Improved account security
The app is sufficient enough, however I don’t get to workout with a partner anymore and the guy I used to uses this app. He can go in on a phone that isn’t iPhone and look at my weights and reps to push himself while I cannot do so. My iPhone will not look at his for some reason. Frustrating.
Love this app but needs a Apple Watch compatible application.
What mire can you ask for? Great app and its free. You gotta be an absolute moron to not be able to figure it out.
Still waiting for them to charge me for this app. I can’t believe it’s free! Keeps me motivated and on track for workouts. Helps evaluate progression and past workouts. Wouldn’t go to the gym without it again.
This app is pretty great for sharing your progress and finding motivation. But it’s a little buggy. But it helps when he went to a giant fitness community and it is free. What more do you want?

I have used this app on and off for years I have tried others and majority of the workout app you only get 30 day free trial and then you are charged an arm and leg. I always come back to this one! It’s a mix between a workout app and social media you have support of other users. It’s user friendly and has programs for everyone from someone that has zero exercise experience to the most experienced exerciser. You type in what your goals are and there is a never ending list of programs or you can create your own! I’ve been consistently using this app for 3 weeks and I am doing a program and I started seeing results by week 2! I highly recommend for all ages and expertise

This app lets you fine tune a work or a complete program or just one muscle group. Every exercise has a video link if your not sure how to perform the movement. Calendar, nutrition guide, this app has it all. Best of its fee. Amazing !!!

This is the first workout app I've had that I truely find has almost everything covered, epic app. Only thing I would like added is a favourite excercise list so you can quickly add excercises simpler.

Still no option to switch weight to either be Kg or Ibs on the fly. Such a damn nuisance having to google the weight difference all the time during sets. Seen this mentioned many times and still nothing done so only 1 star till it’s fixed....

I have used this app for several months. I like the history of past workouts. I also like the search feature for finding exercises.
I have been using this app for a few years now. It’s great for keeping me focused, and getting me to the gym each day. It’s motivating to see the weight you have lifted for the day, and overall since starting the app. Finding and using programs from bodybuilding.com has really helped me take my personal goals to the next level. The pictures don’t always upload properly, and updates can take a while, at times, but overall this is a great app to use.
This is probably the best tool out there. I’m a little salty they started charging for All Access which used to include things like meal plans and supplement info for free with the workout. Sometimes I wish they had alternate exercises for people who are injured or don’t have access to all equipment. Sometimes when you click on an exercise to track it it will also give you the wrong way to calculate how long or how much you did so you have to guess. Other than that this is basically my Bible to weight lifting. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Like all of us, this app is working hard but has room for improvement. It would be beneficial if we could make notes on the workout or easily modify a workout plan if the gym doesn’t have certain equipment etc. I know you can add sets or add extra exercises at the end of a workout but being able to modify an existing super set would be helpful. Making notes like, how a certain exercise made you feel, what you should work on, tips to improve your stance etc. would be great too. Let’s take it to the next level! The search feature is quirky too. Sometimes I can search for an workout plan by a name and it comes up, sometimes it doesn’t. Searching for a particular exercise isn’t easy either. The categories don’t always make sense or have a body part even selected so it’s hard to find an exercise if you don’t know it’s exact name. Again, the app is awesome and it’s amazing that it’s free. This is just some wishful feedback.
They make it so easy. The shear number of available workout programs make the app worth it. Plus the guided sets. The real benefit to me is the weight tracking so that you know what you previously did on any workout.
Pretty good for beginners like me I’m helping me keep track of my progress and with instructional videos
Okay, sure: not all programs may be free. But, many are! I’ve used three programs in the span of three years and it’s just great. Every program is tailored to specific goals according to your stats and the desired intensity. I would recommend.

**updated review again *** Previous workout history not loading, 1RPM max not loading. Notifications not working. **updated review** 12th April - I'm unable to track workouts, view any historical workouts, view templates or load any data whatsoever.. Having notification issues. Red dot saying I have notifications, but when i click on it, there's none there.. Also, allow us to upload videos.. Love the app, but some small changes needed: Pre-build workouts - would save time during workouts. Easier history search - allow us to log our programs with a title that we can then search by rather than logging it by date. Add exercises: single arm dumbbell lat raise. Single arm cable lat raise

Great app, social networking for those who want to get fit. Plus lots of great programmes to follow. Jamie Eason's 12 Week Livefit Trainer is recommended.
Best fitness app
Very accessible app for tracking workouts. An idiot could use it without difficulty. My only gripe is the inability to enter workout information while the rest timer is ticking.
