No working the iphone 8+. La ultima actualización no permite usar la app en el iphone 8+

Used to work. I would give four starts, but.. The app used to work, then I updated it (the one released November 1st 2016) and now it just crashes when I try to open it, I get the screen with the outline of the person for one second, and then I’m back at home screen, also, doesn’t work with Apple Music, only music that you have purchased

Please UPDATE!!!. Please Update app! Music mode quits app when shake to change. Play button doesn't work. Great product just app needs to be update for new iOS software

last update broke the app. app doesn’t work after last update. on my iphone x and ipad pro 12.9 running ios 11

Connection Issues. doenst even connect.

terrible. they don't update their app, the lights themselves don't work after a week of using, the music is only thru apple music or whatever is directly connected w your phone so, no spotify, soundcloud, etc. but overall terrible Purchase im getting my refund

Latest Version Horrible. Now my bulbs will not stay connected. It just says they are "illegal" now. Very disappointing.

Not exactly pleased , falling apart. Is it to freaking hArd to come up with a product that has function not fall apart all the time, both Triones and happy lighting seem to have issues and are not stable with music, oo and make something English for the love of god , cannot understand the updates !!

Decent. I found this to work very well but after a month of owning it whenever I go to change the color of my lights it says there illegal for some reason and will unpair then which can become very annoying. Don’t know if anyone can help me here

Needs fixing for English no off button. Please fix ASAP. No off button, Timer screen is blank. Found a hidden slider all in go is in Chinese I think. Went to email app builder. Whole web page in Chinese, can't read. Thanks

Don’t update!. New update has constant pop up saying devices are illegal and disconnects.

CRASH. App changed languages and continuously crashes!

Works great, but needs playlists!. I'd rate this app 5 stars if they supported playlists on the music tab. Developers, please add this option.

Issues. The app used to work great, after upgrading to iPhoneX worked a couple days but now it says “Device is Illegal “ and won’t connect

Doesn't work consistently. Liked the product at first, but music playing is an issue. It doesn't shuffle the songs, and want it to be able to play off of Pandora and just not my Playlist.

Not working. Worked great for a couple months then one day the lights started going crazy can’t get the bulbs the same color.

Worthless App. Does not open with IOS 11 update. Crashes on startup which renders all of the lights we purchased useless. Please update your app so we can continue to use and buy your product!

No way to turn off, timer doesn't work. Turn off feature where is it? Sleep function not working as well

I found the fix for the crashing issue. I found another app by them called happy lighting works, and it works significantly better. When I upload a color pic it gets it almost perfectly matched. I like to run purple and the purple previously obtained was lacking seriously in color depth. Now it gets the deep purple. Hope I have reduced others stresses. I was not giving up tonight without a fix, I downloaded every app that could be related and attempted to connect. The one I lost above works. It's annoying that twice they have literally changed apps completely, but they don't notify anyone. It took a couple hours research to figure it out, most people won't even try for5 min. At any rate, I like better now because they get good color match.

Terrible. I have used this app and another called Happy Lighting. Neither app will connect to my lights. It shows the lights are there but it never fully connects to them.

Full light set up....crap app. The app works if you just want light control. But music and timer are crap....fix your app. Looking for another set up that might work

Ads to turn on and off. This is was great until they started making you watch ads just to turn the light on and off… why would they do that. So disappointing

now it’s useless .. i bout him 2015 it’s work well before then i update new version in 2017 it’s stop working at all not app controller work now it’s useless .
