App is no longer supporting chromecast. I am waiting for the resolution. Unable to use the application with chromecast I continue to have issue with chromecast the application. It was working fine until I paid for the app. All other applications on iPhone and ipad can chromecast successfully but Ministra. Tried all suggestions as per the support ticket CTS-5981. Chasing for answers. No support help!

Crash. Any update on the automatic log out ? I paid for the subscription but still same issue

AC3 Audio no longer works. Many of my channels no longer sounds an audio ! It happens after last update. So now I can use it for Radio only ! And mp3 listening..... where probably I can use much better players and they are free.

License Key. Hi, If we license key, on how many devices the App can be used? For one year, on how many devices the App can be used? On IPad and Smart Tv.

Stop multiple times that I logged out / not working in cellular data. I see two issues one is log out frequently 20 to 30 min duration and another issue play back error using cellar data . I could not make it work with 5G data also . Please fix this otherwise I will start using alternative apps after my subscription is done.

Keeps crashing with someone is using. Keeps crashing almost every 30mins with an error saying someone else is using .. need to restart the app but again after some time same issue comes back .. I don’t mind restarting it, but it takes lot of time to load channel list (I guess they cache it on each start)

Crap app. Even after paying $1.99 for the first month, this app is still a crap app. Don’t get any subscription for it. Look for any other alternatives. App keep on crashing sane like when it was a free app.

Kick me out every one hour of streaming. This apps logs me out after every one hour of streaming; I would not recommend any to use this app

Lately Doesn’t work on LTE or 5G network. It working fine earlier and still working fine with wifi but since last 3-4 months it’s not loading up videos over LTE and 5G keep saying “Playback error”. Appreciate it if fix they the issue and make it work as it used to be. I would give 5 if they fix the issue

You have to buy license subscription for this app for every device - watch out. I never thought they will ask to buy the subscription once for my iphone and again for my apple tv. No airplay support either. This is unfair. Unsure how to reach support either. Their support page just has FAQs. Please clarify if it is expected to buy the subscription for apple tv and iphone separately. Or at least support airplay.

About logout after halfhour. The app works fantastic but I don’t know after halfhour or 45mins it automatically logout is this a bug ??

Garbage App. Dear subscriber please don’t buy this app or try to get refund . It’s totally waste of money and time. Every 30 min pop up massage come that someone log in from another device or playback errors Massage pop up . I was reading the review about this app . I saw other customers having same issue from Last 1 to years . Look likes developers have no interest to fix the issue. They are just greedy for the money . My rating for this app is negative ~ 5.

Folders do not display shows after episode 100. The folders stop at 100 episodes and are not able to display beyond 100

Not worth to pay for. After every 10 mins “playback error” pops up and you have to close and open the app again. I have the latest version installed. It is definitely worth the money you’re paying to use it for. Hoping for a resolution to this.

Missing PIP Functionality in iPhone. Most of the video apps & players are PIP (picture in picture) enabled now. Can you also pls make Ministra Player app PIP enabled? Also, I don’t understand why we have to load the channels every time we login. Why can’t we cache it like other apps.

App is not launching on tvos14. Mistakenly upgraded apple tv to tvos14 and now ministra player app doesnt even open please help :(

Playback error. I am keep getting playback error message. I tried to change in the settings playback but still it keeps on getting error. It is not the right application to purchase.

Worst purchase made in App Store. I’ve purchased this app for 1 year unfortunately. Every 10 seconds I am getting message that someone tried to login message. Please release the refund.

Works just okay!. The app is indeed horrible. Doesn’t let you choose airplay speakers, the UI is awful, but it works fine with the service provider I use. The only problem now is that since I updated to TV OS 16 the app keeps crashing every time I try to change the channel. I hope it gets fixed fine.

Garbage and Looters. One of the worst app where developers don’t do anything to improve except to ask you to upgrade to their latest version when we are already using 1.24. Do something soon or get lost. Don’t spoil your name further. Every channel is giving playback error.

Unknown error. I keep getting unknown error when all my credentials are correct

Keeps losing channels. Fast forward and rewind don’t work just jumps to next show and recorded shows don’t always play .looses contact for ages have to turn it off and wait for them to come back on it’s a shame because when it’s working it’s great

Issues with Apple TV tvos14. After upgrading the the Apple TV to TVOS 14 the app has stopped working. It just does not open. This though is working fine on a iPad ios14. Maybe a tweak is required for the TVOS14 and will appreciate a fix at the earliest. Thanks

No customer service. There is no customer service. I have opened a ticket but looks like they dont have a clue about what to be done. Response takes days and still no resolution.

Need my money back. It’s frustrating to say the least on the user experience. Every 30 minutes pop up message comes that someone else has login from another device. How could Apple app team allow this for paid app. Now I am stuck with this app for another 9 months.

Not all videos is can be shared through chrome cast. Hi I have subscribed for a year and noticed that only few videos can be streamed through chrome cast. Many of the videos cannot be streamed. Getting play back error Please fix or cancel my subscription

Embarassingly poorly engineered App. They recently started charging a monthly fee for what was already a poor user experience with bad UI design Some major flaws: 1. Sessions expire every 30 minutes and you get logged out and have to log in/select your channel once again 2. The list of channels is not cached locally. Every time you log in, it takes a minute to download the channel list and this happens even more frequently now that the session expires after 30 minutes. 3. The search functionality rarely works

Frequent Disconnections. Really sad that a paid app behaves erratically. It’s not about which portal, any portal I use in 1 hour I am logged at with the alert: Someone has logged in…which is quite impossible with my password

Below average software. Frequent bugs and stoppages that log out user in middle of viewing. App doesn’t work on iPhone 12 and encounters playback errors. In app menu intuitiveness and user functionality is lacking thought

Unknown Error. Using glotv portal Ministra app- unknown error 😢 Apple TV - logout after 30 mins with a message someone else logged in. Super frustrating experience with this app manufacturer Update: The above issue was never fixed! Automatic logout after 30 mins or so New issue: more than half the channels show "Playback Error" on my iphone while they work perfectly fine on the apple TV. That is even more frustrating!! Update 2: After switching the player now every channel pops up suggesting to switch the player back to custom otherwise the video won't play! So we are back to square one. Almost 30 channels on a row either saying error video Playback on custom player or asking to switch from system to custom. The developer responses are not helping I can't believe this is a paid app..

Keeps crashing on ios16. iOS 16 update has basically made this app not usable. Keeps crashing on everytime we change a channel

App don’t work. This app doesn’t work most of the time, have opened multiple tickets in the support site & so far no response. It’s waste of money & time on making this app work. How pe they refund the amount as it’s junk app.

Logging out. My app is also logging me out every about 20 minutes. Can you please tell me what to do. Otherwise I do have this app for sometime and it does work really good. It is slow to start but still works well.

App crashes middle of watching everything few minutes. Ministra iPhone/iPad app almost works fine. Bugs such as “someone’s has logged in” even though its me only has this password. Channel error also when changing channels. However, I am facing issue in Roku app whereas its closing in middle of watching something every approx 20 minutes. Its really frustrating.

Playback error. App doesn’t work on phone data where most prefer them to work. Only works on Wifi which is not available everywhere. What’s the point of having app if you can watch it.

Decent but UI needs revamp. The app is light on the TV and very less buffering issue. Quality of streaming is good. However the UI NEEDS update. 1. From the menu when a category is selected, it gets updated on the left panel wasting 1/4th of the screen 2. The programs in the channel won't be displayed until the channel is selected 3. Once a channel is selected the preview changes to the current channel even before selecting the program I think the 3 zone display needs to be transformed to tiles e.g. STB or Sky TV for better experience. I would rate 3.5 only. But will review the rating if the app changes

USELESS AND HOPELESS !! DO NOT BUY !!!. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DOWNLOADING AS THE APP HAS MANY MANY FLAWS. As you can see since MAY 2019 the developer said that they will update the software but have done nothing on it. This shows that the developers are giving nothing but false promises. Ministra subscription. I purchased the yearly subscription for this app but my Apple TV does not recognize that I have a subscription. Can you please look into this? I am not paying for a another subscription

Useless. Playback doesn’t work so can’t stream channels.

Subscription fees. I paid for an annual subscription for my TV app. It should also cover the phone app since I’m signing in with the same username and password. Unfortunately, it’s prompting me to pay for another subscription which is not right because it’s the same app with the same content. I reached out to tech support and provided them with my email address and a description of the issue but received no response. This needs to be fixed

Meh. The “someone has logged in to your account” needs to be fixed. It is annoying to be logged out automatically over and over again. The main reason I will be moving on after sub ends

Playback error. Had Ministra player on my Roku tv with no problems. Now purchased a subscription on my iPad and no problems during trail period. I am now charged for annual subscription and since then, all I get is playback error. Still everything works on Roku tv, so provider confirmed it is problem with Ministra player. Fix this problem immediately. Why did it work during trail period and now stopped working after being charged

Terrible!!. Terrible app. It was free till now. The app says “minor bug fixes” but changes the app to a subscription model. The UI is terrible and has tons of issues. The video and audio are constantly going out of sync on it.

Unable to use license key and no response from support. I purchased the license key from their website and don’t have an option to use it . The support team initially responded , but I have no updates or responses for the last 2 weeks now . It has been almost a month since I bought the license key and still stuck , unable to use it . This has been really frustrating.

Not worth paying for. This app was free till recent times and was worth toleratiing poor performance. Not anymore - Now it is paid for , much more expensive than other available better options and the perofrmance is inconsistent. Poor support and compatibility issues from the streaming side results in one error after another -

No forewarning…. I concur with others’ displeasure on no warning before having the latest update impose a subscription. A 1 time purchase wouldn’t have been so bad but a subscription is ridiculous. Even if the option to purchase a license was there, the app was always free to use which I’m sure most users would have overlooked. This should have been handled much better.

Problem with TV shows. The app works very well on iPad/ Apple TV for tv channels, for movies but there is a big issue with TV shows: you can’t choose episodes, it always plays the same one, like trapped in a loop! Does The app needs an update about that.

Not more then 100 episodes. Video club does not show more than 100 Episodes. So we can’t even see the most recent contents.

Log out after every hour. After 1 hour , it says “someone tried to login” and we have to login again. To developers - it looks like something wrong with session or token , it gets timed out!

Channel changing. Using on IPAD If you channel surf, the channels stop loading after you surfed 5 channels. Contacted ny iptv provider abiut the glitch and i am told that this issue is the responsibility of the app development team. So fix it or refund me. Thanks

Need to update !. Hi, The app is work great but it need update. Like when we start any web series or any show like any show have more then 10 episodes we are unable to select which one we wang to see. Its always start from first episode. Its really hard to watch show when one season have 50 episodes.

Videos Quality is bad and needs update. Sound and video have major glitch and lag problems on the Apple TV. There’s been no fix or update for the last few years. App maker is not serious about this app’s success.

Apps keeps looking out every now and then. Overall the app is good but on all iOS devices the app keeps logging out every now and then which ruins the viewing experience. Would be great if the developer could fix this.

Logs you out- every 30-40 min. Everything is perfect except it logs you out every 30-40 min by saying other user has logged in with the same account even though I am using app on just 1 device. Hope to see a fix soon in next update.

Fix this problem. If it’s possible can you please put episodes under another heading after 100 episodes because we are not able to watch when these episodes goes 100 plus. I am using my Apple TV for this app but some other cases like when you use Samsung or Lg tv then you are able to watch till 200 episodes which is maximum for any devices available, so kindly fix this problem, will be appreciated.

App crashed. I paid for yearly subscription and when I am trying to open video then always it gives me playback error. They should fix this bug and also need to update the app.

Refresh token. Wastage of money, paid annually subscription not working at all, getting refreshed token error. Highly recommend not to pay for it.

Just okay with annoying issues. First off, this app does have potential but the annoying bugs hold it back... The app doesn’t seem to keep the settings you choose i.e when I select to view my favourites and I log out, I have to select them again when I log in. Favourites should be already selected when I start the app. This is also true with “content mode”. If I change the “content mode” it resets itself when I log back in? These two bugs or issues is frustrating since I’m constantly changing them back to my preferred configuration EVERY time I log back in. EPG is useless. There should be a guide I can scroll through, instead I have to click and select the channel and then go back to menu to view what is on that single channel. Fix these issues and I’ll be grateful and more than happy to give this app 5 stars. Charging money for this as is, is not cool.

Playback Error. Is the app currently experiencing any issues? None of my channels or any video from Video club is playing. Everytime I choose it gives me message saying Error playing. I have tried resetting my login, contacted my ipTV provider and he said everything is good from his end and Infact even uninstalled the app and installed it back but nothing has worked. I'm able to use it on my Smart TV but just not on iPhone or iPad. I have tried switching the playback type too and still didn't work.

Issues. Play back error when not connected to wifi. Last update I see is from 1yr ago. Is this issue going to be fixed? It works on wifi but not on cellular data why?

Ridiculous update(Do NOT download this app). How come you started charging the app suddenly. I am for sure switching to other apps. Once upon a time I praised and recommended Ministra player to everybody, but not anymore. Subscription to earn money, wish u best luck guys, coz there are better apps that serve the same purpose.

Waste of time and money on this. I don’t understand how come they thought subscribers would pay $16.99 per year for this crap… I always have trouble with playing this…it just hangs on and I’m not sure what’s happening. Also please let me know what is license key payment of $29.99. Is it a one-time payment for lifetime instead of yearly payment of $16.99

Apple TV. Update on your response: Your chat bot is not helpful at all. It just redirects you to instructions page. The thing is that your player need an update or fix in order to work properly. If every other player is able to play live channels and yours not. Than we know where the problem lies. It is better for such a relatively big player/company in iptv world to either provider their user with updates, or remove the app completely from app store if you are not able to get it work. Other ways it is just a rip off. Waste of our money we’ve spent on your app. Because I am not able to write a review for Apple TV app (al least I don’t know how), I am writing here. The app is very hard to navigate (un intuitive) and the biggest issue is that the live channels are not able to play (always shows error) while on demand/catch-up videos are playing w/out issue. The provide tried to fix it but said it is a app developer issue. When you pay for certain app you expect to have some kind of a support and that the app would be regularly updated

Can’t use. Stalkerportal works by MAC Adress. Here they use Password and Username for a Stalker url App. This is a scam. Don’t buy it and save your money. You just waste time

Problem signing. Every time I input my url, username and password , it keep saying unknown error, i can’t even get into the account , please help

Error via Wi-Fi and cellular. Whenever I try to connect to my portal using Wi-Fi it says “ no internet connection found”. On cellular it just display “ unknown error” It goes through all the check such as checking this and checking that but eventually fails with the above mentioned errors. I have the paid versions not on android and iPhone. Both are doing the same thing, I need a resolution for this ASAP as my $32 are rising on this

Very sluggish app. I have bought paid version of this for whole year and felt it’s lag alot. After paying $16.99 it’s not worth it. The safest part is when I try to use cast window on my chromecast it never happens. I don’t know why they have given that option when they can’t make it work. Really it’s a request if you can make casting option working. Otherwise please don’t show that option.

Keyboard issues. The keyboard for android do not work my dad tryed to write his log in thing and password and it did not show the keyboard
