Don't do it!!!. I downloaded this app even after reading all the reviews thinking oh it won't happen to me. Well it did. Don't waste your time downloading this app it just freezes your device and the only way to get out of it is holding down the lock button and home button. Doesn't even deserve one star. 😡

Horrible. This game is so dumb and when u are done it just crossses it out it’s so dumb and it will give u one stare most of the time

Fun for the family. I actually just purchased the iPhone 5s and had no problems downloading. Really hands on for the children to get their cognitive skills and coordination skills ( eye/fingers) together. This also brought back memories of Disney characters and movies.

READ THE DESCRIPTION. A lot of people are saying how the app makes their iPhone/iPod/iPad crash. The description states that is incompatible with certain devices, and I've read two comments where people specifically say it made their device crash and it is specifically listed in the description as incompatible. READ THE DESCRIPTION.

Cute but bad. Sure the setting and the background music was nice and all but they should make it compatible for atleast the iPod 4g Each time I turned it on it opened and froze for forever HORRIBLE I've all ready had to skip out on 5 days because they STILL haven't put an update on PS HOLD THE POWER AND HOME BUTTON FOR A WHILE UNTIL IT TURNS OFF AND RESTARTS TO STOP THE FREEZING

Awesome App for people who celebrate the 12 grapes of X-mas. I am 10 years old and i have an Iphone 4s. I have read lots of bad reviews but that was for mostly Ipods. For my Iphone 4s, it works perfectly fine.

WARNING VERY LARGE GLITCH!!'. For iPhone 4 and iPod there is a major glitch( I can only speak for these devices I know nothing of iPhone 4S 5 or iPad with this app). When downloaded slows every program down stops phone function, screen of phone freezes and the device stops working. This app cause major problems on my phone, I did not ever get to see what it does or it's purpose. I am only warning of the possible but you might find.

Ok but.... Box 2 & 5 have the same puzzle. Come on Disney. You make something kinda cool, fill it with ads (which I understand) then can't make 12 different boxes. Kid was real excited to open box number 5. She said it was broken when it was a puzzle she did just 3 days ago.

If you want to break your phone. The reason I rated it 2 stars because it told you in the beginning IT LAGS ON SOME DEVISES!!!!!!!! Right in your face in big letters. Ok first of all I could not pick a present. So I delete the game, when I delete it my phone itself starts to lag. THEN IT PUTS ME BACK INTO THE GAME LIKE ITS MY HOME SCREEN. I shut off my phone and it got fixed. Note I am using an I phone 4. Disney if you know it does not work on some devises let it only be for the new devises.

Connection error. Someone should be getting paid a lot of money to fix this connection error on Christmas Day...perhaps the entire salary of the dev who messed up in the first place...app is otherwise decent, simply advertisement for other Disney games

Day 12 doesn't work. I love the app and love that Disney did this because a lot of their apps are expensive. However, the 12th present won't open. Says not connected to Internet when any other present I click right now does work and connect. Disappointed. Please fix so I can access the last present.

Something for me. This app just started today. I am using it on my iPad with no problems so far. I can't wait to see what we get every day!

Froze. It was okay and kinda fun when it worked. I didn't love it but would have kept it anyway. It was a very fun way to count down to Christmas. But, it would always freeze my phone. Half the time it would immediately let me shut down my phone, the other half I had to press the home and lock key repetitively until my phone locked. Sometimes for 10 min.

Issues for me even after phone freezing. Well this app started by freezing up my phone until it restarted itself ... Now it's just incredibly slow to load the presents and when I click on the presents the little game. I have yet to get a single bonus reward for downloading a game through this app on the correct day.

How can you even crash an iPhone!?!. By downloading this shoddy excuse of an app. The concept is great, and it worked, once. The app itself is completely unresponsive, you can't even press the home button without it freezing for several moments. Long story summarized in one sentence: wait for the update that makes it actually work.

Such a Scam!!. Just a scam app trying to generate revenue by getting you to download free apps, most of which don't have anything to do with Disney.. I'm surprised Apple let this one get published on the AppStore.

Love it. I think this app is lovely and since it's made by disney mobile so it couldn't be bad cause I've tried all other disney apps on iPad! I think this app helps kids understand what the Christmas spirit is all about and whoever says it's junk I just think they should look at their selves first and then recalculate their thoughts!

Best game evers. So much fun Disney surprises! I love it! BTW I am 11 years old, and still am obsessed with it and always excited about what I'll get the next day!!!!!!! :)

Not fun. Love the idea, but wish it worked. After downloading the app: it never opened properly, kept freezing my phone, and it completely messed up my settings on the phone so no other apps are functioning properly. I am on day 3 of still trying to resolve the issues the app created on my phone.

Love it!. My 14 month old daughter is enjoying the 12 days concept and already knows how to open the apps.

Freezes & Prevent Shut Off. If I could give a negative or zero stars, this app deserves it! It froze the iPod for several minutes and prevent it from shutting off. When I finally got it to reboot, I decided to give it another chance, I thought maybe it was a one time deal. Sadly, it's not & I didn't check the reviews because my daughter just had to have it on her iPod. Well, it froze it again, but this time not as long as the first. Please avoid this app, it will freeze your device!!!!!!

Guess I was naughty this year.... Alright, Thank you for fixing the issue with?the last gift not showing because it says I'm not connected to the Internet. I appreciate that!!!! But that last gift was lame. I figured it be a big surprise since we all held in there for 12 days. What a dud! I think I would have preferred not knowing...

Love it.... My husband and I got this app last year (2013) and we loved it. We've been waiting for it this year (2014), and YEAH, we finally have it. Ps/If you don't want the freebie movie or music, don't download it. It's a pita to remove it. It stays in your cloud.

Very good game!. On my first present, I got to clear a window and found Mickey inside. It's really fun to see him, so I am rating this app 5 stars. Thanks for a good game, and I love Disney!

Messed up my phone! 😣. I thought since it's Disney related it would be a great and fun app, well after downloading it and launching it, it froze my phone and couldn't even restarted. After many attempts I was finally able to reboot it but the phone is now has a flickering screen and it's been almost 24 hrs since it happened. Not recommended at all!!

Same as everyone else. Froze my iPod the first time until I force reset it. The second time (already on day four) I managed to get two apps if the four before it froze. I tried to wait it out, but my iPod reset itself in an attempt to fix the problem, which took over fifteen minutes. This should be fixed by now! The countdown has started! Hurry up!!

App. This app is a mess. It either opens and freezes everything or it opens and says update coming and then opens a present for the wrong day yet you can't see what the app is. Ugh!! By the time you fix it we all will have deleted it. You send notifications to open a new present for the day yet we can't. Ugh!!!!

No Problems. I see the other reviews had problems but ai didn't. I thought it was a cute app.

Disney. I got this today, although it was slow, it allowed me to open all the gifts up to today. It is a nice way to countdown and see apps I would probably look over... Thanks!

fun app. fun app with nice free mini games

App is for kids (Obviously). This is for those to impatient to wait. So I figured out how to see all of the gifts ahead of time. Just set your phones clock to Christmas Day and you can open every single gift. Some of them however aren't on the App Store yet so for those you will have to wait until that specific day.

Awesome!!!. Friend told me about the app. I didn't think I was going to get any apps worth keeping, but I can't stop playing thus Avengers game!!! Get this app!!!

Works!. Works just fine on my iPhone--no freezes yet and we're enjoying the gifts.

Kind of disappointing. My kids (9, 7 & 5) really enjoyed it until It started repeating. It was more like the 6 days of Disney. You would think they could have come up with 12 unique mini games. The build up to the final day had them all excited and it was nothing special. Great idea, poor execution. Hopefully next year will be better.

I'm upset. When I got the app it didn't do anything and it was just nothing it was frozen but I was able to use my iPhone but not the app it's still broken please fix it

May need update for Christmas gift. It's Christmas, and I have been trying to open Christmas days gift and it keeps telling me to connect to the internet. I am connected to my wifi. I thought something was wrong with my wifi, so I turned it off and used my LTE and it still wouldn't open. May need a update to the software.

Should this even be called an app?. Reading all of these reviews about this app causing other people's iDevices makes me a bit relieved that I couldn't even open the app to begin with. It crashes immediately after the 'opening logo', even after I uninstall & re-install it. Still, it goes to say how terrible this app is.

Locked up my phone. I had to hard reset to exit!. Read the other reviews, i'm not the only one! What is this app doing that it takes up all processor usage to the point I have to hard reset to get out if it. This app is doing something that it shouldn't be. Also, notice that the company behind this app is not Disney.

Broke my Iphone. I went into the app. I pushed on a gift and nothing happened. A few minutes later my phone went to a funny looking screen and has not changed in over 2 hours. It won't even turn off or restart. My Itunes won't even recognize my phone know to reset it. I have tried everything. Don't download.

So much fun!. I don't know who is more excited each morning me or the kids! This is way better than the advent calendar with the chocolate our son ate all in one day!

No rewards for existing users. I have not experienced the freezing issue like others however I find it disappointing that if you already own the app featured that day you get no bonus. There should be some reward for existing players. This is basically an advertisement to get you to download Disney themed apps.

I played 12 days of Disney and it showed me different ways to wait to Christmas and in school we are doing a 12 days of Christmas and I'm doing the 5th day of Christmas and I seen u guys 12 day of Disney and on the 5th day u guys did trace the stars not that I hate it but It inspired me to do that in school and I think it's a great game to play not just for me but for everyon

Worked fine for us!. The kids enjoyed looking at the app daily. It would be nice to be able to see which days you've already looked at, but overall it was nice to sample some new games.

Should of listened. I read all of these reviews saying that it freezes ur iPod, well I didn't listen to those reviews and bought it anyways and my iPod froze completely. I'm also very disappointed in Disney. That's all but listen to me: DON'T BUY IT!!

Fix it for iPhone and iPod. I guess it doesn't work on iPhone and iPod . I have an ipad and an iPod and it's not working on my iPod.

Worst App, Breaks Phone. This is the worst app I have ever had the pain of downloading. It freezes your phone FOREVER unless you do a hard reset, and it doesn't give you any gifts. If you don't want to brick your phone, don't download this piece of crap.

Hey guys. If it freezes your iPod/iPhone hold down the home button and the power button (at the same time)I went to the apple store (because this app froze my iPod)and they did this it turned off my iPod and you hit the power button again and it's back on

Don't Get This App. It will freeze your Apple product and you will have to turn off the device then turn it back on. The app tells you that there's problems and they say they're working on it but clearly nothing has been done.

12 days of my presents. This game is funny and it's fun too! I like presents to this is a good game... I also like how it's all disney related. Mostly the little alligator.

Umm not good. I was exited about it since it's christmas! But I tried to do the first level and it took a long time to get started. When I touched the second level the present wouldn't open, so I realized it haut kept freezing so I got rid of that crap and you should too!!!(levels are lame also)

Didn't freeze. This didn't freeze my phone at all. I just don't really like the app itself, not to fun. But yeah I have an iPhone 5c and it had no glitches at all.
