What a rip off. My advice is to not buy any coins - why you ask? Play with the free coins that they allow you to have every few hours - you will have fun, you will win pretty consistently and your win percentages will be much better than if you purchased your coins. It has been my experience that when you do buy coins you almost automatically start losing without a win in site. To go 15 16 times in a row where you absolutely win nothing is ridiculous- but it did not start that way until I purchased coins to play with. Prior to that I would collect the free bonus coins and play with those winning pretty consistently and really enjoying the game and the people. THEN - make a purchase and watch as the win percentages go right out the window. This did not just happen once or twice it has happened consistently over the last year. I enjoyed the games so I didn’t mind too terribly much but I have had enough. They have lost my business over their greed.

Great games BUT horrible payouts!. Truly my favorite slot games of all that I’ve tried but payouts are so poor that I literally have to wait until I collect enough coins to play for a short period of time. Can’t play long or you will never be able to accrue enough coins to compete in challenges. I just try to collect all coin offers and build up a little each day. At this rate it will take me a couple of months before I have enough coins to comfortably play and enjoy my fave games without losing most of my coins The Facebook and Email coins (22,500) offered are ridiculously small in comparison to other slot games and also compared to typical bets (300,00 to 450,000 coins for me). The daily, etc. challenges are very hard to complete without a huge bankroll of coins. Even the special challenges they offer, while entertaining, are extremely difficult so I almost feel cheated in that so few seem to actually complete and win the ultimate prize, judging by the complaints. Other slot games seem to be stepping up with more challenges and better games so we’ll see what happens but Caesar’s needs to increase the free coin offers and loosen the slots to be more competitive with others. PS: When I first started playing the slots payed relatively well. My guess is they somehow give better payouts to new customers, but it only lasts long enough for you to find the games you enjoy and then they tighten up and you lose, lose, lose. Too bad because they really do have great games.

Marsha. My game crashed a few months ago so having some large amount of tokens to my account Caesar’s set me up with a new but far from perfect account. So I’ve been playing on a crippled account because I love this game Today is the last straw and I don’t know what to do. Been playing for filling the rooms of Nancy for the slots, last night I had almost 100 to my rooms, trying to fill them, yet this morning I only have 60. I want to know why and where did they go. Unless I get some answers pretty quick I’m going to have to leave this game. Broken Game, Useless Support: Don’t Waste Your Time. This game is an absolute joke. The first time I noticed a massive error in my coins, I reached out to customer service, only to be told it was a "visual error." Seriously? Then, just recently, the game glitches AGAIN, as if that wasn’t bad enough. I had just finished some free spins on a 20 million coin bet and the game started making horrible sounds. I then watched as my bet jumped to 1.2 billion. I didn’t even touch the screen, and the game spun anyway, landing in the exact same spot as before, but magically didn’t count as a win. And what does customer service say? There’s "no glitch" and I need to “pay more attention to my bets before spinning.” I went back to the same slot to check if my level would even allow a 1.2 billion coin bet—it won’t. My max is 600 million! How about you fix your broken game instead of blaming your players? I’m done. Deleting this dumpster fire of a game, and I suggest anyone else who values their time and money do the same. Absolute trash.

Fix the problem. I use to love playing the games but lately it has been very irritating. When your playing the reels are moving way too slow and when they put the open the shell thing you don’t have a choice to not play it you have to push open the shell cuz the game won’t come back on until you do. The reels move slow enough before the shell thing is on there it actually goes even slower and even if you get a mega win enough to trigger the thing to go faster with double or occasionally triple play, the reels go too slow to even level up with it on there. Plus with the shell part on there it don’t give you enough time to finish no matter if your on double or triple play and definitely can’t get it on regular play. I used to play a lot every day but now I get on there to get free coins and maybe try to play a game but if it starts irritating me I get off of it.

Currently disappointed! Play with CAUTION!. I was around level 282 but then my phone screen broke and had to get a replacement phone. The app was saved in iCloud but when I re-downloaded all of my progress was lost and so were my coins. Very disappointing but I restarted playing, and now I was currently playing WILD GUSHER because I am trying to reach an Explorer mission but instead of awarding me my wins per spins it is deducting it from my total current coin amount. I was betting only 1000 and came almost close to 6,000,000 and would be winning 40-70,000 on some spins but now I’m at about 3,000,000 since it is deducting my spin wins instead of awarding them. It was frustrating so I closed the app and now the minimum bet I can make is $7000. I have since stopped playing. This is such a turn off since I now have several friends that play too because I told them about the app. They are scared this will happen to them too and so they just don’t play anymore. Major Problem !!. I first rated this game for 5 stars. It’s a great game and I definitely purchased my share of coin and extras to keep playing. As I played on, I found a major flaw ! Your bet amount would sometime change without your knowledge ! Let’s say, you set your bet amount at 5,000 coin and start to play and the next thing you know, your out of coin, in a few spins. Can’t figure out what happened till you look at your bet amount and it is now set at 30,000 or 50,000 coin without you changing anything !!! This happened more as I got further in the game. Don’t buy tokens. This game will rip you off of any money you spend on it. Heres why: they purposely make you loose. Especially if you spend money. The people who spend the money are the ones they prey on. If you purchase any tokens, the game expects you to bid higher so that you loose your tokens faster. So if you bid higher, you end up spending more money on tokens because they make you loose all of them faster. Its a easy trap to fall into. If you look at the money you spent you might as well spend that on a real slot machine so that you at least have a chance at some form of ROI. I fid a small social experiment with this game because I love slots but hate to lose my money. Before I spent any money on this game I was red hot winning all the time. Which made me think “ I wonder how much I will win if I bought tokens and bid higher?” As soon as I spent a any money on the game it got much harder to win. In conclusion, play the free version of this game and dont spend any money on it so that you dont get ripped off and fall into the trap.

Changing my rating. Current: having a lot of issues where I’ve placed a bet of 7,500,00 and had 40,000,000+ as soon as I hit spin get a window pop up giving me a “deal” because I’m out of coins and as soon as spin ends I’m down to 2,038,000 or so, so a major glitch especially with the amount of time and real money I’ve added to the game. I have had this happen A LOT lately with no rhyme or reason. Emailed support and they gave me a gift of coins as a 1x courtesy and told me I just needed to be more careful that I must have hit max bet yet there is no game in there that has a max bet that high at my current level. Feeling extremely frustrated! Original: Game can glitch occasionally as well as randomly freeze. Other than that the game is a lot of fun to play, very addictive though. They also include lots and lots of free ways to get coins and include various different giveaways and challenges.

Games are getting boring. What’s the point of putting these challenges like the great ship chase if no bombs are given. I have already spent about two billion chips and not once have the bombs come out. Not like it use to be. Done with this app. First logged in December 2020. Minimum required wagers were low and buyins were cheap. Required minimum wagers to play games kept increasing along with the amounts to play maximum bets in each game. I spent more and more funds but felt it was still cheaper than a real casino and I enjoyed the games. Payoffs were best only if the newly launched games were played. Occasionally I had issues that the customer service support team when contacted via email were quick to respond to with an email with a fix, until yesterday. I opened up the app and the game had all the way back to the beginning with none of my items that I had earned and only 61K of coins rather than the billions that I did have. Tried to reconnect hoping that I would end up on the correct home page. Only the new page showed up. Sent a screenshot to customer support showing that their privacy notice and terms of service texts were covering the blue bar that would allow me to reconnect thru Facebook as normal. No response back. Sent them a follow up support ticket telling them that the only option that I had left was to delete the app and hope that my old account would return. Still no response. Deleted the app and finally received an email response stating that if I wanted to delete the app “click here” to complete. No option given for contact. Assume that I am no longer a member of the group

I’m addicted. LOVE playing all the different slots on here but I literally have to wait around to play because payouts are far and few between if you’re not betting the right amount on the game you’re playing. Too Many Spins Between Wins. Unfortunately after two years of daily play I’m giving up. Taking away the opportunity to watch ads and earn some extra money has really hurt my game play. Additionally, I cant seem to win ever anymore. Like at all. Too bad bc the game itself is a blast. It seems that any time there is a “side game” such as the Columbus Ships, Etc, my money goes a lot quicker. I was okay with buying a 7$ try but now it’s 17$ cmon guys ..... funny thing about me , I won’t spend more than 10$ for anything BUT I will buy things that are less MULTUPLE times and over time it equals way more than the $17 you guys need to fix your price points But the worst part is that I am above level 3K and I have never seen a reward or perk or comp or even tier credits and when I started playing years ago I was told rewards were on the way. At the very least give us room upgrades I’m not going to spend a penny more until I can get something real & tangible for being a long time player.

Always Win Machine. Since I would not spend money I was unable to complete the Always Win Machine. I only needed 2 more 5 star items - the Eiffel Tower and the book on Lake Mead for the last 3-4 weeks. I went from over 2,000,000,000 coins down to 55,000 coins trying to finish. Very frustrating as I would receive duplicate 5 star items. I even saved and used the star converter when 5 star chests were possible. It also was frustrating that as my coins decreased the minimum amount needed for chests kept increasing. Today they are 5,400,000 and 10,500,000. I would think as our coins decreased so would the minimum bids for a chest. Very disappointing. I also stopped getting chests as states when I leveled up. I also noticed that when I bet small amounts I win more often. The bigger the bet the lower the percentage of wins over the betting amount. I’m probably going to do 10 max spins, go bankrupt, and delete. Which is a shame as there were some fun games. As soon as you frustrated me with this one contest I am now leaving. Fun, but costly.. This is a super fun game, but the higher the levels I reach, the worse the game plays for me. When I get a bonus it’s always the lowest amount possible. I buy the pet wash bonus and the free spins are less and less frequent. Recently I purchased a couple coin packages, I got really lucky and got up to 3 trillion coins and with bets no higher than 5 billion lost everything in a matter of a couple of hours because not a single game would give me a bonus to keep playing. I have deleted and reinstalled this game 3 times, each time saying “never again”, well, it looks like it’s time to delete again. It’s a lot of fun in the beginning, when the packages don’t cost that much and the bonuses seems to be more often (still always got the lowest amounts though), but the higher you get, the more often you have to buy coins to play. This has become a money grab. First issue, when you log in you will get bombarded with pop ups (6-8 usually) to get you to buy stuff. You have to acknowledge to continue. If you go back to the home page form a slot game you get the pop ups again. Second issue, this is a massive money grab now. You get like 13 million every 2-3 hours. But during challenges and events you have things that you do that require you to get 7 BILLION in mega wins with a minimum bet of 270 million. That means even if you get a billion coins you can spin a few times and it’s over. There is no way to participate in these events anymore. It all started when I got to a higher level and I actually, mistakenly, spent money to buy coins. After that everything changed. You have to spend billions (literally billions) to partificpate in their seasonal events. This is impossible when you have 20 million left. It use to be get a big win or a mega win and no catches or add ons. That all changed soon as I reached a higher level. Guess this company wants to punish you for leveling up. Even their skip cards changed, they use to cost .99 and you got multiple. Now it is 6.99 for one. Again it all changed when I leveled up and bought coins. This is a free app, sure there should be in game purchases but it is not like a person can win real money. It should be fun to pay not a chore or impossible to participate in events. Such a shame because this use to be so fun, I suggest using a different slot app.

What the hell going on this is the second time I had over 13 million in credits and most of them I had bought so you are actually stealing my money look up my records and see how many credits that I had bought.I don’t know what in the hell is going on last night I had 13 million credits and woke up this morning and I basically had no credits this has happened to me twice and both times I had bought most of the credits so you all are stealing my money.I was also in the high Sliver status and now I am in a bronze category if I don’t get my credits back .I will write every day to let people know that you all go in and wipe your credits away you wear you have no credits to play with .You have done this to me twice and I’m going to put up a fight this time you will not steal my credits this time I will not sit by and be quite this time . Gail R. After spending over 10,000 grand in the playtika gaming system, I can honestly say I’m more than disappointed. I really don’t understand who takes these complaints and why nothing ever changes! I’ll give a perfect example of my biggest complaint. Losing, losing and more losing for months. Then after griping constantly I got about a week or more of a great run. 270 billion. Then I’m assuming the app decided it was time for me to lose. Took all the coins in one session. I didn’t win them in a single session and don’t expect to lose them that fast. Everytime I would raise my bet to max......NOTHING! This just pisses me off due to the fact this app constantly advertises max bet rushes. Is this a ploy to make players lose so they’ll purchase more coins? Rarely works for me. No chance at all to win those coins back I lost. Your support is not all that. They could care less when customers are upset n struggling. Ones silence speaks volumes. Not giving you what you earn playing. The last week has been awful. Just now I went to get my coins from koala bear and again it says in an hour and a half and I know it was time for them to pay out this is happened many many times too many also coins are not being subtracted correctly and it’s never your favor. Love/ Hate. I love this game! There’s tons of different slots to play and choose from with great bonuses but every time I’m doin really good and got my money built up my screen gets bumped by accident and triggers the ‘activate’ spot between the gray plus rectangle and the max bet rectangle and it spins the reels with almost my total amount of money as the total bet. It’s sooo frustrating! It’s happened numerous times since I started playing! Then i have to keeping collecting my bonus coin till I have enough to play again and try to slowly build my money back up just so it can do the same thing and take all my money in 1 spin and start over from nothing AGAIN!!!! Caesars Select is the worst optimized app I’ve come across to date. The Caesar’s slots app is fine on its own, a bit money hungry, showing you two or three ads every time you login, but what are you gonna do. It’s a slot app. The real problem I have is with the Caesar’s select app. It is by far the worst optimized app I’ve come across in 2024, it is not my phone, it’s not my computer, everything else runs just fine, but the Cesar’s select app will slow down my computer enormously, and it’s a gaming computer that’s barely a year old. And the app itself has absolutely horrendous performance. I’m talking like one or two frames per minute here. Per minute. It will take a solid 10 or 15 minutes for me to do something that would take a couple of clicks on my phone. So enormously frustrating. The only reason why I do this is that it effectively doubles the free stuff that they give you every day, but honestly at what cost. It is such a waste of resources, it barely loads on my phone, I’m on an iPhone 11, everything on my phone works just fine, it’s literally just this app. I don’t know if they’re doing like a crypto mining scheme or something like that but there is something seriously wrong with this app. Please fix.

Horrible Payouts. I’ve been reading quite a few reviews on here and sooooooo much agree with what everyone is saying! I’ve got at least 10 slot apps on my iPad and have found that this one is the MOST WORSE with payouts, getting daily coins and challenges are so far and hard to reach. I have a few select games I like playing but have to wait months before doing so. I log in daily and about every 3 hours to get coins but they are definitely not anything to brag about and then wait for several months so I will have enough to play my 1 or 2 favorite slots for a very short time. Misleading article. I was pleased to see an article of a woman who won using this game and free coins. I love it but I’m not seeing any of these games at the real casinos and not sure how to use my free tokens for wining real big. The article is misleading because it tells the story of the lady and how she won but not stating that you have to have real money and not using the free tokens to play at the real casinos. Bugs galore and Greedy Owners. I’ve played this game for a few years now. I’m fine with the slots they have and they get new things often. However because they try to add games within the games it creates HUGE problems. They have pop up requests for in app purchases more often than any other game I have ever played and I have played several and tried even more. I don’t like signing in now as you’re greeted with a series of no less than five pop ups and that’s before you even play a game. They have one at the moment called Prize Dragon 2 that pops up every 30 seconds asking you to buy food to feed the dragon! I have not and will not ever feed into this side game as it’s nothing but a cash cow for them and gives you nothing for the money. They have gone beyond begging for money. They darn near demand it or you cannot play the real slots. I’m fed up. I brought it to their attention and nothing has happened. Great games; terrible payouts. I’ve enjoyed playing this game for years. My only complaint is your payout system. I know these are games of chance, but the rewards are terrible. Examples: Leveling up (1,647) The amount of points required to level up are clearly not uniform. You can control this. A 50 million bet per spin should increase your level up points by more than 2%. When you finally do level up, the coin reward and points are very disappointing. After playing for over 10 years, I’m still at Gold. You’re requiring more at each level, the rewards should be have greater rewards as well. When I first started playing, having 1 million coins was a goal for me. Now, 1 billion coins isn’t enough to level up even one time. As for winning payouts, it’s bad enough that 50 mill coin spins can pay nothing, but paying 50K is insulting. Pros and cons. I utilize this app more than any others I have of its kind. It’s very engaging, exciting and fun to play. Though I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that the end time of promotions are not sent to emails with reminders or constantly displayed on the home page of the app so that gamers will not lose money by not being able to use special items purchased for a promotion! For the last promotion, I was at the last kingdom where 2 Gryphix and a cash prize was to be awarded and when I finished my challenge I was not able to redeem the reward for it because I guess the time had expired and I had no indication of it! I even had a Skip Card that I had purchased left!!! I was really working toward that reward with time and money spent to get to the end and have it not pay off.

My favorite machine disappeared!. I have been playing this app for many years and feel like recent changes are really making me want to give up. My favorite machine is the set of Christmas in Pink - Pink Panther slots. I cannot recommend this game. UPDATE: I deleted the game a while ago. And lol at the developer’s response. My opinion still stands. This game his 👎 👎 I really wanted to like this game. And I did for the first day or two. They try to hook you by giving you a million coins and let you get a ton of wins and advance levels quickly. But that suddenly stops and you lose your coins rapidly. If they’re trying to get people to buy coins, this isn’t going to help. I would never spend money on coins just to lose them in a few minutes. It is awful how quickly you lose. I have seen comments from other players on the Facebook fan page that discuss the game not allowing wins and coins being lost fast, so it’s not just me losing my coins quickly. And it seems this is a recent issue because those other players have been playing for years and only started experiencing this issue over the last two weeks or so. Those players are ready to delete the game. I will give it a couple days, and if they fix the issue, I’ll consider to continue playing and changing my review. I like Caesars. I like the daily challenges and the games. I also like the side challenges. What I don’t like is when my pet resets after all the playing I did to earn the treats to feed it. Coins missing. During period off last 3 weeks my coins disappeared approximately 110 billion during payouts in high roller lounge and last night when I was playing game with bets off 4 million and selection of 100 spins with balance of 11 billion I found that coins disappeared. Don’t waste your money. Takes money but doesn’t always give the coins or items. Prediction of game. Thought I would try a new slot game as I wasn’t happy with the way the game I was playing was very one sided. The game. Hi, I have been playing this game for some time now and am getting more and more frustrated with it. I have read other reviews about how you can win big and then wow, no money left, this happens to me all the time (possibly because I am using it as a FREE game and do not buy credits). I do not like the add ons that continually pop up over my game. There should be a way of turning them off if you do not want to play them. My biggest gripe however is that the game will load to about 80% and stop, then it will try again and do the same thing. The only way of getting past this is to delete the game and reload it, VERY frustrating.

Great but.... I have been playing this app for years, love the variety and bonus. The issue I have is that because my level is high my minimum bet is high. Totally disappointed with your up. I’ve purchased through apple store as suggested $30 worth of coins. Yesterday. Today a be tried to play the virtual game a number of times the app sister error was coming out about 20 times. Thinking I can refresh the game I’ve removed the app and reinstalled again. All the $30 which wow about 3 million has disappeared. I was already on 64 level and now I’m on 1st leaves again? How is that possible? Very poor support. I lodged an issue with support on 24 Dec 2022 and I am still waiting for a response. This app is happy to take your money but not provide any support when issues occur ! Update: For some reason, I never received an email response. I followed up and received a very prompt response and the issue has now been resolved.

Loading. Every time fo the up dates there’s a problem either the game yet again log out off Facebook mode and can’t get in please fix the problems stop with all the updates all the time

First review ever. A few months ago I would have happily given this game a 5 star rating. But lately it just takes all your coins. It takes so long to load it’s ridiculous. I play every day and apart from an occasional win it’s just not ticking the boxes for me anymore. I assume it’s because I don’t spend any real money? If the app loaded first time and didn’t take forever it might be fun but it’s just getting frustrating.

DONT BUY CREDIT. I am a level 2300+ and if I know one thing about Caesars casino it is NEVER EVER BUY CREDITS... If this was a real casino and their machines paid out as badly as these do there would be a riot and the place would be burnt to the ground... You can’t win real money but they will take your real money, they can only operate because they come under the clause “FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY”... maybe the management should look up “entertainment” in the dictionary because there is nothing entertaining about losing your credits quicker than it takes to actually collect your daily pittance they give you. Bottom line is that being a level 2300+ player means that I am either the most unlucky person on the planet or they are ripping people off....

Amazing app. App is so much fun, customer support go above and beyond when contacted and reading all these other negative reviews... every app has their ups and downs, this one has more ups than downs and I will always remain a loyal Caesers player. App does not crash since bug fixes also. Continue to update and you will have no issues 👍🏼

Not happy. I love this game but I am not happy with having to update every time I go into the game, I update as it states that this version is going to run out soon and that I need to update. I update and play then go out while I am sleeping or at work then start the game up and get the same message and this happens every time for the last 8 months or longer. Have been thinking of deleting game.

Caesar’s slots - tex tycoons cattle drive. LOVE your games but could you please advise why when I get a big win, it is not credited to me. This is happening time and time again. New app. Ok, just downloaded new version/app, all is okay, my money has transferred ok from the old version. But then a constant update popup keeps sliding across the game, followed by a large popup that covers the screen...oh no..the version you are playing will no longer be available in a few days...update. So off to the app store where there is NO NEW UPDATE. Log back in to app to be told you are not playing the new version, get the new APP! Problem here...I HAVE THE NEW APP!! Apart from this annoying issue the game pays out well, graphics are great and I am having fun.

Love This Game, BUT!!!!!. In my opinion this game has the best slots out of all the Playtika games but the one real annoying negative is that it takes forever to load and cuts out all the time and have also noticed that a heaps of other people have the same problem so game developers can you please fix this constant problem???

Double charged!. When buying packages or chips. Looked at the account and after currency conversion. Double was removed. And not only once either. Complained to apple. And told nothing can be done. Great Game, BUT...... Have been double charged from my personal account more than once when purchasing coins/packages (have also contacted support with no reply whatsoever). How many times do you want me to update before it works. Every 30seconds this games asks me to update. I HAVE UPDATED IT. It keeps asking and asking and asking. It is updated. Cranky player. Three times I advised you I’m not receiving my level up bonus. The longer you delay in fixing this problem the angrier I become. Just how long do you intend to keep me “hanging “? You have great games , however, your customer service lacks severely! The 1st time I advised you was at level 51 when I didn’t receive my level up bonus. Stay away from the sellers.. I really enjoy the slot machine games on this app and literally can lose hours playing games HOWEVER I want to warn people against buying anything from the sellers who advertise during the game play. Great game but cost of purchases. Love the game but hate that purchasing is in US dollars. Other apps are able to put a price for purchases and that is what you pay. With the exchange rate cost of purchases is too high. If other apps/developers can manage to have a fixed price regardless of which country you live in I would think you should be able too. What’s going on new cow bell map game. The new cow bell map game keeps returning to the first 15 piece section when you on section 30, I have gone half way through section 30 just to pushed back to the beginning, also Robin Hood game when you start free spins it stops and you need to exit game and re-enter to make spins happen, also you are a rip off as at least 3 time I have accidentally pushed max bet and lost millions, I will never pay for credit again until your team create an option to turn it off. Money grab. I have been playing this game for years, now it’s all about buying coins and if you want to play you have to. It’s like they weren’t making enough and someone flipped the money grab switch today to super power. They had already decreased the ways and amount to earn coins plus significantly increased cost of coins. Today they changed the binge bar which did give great level prizes with around 7 levels to get the highest prize items, now it’s 20 levels. What the heck? Each level with premium $ was 4-6 prizes, now it’s two prizes and some levels aren’t even coins. They also removed the “pet sweet” x2 which was your only chance of moving up in the pet level. I’m very disappointed, I always bought the unlock for binge and pet, not anymore!! Money grab all the way and fyi, the mega wins didn’t increase!

Worth the download. This game is definitely intriguing especially you like to gamble. The only negative thing I wanna say is that it takes quite a while to get the daily free coins in order to keep playing.

INACCURATE PAYOUTS. I have been in contact with 3 different support reps. to ask for a simple explanation on a payout that I won. All I asked is for them to show the calculation used (by the formula posted for that particular game) to get to the amount that I won. The win seemed low since there were 15 connecting wilds (out of a possible 20). All 3 support reps. ignored my request. In total I asked 12 times for them to show the calculation. I provided screen shots of the win and their payout guide. Since 3 different reps. ignored several requests it makes me question the accuracy of their payouts. This was not the first time I have noticed this. As far as the games go, I really like this site. However, I do not trust the accuracy of their payouts, since when questioned on them they can’t or won’t provide the calculation used. Edited remark “I think this review requires more than your standard response of “contact our support team” since I have contacted your so called support team several times and they do not respond.

Great game if your a new player. It’s really fun if your a new player but once you have played for awhile it’s hard to win. After reading comments on Facebook I would suspect it’s because they want you to purchase the coins instead of winning them. I go caesars and gamble several times a year (before covid - only a couple times since covid) and feel that you shouldn’t have to make big purchases on their app game when your a loyalty card holder. It use to be that’s you could get big wins and it was exciting. My husband has stopped playing because it’s gotten boring. I still play but it isn’t as fun. 5 star items. Hello, I have been enjoying winning and losing and I get that it’s all by chance, you have your good days and bad days but it really seems like there are bad than good and I’m being really honest here. Support’s comments about random number generators are in hopes that you rode the short bus to school and never took a math or programming class. Best slot game app. I just wanted to tell all who enjoy this app and complain that you cannot win that you could not be more wrong. I too have in the past been guilty of the same. Agree with major flaw!!. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME, it consistently changes your bet. AUTO SPIN CHANGES YOUR BET, I had one good experience with support. After that they treated me like I was just complaining to get free coins. I was spending a lot of money but stopped after losing well over 10 billion in bet changes. It is by far the worst game I have ever played that takes money won or spent. Bet changing without the player changing it takes 25% of your coins each day. I wouldn’t mind losing levels or anything else by a game flaw, but taking coins won is unethical and I believe a major part of the company making money.

Disappointed. Still waiting for Return of stolen credits. Over a week ago, I spun a round, betting 320,000,000 to fulfill a daily challenge. The game failed to load and kept spinning over and over until it shows me the game failed to load error, again and again. I was forced to close the application and try to enter again. I am still waiting for my credits to be reimbursed, since I used real money on this application. 2 days ago, while in the bonus spins, also in King Of The North, I happened to watch my credits decrease by exactly 4,000,000 credits, how does that happen when you are literally in the middle of 8 free spins??? Easily fixed. The game play and events are top notch for app casino games. However, the prices for coins are ridiculous ..because you lose way more than you win . Big event going on right now and they make it impossible to complete any of the 12 sets without purchasing coins .. they have 1 super rare item in each set and what happens of course ? Just got my second super rare item , was the exact same as the first one lol . Also they give u decent amount of coins daily or at least seems that way. Brenda. Top notch game. Everything is good except for the ratio you have set for payouts. Computers are computers and you have the payouts set ridiculously low. I was counting spins yesterday in Between wins. I would spin 25 to 30 times with no pay out. Then the payout would not even match or be no where near the spin amount bet. Example 20,000,000 bet and after spinning let’s say 20 times. The pay out 7,000,000. Game No Fun. Folks it ain’t real money. Great Graphics. I’m giving it (3) stars because the graphics and games are fun...HOWEVER, the playback is seriously tighter then playing Real slots! Whoever is responsible for the correct answers on your simple mathematical equations needs to be fired and sent back to review 2nd grade mathematics. I never intended to win money on this App. Just played to pass the time in some situations where all I had available was my phone, but I can’t help but to point out the completely OBVIOUS reality of overall disappointment and frustration people are finding time and time again. You should be focused on steadily improving your product and re-evaluate your goals and only setting your standards to reflect your desire for excellence, to be a above the rest. You seem to be content to be mediocre at best with the same response for almost every comment, just changing a few words around if even that. Disappointed in you lack of effort or pride.

I don’t really like this game. I’m a be honest with you. I play the game for over a week. I put at least over what $15-$20 into the game. but in all honesty, I feel as if I got cheated. POPUPS Make Great Game UNBEARABLE!. Hi, I understand the need for offers to generate income. I have no problem spending a little each month for entertainment. However, THIS App has so many in-game popups that it becomes SO Unbelievably ANNOYING, that its Impossible to Enjoy the games, which by themselves are some of the very Best out there! The “dragon” popup is the Main culprit, but then you add the cards, level ups, as well as numerous coin offers, and you find yourself having to “X out” nearly as many times as you hit the SPIN button! I’m NOT Exaggerating, either! Not to mention the adverts that overlay on the game layout, obscuring your numbers and symbols on some Paylines. Malfunctioning game. I have been loyal to this game even though it seems to not be the best. I put money into it and have gotten double charged a few times now. I’ve reached out to the company and they wanted me to screen shot my bank statement to get my refund. I do not trust that enough to send to them I feel they should be able to see on their end enough. I bought a 9.99 coin purchase and it charged me 38 $ I am not happy. It’s done it before and I should have been smart and not done it again and just delete this app ( but it’s addicting ) and I want my money back! On top of that all I noticed the game took a large amount of coins without me playing after I just purchased them! So not fair and I think they should refund coins easily but it’s a huge process and the times I’ve reached out besides now no one got back to me.

Only Real Legit. I have played four different slot games that I have downloaded. This is the only legit one that if you pay for something you actually get it. The other two main ones that I have downloaded are total scams anytime you pay for an upgrade for anything it disappears. On Caesars it’s there. If it’s going away it tells you it’s going away. You have plenty of time to use any of your upgraded coins. It’s a blast to play. It has so many different things you can play and take advantage of and know that your money is going to actually be spent on what you’re buying.

Almost Great. I have spent many hours playing this game. It has a wide variety with many fun things along the way! I love how they have turned something as simple as slots into something very creative and fun! The only down falls it has are performance-based, in my opinion. Played Many Hours. I’ve waited to post a review until I was sure I understood what was going on with this app. For all the fancy graphics and hoopla, Caesar’s Slots is an exercise in corporate greed, intent only in getting you to part with money consistently on a small scale. It adds up. The site is licensed by the Caesars brand, but has no real connection to the casinos and hotels. It is operated by an overseas company intent only on getting your money a drop at a time. The games are structured to force players into an unsustainable pattern of play, so it is not possible to win. The challenges and goals are all sucker bets, giving no real value. There is nothing to gain at all. The games are not linked to your players card. The only reason to play is for fun, and the rules are always changing to eliminate any ‘fun’ that is not being paid for. The latest changes in the games eliminated what little fun I was getting from playing.

King of the North. Loved the games until 12 hours before the end of the Aria’s Treasure Hunt Challenge. Then the developers changed the value of a winning symbol and made it impossible to win the challenge. The only way to win would be to buy spins at a rate of hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. This is what happens: In the previous four days, I bet 4 Million coins and when I hit the symbol for a spin I would get one spin. All of a sudden today, while I’ve been betting 10M, when hitting the symbol (less frequently), it now takes about six or seven symbols to activate a spin. Of course, if I were really caught up in winning, I COULD buy spins. Classic bait and switch racket. This is associated with Caesars Entertainment (from Las Vegas, etc) and they should really be careful about being associated with this illegal operation. I was really looking forward to this as a substitute for not being able to go to Las Vegas. Now even that has been ruined.

Caesar’s. This was the first Playtika game and I started playing about 4.5 years ago. This game has come a long way since then, but it’s still a casino game and still robs you blind like the slots at standard casinos do. They do a great job keeping you roped in and motivated to get more with their many side goals and games. It’s always been fun, but it can be very frustrating. I appreciate what they’ve done with another one of their games (Bingo Blitz) where they’ve given me VIP status and a personal account manager who gives me goodies here and there and where the game gives me reimbursements (as a percentage) for the tokens I’ve paid for and played with (and lost). It would be nice if that same personal touch was given to long-term, high paying players of this game as well.

The Quest for the Always Win Machine. This quest will be over in a few days. I have tried really hard to collect all the parts to receive my bonus. I just need 2 items and I will complete my second setting. Then 5 more to complete it all and get my big bonus. I have bought coins at least 8 times recently and I go through them in less than 10 minutes. I bet the max amount required to get at least one treasure chest item. But it never happens. The slots have been tight lately. I feel I bought so many coins so I can complete this quest and for nothing. I can’t afford to buy anymore and the game will be over in a few days. I think I will be deleting this game soon. I’m so disappointed. I have been playing it and buying coins since 2010. Maybe it’s time I move on to a different game.

NOT A FAN OF NEW FORMAT!. I have been playing Caesar Slots for years. NOT A FAN OF THE NEW FORMAT / CHANGES MADE THIS WEEK. The hourly bonus coin button now combined with boost wheel and daily spins button is confusing and not easy to use. The toggling between features is very annoying. Feels like it was designed only to make more money for developer because it is easier clicking on paid features that you don’t want to access. In-game betting amount selector is small and hard to read / use. The big win / mega win announcement is now plain and ordinary. You should have stayed with what you had. If it wasn’t broke, why change it??? Very disappointing to see these changes to my number 1 slot app that I play. Will definitely not play as much or spend money on if these changes remain. Poor decision to what was a very enjoy experience. Just my opinion…

Mixed Review. I have a lot of fun playing Caesar’s Slots, but have two complaints. 1) The “Your Vault is Maxed Out” drop-down window is so annoying. It’s popping up for every spin & I hate it. I don’t want to pay $3.99 to empty it. Enough already! Once every time I open the app should suffice. 2) The Quest for the Always Win Machine... I’ve worked hard, like everyone else, to earn pieces to complete each “part” of the machine. If I’d realized it was like the Safeway Monopoly game where certain pieces were rare, I doubt I would have bothered. And, the noticed that popped up saying if you do the max bet 12 (?) times a machine part would be completed for you. Small print: not everyone who did that would get it... So, I still highly recommend the app, just know things aren’t always what you expect.

Selective luck. Just like the casinos it’s all rigged. Funny how low bets get you jack pots. But when I get bonuses or progressive on max bet is complete None sense. Too easy now. The game use to be fun. I admit I’ve complained in the past about it being really difficult to win on the game . It was very rare to actually win any points but easy as heck to loose. Loosen up the slots please. If you expect people to spend money, you have to loosen up the slots. USING 1.55 GB OF MY MEMORY!!. While the initial download this app has a relatively low amount of space that it will take up on your device, once using the app, it can dramatically take up much more space as you need to download different slot machines in order to play some of them. I suppose you can get by with only using the few basic slot machines available at first, but many times you have to agree to allow this app to download additional graphics for other machines on to your phone or tablet or whatever you use. I have not seen this mentioned before in the comments and I noticed my iPhone becoming slower, so upon investigation discovered that aside from photos, this app is the biggest memory hog on my device.

How do you actually play this game?. It’s been a while since I’ve played. I have been trying to open this game and play for almost 20 minutes now. I keep getting pop up after pop-up about different games within the game. But it won’t let me play a slot game. Very bizarre! How do you get to the actual slot games?!?! How do you close out of this weird little tiger thing? There is no way to close out of the screen. It will not go away. I keep closing the game and going back in trying to get past this tiger that I am supposed to feed. I simply want to play a slot game! And every time I close the game trying to get past this weird tiger, I have to close out of 20 screens advertising something else. Changing my rating. Current: having a lot of issues where I’ve placed a bet of 7,500,00 and had 40,000,000+ as soon as I hit spin get a window pop up giving me a “deal” because I’m out of coins and as soon as spin ends I’m down to 2,038,000 or so, so a major glitch especially with the amount of time and real money I’ve added to the game. I have had this happen A LOT lately with no rhyme or reason. Payouts are based on what you Pay-In. Hi, I have read the reviews and most of them agree payouts are awful. Well, I don’t agree. Why, because when I bet a lot I win a lot and for that reason I have to not agree with the majority of you. You have to be lucky, I bet high when I feel it's right, just intuition nothing more than that. How, let’s say you have a million credits and you keep betting 50 at a time, then when you feel lucky, bet a thousand for two or three times. You win a lot more than you think and be leave me, the payouts won’t be awful.

Changing my bet. This is actually one of my most favorite slots to play. I play nearly everyday. However I cannot stand the fact that if I check a text and go back to my game my bet is increased most times 10x what I was betting and if I’m not paying attention in 2-3 spins ALL my coins are gone. Helping me continue my gambiling while at home. Love the games, hate the constant changing of bets. Last year the min bet to participate in the challenges was 18-22 million now it is 30-37 million. Last week two of the games I would do Max bets on where 150 million and 250 million, today they are 250 and 350 million. Weekend bets are higher on some games. Is there an assumption that those of us who play the games are stupid and just won’t notice. You have a good thing but the gouging is getting so bad it is ridiculous. Also recommend that folks pay attention to their wins, a couple of the games tell you that you won a certain amount but you are not receiving that. When I don’t acted them I was told it was because they could not fit what we were actually getting on the game so they rounded up on the graphic, (King of the North for instance) but we are getting a rounded down amount.
