Can’t even add a video?. I was looking forward to getting a new editing software for my iPad. All of the other programs had a very limited range of what you can do. So VideoPad looked really nice! But whenever I try and tap the “add” button it freezes and I can’t do anything but close and reload the app. I never had the chance to edit a video. What is happening?

Please add more languages to this app. VideoPad video editor software cannot have just one language which is English, it needs more than that like Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Polish, Dutch, Romanian, Danish, Czech, Bokmål Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Hungarian, Croatian, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Hebrew, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, Malay and Indonesian.

Great Editing App!. I downloaded the app, turns out to be just great! I can edit with ease and the fact that you can change the audio and make it sound distorted is so fun. Please download this app!

Down loading. I can’t get the pics I want to d/l. It takes me to albums but not the photos I really want

Not working. The video editor is great on computer but it seems to freeze on me with my phone when I try to click add video I’m on iPhone 11 if you can plz fix would be great

I lost everything. I'm an animator, I had TONS of animations on there. After updating it, it apparently deleted all my data. It won't save anything either. Can you please fix this?

Still having Issues!!. Why is this App continuously messing up?? It keeps closing while I’m editing Videos!!! I contacted you Guys Over a Month who, about Issues I was having with this App.. & did you think anybody contacted me back?? NO !! So that tells me you guys don’t care about the Customers Issues their having with the App.. that all you care about is getting their money!! I emailed you Guys (3) times.. with no reply.. & today, this app is still messing up!! I uninstalled & reinstalled it, & it’s still messing up!! This is such BS

why this. when I first got this it was fine until everytime i try to add a photo it would crash completely and I kept reinstalling it and it never works fix this

I got this app but the storage is a problem. When I downloaded this app the storage pops up and I wish that the iPhones would have more space to download things

Does not work on iPad Pro. I downloaded this and then tried to add video clips to a project. It freezes on the media picker screen and just says “Loading...” and won’t let you choose a clip. It does not show all media/photos.

I don’t understand. I’ve been trying to import videos for days now but it won’t even load to let me get to my videos. All it does it freeze and stays like that forever and doesn’t load for me to even import videos into it. Really disappointed because this seemed like a great app.

Fix this. It’s not letting me import anything from my gallery to make a video figure this out please

Won't load videos from device?. It only allows me to choose regular photographs. There isn't even any way of importing from my saved videos in my iCloud Drive. That makes this app practically worthless, compared to the PC version which I use all the time and has all kinds of uses

I just bought the app...... So I just bought this app five minutes ago and I open it up I try to add a video and the screen where all my videos pop up pops up and it says loading at the top forever ..... nothing shows up it just says loading so I close the app, I open it again and same thing. I deleted it and reinstalled it and its the same thing and now I'm like what the hell.... I haven't even been able to use it.

What??. None of my videos are loading i open the page where my videos are supposed to show up and it just says loading and never loads

Freezing issues. I know this is good app but when I record, take a picture, or add a video or a image. It refuses to open the photos. I had waited patiently for this all photos and albums to complete, but it crashes or freezes. This result is likely bad or trial of error, fix this bug please. If you cant respond to me, I especially will never have the opportunity to open albums and photos, record a video or take pictures. What the issue with your developer because of a fault?. Leave that alone, and beg to fix this bug or I will sue.

Read. I bought the app on my computer and it works great! On the phone however, I can’t upload videos or pictures to it. It’s annoying and doesn’t work like the PC version. Please fix this.

Trashy trashy trashy. There’s no color curves, gradient map, horonztial waves in IOS, This is a mess, I need the color curves, gradient map, and horonztial waves. Reason why: I need to make Real G Major 4, Chorded and Center Effects for The Effect, Last Problem is There’s no twirl in iOS, Please add those thank you I rated 1 star cuz there’s is no more effect Last Problem is Pitch Shifing I need to pitch shift in videopad for iOS What is going on... YOU NEED TO ADD THE COLOR CURVES, GRADIENT MAP, HORONZTIAL WAVES, TWIRL AND PITCH SHIFT!!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Good for the most part. The only problem is it crashing rather consistently, which is a shame because this is honestly one of the best editing software I’ve seen. Hopefully it will get fixed in due time.

Good for nothing. All it did was freeze when I first opened up the app I clicked on add video and it just froze. Though I do like the computer version

Photos FREEZE. When I redownloaded this app it was working fine but after I saved my 1st project i wanted to continue on it so when I pressed add video it didnt load any of my photos plus the app was frozen! I tried restarting the app but that didn’t work! Please help

Audio and Sound get messed up!. I loved it at first, but I’m a YouTuber, and I tried to make a scene funny by adding the shaking and zoom effect, and then I was editing the rest of the video, and the audio and sound weren’t lined up anymore! I tried multiple times to redo it, but it still messes up every time! Please fix this! Other than that, this is great!

Refuses to load photos or videos. I had videopad on my windows 7 computer and switched to MAC when Microsoft ended support for windows 7. I was very pleased and purchased the whole range. This app looked like the perfect MAC replacement, but it doesn’t seem to work. When I try to add video, it goes to a blank page with a few photo icons from my photos file and says, loading.....it never does. I see others have experienced the same problem, and it has apparently not been fixed. In its present form, it is useless.

This app is great. Everything works like it should. I use it for many of my videos but their is one major problem that happens every once and a while. When I go to add in my photos not all of the photos will show up. I could go and take photos from an album that had 64 photos in it and only three would show up. This has happened twice to me and the first time I just had to wait it out and they would eventually show up but this time it doesn’t seem to want to do that. If I could get some help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Not bad at all. This is a really great app so far so much more on it than I movie this dominates it. But you do need decent internet and a pretty good phone for your videos to come out good. But I love this app it’s great. The computer version is just as good. Thank you NCH.

It first I loved it, but.... Well it was really nice at first, I loved the wave effect and I used it a lot in my videos.. now you have to pay for it?! Not cool. Sorry but I’m probably not going to be using this app at all. I do not recommend this app, basically all the effects cost money. And also when trying to render a project it crashes and you have to go back on the app to try to get it to save.

Add another audio effect. Ok, the app is great and all but I want a new audio effect. I want you guys to add vibrato as a new audio effect. Because I want to make my videos more funnier and crazier. So please add the vibrato audio effect.

Amazing but. It was amazing and I was so happy until it wouldn’t save no matter what size I put it on. I tried to save it multiple times but it wouldn’t work and that makes me really sad because I really liked this app.

Don’t see some Video FX. So when I went effects to do something in the video, Hue Cycle is gone and I think some of them is gone also can you add them back?

Too Buggy, Missing a Lot of Stuff. No file names shown on albums or clips and thumbnails are a hit or miss thing. Only works in landscape on iPad. Seems like an early beta version at best.

Better than it is on Samsung. It has more features than Samsung and also more effects🤗😒

One of the best out there. One of if not the best. Because. First of all it’s multiplatform and second of all it’s beginner friendly. I used this and it was so easy to use. Things like the effects I had no problem with it and most of all it’s free! YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM RESPECT. Thank you for making my very own editor I will use. Your the best remember that!

About the app. Hello VideoPad creators! I downloaded the app just to edit a video. I continued to do this for two more videos. Then, I discovered that when you connect two videos together between VideoPad adds a very beautiful effect. Also at the end it does the same thing. Thanks for making this awesome app. Keep it up!

Please fix this issue.. Every time I try to add a screenshot but than this happened... I add the screenshot the I wanna it. And when I add, it took me to the home screen of my IPad and then I thought it was a glitch then. I did it again the hope it wouldn’t take me to the home screen again. And it did, please it would be nice if you fix this problem, thank you.

Got scammed out of 9.99. In the purchase section there is an option to unlock all effects and stuff and when you pay for it all the features will still be locked. Total rip-off

Why won’t it load?. I used this program exactly one time before it decided that it would always glitch out and stop working whenever I decided to load a video for editing.

TOTAL GARBAGE!!!!!!. It use to be simple to understand and use, but now you have made it too hard to understand and very complicated

Audio Effect. Hay I can’t add all the audio effects such as echo, etc, could you fix it, my is version is 14.6

It was amazing.. until this happened... When I first got the app, it worked really well and I loved it. But then it started to become glitchy, it deleted all my saved projects and I could only open one project, and when you went out of the app, THE ONE PROJECT YOU GOT TO WORK ON DIDN’T EVEN SAVE!!! IT TOOK ME TO A WHOLE NEW PROJECT THAT YOU COULDN’T EVEN SAVE EITHER! So I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if it would work, it did... BUT, when I saved my project into my camera role, it was blurry, when I watched it on VideoPad it wasn’t blurry, only when I saved it became blurry. But it saved my projects. But now it decided to delete all my projects AGAIN! Right when I was about finished editing it sends me out of the app and when I opened the app back up it was deleted along with my other projects. PLEASE FIX THIS! I don’t want my projects being blurry any more it ruins them! PLEASE FIX THIS I’M COUNTING ON YOU!

Freezes. I couldn’t even open my photo album to load videos without it freezing on me. Definitely don’t recommend.

Please do this!!!. It’s a really good app!! But only one problem. Can you update this app again? It refuses to import videos and it freezes! If you could update VideoPad again to fix this issue... That would be fantastic!

I love but needs my effects. It's hard to work at first ,but then you get use to it and make cool edits I want more cool edits This app is also great for AMV

Well,. At the start, the app worked flawlessly, afterwards, it kept crashing and crashing. I deleted the app and the months worth of progress on an incomplete animatic, and it won’t let me use my old photos. I still prefer this app over many others, but the fact that it’s so broken makes me upset.

Alright.... It's an alright app but the videos come really pixelated. Another thing is that it keeps asking to buy full version which costs $12.99 so not really worth buying that.

I really good. I use it on windows 10 and people have been saying that my videos have really good editing and asking what I use I say video pad video editor

Need to fix import to album. They need to fix the import to camera roll.but otherwise it's the best app for editing. You don't have to pay for things like text & simple animations...it's so good I'd get it why not you

VERY BORING REVAMP. So last month you updated VideoPad? What I see in the revamp is all of the effect from the pc. And for some reason, you had to put all of the audio effects in a subscription for $14.99!!!! In the very last update, you didn’t put the audio effects to a subscription. So on your next update, please take the audio effects out of a subscription so that we can edit easily without having to buy a subscription!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

app freezes when I try to add music. I like using this on a computer but when I use it to on my iPad it keeps freezing when I try adding a song. Well at least when I tap on the add music button. It’d be great to fix that one problem of mine haha

Fake app. They say it's an app anyone can use. Please if anyone was able to use it let me know! Cause this is just completely fake. You can't even upload the video you want to edit. It gets frozen no matter how many times you try to redo it.

Love it (please read). I love this app very much. I was wondering though... when will it be updated again? I mean I would love to see some more transitions, and I would like to be able to add music from my camera roll instead of my music library. Even with all this said, I still think this is an amazing.

Excited but disappointed. I saw a YouTube video on this and I was super excited to try it out but I couldn’t get my video that I recorded into the editing it kept loading I was really disappointed.

Great. The app is great! It’s really fun and easy to use and so far not any bad problems, just one thing it won’t add my music. I click it and it says it’s been added but when I play the video it’s not there and there isn’t enough text space

Good app. When I first used this app back last year it always crashed but I loved the way it was set up so while I was searching for some new editing software I came across this one and was pleasantly surprised that the issue with crashing was gone and also the adds were almost non existent. The reason I rate it 4 stars is the fact it won’t let me add my music but besides for that great app.

The app was amazing... was.. I’ve been using this app for a while and good god it helps a ton with video editing, but recently the app has stopped loading my camera roll(another person mentioned this)when I attempt to make a new video, I’ve tried re-downloading it countless times, tried to move around the barrier this little glitch puts up but nothing works. Please, from the bottom of my heart, fix this problem.

Not a stellar app. This is a decent video editing app for the iPad but doesn't really stand out compared to some very interesting offerings now. Layout and function is similar to pinnacle studio and iMovie and with the exception of a few interesting filters (effects) it doesn't do anything different to stand out from the crowd. These effects come at a price though as (at least on the iPad 3) the render times take a real hit when effects are applied.

This is annoying and it happens all the friggin' time!. So, I like the app and whatever, but it sent me out one time. I was like "huh?" and then I came back. ALL MY FRICKEN PROJECTS WERE GONE! It still gets on my nerves, considering i dont have the like 69420 projects i had because this dumb stuff happened. Fix. It. Now.

HEIC format. Does this program compatible with HEIC format images from an IPhone?

It worked for me. I was able to cut the video to the length I wanted, added music.. Super easy!

Amazing Transitions. This app has amazing transitions, and it's super easy to use once you've got to hang of everything, but; if you want to use more effects on your videos, I suggest the app Video Star. With both that app and this app, your edits will be amazing :) (not that they aren't amazing already)

Slow/Crashes. I just got the app,and when I try to load a photo or video it either takes a long time to load or crashes. However,when it did load all the pictures and let me pick a video/image,the app would always crash when I chose one (video/image). Frustrating App. We uploaded multiple videos and created a story. We then tried to save it to then upload to YouTube on our own. It would not allow. We then paid the $99 they charge to upload to YouTube directly from the App. All it says is video unavailable. We have spent hours today trying to figure this out. So frustrating. Use a different app. This is trash.

A few problems but very good. Sometimes when I use this app to make YouTube videos with music in them, it only takes a portion of the music and not the entire thing. This happens rarely and I have to delete the app and reinstall it. However, it happened again but now it’s not letting me sign into my gmail account. It’s says “This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google sign in” I don’t know why it’s saying this since I had to log in a few times before already. Thank you for making this and when it all works right it’s great to use.

Won’t load photos or videos. I loved using this app on android but unfortunately it won’t load photos or videos on my new iphone.

The Quality Is horrible. I insert a 4 k video and it transfers to 480p. Besides that I love this app but it needs to fix that.

This app exploits iOS. When I opened the app one day it said I was low on space and it also shown where I can clear out used space, It shown: /var/mobile/Containers/Application/(gibberish)/C5A6/Documents/.Temp/VideoPadCache This is strange though. I AM NOT JAILBROKEN I AM RUNNING 8.3

Easy user friendly. It is easy and user friendly can be used by non professionals. I like it. It produces incredible videos. I produce my videos in MP4 format and post it on my you tube channels. Easy audio insertion With a lot of transition effects. The only thing it takes much of your iPad space especially if you want to edit longer videos. I wonder if they have desktop versions

Need to fix!! And upgrade. So so so much laaaag!!! And I can't put longer videos!!! I add a 16minutes video and it was fine when I need to edit it its lag and it's don't let me to edit it!!! Why this doesn’t work for iOS 14 or 13 or 12. I just downloaded this app a hour ago and I wanted to import a video the app does work on android but it said loading and it does nothing and froze and I’m able to record video but not import video update it plz!!!!!!!!!!!! 😠😤😡😢and this is why you shouldn’t download this in the first place and it’s Half bad and good?? and could you do where you can edited the wave on the new update and do color waves for a new effect

Needs Work. When I first saw this app, it looked promising. I was looking for a great app to make short video edits. I was very hopeful until I actually started using the app. There are several glithces that need to be fixed. For example, when I play a video that I am currently editing, it doesn't run through the whole thing. It freezes numerous times during the playback, and I can't even tell what my video looks like. On another note, transitions are very limited. I was originally looking for an app where it had various transitions to choose from. When I started editing my first video with this app, I was really happy that there were many different transitions. I played around with some, then all of a sudden, a notice pops up on my screen. And what do you know? I have to pay for the upgrade in order to use the transitions. I was highly disappointed. With all of that being said, the app is still promising, but needs some improvements.
