This app is not free anymore?. I am so disappointed that updating to the newer version, app shows pop up that it’s not free anymore. I will stop using infomir box and not suggest this box to anyone.

Does not work anymore. Doesn’t work anymore! After an update to firmware of Mag box this app no longer works, unfortunately!

Unistall is a must. Working excellent for 4 years as a free then after the update just hit delete app....nothing works as even for a free version with limitations!!like most of the apps...happy to kept the remote!!😂😂😂

Absolutely disgusting. This app was great, it worked amazing and was free, then after not updating for 5 years out of nowhere they yesterday updated so now you have to pay a subscription to use the app. Disgusting

Developer changed the app without notification. I hv had the app and using it for over 2 years and one find day the app updated and now asking for 2.99$, they need to fix the old customers who were using it vs new ones

Works! quick connect. The app was easy to download and connected quickly with the box. The only issue is that it does not have the power on/off feature, so you still need to rely on the remote for that.

Magic RC. Current app version of Magic Remote is not working on iPhone.

Just works. Setup barely took 5 minutes for MAG245. You have to enable remote on the inner portal. Works great!

Great simple remote. Simple app to use on your Linux Mag254 model. Just a note, this remote does not have power on/off mode

Bhavesh. Everything good except No numerical key for number and Power for turn off and on button. As soon as Mag Iptv box update the firmware this remote not working ...you need to update your app too

remote for mag254. after downloaded , worked good on mxq using an emulator. is not perfect because the remote has no numbers to change the channels.- thats why im giving 3 stars......

Mag322w1. This remote worked with my mag322w1 but once I updated my box it STOPPED... so not sure is it a box or this app? I think box got updated but app did not get updated so 3 stars...

Saved the Day. As with many of my fellow users, I lost volume control from my remote. The default volume was too low to hear comfortably with the TV on max volume. What do you do?...find out what other users are saying on the net. I loaded the app to my iPad, configured the inner portal to accept a remote, and the waited. It took several scans to find the Mag254, but when it did, I was able to adjust the box volume so that the TV volume is comfortable at 30%. Very nice! I too, agree that a number pad would be helpful for quick station access. I collect my frequently watched channels to a favorite list. The sort of this list then becomes manageable using the up/down arrows. Thanks for saving the day!

Scam. This app is a scam. It's marketed as free on the App Store but you can't use it unless pay. And after trying this app - my TV box got locked and now I have to pay unlock fee. Beware!

Isn’t compatible with MAG324. I don’t know why this hasn’t been updated but doesn’t work for newer devices

Buy an upgrade??. Money GRAB ALERT! After all these years, the app worked flawlessly. Now the UP arrow is the only control that the app allows and is asking me to purchase the upgrade for full functionality that I had previously. The physical remote control can be had for $5. I quite often leave the physical remote at home, and use the device to stream movies from a USB while in the car or at the campsite to keep the kids entertained.

Recently converted to a paid app. If we already pay for MAG device why do need to pay for the app also? No other device makers (Roku, Fire, Apple) are charging for their remote control app.

Work great for years but now won’t work at all?!. It is not working and asking me for a password suddenly which it never did before.Is anybody else experiencing this issue? I can’t use the app at all anymore :(

New update. I been using this remote since last 3 years and after that they asked me to pay so i paid like 3 $ but now since the new IOS 16 update my tv remote is bot showing up on my devices pls try to fix it or give me my money back!!!

Good App. The app is good and gets you almost everything that you need from a report. However, I wasn’t able to find the way to input code of the locked content. Now sure if I’ve been looking at the right place. Overall a good alternative when you can’t find your remote.

This is a paid app listed under free. Don’t bother downloading unless you are will to pay for it. Touching any button in the app just pops up a prompt for payment.

Can be better. Would be better if there was a way connect the app to the Unit without having to deal with the actual remote. Lot of times you look for options when the remote breaks or gets lost, and at that point this app is basically useless as there is no way to access the keyboard in order to set up username/pass which is required to couple the app with the unit. Such an oversight for a technology company that provides solutions in a highly competitive and narrow segment.
