Confusing App. I don’t understand this app. Especially the “Check-in” part. I’ve been here like 12 times but app only shows 2 visits?! Every other food app that I have doesn’t have a “ check-in” part unless it’s to notify them to prepare the order. A F&Q page explaining how the app works would be great.

Tom D. Didn’t watch the pickup time when I placed my order on line. Ended up waiting curbside 45 minutes for a burger and salad. Love their food, but wasn’t happy with the 45 minute wait. When I first pulled in they took my name on the spot. Curbside Came out a second time to get the name again. 30 minutes of sitting curbside, I was told when I placed my order on line that it wasn’t scheduled to come out until another 15 minutes. ☹️

To go food. We ordered just ordered off the app, got home and we ordered the Cajun philly which was all gristle & the devils den burger. Which I don’t know what burger they gave me but it’s definitely NOT the devils den burger. It has no Buffalo sauce and it’s full of bleu cheese crumbles which I do not care for bleu cheese at all! We called the store to let them know how horrible the food was & the to go girl just said oh ok let me get the manager. No I’m sorry that that happened or any form of apology. The manager gets in the phone & my husband proceeds to tell him very nicely what kind of food we received & the manager just kinda laughed & said “I hate when that happens” no apology at all and said I’ll make you a new one if you drive all the way back up here! No thanks, sir! Seriously? Obviously we don’t want another one when the meat is pure fat. Not a word about the giving us the wrong burger either. So disappointed. 54th used to be so good. Obviously that ship has sailed! Customer service & food wise. I would not recommend this particular 54th to anyone.

Online. I don’t know what they are doing so different now from before( cuz it was bad) but I can’t say enough good things about ordering on line with 54th in Blue Springs. Excellent service and the food has been fantastic!!! Keep it up. I keep going back!

App does not load on IOS 15. I have been using this rewards app for years and during this pandemic I ordered curbside frequently. I don’t know if everyone has this problem but after loading App on IOS13 Whenever I try to boot/activate the app to order some food it give a white screen or bounces out to main screen. I tried to contact app support but it just gives me customer support for 54th street. I now have to order through their website. Frustrating!

Very user-friendly. I have never left a review for an app but as a user-tester I have been so impressed with my last 3 experiences using the 54th Street app. It is very easy to use & self-explanatory. It also keeps track of your rewards and coupons; allowing you to apply it to your order at the touch of a button. The only down side is that some of the items stock images do not show. Additionally, the calorie count can be confusing. The calories of the sides are clearly marked if the item adds additional calories, but a few sides don’t have a calorie count.

App works fantastically well. Love the food and it is much easier to pick up your food rather then a deliver driver running off with it ... Gift card section doesn’t work so well

So far so good... I had to come here to write this at the top. Please don’t ever get rid of your curb-side pickup! I hate going into busy restaurants. I get so incredibly uncomfortable and extremely overheated. Perhaps it’s social anxiety, or simply that I grew up with lots of personal space, but absolutely hate having to wait on food with large crowds of people gathered at the front entrance like places such as Chuy’s. Only issues I’ve ever had is ordering from Ubereats and the order going to a store over 1hr away, twice. Other than that, I’ve been in love with their pastas. For the first time today I’m ordering something different, and I keep forgetting they have cheaper options of food. So I’m excited to be using a little bit of the money I’d be using for pasta for not only a healthier option, but a nice treat of pickles. I may just need to come here more often seeing as they have food choices under 15$ I was never attentive too. I eat out nearly everyday, so that’s saying something.

UI needs work.. I placed an order today and it wasn’t until I pulled up to the restaurant that it dawned on me that I didn’t get the sides I normally get when I dine-in. Come to find out it’s because the app doesn’t allow substitutions for sides. This is a poor choice that not only leads to unnecessary food waste but also dissatisfaction as I’m not seeing the value in what I “purchased” when I’m only eating the entree and trashing the rest. Furthermore you’re missing out on an easy up-sell opportunity. It’s tough to see good restaurants making bad decisions but the beauty of feedback is that it can highlight some areas of opportunity and give you a chance to salvage a poor experience if necessary changes are made.

Great Food. I like the food. Fresh, never get wilted salad or overcooked food. I wish they would add a few options to have meat left off. The spinach artichoke pasta is fantastic but the app only allows to pick a meat protein, no option to leave it off. The vegetarian burger was spicy, good flavor, but too hot for my liking.

You have to try this place!. Tater kegs, calamari, all of the appetizers alone are an absolute dream! So delicious! The burgers are amazing! Fantastic gluten free menu options! So, so many! The gyro, the French dip, the Reuben with the garlic aioli. It’s all just oh so good! It tastes like what you dream food should taste like, ya know? I don’t write reviews very often, but I had to here.

Convenient but not.... There are some really weird quirks to this app. Some items don’t allow you to remove ingredients like cheese on the veggie burger, for example. So, I have to call the store immediately after placing my order to make the request. Also, when I was checking out it wouldn’t let me go past the screen where silverware and honey bread quantities needed to be entered... I left them both at zero but it told me I had to add something??? Weird to be forced to add a silverware when I don’t need it.

App is bad.. The app is trash, it works decently but there’s huge flaws in the design. The call for Apple auth doesn’t work so the password is never filled in automatically. It doesn’t authenticate if you’ve made an account before in the very beginning and instead has you fill in your address your reward card your password email first and last name and then it says you have an account already. There should’ve been a check in the beginning to see if the email is already registered. Waste of time, I decided to not order from 54th just because of it and wrote a review - and went somewhere else.

Rewards. If I’m ordering from the app. Why is it not automatically checking me in. Then giving me credit for a visit was the amount of money I spent. On the order information there is no way to check in. I’ve already paid for it. So it would be a hassle to have a girl check me in and redo the money. It’s a little ridiculous it should be easier than this.

Ms Denise. Our 1st time here. Customer service was good; our waitress was great and the food was excellent. My only concern/problem is they were NOT crowded at all but it took 20 minutes for chips and queso (appetizer) to come out another 15 for our soups and salads to come out (which was before dinner) and another 20 PLUS minutes for our dinner to come out (only 3 of us). I guess if they’re ever crowded when we go we’ll most likely will leave and go elsewhere.

Good app but could be great. Ordering and menu interface is simple enough. Unfortunately, rewards are not working and there is no option to customize entrees. My son likes a plain cheese quesadilla when we dine in but there is no option to remove the chicken from the chicken quesadilla in order to get this for delivery options. Fix these issues and the app would be great.

Absolutely great menu!. I have visited different 54th Street locations and every visit has been an awesome dining experience!!! What I enjoy, whether with a group or another guest, is the array of appetizers which can be a meal in itself. Salads are the best also, along with the steaks, sandwiches and burgers! Thanks for a great restaurant!!! My recent birthday rewards were a great gift!!

Why have “Express “ service. I waited 10 minutes after the appointed time no one came out. I went into the restaurant to find three staff members standing at the door talking about college classes. I ask about my order, and one of them went back to check. The other two just stood there, talking like I wasn’t even there. finally got my order. Why I have an express service when there is no express service? Very disappointing.

Suggestion for app. I put the wrong time in for the app and I was an hour off and I could not cancel so I showed up and they did not have any sign of my order and then I figured out what happened and had to sit here for an hour or waste $40. Can you guys put a cancel order button?

Very happy with food and service!. I love ordering from this restaurant. Their food is constantly good or better. They messed my order up once and they more than made up for it. It was a pleasant surprise when they offered to add reward dollars to my account? Very generous!

Left a funny taste. I was able to place an order, but hard not to compare to other food apps. There is no notification in the app or otherwise that the order is ready. You get an email and just trust the order will be ready at a stated time…or longer if it’s a busy time. And what is the Check In button for? I have yet to figure it out. It’s not intuitive. I thought maybe it was to let the restaurant know I arrived. When I clicked on it a number pops up and says it’s valid for a couple hours. Valid for what? Anyway it didn’t let anyone know I was there. I had to call. A bit cumbersome.

Where the heck is the gravy?!. Ordered lunch today & had it delivered. Food looks great & the gentlemen who delivered it was very nice. But where the heck is the gravy?!?! It always comes with gravy for the chicken fried chicken meal but it’s missing from my order. That’s the whole reason I order this on occasion because the gravy is amazing. I’m disappointed. Food is good, but the lack of gravy is not cool.

Love app - some issues. We use this app a lot. Our problem is, we NEVER get credit for our visits. I’ve talked to managers on more than one occasion and told I should receive credit for a visit whether ordering in the app or in the restaurant. Still, no credits. I usually say something every 2-3 visits and they give me credit.

Horrible customer service. Order through 54th street app, as the chesterfield restaurant requests. Choose delivery which is an option. Order says completed. 30 minutes later still no food. Call the restaurant, I am told by the manager they don’t offer deliver. She places me on hold. While on hold I listen to there information, which says or online for pick up or delivery!!! Her boss gets on the line, I am told they don’t deliver and the app is a 3rd party. The app contracts with drivers for delivery and they have no control. He then just hung up. No further conversation. Can’t believe what horrible customer service!!!!

App can’t multitask. Placed our order for two people. I had a reward so I applied it to the order. I see the charge go through to my account and head in to pick up our meal. The only meal prepared and noted at the restaurant was for the reward. The manager didn’t have the ability to pull the order and my app only showed the reward meal. I’ve used rewards before and never ran into issues. This is frustrating and caused plan delays.

Delivery and lack of caring. So 54th chooses to use favor to deliver their food. That’s their choice when using their app. Order 2 meals and it took over 75 minutes to deliver despite only being located 5 miles from the restaurant. Delivery driver drive here without food and turned around and drive back to restaurant to pick up food. The food (one being crab cakes) was stone cold. Favor doesn’t care and either does 54 street grill. 54 says “well we can’t control the drivers”. There’s a lot of competition for my money and I guess 54’s reply shows they don’t want to earn any further orders from me or my extended family.

Grilled Reuben was terrible. For my birthday, we placed an order for curbside pickup. It was my mom’s first time having 54th, and she wasnt sure what to get. I recommended the Grilled Reuben, which she was happy to see on the menu. It was so dry and tasteless!! She didnt telll me until the next morning, as she didnt want to spoil my birthday. She saved some of the meat for me to see. Very disappointing! The other 3 meals we ordered were great.... and the mesls were ready at the scheduled time.

Great to me…. I think people just like to complain. I’ve never had any complaints. The app offers coupons, rewards system , to go services etc. Not having silverware or missing sauce isn’t the apps fault lol. People are just weird and like to complain about everything lol.

Doesn’t allow me to enter credit card info. I updated the app. Then I attempted to place an order. When I attempted to scan my credit card, the app closed, losing the entire order, twice. Then I manually entered all of the information from the card, which I know has plenty of credit available, and it didn’t work. Going to have to find some place else to grab take-out.

Below par experience. We’ve been using the curb service for a couple years. Recently our orders have not achieved their usual level of excellence. Mac n cheese with gravy instead of mashed potatoes, cold wimpy fries, 46 minutes past the stated ready time, cold French dip on a hard bun. I’m wondering if there’s been a change of management of just not paying attention to details.

No ‘extra’ button??!. Needs a comments section and option for extra. I usually remove items like jalapeños and cheese, and enjoy extra pico. But the option for extra or replacement isn’t an option. And since the stores are no longer accepting phone orders, the frustration intensifies.

Pretty good. I would recommend a notes section.. I do not like the salty seasoning on the fries and there is absolutely no option to say no seasoning. And now they don’t do call in orders neither. Some people like to change somethings so please make a notes option or allow a button for no salt.

Fix your billing/payment part. Had two gift cards we had from when they messed up our order last time. Went to use them to apply towards the balance of this current order and it wouldn’t let me apply them. So what good are the gift cards if I can’t use them? Yes I could use them in the restaurant, but we aren’t going in to too many restaurants to sit down with no one setting up for social distancing anymore, especially since we’ve had COVID twice.

Service. We love the food and drinks at 54st. However we would like for the servers to listen to things we want for a change. It can’t be that hard. We always eat a salad before the entree and we do ask the server to hold the entree until we finish our salad but every time our order comes out right after we get our salad. My husband sent his food back to the kitchen today until he ate his salad. There needs to be better communication between the servers and the kitchen. We will be back but this could be a problem. Thanks for listening!!

Usually Good. This place is great unless they mess up. They you lose. They forgot ingredients and don’t refund like other apps do. If they mess up they have no accountability on their ordering app. Other apps fix it immediately with a refund. When the restaurant messes up. Won’t use their app anymore!!!!!

Curbside Order. I ordered curbside my order said it would be ready at 6:59… I waited a while went into 54th I want to say six employees walked past me no one wanted to help they didn’t speak or nothing. Went over asked an employee about my curbside order that were standing by bathroom at station area they acted clueless… then went to bar where the employee literally stood in front of me filling up a cup never had common courtesy to ask have I been or can he help me. I finally asked someone can you please help with my order, then I saw a manager who took my name and went to check on my order. I told him literally every employee walked past me and never asked if they could help me…. A horrible experience on top of that the gravy wasn’t in my order for my chicken fried chicken…

Service was fast…..too fast!. I wanted to give zero stars, but the app makes me choose at least one. I needed a late night snack, so I ordered some tequila rolls and soup. When I got there, my order was ready a few minutes early which was great news until I got home. The dipping sauce and silverware was missing from my order. I was too hungry and tired to drive all the way back and have them remake my whole order, so I just choked it down dry. I normally wouldn’t even write a review for this, but it’s happened to me 2/3 times at the Euless location! That sauce is the most important part of the dish and I it’s not easy to eat soup without a soon. Now, if I decide to go back, I have to triple check my order for missing items from people who get paid to do a service. Please do better.

Gift Card. I like the app and the ability to add a gift card online but it’s not functional. It shows what the remaining balance is after you apply the gift card (which is a lot further along than most restaurants) but when you try to use your card to pay for the remaining balance it stated “the sum total has to equal what’s left” or something similar to that. Which didn’t make sense because it added it up for me and allowed me to pay with card. Had to go inside the restaurant to get it squared away.

Door Dash didn’t deliver. Although Door Dash was given the exact address and suite number of the delivery location, they failed to deliver the food. It was an order for 14 people at a medical clinic. The clinic staff went without food because the delivery driver didn’t complete the delivery. The Door Dash Driver took the food back to the restaurant nearly 1 hour later, claiming the food was not deliverable. 54th St food is always good but I think they should fire Door Dash as their delivery service.

Sadly not the best experience. I ordered a bowl of steak soup 2 hours ahead on the app. I arrived at the specified pick up time and was brought another persons order as well as mine. I tried to get the attention of the server but no luck. I called on my phone and no answer. The receipt said “black explorer” which was parked next to me so I asked them if it was theirs and gave it to them. When I got to work and it was time to eat, my soup bowl was only a little over half full with no silverware, no napkins, no bread, no crackers…. I tipped 20% on a takeout so I paid almost $9 for half a bowl of soup I couldn’t eat because I had no spoon… I am just saddened and my 12 hour shift will be extremely long without food. This is the second bad experience I have had at this location and I love their food. I just don’t know if I can go back and waste my money anymore.

Loyalty. I have had visits where sometimes they apply a loyalty reward, other times not. Is it an extra step the servers (or people running the pick up orders) have to take? If that’s the case I will ask for a manager to cash me out from now on as there are some obviously too lazy. But your chicken tortilla soup is amazing!! I will come back if only for that!!

Lost then screwed up order. Normally we like the service from 54 street but tonight they messed up. Three different servers had to come out a couple minutes apart to confirm my name and order—obviously they lost it. All we wanted tonight was the summer blend salad and waffle fries/dip. Almost 15 minutes after the time the app gave me as a “ready by” time they brought out my simple order. Anxious to get home I made the mistake of not checking their accuracy but for such a simple order it didn’t seem necessary. Unfortunately when my wife opened her salad there was no dressing. If you have had the summer blend salad then you know the dressing is a rather important part. Not like you just throw on some ranch instead. So no dinner for us since it as already after 8:30pm. For now on I guess I will have the server wait with me next to the car while I check each and every thing which I thought was their job.

Going downhill fast. Our first time here was a mess but it was happy hour on a Friday. We survived and had a good time too. But since then it’s one thing after another- out of bbq baked beans; the app tells you 45 minutes and you get there early and it’s already cooked and cold; a seat in the restaurant where the vent blows directly on the table and chills your hot meal into ‘fridge leftovers and now our latest - asap meal order that can’t be found but when it is found it’s marked as a specific time pickup an hour later-the restaurant wait is 10 minutes but they won’t cancel it and let us go in and eat. What next bogus charges on the credit card?

Terrible Experience with a Mobile App Order. I ordered (2) salads for my wife and I. Went and picked up the order and returned home. She I opened the containers and checked the salads I noticed the following; the lettuce appeared old, minimum toppings were added, and the chicken was dry and extremely hard to cut. We attempted to call the restaurant located in Shiloh, IL and we were hung up on multiple times and kept being sent to the voicemail/automative system. I will be returning these items to the store and having a discussion about professionalism, food quality, and overall customer service.

Love 54th not crazy about app. It is easy to order on the app but you can’t add special items or give instructions. For example I can’t get 2 kinds of cheese on my cheeseburger or extra cheese. I also couldn’t get grilled onions instead of raw. Called them to request it but seems like there should be a place for other/special requests on there.

Side note. Would give it 5 stars if it had a section to add a comment to be more specific with the order. Since you can’t call in an order anymore. Also, once you do call in from the number on the sign they have on the curb, to let them know you’re outside it’s already to late cause the order is ready. So you can’t make any drastic changes to it when you do get a hold of a person

The biggest flaw. The biggest issue I’ve experienced so far is adding notes. Some of the items and/or options are not listed and if you have special requests there’s no notes section for any of this. It’s unfortunate. For example, when we go into the restaurant, we order a kids burger with a gluten free bun, but there is no option in the app. So we have to pay 2x the price for a regular burger

Can’t handle gift card + credit card. I selected to use the remaining balance of my gift card, then pay the rest with my credit card. But the app gives the error “the sum of your selected payment methods must equal the order total”. The sum does equal the order total, I didn’t even pick the charge amount, the app filled in the amount for me. No where to leave app feedback on their website, so I’m leaving it here.

Lee’s Summit. We do car side to go twice a week. The inconsistency is going to drive us away, tonight my wife and I both got chicken strips w/ 2 sides. The chicken was so tough we only ate half of the chicken. 2 weeks ago my wife ordered the chicken strips, it was so good I tried it. Never again, at least when I get a salad with no avacado I can add some at home, sometimes everything is excellent and then the next time it’s like tonight, poor! Help

54 app is trash. i have called in for years and now only can use app. which is trash. I tried ordering other day and it told me to call in as it couldn't do my order. So i stopped in to order my food instead cause phone line doesn't have direct call in anymore option. App functions slow and is missing alittle extras i ask for when ordering. All the other bigger and small steak houses kept there call in lines because they have same issues with there own apps. Whoever division department head came up with app only should of invested time into asking why the other places kept their call in first. Just note i don't like giving negative review i have been going to 54th restaurants for 20 years now in KC.

Better but still needs improvement. It would be nice if you could add an “other” tip amount. Wouldn’t let me change the tip amount. And the silverware option, let me add per the number of entrees. And remind the servers to actually add the silverware.

Rewards NEVER work. Food is not cheap here and would really like to use the rewards I earn. So many restaurant apps are much easier to use and we choose eating there instead based on ease of ordering. Fix your bugs 54th

Great service. Like always, amazing food and service !!!! All my family love this place…

2010 app. First the app isn’t designed to work with an iPad. So everything looks small. But more importantly there isn’t place to type in that you might like extra Mayo or extra dressing for a salad. Poorly thought out….. whomever designed it didn’t try it out with a few families ordering actual meals….

Good Spot!. I ate here probably 3+ times a week for 5 weeks. The food is great! The bartenders are good and the manager is cool. My personal favorites are the Chicken Madeira and the Chicken Fried Chicken. The caramel brownie with ice cream is legit as well!

New regular spot. Amazing food with amazing service! First came a couple months ago and now we can’t stop picking this place.

The food is great but they use favor. They use favor for delivery they are the worst. One delivery guy spilled our drinks. The next guy never even text when the food was delivered. I had to order from 54th site to get the whole menu. I’ve been sick this is the one place both kids agree on.

Rewards. Using the app Curbside during this time has been very convenient but the downfall has been that I wasn’t able to use my $5.00 Rewards towards my purchase on the app.

Slowwwww service. I placed an order before leaving home during my lunch break it stayed at my order would be ready by 12:11 I arrive at 12:17 it’s not ready and now it’s 12:34 PM and they still have not brought out my order. This is ridiculous this was one of my favorite places to eat at and the last couple of times this is the type of service I have received!

Richland location. Food was good , I ordered Togo . Only downside was they forgot my drinks and I had to wait 10 minutes after getting my food for them to bring me my drinks out that were with my meal .

What happened to this Ap. This ap use to be much better. I’ve used it for years. We like to substitute fried chicken for our Cal Blue salad. It’s no longer an option. Evidently the developers don’t eat at 54th and for sure didn’t test the ap before updating.

Great App. In a sea of complicated curbside apps, 54th stands out with its ease and simplicity. The entire ordering process, from start to finish, is easy and intuitive.

App doesn’t have all the options to customize. My local store is no longer taking phone orders but the app doesn’t have all the options to customize. For instance I like to remove the tortilla chips for veggies in the fajita salad and that’s not an option. If they are going to make you use the app then they need to make sure it covers all the options.

Trouble with app. Was waiting perfectly fine before this IOS15 update, now I can not even ope the app. I already tried deleting app and reinstalling it, powering off my phone completely and it still doesn’t work.

ios 15. Works terrific before ios 15 update. Now it doesn’t seem to work.

Improvements. Needs to have a comment section on some food items. Overall my family and I still order from app 😊

First Time. I go to the restaurant all the time. Always a good experience. This his the first time I use the app to place a request. Easy. Intuitive. Would make for a better experience if you could add small notes for condiments or basic substitutions for items... such as no mustard but add mayo or apply surcharge for extra salad dressing. Don’t order to go.. Food is pretty good. Service has been decent inside. Couldn’t all and order take out….had to order through the app for take out…food came out late and cold.

Does not let you use Apple Pay within the app. It would be nice if the app allows you to use Apple Pay to pay for your orders.

Best variety and consistent delivery in Colleyville/HEB. We eat here at least 6times a month -it's been a lifesaver during Covid!! AND love the rewards program!

Unusable. Every click is a 60 second wait. When it finally lets me order every click says it can’t submit because the data is not in the right format. I hope someone is getting fired for this abomination. Since ordering from 54th street is how I usually eat there I guess I won’t be eating there again until they fix this

Needs updating for preferences. Not helpful at all to anyone sensitive to foods or picky eaters. Cannot remove lettuce from Southwest wrap, cannot remove red peppers from fajitas if you like the green ones- it’s all or none. I HAVE to choose rice or beans w/ fajitas and I don’t eat either. Usually get a cup of soup. No option! Definitely needs improvement

You da’ best!. Always love the food from here. Seriously, my only complaint would be that on the app menu, I can’t order my fries unseasoned. Everything else is great. Fast and efficient in the drive up.

Steak not cook as desired.. The meat was well seasoned but I asked for Medium well and when I got home the meat was very red. I had to put the meat in the oven to cook again. I don’t love close where I could have turned around and ask for another. I usually don’t have any issue but this was disappointing.

Timing of orders is inconsistent. The technology behind the app needs to be improved. They should probably scrap it and start over. The app told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes, and then an email said it would be ready in 45 minutes. The store doesn’t know what’s going on either.

Unsatisfactory. We ordered at 9:50 pm however we didn’t get our order until 10:47 pm. And it was ice cold. Requested a manager and had to wait another 15 minutes and still ended up walking to the kitchen myself to find a manger. They were not too concerned about it and took forever to give me my refund. Unprofessional. The food is good but To-Go service is horrible. Very disappointed.

New app design is terrible. This new version is not high contrasting the points or dollars is so small difficult to read. The previous version had a green check in meter showing my visit progress. Everything looks bland. Navigating around is bad. Who ever the new designer is needs to have a roll back legacy option.

Steak tough. We order from 54th St all the time. This time my husbands country fried steak was so tough he wouldn’t eat it. They also forgot to add the biscuit to the meal. Disappointed with this order.

Filet Power Bowl. I LOVE this dish (normally) but ordered it med rare and it’s well done and dry. I also paid extra for an avocado and didn’t get it. Thumbs down this time around. The pickles app are amazing!! My son loved the ribs!

Ordering from app. If you order from the app it takes about 20 minutes longer than if you called in your order. It also didn’t prompt for a tip. Not impressed.

Ok but not able to customize much. I like to order extra chicken on my salad and won’t let me. Unable to talk to anyone at the restaurant so forced to use the app. If you do this should allow for comments.

Decent app. I’ve not used the app much yet. I do wish you had the ability to add a tip to the bill via the app as I don’t see that offered during this time when only curbside is available.

Great app. Awesome easy to use however, some food options not available on app which would make it a 5 star rating. And the fact that no special requests can be made to add or sub items isn’t helpful.

Love this place. App is super cool for my favorite restaurant, just wish they had a special notes column to remove certain ingredients

Like the app, but could use a few improvements. I like the app, but the app need the ability to add comments. For example, if you want just a baked potato with butter and sour cream you do not get the option to let them know it is automatically a loaded baked potato.

Great Caring Service. I was new and just wanted to order something to go. The bartender was the best, Kelsey gave support for this newbie. Kind, helpful, knew the menu and made great suggestions. Thank you Kelsey

Worthless. Have attempted to use this app several times to be placed in the queue for dining on busy dates and/or locations. Each and every time, when we arrive, the hostess has no record of the on line check in number I was given by the app. Don’t offer a service unless you actually plan to provide it.

Can’t use rewards or birthday gifts. I’ve now used this app on a few occasions and while it’s nice for a restaurant to be able to have an App, but useless if you can’t use your rewards provided in the App itself. Twice now it won’t allow us to use a birthday reward or a 5.00 off reward. Better off just calling it in.

Missing cake layer. 🤔 I just got my order and the entree was awesome but my dessert (carrot cake) look like someone decided they wanted part of the bottom layer because I only got a 1/4 of it. 🤬🤬🤬

Consistency.. I order the same thing almost all the time. I have for years and it’s like every other time they get it right. People need to pull their heads out of their butts and pay attention. I’m sick of giving a tip and my order is not right. So management should pay attention and tell everyone that touches the order needs to check to make sure it’s right.

Options. I truly wish there were options to add like extra onions on the Salad and such😎🙏. Instead, I have to call and tell them.

New Favorite place to eat. This place is legit! The food is AMAZING and such a variety of different types of food as well!! We try a new thing each time and have never been disappointed.

Lunch. My wife and i get thier lunch specials which is great and we spend a tiny bit more than we would for fast food so we love it

NEVER AGAIN!. I placed an order through the app but the app ordered from the wrong store. I called and explained the issue, but the Manager Alex rudely said that I could not get refunded and that’s that. Guess I’m just out of 15 bucks.?.? He probably canceled it and pocketed the money as I’ve seen some people do at restaurants. I will never order from here again!!!

Doesn’t Work Anymore. Continually shows pop up message “You have exceeded maximum number of requests” despite it being the first time I’ve used the app in a month. Uninstalled and reinstalled, it worked for a couple minutes and now is doing it again. Unusable.

Order takes longer when ordering through app. Orders take much longer when ordered on the app. When I just call the restaurant, the order is ready much faster. Very frustrating!

Disappointed. I order from here around once a month, and it’s usually consistently good. I always order the same thing; sante fe wrap with no pico or bell peppers. The wrap came with only chicken, lettuce, and ranch on it (missing tortilla strips, cotija cheese, and bacon) and the chicken was painfully dry. I couldn’t eat multiple pieces it was so hard. Very disappointing.

soggy fries and bacon was burnt.. my chicken bacon grille sandwich wasn’t as good as normal. the bacon was burnt and i couldn’t even eat it. the chicken was very thin. they put the chicken, cheese and bacon separate. the cheese was stuck to the cardboard togo dish and the bacon was burnt. the bun was cold like they didn’t even toast it and the waffle fries were soggy. my husband had a burger and sweet potato fries. he said his fries were soggy as well. we picked our food up a few minutes before the time we were told. this isn’t the quality of food we’re use to from 54 street. $46 total bill plus a tip. not worth it. we might as well have gone to Wendy’s.

Crappy service & app. Simply tried to switch the protein on a sandwich over the app but it’s not possible. So I called in, and was passed around from employee to employee & after finally speaking with the manager and getting the issue “settled” I still end up getting the wrong food. Poor management at this location.
