FIX THIS!!! 😡😡. PLEASE UPDATE DATE THE GAME, Everytime I've this it's frustrating for mild it's not even helpful I literally was playing just now and all of the systems were down except for the bone and I still lost?!?! I'm am really angry by this bug and I was the recovery was at 98, I was buying perks to make 10% and 25% in everything AND IT STILL DID NOT WORK! THE PERKS DO NOT WORK I WAS HOPING EVERY SYSTEM TO GO BY 5% BUT IT JUST GOES BY 1! I am really angry to just in undownload the game out of rage because of that. Im losing to the "Mild" game mode which is literally extreme! And When i enter the the booster or cheats I paided free game currency from don't even work like if I want slow recovery it simply DOES NOT WORK AND IT FREEZES! and I'm literally angry because no one is updating it or showing Support Service.

Well.... I love the game and all, but I am still annoyed by the fact that you can get the guy dead in every single system except one, like skeletal, and he still can make a full recovery! I'm just saying that humans don't work like that, if your heart and brain are dead, so is the rest of you.

Its fine. So I completely love virus games and if got many others in the past and I like this one to but there’s a couple things I want to talk about, 1: It’s super hard to level up to get a new stage, it’s super hard to gust get 2 stars! 2: what the game call’s medium, should be called MAGA HARD 3: the most hardest level is the first level. Other than that, I love it. So I’ll give it 4 stars

Why are people complaining about the ads?🤨. On my iPad there weren't any problems with the ads or the freezing home screen, that's kinda weird because people may think I'm lucky. Overall, I love this game!

Awesome. this game deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. this game has so many realistic diseases. i really like this game. but pls make an update where you can make your own diseases and release them to other people who play the game so they can use the disease. thank your for your time game dev. -reviewer

Dang good game!. Always different- lots of choices and you learn something every time to boot! Very easy to pause and go back if you're interrupted constantly. Only issue is when it asks me if I want to watch ad for a chance for the flu, I watch the WHOLE ad, then. I get kicked out. No chance for the flu 😷😩.

It has some problems. If let's say you loose and want to try again it brings you to the screen that says start game but you can't tap start game and have to restart to try again

Too difficult. I just downloaded this game yet when I started the second level with the lowest difficulty, I can’t beat it! Every time I infect the victim, the doctors give them the medicine right away, wasting my points. I try to slow them down with strikes and malpractice but even then the recovery is too fast. The points are low and too slow and as I said before, the recovery system is too fast that no amount of illness and risk factor that can put a dent into it.

Great Gameplay. I personally love this game but I think it needs some improvements. I think that when you make your victim overweight he should actually get fatter and when you give him stomach flu he should vomit immediately. I also think you should be able to be on the doctor’s side and try to help John Smith. Doctors should also be able to put organ transplants in him when they fail to make it more challenging. These might be in certain levels, but I want them in all levels. Almost rated 3 stars but thought about how many new updates they can make. - Gauge

Fully Realistic?. Ok, yes, all diseases are real but how can stress or arthritis kill someone. I understand symptoms of stress can probably kill but arthritis makes no sense. Everyone knows diabetes and it isn’t in bio inc. Bio inc redemption has diabetes and diseases named for multiple famous people [If it is from famous people like Parkinson or Alzheimer.] But it’s still a good game. And another thing that I don’t really like is the doctors find a cure and your instantly feel better from having arrhythmia, AIDS, Immunodeficiency, Crohn’s Disease, Epileptic Seizures and Lung Cancer like all of those diseases got cured. It doesn’t make sense, and it saying that they’ll live a long and happy life. Life expectancy may decrease so maybe not too long before they die. But anyways, still a good game. But saying this: not everyone will like this game and think it’s a copy of plague inc, though it’s not.

Not pay to win. The review below isn’t true for all people, it just has some in app purchases. To get further into the game, I recommend first selecting mild(easy) mode, and soon coming back to that stage and playing on a harder difficulty for more stars. And don’t worry, you can get coins by completing and re-completing stages. Plus, you don’t really need coins for boosters, as they are optional. So just start easy and work your way into harder difficulty settings. (Mild->Moderate-> Severe->Leathal)

Really interesting.. I like how the game includes real diseases so that students like me, in the medical field can actually learn a lot. However, i think the should add a life-saving campaign instead if only killing the patient. (Like the PC version!) Overall, it's definitely a 10/10! 👍🏻

Not true to life. Don’t get me wrong, this is a fun and interesting game. The only problem is that it doesn’t add up the way it should. For instance, if the respiratory system is failing then, in real life, the rest of the body would too and that just isn’t the case for this game. This makes it very annoying to play because it feels as though it’s rigged against you every time. Secondly, the things you buy to stop the recovery is ineffective and is a waste of points, strikes don’t last as long as they say and even if the person is afraid of doctors they go anyway. The poisons that replace the painkillers should kill them almost immediately but don’t. The game is fun and the concept is interesting, but it just simply isn’t logical and therefore is frustrating.

No Credit after purchasing Bio Coins. I actually paid the 2.99 which was supposed to remove ads and give me 500 bonus coins. Never got the coins at all. The tapjoy surveys to get more coins will have you fill out the entire survey then on the last question tell you “you are not eligible for this survey” so I basically did the survey for free. It’s a scam. Plus some of the recovery options are totally rigged like the doctors on strike for a few weeks when in reality it’s between 8-10 days. The harder modes are near impossible also. At least give us what we paid for. Game was fun at first but clearly flawed.

Amazing game. I love the game because it shows a lot of how the human body works and how simple things can kill you it's just really fun and there's not too many ads but I also found a silly bug/glitch when you find out that The person you're trying to kill is going to the doctor and then you put on that thing where they're scared of going to the doctor and then it's either that they somehow are suddenly not at the doctor anymore or they are still at the doctor. but it's just the game messing with you. but I really like the bug/glitch and you should keep it it's really funny to me anyway you can remove it later but I like it. it's your choice anyway you're the developer😍🤗😊😁

Game freezes and needs more BIO coins for each round. Great game but it freezes from time. Developers need to seriously fix these bug issues and also could we get more Bio coins? It’s as if you want us to eventually buy some with real money as if everyone has the money to do so. That’s my two issues as of right now

This game is to hard. This game is really hard to beet so I think you should find a way to make it easier by the way here’s a good way to win save up all of your points until full capacity then go all out and symptoms but don’t let it get low and try to catch up the others

Game keeps freezing?. This game is great, but it's so buggy. It won't stop freezing. Every time I have to watch an ad I worry the game will freeze up on me. The couple of times I watched an ad so that the game would give me an explosion of bacteria, it didn't work because the game froze and I could hear all of the bacteria disappearing before I could collect it. At one point it froze while I was switching between diseases/risk factors/recovery. I tried to click buttons in the game and it was like the game was still working but I couldn't see what I was doing, bc as I was tapping trying to get the game to work, the app tried to get me to confirm a $10 in-game purchase. Very frustrating how the screen keeps freezing.

I have a problem. I’ll admit, I messed around with the date and time and spun the wheel to get bio points. After setting the date automatically, I now have to wait 1300+ days until I can spin it again. Can this be fixed? But this is a good game and I recommend you play it, just don’t be like me.

Good. Good but it’s very unrealistic as you can still somehow recover when your nervous system is gone and your circulatory and respiratory system have plummeted and continue to fail. Also since users with iPhones can’t start the game after the first time for some reason just because the bar that you swipe to go to the other tabs is in the way of the start game button, so could that be put on the side from the next update? I don’t wanna have to restart the app to play again

Captivating, but buggy. A very fun game that keeps you wanting to play the next situation at the highest difficulty, but the game has quite a few bugs that make it difficult to work with. At times I will purchase boosters that never get applied which wastes my bio coins, such as applying the recovery booster that stops recovery for a few weeks randomly. There are times when it will work and other times when it never occurs throughout the recovery process. There are also times when I purchase the recovery option to reduce the recovery percentage by 10%. Sometimes it works and sometimes, it just never gets applied which means I spent 14-18 bio points for nothing. These aren’t huge issues but take away from the fun of the gameplay. If bugs like this can be fixed, I’ll probably end up purchasing the full version. Otherwise, I’ll just stick to the free version.

TAKE IT DOWN! NO LONGER SUPPORTED!!. Unplayable take it down! If I could give this game a zero, I would. Great concept but NOTHING is smooth. Free coin wheel for watching ads? No, it glitches out 9/10 times. Earning coins after completing each scenario? No, that glitches out too. This is one that could have been but the devs never updated it. Played it when it first came out...it’s terrible. They didn’t fix any bugs...perhaps added a few??? Yeah no longer supported. Devs aren’t doing their job. Take this game down already. Big every 5sec, unplayable.

Meh decent. It's a fairly decent game, but after just a few levels I can already see the writing on the paywall. On moderate setting, I literally had the patient with only one system left to fail and it was at 10-15% but oh what's this??! A miraculous recovery was made in like 5 seconds. Hahahaa yup that's realistic. My guess is I need to spend $$$$$$ on micro transactions to be able to advance any further. Will be deleted shortly.

Great game!. Really good game with detailed gameplay. So many symptoms to play with, risk factors to adjust, and ways to affect the life around your victim. I love the aspect of being able to affect how the doctors are treating your victim, or if your victim is even willing to go to the doctor at all. This game also has many unique symptoms that i dont usually see in games like this. Only 2 things i'm not a huge fan of is how you gain points to use and ads. I wish it just automatically increased rather than having to go to each part of the body and select the germs. But it's not awful either. The game does have frequent ad pop ups, which i understand. Gotta make your money somehow. Aside from that, this is a fantastic mobile game with a lot of cool, and fun features. I would recommend to anyone who wants a game that doesnt cut out features for being free. You can pay for ad free, which i think is worth it. This game is hours of entertainment.

You can’t beat it. In short, don’t get/play this game.. Got 5 systems to fail completely, did absolutely squat as the patient fully recovered anyways. Also the options to slow down recovery is a joke. Terrified of doctors, nurses are on strike, terrible doctor, recovery progress reduced by 10%/20%, all meant nothing as none of those things were ever put into effect. The only one that worked was the 10% ones, yet it still didn’t mean anything in the short run. Conclusion, a unbalanced cash grab ripoff of the original game on pc. Screw this game, total waste of time.

Interesting and fun. I like the music and it looks really cool but it gets a little repetitive sometimes but still satisfying when you kill the guy (lol) the bugs and adds, while frequent, are short and don't really bother me but I figure it's worth mentioning. Overall, worth the free download and even the 3 bucks for the add free version

Make it a wee bit easier. I love the game but all the diseases and other stuff act like they don’t work and also I lost tons of times and in my opinion the emergency room thing comes up a little fast and also I think the diseases shouldn’t be so expensive but I still ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ the game

Pretty good. This game is a really good time killer and its very addictive. It has many unique play styles and each are very fun the only reason it’s 4 stars is because it’s not that realistic. It has a very aspect on what the patients have to do to get cured but if they go to the doctor they immediately know what it is and begin researching a cure. Overall an interesting and creative game but it still lacks in some parts.

Need more bio coins. Interesting and fun game. Don't want to have to buy so many coins. Need to get some back faster for free. Patient gets well too quickly, even when he's just about to die it goes back up to 100% too fast. Just don't want to spend money to keep playing. Give option to watch video ads to get coins

Great game but way too many simple issues. I got this game and it was great, but there are many issues that bog down this game. I can tolerate the adds, but I can’t tolerate the bug that freezes your game. I don’t want to constantly exit and come back in hopelessly trying to get the game to behave. I am surprised that these issues haven’t been fixed yet. These bugs would take very little time to fix, but yet the devs don’t fix these bugs. To make it worse they are way too basic to slip by unnoticed. I just want to play the game.

G.R.E.A.T!. This is MEDICINE. It makes you laugh a lot and it is really fun. I personally love this game and I have only been playing it for less for an hour. I saw Dr. Mike play this and I wanted it. So, my dad downloaded it on his iPad. I started playing it. My first one was DAT DUMB MAN. I killed him in 210 days. He died at 8:08:23. I said “I have never been this happy to kill a person”. Now, that may sound stupid, but I really was. I LOVE THIS GAME! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🤍🖤I don’t care about ads, cause I have only seen 1 ad randomly. 1 AD!

Little bug I found. Hello DryGin studios, The game is good overall, but I found this bug which stops recovery. So I was playing immune shield on lethal difficulty, and I used the recovery break booster, and when recovery stopped for a few days once, it stopped for the rest of the game!!! Until you can fix this bug I hate to say but the game becomes 100% effortless when you apply the recovery break booster.

Really good game. Really good game to play when waiting for something like riding on a subway. This is a good game to just play to pass some time, not really a game you would play for a really long time but otherwise great. Only thing that could be changed is the cheats. The cheats are way too expensive, they could be changed to like you have to beat the game and have a decent amount of money like 2k or something. Otherwise great game!

Fun but misleading. When you buy a trait, it doesn’t do what it claims it does. Allegedly, the nurse strike lasts “a few weeks.” Nope. Lasted 10 days. Doctors on strike? Same deal. The traits are blatant lies. How is anyone supposed to play a game that lies to them? It’s ridiculously impossible to win some of these games on Lethal Difficulty, not because it’s too challenging, but because it is openly rigged against you. I wonder if the risk factors also lie about the increase in damage. Also, I bought fear of doctors (both levels) and my guy went to the doctor on day 78 when his lowest system was 89%. This game can be fun but it is seriously flawed.

Way too difficult. At first it was a really fun idea, but as many have said, it’s way too hard. The strikes both last ten days instead of a few weeks like they say, the diseases are too high priced to do anything, the recovery is accelerated beyond any normal means, and I could go on. Overall 2/5 I really wanted to like this game, and I would if the game wasn’t rigged against the player. If the developer(s) can see this review, I hope they do something about it.

Fun game… unrealistic to the point of frustration. Fun game to play with lots of varieties of levels and game play styles. Frustrating to lose the game when all but one systems have collapsed with that sole system ending at around 10%. Tell me again how someone survives heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure, and lung collapse simply because their bones had 10% left to give?

No bio points. It’s supposed to start you off with some bio points? On one screen it said I had over 200, then when the game began for the first time, it always said 0 points. So I literally never got past the first screen and never got to play the game- although going through all possible options of gaining bio-points, spinning the wheel, watching ads and all of these other time wasting activities. The game continuously glitches. They spend more time and money on the quality of the ads than they do on the actual game being able to be played. I deleted it.

Great game ruined by ads. I totally understand the need for ads. I enjoy playing the game but the ads are taking over. I won a game, an ad played and the entire game froze up. I tried to exit out and try again. It would start up in the last seconds of the round, the patient would die, my score would display and before I can hit the next button I’m interrupted by an ad. Once the ad finished I would be unable to move on to the next screen. I retried 4 more times and it’s the same thing every time and this isn’t the first time this has happened with this game. I just want the points I earned. Perhaps only playing the ads before the game could work better?

Good! But is it realistic?. This game is amazing, I love the type of game and how it’s played. I don’t get it sometimes though. If the heart system stops working… why do the other systems still work..? Same with the brain or the lungs. I also think there should be less DTS’s but no chance to get nothing on it. Amazing game though!

Too many ads and too difficult. This game was honestly very enjoyable in the beginning. The first few levels on the first on easy and normal difficulties are fun but the third and fourth difficulty levels on almost all stages in the game are nearly unplayable unless you use bio coins which are very expensive. This game demands so much money in order to be enjoyable in the later parts of the game and even with bio coins, the abilities available to you simply are not enough.

Really Good Game But One Problem. Sometimes when I load a game the loading has trouble but when it works it is a good game. There is no problem that makes the game bad the thing is that you should update it so it has better loading.

It worked the first time. It worked the first time I played it but the second time an ad would play when I would push the button to start after the ad the game wouldn’t load, in the background would move and the music would play but it just won’t load I’ve deleted it redownloaded it but it just won’t load.

Steep learning curve, but . . .. Some things are quite clear but for example how different disease affect different portions of the body are seldom clear. The biggest issue I had was understanding what would cause the patient to go see a doctor and how to delay this, as needed. Greatly challenging and with enough patience, no coins need to be bought to defeat the game.

Got a great start.... Looks to be like this could be an addicting game. I have a couple issues though. 1) the sound on my phone is turned off. Why is the game still playing music and giving me sound effects? 2) I play through one round and then all the buttons stop working and I have to force stop the game to play again. Not cool. Other than that this is a fun game!

Great game but ads kill it. Literally. I remember playing this game when it first came out, back before it became riddled with advertisements. And I understand that it’s a push for people to buy the paid version, which I have no quarrel with. But the fact that the free version can literally be broken by advertisements is really annoying. At random points throughout the gameplay, an advertisement can pop up. And if you happen to close that ad too quickly, the entire game will freeze. Best part is, the game is still continuing on, because you can hear the virus things popping up on the different body systems, but your screen will be completely frozen. Seems like a simple fix with an update, but until then, I hate to say it but the free version is literally unplayable.

Addictive!. I love this game! It is so addictive and fun. I could play this all day! The only thing I would say on improvements is when you go to purchase boosters in the game it stalls and won’t let you push the start game button sometimes. I end up turning my phone on and off and it does the trick. Other than that awesome game guys!

A REALLY GREAT GAME!!. This is a really good GOOD GAME!!! there still needs a bit improvement but it’s still fine improvements: 1. When you buy the heart attack thing with money, make that man’s heart go really fast and then stop. 2. Make the virus 🦠 smaller cuz in real life viruses are small but put them as small as you want though. Another improvement is to please add other thing to make the dudes body as realistic as possible. Good. I really like this game because it has really hard challenges like stage 5: professional athlete or a more easy level like stage 3: unstable or one of the only levels I was able to complete on lethal stage 1: unhealthy I really enjoy the main point of the game and if any of y’all want a tip (try to bring down Circulatory, respiratory, nervous, and digestive system) and this game can sort of relive stress like if your mad at someone and you can’t get over it even though it’s been 1 - 15 months any ways The main part is I love this game it is really simple and also have a question when you bring circulatory to 0% it doesn’t make a difference besides being bright red

Not that great. A lot of people confuse animations and layout designs with real accuracy. Sure the game has fancy graphics and looks like it’s medically correct but it’s not. If the doctors get a full recovery, all the systems automatically boost up back to 100, without any damage at all. Even if all your systems are failed except two. If you’re looking for a game that will teach you something while you play it, this isn’t the right game. I hope developers take a note at this.

Morbidly addictive. This game is fascinating in a horrible, 'I can't believe I'm enjoying this' way as you search for new ways to make your patient's life miserable. Good thing for the world I never went into medical research.

Dose not load up!!. Why isn't it loading up?!?!

Stay away, health care professionals.. Do not get sucked into paying for the fast button as I rarely use it. Cool at first few plays, but there is no relationship between the gameplay and the actual diseases. So if you're a doctor (or student) of medicine, do not trust your knowledge because it does not help AT ALL in the game. There is a general disconnect between the diseases, medicine, and risk factors; and how it affects the patient. Compared to Plague where the transmissions and evolutions are realistic, this feels like the devs just copied from a Year 10 Biology book with no thought at all. The fact that you have to buy add-ons for some stages to finish in hard/extra hard proves that it has INHERENTLY UNBALANCED GAMEPLAY. (So don't bother getting unless you like games where IAP are necessary.) Laggy, the loading page takes too long (who uses animation?), the UI is not responsive. The harder stages don't take skill, they take your money. Overall, fun at first, but highly unpolished.

I’m a kid and this I kinda scary because of the lungs bleeding and intestines getting destroyed is kinda scary so maybe if you make a mode where it is kid friendly and there is no blood, other bodily fluids leaking out and the view is from outside with no blood. Glitching. The game worked and then it stopped. Couldn’t load previous game, keeps being stuck on loading. The game is fun, but only got a short amount of time on it before it would not load anymore.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. The game is impossible to play unless you spend real money for the level ups that only last one game and will have to be re-purchased 🙄

Not realistic. I do enjoy this game. But I'm also a Registered Nurse. Even on mild level, these people are not easy to kill. With real humans, it takes significantly less morbidities and complications for conditions to be fatal. It doesn't take 20 different medical conditions to kill a healthy person. Even a person blessed with the greatest health ever would die easier and for less. The humans in this game a superhuman. Even the unhealthy/unstable humans have a superhuman ability to not die. Apart from it not being realistic, I do enjoy this game. It's addictive.

Buggy. I enjoy the game, however sometimes it will freeze and I will have to restart, and while it saves progress, it doesn't save bio points. It also seems that the points you put into the recovery section go to waste as the cure progresses the same speed or sometimes faster. I really enjoy the game, but I feel like it needs some more fine-tuning.

Just one problem.... This is a great game however I did find one really bad problem with it. Your looking at your situation, your patient is almost dead but the cure is almost complete, you look at your options in the tree, you come out of there and BAM your shown an add about google's app. It broke emersion dramatically, other then that it is an amazing game I'd recommend to anyone :)

Awesome!. I love this game because you can name you human anyone. I named the character after my brothers name and the human didn’t survive. (Its a good thing). Thanks for making iOS version.

Uninspired, full of ads and just plain bad.. There is a trailer for the game on the start menu. That should say something from day one. It's full of flashy graphics and transitions that both add nothing to the experience (being so generic) and at the same time delay getting into the meat of the game. There are also popup ads everywhere. The gameplay is your standard "beat stage 1 before you can play stage 2" fare, which is OK, and you can buy "boosters" for your various stats using points you win by beating levels, which is also OK. But The menus are just so unresponsive, there's always about a half second lag to everything, probably due to all the flashy effects needing to load. And the you get to the actual gameplay...right after this ad. Let's start with the good: you have readouts for all the various body systems and you can go into those to find the various illnesses and diseases that you can inflict on your victim. These require that the victim have a risk factor, like needing to be older to inflict certain elderly diseases. Finally, your victim will respond to your attacks by visiting a doctor or going to the hospital. There are also lots of ads too, and options for more ads in exchange for bonuses in game. And now the bad: the game claims to be about "evolving" diseases to kill the victim but there is no evolution here: each disease is it's own disease. It's also obvious that someone just googled "diseases for organ x" and pasted in the first sentence of the wikipedia article. There's no though or detail about where diseases come from. At one point, I inflicted Chron's Disease on my victim. A genetic disease that normally takes years to kill caused major neural degradation within a month. You don't evolve - you just inflict random diseases and illnesses. While we're on the subject of ads and lethality: it's not enough to shred your victim's circulatory system, oh no, you need to destroy all the systems to win, because a brain-dead vegetable on a heart-lung machine is definitely going to make a recovery. Finally: Some more ads and getting DNA points. You switch to the flashing system and press a randomly placed "germ" symbol on the body to get points. That's it. As the immune system breaks down, they become more common, but you get about 2 points every 3 seconds anyway. There is no reason to not just save up 100 points and hit the victim with everything at once. Finally when you've won, you get some tokens, some points and an unskippable video ad. Huzzah! To summarise: It's a grab-bag of random diseases, little to no care about where diseases come from, how they spread or how they work. Mediocre gameplay at best. Also lots of ads.

Educational and Fun!. I’ve only been playing this game for a couple days, but I’m really enjoying it so far! It’s not too challenging but not too easy either, and I like the little bits of information given with each disease so I know a bit more about them. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Pretty good game but..... This game is good over all, but it’s supposed to represent a human going through a disease that you evolve and try to kill the human. But... not realistic speaking of on one of my attempts this human survive with no O2 or oxygen what so ever and with his blood system also his muscles were complete destroyed with his digestive system destroy also with his immune system on the edge of collapsing. No, there’s no way he could survive (plus other systems were about to crash) you don’t magically heal up If you did survive you would die of cancer later due to a compromised immune system (immunodeficiency) or be disabled for the rest of your life not happily live on with your friends. Long time fan. Let me start off by saying that this used to be one of the greatest games developed for mobile devices. I used to play this game constantly and it was both enjoyable and educational. Now days it feels outdated and boring as there are no new scenarios, diseases and game modes. I really like bio inc redemption which was developed only for computers which is disappointing as I do not own one. In my opinion bringing bio inc redemption to iOS would be great or even having a revamp of this game would also be fun to play. Well... Yeah, it is a fun concept but it’s kinda not for kids. It’s a bad influence to try to kill someone. Just saying... because of that my toddlers attitude has changed a lot against me, and I have a strong belief the game has caused it. Very disappointing... Mixed feelings. I originally downloaded it because it reminded me of Plague Inc. I feel like you don’t get as much variety or options with this game though. If you’re expecting something realistic then this game is not for you. If you’re expecting realism from a mobile game then do some serious self-reflection. Not well made, not original, not accurate. As a former medic, this isn’t how the body behaves at all. This is a poor rip off of plague inc, and clearly shows this developer is incapable of accurate or original thought. The game isn’t really any fun. And it defies basic logic of medicine and disease. It is a shame because if it had been done right it could have been amazing, but essentially what we have here is a company that couldn’t figure out how to clone plague inc entirely so they just made it a single patient without 80% of the features, enhancement or gameplay. I wish it as done right because it could have had potential.

Very glitchy, not enjoyable. I need to exit out of the game every time I get an add as it freezes and does not unfreeze until I quit. Not realistic. A body can’t survive with no heart

I get almost all his systems down to 0 in the game except 3 which were all at 29, 30 and 25 but somehow the doctors cured him and got all systems back to 100% You won’t be able to live if you brain, heart, lungs, bones and more fail you would die especially if you also had lung cancer, and kidney failure and you smoke and you 60 this game should make it so if you kill 7/10 of the systems they die because it makes no sense that if you kill 9/10 then they cure him and he lives this game is stupid please fix it This is dumb I spent like 30-40 minutes and destroyed almost all the guys systems yet somehow they cured him WITH ONLY 3 SYSTEMS ONLINE WITH THE BRAIN AND HWART OFFLINE and more and he lived this is not realistic

Unrealistic and Underwhelming. At first, the game seems very interesting. The graphics are fun to look at, and the deterioration of the systems was well made. However, the gameplay itself was very unrealistic and underwhelming. The game mechanics are fairly predictable, leaving the game with little to no variation in in-game experiences. The game itself is simply a micro-management simulator where you have to upgrade the right things at the right times. However, there’s one thing I despise about this game: the ending if you fail. I absolutely refuse to believe that if the cure for a disease is found while someone is comatose and 90% of their body is rotten and dead that the cure can restore their body back to how it was before. You don’t even get partial success by knowing you left his life as miserable as possible; you get to see patient zero walk off without a scratch after being pronounced dead for 3 days. Graphics: 8/10 Gameplay: 0/10

Please fix it!!. I really enjoyed the game, but it keeps freezing when I try to choose in the beginning if I want easy or moderate. And when an Ad shows up it freezes too. Please fix it this, its a really good game where we can learn more about the human body.

I just don’t understand. This game is great and I love playing it but I just don’t understand how this person is still alive after 1155 days and being given EVERY thing that is available. I’ve never had this happen before until I decided to play on severe. All body functions still at 100% despite having every ailment available, I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND!!!!

Issues. My game when first opening it will crash/stop working 3 times or more before it’ll let me play it and sometimes after ads my game freezes so I have to leave and that also starts the crashing/stops working again and it gets annoying

Addictive. This game is really addictive and entertaining. I've only had it for about two days and can't stop playing it!

THE OKAY GAME. I liked the boosters in this game but the stages were hard to do if you mostly go for risk factors and newer one is way better so why would you want to play the one with money where you can do the free one and unlock cheats to make it easier for you.

Freezing. I just downloaded this game, really like it, but I notice it keeps freezing. I go to exit out of something and it won’t let me click anything so I have to exit completely out of it. Just confused why.

Opposite Day. This game is confusing. My guy who is scared to go to the doctors goes when the lowest system is 95%. But the dude who likes the doctor waits until 70%. Also I brought all the systems down to zero. The skeletal is down to 5% and he made a full recovery? Life does not work like that. If you lose your blood system then you brain can not get oxygen. It would be fatal.

Constant freezing. Sometimes the game freezes so you at force to close it and reopen it. The biggest problem is that it doesn’t give a stamina or bio coin refunds for doing it. Since devs stopped caring about fixing issues in the game (last update was 3 years ago), don’t bother downloading it.

This is supposed to be playable right?. I tried to start my very first game and ad popped up and did not go away after the usual 30 seconds. The was no ‘x’ icon to close it and tapping the screen did nothing. I closed the game and tried again with the same result. I gave up on it. There’s no point in a free game if you have to pay to remove the ads just to be able to play it.

Doesn’t respect volume settings. I deleted it after the it became clear it wouldn’t respect volume settings. I never have the sound on my phone on, so it annoys me when games still play sound when my ringer is turned off. I can live with that, as long as you can turn off sound in settings, which I did... but then the advertisements still play noise! Come on, game. Get your act together.

What a fun and creative way to learn!. Instead of studying a traditional book learning about diseases. Spice it up by actually playing the role OF the diseases. This app is so creative that it should actually be used in classrooms.

Ad Heavy Most purchase don’t work. Click a button get an AD spend you bio points on a perk? They do the exact opposite. Really annoying when you spend your points on what is supposed to make things cheaper only to make them more expensive not to mention non stop ads

Fixed bug?. I used to play this game awhile back and recently got back into it. I updated the game to include the new bug fixes, however, the game STILL freezes after watching an ad to spin for coins. Very frustrating as I can’t go any further without coins to help.

Not worth it. It’s annoying. Literally had 3 systems completely fail, and the guy should have died. But because recovery reaches 100% (combat against recovery doesn’t work), he suddenly is completely healed???? All the work, and the recovery constantly rises no matter what you do. It was alright until the very last second.

Bio Inc. Awesome game although I was told that you could make him commit suicide. So far I have not. Been trying to find ways to beat levels as they get harder but not a lot out there. Still a cool game though.

It isn’t realistic. As a medical health sciences student, you don’t live after having many system failures even if you go to the ER. I mean some diseases are inevitable and fatal, like having hepatic and renal failure along with a cerebral embolism. He should die immediately

Could have been great.. About 70% of the time, the ads crash the game. Don’t click on Flu Epidemic if your game is going well, odds are the ad will cause a crash. Don’t click on retry if you lose, that ad WILL crash the game, so just close the app and restart it instead, save yourself the time. The other 30% of the time, it’s pretty fun, but unfortunately I didn’t come here for 30% of an app.

Good but not for kids. Let me start of by saying that this game is absolutely AMAZING. It has real diseases, great gameplay and fun levels. But it is not for kids. It’s way too realistic and it made my kid start joking about things like H1N1 and epilepsy.

Super long ads. I don’t much mind ads, but when gameplay is completely stalled because they last longer than a minute, I lose interest. Deleted app within a couple hours of downloading it.

Good game but annoyingly buggy. The app closes out, the game freezes after an ad, the recovery options only work if the person is in the hospital so I purchased all of them thinking it would work when they went there but apparently not. Love the game but it’s so annoying to play anymore..
