Kingshot Comments & Reviews 2026

Fun at first, P2W quickly shows. At first the game is insanely fun, maybe the best in its genre (rivaling its sister game Whiteout Survival). There is so much to do and they are constantly adding content. The problem arises when the P2W (pay to win) aspects quickly show up after the first 2-3 months, your server can be in complete chaos by a toxic whale who refuses to negotiate with anyone. I’ve played multiple servers and this is always an issue. It’s demotivating to sink money and time into a game just to hit an unbalanced combat brick wall because of the P2W aspects. What’s worse is the toxic whale in our server has broken most of the company’s ToS (Terms of Service) agreement with harassment, discriminatory hate speech, etc. and the Customer Support refuses to do anything about it.. because guess what - the high spenders even get ENHANCED Customer Support. If you want temporary and quick fun, it’s great for that. Just don’t expect the PvP (Player vs Player) aspects to be very fair later in the game.

Ads are deceptive. Yet ANOTHER game that has playable ads that make it seem fun but don’t work the same once you download. I gave this game two days of play to see if it would eventually get me to some gameplay like the ads & it just doesn’t. You basically have a “homestead” type area that you are constantly upgrading & it increases in time for each upgrade. The battles aren’t like the ads. It’s boring. Why can’t anyone make a game that is like their ads and their alleged game play on the opening of their app here in the App Store?! They all hope you download and keep playing and end up PAYING into the game all in search of what they originally came for and then hope players get so invested that they don’t care that nothing resembles the ads that brought them there. I learned my lesson after investing thousands into other apps, I’m not doing it here and I now only give games limited time to be as advertised. This one flops.

The beginning of the end. So, positives about this game include excellent graphics and creative expansion of game activities. But, it’s important to remember that this game is built on exactly the same SDK as every other clan based game ever built, and it will follow the same pattern ending in the devs executing a desperate money grab until it dies in spectacular fashion. We are having our first KVK this week. Of course we’ve been “matched” with a kingdom full of whales, we have zero chance of winning so what’s the point? Everyone will blow all of their shields, and those who don’t will be one hit zero’d. Next will come the merging of states where invariably an alliance of whales will take over and make the game nearly unplayable for most. The devs will break the economy in an effort to keep new people coming in, discounting what everyone else has taken months to build up, and we’ll all start to abandon ship. I love the people I’ve met, as these games always quickly become more about the social than the game. I’ll keep playing, buying the occasional 99 cent pack, and hope that there will finally be a group of devs interested in creating something sustainable. Not holding my breath.

Why do the Ads show us lies. It makes no sense that 99% of mobile games now are just advertising a better game than they have. Kingshot advertises itself to show a tower defense that progressively gets harder as the days go on. After clearing each day you can get coins to upgrade or build any defense for the next day. This all sounds fun and cool but when you download the game it’s just another Clash Of Clans rip off. You defend for 1 day and then wait for building to be done and then you assign random people to those building in which doing so does literally nothing. There is no tower defense to this game at all, they re skined their other game “whiteout survival” and called it “kingshot” this is just a knock off of their own game and “whiteout survival” is a rip off of clash of clans and frostpunk on pc. They took all the elements of frostpunk and plopped it on their terrible clash of clans rip off. This company is terrible and sneaky why play any of their games. I can almost guarantee all their games are made up of bots because I know for a fact no one plays these games everyday for more than a month. <3

Not like the Ads at All. I’m not sure if anyone else who has seen the advertisements for this game, is disappointed in what it really is. I was seeing quite a few different ads for Kingshot while playing other games. It looks like a fast pace attack, get coins, build defense, attack some more …. However, this game is not remotely like that. It is a strategy game, building and leveling up. The actual gameplay, the game board, the characters, look nothing like these advertisements. It makes me wonder if the game used to look like that, and then they changed it. If so, maybe they should update their advertising. As I said, I was very disappointed after watching all those ads, and finding that the game wasn’t like that. Actually, if the advertisements had looked more like the real game, I might’ve downloaded it sooner. The real game is actually really nice. They might get more people playing it if the advertisements were more representational.

Everyone stop the cap. While it has no ads and may be fun for some people, you must be a different kind of gamer. The ads are lies where you see your towers shooting guys and you build more, that isn’t in the game at all. Not only that it takes a long time to actually become strong, even if you spent money, you almost kind of have to or you will sit slowly gaining power. Let’s put it this way I only kept playing because I had the time and didn’t really care at first, but now after having to do all your daily tasks over and over which are a tiny bit tedious, then there’s events which are good but at the same time you either put in whatever is required if you have it or if you don’t and don’t spend money you just won’t get good rewards. And I’m not talking about holiday events although it has the same but they are better. So let’s say you don’t want to spend money which you shouldn’t it’s a mobile game and if anything the prices should be much lower, it will take you a while to get your center to max which is level 30 and after that you can even upgrade it and other buildings more with a certain material. You also have to get all your heroes to level 70 and get them all gold gear and upgrade the gear in two different ways and then if your lucky someone would have told you that there are seasonal heroes meaning each server depending when it started will be behind earlier servers. And each next set of new heroes are better than the last. Depending when you start and what server you get put on make sure to find out when new heroes come out for your server so you don’t just upgrade the original ones you start with. Also you need to be in an alliance or literally everything will be slower because you’ll be able to get huge amount of resources and also be able to do certain events.

False advertising and a Lords Mobile copycat!. The game is not like advertised in the videos and trial play. It shows way different game play, different interactions and different construction and tasks than what you actually get. The real game is too similar to Lords Mobile and not in a good way. I wanted to play the game in the game ads, the game as is is just not as fun and I already spent the 8 plus years building my empire in Lords Mobile, I don’t really want to do that with a less fun and less rewarding version of the game. Yes I absolutely gave it a try, I played till level 14 on the main building called the Town Center, I’ve built and maxed all of the smaller buildings and am half way done with the larger builds. I’m on lever 5 and 6 of the troop tier and I have most of the heroes available. It really is a LM ripoff. The commercial ad shows an invading army marching in, you have to build a tower gun, you have to collect coins in order to do so, you have to build a mine behind the main building that looks like a small castle and the more enemies you kill the more coins stack up and the mines gold coins stack up to upgrade everything, but that just isn’t the game you get. It’s fraudulent is what it is and I’m sick of developers doing this bait and switch. Shame on them!

It’s a one-sided game, and the bigger alliances like CMTst harass people, they spam do not play fai. It’s a one-sided game, and the bigger alliances like Checkmate [CMT] in kingdom 62, bully, stalk, spam attack, harass and again spam attack much smaller players and alliances, they, [CMT], spam. They do not play fair. The developers do respond, but it is like talking to a BOT. This alliance has members who harassed us and when we reported them to their leader(s), the alliance leader(s) encouraged their behavior. This makes the game not fun to play because they are threatening and only pursuing and attacking people who are much smaller and less capable as they are, people who did not spend money to play this game, and they mark, they stalk, and they are stalking me and my alliance members. Everytime my shield is deactivated, they spam attack and I have to repair my city often because they will not leave me or my alliance alone. We never did bother them and I never did attack them although I did address them because they kept pursuing me and attacking my town each time I teleported away from them, and I told this to their alliance leader, but they did not listen. This game does not seem to have a bullying or an anti-harassment policy, it seems, but the developers are more focused on selling their in-game products, which is more of a nuisance and negligent to the general public and the App Store, as it is allowed.

Company makes it impossible to delete your account. It’s 100% a data harvesting app.. I hate this game! It’s set up to entice people in a casino coin slots way. Played it for two days and thought it was boring. But the most annoying part is they have a long process for you being able to delete your account lol no doubt because they want to be able to keep your data and info. They wanna know such things as what day your account was activated on which if you don’t have that written down in your calendar, there’s nowhere to find it in there game app. I will never download another game from this company ever again. also, to those wary of your information being taken, they want to connect it to all of your outside accounts and because you can’t delete it it’s 100% a data harvesting app. At first, I thought it was nice that it’s not really a play to win and they give you a lot of the diamonds that you can buy with real money but I realize now after trying to delete the app they make it seem. Like you’re getting all this stuff for free, but you’re not. It’s a data harvesting app.

Good Until You Realize Money Is the Real Strategy. Kingshot was honestly fun at first, which is probably why it sucked me in so hard. It starts feeling like strategy actually matters, but after a while you realize the real strategy is having more money than everyone else. People in my server were spending absolutely insane amounts of money. Like genuinely concerning amounts. Not really the game’s fault if someone blows their paycheck on it, same way Vegas isn’t responsible if someone loses their retirement, but the game absolutely feeds into that addictive “just spend a little more to keep up” mentality. They constantly keep you tied to your phone if you want to progress your kingdom or stay relevant in events. Sure, technically it’s free to play, but progression gets painfully slow unless you spend. And even spending a little doesn’t really matter because there’s always someone spending thousands. World chat/alliance chat also got super toxic and exhausting. Half the drama felt more intense than actual real life relationships. Honestly chat probably made the game worse. Events also just started repeating over and over with tiny breadcrumb updates pretending to be major improvements. After several months it just became the same cycle constantly. I get why people like it, and some people genuinely enjoy these games responsibly, but for me it eventually stopped feeling fun and started feeling more like an addiction disguised as a strategy game.

Pretty disappointed. The game is fine with graphics and no ads, but other aspects are just lacking. The ads you see for the game just aren’t true. The gameplay about defending your base is laughably simpler than even what was in the ad. It feels like a generic base building game you see in every other mobile app, and it’s all tied to Alliances, and Alliance battles that just are annoying. I hate these war games masquerading themselves as anything remotely puzzle, story, or simple build based games. I’ve played dozens like this one, and even though the cover looks nice, it becomes boring and annoying when PvP wars start to bombard your alliance. The little story in this game is entirely gone once you reach about stage ten in your overall level, and I am at 17 now. The defense aspect is like only once a day or so, and is almost pointless. Battling alliances is all this game is for, which is all any of these games become in the end. Just disappointing since I would much rather play the game I saw in ads. TLDR: It’s a bland genre of game, ads lie, and story is non-existent.

Nothing like the Ads or demo. It’s the super bizarre thing that lot of the game makers do these days, make false advertising ads, make a game demo, and it’s nothing like the game. It doesn’t make any sense. I play the demo, like the game, download it, play it, and then angry that it’s nothing like the game I thought I was getting. But if you took the time to make a playable demo version of the game, was it really then more profitable to make a full other game and try trick people into playing that instead? WHY? What you get in the demo, what you see in the pictures, it’s all lies. That’s not the game you get when you download it. It’s like playing 2 minute demo of a sports game, you like it, you download it, and it’s now a first person shooter. It’s dishonest and it’s weird. As it is, the game you actually get is average. It’s hundreds of $5 and $10 micro transactions all over the place that still won’t keep you competitive with the big spenders. The players in the game are a decent group, the customer service is awful, slow unhelpful responses, and dishonest answers. Be very wary of any VIP packages as they don’t all actually provide an upgrade, it’s basically split into two purchases where the first one does nothing without buying the second one, more expensive one. Absolutely DO NOT Recommend

Fun but Terrible customer service. You can play this game as free to play and it is fun for three months if you follow the guides online. Also game is generous with rewards but after level 28 town center it gets harder and harder if you don’t spend money. Customer is terrible if you have problems they demand screenshots as proof when you encounter bugs or problems. Key is to find good alliance and be active but don’t expect any real customer service if you have problems in game. I had problems twice in game and both times customer service response made me feel like they did not take my concern seriously or care. When I mentioned I lost power ups and items due to bugs in game they said prove it by giving screenshots. Who takes screenshots of in game items. Reality is they want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible and any free to players and low spender are not their concern. Little do they realize without a healthy customer base whales leave and game dies. A lesson most gotcha games never seem to learn.

Can Confirm - Ad Is Nothing Like the Game. They got me with the tower defense ad. You start the game in a tutorial mode which features these mechanics. But you long move past that into idle mechanics and constant incentives from the developer to purchase packages to increase your city. They’ve built a powerful Skinner Box - as evidenced by this Chinese owned studio’s revenue month-over-month in 2025 (est. $500M).You can play F2P, but it will be slow going and you better hope you’re in a stable server. I’m a low spender. I’m on Day 40 and I’ve spent about $125. I don’t see myself spending more money or playing this game beyond the KvK. It’s already getting a bit repetitious. The intra-Kingdom politics are interesting however. You can see the smaller alliances slowly getting less active as the more powerful/active players move up to the more powerful alliances. That part is fascinating. The game can be a good time, but just know that the ad shows a tiny fraction of the actual gameplay and even these ads are telling some porkies. You can also sink a lot of money into this game. I’m pretty sure our resident whale has put in over $5K. That’s just insane for a mobile game. Bravo Century Games?

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent a week trying to perform the "monumental" task of trying to update my contact email. Apparently, at Kingshot, this requires more security than a bank vault. After waiting 24+ hours between every reply, I was sent to a website to provide lengthy documentation of account ownership, including purchase screenshots. I've had TSA pat downs less thorough than this. Fine, I thought as I provided everything required, at least I'll be done. Wrong. Their response? They demanded receipts for specific dates where I didn't even make a purchase. It's a literal Catch-22: they won't provide help unless I provide proof of transactions that never happened. When I pointed out the flaw in that request, they went silent. If you enjoy being gaslit by a support bot (or a human acting like a very bad boy) this is the app for you. For everyone else: Run. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away. The app might function, but the support team is a black hole of logic. UPDATE: 10 days later, finally progress... they have removed my old email. But the update to my new email fails. Back to customer service. Now I'm told that I have to wait 15 days for account cooldown. I'm convinced their customer service is run by Sisyphus. Stay away.

Good bye. I have played this game for exactly a month. I did bought a lot with cash in other games but not this one bc the packs are soooo random, like it says "this chest may contain 1-3 items" to me that's just 1 item. All rewards looks great but you will actually get just a little, the game encourages you to pour more and more. That said, I was obsessed with the bunny on the moon, after I confirmed with my alliance that it needs 3 rounds purchae (which was not correct and information was limited via google) I purchased $40 to get that bunny just to know it actually cost $100. This top-up thing is another fraud, you never know how many points you going to get from the second packs unless you buy the first one, it keep causing you sunk cost. I got it refunded bc the packs do not actually contain anything I want except for the bunny (but I'm not paying $100 for that), I didn't touch any of those rewards and waited for the game to get those items out, instead, after Apple proceeded refund, the game banned me from doing anything and is forcing me to repurchase to continue the game. Hence deleting now. Recommend you play a more conscientious game.

Do yourself a favor and DONT download unless you have money to burn. Only way to have an edge in this game is to spend money. Every single event is a competition between players on who can spend the most. After a while, the game feels like a chore where you feel you must do daily tasks to keep up but you’ll still be behind the whales who spend tens of thousands of dollars. All events repeat in a never ending cycle and the game play is actually extremely boring. One of the main events is the castle battle which can last up to 6 hours and reoccurs monthly. Think about whether being stuck in a 6 hour event on Saturday morning (4am-10am pst) is what you want out of a mobile game. Most players download this game to play castle defense and get bamboozled into this instead. That is the primary way they attract new users — talk about a TRAP!! Two stars from me because you gotta hand it to the game devs for making a game where players willingly pry their wallets wide open to win meaningless rewards.

Real review from someone who saw the ad. This game is nothing like the ad. You don’t upgrade different towers and such as waves of enemies come down a path. There are some mechanics like that, but it’s only 5% of the game play. And upgrading your little kingdom and making it look cool, and doing things for your villagers only applies to the few levels or first couple days of playing the game. That ends quick, once you reach level 10, (pretty easy after a weekend), you need to join an alliance and that it instantly switches to a pay and grind game. None of the villager/castle stuff matters after that. You basically need to spam training troops, and send them to where your alliance needs them. That all happens on a map, little to no animations or actual live gameplay. It’s pay a grind, training troops and upgrading the same 5 building will soon take hours. And you’re just hoping your alliance is active enough so you don’t have to wait or pay $ to have fun. There are other games with the exact same mechanics that do It better.

Game Update Recommendations. The game is fun so far. Some recommendations I have is to allow game transfers to different kingdom. I had a friend join but they were in a different kingdom than me. They had to start all over just so they could be in the same kingdom. If possible, it would be nice to be able to allow your current data to be transferred to another kingdom or allow kingdom selection at the beginning of the game. Another recommendation I have is to allow certain purchases to apply to your overall account and not one of the game profiles you created on your account. When I had said friend move over to my kingdom, they had to pay the $2.99 fee again just to have another builder. It would be nice to have that specific purchase apply to all your profiles instead of having to pay for it again with real money. I understand if it were a game pack that had certain heroes/perks that you wouldn’t want to apply to all profiles, but having to pay for a second builder for each profile seems like overkill. Aside from those two things the game is pretty fun. There’s a lot to do and tons of events that keep the game interesting, since each event is unique in the tasks that it requires.

Will have Highs & Lo’s. Honest review. I want to start by saying I didn’t understand what type of game this was when starting. Definitely long term game. I would recommend playing with a team of friends at the start make sure ur kingdom number is the same when I sign up. That said I have a demanding schedule. I’m in Recovery ministry and lead the music department and another team for Sunday etc . Ministry is exhausting and I wanted to be able to check out . This game started to tap me further. I quickly took on a lead position because of the alliance I was in. I started burning out but everyone around me was pleasant so I stuck it out. Enter the big teams and their personalities. I’m pretty sure some are sociopaths that will b seen on a crime show someday. I’ve had better experiences talking to people on the streets at the worst times of their lives than these people that are supposed to be playing a “GAME!” A few people seem to be decent at times but Birds of a feather… I believe in mtg people where they are at and they change when they are ready to. Until then just decent . These are people online and ur instincts are there to protect you. Try not to interact unless absolutely necessary. Learn about the game you don’t need to spend money to play. Just patience and proper team work. Americans don’t get discounts like other countries. FYI. Learned that late. Stay true to your character no matter what. Don’t let negative people dictate your responses. Maybe there should be categories for the type of game play people want to sign up for so the good natured people can be on certain servers and the others can stay together and do their thing and abuse each other. Just a thought. The one positive the bigger teams do provide is the consistent teamwork and organization. I will give them that.

NOT a tower defense game at all!. Ok, I got into this game because I wanted a tower defense game and the ad/demo seemed fun. While there is a pseudo-tower defense element to this, it is elementary at best and you only get like two events per day. And once you play for a week it is completely repetitive and tedious. In fact at a certain level you just click a button to skip that entirely. What this game is, is a massively multiplayer kingdom building and battle simulation. You spend time gathering resources, increasing your town’s buildings levels and getting better armor/charms to grow in power. You join one of many alliances in the kingdom and then have weekly competitions of different types to gain bonuses and prestige. However, while you can have fun playing for free, to have any real chance of competing you MUST expect to spend at least $5/day buying upgrades. Since this is all virtual stuff, you are out of that money if/when you quit the game. On that note, if Century Games suspects you of cheating by using emulators and automation scripts, be prepared to lose everything with no recourse, except spending $99 to unlock your account. Seriously, there was a big purge this past week and we are without a king right now. Unfortunately, my entire alliance is being penalized because of this since no new king can be selected for another week or so. This means no kingdom-wide bonuses. The one thing I like is the worldwide community of friends I’ve built that I will continue to communicate with long after this game is uninstalled.

Not a strategy game. This game is by far not a strategy game. I say it is because one there is literally no strategy. I could literally send up a whole hundred people at one player and they can get wiped out just because the guy is level is high enough where is the skill needed in that they just literally brought the levels not strategy at all yeah I don’t see no strategy I trapped. I tried seeing if there was any strategy. I don’t really I don’t see any yeah no charging another example as you sent out you have like eight troops in total eight squats you can sit out in those eight squads should just pick up all your truths, but they really don’t because you can’t have infinite number of troops at your base so and the floor land event you could literally say five people high enough level killer who wiped the floor with 20 people in SS because their levels of their troops in because they have an infant number of almost troops that they can use so you can’t destroy our base we’re entering other troops vulnerable you can’t do none of that so yeah, this is just not a strategy game

Paypigs dream. The game itself is a mishmash of ideas from other phone game titles that existed before it, and honestly a good time waster i put several hours in, watching my little numbers go up while pressing a button. Not a whole lot of fun to be had but it does itch the grind portion of the brain. A problem that plagues many phone games is the issue of monetization. This is a hugely debated topic in general and one that’s hard to find a middle ground on. Some online multiplayer games actually attempt to have decent monetization that isnt horribly pay to win can you believe it? Kingshot isn’t one of those, there’s no skill involved to beat another player it’s just who has the bigger numbers you can’t out think or outmaneuver other players. As well with the monetization other players will get vastly ahead just by being good little whales and spending silly amounts of cash for gems or speed ups. I personally don’t think it’s worth your time to try. It isn’t innovative other games like white out survival (also pay pig heaven) do what this does

Frankensteined Copycat Game. I went into this thinking it might be a new Supercell style title because that’s exactly the vibe the ads give off. But once you actually play it, something feels off almost immediately. The game is packed with AI heavy, overly familiar elements that look blatantly lifted from other well known games. Some of the heroes are basically warped knockoffs you can even spot characters that look suspiciously like badly remixed versions from the Witcher universe. It’s not subtle, and it’s not creative. And it’s not just the visual problems. This game itself is a total Frankenstein mess. Different mechanics stitched together with not real coherence, no depth, no soul. What you actually do is grind a lot, mindless, repetitive grinding with very little strategic satisfaction. The worst part? The ads. I was pulled in by ads that promised a completely different experience. What I got in-game barely resembles what was advertised. That kind of bait nd switch is dishonest, and honestly insulting to players’ time. Overall, this feels like a game that relies on copying, AI-generated design shortcuts, and misleading marketing rather than original ideas or fun gameplay. If you’re tired of lazy clones and fake ads, this one’s an easy skip.

Toxic. The only reason I’m still playing this is because of the money I spent to advance. This game is filled with toxic players with no control by developers. If you don’t play the game by the made up rules of other people behind a screen, you won’t succeed in this game. The rules are contradictory to the actual rules and spirit of the game. If the players on the server don’t like you, they will gang up on you and burn your city to the ground every day until you quit. If one player doesn’t like you, they will hit you every single way they can and nobody else will do a thing about it to mitigate the targeting. And lord help you if the bigger players don’t like each other, they will burn down the smaller players around just to get back at the larger more powerful player they are actually angry at. Any joy in playing this game will be short lived until a “NAP” takes over and violently imposes their made up rules on everyone else. The only way to get power and be strong enough to have any say is to spend. The people with the biggest wallets make the rules. And we all know how well that works out.

P2W type of game disguised as no ads and totally free. I think just like many others, I was drawn by the ads at the beginning and downloaded this game. It was very fun at the beginning and it was relaxing. As I leveled up to about seven or eight, that’s when I found out and exactly with the same framework as another game that I quit recently, which is entirely paid to win. The other game, the referencing to is called SoS in abbreviation. The mechanisms, the graphics, the layout and the speed ups that are used for construction training, troops, etc. are all exactly the same. I got really disappointed. I started the other game during Covid and played for three years until I recently quit about a year ago. That heavily pay to win game I spent so much to stay on top of it and be strong. Given this game King shot it’s exactly the same mechanisms and layout and based on what I’m seeing on the top up packages, I truly believe it is a similar game. Maybe people can prove me wrong, but I’m giving it one star and deleted the app right away. No more falling into traps of pay to win games that disguised as free and no ads.

Good Game, with caveats…. This is a good, even great, game. Fun, entertaining, addictive. However its success comes with some huge caveats: First, it’s not the game you see in the advertisements. It‘s a multi-game within a game. This is good or bad depending on if you like the nested game concept. Second, your enjoyment of this game absolutely depends on joining a strong and active alliance. You need strong friends in this game. If you don’t do the team thing, you will hate this game, and likely be bullied and farmed by the nearest strong alliance. Likewise if you like teamwork making the dream work, you‘ll love this game! Can’t emphasize this enough. Find a strong alliance team early and stick with them through thick and thin. There‘s strength, and even joy, in a strong alliance. This game is designed to feed on the week and unprotected. Third, if you understand the two caveats above, you don’t have to pay anything to be successful in this game. Resist the FOMO and you can play the entire game (with your strong alliance) until end game without paying a cent. Paying definitely makes things easier, but there‘s no pay wall you can’t get by with extreme patience. As in life, Money just makes everything easier. In my opinion this is possibly one of the last IOS games you can enjoy that isn’t monetized to the point of being unplayable.

Not at all what I expected in all the right ways. The advertisement for this game is not up to scale for what the game is. I’m sure ad it gains more attention, they will (hopefully) put more money into their ads. I got this game as a joke, but I was actually shocked when the game wasn’t at all what they advertised, it was infinitely better! The more I played, the more fun I had, and even still I keep unlocking more and more major gameplay changes that make it so much more interesting! Amazing game, but don’t judge it based off the ads. Also, as a side note, the art style for this game is amazing. They made a cartoonish medieval style that just works. I don’t know why, it just works. Perfectly. I also hope they put some thought into redesigning some of the voice lines to make them sound more “intimidating” or “heroic,” but who knows maybe I’m just too picky.

Misleading & Expensive. I’ve played a lot of video games over the decades. This game is the perfect example of one who’s marketing doesn’t even remotely resemble the gameplay, graphics or genre, but also due to it being a non-advertised and essential multiplayer dynamic of the game, forces a player to pay to be competitive, as well as to be fully engaged to maintain development versus others. It is described by some as a 4x strategy game, which is my favorite genre, yet truly it’s a huge stretch to put it in a category with famous titans of the genre such as Sid Meier’s Civilization or Stellaris. Examples of the gameplay steering the player to spend money daily include menus constantly redirecting to numerous shop screens for bonuses and benefits, most of which contain tiny, but “free” benefits for visiting; allowing & encouraging a secondary farm account/character in the same world to push your primary account to higher levels while actually not carrying over any in-game purchases from one to the other; and continuously cycling “special events,” each with their own in-game currency and timer with limits to exclusive benefits important for game-play success but truly cost money to be competitive. Based on advertising alone, a player attracted to this game is looking for an idle, play as you wish feel, and this game is designed to lure the player very gradually into an addictive mindset over time as more and more components, all of which come with monetary shopping, reveal themselves along the way. Finally, this game is no different from a similar one by the same developer, with a simple reskin, Whiteout Survival. If you don’t mind spending $5-$50/week, with that amount gradually increasing over time, want a multiplayer experience, and enjoy a never ending, goalless leveling-up gamestyle, this game might be for you.

Terrible game. The ads for the game are in no way shape or form like the actual game, still decided to give it a try. Game is completely pay to win, there are players and alliances that actively pick on newer players and completely destroy any progress you’ve made in the game, and by the time you’ve rebuilt it, gets destroyed again. Game has “kill day” events where the highest level and strongest players actively pick on players and alliances that cannot defend themselves. You’re not even able to opt out of the events. The game allows you to attack someone over and over again. You make a complaint about how unfair it is, the game just tells you to buy a shield. Initially, starting out wasn’t bad, you’re not a target of the “big dogs” as you don’t have the resources for them to farm off you or the troop count to make “kill days” with their while, but as you grow, you become more of a target and the game has a massive power imbalance. I just opted to delete my account and the game entirely as I don’t wanna waste my time with something that only encourages and benefits pay to win players.

Money sink. Deceptive marketing, and tricky pricing.. Installed this game based on advertising that indicated it is a tower defense game. The actual game is not that, and does not resemble animated advertisements at all. It very closely resembles Evony Return of the King. The focus is on growing your character’s power by purchasing packages of resources, gear, and hero characters. One can earn some of these through free play, by killing beasts, but to avoid being slaughtered by big spending whales you need to at least join a powerful alliance, and then are pressured to spend on power-ups to keep up with the advances of bigger spending competitors. If you let your guard down, your troops will be slaughtered, and then you will need to spend more to rebuild. This cannot be played casually, or you will be wiped out. You need to schedule your life around the times of alliance events. Everything escalates, requiring more and more investment to stay alive. Worst thing for me was deceptive in game purchases, all priced as if one-time decisions, but one turned out to be subscription, hitting me with automatic daily charges. Could not afford to keep it up.

P2P Friendly Gams. I was the alliance leader of the largest alliance on my server, won KvK, and was crowned king. I was a top-10 account, too, and I did everything this game offered. Strategy king, server king. You name it. This game is heavily designed for P2P. All F2Ps will start leaving the game starting 3rd month. All servers will merge to one another starting the 5th month and super servers are formed after the 8th month. You don't believe me? Check Reddit. I played last fortress, white out survivor, kind shot and rise of kingdoms. Last fortress is the worst, followed by wos & Kingshot. Rise of kingdoms is more friendly to free players. If you don't spend any money in this game, after the 3rd month, your army means nothing in the big wars. You rather not join anyones rallies tbh. It is better for them. Note for developers: increase daily claim pack and event rewards. They are almost the same entire year, but the game evolves much faster than that. If you can take care of low spenders by encouraging them more, you’ll have much lower churn.

A deceptive game. These games all follow the same pattern. You start, build, and then they plant people to start destroying people, especially during events, so people are forced to spend money to rebuild or grow. Eventually, you end up under permanent shield, unable to play the game unless you spend an exorbitant amount of money. We now have a clan that was thrown from another server due to malicious play, purposely bullying people and making the game for individual (new) players, clans, and kingdoms unplayable, I have spoken to the support of this game several times and have given them various suggestions. Although I also spent money on this game, I could not spend much due to my income level based on the country I live in. I told them to examine the regional conditions and income levels of the countries and define their packages accordingly. I also told them to add Persian language because there are a lot of players from Persian-speaking countries, but they did not pay any attention to my request. Friends, these game makers only think about themselves, not their audiences. Please be careful of your money, time, and mental health.

Horrible game and customer support. I started playing this game because the ad seemed fun. The AD IS A LIE. the game is fully pay to play. The game is not fun. The developers are purely looking to squeeze every penny out of you. There were also issues with in game experience, the customer support was horrible and made no effort to help me. They do not care about the customer base at all. Sure! Here's a satirical, intentionally "horrible" review of Kingshot whether you're referring to a film, product, or place, I’ll keep this flexible and generic. Let me know if you meant something specific! If you ever find yourself considering Kingshot, I implore you: do literally anything else. Watch paint dry. Count grains of rice. Stare directly at the sun — it’ll be more enjoyable and probably safer for your sanity. From the very first moment, Kingshot assaults your senses with the subtlety of a jackhammer and the charm of a damp sock. The plot (if you can call it that) wanders aimlessly like a confused goose, the characters are as wooden as IKEA furniture still in the box, and the pacing makes a snail look like a NASCAR driver. Whoever thought this was a good idea must have lost a bet. If it was meant to be avant-garde, it succeeded — in the sense that it boldly challenges the definition of “entertainment.” avoid Kingshot like it's a cursed VHS tape from a haunted thrift store. If this was the king’s shot, he missed by a kingdom’s length.

Power balance…. This game is overall pretty fun and is very close to other games like whiteout survival and rise of kingdoms. it has a huge flaw that really prevents you from fully being able to enjoy the game. There will always be people with enough money to practically rule the server. That’s fine and that’s how it’s always been however, what is absolutely astonishing to me is that this game allows there to be such a night and day difference in power between a player with 130million power and an ENTIRE ALLIANCE of 2 billion power. If a high spender invests heavily in gear and heroes…gov charms/gear. It feels almost impossible to Rally and do any meaningful damage to their city even if you were to have a rally size of 1 million troops with a rally lead that has modest and decent equipment. The power balancing is not OK whatsoever and it basically gives these whales free rein of the entire kingdom. With no way for anyone to really check them from abusing power and ruining the experience for everyone else

This Game is Subtly Humorous. This game is good, it's funny. You help 2 refugees at the beginning of the game, and the guy refugee is all- "I will serve you my King with honor", and the woman sees right through the manipulation and is like, "why is he putting us to work to rebuild HIS city- this is a scam", then immediately afterwards, they throw the woman in the kitchen, and are like, "Make us something to eat, woman! We're hungry!" - and then that poor woman doesn't even get a meal for herself, because another battle ensues. This game is fun. It's subtly humorous, when you catch the quick witted jokes. - I recommend playing with the sound on. I've been playing with the sound off for all my games because I had my phone on vibrate. That little notch/switch at the top of your Iphone- yeah I just figured out until recently that that turns off the music and sound for all your games as well- If anyone was struggling with the same. Anyways this game plays like Frozen City. It's a good game.

Not what the ads say, but still great. I started this game about a week ago, it’s not what the ads say it is but the overall game is very similar to clash royal. I have over three million power and slowly growing. It’s very easy to play, and there are no ads. There’s A LOT of things you have to pay for if you want them. There’s too many transactions to go through, but they are optional. I have spent no money on this game and still find it very enjoyable. Once you reach a certain level, you can talk to other people. I’ve found that people on this game vary from very sweet, to chill, or just super aggressive. I personally love the events and being able to chat with everyone about their progress. People are very supportive of you join the right alliances. The chatting has to be one of the best features.

Kingshot - Awesome, but not what I was expecting. I’ve played Kingshot now for about 7 to 8 days. I downloaded the game because I like the idea of trying to stop the enemy from getting into my town and setting up turrets and towers and stuff like that. What I wasn’t expecting was having to build up a whole city or a town and go ahead and you compete and get into all alliances I thought it was a single player game all that being said kind of disappointed on that front but everything else has been pretty great joined an alliance that’s been a blast. It’s easy to keep up with the game as you progress it does take longer to get stuff done. I realize you can go ahead and buy packs to speed that up, but I don’t have any interest in spending the money like that. The only other thing I noticed is that there’s so much going on probably way more going on than what I’m aware of, so it’s kind of difficult to keep up with everything without going online and really doing some research at the how things work but you know on the whole for the casual plane that I do. It’s a great Game.

NOT LIKE THEIR ADS!. As many other people have stated… This game is NOTHING like their ads! Every ad I saw that popped up between my other various games portrayed this primarily as a “tower defense“ game. In fact there was one ad where they had a guy I think he was maybe working on a vehicle and he slid out from under the vehicle and named three things he hated about most games. One of their ads stated that the game is essentially “pure fighting”… And nothing could be further from the truth! while some folks like the game… I’m guessing they stumbled across it and we’re not led by the ads like most of the recent comments indicate… Because they like the fact that you are essentially having to “build a town”. if that’s what you’re into then this might be a good game for you. But I was looking for pretty much appear “fight, fight, fight“ with maybe a minimal amount of “upgrade your weapons“ or “upgrade the defense of your tower“. This game is not at all like this and I wouldn’t have rated it a one star other than the fact that they straight up lied to the consumers with the design of their ads.

Disappointed. There first thing I noticed was the ads were misleading pertaining to game play, but I didn’t discount the game immediately because it could still be fun… and it was in the beginning! It has a good development story, fun characters and compelling potential of advancement. I didn’t even mind the grind of repeated tasks and long wait times to build and train. Then the p2w beast started panhandling for EVERYTHING!! I’ve played plenty of games with micro-purchasing, but this game brings it to another level. I love maximizing efficiency to compete with those that just pay to overcome their inefficiencies, but it is impossible with this one. Unless you’re willing to invest a ton of time to not even place in the top 100 in anything, move on to another game. I eventually caved in and spent some money, but quickly realized I was unwilling to spend the amount others were to compete in this game of ‘financial chicken’. So I decided to leave the game and tried to unbind my account from my credit card and pass it to my daughter who wanted to try it without purchases… after the in-game “help” asked me for the same information 3 times (which I provided with screenshots) it became obvious they would not unbind it. I deleted and moved on. To make it clear, I do not mind spending a little on games. Like to remove ads or cosmetics, but this one is 100% pay to win… or even compete! The search for a compelling f2p game continues…

Misleading advertising. Don’t get me wrong it’s a fun game but it’s completely misleading. The fun little playable demo is nothing like the actual game. Ive played for months and never found the level you go around and kill the guys and collect coins like that to upgrade your base and collect more coins. What it actually is would be a team game to constantly grow your gear and hero’s to battle other teams. Whether it be alliance vs alliance or server vs server. Every time you turn around there is another event they want you to spend money and there is a constant struggle to get your gear high enough so you can actually make a difference and not just get trampled by whales. Although I’ve had fun with the game I wish I never saw the advertisement. This has been a complete waste of money. The need to stay competitive requires you to spend at a minimum of a hundred of dollars a month on the game. With many months reaching hundreds to thousands. Yes you can completely play free and enjoy the game but know you will be nothing more than a background character and get owned at every corner. The only reason I keep playing is that it is a social game. I have met many cool people here from all over the world. That doesn’t change the fact that I wish I would have never downloaded the game. Player beware!

Good game but horrible community with a bunch and reprot system with administration. I have played this game before with alliances and all that players are corny adult children that won’t get off your back for taking over an alliance that they weren’t in control of for 14 days so they lose their position and granted it being their alliance they have multiple alliances with several alt accounts on the game in these alliances that do nothing but take up space for free farming and this is more than one person doing this they had there friends harass none stop for several days, trying to play some dumb mind games or manipulating to get there alliance back even though mind you they weren’t kicked from the alliance they just lost position of leader it got to the point where enough was enough so the treatment from the other players was reported but the report came back saying maybe join a different alliance or leave and play alone this support isn’t the kind of thing you would expect from a game when people are being highly aggressive with their speech it became no fun so the alliance was given back lost all the fun to the game because of these players their clan is called YMO

Fun, but needs improvement.. I really like playing this game. It’s a lot of fun, but I think if they changed some things it would be so much more fun. Unfortunately this is a game where you need to spend money to compete. You will never rank high unless you spend ridiculous amounts of money. I’ve myself spent way too much money already on this game. I think the developers should have more events where free to play players can compete more with their knowledge of the game be the reason why they rank high and not because they spent money. Where’s the fun in that? You can be a great player and dedicate a lot of time to this games simply to be blown out of the ranks by people who just spend money. This is coming from someone who’s spent a lot of money on the game and not a scorned free to play player. Also making packs more adorable would be nice more people would be able to pay if they were more affordable. Anyways, I have really fallen in love with playing this game, but it could be better.

Not F2P friendly & fake adds. I’m on day 268 and a leader in my alliance in charge of free to play player development as in one of the strongest free to play players in my kingdom. I play every event. I already knew that I would never be a rally or garrison leader but what I didn’t know is how defenseless I would be against a large spender. I was attacked a large spender with 1.8 millions troops vs his 200,000. I had TrueGold 4 T10 vs his TrueGold 5 T11. I lost 600,000 troops. Yes, that does not account for his other bonuses but the point remains. As a free to play player there is nothing you can do to defend yourself against a big spenders wiping away months of progress. That’s when I realized that there is no point to the game. I did love this game (clearly, 268 days everyday login), I was lucky to get into a great alliance. With the realization of how helpless I am without spending, I’m quitting the game and deleting my account so I don’t count towards their KvK matchups (in still ranked 50 or so). I know I can’t just take a break and calm down without failing even further behind. This is before TG8 releases which is soon in my server.

Horrifying for free play. The game started out incredible, and it still would be if there was a checks and balances between f2p players and whales. It has strategy, and reminded me of 3d chess and catan and uno all blended into a world building experience. It was the most awesome 3months where i built, made great friends, and played something that destressed me… But then, it all hit the fan. There are two alliances of loud mouthed bullies who empty out anything and everything you build if you dont do exactly as they say… or you do well in a competition, or anything really that they suddenly feel is a violation. They’ve burnt alliances to the ground, made a lot of my friends quit and delete the game. And are just completely a gang of vicious powerful bullies who have the cash to be bullies. I understand games, and the models, but what i don’t understand is how kingshot sits back and says we dont get involved in p2p issues when you have a gang of ppl using world chat to threaten and bully everyone. A lot of is have messaged customer service and gotten generic answers. If you are like me, don’t have enough money, and dont want to spend your food and rent on a game for fun, this is not for you. Ikm still on because i honestly found a group of the kindest buddies and i want to stay with them, but the game adds stress and anxiety instead of peace and fun now.

Different than the Ad gameplay. UPDATE: I honestly liked the ad version of this game. It was a near mindless game that offered quick, fun medieval-themed survival. And to the DEVELOPER: STOP SAYING THE AD IS A “tiny portion” of the game - WE KNOW AND THATS WHY YOU HAVE HUNDREDS (if not thousands) of reviews COMPLAINING about that. LISTEN TO YOUR AUDIENCE/reviewers or fave the wrath of the governors. Further, actual gameplay is NOTHING like the fast pass nature of the ad. The ACTUAL game? Very deep. Lots of detail. Just be prepared to grind, grind, and grind some more to make fair-to-middling progress over various aspects of your kingdom. This happens at a certain point in your simulation. You make good progress and lots of action and then each day you can only do so much before you can no longer fight in the arena, fight off threats in your geographic area, etc. want to discover encampments that offer supplies you can forage? Sure, it just might take your convoy hours to get there and then hours to pillage/plunder/exfiltrate the goods of that encampment. Again, Nothing like the ad gameplay and i actually liked the simple, quick version the ad gameplay offered.

Good idle game, even if it’s not what is advertised.. This is an idle city/world-building “strategy” game that forces you into joining an alliance so that you must work together with others in real time to defeat enemies and conquer buildings/facilities. I honestly love that you get to play with others and grow your own little community by making connections to others who also enjoy the game. Gave it 3 stars because I played a trial of this game when it popped up as a playable ad, and I downloaded it since I ended up enjoying it. Didn’t realize that it wasn’t like the ad AT ALL (this is not the main reason; keep reading). It’s the same exact game, literally a copy and paste with a different skin, as Whiteout Survival. It’s by the same company, so go figure. I stopped playing Whiteout Survival because of how repetitive it was, but mainly because the only way to keep up with your peers (and enemies) is to spend a good bit of money on the game. It’s insane how after level 10, you will really need to start spending a few dollars here and there, but then get to level 20 and you’ll catch yourself dumping $100 just to level up once.

My opinion about this game. Overall I think this game is great. There’s lots of active members, usually an event going on, it’s very engaging (unlike others like this game), and overall it’s pretty fun. Of course there are some flaws to every game but in my opinion this game has just a few. Like not having many hero’s. There are a few hero’s all you can easily unlock but I would like to see even more hero’s it just feels like a lack when I go to the hero area and just see the few that are there. I also believe certain events that are held should be longer like the fishing event felt very short and the regeneration rate of the items was very slow. I know they want you to spend money which I will admit I have on this game but I think they could improve the events. Another thing is maybe even expanding our kingdoms even more. I have unlocked and leveled up everything to a decent level in my kingdom and it just is kinda sad to see it all done. Maybe they can figure something out and add more to build and stuff into the kingdom. Like I said i genuinely love this game it’s engaging and fun and I usually don’t spend money on games but this one for some reason made me want to do it. But the game feels very short and not a lot of content. I truly believe there is a lot they could add making it one of the better mobile games out there. But it’s up to the creators to do that for us.

Free to play, but pay to win. The game is fun, until it isn’t. There are “whales”, extremely high spenders, that destroy months of your work just for fun. Even as a light spender, you cannot come close to being able to protect yourself. KVK, an event that grants extra rewards for such behavior of the whales, is the worst possible mechanic of this game. Have seen many people get “zeroed” while AFK and just flat out quit the game after months of time invested. In the later stages, building upgrades take weeks to achieve, troops take an entire day to train. It makes speed ups a necessity versus a want and forces you to spend money on said speed ups just to stay afloat. It was fun while it was fun, but as soon as you’re eligible to be rocked by the whales, you will be. I fear my time is coming soon. If so, it’s been real Kingshot, but I will be outy. Side note: the developers are really smart and have perfected a gameplay that makes them money by tricking players into wanting to invest money, it’s quite impressive really. Sidenote: if the game was ANYTHING like the ads, I would have loved it. Definitely goaded me into it.. Just know, the ads are absolutely NOTHING like the game itself.

Initial fun but game changes quickly. Downloaded this after seeing a fun ad showing off a town defense game touting no in game ads. The first 5 town levels are just your own town and the building upgrades, conquest PvE auto battler, town defense, and collectible character upgrades are all super well done and really fun! I just wish it stayed that type of game…at town level 6 it unlocks the world map where it turns into a PvPvE alliance strategy game with shield timers, multiplayer rallies, and eventual alliance wars. If you want the stress of having to always be by your phone in case of an attack, the whales dominating servers and getting your town wiped out while you sleep, then check this game out haha. I wish it stayed a town defense with a neat auto battler side game because that’s exactly what a working dad like me was looking for. I can’t invest time into a game that I’ll have to rebuild every day when I get out of work. Deleted the game after 2 days because I can’t do another game of thrones conquest style game

Deceptive and money hungry. The game is fun for like an hour at most until they start throwing micro transactions at you and will spam you with them. It has deceptive marketing where it’s the same gameplay but with a different paid actor pretending to play the game on the top of the screen, it also is being advertised using multiple companies to flood your feeds and social media with the game. After about an hour you realise this is just a clone of other games on the App Store with slightly changed graphics and more greedy features, and that copy and pasted clash of clans icon too but slightly different. The company also deletes negative reviews and pays for positive ones.

Amazing. Yes of course there are lots of items to siring money on. But you don't have to to get anywhere in this game. It's great. You can upgrade without thinking you need tons of money. It's a quality game. But the hero aspect is a bit weird. Maybe make it easier to get the shards? And easier to fire the alliance. Also need to be able to upgrade houses past level 10 to match the rest to improve it. Otherwise it's a decent game.

Alliance leader and kings are hypocrites. I played this game for 4 months and grew my town playing daily, one day a strong guy in my alliance attacked me for no reason, asked for help from alliance leader, no one helped. In retaliation i also attacked a weaker player to show the leaders the taste of their medicine. Then they removed me from alliance and attacked me and destroyed my town. From another alliance i attacked them again which is allowed for that a new guy named king who is putting me with lot of punishment . This is double standard and lot of politics. This game is not for minors and small heard. People with crooked brain can play this game, they will enjoy play these kind of hypocrites games. I am leaving the game

Trust. It’s not exactly like the ads, but it’s still so fun so entertaining the characters are so confident you can conquer the thing is and then fight. The thing is it’s so fun you can choose if they battle. If they use crossbows you can build stuff and normally games it takes forever to get diamonds, but diamonds are so easy to find and use them to make your building faster. Trust me so fun

Bad game. First, wasting heaps of gems to unlock vip and you still have to buy vip time to be able to use it. Secondly, in the epic recruitment, if you check the drop rate, the jabel shard is the one with the highest probability, with 15%, while other purple shards account only for less than 3% and other things would even have smaller chance. However, whenever you roll, you will ALWAYS get purple shards. Why??? 15% is SMALLER than 2.8%??? What a scammer!!!

Reply to “another money grab”. Nearly every game that is played is in this same format. The initial free stuff gives you a chance to see if the game interests you or not. You then have the choice to progress further. They are all games of patience.. if you have patience you can progress well through the game. If you have no patience then you can spend however much money you have to progress through the game. I have played this particular game for some 4 months or so and have progressed to a high level. I have spent a few dollars but not a lot more than a few cups of coffee. I could have spent a lot, which some players do, as they want or be at the top, but it is not necessary to be able to enjoy the game and have some fun.

Icky people in the chat. I had this game for 24h and enjoyed the game but I cannot stand the icky/creepy/immature/implying chat in the world chat. Some people are so disgusting and it ruins the game. Also kindly note that it takes up to 15business days for them to review your deletion of your account request which is ridiculous. Don’t let your kids play on this app.

Little Fair Little unfair. I’ve been playing for the 10wks and I’ve been enjoying it but a bunch of people buy a bunch of things and I get bullied because of my strength and those purchases are to overpowered making it unfair for people who don’t spend Otherwise it’s a brilliant game but lies in the show of the game.

It’s nothing like the advert. So don’t be fooled like me! It’s good to start with and then it takes a month if not more to progress your town centre.. trying to push you into buying the packs. The server can also get boring if the king just spends all their money to be powerful… server 341 in particular!

Not for solo play. If you want a relaxing solo play game, as i did, then this is not for you. Its good if you want alliance and warring but the game will regularly wipe you out even as a solo player. Lose all your troops and they take ages to build up again. The developers will say ‘oh but you can shield your base’ but that costs gems. A lot over a multi day event. I am not pay to play so dont wanna be buying gems. Other aspects of the game are all good so still gave it 3 stars.

INSUFFICIENT FOR ALL TIMEZONE. I have tried a few servers to find a Timezone suitable for Australians. It’s been like searching for a needle in a haystack! Participating in events during early hours of the morning is not suitable for many. Most servers seem to be dominated by the same people and as for all such games top 10 align and destroy everyone else then start fighting amongst themselves. Your R4/5 dictatorship and you have to comply or be left behind especially when the cliques start. Crazy to think most are grown adults and stay at home parents.

Nothing like advertised, and it’s pay (big) to play. Very disappointed. This is not a tower defence game as you might think from it’s advertising. It’s an endless loop of grinding and levelling up more and more slowly over time - with the threat of being dominated by real world (whale) players who paid a lot of real world money to get where they are. The developer tries to hook you in the early levels, through fast level ups, “welcome promotions” and new mini games. After a few days of play, those “welcome promotions” and mini games disappear, level ups go from minutes to hours to literal days. And the only way to play reasonably is to pay up big in real world dollars. And I’m not talking about a few small dollars here. You will have much more fun buying another game outright for a few dollars than this deceiving pay to play scheme and with much less real world money spent. Even if you decide to pay for in-game “diamonds” or “speed ups”, they are extremely poor value. The developers have designed this game to hook you into paying more and more, through casino-like animations, colours and sounds, and by adding more in-game time to each level up under the threat of real world player “whales” dominating you into oblivion. My recommendation is to stay far away. I regret wasting my time on this game.

Constant raids. I was constantly getting raided and running out of shields and the second the shield is down I got raided by over powered players which hindered my progress and left me in an endless loop. There is no way to avoid this other than paying money to protect yourself against the raids. It doesn’t take patience, skill or strategy it exclusively depends on how much money you spend. There is also no way to avoid the social aspect of the game. I deleted my account and do not recommend this game unless you just want to throw your money away.

Reason why you should play. It’s the best game ever no adds gives you instructions on what to do when you don’t know it keeps you entertained for ages and it’s so fun to play

Exactly like the ads. I’m sick of ads on TikTok being nothing like the game, it makes me install a game that looks fun but is terrible and forces ads every few seconds. I found kingshot while on TikTok and they promised no ads so I had to install it, I found out that the ads on TikTok that look fun, are actually less fun then the actual game. Kingshot has no ads, has quality gameplay and fun graphics. Great game!

Waste of time and poor customer service.. Poorly run game. Wastes your time and customer support is poor. Events that don’t take into account your time, effort you put into things, and don’t listen to feedback. Put you get the normal “we value you as a player, your feedback is important”. But it isn’t, as nothing changes. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this game or wasting your time on it.

Religious bias in game events. Kingshot treats religions with bias. For Ramadan there was a whole month long game dedicated to it and the blurb states that it was a “Holy month” and goes into religious talk and acknowledgment (see the Facebook posts). For Easter however they have erased Easter, calling the event the “spring event” and just covered up its meaning completely. It’s not a “spring” event, it’s a Holy event too but there is clearly heavy bias behind the scenes. So disrespectful to change a religious event.

This game is great. When i saw ads for these games i thought it was fake but it not i just join and it amazing love the voice acting and actions still don't know how to do the tower one like in the ads but i'll probably find out sooner or later but this game is being real

Nothing like the adds. If you download the game believing what you see in the adds for the game you will be serverly disappointed. If you don’t like pay per play don’t bother to download. It is a lot like evony but its not a petty or as cut throat. If you don’t mind paying for upgrades and resources this is the game for you. You can make headway without paying but it is very slow and frustating. There is nothing in the adds that is actually in the game

Ad nothing like game. From the ad you’d think this is a Tower Defence like game, but it’s not. It’s a lot of grind building your town with minimal action to deploy your troops to mostly attack wild animals. Interaction with other troops/towns is minor and the outcome can be predetermined by comparing the points / rankings. In short - Lots of grind, no tactics, lots of waiting to recharge. PS (after dev response). Suspect lots of AI positive reviews as plenty of people say this game is bad.

Kingsh*t. Yet another case of blatant false advertising. Ads for this were everywhere and focused exclusively on gameplay that is nowhere to be found in the actual product. Far from a tower defence game, this is yet another P2W ‘city-building’ game (they’re a dime a dozen and the only thing that ever differs is the cosmetics). Even if you’re willing to empty your wallet into it, you’d only be competitive if you happened to start playing right on launch. You are smarter than playing this junk: I believe in you. Just don’t.

Game probably would’ve been better if it wasn’t tiktok ad slop💔. aesthetically this game is good, the graphics ain’t bad, and the assets look good. Gameplay wise it’s just the same old copy paste click bait build a city game like whiteout survival shows you fun and potentially addictive gameplay in the advertising just for it to be only 3% of the actual gameplay of the full game. These click bait advertisements lowkey need to stop, i understand that quick dopamine games like those with them multipliers and subtractions you get me, are quick to die out. So instead just be creative and make something that’ll make people actually have fun and not rot their brains😼 who knows maybe if ya stop making the same slop over and over again you could probably make a banger worth keeping for more than a 3 hours 👀

Nothing like shown. So I can’t remember the last time I left a review cause I rarely do, but hell this game is bad. In just the first three minutes I realized it was just a ripoff of other games, like Whiteout Survival which I also don’t like. Also the game shown on those little pictures above the reviews which show the game aren’t the game, I’ve played for like five minutes so I’ll keep playing and might change the review. They normally have paid actors just holding a phone pretending to play the game which doesn’t look anything like the game. They might even not know and think that is the game, which can be deceiving. And from what I hear on the other reviews is that they delete bad reviews, pay for good ones and get real greedy. Don’t get it.

Saw your money and time. Same format as whiteout survival. Takes a lot of time, and entices with purchases. Even after spending lots of money, any issues you have they block your account. I questioned one payment and a ban was placed on my account. I tried to use support and got no answer. I had sunk hundreds of dollars into my account. Feels like a scam. Save your money. It’s not worth it. You could probably spend it on a real holiday instead ;)

Nothing like the ads.. So I thought I was getting a game with fast short rounds with excitement and all the stuff that went with the ads. Nope build a fortress….. click click click for alliance helps and waiting for the town to build. Some accountability for company’s that falsely advertise content. You can do one rebel battle every few hours and this slightly resembles the ads but a miss by a long shot.

It has told the truth. When I first saw the ads from this game where they say that Kingshot doesn’t have any ads I thought it was laying and that it had ads like other games that ads say that the game doesn’t have any ads but when you play the game has ads but Kingshot lived up to what it says in its ads of the game having no ads and that brought back some faith I had for mobile games not having ads and I have enjoyed play Kingshot in my free time when I get fed up and annoyed with other mobile game that had ads in them and what do get away from the ads. Kingshot and its brother or sister game whiteout survival are good games as they don’t have any ads at all, no ads at all so you don’t have to watch any ads for troop training speed boost, build boost speed and research and resource gathering boot and troop healing boots, as you will find a lot of those boots in the game by winning battles, doing task and daily tasks and from game store. The game is a bit of a mix of free to play and pay to win but the pay to win doesn’t give you the advantage it give you good stuff “that free to play player would get eventually” but it keeps you on the same level as free to play player as the only advantage you will have against other player is your troop power and your kingdom defence levels. Kingshot and its brother or sister whiteout survival all players are on the same playing level wither or not your a free to play player or a pay to win player everyone is on the same level

False Advertising at Its Worst. Another game which plays nothing like its ads. After playing for multiple hours, there wasn’t a single moment of gameplay that resembled what was shown. I don’t understand why developers feel the need to deceive players — why not create a game that actually reflects your ads and makes people happy to download it, instead of delivering an overcomplicated, unrelated experience that only frustrates and disappoints?

Honestly Amazing. When I saw this game on instagram and tiktok saying “no ads” I thought it was bs and the game wouldnt be fun. Lets just say I just started today and addicted already, Its actually pretty fun and the best part is there is 0 ads, which more games need. I hate ads so much so this game is perfect. I have been grinding all day and havent gotten bored once. The buildings that take a while to upgrade I will put my phone down for abit and do something else and then come straight back or Ill jump on over to clash of clans to upgrade my base there and then come straight back to kingshot. Honest review: Gameplay: 10/10 Graphics: 10/10 Community: 10/10 one of the best games out.

Best game ever. I was thinking this was going to be like every other game I downloaded and have bunch of adds but it has no adds and is so fun to play

Not a casual game. I’ve been playing for 6 months daily and only paid for unlocking a few things. Many in my alliance are completely free play and some are whales. But in order to do well free, it’s best to join an active alliance and do the daily events. Otherwise it is hard to protect yourself as, at heart, it’s a war game so some like to target the weaker. I’ve seriously enjoyed this game and met some amazing people online - heaps of personalities I wouldn’t meet in real life.

Best game ever. When I opened this game for the first time I thought it was just going to be like every other game but to my surprise it was fun cool and it had no adds keep up the good work

Great game!. Ive only played about 15 minutes, but i believe its great! Its exactly like the ads say and i havent gotten a single ad inside the game, which i find amazing. Of course its onky been a short period of time that ive been playing, buts its amazing so far! 5 starts, would recommend playing. 😊

Game. Very fun game but it looks nothing like the adds and it is more of a survival builder game like rise of kingdoms but has a more immersive and easier to understand gameplay I would make a sandbox version where you get to choose more stuff like when you can invite people to your village or kicking out villagers because they bring down everyone else I would make a version where all your tiny actions impact the end game

Lots of bullying. It can be a fun game, but once the bullies take over it is pretty miserable, you can spend weeks building up your town and troops and get it all destroyed overnight by other bully players. You need to spend about $200/month to avoid being attacked all the time by stronger plays. Join an alliance you will be told, to be safe, but there are bully alliances on there. They get great pleasure from destroying smaller alliances. There are no rules to protect you once you get targeted you might as well quit the game.

It’s not the game in the ads, but it’s still good. This is a competitive castle/keep building game. The graphics are nice and not overwhelming, the gameplay is quite straight forward without any really weird unexpected behaviours I am quite enjoying it, give it a go if you like strategic resource management and castle building games

No strategy, just grinding. The art and the early game is good. I really liked the concept of keeping the residents happy but eventually everything gets maxed out & there’s no reason not to fulfil requests — doesn’t seem to cost anything and the happy path is obvious? Thought it was fun for the first few hours but I think there’s just too much going on, after days of playing I keep finding new things and I kinda can’t be bothered managing them. You don’t choose where things are built and with every upgrade the town boundaries seem to expand so all the effort put into the maxing defences go to waste because a new gate is added? There’s no strategy, it’s really just grinding to get the highest score and then only attacking weaker opponents. I often come back to a whole heap of injured because I’ve been attacked by someone with 4x my stats.

Fake ad. It's a classic city-building game with increasingly longer upgrade times, clans and PvP attack features, combining pretty much everything that's already done in this type of game. My only big deal with it is that it entices you to play with fake gameplay ads.

Fortune. This game is ridiculous, once you get to a higher level you have to spend a fortune to get anywhere. And the wait times youve got to upgrade your building are impossible, my town hall as of today has a building time of 6 days 23 hours and if I was to pay to get it built right now it would cost $320 in gems. And I think I caught it stealing my collection of upgrades when I actually collected it the count of a certain enhancement didn’t go up. It is a good game to pass time but the top players must have paid at least $3000 to be it their positions 🤪 for a simple game the more you pay the better skill you have.

It’s Boring. At the first few level it’s entertaining, but then u need to level up buildings and armies, that takes almost half a day to finish, some r weeks unless u spend lots of $$ to lessen the time. And then u joined the servers that doesn’t allow u to attack other castles with alliance lol..then it became really boring. And too much old people acting immature in the chat, fighting, bullying and political. Don’t let children play this game..to much of adults/old people.

Another example of what appears on the ad is not in the game, so it’s a greed factor of 4. This is a complete waste of time, I wouldn’t even call it a game. It’s tap, upgrade, tap, upgrade and so on There is absolutely no gameplay at all. The battles are simply a animation, no control of the battle at all. Tap “conquer” tap fight, tap auto and x2 function and it runs by its self No need for you to control it. Then there is the real life cash needed to play it Upgrades are time based, good for the first few upgrades then it becomes hours before the upgrade works So try to set up more than one upgrade and you then get a “unlock a building queue” which costs over a 1000 gems in game for 2 days or pay a real life $4.99 (AUD) to unlock it permanently Your spending more gems in game than you earn, so pay cash for a top up of gems 3 or 4 taps later and that gem purchase is gone, spend more money to top up again This is basically a con job The starting levels will cost nothing until you hit the wall, it’s either spend money to continue at the same pace you started at or try to continue for free only to have time limits slow you down to the game becomes 1 minute of taping upgrades then 24 hours of nothing till the timer runs out. They post ads saying it’s a tower defence game which does not even happen in game. This is where I only give them 1 star for false advertising but I give then a 4 for their Greed Factor This is the way of games, how much money developers make, from designing games where you need real money to progress to forcing you to watch ads only to pay them to stop the ads which they are making money from selling advertising space in game. Buy gems and find out that the cost of using them will chew through what you spent . That is done on intentionally knowing full well that if forces you to spend more to keep you gems stash high and makes them even more money Yep no more reviews, it play them game to work out how greedy this developer is. That’s a 4 even a 5 on their greed Ads that a completely false and misleading with game play designed to trick you into downloading it, then design it to purposely slow down frustrating you to waste real cash to speed up gameplay.

Ultimate banger game! 👍. I initially the game was as fun as the ad but it it wasn’t, it was actually better! It’s ads are catchy and no ads are even better! The strategy game and rescuing refugees are as enjoyable as growing your city. Kingshot is the King of games, first shot! 👑

Nothing like the ads.. So I've seen lots of the ads, and they all follow the same premise; enemies attacking at all times, quickly earning upgrades to your defence, etc. But when I download the game and start playing I immediately realise it's not like the ads. It has a town hall and multiple more building you upgrade with enemies coming every now and then. I'm not a fan of those town building games like Clash of Clans, Rise of Kingdoms and Whiteout Survival, this is hardly any different gameplay wise.

Was Fun. Until it turns into a grind. So this game very much like Whiteout Survival in game player mechanics, you do meet good players and sadly toxic players. I ended up quitting the game for 2x reasons, - first being the game is designed for you to pay to progress through it, as a lot of players are whales in this game, so it’s a spend or be out spend kinda game. 🤷 If you don’t wanna spend money, just be wary you will become a farming target by stronger players. - The second reason for quitting is the absolute atrocious toxic anonymously players have towards other players both in world chat, alliance chat and private chat. I played on a few servers in Kingshot until I came across kingdom 801, founded an Alliance, was going good until some R4 players grew impatient and started to tell me how sh¡t I am running the alliance because I’m in a different Timezone, followed by telling me to go take my life in the meanest possible way because they didn’t get what they wanted at the time. I wish the Devs of this game took uncalled for bullying and harassment more seriously. 🫤

Surprisingly very good. Ads were really annoying so I just got the game to test it out and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the game actually was, although it does take a lot attention

Long upgrades. Game is ok. Extra long 20+ days on upgrading & 11 hours to upgrade troops - is a super large pain and makes the game less enjoyable. Their buy packs are ridiculously priced. Having “R4 & r5” to control the game and make it less enjoyable because they want better things (not a bad thing but when it changes like weekly it gets annoying and not enjoyable to play)

thronefall ripoff ads + game kinda buns. ok so i got this game because i liked how fast paced the ads were. i played it and found it to be nothing but a clash of clans rip off. the ads are a direct rip off of another game called thronefall. i don't know if you have control over what your ads are like but please make them more accurate this game isn't tower defence at all. it's not strategic either because it's mostly just grinding. also stop replying with Dear Governor, the ads only show a tiny portion of the game, please play the game to experience more! If you have any questions or suggestions, please reach out to us at anytime through customer service or our Facebook (@Kingshot). because the ads show nothing of the game. whoever is in charge of advertising needs to actually play it. stop using ai slop and thronefall ripoffs. also thought you would like to know i enjoyed playing the playable ads more than i did playing your game. also i just have problems with the game, like if you are inactive for a few hours some more experienced guy in another country raids your town and if you're gone for a day you lose so much stuff that the game stops being fun like give it a cooldown or something. i haven't played in months and i'm scared to see how many times i've been raided. if someone responds to me with that corny "Dear Governor" i swear. Responding to the response. what did i just say? I've played the game and what's shown in the ads does not come up once. Change your ads.

Money grubbing at its best. Great game, terrible developer behavior. The gameplay is fun, but the developers are blatantly money-hungry. If you’re not careful, this game will drain your savings. The latest server transfer update was the final straw. Forcing players to remain in hostile, toxic environments for 2–4 months just to maximise profits is unhealthy and manipulative. They contradict their own transfer information, keep players hanging, and push continued spending instead of caring about the community. Nearly 45 players are ready to quit because of these latest decisions. It’s no surprise so many good players burn out—from excessive spending and complete disregard for end-user wellbeing. This app has become a joke. Avoid. Avoid.

Hard to delete account!. I liked playing it but it needs too much time daily. Low score because of deletion process: To delete the account you need to provide a lot of pointless information that is hard to find in game (and the form expire while doing it) then wait 15 days. In the meantime I don’t want to delete the app in case the process fails.

Another Money Grab. The first 30 minutes of play time is nice - you ride around and fight little armies. The art is also nice and cartoony. However, at town hall 4-5 you unlock loot boxes and many micro-transactions and then at the next level you unlock the open world and it becomes clear the game is another clone that wants your money. As time goes on the upgrades get longer and longer and people who spend large amounts of money progress faster. When you fight against another army, your troops add up to your power which indicates how strong your army is. This number is almost completely linked to 3 factors: Time spent playing, luck and money. If you don’t want to spend hours and hundreds of dollars to actually be powerful then this is not the game for you. If you want to be casual and not spend money then go ahead, but you won’t be very competitive.

Misleading Ad. THIS IS NOT A TOWER DEFENCE GAME! The game is nothing like the ad. [Edit after “Dev Response”]: Awfully presumptive of you to think I didn’t play the game enough to experience your deception. You can’t even write a response without trying to manipulate the truth. What is shown in the ad is not a tiny slice of overall gameplay. The ad shows a tiny part of the game that you spend about 0.1% of the time actually doing.

Not worth the time. Another pay to win, I don’t get where the tower defense take place in that game. Uninstalled

和广告上的完全不一样. 看广告以为是塔防游戏 结果并不是 很无聊浪费时间 不要下载

More lies. Another false game doesn’t play like the add at all, developers need to just post the real game and people will or will not play it but being lied to makes me never want to have anything to do with that developer again

Fake ad not worth. Scam ad again, no shooting and stacking coins, just city building game.

More fake ads. Fake game, winter survival in another skin

Fake adds. Once again, the game is nothing like the adds suggest. It’s just another town building game like any others. Nothing close to defending like the adds suggest. Not going to waste time in that game, deleting it.

Falsely Advertised!!. Absolute junk and NOTHING like all their excessive ads! It’s a completely different game altogether. All the ads I’ve seen (and even the playable ads) show gameplay that doesn’t even exist in the real game (and if it does it may take way too long to get there). I downloaded it because I wanted to play the game as advertised and that’s just not possible. Don’t waste your time or device storage on this.

Bad. Nothing like the ads… Copy and paste of Lords Mobile. Boring… Big whale pay game. Delete.

Nope. Not like the adds. Deleted the game.

Another fake game. Game is nothing like ads. Waste of time.

Blah. They made it look like a cool take on tower defence. It’s not

Not as advertised. Don’t bother

Gameplay Not as Advertised. Not one bit of gameplay from the trailer is actually part of the game. Game has 0 strategic element. Just a town builder. Initial time/financial investment is quite low and perceived advancement is quick. But the low barrier to entry is just to get you hooked and hijack your executive function into building routines around onscreen notification and tap interactions. Multiplayer is bland and basically a way to trap you into continuing to play using artificial social obligations. Gives you a taste of a very basic tower defence-ish activity as part of shallow narrative. Then completely abandons any further development of that concept but does try to deceive you long enough to get you addicted to the other mechanics long enough to squeeze a few $ out of you.

Fake Ad. What you see in the ads is not what you play once you downloaded.

Misleading. Nothing like the ad

Terrible. Ads for this game are unable to be closed. Ads are misleading and do not represent gameplay.

Non. Le jeu est fait pour des enfants de 8-9 ans. Il n’y a pas de publicité soumise mais pein de plein de pop up pour acheter sinon le jeu bug 0 sur 10

Horse Manure. It’s not even a fun game. You will get to a point where you can no longer advance until you start paying substantial amounts of money to get the upgrades you need. You’ll get booted from alliance after alliance after alliance while just trying to build up your defences. NOTHING LIKE THE ADS! Save your time and money.

Generic game with fake ads. Another game I got tricked into downloading by the fake ads. There was a small part where you defend your base but it’s just a generic city building game.

Terrible game. This is the most boring game. Don’t get fooled by the ads

Fix your ads. The many ads and the actual game are very different.

Can’t even play. It doesn’t work all the time. Always let me to connect the server and no internet

Scam and False Ad. This game pulls you in with a false ad of a tower defence game. But when you play it, you realize that it’s not a tower defence game at all. The developers created a base game called Whiteout Survival, changed skins and graphics and renamed it to Kingshot. Everything else between these two games is exactly the same including the heroes and powers. Never playing any other game by this scam developer Century games

Not what it seems. The ads and the game are not the same (surprise surprise)

The App Store should consider prohibiting this category of games.. The advertisement and the actual gameplay present significant discrepancies, resulting in an experience that primarily involves time-consuming building activities. During my two days of engagement with the game, I encountered only two defense events.

Fake game. Scam, not as advertised! Nothing like the click bait ads. Avoid this spyware app

Don’t believe the ads. Did you see an ad where this looked like a cool game, where you rove around a map defeating enemies, collecting coins, and building defences in real time? Yeah, this game isn’t like that. You will be very disappointed if you download it expecting that; but by that time you will have watched ads or spent enough money on it to make it worthwhile for the scammers shilling it to you. Don’t bother.

Not like the ads!!!. False advertising if you ask me.

A terrible journey. Was a decent idle game until a mentally ill player spent like 50 grand and psycholgically tortured our server. If you play past a certain point it’s going to give you Stockholm syndrome. 0 stars, stay far away.

DONT DOWNLOAD. The ads are fake, this game is P2w, and it a fricking grinding game.

Pay-to-win boring. The game is boring and only good for pay to win players.

Fake ads. Another game that tricks people into downloading it by fake ads. Its a classic p2w and faction war. 🤢🤢🤢

Money grab. Deleted in a day

Not like the ad. Another game that’s nowhere near the ad

NO ADS! NO ADS! NO GOOD GAME EITHER!. I hope the advertiser that made the YouTube ads that are always yelling at me gets hit by a car.

Please stop. Another town builder that follows the same formula, is fun for a few seconds and then begins to drag and grind. Don’t bother.

Advertisements are a lie. For shame Apple. Not only capitalizing off the lies. Promoting them.. It’s the exact same as every other game on here. It’s Farmvile with every other money game from every other game crammed in. There is nothing. Original about this game. The advertisements are a lie. This game is a massive cash grab all while harvesting data. Save your time.

Not like advertisement. Just not as advertised

Fake ads. Ads show a tower defends game but after playing 15 minutes it’s another town building with the same formula

Not as advertised. Stay away not as advertised at all. Very pay to win model.

Can not start the game. After I start the app it always shows no internet connection

Fake. Le jeux n'est pas du tout comme la publicité encore un autre jeux de construction de ville et tres rare d'avoir un evenement de tower defense fake

Not a TD. False ads. Not a TD. Just another hero collector w world map

Bait and switch. Shows a different game in the ad, I thought this practice was illegal? Stay away p2w!

NOT Like the Ads. This is NOT a tower defence game like its ads say. It a State of Survival, Call of Dragons, Beast Lord, build up armies and send them to mine/gather resources game. Art is nice and voice acting is good. But it is NOT the game it advertises itself as.

Nothing like the ads. I downloaded this game because I saw an ad for it and it looked fun but then I downloaded it and it’s a completely different game.

FAKE ADS. It’s a another city building game rok wannabe

Lies. Ads are misleading. Not tower defence, just a reskinned whiteout survival.

Not the same as ads. On the ads this game looks way more fun and this is not the same as the ad at all

Not letting me delete my data. App doesn't let you exit and delete your data. They make it extra hard to delete your account. It should be a sinple straight forward push of a button but you've made it difficult and ask unneccesaary questions and make it hard to leave.

Not like the ads but it’s fun. The ads are completely different and I wanted to play a tower defense game. Don’t mind that it’s not like the ads though because it is fun.

Good game. I like the game just i feel like i would have more fun if it was exactly like the adds.

Not like the ads, but you already knew that. Typical story, I saw lots of ads, assumed the videos were not the real game, figured I’d try it and proved my assumption right. Ads play like a tower defense game, in actuality, it’s just another mobile strategy game with timed resource management designed for microtransactions. Not that much fun

App not loading. I was enjoying this game. As soon as the fishing update came out, I’m no longer able to get past the initial loading screen. Please look into this

5 star. It’s a really good game with no adds and is actually playable to most people! I am loving this game it can also have some education of different groups of fighting, and how an alliance works!

Good game. Good game but high level tend to attack low lowers so if you don’t join them they will bully you which makes for a dead server

Pay to win. The game is fun and fairly polished, but in order to be competitive in any sense you have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to stay on pace. It’s an unabashedly pay to win game.

Great Game!!!. This game has been great to play from the start. I’ve made some incredible friends especially this guy named SHMITS he helped me realize i needed to spend money on this game. He’s been a leader, friend and mentor!

Loved it!. This is a really fun, and interesting game. I enjoy playing it a lot, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Early stages. So far it seems like a decent idle/conquest game. Still early will update later once I’m further down the line with the game.

Great but could be better. It a great game but there are a few bugs in the game that could be fixed but I do see the dvs working on them !!

Great game!. Will be playing. Possibly purchasing some things here and there

Supreme cute game!. Played this creators ship battle before, this is another new level of cuteness and fun for laid back vibe and lots of smiles instead of stress!

Better than the ad. It’s pretty much nothing like the ad but I find it to be better. Similar to like a clash of clans but easier. I’m really enjoying the game

PLEASE ADD DAMAGE DETAILS/ANALYSIS. I wish this game had damage analysis like I have no idea who’s doing how much damage so to me all characters are worth the same which is boring

COMPROMISED GAME if I could give 0 stars I would.. Downloaded several days ago, noticed on my family account that purchases were being made for a total of $50 without either my consent or knowledge. Not on my personal account, the family plan. Game is compromised and if you’re thinking of downloading. DONT.

I love this game. The game is so fun and the best part is there’s no ads!!! Can you believe that I have to admit it takes a little while to get good but is it really fun game? I hope you try it.

HUZZAH!!. It is I, Prince William! I’m thrilled that the ad experience leveled the actual game play a bit… IT’S BETTER! You have my vote of confidence. See you on the battlefield!

One of the best games. Action voice lines you name it I would download it

Situation. I love the game it’s easy to understand but issue with payment . I paid for a top up ,and it didn’t say that purchase did not count towards top up events, so I made a purchase and it didn’t not give me the top up

Boring and a money grab. The ads make it look like a fun tower defense style game, but the “raids” are few and far between, so you just go around upgrading all your buildings where the time gets longer each upgrade until you’re forced to wait days or pay money to speed the process along.

Community issues. Biggest issue with this game is the alliance system, the leaders will let you join, wait for you to support their initiatives and then boot you out within a couple hours. Happened twice in two days. Game is fine but not good enough to overcome that, already uninstalled

The game. Honestly one of the best games I’ve played on a phone like ever better then 8ball pool more addicting then Clash of Clans and better battling then Clash Royal

Typical bloat and lack of focus. The original premise presented - tower defense with a mobile unit and building - seemed mildly promising, but it quickly devolves into the typical bloat from free to play style games. I feel like if they figured out a good game play loop and removed the need for long term number go up skinner boxing, there could be an interesting game I’d be willing to pay for. But as it stands, not my cup of tea.

Why all the storyline nonsense!. It’s entertaining but why do game programmers feel the need to do dumb stuff like build a kitchen, feed the troops, hire a maid? It’s ludicrous. Maybe you should have a STORY MODE and a BATTLE MODE that we can choose.

Very fun but nothing like the ads. I’d say it’s very similar to clash of clans but with better pacing and more focused on your own progression than any sort of PVP component. The co-op features are nice too.

Why can’t you have friends?. So me and my brother were playing Kingshot but we can’t play with each other in the same alliance because we are In different kingdoms I’m in #150 and he is in #153 so i don’t know what to do because we can’t teleport to different kingdoms

Not even a good ripoff. The least you could do is allow us to redirect marches outside of our city. Other similar apps have that function. Because you cant be expected to be that same quality of game, I have to waste time teleporting closer to my plunder targets. A waste of items.

Bait and switch. Ads look nothing like the actual game which is not a tower defense but a gacha style auto-battler with a resource management aspect when you build your town. The game design takes very little thought or strategy, and is just designed to point you towards microtransactions for further progression.

Amazing gameplay and design. I’ve just installed the game after seeing the entertaining ad. And I must say I’m really impressed. Can’t put the phone down.

From the Start. I guess i could say i enjoy this game from the start let’s hope it wont disappoint!

Wanted to play this game because of the Ad.. Definitely far FAR from how the ad portrays the game. It’s not in anyway a running around killing mobs with gold; it’s entirely a game about finding resources to upgrade the most pointless and unfulfilling towns of any game over ever encountered. STAY AWAY. These reviews are paid reviews 100%!!

New Skin, Same Game. Same as a dozen other games with a different skin. Plays completely differently after you lose your noob shield and it becomes PvP and pay to win.

I wanted to hate it. Idk if it’s because I’m jaded from bad/same gimmicks phone games but this is refreshing and has fun mechanics

What the point?. I’m level 8 town center And i literally log in, tell it to build or upgrade a building, it takes 18min Log in hours later, tell it to upgrade another building, takes 22 minutes. Like… it’s a game that actively wants you to not play it. I don’t understand the point

Game wasn’t what I saw in the ad.. Is the ad just a concept or is there a playable version of it to unlock? It looks much fun than the version of the game I have played.

Fun game with 1 minor issue. Not sure if it’s a game issue or not currently but it says you can get gold from your houses but the only way to get gold is from conquest or raids

Love this game!. The only complaint I have is that I can’t seem to put my phone down !

Nothing like the ads; fraud. This game could not be further from the ads than it currently is. The positive reviews have to be bots or Chinese paid reviews. Just another micro-transaction pay to win game. Exactly the same gameplay as whiteout survival, with exactly the same pay to win ploys.

Nothing like the adds. After playing the game you spend most of your time waiting for upgrades rather than defending rushing waves of enemies😕

Fake ads no strategy. Just like nearly every other strategy game on the App Store. This is just another time wasting grind. There’s no strategy. You win by grinding and leveling up. I’ll admit the game is addicting but when you back up and actually look at what this game is. The game is there just to waste your time and money.

Lies!!. Saw this advertised as a tower defense game. It is not. There is a tiny aspect of the game that is a base defense, but I would hardly call it a TD. This is yet another game of build up your town and armies, form an alliance, then attack other alliances. And of course there’s a major advantage to those who spend lots of money. If that is what you’re looking for, seems like a pretty good game.

Great idle game imo. I was looking for a game where I can leave it run collecting resources leveling up upgrading all in one and I found this game! 9.5/10

Bots are bad but game could be good. I’m really starting to get sick of all these games that don’t have to be MMORPG, but want the pay model. This could be a good game but there are plenty of fake accounts and bots in here. I literally had multiple duplicate messages. All want you to jump on their discord acct and talk to chat gpt all day. Stop forcing it.

Great game just wish I wasn’t lied to in the ad. It would be 5 stars if I wasn’t lied to bc it’s honestly clash of clans with less steps which is fine and dandy just say that from the jump

Strategy 1. Easy way to spend a day, a week, a month)

Favorite Toilet Game!. A Lot of fun to pass time in this game. The voice lines are probably my favorite part of this game so far. Hoping there’s a necromancer I can get!

Last War-ish. Same devs as Last War or UI was copied. Slightly different mechanics. Only couple hours in

Stupid. Stupid game. Way too much going on. Ad looked kind of fun, but like most of these stupid games you don’t spend your time doing what the ad shows. They know why they show you a certain part in the ad, because if they showed you what the game mostly consists of they know you wouldn’t download it. Interesting concept would be to make a game that people want to play.

Great Game!. Saw this in an ad and it was exactly played. The gameplay is great, simple and fun. And the voice acting was a nice surprise! Overall love this game.
