Crash. App constantly crashes mid-flight. Very frustrating.

Check your version.. Some drones only take the GO 3 or 4 app to pilot, make sure you got the right app.

Doesn’t open. Installed the app on iPad Pro and it immediately crashes as soon as it opens.

App/Device(s) not supported. Currently have a ticket in with customer service on this specific issue. I have a Matrice 210 with an XT and a Z30. That said, obviously my CrystalSky runs both DJI GO4 and Pilot with no problems. The downside is, I cannot use my DroneDeploy subscription, nor any other 3rd party software. So I download DJI GO4 on my iPhone (it works for either camera, but only 1 at a time, of course). I download DJI GO4 to my iPad and same result, all good so far. I try DJI Pilot on the iPad and it either will not connect or immediately crashes (even with a lightning adapter connected). I try it on my iPhone, same result, I even swapped the lighting adapters. DJI makes a great drone, but I think they need to outsource their app development or outsource it to a different company than the current one....

Needs iPad Compatibility. Please make compatible with all iPad models. Ridiculous

Frustrating. DJI seems to have abandoned this app. I have a small fleet of Mavic 2 Enterprise Duals, and use a multitude of iOS devices with them. Every single one of them will not sync flight records because this app is horrible. I’ve started a ticket with DJI, and nothing has been done. FIX THE SYNCING ISSUE!!

Crashes constantly, no way to store thermal data for M2P. The app is really poor quality. For each flight, the app crashes at least 4-5 times. There also no way to store any thermal data for the M2P. It just gives you a useless false color picture with no reference. The quality of DJI software makes me not want to buy DJI drones.

Awful. Fantastic drone...Absolutely terrible app. Buggy as can be during flight but whatever I’ll use Kittyhawk. But now I have been unable to unlock NFZ geo zones because this garbage app doesn’t seem to communicate with DJI servers and my unlocking confirmation license will not populate on the app. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this..Knowing that this was the only app compatible with the Enterprise model I would of purchased a different drone.

This app doesn’t even fully support the iPad!. How can a company as big as DJI not implement a iPad specific app to utilize the full screen in full resolution! This app is a joke!

Constant crashing. Constant crashing on iPad Pro 10.5”...

Garbage. Will not work even with most up to date settings.. Trash.

Issue with syncing flight records. Is DJI ever going to address the issue with the flight records screen. It’s completely unusable. I can not view or sync flight records.

Still an issue after two years?. I read another review that talked about the flight syncing window is off the screen. That was two years ago and I’m having the same problem in 2023. Bad service if this is how the app is managed.

Garbage. This would be my 5th drone from DJI, Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual........ It will be returned first thing, do not waste your time with this application it is absolutely terrible.

Buggy. App crashes several times during use. Support said they were releasing an update weeks ago, and never happened.

Areas of app are unusable on iPhone. The flight records section is unusable on iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPhone X. The flight record sync modal is off the screen and you’re stuck until hard closing the app. The app also crashes when syncing flight records using an iPad Pro 10.5”. I tried three devices and still couldn’t accomplish the task at hand.

Won’t allow firmware update on my Mavic 2 Enterprise.. Downloads the update then when tries to upload to the aircraft, after a while it says “Upload Failed” even after numerous tries.

Not all platforms supported. Why would DJI release a new platform, I.e. the m200 V2 but not have an app that is supported across all devices

Cmon DJI.... When you put a native thermal cam on a drone, but don’t allow the wide array of features that the thermal camera is capable of is frustrating. Also, this is a very expensive drone, why you made a strip down version of the go4 app for an enterprise drone makes no sense. Please work out whatever licensing or legal issues you have with Flir so we, your customers, can have a better experience with your products. Also, please ensure you add the radiometric data ability to the thermal to be able to open in Flir tools post capture. In short, Step It Up, DJI. Your competitors are seeing and exploiting your shortcomings (Not Good)

Wont Sync. I’m getting pretty tired of DJI. This app in particular is junk. It is jot near as user friendly as the Fly app and I can even sync my flight data because of some display glitch in the app on my iPhone XR. I’m uninstalled, reinstalled, changed the view setting on my phone, everything. Not getting a lot of help either.

Garbage. The app crashes at least two times per flight. It’s also completely void of any autonomous flight modes. Get the Mavic pro 2 and skip the enterprise edition. It’s complete trash almost to the point that it is not useable. We use for police and SAR applications and it’s so bad we are looking into other drones. Please don’t use this if you run any kind of critical missions.

Poor app. Horrible app. Constantly disconnects. Doesn’t have near the functions of go4 app. Buying an Enterprise drone for public safety use was a complete waste.

Really bad login!. I cannot login simply because the devs did not consider the size of the onscreen keyboard which covers the login screen. Nor did the devs do the right thing and simply use the password utilities of the iOS which would allow login using the users face. As such, the app is completely unusable! You really have to wonder about what some devs are thinking when they put so much time and effort in yet ignore something like logging in!

App crashes. This Mavic enterprise drone cost soo much and to have a mediocre app that doesn’t allow you to use the features of this drone is unacceptable! Where are all the features that the apps have? Dji go 4 etc.. this app crashes when it wants to. I’m surprised that I have lost this drone yet.

Your device is not supported. I am using an iPhone 8 with a Mavic 2 Zoom, whenever i start the drone and the app detects it, it displays a message saying that my device is not supported! How is that possible when the drone used as a background for the app is a Mavic 2 and the description of the app says it supports all new models :/. Please fix that asap.

Needs improvement. I am using the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual and the one biggest thing is that I can’t live stream to things like facebook app

No option to connect device!?. Is it just me, or is there NO option to actually connect to your drone in this app? It has zero functionality

Total failure. App does not work with either of our Matrice 210s. No camera input and warming about 8pin connector. Crystal sky monitor sort of works but Wi-Fi is close to total uselessness. And you can’t use dronedeploy with it. A whole lot of money for a very limited drone! American companies need to get their butts in gear.

Phantom 4 RTK SDK Not connecting!. Can’t even connect the P4 RTK SDK to the app to fly. DJI is so strong in many areas but to release a 8k dollar drone and have a trash app is a sure way to fail

Crashes constantly, MSX mode no longer works. Crashes repeatedly on iPhone XS Max. After latest firmware update, MSX mode reverts to low-res non-thermal video

Can’t run on iPhone. How can I run this app on any iPhone series????

What’s up DJI?. I fly a Mavic 2 Enterprise. Love the drone, don’t like app so much. During a flight, the app just shuts down and the iPad screen goes back to the “home screen”. This happens regularly. Also, the app won’t let me update my flight records.

Is zero stars possible?. I have a Matrice 200 V2 and as others have said this app simply does not work and unfortunately neither the DJI Go or Go4 will even load with the Matrice radio controller. They are of course happy to sell me their native device to interact with the drone! Clearly a money grab!

Useless. Might as well delete it from the App Store. Useless app. Does not work on iPhone X. What a waste of everyone’s time. Looks as though DJI doesn’t care either. Horrible reviews and they havnt released an update in over a month. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 good job guys

Crashes often. App continually crashes during use with the iPhone X, this is not a good look especially considering I’m using this with the Mavic 2 enterprise.

App crashes... I have been waiting for a DJI to fix the Mavic 2 Enterprise! When can we expect a “Fix”?

Why. This app crashes EVERY time I use it, why? I’m flying an expensive drone and got junk for an app, why?

Mavic 2 Enterprise support...NOT. This app is pathetic, especially for the worlds largest drone maker. Spend some of your profits on software development!!!

Doesn’t work. The description says works with ios10 or later and on iPhone XS, yet I get the message “dji pilot not available for current device”...

So Many Issues. IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING A MAVIC 2 ENTERPRISE WAIT UNTIL THEY FIX THIS APP: This app is completely unusable for my Mavic 2 Enterprise due to it constantly crashing at launch on my iPhone XR. 8 months ago it worked fine no problems. DJI get your things in order because a ton of people who relied on this app for Enterprise missions are now completely unable to fly their drone. Unbelievable.

App not letting you sync. App will not let you sync your records. Half of the screen is cut off.

GET WITH IT DJI. You should be embarrassed that your software was not updated prior to the release of the iphone Xs models and the new ipad pro. Same issue here new ipad pro 11 not supported, sad. DJI support and product issues are daily at this point. Shocked Apple sells these products in their store.

Flight sync doesn’t work. There is no way to sync your flight records on iPhone 11 with this app. The synch button is cut off on the screen and it doesn’t allow you to scroll down to get to the place to click it.

Horrendous for iOS. I use the app to track my flight time on various air frames. Unlike the Go4 app (used with Mavic 2), the display for this one is unusable and I am unable to view my flight info much less download any of the data that was uploaded from the Smart Controller. I gave 1 star because they didn’t allow for anything lower.

Can't even connect my controller!. Got a phantom 4 rtk SDK controller and can't even get it connected to the drone. Says linking is successful but it isn't. Can't even start using drone deploy until this dam thing connects. Great app DJI.

M2E. Yes, the app is not stable, crash mostly every time I use it. If you switch to airport on your phone, it will help! We still waiting for the waypoints that never came either. What are the hey waiting for. It seems that dji gave up on drones because they released nothing for almost a year and no firmware updates also for dji go 4 or pilot. This is not good, period.

Still Unusable after 2 Years. UI won't scroll to areas you need interact with making many features inaccessible. DJI obviously has no interest in this app anymore.

Unusable. Cannot proceed past verification on login. The screen jumps moving from signing in name/password to verification, and nothing types in the verification field.

12.9" iPad Pro. App works as advertised but there is still no optimisation for 12.9" iPad Pro and neither is there any indication of when flying by way-points will be enabled.

Wrong information ... Doesn’t work with “the latest DJI drones”. Should read “only works with the latest DJI Enterprise drones”. If you’re reading this and have a Pro or Air, download the other app “DJI Go 4”

No IFM!!. Doesn’t include the “Intelligent Flight Modes” for the M2E!! The M2E has the hardware to use the IFM’s but the app doesn’t include the option (DJI Go 4 does, but M2E can’t use this ap). Sort it out DJI!! 😡

Confused. No idea weather this would work for my DJI P3A drone. Do i need to register as i have registered with DJI Go? Need more info plz.

Do not support Dji fpv. It is not compatible with Dji fpv , product have price of a couple Mavic mini it should be supported . The only app I can use with it is “Dji fly” which is only what camera display no battery no information about the drone while flying , I have to wear the goggles all the time!!!

Unable to Log into my account. App installs ok on IPad, but after installation on IPhone 12, will not let me log into my account. App is stuck on the 4-character verify screen, will not accept any characters into the text box. Works ok on the iPad, just not on the iPhone

Flight Records Missing. I am assuming it is an issue with the app, but I am not able to review my Flight Records with this latest update. It is zoomed in on the top of the Flight Record screen and doesn’t allow me to scroll down. Anyone else with this problem after upgrading?

useless in its current state. using 2 devices on the compatibility list. 6th gen ipad and iphone se. app crashes on launch with both, either exits right away and goes back to home screen, or displays that the device connected is not compatible with the app. go app tells me to use pilot to use 2 gimbals which we need on the matrice 210. please fix.

Worthless. It’s actually a huge liability on my new iPad Pro 12.9 with the version only updated to 1.1. My old android version is 1.9 and allows me to update,zoom, and lets me acknowledge I have NFZ authorizations. My iPad version do DJI Pilot is junk. DJI..... fix this!

Dji has completely neglected ios app. After seeing how the mavic 2 enterprise dual works on android devices, it’s shameful the state of neglect that people using ios have to endure. Super buggy, MUCH less capabilities and even impossible to synchronize flight records on iphone 10 Xs Max. Spent 3 days with dji tech support trying to sync flights records / get flight maps to finally been told that just not possible in ios... Total rip off

This app is only for the M2E. This app is only for the Magic 2 Enterprise series on iOS. If you have a different enterprise drone you need to use the android version.

NOT GOOD. I HAVE A DJI INTERPRISE AND IS A WASTE OF MONEY NOW I CANT CONECT WITH FB LIVE BECAUSE CRASH IS AMAZING THAT WITH THE DJI MAVIC 2 ON DJI GO WORKS GREAT BUT WITH THIS INTERPRISE DONT WORK?

DJI hates iOS. The android version is on 1.5.1 while iOS is still on 1.1.1. Simply terrible. Lost all MSX functionality with M2ED. Terrible. Lives depend on these drones and DJI has dropped the ball horrifically

Software not ready for prime time. Latest model iPad running iOS 12.1 (16B92), Matrice 200 with ZENMUSE XT2 camera. “DJI Pilot not available for current device.” DJI, outsource the software to someone that knows how to ship commercial grade product.

Phantom 3. Won’t work. Not sure why.
