Fantastic!. This game is definitely my favorite, even better than plague inc, my original "kill with disease" game. The menu and UI are perfect, save that the button you press to get to the store seems slightly offset from the graphic onscreen, which can be frustrating if you're hurriedly trying to stop those doctors' progress. the system degradation admittedly is pretty cool to look at, though you don't want to if you want to win. The difficulty scaling between stages is insane, especially 2074 (haven't unlocked the last two) but that's okay because each stage has there own three difficulties, so there are a lot of stepping stones to get you there. The only thing at all about this game, save that button thing, is that I don't really understand what hurting the immune system does, if anything. Seems frivolous, but maybe I missed something. One thing to note, you have to beat ALL stages prior on hard to unlock the "immortal" and "impossible" stages. This is soooo frustrating. But still great game, worth all the moneys. I'll take 10. 5 whole stars.

Pretty awesome!. This game kind of reminds of how Plague Inc would be but on a more personal upfront level. Instead of mutating certain symptoms out of random, this game takes a more realistic approach to how certain conditions are developed and how they are linked. A very nice and well thought out game. Perfect for people who love strategy games!

Very Fun. Confusing at first but takes some getting used to. Realistic but challenging and needs some improvement and major bug fixes. My device is fully functional but still has trouble opening the bio-point menu. This is the first problem I found with the game. But other then this, Bio-Inc. is an amazing game and I recommend it.

Very good. It's similar Plague or another infection game, except instead of the workd's population, you're to kill off a single patient. Interesting new spin, lots of trees to put your bio points into, and different challenges based on the person's lifestyle (such as being overweight or a smoker). It's definitely worth a try

Needs the life campaign!. Bio Inc Redemption has the life campaign, which i find to be much more fun, so i’d like to see it added to the app version too

A good way to make a concept your own. It's similar enough to plague to be familiar bit different enough to not be labeled as a clone.

Come On. I understand you losing some how. But the way the timer works (Recovery) is ridiculous. You make the person have all kinds of crazy things. The person is not surprisingly almost dead because of all these diseases and conditions like "drug addict", "morbidly obese", "bad genes" etc. And because the person didn't die before "Recovery" period ends it says the person is cured and lives a long life. All that and someone all is "cured and they live a long life". lol. Come on. They make sure they have a bunch of in-app purchases for you. Yeah, you can earn some coins playing. But not enough long term that's for sure. It looks like a bunch of things to have fun with cheats. But of course, spend a chunk of more money on a game I already purchased. Sure, it says you can unlock those but with some crazy amount of things needed to get it. Way more than I see myself doing. Not that amount of time.

Game does not give you cheats. It said that it gives you all features but it dosen’t. The feature cheats is not enabled... enable cheats in next update, and maybe this review will change, waste of money.

Gooddd game!!.. It's more of a game kind of like plague inc but it involves the human body and how u can get it to shut down..its very entertaining . Those who can't understand simple instructions ,clay be shouldn't download then get mad and post negative reviews.. Educational AND Fun!. This game is awesome. It helps you learn various diseases and conditions while stirring up the perfect way to kill someone (I know that sounds morbid, but in the context of the game it isn't) Each new level gives you a different patient that is harder to kill than the previous one, and there are a variety of diseases and conditions to choose from

Simply amazing. When I first played this app it reminded me of plague inc. but i quickly realized that this app goes much more in depth when it comes to how you kill and infect your patient and what you can do to stop the cure. Although I feel like it could use some more content just so you have more to do. It is extremely fun. Keep up the good work.

Fun but. Fun game. A clone of plage inc. but it can be hard at times. At times they are getting better at 1 point a second. And I can't get enough points to spend. I lower the immunity the best I can before the treatment starts and still only get 2 per pop if I'm lucky. And losing with only the skeletal system functioning it bull.

Good Game, Could use more. I like this game as of right now, but i feel when i beat all the levels it wont be fun anymore. so if some updates could be put on to add more interactive things or upgrades that would be nice. And id like to be able to spend the bid coins you get after each level. Get creative and make this game better than it is. Cos its got the same potential as plaque inc. if not more. Still fun for now though.

Cool, if free. I don't see how someone can make a full recovery with a heart attack and other systems totally failed. I understand it's a timer, but the timer needs to be varies based on what's going on. Just like the prices for things need to change. Like if the person smokes, a heart attack should cost less and even less if they arnt active. Etc. And the game does ignore the silent setting. Needs an update. But cool if it's free.

Best out there!. It's like Plague Inc., but instead of focusing on the world as a whole, you try to eliminate one person. It makes for a lot more fun gameplay, and it's fun to make up stories about what's happening in the game: John was in the ER, and he was feeling depressed (his anti-depressants weren't working), so he got people to smuggle cigarettes into his room, and got lung cancer and died. Realistic story? Nope. Fun to make up and imagine? DEFINITELY. Just don't take the game TOO seriously.

Murder at its best!!!!. A lot of fun packed full of adrenaline rushes. Really cool graphics. Each body system and their graphics are cool. I like how there are a variety of conditions for each system and explains what each does to damage the system. I really like this game can't wait for updates. More diseases, risk factors, and recovery option to try to beat the doctors. Endless amounts of possibilities of thing you can add to the game. Can't wait!

Excellent game. Very unique gameplay. Not really like plague inc and at all. You find diseases for certain people and develop symptoms based on lifestyle. Very addictive game and so many possible ways to play. Also the graphics are quite nice for a game that is relatively new.

Great game. This is a polished game with great visuals and sound. Look forward to future updates! When you lose a game you guys put "You LOOSE" instead of "You Lose" at the top of the screen. You have all of the the tough medical conditions spelled correctly but then this gross grammatical error pops up every time you lose a game. Please fix with your next update.

Very fun and wicked. Yes, this game is similar to Plague, but it has plenty of new features to keep things fun an exciting. The goal is to string together Diseases, Risk Factors and Recovery items to make the most lethal cocktail of illness to bring about the demise of your patient. You build up Bio Points and then bring in factors like Hypertension, Malnutrition, make your patient a Workaholic or an Alcoholic. You can then go for Kidney Failure, Lung Cancer and send both your doctors and nurses on strike. You can convince doctors to hand out placebos instead of real medicine. It's an extensive skill tree and will take a few plays before you get the hang of things. This is a devilshly fun game and I look at it as my personal voodoo doll! It's definitely worth the $0.99 price tag and I'm sure this game is going to get better as more people jump on board.

Hypochondriac Hell!. This game is fun and fairly medically accurate. And wonderfully morbid. Definitely educational in that it shows you just how the different systems in our body rely upon each other and how much we are effected by external factors and our own life decisions. If you're a hypochondriac or the type that has a habit of google searching health symptoms and quickly having a panic attack because you're suddenly convinced that tickle in your throat must be lupus or cancer, i would not recommend this game.

Fun but very difficult. Bio inc is a fun bio medical game in which it’s for people who want to grow up as a doctor but it’s flaw is that it’s very difficult to beat stages on lethal difficulty and in the impossible mode it’s just gone too far like can you make it less hard and by the way it’s a good game and I would recommend it but play on stages on lethal difficulty IF YOU DARE

Hmm.... I've never seen anything like this. Fun, addicting, glitch free. I have no complaints, and I can't say enough good about it. I'd suggest it to anyone. Worth the money. Edit: Once I reached the hypochondriac level, I did experience a glitch. The button in the upper right hand corner that accesses the disease, risk factors, and recovery menus isn't very responsive. It takes 20+ taps to open the menus, and in a time-sensitive game, that poses a real problem. I'm running iOS 8.0.2 on an iPhone 5C. I really enjoy this game, and I hope that this issue is addressed and resolved.

Very evil!. I thought plague inc was bad but this takes it to a new level. If you enjoyed playing with the skill trees of plague inc, this takes only to a new level with much better presentation and a better skill tree in my opinion. Filled that "making it personal" need that plague inc was missing. If you could somehow combine the two, it would be epic!

An interesting take on disease games. After so many plague games where you try to kill the world, I found this to be kind of refreshing. By focusing solely on one individual it provides new challenges and a different perspective. All in all I enjoy this game.

Bad customer service. I bought 1500 coins (which I never do) because I liked the game so much. It has been 2 days and I still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed them and also sent a message on messenger and still no answer. I’ll quit playing the game based on this alone.

So far so good. An interesting simulation game. The player needs to tap on viruses to gain points and then use those points to unlock "upgrades" to make the person sick or keep him from recovering. If the person dies, the game is won. A few gameplay tweaks are needed, but it is a solid game. It will keep a person entertained for a while. It is always nice to see new games without in-app purcases!

Medical murder.. Literally the best medical game you can play to date. Not necessarily better than plague inc., but that's a kill the world thing, while here you work with one specific patient and watch their deterioration. Perfection.

Bio Inc stands tall as a symbol of solitude in a dashing array of despair... despair for which specified victims concur as a result of undisclosed disease contact! Everyone! Get This Game! It Is Sooooooooooo Amazinga!!!

Fun, and USEFUL. It really tells you what's going on inside your body and far more professional than the other Inc. games. It is not a game makes you enjoy killing people but to think about yourself. Will I die someday like I killed this person?

Love this game! Wait for 2 to come out!. Love this game just like I like Plague Inc. So educational and meaningful about our life. I am very looking forward for more features in next game. Just some ideas: there could be a mode that u can choose which part of the body that firstly be infected by virus or bacteria, like eyes, nose, mouth, or skin wound or even tip of penis. Then the graph showing how the virus spread in the body. Through blood or guts or other. Also could give some award after each level, so player can upgrade the virus with more genes in order to defeat more healthy person. Will be more fun to play! Love this game, good work!

Kill your enemies!. I love this game. It is very similar to Plague Inc in terms of gameplay but the game itself is far more intimate. It can be challenging when you up the difficulty but it just adds to the fun when the victim tries to fight back. There's this guy at work, we'll call him Dave. I really hate Dave. I name most of them Dave. I like making Dave an STD riddled, morbidly obese dude with asthma. And then I kill him. Sometimes fast and painful, sometimes slow and painful. But it's always painful. So, basically, just have fun killing your enemies because we can't very well do it in real life can we?

Fun and educational!. This game is fun to play and learn. You learn a lot about the body, symptoms, and risk factors, and how they react with each other and affect the body. Similar to Plague Inc (as the title hints) but focused completely on the individual body, as apposed to the "population". (The game reminds me a lot of Dr. House for some reason. LOL)

A+. Awesome game! More interesting and more fun than Plague Inc (which is just a rip off of Pandemic anyway). This one takes the best elements of those games and makes something truly original. I look forward to future updates. Will tell my friends to download as well :D

Plague comes to the individual. So obviously this is a clone of Plague Inc, but takes places across the bodily systems of a single person instead of across multiple countries infected by a plague. But the game play is identical. This has slightly busy and confusing upgrade menus, and the other reviewer is right that the sound is on even with mute enabled. But this version is more polished and more fun than the Plague version.

Good, but unrealistic. How can I have all but two body systems completely fail and the victim makes a full recovery? That's BS

Fun and quite educational. This game is quite fun as it makes u time and strategies your viruses. It takes a bit to finish a level but it's worth it. There are also a lot of mental illnesses, viruses and infections that show you which one leads to what and what issue u need to get it which is quite educational.

Unrealistic. Everything about this game is unrealistic. After a few scenarios the game becomes repetitive. I didn't know a patient can take up a precondition like heavy smoking while on his death bed. That stuff should be locked in at the start of the game. Shows poor design and lack of realism

Perfect. For anyone interested in the human body, diseases, medicine, or just killing people in weird and wonderful ways, this game is for you! Great display of each of the body's systems, and a huge array of diseases with helpful information about each disease, if you're curious. Hoping for more levels, but the amount they have atm will keep you busy for hours. The display, sounds, and gameplay are all flawless. Love it.

Boring, repetitive and yet still disturbing. All you do is click on a system and click on the bacteria. Yeah you upgrade a few things but there's no real gameplay. There's just a lot of repetitive clicking. I don't get it. I was hoping to be swimming around the body but nothing moves. It's all stagnant and repetitive. Also kind of crappy if you've ever actually been really sick. It's kind of awful.

Well done!. Great game! Well priced for what it is. Stable on an iPad 1. I'm a 3rd year student in the medical field and am impressed with the description and development of different disease processes being accurate. I also like how it incorporates the risk factors into the person's lifestyle. This game has the potential to be educational depending on the user. I also play Plague (the aim is to infect the world) and was worried it would be very similar, while there are similarities I feel I will still enjoy both games without one taking away from the other. Very well done to the team who build this!

New epic strategies game. New trend for the strategies game and here's some tips 1.gain the bio points till 50 then burst a wave of risk factors or symptoms 2. Attack the most weakness system 3.use the recovery prevention options wisely hence it save d my games many times from 99% recovery.

Good but can have improvements. It is a good game but it needs faster menu interactions, like it takes too long to get to the game from the open menu.

Plauge on a micro scale. Fun game but...If you are tossing up between n'demic's plague and this... Go with plague. While this is a well made game with a nice GUI, the game play feels directed and forced and you are not in control of the situation as much as I would like. I don't see myself playing this for the next year as I did with plague.

Great Game but.... Maybe I’m just bad but I think the game is a bit too hard, I’m playing on severe mode too make sure I can get the cheats but can’t you make it like how it is on the computer? Like how the victim has a health bar instead of having to make every system fail.

Unexpected, but still fun. You think a company that make funny face and talk apps wouldn't release an app about killing people slowly and painfully, right? Well, if you're wondering whether to buy the app, the answer is yes. Like Plague inc., but on a closer level. The main goal is, essentially, kill one person by giving him all sorts of symptoms, like a stroke, muscular dystrophy, indigestion, and many more. One way to win is to wait, collect enough viruses, then unleash a full attack. It can be tedious, but if you're a sadist, like me, you will enjoy it. Get it while it's cheap!

Sweet!. Cool RTS game. Evolve disease and block recovery. Quick levels at the start and a good time killers.

Achievement Integration Buggy. Fantastic game, ran smooth and all, but the achievements seem to be very buggy: I had to beat the immortal stage on severe twice to get the achievement and even after earning 28 achievements, I still don't have Bio Inc. Master. A little bit of a downer, but still a fantastic game.

With Plauge inc you build a Plauge to wipe out humanity, with this game you individually kill someone slowly but surely... It's more morbid and more detailed. I can't really say I love it but it's a nice touch to my app library.

Un très bon jeu qui reflète la réalité. Bon jeu, très bon jeu ! En faite, avec le vieillissement de la population, on le sait qu'avec les maladies (mentionné dans ce jeu), on pourrait faire fasse, mais dans la section «Guérisson», les seuls choses qui m'a retenu l'attention, c'est le fait que la personne est soit mal diagnostiqué, que les infirmières voir même les médecins trop occupés dans leur affaires de "paperasses" ou qu'ils sont en grève, etc… moi j'assimile ça avec la réalité qui se passe dans le système de santé actuel au Québec, avec tout les compressions budgétaires que le gouvernement les a imposé en plus que Ministère de la santé et des services sociaux a un nouveau ministre qui est reconnu pour faire de la négociation avec les médecins, il faut le dire que ça va prendra des années pour que tout ça redevienne à la normale. Alors en conclusion, EXCELLENT JEU, je le recommande !

Good game, but Redemption needs to be on Mac and iOS. This is such a good game. The only things we need is Redemption, as well as a female option. There should also be kidney cancer, stomach cancer, pancreatic cancer, bone cancer, and bone marrow cancer.

Just sort of...boring. This game has an interesting concept, but the gameplay is just lacking. Most of the game is collecting resources, and that's about as fun as mowing the lawn. Sure, it's sort of interesting to see the aneurism or lung cancer you just gave Mr. Smith take effect, but you have to spend ten minutes playing less fun wack-a-mole to get anything interesting. The game claims that there are "thousands of ways to play," but either the victim's natural disposition or the game's random disease developments decide what you're going to do more than you do. All in all, this game had potential, but blew it on a glorified "how fast can you press the button" game mechanic instead of making a masterpiece.

The Game Reviewer5913718988625024. When you pay money for a game, you would expect it to preform well and be entertaining, this is not the case for bio inc platinum. It takes forever if not doesn't even load. It also is almost exactly the same as the free version and you still have to pay money to unlock certain things. Don't buy this game, it's easier just to deal with the ads.

Awesome game, great twist on plague inc. Game is challenging but fair, great twist on the plague inc genre. Really disturbing to me that you can name the person you are going to attempt to kill with gruesome disease. Havent quite brought my self to fill in that blank yet, lol. Recommended.

Wow. I'm surprised this isn't made by the same guys that do Plague Inc. If we could combine this game with plague inc it would be phenomenal. It already is even without being one game. It's like plague inc for inside the body.

WHAT THE HELL????. So disappointed! I loved the game enough to buy bio coins and when I did they took my money and didn't give me the coins. I hit restore and it did nothing and I emailed the company and nothing! What the f**k guys. I want my money back. Horrible and such a piss off.

Fun game. I am enjoying playing, finding different ways to win or succeed. It is more fun with the updates. Always fun to see the different ways to play.

A bad clone. It's pretty much the symptom part of plague inc except you are trying to kill that person. But the game physics are bad. Ok that mans heart failed but he is fine OK now he is brain dead but still alive. That is what happens

Since Update Won't Load. Since the 2.5 update the game will not load. It will stay at the Bio Inc screen and do nothing more. I have an iPhone 6s with the most recent iPhone updates. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall and that did not do anything. Please fix this, I love science and would love to continue playing.

Make these changes for 5 stars. 1. It's spelled Lose not loose when you lose a game 2. Let us click in 1 place to earn points not the organ and then the disease.

Achievements don't work.. I've beaten the impossible stage on all difficulties and still no achievement. Saved John Smith, no achievement. I don't know why it bothers me, but it does. I have 36 achievements, but for some reason there is a "complete 25 achievements" achievement that is still not considered completed. 4 or 5 stars with this bug being fixed.

Soo disappointed!!. I was so excited to play this game. It looks like a great one. The problem is that the game will not load up so that I can play it. The game just stays on the bio inc introduction page and does not move on. I hate paying for games that let me down. Please fix this!!!

Confused. Ok so maybe im doing something wrong but there are no clues as to what that is. I got my patient to the point where all systems were failing, doctors were supposedly on strike, yet after the final system failed, i get a message saying that i lost and my patient made a full recovery?? What am i missing here?

It's OK. It's an OK game, but the science is weak. It's pretty to look at, but seems mainly designed to lure people into the higher levels, where they will NEED "bio coins" to succeed, which are, of course, available for a small additional fee.

A Unique Game. Everyone says that this game is like plague. It's not. Plague is plague simulator, this game is much more detailed and you are allowed to see what your disease does to the individual victim.

So close to Plague Inc.. This game is amazing! I have plague inc but I got it after this game and they are almost identical, except for the bio points and DNA points and only 1 person but this game is addicting!!!

Good Game. Fun to play, but essentially a copy of another virus game in the App Store (forgot the name). Overall fun to play & doesn't take much time to understand how to play. I liked it, worth the money.

Wow like plague Inc.. I love this game it's like a closer look to plague Inc. only thing is you can actually see what you are doing

Impossible Stage. Great game, finally beat the impossible stage on 3 stars after a half dozen attempts. Probably couldn't do it again if I tried!

Very fun. This is a hard game no lie but I really liked it a lot its nothing like a plage inc so don't let the name fool you I hope you guys get better and bigger so good luck in the game and happy killing

Good game. Good game, great design, still needs a few tweaks. Germs are difficult to collect at the top of the head, and the red ones are hard to spot when on the 'muscular' backdrop

Alright. Recovery methods do not work well enough and diseases being instantly cured at 100% is very unrealistic. Great game but needs major improvements when it comes to realism.

Creepy!. I love the new update. Great game. Try it and you'll get hooked... Especially if you like learning about anatomy, diseases and prevention!!

Good interesting strategy game. It is like Plage Inc. but don't be fooled it's not the same. It has a one patient twist with a different approach to the diying by a condition or group of factors. It kept me entertained for hours, curiously while waiting at a doctor's office. Nice one

Excellent. This game is so incredibly well made. I love the idea of it, and it's defiantly one of my favorites.

Nifty but kinda creepy. It's interesting to think of building someone's demise but all the while it tugs at your morals while doing it.

If you like Plauge..... If you like Plague, you'll like this game. That's because it's exactly like Plague. Exactly. Like. Plauge. Sure, it's a person you're trying to destroy, and not the entire population of the Earth, but otherwise the gameplay is exactly the same. It even sounds the same. That said, it's a very enjoyable twist on that style of gameplay, and I purchased it to support the developer, who I expect will make it even more enjoyable in the future.

Clever. A game not unlike Plague, Inc. This title focuses on hurting one, rather than the world. The sound effects are fun, the graphics are solid, the interface is (mostly) solid.

More. Definitely worth a couple bucks. Addictive game that's simple to learn. I hope they expand on the game and update it regularly introducing new things, like plague inc does.

Guilty pleasure. Best ios game I've played yet. Good for showing how poor self care results in dire consequences.

Good Game. If you fail to kill the patient you are shown a screen that says, "You loose" [sic]. "Loose" means the opposite of "tight". "Lose" means the opposite of "win". It's a good game otherwise, but please fix this simple spelling error. It detracts from the game more than you may realize.

This is fun!. No this is not a ripoff of plague, inc. This is you trying to get only one person sick. It's fun to see how I can mess with one person.

Poor Programming. Great game but I'll never play it in most public places because the sound muting does not work!! If I have my phone on silent, this game plays on max volume. If I disable sound and music, there still the loud transition sound between menus and clicking sounds that still play - on max volume.

A lot LIKE plague. Though this game is very similar to plague I find this game to be way more appealing. Great job! Looking forward to more games like this from you guys!

Not bad.. This is very similar to a game called plague inc. Which is based around global pandemic. This game contains far superior graphics, though the game play is pretty much the same.

Terrifying. This is so much more personal than Plague Inc., which makes it scary to play. Love it.

Twisted. Interesting in a sick sort of way. But lacks any real depth as a strategy game. Patterns evolve quickly to best kill your patient. Difficulty changes, but gameplay really doesn't. I would like to see more depth and complexity, that would definitely improve this game very much.

No to impressed. To be honest I love the free version of this game because I can actually play it... Since I liked the game so I decided to buy the full version and I was so excited to play it but I open it and wait wait wait and the game doesn't open all it says is bio inc on it I'm very disappointed to be honest
