Has major flaw. When the camera gets out of range it stops recording onto the SD card which is a major issue. You will lose much of your footage if you are in FPV mode. Otherwise it's ok.

Unusable. Since the new update OS 11, I can’t use the camera. It is now just an expensive paperweight. There are still many out here and it’s a shame they don’t work. We all don’t have the money to get new DJI Phantoms every time you put out a new one. Help us out and please update the FC40 app.

DJI. The whole process with these guys stinks. Don’t buy this product.

Not so great. App crashes often and constantly loses connectivity, even when at close range.

Need to update. The developer needs to update the app it’s not working with my iOS version

Horrible app. crashes, can't find it on the network half the time. Don't even want to go into the limited range it has. DON"T buy this garbage or their hardware!

DJI is a horrible company. These guys can't get anything right. The app was made to "fix" a problem. This app is nothing but another display of how stupid these guys are. Who makes a product that cost over a thousand dollars and it doesn't work!!! These guys! DJI! I bought my phantom 1 week ago and have yet to get the camera to work. Customer support is nonexistent and no one has any answers. Don't buy one if you haven't and if you can return I would!!!

Furioso. That very good impressed

Live feed. Mine worked great, 2 seconds delay . Range is about 10floors right above you. I love it.

DJI. I use the app with an iPhone and it works great. When it goes out of range it will start a new video clip but it keeps recording. I use it to also capture stills from video. Highly Recommend!!

Fc40 works great. Mine works great. I am real excited to use this when the winter breaks. I was even able to record my Phantom getting stuck in a tree.

Update to ios11 or later. This software needs to be updated to work on ios 11 or later. When will you do it???

Why!. Why has this app not been updated to work with iso 11? Yes it’s an old model but mine is still flying perfectly. So why can’t I download to my iPhone 8? Update your apps!

Don't get for iPhone. Doesn't work at all with iPhone 6s Plus

Connection problems? Try this.. Hope this helps. App does work. Reports of the camera not showing up as a wifi device on you phone is true- unless you have Bluetooth turned on when you're trying to discover the camera on Wi-Fi. When Bluetooth is turned on then magically it shows up on the Wi-Fi list of devices to connect to.to save battery life on your phone then you can turn off Bluetooth and it stays connected as a Wi-Fi device. Very puzzling.DJI needs to fix this as well as it would be nice if the included a discovery option built into the app so I don't have to go to settings each time I want to pair up with Wi-Fi.

Dji dumped me. My FC40 app just quit working because these guys quit providing updates. How can I ever buy another DJI product if they are cutting off support rendering my camera useless. Nerds for sure.

Doesn't work!. I don't even know what this app will do. It won't even open. First it asked that o connect to WiFi. Did that, then it told me to go to Setting>WiFi>Camera. Really! I'll eat glass if anyone can tell me what the heck they're talking about!

Can you had a timer?. Considering we need to time our flights because of the lacking OSD like the vision 2, can you add a timer on the screen? It would help tremendously. Stop watch, timer, countdown, etc...

Update to 11.0 iso. Since my phone is updated. I can’t open or use this app. So it sucks not being able to use phone. Will you update it ? Thank you
