- Defies all laws of Statistical norms and Probability Theory

Okay if you want to play poker like you would play roulette or blackjack and you don’t mind spending money to do it. They may be forced by the gaming commission to certify that hands are randomly generated for their real money sites but that doesn’t mean that they apply that to the “free” game. It also doesn’t mean that the software isn’t engineered to generate specific hands during tournaments or events that generate bonuses based on the strength of a hand. Examples: (1) The frequency of split pots. Most common where multiple players have the same straight. Less common but still way outside the normal bell curve distribution are players having the same flush or full house. (2) Multiple full house hands (2 or 3) at the same 9 player table over the course of 5 to 12 hands. (3) A player winning 2 or 3 consecutive hands at a 9 Player table. (4) A player winning more than 1 pot with a full house at a 9 player table during a single round. (5) The proportion of hands won by players holding hole cards that professional players would not call or raise with (2,7; 3,8; 2,6, 4,9 etc)

Hi, rесеntly dоwnloaded аn аpрlication cаlled "Grаnd Whеel Diсe" is the best саsino, yеsterday wоn $1376 аnd withdrew to the card... This gаme has gotten out of hand, you have ppl playing at a table with a billion chips along with ppl who have only 100 million or only 10-20 million or less...on first call some raise at a decent raise level, however, the big chip holder person will raise an ungodly amоunt so if anyone wаnted to meet it оr raise they lose their whole chip amount playing with...if thеy lose...Should be roоms with limits оn amоunt of сhips owned! The game isn't poker anymore, it is who can or is able to raise high enough to win, no skill, just keep raising!!! It boils down to EAPоker wanting purchases of chips!!! Sad! I continue to play but with much fustration!! The clubs are horrid!!! I take my chips and play and win to advаnce in rank, hоwever I can't alwAys play due to work, so you keep taking me back to lower ranks!! Take me back to level one of that рarticular suit but not all suits!! I earned it with money spent only to take it away!! Absurd!!! I do appreciate the free chips, the specials etc...I truly hope you read and absorb this writing...hope to hеar frоm you. Cheryl M I still believe wsop has gotten out of hand, but I limit my spending and just feel sorry for thе рpl that can't! Wsop could lessen the cost and still come out ahead!!!

- Inconsistent and outrageously high daily quest requirements

The daily quest requirements are fine when at the lower levels such as jacks, queens, and kings but they shoot up to a much higher, more time consuming requirements even though the prizes for those quests are identical to the quest prizes for the lower level requirements. Even after not playing for a while in order to get back to the lower level of king, the quest requirements remained at the higher level. I compared the quest requirements for my two accounts and noticed that they were not consistent and one account’s requirements were much higher than the other account even though they were at the same kings level. My suggestion is to keep the quest requirements low and consistent so that more players will participate to complete those daily quests. I am also having problems with WSOP support at times. When I have messaged support in the past with issues and there are more than one question in the message, they have a bad habit of only answering one of the questions and then ignoring the other questions. I have also contacted support numerous times now because they still haven’t issued the additional followers for a promotion that required players to complete all daily quests for a certain period. The prize was to be issued on or before December 14th but I have yet to receive the prize or any notification. What is the point of running a promotion when the promoters don’t follow through to issue the prizes?

- Very biased and unrealistic winnings. Also can’t log in.

First of all since switching to iPhone I can’t log in with Facebook and that’s been irritating. However, this is how it’s been for both my fiancé and I both, at first this was the best poker game on the play store and the App Store. More recently it’s become more biased towards the buyers of chip packages, card packages etc. long story short as long as you spend money on the game you’re destined to win, otherwise you’re gonna lose everything. They’ll let you win when you first make an account then you’ll over time lose chips and lose chips until you finally give in to buying and they’ll let you win some just to make you feel good about it. My biggest issue and complaint is I’ve had plenty of encounters with this huge flaw. It caters to the buyers and more frequent players, for example I’ve had a hand say 3 of a kind and win 90k out of a 800k pot and someone with a pair of 5’s takes the rest. That one happens all too often and that one really gets under my skin. This game is very biased and I can’t stand it. It’s not so much of a poker game as much as it is a randomized virtual lottery game with a poker twist to it at this point. Except you don’t win any actual money back they just take from you. Otherwise it’s still probably the best one on both app stores as far as gameplay aside front zynga, which is also very arcade like. I suggest poker stars on your PC or the app stores honestly haha

- Becoming unfair

This game has gotten out of hand, you have ppl playing at a table with a billion chips along with ppl who have only 100 million or only 10-20 million or less...on first call some raise at a decent raise level, however, the big chip holder person will raise an ungodly amount so if anyone wanted to meet it or raise they lose their whole chip amount playing with...if they lose...Should be rooms with limits on amount of chips owned! The game isn't poker anymore, it is who can or is able to raise high enough to win, no skill, just keep raising!!! It boils down to EAPoker wanting purchases of chips!!! Sad! - The most dishonest App ever!

This App deserves no stars but that is not an option. By far this is the worst game of Texas Holden! I won’t bore you by listing examples of all the absolutely ridiculous hands I have come across while playing this game—there are thousands of reviews that share the same results (I wish I had listened). What I will say is that this has to be the most dishonest game I have ever played on a computer! The developers of this game have absolutely no sense of integrity. They have come up with a scheme to rob their customers of as much money as they (the customer) are willing to give. They will steal the clothes right off your back if you let them. They prey on the addictive personality. It is beyond me as to why Apple and Microsoft allow such dishonesty in their stores. Read the negative reviews, not just here but on other App review sites. Most importantly, do not give any of your hard earned money to this App and it’s criminal developers. PLEASE stop using your “certificate” as an excuse to justify your dishonesty. I have been programming computers since 1985 and can come up with numerous ways to defeat a certification. I can also come up with so many ways to create thousands of players that work for the house (Platika LTD). The bottom line is that you are a group of dishonest people getting rich off of honest people who just want to play a good game of poker. What goes around comes around—your time will come. Enough said!

- Best Texas Hold’em app, but...

I’ve tried all the popular poker apps and yes, this one is better than the others... but u still have the issues of extensive algorithm programming that interfere with fair gameplay. For example, they give new players “lucky” river cards to win n such. I noticed around lvls 30, 50, n 80 that my “beginners luck” was adjusted down a lil each time. N finally at around lvl 130 it must have been turned completely off. I went thru over 300million chips in almost 2weeks of play where I literally lost all but 15 hands played. It was then that I stopped playing for quite awhile. I started playing again to play with my friends. At this point I’ve played well over 40k+ hands now. Another irritating example of algorithm manipulation has been is how I’ll pay the blinds and play the hand only to lose, over n over again, hand after hand. Then wen u fold on crap cards (pre-flop), u suddenly realize u folded a winning hand. U would have won either thru making a low pair or by getting the 4 precise cards u would’ve needed. With a ratio of 100 (played n lost) to 3 (folded n would’ve won), if horribly obvious that things r being manipulated to encourage u to purchase chips. But, even with these flaws, I would recommend this poker app because, all the other apps I’ve tried “cheat” u out of ur chips way more bluntly n don’t seem as secure against hackers as WSOP. Also, they do give u plenty of ways to get free chips.

- Near Perfect

This is the best poker game out there and it is near perfect I just have a few things that I think could make this truly great. First, I would like some type of free roll tournament every week or month where people could enter for free and maybe earn some bit of real money. Second, I think it would also be nice if there was just a little bit more time to make a decision with hands unless I have missed something. Finally, it would be cool to have leagues of some sort both public and private where people could play like a season or something along those lines. Now to hit on a point that a lot of people bring up in their reviews about having to pay money. Depends on how good you are in all honesty and how well you understand poker and how the people who make games make money. If you aren’t good and you want the games bracelets/rings you are either going to have to be good and earn them the real way or pay lots of money. Poker is a game where 80% or more of people that play never turn a profit it would be stupid not to capitalize on this as a developer and they also have to make money to give us a great game. Like I said truly a great game just a lot of people not understanding how things work in their reviews.

- Poor service and very strong money grab

When you open the app, every time, you get to play the one free game they have!! Close the pop up ad!!! Prolly one of the best games on this app as you don’t have the computer give your one opponent 1 small thing that lets them win. And not just once and a while, 15 hands in a row. You get full house with pocket jacks, it gives your opponent one queen and then another on the river. Always one small point ahead of you, just so you lose it all and HAVE to buy. “Update”. The “random” dealing still happens. 3 people at the table. Get a king of clubs and random other card. 4 clubs dealt on the river. Opponent that is betting and adding a .000 ammount to the bid, (which never seen how to do that), bids me up. I keep going as I have the 4 on the river and the king in hand. Opponent gets the ace. Out of 3 people and all the cards, it gets the one that will beat me. Opponent never communicates, never chats, nothing. Sounds like a bot, playtika does nothing. So either it is their bot, or they do nothing to compensate for cheaters taking all the chips you had to buy to play. Change tables and there is always that one that goes all in with random cards when you have pocket kings or queens and they get a 3 of a kind and wipe you out. Luck like that doesn’t exist without help. And if their app can be hacked or cheated that easily, then why buy anything? But this is just my experience and opinion.

- Crooked game

I have played this game for some time now. What I have found through the years is that if you purchase their chips, it’s amazing how after a couple of hands you start winning. Then you will go on and win a number of games after that. After I noticed this after a couple of purchases I decided to keep a log. I am a conservative player, so I keep an eye on what cards I play. Generally the cards in my hand should be winning hands, but since I have not purchased chips for a number of days; I lose the hand and the game. I have been playing since Tuesday, and have yet to win one game and very few hands. The odds are definitely against me; I wonder why....With my information I have gathered, I can definitively confirm that this game is rigged!!! Now that I have decided to write a bad review, I may somehow lose all of my chips, which due to purchases and winning special rings is about 35 Billion. I will be surprised if I don’t. If they can rig the game as they do, they can surely make my chips disappear. I guess it’s time to find a new Texas Poker game. Oh BTW a lot of other players think as I do. If you can find the private group regarding this game, you will be surprised what you find out. Update: It’s amazing the “oops technical difficulties” you’ll experience when you try to get the Mega Bonus. Also interesting, if you look up their portfolio how much money per day they bring in. This game is rigged, and those of us who are long time players know this.

- Don’t believe it’s random

Great overall game play. App works with the only glitch I could tell is for some reason after two or three games if I lost it would gray out and I would have to force close the app to get functionality back. Weird but not major. Now...I do not believe the card play is random by any stretch of the imagination. We all have bad luck streaks. Not complaining about that but the creative ways you can lose is ridiculous. The number of games you can lose in a row is crazy. At one point I lost 25 or so games in a row. Again, could be bad luck. But then you look at it overall and there does seem to be a pattern. One of which is you go on long losing streaks where you never or barely win. Then the next thing you know you’re winning 2 of three games for days. Okay, let’s chalk that up to luck. How about when during play when someone gets down to their lay chips/hand, the number of times they win is staggering. It’s gotta be 90% or higher wins for them, me included. My strategy ended up being (1) never bet when there was someone on their last legs betting, they were gonna win and (2) if I was on my last legs I knew I was gonna win regardless of what I had. Again, worked about 90% of the time in my estimation. Got tired of the swings and last stand winners so I deleted. Not a sore loser. Had worked my way up to $17m by playing $300k games to win $1.5m. Even through streaks was able to maintain a decent amount of chips.

- Bot filled game

This game is loaded with bots that take your chips in order for you to buy them in the store. Some days you can get lucky and make a few chips however they are few and far in between. There are at least, but not limited to two stories where bots won the algorithm where as no player on earth would call. Most notably I had a q and a. bot had raised the pot so I played. We were the only two playing. The flop was a q 3. I raised a few billion chips and he shoves them all in. When his cards turned over I was blown away. He had j 5. All in with Jack high? What was his plan. The turn then flopped a j and then the river flopped a j. There is no way. This is how they take your chips when you build them up. The other best algorithm play with a bit was I was last to check playing with j j so I raised slightly. One guy call the raise and he actually re raises. Any player would figure he has queens or kings or aces. The flop happens 2 3 j. Nothing can beat me. I check to slow play him and he pushes a billion chips in and then I go all in. He calls and his cards flop over he has a 5 6 unsuited. Well what hits on the river but the four? Ya ok. No player on earth would raise it with a 56 to begin with. This game is rigged and bot filled. Multiple more stories but if you anticipate your opponent playing every hand on earth so they will hit these straights and flushes then you might only lose a smaller amount of chips.

- Excellent but...

It's amazing and I respect to developers of this game... I can say it's one of the best poker games in the Google Play and App Store. It has great graphic, nice and enjoyable game play and a lot of good points. But I have a serious new protest! I invited more than 50 person of my Facebook friends so far and after each inviting, I got 2M dollars free chip, but now it's just 50K!!! WHY??????! Give me a logical answer because I'm shocked! I'm surprised! I'm playing this game for 1,5 years, I never didn't expect something like this! Are you looking for more purchase chips? So I spent almost 200 or 250 dollars to buy chips! And I'm sure a lot of players of this game purchase chips from this game and I think you have no problem like this... I invite almost 2-5 person each week in this game! Why I should see something like this? As I wrote, everything in this game and all games of your company is NICE and really attractive, but I'm very upset about decreasing free chips for inviting friends... Suddenly from 2M to 50K????! please convince me and write why you did that? I really need your answer and I think it is the question of a lot of players of this game... we're waiting for your respond. Good luck and I wish all the best for you.

- You’re Kidding Me This Isn’t A Poker Game

A very poorly designed poker game. Never seen so many straights, flushes, full houses in same game. Mostly hit on last card on flop. You never see these kind of hands dealt in real poker. Must have designed by a novice. Only play this game if you don’t mind losing on the last card of the flop There is NO WAY this game is random dealing! I say again, this is a flawed computer designed game. It does not approach an actual WSOP dealt card game! This is such a poorly designed game, I will NEVER buy chips to play this game! Nothing has changed my opinion! Same message. Awful! I challenge you to compare your dealing of cards with a real WSOP game and you will see where you completely out of touch. Show me. Show me your game compares with a real WSOP game. Show me. You CANNOT! You’re obviously not paying attention. Don’t ask me to rate you again! No point. You don’t react! It’s no use! what’s the point! I will NEVER buy chips to play this game, so you can cancel me out anytime you want! What’s the point??? I will NEVER buy chips to play this farce of texas poker. “Get It”? Why do you have to program poker card dealing? Shuffle the deck and deal! What’s the point? Worst designed game ever. I will NEVER buy chips to play this game! WHAT’S THE POINT? U DON’T LISTEN! I REPEAT AGAIN. I will NEVER buy chips to play this crooked game! WHAT’S THE POINT! Reread all the above!🤬🤬you are NUTs!

- Give access to my gameplay...

After clearing up a ton of issues with payments, I’ve essentially been blackballed from this app from winning anything. I had a great “slot machine” win that was desperate using my last bit of $$$, but then I’ve lost so many straight up bets on the river you wouldn’t believe. Which is why i labeled this “give access to my gameplay”. Over the past 3 days I’ve taken screen shots & video of gameplay to determine IF I’m just unlucky but it’s hard to comprehend. Last time I posted my review below I received a response stating the algorithm was fair. I would love them to show my game play publicly to prove that. Like I said below; it’s the best platform by far for interactive gameplay but since I called out & received funds back; I’ve lost almost everything I’ve played. In most cases they were extraordinary purposes. “The algorithm is all over the place but somewhat consistent. You should know when to play & not play but in a game of chance you always end up with consistently bad or good cards at the wrong/right times. If this game was actual cash I can’t think of a better platform COMPARED to other poker apps. Had a major issue with payments & it showing up in my account & if you have this issue than be prepared not to have it handled by Playtika. Also since the missions follow your progress, be prepared to spend a lot of time on the app if you don’t plan on shoveling out some money.”

- Fun and Frustrating

I have been playing for years using the iPad app for free. I have never paid for a chip. I have had as much as 900 million chips, but I think I average 1 million. There are very effective ways of taking what you have and giving you more to keep playing. I absolutely Love playing the Daily Blitz every day. I absolutely hate having to click through all the promotions every time I leave a table to enter the Lobby. I am not an expert player, but like others, I feel there are forces at work. I go through long spells (defying the odds) where my pocket cards are crap and my only way to win is by bluffing. I also think there are Prop Players (players supplied by the game) at the tables driving up the ante and bets that are inconsistent with the odds of their hands. Lastly, more frequently than I see in real world games, many, many high stake hands are being decided at the River in favor of player with extremely low odds for winning. It’s humorous at times that players will pay high bets to stay in for the River. I lose most of my chips to low odds River cards. I accept it now as part of the fun. WSOP is fun, but a little frustrating. Is it the Poker Gods or is it WSOP?

- I play for hours every week

**Update** it’s been months since my last review and the same exact issues exist. Against my better judgement I’ve continued to purchase chips because I enjoy poker and your app (most of the time). Unfortunately this problem has caused me to lose many tournaments, thus causing me to purchase more chips with my hard earned real money. Developers, you can see how many hours I spend on this app. I wonder how many others this is happening to but remain silent suffers. I’ll play for one more week and if the issues persist then I’ll just find a new poker app. This game seems to freeze at the perfect moments that cause a loss. Frustrating, especially when I’m losing chips I paid for due to tech issues on your end. How are players like myself supposed to report issues like this? I’m 100% fine losing hands because that’s part of the game. But when they are lost due to the apps fault then you should hold yourselves accountable. I’m sitting right next to my router. I know my internet works great because I work for a top tech company and am on zoom video conferences all day. I won’t purchase anything else from your company. And I’m sure you won’t respond to my complaint. Fix your problem and don’t blame it on “you need to update the app everyday”

- Pretty good but…..

I learned poker in Las Vegas while in the Army. I fell in love with it. Your game is decently close. I’ve played your game on an off for a few years now. I mentioned the algorithm a few years ago, and you told me the same thing about how it’s not and yada yada yada. I agree with the others. If you play real poker and are good at it, which I am for almost 17 yrs; either it’s an algorithm or something else, so say what you want on that. You still have the best game. My biggest issue is when you are playing championship games, you lose and you want to start a new game, you have to sit there and wait for the game to let you out which is irritating especially when you lose and want to play again. The game use to allow you to go to the lobby if you lost to start a new game. Now it doesn’t. It should be the players choice. You shouldn’t have to sit their for a minute or so. I can deal with the rest but that should be my decision. Hey and for the record…no one would keep a 2/3 of diamond and win game. This happens on your game to many times I’ve been beat with a hand that’s a miracle. So like many others, this your game does cheat. You can say it doesn’t all day, but if you are experienced you understand the cards and play.

- Fun, but it’s quite a money drain.

WSOP is always fun, no question. Got hooked playing online back about 15-years a go when it was first on AOL (and tourney winners actually won a trip and buy-in to the real WSOP in Las Vegas). This app certainly works great like you’d want and expect for the brand, and keeps you entertained for sure. The real problem with it though, and unlike other game apps I’ve used, it nearly requires you to not only make in-app purchases, but to do so consistently....and they are not cheap for what you get. For example, $15 gets you about $75 Million in chips. Only enough to play 5 entries in the bottom level of the special tourneys they have....but along with that every pot you win they deduct 15% locking it away in your “piggy bank” which you have to pay to break and get your chips back. Basically theft in-app. So without putting more money in constantly you cannot keep playing the weekly games/tourneys as 99% of users will eventually run their chips dry. The same $15 that eventually runs dry on this app will get you several decent apps in the store, so not a great app for this reason alone. The value is simply lacking long term. Chips should be cheaper and much easier to earn in quantity to still take part in the weekly fun, even for those on a budget.

- IT’S A SCAM. The app was bought by pro scammers, see sinking stock price

It is a corporate money grab, that is all. Bots, fake reviews and an algorithm that just suckers fools into buying chips. You would have to be a complete fool to fall for this scam. Wsop, facebook and apple together, of course they are selling all your data and scamming you, duh. Even says so on the page below. AGAIN, YOU ARE A COMPLETE TOOL IF YOU GIVE THIS SCAM MONEY. There is a reason playtika stock is tanking, no one buys their scam any more. Owners will milk as much money as they can until they go out of business which means even more blatant scams to sucker a fool into buying worthless chips. They take a rake for crying out loud, of fake chips, don’t get any more scammy than that. Playtika is a scam, run from a corrupt county, and is literally just an offshore scam. Only ones dumber than the low wage scammers running this hustle are the fools giving this soon-to-be bankrupt money grift miney. Playtika, WSOP, Facebook, Apple, etc, just want your data to manipulate those with weak minds. The real tools give them money to sell their data. Judging by the failing stock of playtika, only a few suckers must be left to give the grifters money and allow them to sell their data. IF YOU ARE A TOOL AND GAVE THE SCAMMERS MONEY, THERE WILL BE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. although if you are dumb enough to give scammers money you are probably too dumb to get it on it.

I never write negative reviews about anything but I am so frustrated with the glitches on this app! I’ll be playing and about every other time a golden card is dealt, the app kicks me out. And yes, I’m connected to a high speed Wi-Fi every single time with only me connected to it. And then there are other times, mostly when I’m about to win a hand, where it just goes black for no reason. By the time I reopen the app, of course, I’ve lost the hand! Also, on several occasions, I’ve paid to do the daily extreme challenge and it glitches and kicks me out in the middle of the game and I win nothing and still get charged. Then I have emailed customer support each time that’s happened and no response whatsoever. If this were a completely free app, I wouldn’t care, but people are spending money on this app and losing it for no reason and have no recourse of support when it happens! Maybe the app creators should try playing once in a while so you can see where the problems are! Is anyone running this app at all or are you too busy counting the money that your ripping off from people with no recourse. Please do something and fix the problems! I’m one glitch away from never playing again on this app! This is WSOP brand so please step up, get your act together and make a product that works all the time!

- Poker STYLE app...

Do NOT expect to play proper poker here. There may only be 4 Aces in a deck, but somehow they manage to show up more than 60% of the time in the community cards, with a full 40% of it being on the river. The response is always some auto-generated “rest assured, the deals are random,” “check out our bogus auditing link,” “sorry,” etc. Of course, everyone complains, and many will take this as sour grapes or poor sportsmanship. Try it yourself and you’ll see. BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! You will only be wasting your money for fake chips that will eventually be siphoned from you through programmed losing streaks. Just the sheer number of flushes (sometimes multiple ones by two different players on the same hand), full houses, and fours-of-a-kind should illustrate how far removed this app is from any real-world poker odds. Then there are the players themselves. Some of whom have ridiculous fold and raise percentages, but somehow always get the exact 4 or sometimes 5 cards to make their all-in-blind 8-2 hand win against your AA, AK, high pair, whatever. Oh, and if you complain? Good luck ever getting a winning hand again. There are too many racist, misogynist, ignorant trolls populating this game. Each time I’ve logged a report, I suddenly have another run of bad luck that lasts longer than the time before. I’ve just played my last-ever hand of fake and highly rigged “poker” with this app.

- Rigged, Pop Up, Joke

I loaded the app and started playing, was winning like crazy and thought I’d try the larger stake tables. Realized there are many “couples” playing and thought nothing of it. Until I realized that those couples weren’t couples at all, but one person playing multiple accounts. Wsop also chooses the table you sit at, usually always adding someone who has a high raise frequency percentage causing more players to push more chips into the pot. Splits are ridiculously common in both holdem and omaha allowing wsop to rake chips. The pop ups are a complete joke. I start up the game and get 3-4 pop ups regarding any promotions or events. I leave a table from playing and get all the same pop ups before seeing the lobby. The pop ups are ridiculous, I feel like I spend more time closing pop ups than actually playing. Lastly, I entered into a Fall tournament that takes place over a 48hr period. The goal is to win as many Fall rings as possible before tournament ends to win prize pool. I had won 4 rings and was well in first place when tournament ended. I never received the prize pool winnings. This app is clearly designed to continually have players purchase chips. Buyer beware! To top it off I played the slots, I gambled 100,000,000 hit a 2x and was paid 40,000,000. Last time I checked 2 x 100,000,000 = 200,000,000 not 40,000,000. I took a screenshot to prove it’s rigged.

- Newest Update Flops Hard

UPDATED:( Company has contacted me through my personal E-Mail and is now asking for free advice on how to fix up their game. They also mentioned that they “deserve a 5 star” Sorry, after that stunt you immediately get dropped 2 stars. [Now have Customer Service experience with company] —-Majority of the time it’s a joyful experience. If you get toxic folk in chat you can turn it off. If they troll through all-in before River constantly. Just hop to a new table, there seems to be plenty to accommodate for players. Grateful that they set up so many rooms that it is less likely to run into these issues. Plenty of free daily chips. Of course there is always room for improvement. This is why there is 4 stars and not 5. I also like to rate off of customer service experience. I have not had need to contact customer service. I am unaware as to how they handle situations and their professionalism. If I have need in the future and they meet my standards then I will bump this to 5 stars. No deductions for bugs; I have practiced coding myself and understand the frustration. —- Highly is invasive and unwanted personal advertising within the app itself. Adwalls for days. Getting tired of the self advertising ad walls on entry. Every. Single. Time. Just lost to a hand that was weaker than mine. Now I’m out 1 mil. Thanks…

- Glitch

I tapped on the part of the game that leads to ‘popping’ the guitar picks. Nothing happens in this other than one of the ‘picks’ animates for a few seconds. Now I can’t find a way back to playing holdem. I have tried all the obvious, and some less than obvious choices, such as delete & reinstall. After logging back in post reinstall it goes back to the same ‘pop’ minigame still stuck in that mode. It seems a little hinky to me that the game has no way to return back to the poker tables, and is doing spirits know what when you tap on something, it animates but nothing else happens, no prizes, no virtual coins… *EDIT* The developer says to “go back to the lobby” ignoring the fact that I said there’s no way to get back to the lobby, get back to playing poker etc. Perpetually stuck in the pop mini-game. For the record I’m an IT analyst / SQA manager / Cybersecurity analyst and have been in the IT world since 1996. The developer should fix their mini-game bug - I’m not the only one to note being stuck in it. Uninstalling and re-installing the game to my 2021 iPad Pro M1 running the latest iOS did NOT fix it. TLDR: if you use the balloon pop or guitar pic pop mini-game you’ll likely be stuck there with no way to return to being able to play poker. Really glad I didn’t buy any play chips with real money…

- Fun and Exciting. But fake poker.

This app is appealing to the eye. There’s fun mini games. There’s a lot going for this app but I don’t believe this to be real poker odds. I play other Texas Holdem games and the things that happen in this game rarely happen on the other apps I or software I use. However, on WSOP rare occurrence are a regular. For example, one time ( more than once ) I flopped a full house A and 7’s. The turn and the river were both 4’s. I lost to quads. Another example is almost every time you play a tournament every one is dealt pockets or high cards on the first hand. I believe if you play enough it gives you cards your likely to play and go all in. Very often if you fold say 2 and 7 of suit in middle position your sure to flop a full house or three of a kind. Conversely, if you change your strategy to limp in cause the previous example happens 90 % of the time, you lose all your chips and have to BUY more. This game is way more exciting than actual Holdem. It’s addictive. And seeks to take your real money. I don’t recommend if you are looking to be a better poker player. If you just looking for a fun guessing game to kill time by all means this a good app. Also, I’m sure someone from the app will write a rebuttal and claim that it’s true poker odds. I really truly believe it’s not. I retract my statement.

- Great fun but has issues

I have been playing this game for awhile and I have tons of fun at it but my problem with this app is that the algorithm is designed to equally distribute chips among everyone after so many hands . Tested theory thousands of times . Even with this being said I don’t mind because I still have fun playing with family and friends . My particular problem with this game is that I have made all appropriate measure to make sure in app purchases are turned on, but I’m still unable to purchase chips to continue playing . Took further measure to add money to my iTunes account for purchase to ensure it wasn’t a card or bank problem and it’s not . Money was added successfully. I get a constant loading error. And with this being said on multiple occasion of trying to purchase I’ve missed out over 200+ million chips during deals ! I think a business would take head in making sure that in app purchases would be available because without money it’s not a “business” . No reply to my emails reporting a problem. So I have yet to see if they honor all the chips I’ve missed as well .

- Poor game

Warning, the 4 worst starting hands to play From most worst to least worst #1. Pocket Aces.....99.9% loser #2. Pocket Kings...98.9% loser #3. Ace-King.........98.8% loser #4. Any hand you raise with pre flip Believe me, these hands never win if you are dealt them. They only win when another player has them. Isn’t that just like real poker! Also, when have you ever played real poker where at a 9 player table, at least 7 players call the big blind every hand! Never. You will never learn how to play real poker if you play this game. The absolute worst example of real poker. If you don’t believe me, play the game for a while. But never pay for chips. Never. That’s why you lose basically every hand you play. They want you to spend money for chips. If you don’t. You will learn what a bad beat is, every hand you play. Well I’m still getting taken to the cleaner. They just keep taking my chips in hands you are sure are winners. When you bet agressively, you will always suffer runner runner bad beats But if you check on strong hands right to showdown you have a chance to win small pots. All in all this game is like no poker I have ever seen on the tv tournaments. It’s a joke. I would like to see top pros play this game and love to hear their opinions of the reality of it. They would laugh their butts off.

- Scam?

I have been playing this game for a few years now and have noticed some weird notables happening. If you play against someone with has put money into their pockets they seem to beat you heads up. Example I just left from playing literally in a 2.5/5 mill table in this table the person I am playing against has over 600 M (59 billion in his account ) while I come to the table with 190 I get K 10 suited clubs and raise pot which came out to 16.5 mill he calls with 8 2. Flop comes 2 8 Q two clubs I check he raises 35 mill I call next card comes it's a 10 non club so now I have top pair he raises me all in nearly ( 5 mill short of all in ) so I shove with top pair and flush draw he call river comes it's a 2 non club he wins I lose 165 M. Lame hands like that happen all the time to ppl who pay too play. Another lame example same table same players this 59 billion account person is giving women not only his chips but anyone who calls. Example I have A J non suited raise pot 6 handed a hottie ( atleast pic wise ) calls me the billionaire when it comes to him raise its to 70 mill I fold the lady goes all and he folds. He did that for two women 3 times a piece while I was there before being busted. This is not a site to learn to play poker it's more likely Russian Roulette Omaha and spit all in one. No realism at all and no repercussion for making stupid calls for the players who pay.

- Pay to Win

You like pay to win games? Well this is the game for you. You’ll download the game, start playing, win a bunch of games so that you’re sitting on like 10mil in chips, and then think to yourself “all those 1 Star reviews were just sore losers.” Then the algorithm will kick in (assuming you haven’t spent any money) and suddenly you can’t win a hand to save your life. How do I know? Test my theory, don’t spend money and see how you do after a few days. You won’t have to watch any ads, that’s a then I wonder how they make money🤔. Here’s the secret, they’ll frustrate you to the point of spending money because they assume you’re too stupid to see through their sly little ruse 🤫. Guess what? You don’t have to accept kind of treatment. Recognize the dishonesty and punish the company by not giving them money, then let the economic chips fall where they may. The sneaky little buggers will be forced to restructure their revenue stream on a more honest foundation. To the developers: Did you ever consider that people might actually pay costs when they know what they are? Or that the cost of freeloading and exploitation shouldn’t be passed off to the consumer? No one wants to be strong-arm robbed, but that’s effectively what you’re doing, and you’re just using frustration as your weapon to force people to fork over their dough.

- Half hour of play times seems good

Fist and second impressions included! I have tried countless poker games and there all junk! This one seems to be fare I have only play maybe 40 50 hands. On the other hand the amount of spam is annoying but it might have been just the intro. First impression is it’s a good game. With that being said months afterwards I notice this weird thing where two cards of the same rank are in the first and third spot in the flop (out of twenty hands this will happen at least ten times) even if you bluff high there Will be that one guy who doesn’t have any matches with the flop and still wins with the last two cards, and do believe that that same person will win a lot over there stay at a single table. When I first started it felt like they were giving me awesome hands a lot and I quickly gained lots of money and then I took a vacation break and now even my good hands (which I honestly don’t get as much of) get thrown to the side. I was getting close to a billion and now just under 20 million and now they ask me to rate there game again.

- Not great.

I love poker. I like playing everything, tournaments cash or in someone’s garage whatever. I’ve played enough to know that quads shouldn’t take down a full house three times in one night which leads me to believe that the cards aren’t random. It’s good for fireworks but I’m not sure anyone believes this app has random shuffles. Bad beats galore too! If you find yourself with AA or KK you’ll want to fold that preflop. Some dude will throw a C raise all in and bust you with 38off or something. But it’s still fun. Frustrating but fun. What I hate about this app is the POP UPS!!! So annoying that I gave an otherwise acceptable game just one star. They’ll hit you four or five times in a row. And they put the “ok” button on the first pop up right over the top of the “buy now” button of the second pop up so if you are just clicking like hell to get thru them all you’ll inevitably end up at the pay screen. And that brings me to my final issue with this game. People whining about much it costs. I guess that’s not really the game’s fault. I personally haven’t spent a dime. Many people whine about that. My bankroll rarely hits $100million and it only stays for a little. They have free chips you get daily and that will keep you going. If you play reckless, you’ll go broke quick. <—-That may be the one real life quality that this app has.

- Best Poker APP There Is!

WSOP is a lot of fun to play and the more friends you make in game, the more chips you can earn free! The APP always has contests and free ways for you to earn and get more chips free! Yes there are lots and lots of bad beats on the river, but you always have the option to fold too! It’s a great learning tool to get better at poker and always has ways to increase your bankroll! Be prepared to just collect chips all day long by setting a timer and collect as many free chips you can and play your best hands and just go have fun! Remember it’s just a game and be polite and not rude, because there are always rude players out there and don’t we already have enough problems in this world we can’t just be civilized and nice to each other and enjoy a nice game of poker? Not every hand a winner and A’s get busted all the time in the real game of poker in any casino so deal with like a grown up and be gracious and say “nice hand!” Like you should! Go have fun and enjoy the game of poker!! Remember it takes just minutes to learn, but a lifetime to master!

- My opinion!

I just finished reading the review from user “Cdub013” without the quotes that was posted on (May 15). And, I have to say that the review was spot on. This game as well as many other games (aka. App’s) that someone or group created for you to download on your phone is designed for you to lose. The ultimate objective in the creation and design of these games is to gain financial revenue in the end. The designer or designers have implemented various ways of fulfilling that goal. Such examples are free tokens when you sign-up, when you invite friends to join, etc. . . These gifts are not given out of love, they are given for one single purpose. That purpose being to make you desire more. Then they utilize very subtle methods of regaining all of their free gifts back in hopes that the initial gifts were enough to arouse your interest and have you craving for more. I often think of them as white collar drug dealers. There tactics are very similar in kind. Casino’s are designed in very much the same way that I have illustrated here today. They would not exist if the odds were equal for both parties involved. But, I will refrain from venturing to far down that road today. In conclusion, if you are seeking a life like experience; this game will not disappoint you. Mind exit, stage left.

- To the game captains

I’ll try to play as much as I can I really do like this game but taking away the little bit of chips we get every two or three hours taking that from me wasn’t very nice but still I’ll write you number five but not happy about what y’all recently did to me me i’ll try to play as much as I can I really do like this game but taking away the little bit of chips we get every two or three hours taking that from me wasn’t very nice but still I’ll write you number five but not happy about what y’all recently did to me but thank you all and I hope to continue——😎 I guess I repeat the same message❓ What happened to the chips down at the bottom in the middle sort of free chips couple hundred thousand that’s better than nothing but I’m not getting anything‼️ And I try to play as often as possible and helps with my disability I’m a cancer free person as of now but the chemo did a number on my heart but I’m not gonna talk about stuff like that nobody wants to hear it But y’all sure do have a nice poker site👍🏼

- Slow down

Why! Why! Why is Poker going the way of “Speed Racer”? I can’t play very well at your “normal speed” and I have no chance of ever participating in what you call “fast” mode. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I play on my phone. It takes me time to notice which opponent bet, did he go All In or not, size my bet, find the series of keystrokes I need to make, and then perform my play accurately. On WSOP I’m constantly “Timing Out”. Often when I have the best hand. (Thank you for displaying the winning hand in the comments.) I’ve tried Zynga Poker and had too many technical issues. I’ve tried “Pay to Play” sites but most have such few players that a few a## holes ruin the experience. I no longer am able to work so even playing sites like ClubWPT is a challenge while trying to figure out how to navigate their site. Isn’t it possible to give me some help? At least in live games with time limits you get extension tokens. Why can’t you add them to your features? I admit that I’m not as good of a poker player as I was 30 or 40 years ago. MS has robbed me of my mental and physical acuity, but your site doesn’t have to place obstacles in the way of my enjoyment of the game I’ve loved for nearly 50 years.

- Don’t ever buy chips

Once I started buying chips, I started losing more. I assume this is so I would have to buy more chips. I have stopped buying chips from this app because they repeatedly and consistently billed me for chips that I never attempted to purchase and definitely never received. They claim innocence in all things but I’m sure just writing this review, I will start losing even more. Also, when you advance to a higher level you have to pay more chips to play games such as roulette poker. My plan is to go back on down to the Queen‘s club had a lot more fun there, And never had to buy chips to be able to play and complete my missions. I am currently refuting 12 purchases in two weeks from this app. I would recommend it as a fun app but the higher level you get, the harder it is to win and you practically have to buy chips to be able to play. Don’t ever start buying chips from this app. I’m sure they will write a reply to my review, “we are sorry you feel this way, but we assure you that we have never incorrectly billed, this is an issue with Apple AppStore.” WSOP says it is AppStore, and AppStore says it is WSOP. I had to remove my credit card as my payment source on my phone and get a new credit card account because of this issue. They will deny it, but trust me, it happened.

- Too many pop-ups

This is definitely fun as all Hold-em games are. And I haven’t heard of people getting losing their bankroll all of a sudden like I’ve heard of other games. What I dislike about this particular one is all the pop-up ads to purchase chips or to get into a tourney or whatever they have going on at the time. It gets tiresome having to close these out for the first minute of trying to play every dang time. There’s a button to purchase things, why put them in our face every time we open the game up? If I want to purchase something I’ll hit the button to do so. Also, I don’t know about the whole algorithm thing as far as win and lose go. It does seem that once I get a good bankroll going it is taken away slowly by unlucky hands or bad beats but that happens in real poker too. I just don’t think it happens as often as it does here. I mean I’ve been beat more than once by someone that has a higher flush than I when there’s only 3 of the same suit on the board. I’ve played a lot of physical poker and can’t remember when I’ve seen that happen once. If the cards are honestly dealt randomly then what’s the momentum scale and other things if you purchase chips for?

- Review

The only drawback is too much push to purchase chips..... I like the speed games best. Still enjoyable....... I don’t like how people with 100’s of 1,000s and even 1 billion dollars that play in the 2,500 games— with players struggling to stay on WSOP.... these bullies over bet to push us out...... not right. My cards have been horrible for 3 months now. I’ve lost $250,000 and am now under 10,000.....I enjoy the games and each creative ideas of making extra chips. But on 3 occasions in the past 6 weeks I was removed and had to start over. Each time I was give a new players name. The last time I was called Shooters and had risen to over 300,000,000 chips ( I know there was another with the name Shooter and Shooters) so if you find a Shooters that has suddenly become inactive that was me….. and now I struggle after the restart ( 15,000,000) to build it again…. 4-5 stars. Again they’ve taken away my $300,000,000 chips when I was Shooters. In another restart it’s taken a few weeks but I am up to $50,000,000 now as Craig… but rating is 5 stars

- Moving on

This game and a lot of others is fun at first. The challenges are fun and prizes are cool to ( brackets, rings, trophies ect...) you get your bank up quick the first bracelet. Then it takes foreverrrrrr to get the next! You also lose money quick especially if you like to play a lot. You get either bots or people who pay to have a huge bank to play on low bank tables and you get what I call the table bully ! Eventually you lose your stack or go down so low you can’t play. Like other games I feel this a ploy to get you to in app purchase. If you are like me and do not purchase. The fun dies out you delete and your on to another game. Even with free spins and chips you still can’t play. I would in app purchase if I could win real money. To bad cuz it’s a fun game to play. Being pressured however is not !!!! Good luck ! if you like to spend your money this is the game for you. If. The game let you get up a big bank you may have a better shot! Governor of poker 3 does the same thing and that was super fun ... until you can’t play especially when you join a team. I even tried in app purchase and then it seemed like they wanted me to purchase more and more.... oh well

- Is it Really Random??

UPDATE: Thanks to the developers for responding, but I asked about why you get penalized for aggression, and they responded with something about tipping?? Which, as long no as they mention it, take note everyone, tipping does absolutely NOTHING in the game, and is a waste of your chips. BTW, the ratio of when I shove with the better hand and lose on the river (or to a runner runner to the river even) that I mention below is up to about 17:3, which is nowhere near what the probability says it should be. Why is that? That was the original question. I know the developers check in here every so often. Maybe they can explain why you get penalized for aggression. It’s almost as if the app “penalizes” you for shoving and they want to curtail that for some reason (to avoid the games being a shove-fest, perhaps?). By the time I started keeping track, when I shove with a better hand, I lose on the river (or even a runner runner to the river) in a ratio of about 11:1. I’ve been playing poker (all variations) for a long time, with well over a million hands played, and those stats are way out of whack from what the probability says they should be. Hopefully the developers can explain, but in the meantime, I can update that ratio as I gather more data.

- Great presentation; poor card generator

I have played several “free” poker games, and this one is the slickest, easiest to read and navigate. The problem is the dealer is not truly random. It’s almost like premium hands come more often in order to pique interest of the players. For example, u will see a pair on the flop (e.g., JJ9) A LOT. Also, u will see pocket pairs frequently, and lots of KK and AA. In discussions with other players I have see comments like “you win when the machine wants you to win.” And this refers to the streaky nature of the game play. Here’s another example. The game also features a “bonus wheel” you can spin between games to get extra chips. There are 12 slots on the wheel with various denominations, including one gold “jackpot” slot. Six slots are tagged with the lowest prizes, so one might assume one would hit the low prizes about 50% of the time spinning the wheel. Wrong—it’s about 90% of the time hitting the lowest prizes—because it’s not random! The developers insist the computer program and card generator is completely random, but in my experience of two years of regular play on WSOP, I respectfully disagree. Anyway, it’s a nicely designed game, but it could be better.

- Please DO NOT spend your real money on this app

Totally unrealistic poker play so please don’t waste your money on the WSOP app = play enough hands and you’ll easily recognize that the app’s algorithm is skewed towards Visa players that fork over real money to play the WSOP app. You can witness the wild betting styles as well as scrolling through a player’s stats(pre-flop folds in the 20% and under range, total number of hands played, huge chip stacks with history of playing mostly low stake tables, raise frequency, no tournament money/win history) and quickly surmise who is purchasing chips through the WSOP app. I don’t cares about the canned “developers response” with assurances towards the WSOP app’s legitimacy and fair play = I’ve personally witnessed way too many statistically boosted Visa players have improbable and continued success all the while playing abysmal hands(that no one would actually play in a real-life poker scenario outside small/big blinds) ultimately lead to outlandishly bad beats against higher quality hands from statistically superior players to no firmly believe app is rigged for the pay-to-play(win) crowd. Also, I would love to see the developer argue the legitimacy of the in-app challenges and explain the odds involved towards achieving success or actually completing.

- Used to be fun…

But not any longer. I downloaded this game a while back and enjoyed it on a regular basis. Friendly players, etc… but lately, more often than not, it has turned a game of “ Table Terrorism “ meaning random players will come in and just keep raising the bets to astronomical amounts that many others just can’t play with enjoyment. You either call these constant raisers and hope to win or you loose then find no enjoyment anymore. Then you have the players that just want to write all about how awful of a person you are, etc… antagonists that have nothing else better to do. Yes, they have a “ judge” button where you can “ REPORT” their actions, but….as always…nothing gets done. It’s my sincere belief the judge button is just a button. So, if you want to play a great game of Texas hold ‘em or another game offered on this site, I’d recommend you look / play elsewhere. On this app, what used to be fun is now just a hope of getting a good table with good people. More often than not, you’ll be at a table with a “ table terrorists “. **I WAS IN NO WAY PAYED OR COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM FOR THIS REVIEW **. This review is an honest and personal account of this player’s experiences.

- Unfair practices

Multiple times with the bonus been for points not once was over 300,000 points. 15+ times in row. I don’t even know why show higher values you won’t ever receive them after you have had the program for while. No matter what I always received the lowest amount even tho there was only one pie slice with that amount. While at the same time shoved down my throat that I could keep purchasing points. The algorithm completely off. If you like unfair practices please Send your money to them even though it is always programmed in their favor to purchase more points. If this game seemed fair and was on the up and up I would purchase points just to give business. I stopped playing because even with the Texas Holdem games the algorithm is off. Once you get to certain point amount you will suddenly lose all the points you built up even if you are the best skilled player. It will be days and days just even hit a pair. I have seen the same complaint on multiple reviews. Someone else will always the higher hand, most times they will get the perfect draw card not once but 15+ times even if was .099% in their favor. Happen not once but over and over again. Sad because the development and graphics are wonderful. But that’s about it.

- Contrived

Many of the hands are contrived. You have the winning hand until the river and suddenly this losing hand miraculously becomes the winner. I somehow get the sense that the game is rigged. You’d never see this in real life to the extent it happens here. I also fail to see the value in the Queens game. Timed poker? Really? Finally, the progress meter doesn’t work. It’s been stuck at the same place in the Mahogany 4 level for at least a month. I reported the problem but have received no assistance. Customer service here seems non-existent. Still no reply! Still no reply again. No change to comments. This is funny. Write your concern and we will promptly ignore it. The game is so contrived. I’m getting the sense that the whole concept here is to get players to lose their they can buy more. So contrived. Seems to have been programmed for drama vs. a good poker game...beware the river! I would rate this game a minus 4 if the scale accommodated it. They should change the name of the game to “the River”. It never changes…contrived hands that appear to be designed to draw you in to spend chips so you can buy more. I wish this game was more realistic and less fantasy land hands. Ain’t nothing like the real thing, baby…and this game proves it.

- Game Structure and odds - Got Pavlov and Skinner?

Game developers took a page right out of Pavlov’s operant book and supercharged it with some Skinner work around intermittent reinforcement design techniques and as if that isn’t enough, they possibly combined it with some version of a game developer tool known as “dynamic game balancing” which basically adjusts a players game experience based on how well or poorly they are doing/performing which is effecting the odds to create this horrible gameplay experience. Please feel free google the monetization mechanics above that I feel I experienced playing this game…..I believe they do this by always mandating/assigning your seat and table spot among other things like the club structure etc. This game and the mechanics to induce players to spend real money through manipulative psychology seems very unfair. The cards actually may be dealt fairly but the game structure not structured fairly at all. Also, all the positive reviews? Those are also induced by an opportunistic pop up ad after a player wins big to give the game a review right after the big win when a player is most likely to give it 5 stars…… Oh and any developer response to this review and opinion of the game…..”yawn…….your app is already deleted”

- More like bingo than no limit

Words of advice, do not buy anything off this app you will lose all you buy very quickly to bs hands flop a set and bet hard fool stays in with a 69 and catches a straight on the river. First hand after buying a $4.99 bonus wheel spin that won me 24 million and lost 28million next hand. Hands are predetermined before cards are even dealt. Then out of now where you will continue to lose chips very quickly like over 75% of you 500million stack and when I asked them how this was possible in less than 12 hrs of play and was told I was on a down swing and my luck would soon change. Hahaha rigged. Way to many clowns going all in with crap cards and win on the river 75% of the time. Went 45 mins yesterday with out even a close to winning hand, right after I won 250k on the bonus wheel. Or should I say donation to other players wheel. App has good features and quick play but some players and the unrealistic odds of winning hands is enough to rate poorly. Glad I have not had any billing issues like some have stated below. Play this app like a drunken night of buddy poker and you will be fine, try to play serious and you will loose your mind over the crap that goes down.

- Far from random

It's not random and they know it. Poker is a game of odds and this games odds are unbelievable. I have more fun now predicting the hands outcome when I see my hole cards. When I’m dealt pocket kings the flop has been the exact same for the last 11 time the flop has been Ace Jack Three . I also lose 96% of the time when I flop top two pair. I’ve flopped ace hi flushes and ace hi straights so many times with the same outcome{I lose}. I lost to a full house when there wasn’t even a pair on the flop. One thing you may notice is when you fold before the flop when it’s in that cycle you will get some of the best starting hands. I was dealt 9 pocket pairs in a row and I folded every time. I also believe that not only is it far from random but I think they are able to put you at a table that is there just to take your chips. I say this because when I first started playing you would see people chat during hands and not the preset comments. Now the tables I end up at the players have never answered a question or comment I’ve made. Just look at the flops, the last few weeks I’ve played 99% of the time you will see 3 to a straight ...3 suited cards or a pair and just the last few nights I played the flop had a pair on the board on average of 13 out of 15 hands.

This is awfully irritating as I’m trying to stay connected and play with my boyfriend who is currently overseas. We both downloaded the app to my suggestion as I had connected and played in the past with other favored players in the app... well it seems that there is false advertising as you can’t find your friends (as concluded through their help site) UNLESS you sign up through Facebook and I am nowhere close to contemplating creating a profile just for this purpose. I wouldn’t say anything if the ad says specifically “connect through FB to play live with friends!”, but it doesn’t, so BIG UGH. I’m still playing and hopefully my bf and I find each other on a table to connect, but until then, I’m disappointed. UPDATE: After reading some of the reviews, I reflected on my experience and have to agree that the paying players are certainly favored. I constantly delete and restart my game after periods of binge playing, and while my experience with this game allows me to make money and pass levels fast, as soon as I start challenging others, my chances of winning dwindle and I find myself folding more after a few days of play than when I first started. Deleted again, probably for a while this time.. found new game.

- Great game .. it’s a pity about the players

If it’s a good quality game of poker you’re looking for then steer away from this app. The fact that it’s a freemium app, it attracts a lot of donkey players who do not appreciate the game and it’s nuances. It also has a “powerhand” feature which rewards players winning hands with bonus chips. This feature is a flawed feature as the whole table gets notified if you have won a powerhand even if everyone folds before showdown. I’m amazed that WSOP have put their name to this app when this flaw alone goes against basic poker rules. People need to pay to see the cards and not be notified of winning hands if they fold before showdown. Other than this the game is quick flowing and professional in its appearance. Even though you can pay real money to gain more chips on this app, it gives you a lot of chances to win free chips so the cost factor is irrelevant if you play well. Overall a good game.

- Great game

I have accumulated almost 4 billion chips. I win and I lose. There are lots of free chips and there are lots of ways to earn chips. Sometimes I feel I’ve been really unlucky but other times I feel I’ve beat the odds. It is poker and you have to play strategically. For all those saying they’ve had bad beats that may not happen in a high stakes poker game, they are right because for the most the chips aren’t costing anything and players are not as tight with there bets. Because players are not money players they often don’t raise before the flop so you get to see more flops. That is always going to change the nature of the game. Don’t play on tables you cant afford to play on. Remember it is fun. It’s a good fun game and it is well run. When I had a problem of pressing the wrong button which automatically bought chips I didn’t need or want the customer service crew looked into it and corrected it in my favour even though it was virtually my fault. They are honest and fair. I can’t fault this app. Again, great game.

- Mel

Play the game it’s fun be nice not to loose all time but met some great people on there was once what I would of said but now. I change my mind. The amount of hands I have lost because of lag and being rebooted every 30-50mins is ridiculous. Contacted the concierge twice now and nothing in reply or even bug fix. I’m not only one too my friends have same problem. Make me wonder if u really do care if we enjoy the game or not as long as u get ur money from chip buyers. Also ur competition increases are unreal. Come on give back to the players stop robbing us. You can’t say it’s random whensame cards are dealt3 or 4 times in a row. The flops are basically all rags hardly getting face cads and when u do the flop is all rags. The competition effects the normal tables ie crown etc all face cards run there so when u play normal table all u see is ace to nine cards repeatedly. Come on wsop random you say I googled card flops in real poker and no where does it say u get repeat hands or also how rags appear far more than face cards..... get you act together stop sending the certificate/ random response and do something. Social media and bad reviews will make wsop the least used app if you keep this up.

- Review on past and current WSOP program

I have been using the program for many years but with long breaks on occasions. I have found the new program has great options but am disappointed on how for a period of time you can win then all of a sudden your credits disappear in an unfortunate rapid process. The hands dealt to you abysmal and near useless. This never happened years ago. Purchasing credits if you are Australian costs you 50% more. Credits disappear much more rapidly than previous years. The program has many options and is professional in appearance and games but expensive to purchase credits. This program is well worth downloading just be mindful that once you purchase credits it seems a never ending option required to remain liquid and able to participate. Even though the program provides you with so many more options than previous years the tightening and lack of good playable poker hands has degenerated over the past 2 years. My suggestions to the program owners would be to lower the cost of credit purchases and alter the programming to allow for fair distribution of good playable poker hands. Thankyou for the opportunity to supply my input on your program.

- App has an answer for everything

Use to be fun to play, now it's ridiculous bingo/roulette. There was a time when you would have a few good days then a few bad. Now a lot more bad days as they allow people with big chips to play in smaller room and you just can't have fun coz they all in all the time. When you fold you would have won nearly every time however if you play you can only win if you have a huge stack of chips. 100million or more. So sad the developers allow this to happen. I've never in my life been in a hand of poker seen a flush full house and straight in one hand except on here. Random they say, I see this twice a day at least. Sad as it was good. Sad that the developers keep saying it’s not rigged when clearly it is. Just read the ripped off review and that happens all he time. Have made it not fun to play. The wheel is just as bad. It looks to be landing on the mega bonus and it will just slowly click over , doesn’t happen when you are nowhere near the golden wedge. RIDICULOUS!!! They keep saying that they have the most random cards yet other poker app seem way more fair.

- Ripped

Every time I’m going well (near $100m ) my account mysteriously stuffs up and I have to start again but then they sent me replacement chips and I lost them haha so no complaints I love going slow but lost all my money and started again got given 100 million so it’s made my day all my money lost again but I’m getting back again so 👍 WSOP THANKS xxxxsimo going great now that was before I got smashed ! Been going great lately and have stopped being so aggressive and limiting to at least having a pair DONT like the way it drops my status and money earned if I have a break for a few days I’ve been in hospital a few times without access and I’m so disappointed when I get back on a I have to start over but still playing and addicted as ever 👍👍👍👍👍

- Private tournaments

This is a great app. Have been playing for years. Usually have a weekly game with friends in the ‘home environment’, however with the currently COVID-19 crisis we haven’t been able to play due to isolation. I have noticed a few app’s offering the chance for gamers to create their own private tables to hold tournaments however at a cost by forcing users to purchase these games as an in-app purchase. I am wondering are you going to change with the times and create an option for gamers to create their own private table to hold ‘home games’ but at no cost to the user i.e. in-app purchases?

- Urgent update needed

I’m a massive fan I love your game. I have been playing since the start! guys BUT currently NOT worth playing. It is kicking me out mid game constantly. Continuous glitches where players are mid game and the whole app shuts down. I am becoming suspicious of this happening just after buy ins. If this is not fixed ASAP I will be deleting and not returning. It’s sad for me because I am trying to stay loyal to the game but when you weigh up how frustrating this is compared to some of the amazing new poker games coming out then I think you guys might be in trouble. And to everyone who is having same issue do NOT let them tell you it’s your connection because it is NOT. I’m on over 150mb to 300mb p/s download speed upload speed 15mb to 30mb p/s Ping 2-9 Pro internet no issues with any other games/Apps. Plus all of my online friends experiencing Identical issues with WSOP App. I trust you will fix this issue promptly with respect to your loyal fans and clientele.

You will NOT beat the house on Caribbean. You can have 2 pairs or flush or straight but the dealer pushes the bets. You’ll have the best hand and dealer will still push. The Mega wheel is a fraud. The spinning wheel is a fraud. I have to proof that it will take your money if you pay for the mega wheel. DO NOT PAY FOR THE EXTRA SPIN ON THE MEGA WHEEL. If I could load photos to show how badly rigged this mega spin is, I would.!! Please hear my warning.!! Also This app is frustrating and BS game. You’ll do well one minute and win loads and then then that all changes for 2 reasons: 1) soon as you think your about to win and raised the stakes, DISCONNECTS.. you folded... about to win big because you know you have the best hand, so you raise the bet, DISCONNECTS.. fold, lost. The amount of times this app disconnects is unreal. It’ll cost you millions in chips and the chance to local circuit rings, boosting bracket points etc. 2) Think your gonna play a smaller table and hopefully have some fair games because you have less than a million chips.. forget it.!! You’ll end up on a table with Billionaires who love playing small tables where the ante maybe $20K and before the flop, these guys have raised it to a million.!! Happens heaps!! Trust me, this will anger you, frustrate you and you will end up loathing this game. OH at first it was fun... not now it ain’t...

- Ripped off

This has happened to me twice now. First time I had $450m chips kept raising n raising, no bluff at all, ppl jus kept calling I clearly had the best hand at the time, flush, got rivered with a full house. Second time was just yesterday, had $750m chips did the same thing had best hand, 2 pair, the bingo player kept calling he had pocket kings and he hits king in the river, I think it’s absolute BS, it’s like I got punished for playing poker, I had to play aggressively for ppl to fold but this idiot kept calling, cos he already had $2B in chips, I jus felt now twice I’ve been punished cos I was playing properly, I been punished too many times on the river or even the turn card. I also feel there is way too many straight draws and flush draws on the flop, 9 times out of 10 straight or flush hits, hard to win sometimes but it’s too easy to lose, especially when it’s millions, some of my friends have been in the boat and have deleted the app cos they’re sick of being punished

- Has anyone noticed it’s a bot answering

You always get the same response if you send them a message from a bot. As I have been reading all the reviews and most of them 95% are the same. It not a good way to run a business especially when you get knocked out of the app 7 plus times a day and lose your chips and they never replace them. This is their way of making money so they can try and push you to by chips that’s the main reason for all the pop up’s to by chips one after the other. I have sent multiple emails to them and they always say the concierge team will get back to you but unfortunately they never do as it’s just an automated message system. Around 75% of the good reviews are from the WSOP team who developed the app to make you think they care when in fact they just care about the money that they are making from everyone.

- They don’t come through with their promises

Two days in a row with complete ld my missions. A gold pack was the prize for such an effort. I sent a message to WSOP and Iona assured me that I would receive the prize within a couple of business days. I wrote after two business days (I am pleased that WSOP agree I completed my missions) I sent another email. Iona thanked me for ‘reaching out’ but to be patient. 7 days later I have written another email and told them I do not enjoy having ask three times for what i have rightfully attained. I could have seriously used that pack at one stage, and now. Wondering if they have fiddled with my profile. Amazing hands losing to better hands. Anyway back to where I was. No reply this time, nothing. Lost all credibility with me and I am very disappointed. I would like them to reply and honour the gold pack. I should also be compensated, but I won’t hold my breath.

- Laughable predictable

I don’t care if they have a “certificate”. What ever the standards for it, it’s low. All you have to do is inspect people’s profiles and see the jaw dropping amount of people that have a Royal Flush as their best hand ever played. I’m playing at the second lowest stakes table and there are THREE of them, who by the way, have too much money to be on that table. What’s someone with $300M doing playing at a 500k/2.5M table? Anyway, I should also probably mention about how I stopped playing for a week, then on my very first hand back I flopped a full house on the first hand. Lucky me, right? In fact, if I don’t play for a while, it seems pretty easy to go on a good run. The app on it’s own is decent (ignoring in your face promos) and as long as I’m playing for free I’ll enjoy it, but I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re trying to emulate a “true” poker experience. Putting the all-in whales aside, it’s still pretty easy to gain chips if you’re F2P (I went from 100k to 25M in session), which is good but nevertheless less adds to the whole reckless style of play the majority of players seems to play. If you do try this app then my advice is to fold when when you’re winning a pot and a potential better draw comes out on the river.

- Kids version of poker

This is a fun game but it’s ruined most of the time by the developers targeting a single player to win. Anyone playing this game for a while can see the patterns. Here’s the secrets. If you have big blind, chances are you’ll win. If you go all in, chances are you’ll win. If you win one big hand, go again because you normally win big in consecutive hands. If in a tournament and near the end someone starts to come back unrealistically, they are pretty much chosen to win for whatever reason. It’s so obvious and the developers keep saying it random. Maybe the pocket cards are random but the board cards are definitely not. Please don’t reply back with some canned response on how you’ve passed an audit on random. You probably did but overall it’s not a randomised game. Auditors should actually create an anonymous account and play for a while to see the unrealistic patterns.

- Bert’s Review

I only play the “Free Play” game and not any of the tournaments because I cannot accrue enough from free play to buy in to tournaments. Seems I can win a couple of million but loose it as quickly as I win it. Suspect the game leans toward tempting you to buy more chips and that you will not rise to tournaments level unless you spend dollars. Shame, albeit, the free play satisfies my game play needs and interaction with others is quite enjoyable. I would rate it higher if the win/loss ratio was not so obviously set so that you will never grow your stake unless you actually pay out cash for chips... note: I would pay ‘one off’ fee to play a more honest version of the game.... Thank you for your feedback... much appreciated.

- Good game but sometimes flawed

It’s a good game but sometimes seems flawed. Unrealistic hands pop out of nowhere and beat you on the river. Completely acceptable as this can happen but some days when it happens 6 from 10 hands you begin to question it. For example, players raising you after the flop with no hand just to beat you on 4th and river with a house. I’ve also noticed I’ve been dealt the exact same hand twice and sometimes 3 times in a row which is extremely unlikely. But apart from the odd glitch, I enjoy the game though and it’s possible to play consistently without having to spend any money.

I’m mad. So there’s a bug or something because i won $5.7 million and leave to go to the lobby, expecting to see my new money balance. Nope!its exactly the same amount as I went in. What Gives? Boo!! Also the reason for only 1 star (I’d give -5 stars if I could): It’s INSANE how much the game keeps crashing!! I can barely go 3.5 mins without the game crashing on me no matter what. It ALWAYS crashes, without fail. 100% guaranteed. Exaggeration? Nope! Game constantly crashes. It’s so frustrating, especially when I have a winning hand and it’ll crash. You can always tell when it’s about to crash besides it becomes very laggy and freezes for like 1 second then it just crashes. It’s seriously THAT bad that I may just delete the app. Far out, it’s so ridiculous.

- Grumpyoldman

Your site is basically the same as other sites except that you take a percentage of winning pots. Why do you do this? It’s not like we play for real money. Is it so we lose our chips sooner and then pay cash to buy more. I do buy chips but very rarely and for that reason. You say the deals are truly random, well………I don’t buy it. Some of the flops to beat me have been truly unbelievable, almost orchestrated, but hey, it doesn’t matter, it’s just a fun game, the site is well designed and I play to kill time.

- Ads ads and more ads

You can’t win real money, so I wonder why anyone would spend hundreds of real dollars buying virtual money to gamble with? So every time you turn on the app, there is 3-4 ads trying to get you to buy chips, which is super annoying. I’ve also had the feeling that you can get on runs that may be influenced by their desire to sell you chips. They say all cards are random but then there is a “Momentum” rating/bar, how does that work if all cards are random?? Either way, it’s good to play, never crashes and providing you have the self discipline to not buy chips or you do buy chips responsibly then it’s fine.

- The hands are far too rigged

Sadly the hands are not random at all and the game is completely rigged. Yes, I’ve read about your so called ‘random card certificate’ and I think I have figured it out. The cards are randomly dealt to each player - its just that the algorithm determines which player will receive a better hand. This is why there is no question there are many more statistical bad beats here than in real poker (I’ve documented it) or bad runs. For example, its almost statistically impossible to go 15-20 hands without flopping a pair but it happens here regularly when you are on a ‘bad run’. That being said, its fun when the game runs for you to encourage you to stay and you get some outrageous wins, just don’t kid yourself its in any way fair and relax and enjoy.

- Buggy and rigged

Nice app and fun to play but most unrealistic cards despite what developer says about certification. Flushes and straights all the time encourages the bingo style of play. Also, count how often pairs are dealt on the flop. Used to run smoothly but recent updates have broken the app, though. Has trouble starting and crashes often. Will give more stars when this has been fixed but no more than 3 because of the dodgy dealing. Oh, and way too many pop-ups. I don’t mind some as it is a free app but they are getting out of control. And finally, opened app to find my profile has been reset. Lost $49,000,000. I don’t care about all the other stuff but took a while to get that many chips. Sent email but no reply. Another ploy to get my real money?

- Great poker app

Everything just works and is well thought out for mobile gaming with quick ways to change bets and chat and forces a fast game that doesn’t leave you feeling like you don’t have enough time to decide your next move. The community always seems friendly too wishing you friendly comments after interesting hands played. My only gripe is the constant popups in the menu screen begging for money. But there is nothing like this in the actual game play so it’s a small annoyance.

- Support needs support

I have been playing this app for years, I love playing poker and it is one of the best apps around no doubt. The Support however is lacking a LOT…..very unwilling to help when you have genuine issues. If they spent the same time on fixing issues that they do making excuses and talking around them they would be great. Too many gimmicks now to get obviously get money out of the average person, please just get back to more proper poker.

- game is programmed to hit flushes and straights.

I’ve played this game for a long time and it is good however it has one major flaw, which I see constantly. Yes the cards dealt are completely random (as they claim), however this does not include the cards used on the board. The cards on the board are programmed to hit more flushes and straights (like a lot of the time - I’d say 80% or more). This is the biggest issue I find with this game and it really ruins the genuine poker experience everybody wants. However instead WSOP have it this way so new players feel like they’re winning more - which they are, it just isn’t accurate to real poker at all.

- Entertaining

Have been playing for a while game runs pretty good if you have a strong connection. Game play is easy and if you don’t get caught up in crazy raises you can progress pretty well. You get some clowns playing that just go all in at the drop of a hat and unless your stacked with money you end up folding on a lot of winning hands. All in all it’s fun for passing time and just play it that way. Paying for chips in a online game you can’t win real money is for mentally challenged people.

- How can this be?

I have kept statistics over a 96 hour period and been amazed that on 34% of hands dealt the flop has included 3 suited cards. This is mathematically outside of statistical probabilities and regularly leads to distorted results. I’ve read similar reviews complaining about this and am aware of the “Sorry to hear about that” response along with you referring to an “independent” statistical vetting as evidence that there’s “nothing to see here” but that simply doesn’t cut it. My masters degree in quantitative statistical analysis comforts me that my observations and analysis are accurate and you really should pay regard to a more robust response for your paying clientele.

- Maybe not rigged but not random and too predictable

So it’s not necessarily rigged with the cards but I just played for about 15 minutes and every hand I got dealt consisted of a high and a low in a straight and the first three cards in the middle 2 made up the straight and the last card I needed for the straight or flush never showed. EVERY SINGLE TIME. To the publisher, it’s got to do with the randomisation of the cards. I have played quite a few card games on computer or phone and they all do the same. Play one card game you have played them all, it seems they all use the same routine to randomise “shuffle” the cards. Thank you u guys reminded why I stop playing electric card games, they are the same and way too predictable.

After many years of playing the app ( since the days when EA governed it ) the choice has finally been made to delete it permanently, only for the fact you have to give a star to rate, it would have received nothing. Looking deeper into the fundamentals as to why you get so ‘unlucky’ on a regular basis, it appears there could be a series of issues that playtika haven’t, and won’t no time soon...address. Nothing more than a money grabbing waste of time, where quality poker play goes out the door and your skills don’t count, bots seem evident, as does the spillage from the EA merge of the trillionaires, that never got caught, dispersing chips to multiple accounts, sad and poorly managed overall playtika.

- It’s a bit rigged

It seems that if you get a good bank up ,brought or won, that you can’t win a hand. All you do is feed the pot. Then when you finally get a hand to play, let’s say a full house so a good hand you will get beat by four of a kind ,not once or twice but every time till you have nothing left. Happens to often to be a random thing. Great fun but sick of just feeding pots. Still the most rigged game on the internet, months later nothing changed.

- David

Good to play but don’t buy chips they take money so they will give u a few big wins 4 of a kind straight flush so forth” then they try to get u hooked to buy chips soon as u do u lose the big hands like u get beaten in hands with full houses happens a lot but good realistic game just play low unless I’m just totally useless at this u won’t build a big bank so good luck people I give this game 1 star for being rigged and 5 stars for the game that’s a total of 6 stars out of 10”

- Fun

I like the game, regular bonuses are great! Also like the ability to pre-select your move to make the game quicker. Would be nice to look at the cards a little longer at the end of the game so we can see what everyone had, but that just me. Keep the cash coming, it takes any stress out of the game and keeps it fun! Paps less pop ups, 3 or more in a row, every time is a little annoying. How to pay to stop pop ups (more clear) I’ll pay!

- Fun but cause to be wary

You can play poker if you want to but you have to endure ads as well as tricky buying scams like putting “buy chips” links in the same place as “free chips” links. However, I have never had to buy chips to stay in the game as there are options every few hours of getting free chips. The daily blitz is a favourite as are the frequent Texas roulette options which require you to do all in or fold after the flop. This is a great app for the poker tragic.

- I’m hooked

What can I say, I play everyday, make new friends and share the wealth. Like all games, there is a fast track paying for credits, but the free game is worth the challenge. Lucky there is the free play or I would be homeless. I love the poker hints on how to play. I need a dictionary but it’s educational. A good game which would be the best if we could text our friends in the game. Other games have the ability, why not WSOP?

- World Series Poker

Hands are too quick - no time to think Also when you join the app you sometimes have to wait for 2 hands before you are joined to the game - that is frustrating and spoils your game experience The banners that insert from the left at the end of a hand can obscure the winners hand which is very annoying. The other issue is the propensity for some players to play bingo or slots instead of poker - that is nothing to do with you per set but is something that spoils the game experience.

- Rigged .......SURPRISE!

As we are all aware, this app was constructed in a way that gets people addicted to having millions if not billions in chips. The cards are not real and can therefore be manipulated (plausible deniability) to those who are relying on “free” chips and big game payouts. Regardless of the hand, regardless of the odds. If you bet big, you are making the app designers even richer. We can all deny reality, or claim this is simply not the case. To fix the problem, just delete the app! Aggravation and financial woes INSTANTLY SOLVED!

- If you like facing bots mixed with actual people - this is the game for you.

Bots read your cards, and always play mathematically perfect. Literally perfect. It doesn’t happen at first so you think the reviews are BS - but just wait a little and you’ll see it. You’ll also notice their constant insane reaction time if you click one of the chat dialogues - and their constant ability to fold 1ms before the timer is up - never actually hitting it. Repeatedly. But never fear, as they’ve stated their cards are random! HAHA, doesn’t matter when you have bots playing. If you don’t spend money the game is fine - if you do, then I also have a bridge for sale you might be interested in.

- Great game

I feel it’s important to give a review on this since the reviews on display appear to be from people who were either very unlucky or very bad at poker and didn’t understand it takes practice. Overall it’s an incredible game with minimal pay to win features and a larger gameplay experience than any other game I think it’s got a great design and well worth a five star rating

- Are you kidding me?

Seriously? Intrusive video pop ups? I had to update the app and now, on top of loading so slowly, you’ve got stupid video pop ups! Talk about sucking the fun out of playing the game. It’s getting to the point where I just don’t want to play anymore. (Since you asked me to change my rating, here are my reasons for “no”. You had a five star rating, then you made the app super slow to load, so I gave you 3 stars. Then you updated it to include intrusive video pop ups, so I changed it to one star. If you want me to change it back, make your app better. A review should not be changed just because you whine. It should reflect the app's functionality.)

- Not so sure and agree with others

Not so sure WSOP is all that fair.. not sure what it’s based on but there are some ridiculous outcomes that are completely astonishing. It’s fun but I think WSOP decides who wins and who doesn’t.. Also, I believe the app is definitely directed at trying to sell as much as possible. It definitely appears that it targets you when down on chips to entice you to buy and definitely appears to make you lose more. I don’t believe any of your responses and have therefore deleted the app. However, I will thank you for replying.

- Rrrrrr

Disappointing they had to shut down the album, to bring back the prime pack. I was 40 collections away from 200 to win the 3.6 billion chips, there was never a notification that it was going off line when It first came on. Only the last 5 days, upset it shut down as I was really into playing so I can get these extra bonus chips.

- The good and the bad

The Good: visuals, controls and buttons very intuitive. Free chips, bonuses and winning streaks at the beginning are great! And make you feel like a champion. The Bad: Random dealt cards don’t seem so random after a while. At first there is a trend based on your skill level. but then for longer while you’re at the bottom with every temptation to purchase more chips because you want to find that trend you once had. The free chips you get at this point don’t seem to get you anywhere no matter what strategies of playing or skill level you are. And then there will be cowboys with millions from free chips going all-in while you are trying to climb the ladder. If you do purchase more chips, in theory this becomes a one way real money to status points game and you end up with two different mind sets making choices that do not mimic real game play. Connection issues. Needs 5 player table options. 9 player can get tedious and slow and narrows your odds of a win.

- Frustrating

I enjoy the game in general. I login multiple times everyday to get chip bonuses. These are fairly low tho. Frustratingly, now on 3 occasions, it tells me it had trouble logging in, makes me login again, each time reducing my chip balance to less than 500k. I’ve lost millions each time. Thing I may have to download from a more reliable developer. Is there a way to restore my lost chip balance? Not happy!

- Super cool!

I use this app as a simulator to improve my game and have been successful to a greater degree at doing that. I know it’s not cheap and the AI engine is built for maximum excitement and I wish you didn’t have the multiplier feature but hey it’s a lot of fun winning or trying to win within this app and it’s against real people all over the world that also love this great game. Keep up the good work WSOP love ya !

- Game is decent, people playing aren’t

Game of poker works. I don’t like how quick they show and remove hands. It’s hard to see what everyone had if more than one player goes in. People playing are pretty bad. You get a lot of idiots ruining the games. Basically imagine a bunch of Kids with unlimited chips that have watched poker before and think that you basically go all in and bluff all the time.

- Wow decks are shuffled ok but it takes ages to play a game 50 thousand pop up ads

The poker game is good based off the old online poker rooms model works fine timer is good and decks shuffled reasonably. But it’s a total gamble machine preying on the poor people who must surely be falling for some of these elaborate pop up and pressure selling tactics makes sense I guess it’s poker so it would attract the gamble personality but there’s so many and there so relentless that it takes ages and ages just to get in a quick game. Overall 5/10

- And the big chip wins again on the river

And again and again and again and again and again. Oh wait, big stack got rags, but runner runner win again, and again and again and again. Can predict the result 95% of time. Just so frustrating. You got best pre flop after flop after turn, but you already know the river and you busted again. Especially with roulette. But they say it’s a random program. I’ve played the same hand multiple times in a night. Same hold cards and same flop. Only difference, which big stack plays, to decide what cards to place next. Just so frustrating. Anything can be programmed.

- A little disappointed

Good game to start off its free!! Decided to spend some cash to boost the level and that’s when things turned!! Now I sit here broke in the game after spending about $1000 so disappointed in that matter! I get that the game is free and it was my choice to spend cash on it but like I said the disappointing part is that I’m broke lol Over all it’s a good free game to play my advice to try to level your rank too fast you might get disappointed!

- Stop blaming the app on your poor poker play

This app is awesome, seriously, yes like any poker game you get bad beats; be it in real live poker at a table or on this app, but play well and you can work your way up from 1 million to 48 million as I have in 4 weeks. Play smart, have fun, and don't blame the app on your bad choices. I love it. It's relaxing and I build my poker skills and also meet other poker peeps. Happy pokering and enjoy I say.

- It’s just a game

It’s fun at first until you realise the hands are generally the same and the cards are not random at all. I’ve had some wins and some losses and that’s fair enough but there is something seriously rigged about this game and I’m not just saying that because I’ve lost a few hands. I played this on and off for over a year. Not long ago, 1 player won with a straight 3 times in a row and went on to win 10 hands in a row with anything from high card to a straight, not by bluffing or playing well. The game just decides who will win and who will lose. Really took the fun out of it when I started to notice this

- One thing I would like

One thing I would like see on all apple Websites, is to make the Games provider’s to show all the latest reviews. Not put up only the good reviews there just to old, make all games put up the newest reviews. That way people might be able to see the true feeling of what’s going on with in the game’s.

Low playing when I’m lucky to win often

- Great app love the speed of play

Great way to pass the time

- Very addictive

I love Loving it 💜

- I hate this game

This game is rigged . this game

- Unstable... still

BUYER BEWARE !!! So, I guess they don't like people giving bad reviews. Crashes still happening to me and many others Is see, but now the game has ceased to recognize credentials, so it is start all over as new player at 0 progress and lose everything again. Totally done with this nonsense. ... still no support and $150 mill totally wiped out due to crashes confiscating stake. Total waste of time and money, which is a shame because it can be a fun game. Seems I am not alone... several others have the exact same issue. Buyer Beware. Now have lost over 100 million due to constant crashes. Bot response here says to contact support, but no response there. Fun game to play, just BEWARE of spending any real money. Originally only lost over 40 million due to game repeatedly crashin

- Garbage

Garbage on lots of ads. Bogus site waste of time

- Weeeee

Awesome... woot woot woot

- Don’t bother!

They want you constantly to buy more chips. The hands are just unbelievable. Just another funny poker site. Not worth any money. As always, the worst hands always win. Not worth the time!

- Frustrated

Always being thrown out of the game in a winning hand, by the time you get logged back on you’ve lost half your chips. The game cheats

- Terrible site

If you don’t by any of there crap they keep kicking off site, very frustrating when your in the middle of a big hand.

- Rigged App

The app is rigged. Full of bots that come in and sweep chips. They setup hands to make people fail. Setup setup setup. Quests and missions make people act crazy and bet big to meet quests. Made the app unbearable. Gross. Don’t get it. Next.

- No random but arbitrary

Just killing good hands so that ppl buy chips.

- Good poker game

- Too many notifications all the time

I am getting 25 notifications a day from this app. Deleted the whole app.

- Review

The flop, turns and rivers are fixed..... in the casino or with friends big hands don’t “happen” every hand.... it’s to the point of ridiculous. Dane Dawg

- It’s fun when you can play

Easy to blow your load because you’re playing with $50k at tables with players holding $1.4m stacks. Hard to get ahead sometimes unless you pay for chips

- Good table play

For the most part the table play is fast

- Waste of time

Pop ups are not the only way to advise customers of your promotions. How about adding a tab in game labeled promos. I know what a radical concept right. I miss the old app, this new one is not good at all. And no I will no increase my stars for your crusty app.

- Waste of time

Garbage game, won $3 million hand and didn’t get my winnings.

- This games hates me

Its good but i always lose the cash i make ... went from 80M to 0 last year

- Crashes

Consistently crashes...others have same complaints. Played 3x in a row..3 crashes..u are still at table and paying blinds

- 2047ForEveryone

Thanks I wish for less adds before I can play

- Love it

Great game

I find this site very user friendly and enjoy the games in here. Keep up the good work with this site. Thanx

- alot of fun

Great atmosphere a lot of fun enjoying play and meeting new people

- Great game but no way it’s random

I must have gotten my account flagged or something. There is NO WAY it’s random, cards can’t be consistently that bad and set you up for repetitive bad beats. I can not play this game long enough to enjoy it

- Fixed

It’s a set up! Lol Good game Played ZYNGA POKER it’s a lot better .

- Best poker game on the app store

Hands down, best poker game on the app store. Fun to play with friends and a great time killer.

- Bogstar

- Help

The tournaments should at least occasionally play for the huge amounts instead of 90% of the time only playing for 1.5-2 times the anti

- Gd game ty

I seem to have issues with your update some. I get booted out and have to sign in again a lot ty

Lots of fun!

- Card manipulation

If I fold two pair or better turn up on the flop. If i get a flush I’ll lose to a full house on the river. Happens too many times to be random.

- Card killer

I like everything about the game I can’t think of any improvement 😎🤙but the jackpot on the wheel should be more often.

- Great

- Crap

- My thoughts!

Being Canadian, everything is in American dollars. As a retired person, it is impossible for me to buy. Now I know you don’t care about this as I am just stating my opinion. Stay safe!

- Tyty

I love WSOP

- Stakes increases so you can no longer afford the games

It just took me all week to build up a couple million and you guys go ahead and change my stakes to minimum 14 million per hand? Why just because I’m in the “aces club” I still only have 30 million so how do you guys figure that is a good move? It takes one day to go from jack to ace club and it also takes one day for you guys to change the stakes and ruin the game.
