Practical for Internet in travel. It is practical and easy to use. It takes time to register the sim but the rest is great!

Awesome. I’m actually new to TP Link mfi modems. I have the 7200 and I love how it works. The app even makes the entire setup a breeze. I was up and running in less than a 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in Zimbabwe.

Wi-Fi. Over all a great device

App doesn’t request local network permission. I’m having hard time connecting with my mifi because after I install the app it only requests notification access but not local network, I couldn’t find the local network option in the settings. Please fix this issue. App is not usable.

Very good. User friendly, fast, stable.

Need UI improve. The app UI was not optimized for iPhone with notch bar. UI elements like buttons and texts are overlapping each other on iPhone 11

iPhone 12, cannot access SMS received.. Got 8 plus SMS since I bought that tp link and with the apps on my cell when I try to open the SMS folder who show I have 8 awaiting it goes back to the previous screen after showing “fail” in the top of the screen . How do we solve that problem? Cannot get SMS messages and offer from my current provider. Not warning for renewal and other important service provider messages I am using a M7200, hardware version 2.0, firmware version 2.0.3 and the app is only on my cell. The Apple App Store show I have the latest version of the application so now what do I do ?

SMS not working. I can’t read and send sms which is an important feature that is supper buggy i’m using M7200 pocket router. always show an error failed.

Filled in sms in arabic. The sms in arabic comes good but after while they get look like ????????? 1234?????? Like that it look like question mark all Arabic capitals

Message failed to open. Incoming message couldn't open in new version of iOS 13.2 please follow up this issue

very good app but it’s crash ios 12.3.1 iphone 6s. This is a very good app for manage fast and easy using tplink device but new update don’t work correctly and closed after open and i still couldn’t see a main window in new app it have a serious problem that must be fix please fix this problem soon because this app isn’t usable anymore. at first start before find device getting crash and come out of app new update have problems about show Sms messages in Persian language thanks

Doesn’t work. The app won’t connect to my WiFi unit. It just says “device disconnected”. The instructions don’t provide any assistance other than to make sure the device is connected and make sure the app is updated. Both of those items were addressed and still the app won’t work.

Big bug tp mifi m7300 ver2. When u go to setting you cant set Daylight saving time on the device it mean u have problem on open any website because your time is incorrect lets fix it 🥹

Needs translation/copy text. Either in app translation button or the ability to copy text in the messages… I have to screenshot the message, image-to-text the photo, copy, then pop it in translate… Very annoying just to see that a new message is promo for something useless.

Can't access sms folder. Goes back to main menu when I try to reach my sms folder and says"fail"

notification. i cant turn on notification for sms and other thing i had try install again and restart but not work there is not any thing for notif in iphone setting > tpmifi problem is from that i never see notif permission for first time to allow that

SMS. All text messages in Persian turn into question marks, so annoying. I love everything else about it.

SMS Failed is fixed!. Now, it’s fixed for some messages on sms hit a bug, so i cannot goes into the sms menu to check the message. It’s almost a year that I posted in TP link community and nothing happen until this version. Thank you and here is a five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

App screen size. if the size of the resolution of the app were match for iphone 7 not iphone 5 !!! i was willing to give this app 5 star , please fix this !!!!

Battery troubling. Good Day I am M7300 user. I am using this Router since 6 month. Now My Router battery being 15% charged take 3 hours but charging time My router switch off. Sometimes no charge..I start charging when 50% after 4/5 hours charging 50% also showing..but why??? What's the problem?????

iphone 6s overheating after installing update. I really don't think it is a coincidence that 30 minutes after installing your update my iphone 6s has overheated at least 8 times. Never had this issue before but now i am researching how to uninstall an update.

Sd card sharing. Unable to open sd card sharing...the apps automatic shut down

A few minor problems. 1. This app doesnt support ipads screen size 2. Doesnt support iphone pluses screen size 3. Every time i read my messages (in Persian language) and i go back to main screen and then to the messages section all the letters are replaced with question marks. 4. Some of the settings are not available in the app and i have to access the devices setting via browser. Good app otherwise.

Add “turn on when powered” feature.. Can you enhance TP-Link MiFi routers firmware & your App with optional automatic turn on when the usb power is back ? I’m using Tp-Link Mifi as car hotspot and every time it run out of battery during overnight parking I need to manually turn it on and I don’t want to use power save mode.

John H. Your white on blue/grey screen is nearly impossible for vision impaired people, It would be great if you could introduce a more contrasting colour scheme to your app.

Brilliant so far. Just changed from a Telstra 4G portable modem. The tp link is much better to setup.

7450. Great device Easy setup Looks great

Hasn’t been updated for new iPhones. Warnings and notifications don’t show correctly and you get trapped in a few menus and views with no back button etc.

It just works!. I love apps that work. That’s all they have to do - work. This one works well, met all expectations! It just works.

Update V2.0.4. The new revised interface is a welcome improvement on the 1990s GUI of V1.0 However, access to the Inbox is denied! Failed warning dropdown when trying to do that. Please fix ASAP!

Bad. For devices they can’t get a good signal although network coverage are very powerful on other devices. For the app; it was goog & now for no reason, my device is connected but the app can’t see the modem & then internet disconnects

USSD M7350. USSD id not available in to app why ? I have M7350

Cannot connect to this app. It worked previously. But just recently, the app shows “disconnected” although the phone is connected to the TP7650 and internet works. Typing “tplinkmifi.net” in Safari doesn’t work either but 192.168.0.1 works..

Bug report. Good UI/UX , please take care of text encodings in sms section. Doesnt support UTF8 and text direction for RTL langs.
