Word Bingo. Didn’t think I would like it but tried it cause this one sister of mine - we should have been twins but we are two years apart - but she told me I would love it and I did. We finish each other’s sentences. We know when the other one is sick and we usually know what the other person is thinking. We have dreamt the same dreams. Anyway we love your game!!! From the not twins!

Critique. I really like this game; however, I really don’t like the many glitches! I am about to reinstall this game for the fourth time in as many months since that seems to be my only recourse to continue playing. I despair of ever receiving a response from your technical support staff. It is only my love of the game that I rate it so high - if you suspect frustration, you are so right!

🥰. Love the game. Would give it a 5 star but I never give anything a perfect score to leave room for making it even better. Seriously though super fun game!

Word Bingo Game. It Was Great Game up until about a week or so ago. It shuts itself down/off, doesn’t work right most of the time. VERY FRUSTRATING! I’ll try to find a similar game without the problems

Malfunctions too often. Game freezes all the time. Very often after the last round it freezes and when I go back into it, it shows me my last move but then it wants me to replay the last round - but I can’t because my last move is actually there so there is nowhere for me to go.

Word Bingo. Word Bingo is an easy and fun game. However, the advertisements are ludicrous. Every time you play a word there is an ad for another game. If there weren’t an excessive number of ads I would have given this game 5 🌟.

No chat try and do it. The game is fun I like it but I don’t like it that much because you can chat with people on it like scrabble, please you need to work on it so that people can chat on it and talk to each other thank you

Word Bingo. Very fun to play although it would be better if the all the people they show are playing at that time instead of them letting you make a word then change to another one because they are not playing at that time.. other then that it’s great to play to keep your mind thinking 🤔💥💫

Too many ads. I like the game and would probably purchase if i could. Can't stand all the video ads. I'm going to delete it

Super Fun & Annoying. Super fun game but super glitchy! I am in the middle of a game, thinking of my word and then will get kicked out and brought into another game?!? Or playing a game with my mom and several times during the day I keep playing the same game with the same words when the game was done?!

Why is my game shutting off after 10 seconds?. I love this game but this last week the puzzles have been shutting off after about 10 seconds. Makes it hard to figure out the words and type the letters in before it shuts completely off and you have to reopen it to continue playing. I’ve tried to leave a message about this but the game won’t stay on long enough to get to the “do you have questions” location and then type in the message. I’m hoping someone will see this and hopefully fix the problem for me. Help!

Undecided. I have been playing often, but considering uninstalling. Two reasons… my tiles get overlapped sometimes, which hides one, and I’m left with an empty tile, but I usually just quit that game when that happens. Second, so many non- English words get played, from languages I’ve never heard of. I prefer to play a game in all English. I will play against someone, and non know what any of their words mean.

Word info. I have been playing word bingo but now I can’t get it to open. Is there a problem with the game? I really like this game.

Not working at all. I’m on day 4 of constant crashing. I can’t even compete in the leadorboard because every time I go to click on An active game it closes immediately or if I start to make a word it closes on me. I go to the App Store and see there are no updates. This keeps glitching & freezing I am unable to play or score any points.

Issues in the app. The game is funny and it’s addictive but there is an issue because they offer you that you can pay so you wont hace advertising. So, I did it and there are still showing in my app. I checked to see if there was an extra premium option and that’s only one. I paid how supposed to be. So, there is no point in pay for something that you don’t get it. Hope they see the review and fix the issues.

Too many ads!. Love the game but the ads make it unbearable! Make an option to pay a few dollars for ad free. So annoying!!

Horrible and slow support. The system kept taking my coins (100 at a time) when I tried to join the daily match and did not let me in to the match. It just took the money with zero indication of an ad or what the next steps were. I wrote to support and they kept giving the same response about a non-ad package. Was not helpful at all and I ended up losing 1500 coins for no reason! Still no help!!!

Game in app. I cannot get this game to load so I can get my extra points on Crossword Jam! I installed it but it will not do anything! I have the current version of the iOS update and not too long ago! Please fix it! Thanks I would really like to try it! Adele Aldrich

Delays. Too many pauses when screen becomes very sluggish. Also a letter drops and does not allow it to be played. All advertisements could be shortened especially the Oprah Winfrey diet pills. Just rolls over and over.

Too many ads. Way too many ads. Often miss the end of a game because the ad takes over. Not just one ad but two—in-one ads that go on forever. Deleting app.

Addictive. I absolutely love this game and don’t regret having to pay to eliminate the ads although I wish it was free! 😄

Fun game. I enjoy this game. It’s fun & easy to learn. I have found some words that it didn’t accept, for example “vape”, “zap”, & sent a message with no response. Also, I don’t mind the ads between the games, but after every round can be very annoying. Other than that, I recommend it.

Crashes after one turn. Fun game if I didn’t have to shut the app down after each turn. Game freezes up after just one turn and has to be shut down and closed out completely from running in the background to even play another turn. Frustrating!

Fun game. Too many repetitive ads; some are actually disgusting. Also, the two top players are not shown on the game page but their score increases. Seems odd that they are not available for game but their score increases. The players recommended have high scores but do not finish games.

Review. Game crashes and I lose contact info, another annual charge is added and I have to purchase additional coins. Good money management skills for the game!! Really?! Please adjust my accounts!

Serious problems. Takes forever to switch from one player to another! Ads sometimes don’t go through. Please fix problems.

Wonderful game- one complaint. I’m really enjoying this game. My only request would be to not have ads pop up on the finishing round. I play my word and then the ad plays and I can’t see my opponent’s word. On every round except the last, I can scroll over and see what they played. On the final word, however, when you are done with the ad, it only shows you whether you won or lost. When I lose, I would like to know the word that did me in. 😉. No complaints other than that. Word bingo review. For the most part, the game is fun there are a couple of comments I need to make:… I’m not crazy about the new format. There are things that I used to be able to do that don’t seem to be available anymore… Also, who is developers should be aware that there are game players, who are more interested in changing the chat room situation to more private chat rooms in other areas… Very suspicious… I think these guys I’m sure their guys are on more than one site with more than one name. Some responses are almost exactly the same you should be aware of this I think it’s a way to gain confidence in naïve and gullible players with potentially serious consequences

Love game hate ads. Game is very challenging especially if you try to make a Bingo on every game! Some of the words I have never even heard of! Wish there was a dictionary option even as a hint to help and the ads every other move is extremely annoying!! Sometimes I find myself going back and forth just trying to get clear of the ad again and again. Please offer an ad free option

Buyer Beware. It’s a great game. I’ve had problems with two purchases. One problem was corrected - the other was not. There is a mechanism to contact the developer, but they have not responded to my concerns most of the time. You are supposed to get daily rewards for playing each day ranging from 25 to 350 coins but I seem perpetually stuck at the lower end of 25 or 50 coins despite playing every day.

App does not function as intended. In order to play at the highest advantage, one needs coins. Of course the coins are for sale, but another option is to play daily quests and simply log in. The countdown timer that is supposed to reset at midnight has not functioned for 3 days. The whole day, the timer is counting down and then I log in the next day and I’m still stuck on day 3. Reached out to customer service, who gave a generic answer as to what the game is supposed to do without any kind of explanation as to why my app is not doing that. Scam?

Can’t play with friends. It offers you a place to send an invite to a friend but then when they click on that link, there is no game to be found with that person. That’s a dealbreaker for me

Same as others have stated…. The game is fun but the ads after every word play causes the app the freeze. It seems to be happening more and more and fixin to just delete it and move on to a different app.

Good word game. Makes me think and make new words. Just don’t like how long it takes some players to play their turn

Worst customer service ever. I amassed 22,000 or more coins that I could use for swaps. Thr game kept crashing and I repeat—kept crashing. I have emailed this company repeatedly and only got one reply which was the same generic reply they sent through the app which was—we will get back to you. Someone named Priyanka was the name in the email. Not one time have they replied to my additional emails—after 3 weeks…not one resolution for restoring my coins. Not one reply. At. All. Don’t waste your time on this game because if things go wrong, there’s no resolution or customer service.

Game is Corrupt. This game is a awful. While playing with another, you are phased to a screen with another player?. The scroll bar never works, so you have to play with new player instead of completing the current engaging game. Infuriating, to say the least.

Great game. Started to play this morning and still playing. Went ahead and bought the ad free version because I knew this was a “keeper”!

Ads are so intrusive that you don’t even know who wins the match. Excessive ads are one thing but the developer won’t listen to the fact that the ads ruin the result of the game. Tried explaining to the developer but response is automated and they never get back to you. Ad pops in and you don’t know who won the match at times. Latest problem but again no tech support help is games are showing up as lost without ever seeing the game to play.

Awesome word game!. Not only is this the best word game I have played, it’s the best game I have ever played!! Highly recommend!♥️The only fault I have with it is people from other countries are playing and their language use more of the high points letters.

Game okay, watch for scammers. Wish they’d just remove the message section. Super annoying, so many scammers on this game!! The game itself I do like and enjoy playing, just gotta ignore all the message.

Updating. I have had to unload this app and reload to get my games to load. Very frustrating at the least! Love the game just hate it not updating our games

Great game, annoying ads!. I really love playing this game, but I get frustrated when an ad pops up right in the middle of a game! Please give us the option to opt out of having to watch ads, and then you’d get 5 stars from me. I’m even willing to pay for opting out of the ads, because they break my rhythm and my concentration!

Freezes up constantly. I have to restart the game every time the congratulations words pop up or after an advertisement.

Crashes constantly. This game crashes continuously. The adds do not let you close out of them and there are way too many of them. I finally just deleted the game. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They mucked with the format over and over and mucked it up good this last time.

Frustrating. Don’t know of any other game so frustrating. So many ads, words I know exist are not accepted, opponents often use words that are capitalized or acronyms which shouldn’t be allowed. Opponents keep nagging me to make a move faster but how can I when I’m stuck in so many ads? Will soon reach my tolerance level and delete it.

So many missing words. Does this game connect to the English language? I have tried to use so many actual words (they’re in the dictionary) but the game won’t accept them. Then, my opponent uses words that DON’T EVEN EXIST in English.

Enough with the ads. Game could be fun except for the abundance of ads. Mid game when ads come up all the time is annoying. At least wait till end of match. Don’t mind the quick ads, it those ones over 6 seconds that are hated.

Word bingo. Word Bingo is fun BUT it is constantly freezing which is very maddening

Freezing too much. I love this game with over 4000 games played, but I have had to endure a lot of freezing. I go to place a tile and it stops on the screen and I have to wait a minute for it to be unfrozen. Also, some tiles will go missing when you move them and I have had to reboot the game to have the tiles reappear.

Annoying ads. I like the game and I also don’t mind the ads. But have the courtesy to show the ads after a match ends. It is a very cheap tactic to show the ads in the middle of a match. This is not going to make me want to buy the upgrade, but instead will make me stop playing the game altogether. The worst part is, that the game keeps continuing in the background when the ads come up. I’ve had instances where I play my last move, and then an ad comes. By the time I close the ad, my opponent has already played their last move and the game has already ended. I don’t get a chance to see what they played, how much they scored or anything. Instead, I directly get to know who lost and who won. VERY annoying!!!
