Ask and you shall receive!. I requested that Charlottesville, VA be added, and before I knew it I got an email from them indicating that it had been! I just downloaded it, works great! Before anyone leaves a negative review because it doesn't have your city, ask for your city and they'll add it!

Amazing support. This is overall a pretty good app, perfect for offline use, and full of extra features. However, what prompted me to write this review was their quick customer support. I was in need of map which wasn't available, and within a short time I got a response that said the map had been added. Great service, highly recommend this app.

Terrible App! Doesn't Display The Street Names in Hong Kong.. What a terrible app! It doesn't display all the names of the streets in Hong Kong. Certainly not helpful for anyone who isn't familiar with Hong Kong. I'm automatically uninstalling this app. Google maps is much better.

Need to buy pro to see details. Downloaded a map of NYC. It was just a zoomed out picture of the city with surrounding areas, and no details, which is no help at all. App said you had to buy the professional version to see more. Really?

Maps don't download.. Sitting here watching the "waiting for download" to begin... And waiting... And waiting. Tried deleting app, reinstalling, no go. So now, I've just deleted the app.

Not very useful. From the description I was very excited about this app, but the reality is it's not very useful. For instance, maps available for the state of Maine list only three small areas. That is totally inadequate if you're driving across the state and need coverage. Also, not all of the streets are named on the map. It's a real disappointment. I will be uninstalling it.

Saved my butt.. This app saved me 3x now here in Seville Spain. The offline tracking works good, i don't know how it does it since i have no wi-fi or data here @ Spain, but it definitely worked for me as i was figuring out where to take the bus the first 2 days that i was lost in Seville. Due to the app i figured out my way points and the streets. Thank you.

Waiting waiting and waiting. I am using free version and can't just download a map. It always says waiting for download all the time.

Really bad. Downloaded the app, tried downloading a map and then when I tried to open it kep showing a blank screen and crashing. I as never able to see the map I “downloaded”. Waste of time, deleted immediately.

Last0ne. It is great to have offline maps and save the only 2GB data plan I have. 2 things 1-hey I live in Oregon, one problem no maps from Eugene and Salem? So if I have to start a trip can connect to Portland because maps in between are none. Missing Corvallis? Huummm.! 2-would be nice to are able to see Google Offline Maps via Apple Play? On the Honda Element car stereo via Apple Play and not using data, witch that is what your Maps are design to do right? Kind Regards

Missing locations after update. I noticed that, after updating the map of Beijing, some important locations that were already available before the update, were not available anymore. For example Rongke buildings in front of WangJing Soho. This seems to me a downgrade!

Awesome. Went from Utah to Alaska and back. Paid for tom-tom and Sygic thinking you get what you pay for. Both failed. Off-line maps got me home!

Very useful. I am appreciative of this map system because it doesn't require an Internet connection. Four stars because nothing is perfect.

Waste Of Time. It looks great but I find it pointless to offer unfinished product. I tried downloading a map of Poland and there are only 2 parts and 80% of the country is missing. Even when you download individual cities it's still pointless. Traveling between 2 smaller cities even 200km apart is impossible with this app as you will have a lot of dead data in between.

Unbelievably useless. It's hard to imagine how useless this app is. Searching for an address does nothing.

Offline Maps. Not the best app. Map is fine. Getting a point in A and B for directions seems impossible. Could not remove a pin. FAQ help did not work. You would think you could just get 2 points and get directions between them. Costa Rica bound.

Bad. What utter garbage the offline maps do not contain the same information as the other Google map app just turned out to be a massive time waster. You obviously already have the information Google why isn't it in this app?

Still buggy. Why doesn’t it let me find any maps to download?...keeps popping up a “cancelled” ok box when I don’t cancel anything. No maps in the alphabetic directory. What a let down-download.

Can't search by addresses. Wouldn't recommend

Muy mal app, the wors app you can buy it!. No funciona sin internet, para calcular distancia, no sirve de nada offline, porque no podes calcular ni entrar rutas, te pide wifi! No lo compraria otra vez, me gustaria my devolucion! It does not work without internet, to calculate distance, it does not serve anything offline, because you can not calculate or enter routes, it asks for wifi! I would not buy it again, I would like my return!

This map knows nothing. This app is brainless even if you download maps, it seems as though the only thing it knows is near places other than that you are screwed.? I tried typing in someone's address and after writing

Very Well Designed. I can now look onto my iPad, if I get lost in the city. No more connecting to WiFi networks! Works great!

Useless. Useless as you can only DL 2 maps in the free version. They don't tell you that before you download. I now have 2 useless maps of places that downloaded by mistake so I can't try out this app in places where I actually drive. I tried deleting the app so that I could DL the city where I live but when I reinstalled, it still wouldn't let me DL another map. I don't want to pay without trying it out as Google already supports offline maps for free so I would need to try this out so see what it has to offer.

Useless app. It only allows you to download up to 5 maps then you have to buy the app. The map that it allows to download is too small that you can't use it for long distance.

I'm not always in a city when I need a map .. Good but I would prefer a province and state map over just a city . Just need accurate simple offline maps nothing fancy .

This app sucks. I want to download maps so i can use them without data. Thats the whole point of being able to download them. Still need data to navigate. Thats lame. Why even download them at all then

Disappointed!!! Get CityMaps2Go. I showed CityMaps2Go and someone mentioned that Google offline did the same. Wrong by a mile. Google only allows to download 5 maps. What would have done my kids in Europe or Asia? Pay Google. With CityMaps2Go not only allows download unlimited maps, but also allows you to create lists and save the places you have been with pictures and the ones you want to visit. The world map of the last update of CityMaps2Go is just great. This app is worth every penny if you don't want the adds. Seems like Google assigned some C class envelopes for this app.

Maps but with limited function. Can download maps of up to 5 towns for viewing offline before requiring payment. No maps of entire sates/provinces and no rural areas. Maps are same as those in google maps but don't expect to get directions. Having to select between area maps from a menu rather than panning from one to the next is dismal.
