Loved game but doesn’t work. I’ve played this game for years and have completed every puzzle every day. For quite a while it has had glitches and requires deleting and reinstalling and reconnecting my account to get my progress back. I’m guessing they have abandoned updates since the last one was over a year ago. Over the past few days it has stopped allowing me to play the daily puzzle so I’m afraid it might be in the the final stage of operability.

Where did the key go? And how many times must you watch videos to get a free spin?. I like the challenge of the game — I’m up to level 30 — but what happened to the key? It used to be that for each novel word you guessed (incorrectly), the horizontal line would move and when it got to the end, you’d get a free hint. The game even still says that the key unlocks hints. But where is the key? How do you get the key? It is not explained in How To Play, and the horizontal line no longer moves. Why this change? Why this tease?Also, you can watch video after video before you get the promised free spin. What’s up with that? Where’s the transparency?

Lots of fun!. Everyone at a party was playing this game. So, I had to try it. It’s a lot of fun and a bit challenging at times. I’m currently where only 9% of people play. I play 3 or 4 times a day during breaks. I recommend it to anyone that likes a good challenge. Amps up the brain!

Excellent!. This game is quite addictive and challenging. Sometimes I need to leave the game just to clear my head, but when I go back, the correct word is right there. Getting the right words in the correct order so you can fill in the other words can be difficult. Ultimately, this game makes me think and use brain cells I didn’t know were there anymore. Excellent

Word Trek. I absolutely love this game and have been playing for around 10-11 years, however, in the last several years it hasn’t been supported at all. When the game runs into a problem, there is NO ONE there to help out and also completely shuts down when I hit about 3,000 points and just won’t do anything and I have to reboot LOSING ALL MY POINTS 🤬🤬🤬

Ads that don't mute, show spiders and violence against women. I like the game but it started showing ads for other games. Most ads are automatically muted but these ads don't have a mute button at all so I have to turn the phone sound down and then remember to turn it up. I hate that! Most other ads let you say the ad bothers you so you can skip it. I can't do it with these ads and the games its showing in the ads are awful! One has a spider and I am arachnophobic. One shows a fish getting burned in lava. The worst is a woman who gets attacked by a burglar if you mess up the controls. Just awful. If this complaint gets through to then I'll keep the game and change my review otherwise I'll just uninstall. Too disturbing!

Come Back!!. I have played this game for years & I love it! However, it won’t open on my phone anymore. I’m hoping they’re will be an update tomorrow so we can continue to play! ❤️

No longer giving points for watching video.. I have loved this game since day one. Until now. Video for ad is larger than screen, same ad plays every time, no points given, no way to exit ad and have to restart phone every stinking time to remove ad. It appears to be a “food lion” ad. Please fix. Very annoying!

Crashes all of the time. I’ve been playing this game for several years. It’s fun especially the daily quest. But about every three or four weeks it crashes and won’t allow me to access the daily quest or won’t open at all. I have to delete the app and re-download it. sometimes that works. Sometimes it doesn’t and I have to try again in a couple of weeks. Getting pretty frustrated

All my coins are mysteriously disappearing!!. This game can be addictive and fun. It's a word scramble with a twist. As you try words that exist your word meter fills and you get a hint when it is full. This is motivation to keep filling the word meter and it's especially handy on difficult puzzles. The catch is you have to watch a 30 second advertisement for the word meter to unlock it once it has filled. This is annoying but an understandable way to keep the app free. In the latest version you can only unlock and use the word meter once a day. It now won't allow you to watch another ad and refill the word meter, which does not make sense from the side of the consumer or the advertiser. The game is not as fun without guessing words to fill the meter. And now the advertiser's products are shown much less. To me this makes the game playable for about 10-15 minutes a day. Because of this I can no longer recommend this game as it is more frustrating than fun. I hope the creators of this game rethink this issue and make the game fun again. As it is now I don't see how this benefits anyone having to do with this game.

Good time filler BUT .... I like to play this game, but sometimes it tells you your selection is right but not in The correct order. Then when you do find THEIR order , you find your solution would have worked anyway,

Love the game but support seems to be missing. I love the game but Support these day seems to be non existent. If you have an issue and ask about it you do not receive any acknowledgement. I was not able to login for several weeks and never did I get a response.

Loved this game but…. I loved this game but it kept crashing to a blank screen. I have deleted it twice. The last time I no longer have the word meter to earn hints. And the app support takes me to a page that has no support. Bummer. Plus now the game has more ads. They used to have ads to earn extra wheel spins. They still do. But now they added an add between each level of the Word Quest. Too many ads now. :(

Finished 2X. I’ve finished this game two times. I loved it so much!! But it’s changed!!! When it says the letters are in wrong order, it takes all the words down, instead if that word. And it doesn’t tell you if the first word was done right until you’ve done another. If you play this game you’ll understand what I’m talking about!! I hope it gets better because it’s such a great challenging game!! FIX DOG #1 !!!!! I ve requested that you fix this game, two weeks ago!! I want to play but it’s NOT PLAYABLE!!!

Word fail!. I love a good, challenging word game! It took the first few puzzles to realize that this game had potential to remain on my device. I liked the challenge of figuring out the mystery words based on nothing. It didn't bother me a whole lot that the 3 answers needed to solve the puzzles usually had nothing in common, so I kept playing, wholeheartedly, to where I remain now...GOAT level number 1. I've been stuck at this level for weeks now, with no response from the game help desk, as to how to bypass this level. The FAQ's section claims that ALL of the puzzles are solvable. I appreciate that they think that and aspire tobhave that be true, but someone dropped the ball on this puzzle check. Goat level 1 IS in fact unsolvable!!!!. I have all three word answers and in no order of entry is the puzzle SOLVABLE!!! I probably would have rated the app higher had the customer support team responded to my call for help. Now I just grow more annoyed with the creators and the game everyday that passes without help. I'll probably just delete the app soon if it doesn't get fixed:-/.

Not Compatible. I’ve played this game for years but haven’t been able to play for months because whenever I open the app, it just goes to a black screen. I’ve been trying not to delete it because I enjoy it but it never wants to work. I’m currently using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and have the most recent iOS update. Please fix the app so I can start playing again!

Vocabulary Enhancer. Been playing this game for over 2 years because I only play during my lunch period. I am in the New World on the Ponder level where only 7% of players have solved the puzzles. I have yet to come across duplicate words. The words have something in common with each other and it makes you think. I will play this game until I solve every LAST puzzle. At times, I want to quit or throw my phone but I persevere!! ❤️❤️

Exercise for your Brain!. This game has it all! Daily vocabulary word with definitions and an audio reading so you can hear the pronunciation. Then three daily puzzles, very challenging and packs of puzzles to work on at your leisure. It’s fun while exercising the brain! Give it a try!

Pretty Good Game. Challenging but fun. Takes a little to get the hang of it, but know you do understand it can become addictive. The whole wheel-spinning is a bit of a scam though...kinda cheapens the game. They’re clearly using to get you to watch the ppc videos which isn’t cool at all.

Game locks up. I like this game, but it has locked up on me twice. The first time I deleted and reinstalled it, but I lost all the accumulated data and had to start from the beginning again. Now I am down to 5.1% or thereabouts and don’t want to replay all the levels if I reinstall it. I will just let this sit here for awhile, because there appears to be nowhere to address the issue for resolution.

Sad with Word Trek. I have iPhone and WT has failed to update. It has happened twice. It just got slow to open until it stopped opening. First I had to delete from phone & reload. I was back to square one & playing from the beginning levels. Had lost my spins (at max) and points (at max) and level. But then a few days later, it all returned 😥 Now it’s happened again! So I’ve deleted again and have lost everything. Just hoping my spins, points, & levels return. 🙏🏼

Grandads. This game is quite challenging....all puzzles are solvable as I am in the area of 1.87% of these are solved...for me the longest I spent on a board this summer was two weeks....but for me it was worth it...I enjoy looking up words to see their meaning and how other similar words can sometimes be found on the board as for most part words are grouped together....while not addicting it's more goal oriented, which I like....

Could be better. I like the game and play it all the time but I don't like that I can only watch one video a day for the archives. I liked the way it was before watching a video. Use to solve more than one archive a day if I didn't get them on that particular day. Don't like the spinner either. All I get is 2 or watch video or 2x. Do I have to pay for spins to get anything higher?

Word Trek.. Help please! After my last update on August 4, my game won’t even open. It just goes black after about 10 seconds. Nothing changes ever since then, so I can’t open it to ask for help. Two weeks later and still not working. Just turns off after trying, takes about 2 seconds or less to just turn off. What’s up with that?

Word Trek. I play a LOT of different games. I grew up with my Dad doing the NY crossword puzzle in pen. I became obsessed with the vocabulary, and spelling and it really helped through school and University. I love doing any kind of puzzle and I think a lot of these puzzles have the potential to be a big help especially In this time and the fact that everyone has a phone whatever kind it doesn’t matter, but there are a few that really need to simplify the beginnings because they don’t have good beginnings! You need someone who’s into puzzles to help you get it perfect because once you get going it’s addictive! Work on the beginning and you’ll have the new Gen X following!

Problems. I love this game but have a couple problems with it. I’ve had to delete it & reinstall it three times over the last couple of years (losing my ranking where I was & had to start over) because it just stops working & wont open up when you click on it. Lately the ads you have to watch to get the free points are either having you watch full add & then not get any points. Or for free spins you click on your free spin & it says nothing available to watch. I get this message often from free spins that I get daily to the points you get for watching videos during the day. Glitch is happening again over the last few days where I click on the app to open it & it closes.

Enjoyable. This is a game my 9 year old daughter and I enjoy playing together. We started a few years ago as a way to increase her spelling/vocabulary in a fun way. This is now a nightly activity as we wind down for the evening. Highly recommend.

Interesting Game. It’s only been a short while that I have been playing this game. It’s not too difficult, although it appears that most phrases are listed backwards. For instance it may be green grass but it’s in the grass green order. Strange but so are most of the games available. Happy gaming.

Glitches!. I love this game and I’m close to beating it, but for the past few months it keeps glitching out and i have to uninstall and reinstall and I lose progress in the level I’m working I’m. It just freezes up and won’t load the letters, or it won’t open the bonus puzzle. Or just won’t open at all. SO annoying. I’ve probably had to do this 6 times in just the past month. If the glitch is fixed, I’ll change to 5 stars.

Love this game. This is a game that starts out as so easy and progresses to a real challenge. I have gotten totally hooked on it and have trouble putting it down. If you have enjoyed “finding the word” puzzles since you were a little kid, you are going to LOVE this!

Word Trek. I’ve been playing this game for years. I love to challenge my mind. Recently I couldn’t get the app to play. I would try to open it and I get the yellow background and red W and then a smaller version of the red W and the whole thing disappeared. I tried numerous times and it continued to disappear from my screen. Do I deked it and downloaded Word Trek again. It started from the beginning. I notified the creators of my problems. Got nothing fixed. I wrote them 5 times now and have been waiting patiently. Still nothing. I was on the Aphoria world. This was my favorite game. And it keeps my brain working. I’m 73 now and need my game back. I don’t know what else to do. Love the game but sad I can’t continue.

Challenging puzzles. The puzzles increase in difficulty as you go along and reach a point of being truly challenging. Every puzzle is doable and there are ways of getting help if you need a hint. Also, there are daily puzzles and periodic challenges to give you more to solve.

Fun game but think it’s not supported anymore. I play this everyday and really enjoy it. However, the special Sam Quest disappeared mid game around Thanksgiving time. There are usually extra games, “sam’s quests”, throughout the year and now there aren’t any. I’ve tried emailing the creators but have not received a reply. I don’t think this game is being supported anymore so if you’re not already addicted, I’d pass on it for now.

Great game - too many frustrating bugs. This can be a challenging and fun game, however it constantly forces you to leave and re-enter the game because it cuts out frequently and opens my browser every time it does. I have to shut my browser each time. It gets annoying to have to shut down the game each time to correct this then return thru a series of screens to get back to the game. This happens frequently

Poor set up. I really thought I lived this game. Unfortunately, it has poor set up. Seems to come from a third world country. There’s no help as far as how to navigate very well. When I get gifts Nd requests from FB friends, it won’t give them to me or send. Often times it says unable to send right now. My progress is always lost even though I am logged in all the time. It’s like the makers think it’s costing them money even thought I have shared on FB. I have spent money on games but sure won’t on this one. It is poorly made. If all this was fixed, it would be superb as it is challenging. I loved the sam’s fall stall part or whatever it was called. But that seemed to be a limited time.

Too Many Ads. While the game itself is good the number of ads you must sit through has become overwhelming. I have completed all levels and no new ones are being made. This game is a big money maker for the developers/owners since little of your time on the app is spent playing the game.

Addicting. I'm not normally a game type person, but I've been playing this every day for about a year. It's the modern equivalent to the daily crossword puzzle my father did. The app crashes a lot, unless you drop into airplane mode, then it works fine.. but it always recovers when you restart, so you don't lose anything but a few seconds time to restart.

Sound issues, but a great game. Have been obsessed with this game for several months. A great way to pass the time. However, I constantly have issues where playing the game shuts off the sound from other apps, so you can’t listen to podcasts or music at the same time.

Irate user.. Great game. One big problem, after a while it’ll lock you out. The only way back in is to delete it and then start all over again. This is the third or fourth time it has done this. I’m about to quit this game FOREVER!

Game will not open. Everything was great until 2 days ago when the game will not open. I click on the app, it does the red screen then the yellow then closes. Every time!! I’ve tried to update the app, but can’t, I’ve restarted my phone, still nothing. I had finished all the levels and was still working on the daily puzzles, but now I can’t…what’s going on?? (And now I can’t post this??)

Please fix this!. This used to be my go to game, but it seems like the more levels I complete the slower the game gets; now it takes forever for the board to load, then a couple minutes before I’m able to start highlighting letters. This game has such a lag that it’s become painful to play, but I really enjoy it. I believe I’m on level 30 or 31, I’m writing this review just to kill time for the game to load. My other game apps do not have this issue, just this one. I keep hoping one day I’ll open the app and it’s back to normal, but this has been months now.

Game. I enjoy the game but wish there were other ways to earn spins besides waiting it out. That does help me put the game down and do other things though. Also the amount of points earned for solving a puzzle should be re-evaluated, too small.

I have been playing for several years!. I play Word-Trek every day - not necessarily for long on any given day, but every day. As others have said, you can’t play it all day every day w/o buying coins, but for limited-time play, their incentive system works fine.

Latest update freezes game. I have loved this game for 3 years or more. But ever since the latest update, it “freezes”. I try to open the app and it automatically shuts itself down.

Cool game. To me this game is fun and challenging you just have to think hard enough to find the words . You don’t really need hints because the hints just make you think you need them but you really don’t. Like I have already saved a least over 1000 hints . And plus it is supposed to be hard it is a brain game to help train your brain.

Challenging word scramble. This is a word scramble game with tiles on each frame in which you need to find the words that fit in the tiles below on the screen. You are given the amount of tiles for each word and all words are related for each given puzzle screen. The screens increase in tiles with greater difficulty. You also have a word-o-meter below the puzzle tiles that fills up as you try to find the words. Every time the meter fills you get a free hint. You also earn coins and gets spins to earn coins with which you can buy hints. You can also watch videos to earn coins. The word-o-meter used to be refillable by watching a video each time needed, but now is limited to 1 a day. You can buy the word-o-meter for 15 coins. I have found this to be much more helpful on difficult puzzles instead of directly buying letter hints. I also keep my free spins to earn coins. I do the word of the day puzzles to earn extra coins. When I am stuck and have no help, which is rare, I go away and come back later. Sometimes all you need is a fresh look. I enjoy this immensely as it keeps my mind active. But above all, I find it fun! I have contacted the game for fixes and they come through! Download and enjoy!

Too many ads!!. Love the game and concept but can’t stand the ads!! I can’t find if there is an opportunity to purchase ad-free - would gladly do so. If not, then delete, delete, delete and won’t recommend to anyone.

It’s a reasonable game but too hard to earn points to get hints. Most people aren’t keen to spend money on games. Developers get money from adds. While the game is ok there are no hints as to topic in each puzzle, so until you can get a letter you are too much in the dark. I only get one or two goes before I have to put it away with these very large squares of letters. Doesn’t therefore entertain for long.

Addicted but current bug. Just leveled up to the goat level but now it’s stuck on that screen? Bug?? I have hard closed the app, turned phone on and off repeatedly. Good game. Spinning wheel is unfairly biased. The game is good and challenging, but the "lucky" spinning wheel is pathetically biased. There's nothing lucky about it. You're "lucky" if it ever lands on anything other than 2, points. Given that you need 25 points for a free hint, and you only get five spins before having to endure the ads...you do the maths. Each video is about 30 seconds and they are incredibly boring and repetitive. The best thing you can do is let the ads run in the background while you do something more sensible, like have a cup of tea and read the paper. Hope you have unlimited data too, otherwise watch your bank account for the data you'll use. Overall, the game is genuine ripoff, because you're not given a genuine unbiased chance with the wheel....something that would never fly in a real casino....oh hang on a minute...maybe it would...

Adds just stick can’t play game... I like this game but there is some adds that just won’t go away. You have to shut down the game and wait till later to get back to the game.

Very addictive game and a good challenge although I think the free spin should remove the word and fortune and replace them with something that would give players more chances of receiving a hint and maybe up the prize points for solving a puzzle I understand the developers need to make a buck or two but keep in mind that there are people who can’t always afford in app purchases. But still love it great work guys! 🤩🤩

Great game. Fun word game that increases in difficulty the more you play

Game fail. Until 3 days ago I enjoyed this game. Coinciding with the update it now tries to start then disappears off screen then alternates between Hera 18 and Hera 19 and disappears again each time you try to maximise it. It is now TOTALLY unplayable. Restarting the game or restarting the phone still does not fix it. If I have to lose the 1319 stars and 91 free spins I am unlikely to reinstall.

Can't restore game progress or purchase of Ap.. I had to reinstall the game as it wouldn't work after last update. I am unable to restore game progress or that I have purchased the game. I cannot get rid of adds and despite numerous attempts to contact the Developer they have not responded in over a month to my requests. I will now contact Apple to see if they can resolve this issue.

Super Fun. I am going to rate this game 5 stars because it is really fun. Sure it can be frustrating trying to get to a new rank, but what’s the point of playing a game with no challenge at all? In conclusion, I believe Word Trek is 5/5 stars and just SUPER GOOD. Yeet.

Frustrating. I’ve been playing this game for years and really enjoyed it until recently. It now regularly crashes - starts to load then nothing! I’ve repeatedly deleted the App and downloaded it again but then it directs me to log in through my Facebook account - but keeps going nowhere there. Aarrgghh, I just want it to work like it used to!

Brain exercise. Each morning I like to do puzzles to exercise the brain. Word Trek is an ideal way to get the mind working.

Wordtrek. I love this app, it exercises my brain and is fun, too. Highly recommend it!

Great game but has bugs. Love this game which we do daily. BUT it constantly hangs and twice now it has frozen and crashed. It then refuses to reopen. TWICE had to delete and reinstall it loosing all my progress. The spin wheel lands on the Double option every second spin which is hardly random! Would have been five stars if these problems were rectified.

Stuck!. Been stuck on level 28 Gladius for many many months now. Know the words but just can’t find any possible way to solve it. Frustrating. Asked for help with none given. Frustrating to say the least

Fun but glitchy. I play this daily - well you can’t play it all day unless you’re willing to pay, which most people aren’t, as once you’ve solved as many as you can without hints your hints will be gone in seconds as it’s so hard to collect them and the word lock meter just ensures I don’t come back to the game for another 24 hrs. I assume they’re hoping people pay to release the lock or something, I just go and play another free game that isn’t as irritating. The two videos you can watch per hour for 10 while points(!!) each regularly don’t work so you end up giving up. Also don’t bother downloading other games on the promise of more hint points. They never eventuate. Again I think they assume you’ll just start playing the new game and spend money there too. I just deleted the game. I understand developers want to make money but making it harder to play won’t make me pay, it’ll just ensure I go find another game.

App was great, now it crashes and can’t use. This was a great app but a few days ago it crashes every time I open it, contacted the support but got no response, sadly they are not responding and choose not to rectify the problem

Usually my favourite game. Since I downloaded the last two updates I have not been able to play. It starts to load then crashes. I miss my favourite game 🙁

App not working since latest update. Since your latest update the app opens then closes straight away; opens but takes ages to load the current game; opens but without any letters showing; or opens but the 3 daily treks can’t be selected. I’ve never had any trouble before, my phone works fine on everything else and my internet connection is 52mbps. Any suggestions?

R. M. G.. Having problems can’t open my app

WordTrek. The game itself is fun. However, the ads are so annoying and often freeze so you cannot go any further. I was very far into the game after a few years of playing when it froze. A week later it was still frozen so I deleted, loaded it again and started all over. However, it is doing the same annoying things. Sometimes you hit the x to finish an ad and you cannot get back to the game for days. Other times you hit the x and it takes you to another ad and the x never returns. This time I will soon delete again and never go back to it. This problem does not exist in other games that I play. This is the only one. HELP! Now I can’t even send my review. Any nickname I choose is taken. Is this your way of not accepting poor reviews?

App no longer works. This is a very addicting game, I’ve been playing for years but now it does not open. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and started over, it worked for a week or so and now it does not load when I open it.

What happened to the “daily” puzzle?. At the start of 2021, we no longer have access to the daily puzzle. Had become part of morning routine, to solve that. Did I miss something, or was this some sort of change? If a change, what would be the reason? Disappointing.

Great game but no longer works. Played this game for 12+ months. It stopped working recently - it just crashes. No fixes aside from deleting the app.

This is a really good game. I spend a lot of my time playing this game, and sometimes it helps me learn new words! The only thing is, sometimes it puts me on random levels! But other than that this is one of my favourite games! Plus I can enjoy playing it with my family if I want to!

Played for years now won’t open. I have enjoyed playing for years - just the daily puzzles on busy days. Now it won’t open at all which is very frustrating. I don’t want to lose all my progress so if I uninstall it will not be coming back. Hope the developers check their reviews and provide a fix.

Going broke. I give credit to the designers for creating an extremely addictive game but beware as you will certainly spend on hints. The word groupings are supposed to have a theme but a lot of the time they have no correlation whatsoever which makes it so difficult. It would be nice if they stayed consistent or if they at least worked a one word clue into each puzzle. I’m close to deleting this as it costs too much but kudos for creating an extremely lucrative game for yourselves. Ugh.

Word Trek. I really love this game. It’s a great pastime for me and I learn new words. The only problem I find is when I click on the app to play, the app opens, I click on Let’s Play and the the app closes. Can you tell me why this happens and how to fix it? Thank You!

Fun. This game is pretty good for a no wifi game

Love it, but …. I’ve been playing off and on past 4 yrs but it suddenly stopped working. It gives the appearance it’s going to go into the game when I click on it, but just flashes out of the game. Been like this for about 5 days.

Addictive. I really enjoy the mental challenge. I would get my husband to help me when I am stuck but now he has downloaded it himself. He does not like the fact that he has to go through the easy levels though

App glitches and cant open. Had to redownload 3 times cause it kept glitching and i lost all my progress just becaus i signed in as guest, loved the game but losing all progress is super frustrating when you played the game for over a year

Was one of my favourites…. Until the most recent version meant the game stopped working. I keep checking back in the hopes that it has been fixed but remain disappointed.

Word Trek Problem. My Word Trek that I’ve played for years, has a black screen when opened for 3 weeks now. Going back to the App Store and selecting OPEN doesn’t’t solve the problem. The App Support doesn’t have a connection to this game. I’m frustrated! Please help with this problem since I don’t want to delete it and start all over.

Review. Finally, something to fill all the waiting (appts., friends, etc.) that keeps me interested, entertained and keeps my brain working! And, it is challenging and fun! I call this a triple crown win!

Updates. Enjoy the mind challenge of the game, but every time there is an update, it starts me back at the beginning! This may not happen if I did a sign in and not guest, but I refuse to put my Facebook friends in a never ending circle of game request that so many games do automatically!

Fun game. I like this game but the spinner rewards are rarely helpful. Don’t need a crystal ball saying to help and the words they define are so commonplace the user would not need the definition if they were interested in a word game. It does force me to use my brain though so I continue to play.

Challenging. The Word Trek game makes a person think while requiring patience to keep enough points to accomplish difficult puzzles. Some improvement may be needed in the spinner.

Really Challenging But Fun. I often have to take a break from this game because it can be really challenging at times, but it's also very rewarding and fun when you finally solve the puzzle!

Lost all my points and progress. I’ve been doing work trek for at least three years. Due to a glitch in the app I had to delete it and reload it. Therefore I lost all of my progress and points. I have gotten up to like the 30th or 40th level. I have written to Word Trek but have not heard back. Usually don’t. Now I’m back on the basic beginner baby games.

Issue. Love the game but after the last update it became very slow and now won’t open at all.

Mambassador. I completed all the galaxies. Anticlimactic. Overall, fun, entertaining and engaging. Still believe players should receive more coins than 3 on completed puzzles and hints shouldn’t cost 25. The spinner only seems to land on double and 2. All other landing spots are rare. As engaging and addictive as this game is, should be more levels after Corudeen.

Brainy. Tests mental as well as vocabulary! It's been about a year since you added more levels--and you promised you would.

Bring back the previous version. I have played this game for years. Suddenly I was locked out and when I reloaded I got the newest version. I have tried to like it but not happy with the changes. I think the “fortune” is dumb. I also miss getting the free hints for correctly guessing words. I am ready to delete it.

Crashing. Love the game! Been playing for years, but now when I open the app, it just crashes and closes. Never registered, play as a guest, any way to fix this?

App quit working. I played this game for several months and got very far in the game. For some reason the app has decided to quit opening for me. Updated phone software and restarted phone as well. I have not deleted the app and re-downloaded because I don’t want to start at the beginning again.

Frustrating at times. So much fun but difficult to get correct words when there are so many in each puzzle maybe a category ie: kitchen, food or drink...

Love this app!. It’s easy at first but quickly becomes challenging! It’s very addicting! I actually came here to earn coins in another game then became more addicted to this one!

Keeps you thinking. Would be helpful if the words had relevance to each other all the time. But it keeps the brain active

Deleting the app. It’s a fun game but they have accepted an offensive political advertisement. It smears Rod Rosenstein, making totally unsubstantiated allegations. It would be ok if it played once or twice, but it’s repeated over and over and over again. I do not believe that games should include political ads, particularly those with unsubstantiated allegations. I would feel this way, regardless of the position of the ad (right or left).

Repeats puzzles. Used to enjoy this game but continues to repeat a puzzle i have already completed and it states already completed! It’s been like this for 4 mos or better needs fixed save the work! Facebook doesn’t always need to know who plays what games! You have my info it’s been saved before! Needs fixed!

Challenging. Really makes you think. Gets harder the further you go. Hard to stop playing.

Review. I really enjoyed this game until it started kicking me out. I couldn’t even get back in. I had to delete it and start all over and didn’t get the daily quest to increase my spins. I sent 2 messages to the help desk and never heard from them, so I have stopped playing.

Do you like a challenge?. This game starts off relatively easy, gradually increasing in difficulty. The words can be found in an order up, down or sideways. Therein lays your challenge. Good luck.

Great App.. A great app and a great company. I had a puzzle I could not solve. I got in touch with them and they advanced me to the next puzzle. I know the puzzle was solvable, but I tried for weeks without success. Thanks so much!!

App not loading now. I’m At 6X6 level and the app sends notifications but every time I open it can’t load, just sits on the black screen endlessly. Keeps crashing when trying to open. Latest OS on iPhone Help this is my favorite game.

Obnoxious Garber ad. It is a good game, but I am about to delete it because of the Garber ad day in and out same ad. Not only is it boring, it is tedious. Over :30 seconds each and exactly the same picture.

Pretty Good Game. Challenging but fun. Takes a little to get the hang of it, but know you do understand it can become addictive. The whole wheel-spinning is a bit of a scam though...kinda cheapens the game. They’re clearly using to get you to watch the ppc videos which isn’t cool at all.

Challenging and fun. This game is very difficult and extremely challenging since there isn’t a true category provided prior to finding your first word. But it is worth the challenge.

Best Word Game. I completed the series and was hoping there would be more series coming. When that didn’t happen I just decided to start all over again.

Puzzled. This is one of the best word games I have followed. But it is constantly filled with making it hard to move ahead. It is hard to get hints if you don’t want to by coins. Wait wait wait. It ruins the game. I finally figured out what could be done. Very, very cumbersome.

Something is broken. I love this app but since January 1st it won’t let me play the daily game. It says, “Unable to complete action. Please try again in some time.” I would uninstall and reinstall but I don’t want to lose all my points. I get automatic updates so I do have the latest version.

Word Trek Update?. I just updated Word Trek and am seriously thinking of deleting the game. The always annoying ads just got worse. I paid for an ad free version, but the ads for additional hints still showed up. Now they are more tedious than ever. Sometimes you should just leave well enough alone. I am no longer going to recommend Word Trek to friends.

Good time filler BUT .... I like to play this game, but sometimes it tells you your selection is right but not in The correct order. Then when you do find THEIR order , you find your solution would have worked anyway,

Hints. I like this game how you can do things and be able to get hints and coins for watching short videos and other things.

Word Trek. I love to play the game. I have a lot of trouble with earning points for the extra coins for hints. Videos rarely pay and although I spend 30 to60 seconds I rarely get the pay off

Fun, challenging. This game is fun, when you get to the harder sections it can be very challenging, makes you think. Love it. Wish you received more points for solving the harder problems though. Hints can help a frustrating one solvable.

Great game, horrible bugs. I love this game, but I cannot even remember how many problems I have had with it. They used to email me to say they are working on the problem, which may or may not ever be resolved. Now they ignore me and my game just crashed again so unfortunately, I am done trying.
