding really large buttons for toggling the numbers up or down would help. Or, perhaps a way to make an audio recording which can later be transcribed into the log.

May I rated to high. So this app is nice. But navigation between everything is cumbersome. Like using the QR code’s, you go on into that area and when you back out of the hive you are backed into the apiary instead of back to the scanner right away. If you only have a couple of hives this would probably be ok but when going through a larger apiary and you are just wanting to spot check or come back to your to do list items it makes it annoying

Easy to use and helpful for new beekeeper. This app is great for a new beekeeper. Information prompts good note taking. Easy to add or delete information. Always at your fingertips when you think of that one piece of information you should have included. Love the ability to add photos also. I think this much more informative and better organized than a notebook or ledger.

Found It. I have been looking for a apiary software that kept the records I want, but wasn’t 2 cumbersome. Something that also could be used on the fly. BeePlus answered my request. I can track costs, honey production, setup schedules for my hive maintenance and everything. It’s easy to use, and I can use right in the field. It’s a great product.

1st yr-Amateur. This app has been helpful for me to focus on specific items when checking on my hives. My apiary expanded quite rapidly this year & along w/learning the beekeeping basic skills I began to stress about how to keep the details of each colony of the inspections separate. It's user friendly & had been great use for logging all data.

Great app; one suggestion. I love the app, very handy for managing multiple hives! I’d love a To Do button on the main page that lists all the To Dos from all my hives on one place with the hive name included.

Excelent apiary recording app. Well tailored for tracking the items a beekeeper look for. Must have been designed by someone with apiary experience who had the end users in mind. Fairly intuitive to learn. I see it as Scalable from a few hives to hundreds. Well put together app. Great feature set.

Help. This happened before and I was given tips on how to fix it, but now I’m in the same bind. All of the photos from the app vanished. How do I get them back? I tried the advice below, but still no luck. Any other suggestions?

Great value and performance. This app is great value for money. I recently started bee keeping (01Jan21) And wanted to keep careful record of my successes and failures. Having read one of the reviews that suggested the reviewer was affiliated with the App’s developer I cautiously duplicated my record keeping using a regular journal and tried other apps. That statement proved untrue. This app is easy to use and provides for excellent labeling of hives and swarm traps, setting tasks, equipment cost and record keeping and most important easy retrieval. Being a frugal bee keeper I like the benefits of keeping careful note of the location, cost and performance of my swarm traps. Like any other app it takes time to master the app you can elect to keep the help screens or refer to the extensive built in help. It’s Great!!!

A perfect apiary app!. Try it with an open mind and you’ll quickly realize this app is a valuable tool that will work for you, the keeper. I’ve used spreadsheets, notebooks and my memory - all don’t come close to the information you can store and access to better your house hives. A must-try!

Love this App!. Enjoying this app as a first year newbie, but I can see how it could really benefit commercial beekeepers with the scan tag features! Being able to create a unique identification for each hive and being able to walk up to a hive, scan it quickly and take pics and add info about particular hives is great idea! For me, as a first timer, I am creating more detailed notes and pics from my first year so next year I can look back and have some great information to refer to! Basically- I think the app can be useful to anyone who wants accurate notes about their hive(s)! Storing pics in a timeline to see how the hive evolved is also a neat feature!

Good app, beautiful user interface. I redownloaded the app and tried it again. The finance feature is improved. Overall the user interface could still be streamlined more to improve efficiency and data input. It would be nice if the syncing could be set to automatically sync between phone and other devices, rather than manually sending the data back and forth.

Hive management. I love this app for hive management. I can put a photo with the hive name that helps to identify easily now I have 18 hives in 2 different places. And being able to put a description that shows up on the front hive page help with knowing what I did the last time I was in the hive quickly.

Pictures. The only real complaint that I have is that it doesn’t store pictures. If you delete them from the camera in your device they are gone. I know that this is stated by the developers, but unfortunately I didn’t realize it until it was too late. Reached out for help twice and never even received an answer. Don’t count on support.

Works great for recording hive info. I’ve used this for about 3 years and latest version (3) makes it easier to add hives and such. Inspections are easy to record in the field so I don’t have to take notes then add later. I do wish it stored its own photos...as I don’t wish to have them in my photo albums and they get duplicated when I sync across devices. The new swarm section looks promising, as I was using the apiary and hive creator to record swarm trap locations. Thanks for creating this app!

Just set up. Just set it up with my apiary and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I haven’t put it to use yet. Really impressive functionality and data storage/sorting - will make me a much more organized, efficient beekeeper.

In LOVE 😍 w/ this app. Just downloaded it about an hour or so ago and now one of my favorite apps! One thing I wish it did have, though is to be able to add photos of individual queens under the queen history! I have had a hive for little over a year now and has already had several queens - first one lasted about 9 months and great layer, but later had a gorgeous one that they decided they didn’t like after about a week!

It’s fine. Consistently has little glitches (pointless to even try and add photos to hives bc they’ll disappear for no reason) and the data transferring is frustrating. We’ve been using it for 3 years so it’s hard to switch to another platform but we would.

Great app!. Great app and like the ease of use! Would love to have voice to text feature for note taking and and easier way to share data between beekeepers. Would love to see an instant sync all transfer via airdrop without having to create a file then, send the file, then having to open the file.

Great app!. I tried a few hive logging apps before choosing BeePlus for its ease of use and functionality. Mann Lake pushes HiveTracks, but this app is so much better! Honestly, HiveTracks is buggy, doesn’t always save data, and has a complicated interface. I’ve yet found an issue using BeePlus - it even syncs to-do items with iCal so you don’t forget stuff. I don’t use gloves so entering info in real-time isn’t an issue, and my hives are nowhere near a WiFi signal. Three thumbs up to the developers! Highly recommended!! 💜🐝

Great user friendly app. So far, loving this app. It is so user friendly and easy to see the overview at a quick glance. If I could make a suggestion......please work on the transferability of the app between devices. I began using this app on my iPhone, but due to storage space, was forced to dedicate an iPad to the bees 😅. This is awesome, but reentering all the data is sooo meticulous when you have to start over from scratch for each device. Needs a tweak to the app that will allow devices to speak to one another OR the info tied to an account that will show the same information on whichever device is being used at the moment. Overall, this app is amazing for tracking bees and inspections. Kudos to the developers.

Neat but could be better. My primary use is to record information from inspections and all other actions taken in the apiary. Inspections and other activities take many forms. For example sometimes an inspection is thorough and lengthy and includes actually putting eyeballs on the queen. Other times it’s a quickie where the observation of freshly laid eggs is taken as suitable evidence the hive is queen right. The app is such that the icon indicating presence of the queen defaults to red (no queen) unless I select that the queen was actually found. That indicator should remain neutral (no color) ie unkown UNLESS I actually make a selection from the three choices offered. I would also rename and change the inspections functionality to something more general such as Hive Inspections/Activities. For example if all I want to record is what I did and when (such as feeding or treating with FA or OA for VM) I should be able to do that quickly and easily without having to launch a full fledged inspection.

The only thing keeping this from being the killer app. I have been using this since last year. The app is insanely useful and great for tracking everything about your hies. The only thing keeping this from being a killer app is that the data sync is excessively painful. I use my phone and iPad depending on what I’m doing. Quick changes and additions/inspections go on phone and activities with lots of notes go on the iPad because I have a keyboard. I absolutely HATE having to compile a sync file, save it to my google drive then get on the other device and import it from the drive and then do the same in reverse so both data on each device is sync’s with the other. I would happily pay to have instant sync. Just click a button and the changes are synced between devices.

Great Hive management app. This is a great app for someone with a few or many hives who just wants the right amount of detail and wants to avoid too much complexity. Love the photo and map features. Running 15 hives this is great. Tried the others but this one is short sweet and simple to use! Keep up the good development work. It's free , but worth a few bucks!

Outstanding App!! Everything you need. This is an outstanding app in ease of use, function and design. To the developer, please make sure you keep it up to date. We don’t mind paying for that privilege. There is one thing we desperately need - the ability to pack up the database file to iCloud so it can be safely kept in the cloud in the even that an iPad/iPhone should need to be replaced and the data is not accessible.

Enjoying its simplicity. Just migrated from API Manager to this app for managing my hobby hives. Greatly enjoying the simplicity of design, it’s made record keeping much more enjoyable. Thanks peps!

Clunky and poor forum login. App does not easily allow date insertion of older equipment. You have to scroll through a slow process. Forum registration did not send confirmation email and no response from admin to request for rectification. Second email sent and will see if and when response is provided

Perfect for my needs. Big thumbs up... been using for 3 months now and found it to be easy to use, I can keep track of hive stocks levels, photos and colony progress. Also it doesn’t take long to input the needed data each time you pop the top cover of a hive. Time will tell whether it works as I expand my 20 odd hives and 2 apiaries to the hundreds.

Bee Plus. What a fantastically simple and effective app. Prompts for all the key information when doing inspections. Easy to reference notes for when you return to that hive. Picture capability, maps integrated and a generous amount of other useful info, such as disease and pests.

Cannot sync photos, do not know where to get help. Mostly works as expected. Works only with Apple, not Windows. Paid for additional install on a different device but have been unsuccessful in sync photos between devices. I searched for a help contact but cannot find one. Using this App Store to see if I can resolve my problem.

App is great, has a few minor flaws. I absolutely love this app it makes it easy to do inspections and add notes so I remember what needs to be done and what I’ve already done, I also love that it does inventory and financial keeping, the flaws are annoying and need an update, when you’re in the plans section and try to edit the list and move plans around the app crashes every single time, and sometimes when I mark plans as complete then close the app it resets the plan to 0% complete

Love this app. I was originally hand bombing all my notes into a journal but I started to loose my book. I realized I always have my phone with me so why don't I check out an app, that's when I found this one. It's efficient and keeps all my info organized. It works perfectly for my 20 hives.

Zero support. This app has potential but you can’t even provide a simple method of contact. Typical software development mentality.

Super helpful and easy to use. This app is great. I was always so lazy about paper notes or would lose them. This is simple to enter the info and let's me track the hives progress over time. I can quickly review the last inspection before a new one so I know what I am looking for or problems etc. Could use a couple of more features in particular retire a hive but it's pretty awesome as is especially for a free app

Great App for keeping track of things. I’m a backyard beekeeper and this app helps me keep track of all the important information I need . I’d like to see an option added where you can pin a location on a map of other beekeepers apiaries.

Best App for Capturing Relevant Beekeeping Information. I have been using this app for tracking and inspecting my apiaries and hives. It has a great data structure and interface for maintaining quality information on colony health and apiary operations. I am a small outfit keeping 70 colonies and find it quick and easy to move through inspections on either my tablet or phone. With the data maintained on the device and backed up to iCloud it is not necessary to have cellular connection. The longer input is good for build up and quick input works great for consistent colonies during flow. Great job.

Good app. I am enjoying the app I like how I can track my inventory, and financials along with hive health and checks. Sticky fingers do pose a problem at times but there's a solution for that! Thanks

Great beekeeping app. I am running 150 hives, working my way up to 3000. This app allows me to know what needs to be done on each individual hive as well as enables me to keep track of the queen lineage. Great app and only getting better, updates are all part of the on going development I have been seeing. Great app! Mark

Weird layout and navigation. I think it would capture all the information that you want to keep, but the layout is super weird, navigation is completely unintuitive and entering information is awkward. I’m sorry I wasted five bucks on this

Great app for hive management. From a backyard beekeeper who keeps anywhere from 5-20 colonies and raising nucs for sale this app is working out great. Still take a notebook to apiary but now enter all relevant data into app and have all information at my fingertips. Primarily I use the the hives and inspection records. A lot of the functions I don’t use but I can imagine they would be quite useful.

Well thought out app. This app has been invaluable this season. Much better than the notebook I was trying to maintain. Lots of tiny flourishes within this well thought out app that makes it a pleasure to work with.

Next to worthless. I can keep better notes on the spiral notebook. When out in the field and working multiple hives, writing notes wearing gloves and suits Is nearly impossible. I can write and keep better notes on the top of the outer cover using a sharpie.

Excellent. Great features: calendar can sync with other calendars, pictures and description of common pests. Easy and fast to populate spreadsheet for hive inspections. I have used it for two hives and live it.

Love the app. I have several hives and this app helps keep me organized from the equipment on hand to the honey I've pulled. The best part is the quick hive inspection updates. A quick review of my last inspection and I have an idea what to expect and plan what to look for. A must get for new keepers.

Awesome. This app has everything. And they upgrade along the way. I highly suggest this app. I keep track of all my hives and swarms and even the backyard bees. Especially when placing hives in the country.

Useful app for keeping notes. This app has been useful to me for tracking my activity in my hive. I'm just getting used to the app and probably haven't made good use of all the capabilities of it, but just having an easy journal to log my inspections in is great.

No way to contact. Great app until it is not. There is no way to contact anyone to help with issues. Apple Store says you have to contact the company and nowhere is there a way to do that. Support in app says cannot send email Web site has not contact method.

Time will tell!! So Far, So Good. My husband and I are new to bee keeping and I just downloaded this app (without reading the reviews) & I put our apiary & hive info in, along with some notes. So far, I think it is awesome! I sent an email suggesting some selections for new installations of packages/colonies/hives. Other than that, so far, I really like it!! Upon writing my review, I read some other reviews & I am a little nervous about loosing my info but, if all I loose on updates are my pics that is fine. I just don't want to loose the IMPORTANT stuff like ALL the notes and dates! We are taking a class on beekeeping and I am going to tell everyone about the app! Only time will tell exactly how I feel about this app but, as of right now, 5 stars!!!

Good app for tracking hives!. I’m a small scale beek and the tool works well for me!

Great app for the beekeeper. I currently have 6 hives that I move to different sites throughout the year and I wanted to be able to keep track of which is which and what was going on. After a few weeks I was amazed at how often I looked back at previous notes and inspections and was able to get valuable information that I wouldn't have remembered or confused with another hive.

Arriving. I wish it would archive hives that you have lost or shut down

A real “honey do” of an app. This is the easiest beekeeping smartphone app. Records can be entered in the bee yard or office. It’s easy to see what you’ve done and what needs doing. It makes planning much easier.

What i wanted !. Had another app first , it worked a few weeks and then I couldn't use it till i paid a $50 fee , since i had entered all my info on starting my hive they had me . Wrong ! So .. i found this app and no fee ! Took a bit to figure it out but its just what I wanted in the first place !

Use paper and pencil. This app is WAY more complicated than necessary. Better to just use a notebook and pencil to keep track of things. This app doesn’t include any drop down menus or suggestions so you’re typing everything in yourself anyway. Don’t waste your time/money with this app.

Impressed. Very impress with this app. I'm hoping it maintains its current features and improves even more in the future. Very well done.

Getting better and better!. The recent redesign is nice. Data entry is relatively easy but ui has a learning curve. Would be nice to have a web interface to enter data on a regular computer.

Amazing. Very well organized and very helpful!

Very Happy. I'm very happy with this app. It was cheap and has all the functions i need. You can track your finances and inspection information. Notepads are a thing of the past.

Can add inspection. Hi there. We are getting busy with our bee hives and I can’t add an inspection... I select my hive and then I get a plain white screen and can’t type or ands anything.... please fix.

Good but needs work. This has a lot of good features, but when the data for the hive is exported, the notes are eliminated. The heading cell for the notes is there, but the notes, themselves, are not exported with the rest of the data.

Great app at a low price!. This is an awesome app for the price. Not sure that it’s the most user friendly app to work with as doing tasks isn’t as straight forward as it could be but still pretty rock solid!

Great app for tracking hives. After testing many beekeeping apps out there, this app has many features that the other apps did not. It's very easy to use, the interface can be used by my children. Thank you for introducing this app to the beekeeping community.

Great!. Allows easy charting on hive status and honey production. Also has great charts to show cost vs profit and inventory.

Fix the inventory. I love this app in almost every way. It does a great job of organizing your whole operation. That said, there are some flaws I would like to see fixed. First, my inventory list copied 8 items and reproduced about 500 blank listings for them. I managed to delete them all, and they reappeared the next time I opened the app. The map is also a little wonky. The interface for creating a hive and adding its coordinates does not work. You have to pick coordinates on the map and then create the hive. It also does not project the foraging circle around each hive. Only at the first hive you create.

Awesome!. I’m going on my fourth year as a beekeeper and I’ve used this app for one entire season and absolutely love it! With ten hives over two apiaries (and growing) this app makes me a more successful beekeeper.

Great Tool. I'm new to beekeeping and this is a great tool for keeping track of hive conditions and the to do feature helps keep track of upcoming tasks.

1yr user. This is a great app to track your apiary. I have learned a lot just reading notes. Give it a try!

Great except for the latest update. App is fantastic for a bee journal. Easy note taking with everything you need built in. Worth every penny. Developers respond quickly to issues (I've only had one after an update and it was fixed within a week after I rated it). I highly recommend this app, as a new beekeeper it has been very helpful in letting me know what to look for on inspections.

Pretty Useful!. This app is pretty handy! It's much more convenient than a pen and paper. You can track everything you do in the bee yard. I love it!

Good, but could be better.. Great addition to my paper & pen notes, so that I can quickly reference stats on the go. Would like to see a “Pollen” option for the frames tracker.

Great app so far!. I have been using this app for a few weeks now and it is definitely helping me keep track of my hives. I tried to keep a notebook and write everything down last year but this makes keeping records so much easier and quicker, pull phone out and add an inspection record to the hive your working, beats the heck out of carrying a notebook around to do it. I found the map that shows your apiary(ies) and the forage area to be pretty neat. The ability to add pics of each hive is very cool and the ability to add a picture an inspection is a great feature too.

Love this app!. Great tracking tool with photos to help with managing multiple hives. Wish that there was a corresponding website for quick entry, and the ability to print off things, but very happy with this. I prefer over hivetracks

Horribly user unfriendly. This app is the most user unfriendly app I have ever used for keeping track of anything. Complicated process just to enter a hive check. Steer clear.

Calendar. Good app A reminder capability on here would be nice Unless it here and I don’t know how to use it

Better than HiveTracks. Had paid for a year if HiveTracks but just found it complicated and very easy to lose all you just typed. (Also, won't give you ANY refund on the year you've paid for). Bee plus seems to be just what I need and just had my son to d/l BeePlus and we function together with an apiary at each of our houses. We synced our phones and Bam!! We had each other's info. I love this app, its wonderful that it's not a monthly charge (which would keep me from using it). I highly recommend it.

Seems thorough. I have used this for only 2 months. It is reasonably simple. Would be great if there was a “how to” section for splitting hives, doing treatments etc. but overall it is good.

Great app.. With several out apiaries and numerous spring swarm trap locations I find this app very useful in tracking it all as well as keeping up with all transfers between apiaries. Customer support is very quick, courteous and helpful. Thanks for a great app.

Waste of money. I agree with the other low rating, this is nothing more than a note keeper, which is free on your cell phone. Need to develop a check list to make it easier to use. I will work on this myself. As a newbie keeper, wanted something easy to use and track my hives. DO NOT WASTE YOUT MONEY. Good luck trying to figure anything out on this app...crap

Great updates. Wonderful update. Lots of great additions...finances is a great addition. Hopefully the sync issues are fixed. I have not tested it but it looks to be improved.
