Good to bad. When I first started playing this game it was fun will little to no adds. If their were adds they were short. Now after every level it’s a add that has 3 steps. 30 seconds then skip button then do you want this game then wait another 10 seconds to skip. The watch a add to spin a wheel does not work after it crashed the game twice. It also likes to crash mid game or just lag mid game. It is no longer fun. Their is no way to pay to remove adds. The adds are for KIDS GAMES, this game is for 17+ what the heck. Play at your own risk or if you like games that lag, crash, and have lots of adds.

It freezes way too much to be better than 2. It freezes like every other app on the play store. Pretty pathetic apps can’t get this part right-ever!

One star for loading issue. I got the game and I’ve played it a longggggg time ago. I tried to play and I waited for about 5 min without anything. Deleted the app and tried again nothing. Restarted my phone nothing. It’s a fun game but I can play

“Emergency Bonus” STILL does not work. I love this game, but the “emergency bonus” doesn’t work and another user has also talked about this not working. Please fix this, I would really appreciate it! Another thing I’ve noticed is that whenever I buy boosters for my stages, I get charged double the amount of coins than displayed. I think the problem here is that you get charged ONCE for when you click the boosters, and then AGAIN when you start the game. This is extremely annoying because it uses up way more coins than intended… A booster of 450 coins would now be 900. It would be amazing if this could be fixed. Overall, a great game. But the issues with the boosters are not amazing. If they could be fixed, this game would have a rating of 5 STARS!!

G.U.N.. It’s fun and all, but where’s my gun? I’m an American you know. I have a right. Just give me the dang 12 gauge shotgun already. What’s the point of killing John Smith with diseases when you can play pin the John smith with a bullet.

SO many bugs. I love playing this game and it's really fun, but honestly the bugs make it impossible to play. Half of the skills you buy never work. It constantly freezes and stops working. And there are times when my patient has died but the game continues. There is such an insane amount of issues that completely ruin an incredible game.

Good. Pretty good, something to play if you want to save up for PC version if you’re inclined. Would recommend to people who like Plague Inc.

PLEASE fix the loading issue. I love this game and play it constantly, but I haven’t been able to play for the past week. Once I select the perks going into a scenario, it just gets stuck on the subsequent loading screen. I’ve left it open and spinning for an hour and it never loads. Dev team - please fix this issue. This is one of my comfort games and it feels so weird to not play it before bed like I usually do.

Fun, but buggy. I’ve had a lot of fun with this game, but the bugs are super annoying. There have been times my game froze up after I started a stage and I had to refresh the app. This meant that I lost all the coins and energy I spent on that stage for nothing. It’s a very annoying bug that I hope will be fixed soon, I’m tired of losing so many coins because of the freezing. Also the “Emergency Bonus” skill does NOT work, don’t try to use it because it’s a waste of coins!! In general, I think this game would really benefit with some updates to address these bugs and add new content. It’s been forever since something new was added to the game, and I think it would keep it fresh and more interesting if they added more stuff like diseases and new levels. All in all, good game, but needs a few improvements.

Very challenging but fun. I really like this game but it is much more challenging than the original but also very accurate with what happens. I found that it’s much harder for me to save a life but doesn’t stop me from trying.

Yes. If you ever want to give pepole random sickness try this game i love it add free it helps me take out my anger and if not save a life but overall great game.

Don’t turn on high quality graphics. Literally crashes when you amp up graphics

A couple of bugs, but still fun. Been enjoying my time so far. Saving people or doing the opposite, completing the l quests, and earning all the little stars by doing different levels of difficulty (though I still have no idea what experience is for). Generally the game functions well, but there are the occasional bugs. Some of them are solved by just closing the app and reopening, but others I get on a consistent basic. One review I saw showcases one of them, the emergency bonus in life mode not working. I was able to complete all the life stages after a bunch of tries without it, so this wasn’t the biggest issue. The next however stopped me from doing the same in Death mode. The “road block” stage can not be played on lethal difficulty mode. Whenever I try, either the game freezes before the scenario starts or the days counter stops shortly after the scenario starts. It usually stops either at 0 or between 1 and 10. This causes the game to be unplayable, and the app must be closed. Coins and energy are not restored if this happens, even if the scenario doesn’t start. If those two things can be fixed, that would be great! There’s also something that I’m not sure if it’s a bug as much as an error when inputted or maybe the wording? The ‘Slow Collapse’ skill at level 1 decreases systems collapse speed by 80%. You can purchase the upgrade of level 2 to make that 70%. Isn’t that worse? Why would it be paid for if it just makes it worse? Still a very fun game, and can’t wait for the multiplayer!

Add sandbox to phones too!. Bio inc is a good app and I am a fan of medical stuff but I hate why we don’t get sandbox for phones too

Interesting but deletes data. Medically interesting game but too fast paced to really get into what’s going on. Upon completion, game only counts up the death skulls half the time, so it ends up beibg a waste of a play upon winning. Cons outweight the pros

Very fun and more!. Before playing this game I was a HUGE fan of their other game Plague Inc. (still am). However, this game gives you a perspective that really puts you to the test. Wether it’s saving lives or ending them, this game is very entertaining and interesting. Great game overall! 👌

Great game. Amazing game realistic there are some glitches but it’s still amazing

Okay. Game is okay and similar to some others out there The big negative is how long you have to click on and hold things in game. This takes far too long and makes it too hard to get needed biopoints.

Tutorial. It would be great if we could replay the tutorial if we didn’t get to complete it the first time

I love this game. This is such a good game it is well made no to many ads and you can choose life or death( I prefer death it is fun) Edit: I found a glitch you get charged twice for power ups please fix this.

Amazing. I love the game- got addicted for days. It would be so cool if there was a multiplayer mode where you can be the disease while someone is trying to cure the patient.

I need answers. Drygin I don’t care about the bugs can you please just tell me what’s been happening with your studio lately? First this game was a mobile game with only death campaign. Then it was a PC game with life and death. Then you guys didn’t update for over two years or say anything online at all. Now you guys make the PC version a mobile game out of the blue? Please explain what happened, I’m very confused.

The game is VERY good!. I do like this game but I have 1 recommendation for a new game: add a game like this except it’s like you’re a vet instead of a regular doctor

User interface. The game is awesome in concept and in execution however being as this is a mobile game enlarging the UI would be my only complaint I’m playing on my phone and half the time because of the way the game is played my fingers are generally covering whatever I would like to be able to see (mostly while collecting bio points) but still like I said I can’t stop playing it’s a really well made game!

Steals your money and racism. Don’t spend real money on this game. You’ll spend a lot of coins and gems on power ups, then hit start and it’ll freeze so you have to restart the app and your gems and coins you spent are gone. It does it all the time. And you need a lot of gems and coins to beat all the levels. It also has an unmoderated chat on the bottom of the homepage that you can’t get rid of that is just full of kids trying to be edgy by putting racist comments constantly. I reported some in the beginning and got no response. There are also obvious grammar errors like “taping” instead of “tapping” in areas you see frequently, proving the lack of care in quality. Don’t waste your money on a company like this.

I love the game but-. I was playing the game earlier and it was really fun. But for some reason now it’s taking a long time to load for me. I don’t know what to do.

Black screen glitch. Every time I'm in a game the screen turns black for the rest of the game and i could hear all the viruses disappearing and i cant collect them because i cant see anything. FIX THIS PLEASE sir i will give this 5 stars if you do fix it just pls fix it already i will do anything

Multiplayer overdue. Multiplayer was scheduled to release almost two weeks ago, the release of it is extremely delayed. That or the game was just abandoned. Other than that very fun and interesting game.

Ads all the time!!!!. I am so tired of games filling up the time between “levels” with ads and this last ad I couldn’t stop I had to watch the whole thing

Pls fix. The game is always freezing mid-game. When I start, most of the time it freezes within 1 week (0-7 days). Also, the energy and coins are used up. I tried restarting and going back to main menu but it automatically forfeits the game. I hope you fix it soon because it is a really fun game.

This game is good. You can be good or bad you help him/her to live or die. The one thing that is alright is the difficulty which if you pick medium you may lose but it’s fine.

Levels freeze & it hasn’t been fixed. It’s been at least 11 months & the bug where the days stop counting hasn’t been fixed. I can’t make any more progress in the game & am thinking of quitting.

Decent and fun, but has lots of bugs. This game is nicely designed and a fair bit of fun, but the energy counter is so flawed. It doesn’t gather energy after time passes, and then if I renew the energy meter, all of a sudden it it shows a new 48/48 + whatever energy I just bought. So it knows that I should have a full bar based on time passed, but it doesn’t register until I pay for it. That’s so frustrating and a scam.

I sure like it one problem though. I love this it’s a good strategy game so much more fun than the first one but my problem is that it’s not like the pc one I would not care about graphics and I would pay money to play so make this mobile version more like the pc ok

Loading problems. It won’t load

Where is sandbox???. This app is a great, faithful port of the pc version, and if you shell enough cash you can get almost unlimited plays for around the same price as the pc edition. But where is sandbox?? it was the BEST part of the pc game, and it’s sort of tossed to the wayside. How disappointing

Good game overall. A bit confusing at first but overall good game

NO DAM SENSE. This game is absolutely fun, I love the idea you put into this game, but there’s 1 problem I have that I think would make this game better if fixed. I have this problem with my game where sometimes I would complete death stages and I wouldn’t receive skulls at all. Seriously I just completed a lethal death stage and I didn’t get my skulls. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I would love for this to get fixed so that my hard work can actually be for something. Now I haven’t tested this on other difficulties or on the life campaign, but please fix this. I have no doubt I’m not the only one experiencing this and this just needs fixed, DESPERATELY. This is a game that deserves the love it gets, and if more people start experiencing this then I will uninstall because people work hard to complete these missions, then for it all to be for nothing?! I feel so bad. Please fix as soon as possible.

Energy. Overall, the game itself is very fun. The concept of the game is very fun and interesting. There is, however, one issue that really makes the game less fun. It’s the implementation of energy. It honestly just makes the game less fun that you have to wait awhile after you use it all up. If you were to remove the energy bar then i would be able to rate this a five star game. It really just makes games with a lot of potential much worse when you implement an energy bar.

It keeps crashing. Every time I try to beat the last level that I need to get on four stars it keeps crashing and I just can’t play the game without it so fix the problem or on I’m undownloading the game

You can improve the game experience by fixing some bugs.. The “Roadblock” level is experiencing many bugs and problems. Fixing these bugs could make this game more enjoyable and more people would want to try out this game.

Needs Bug fixes. I’ve really enjoyed this game after about a month of playing but I just came across this big issue regarding the date count. I tried to refresh the game several times and even offloading it a few times and nothing seemed to fix my problem… When you start up John Smith, There is a date count right below him and for some reason it keeps staying at 0 days. Sometimes it counts up to about 4 days and stops again so the game is technically frozen at that point because I’m not getting any bio points. I can still navigate through everything like the whole bio map but the game is unplayable. Unfortunately I was forced to close the application and come back which meant that I just lost all the skills I’ve purchased with the rest of all my coins. I hope you guys find this message and fix the problem as soon as you can.

Please fix the crashing-huge potential here. I’ll change my review if the crashing is fixed, because this could be awesome. I enjoy this game, enjoyed the previous version, and if you would just fix the crashing, freezing, (which is what I’m having much more trouble with), and the extra slots (ones unlocked with diamonds) not working, the game would be great. I would prefer to have no limit on the number of times you could use skills so I could play more and so that crashing/freezing didn’t effect me so much.

This is crazy. I love this app it is so crazy you can either heal someone or kill someone and most people would pick a death it has high-quality graphics it is so crazy like I’m in the death and I’m sitting around with my animals on my bed and it is so cozy so high-quality

Eh. It’s not a bad game overall, however it is significantly worse than the steam version in many ways to the point it’s almost not worth playing. It’s too much like old mobile games and you can’t do many levels before stopping, seems like more of a cash grab while steam has a full game that’s better. I love the game just not the mobile adaptation

Glitchy as heck!. Love the concept of the game, however it is so glitchy! So many times I have used coins to by skills prior to the game, only for the game to either not load, the days to not pass or not be able to collect bio points, meaning I need to kill app and start again yet it took my money and power. With the objectives, I’ve “completed a quest” so many times and never get the reward for it. I was going to purchase a upgrade so I could fast forward, but until it get less glitchy, I won’t waste my real money.

Wow.. I was hoping to get this on a pc. Never-mind that, as you’ve released it FREE on mobile. Astounding gameplay and it’s just like I’ve envisioned it. You people impressed me. One thing though, The upgrades on the boosters can be low-key overpowered. Making death campaign very easy with the right boosters. Maybe do some balancing or something. Anyways, insanely good game and i love that the campaign is basically the same as the PC version.

Bugs, bugs, bugs. Lots of bugs. On multiple occasions, I have completed the win condition and the game did not end. If you leave during a game, you lose even though it says it saves your progress. If you try to resume, you need to deposit energy again and any boosts you bought too.
