First time app user.. This site was extremely easy to navigate, and find exactly what I was looking for. I used to spend quite a bit of time in the gym, but have lacked over the last 5-6 years which I’ve noticed so many different changes. The site itself also is very beneficial with the reviews and ratings of all products, and the free gift with my order was greatly appreciated; and it will be used continuously. Thank you for a positive shopping experience, and I look forward to ordering more products in the future! Zach.

Horrible update. The new app design is horrible. Very hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for easily. Items load extremely slow if at all. And when I clicked on “shop by brand” it took me to my browser. So what’s the point?? This was a great app. Very convenient and easy to use. Now it’s just a mess. Might as well delete it and save the wasted space on my phone. Please bring back the old design.

Issues. A lot of glitches when logging in and checking out. Trying to log in while using face recognition on my iPhone to enter the password. Kept saying it was the incorrect password but worked on the third attempt and then cleared my cart. Had to look up products multiple times because my cart kept clearing out when trying to check out as well.

Slow. Quite possibly the worst integration of apple login. The app is incredibly slow and consistently directs you out of the app to blank webpages when logging in, accessing account information and even trying to restore a previous session.

Got em!. Amazing place to buy supplements. Also great place to find and get advice for workouts! Since shopping here and reading articles I have dropped down to 7% body fat. Love the app and all the products. Keep it up.

All in one. The bodybuilding app serves all my needs under one app. I’ve also downloaded the BodySpace app to help with my workouts. I love how it is easy to use and to show others how many different workouts there are for all levels.

On a mission. Any questions I have these guys have the answers love it and there access to knowledge and ability to share it with there customers I won’t shop know where else

My only source!!. I’ve been using this app for years. I couldn’t be happier with the price, service, & shipping. You just can’t beat their prices, detailed information, & customer reviews on every top brand in the bodybuilding market. 5* all the way!!

App Always Has Errors. The set up is simple and easy to use. However the app always has errors. It forgets info added. It has missing billing or address information. Not something I like to use regularly so I come here only when I need to.

Need to fix the scrolling. When it loads the next part of the list it skips to the bottom of the page.

The “new look”. Why even have an app when it's just your mobile website? Clicking on some of the links even sends you to the website. Photos of the items seem to large. When searching by brands only a few are listed compared to their previous search which allowed you to look at an entire alphabetical list. Save the few MBs of memory this app will take up on your device and just use the website. Lame.

Service done right. I can order what I need with speed and ease. The app is user friendly and makes shopping for supplements convenient. The supplements sold here are of equal or higher quality to that which you will find in physics stores while also being better prices. Add in the continual deals that pop up and I don’t know why anyone would use a different supplier.

Doesn’t work. It’s usually ok. But when I sign in and go to my account it asks me to sign it again. And whenever I click anything it just redirected me to my internet browser. What’s the point of an app of it keeps doing that?

Always a pain to use. For the past week the app will not enable me to access my subscribe and gain subscriptions. That link, as well as every link under my profile just takes me to the “My Orders” tab where I cannot edit an upcoming order. This happens all the time. The app also moves incredibly slow. You click a link, then wait 15 seconds for it to open… always a pain.

Fast and easy. Like most I have a busy day with job, wife, kids, ducks, dogs, cats, chickens and a goat here and there (depending on the day of the week). A man can only consume so many duck eggs. This app makes it quick and easy to replenish my supplements. Thank you

App is weird. Sometimes opens to the website and won’t do certain things in the app itself. Sometimes the cart gets stuck and I can’t erase anything. Won’t leave me logged in and constantly have to sign in again. App needs updates!!

Overall. I always order from here and almost always read the emails I receive. They have given me plenty of new workouts to test out in the gym and some of which I have seen great results doing. 5 stars every time 💪🏼👌🏼

The app has gotten worse. This app has become complete garbage. The app use to be great. A few months ago, I couldn’t order something on the app without consistent pop ups from websites. Now I can get to the point where I pay and the screen goes blank when I choose PayPal. What is the point of the app if I can’t order from it. The app was much better before all of the new updates. If it’s not broken then why try to fix it ????? I’m seriously considering canceling my membership.

Deleted app after update. After the app and store underwent its big changes I couldn’t log in anymore. The previous version had my login info stored so it was a quick and seamless login. Not anymore. I went through the steps of resetting my password but that didn’t take so I removed the app and I guess I’m just not ordering my supplements from bodybuilding anymore because of the inability of that simple process to work. I shouldn’t have had to reset my password at all, but if I do it should work.

App. The store was recommended to me by my friend when I first started working out with him. I found the app a week later and it’s so much more convenient and works great it has everything the the normal page does. Great for just going in adding what you want to your bag then checking out is super smooth and quick

Review. Love ordering through the app and all the supplements/fast shipping. Wish there was a way to get a Veteran Discount through it though. Next time i will just call it in. Otherwise awesome

Loyal until the end.... This is definitely my go to spot. Great deals, fast shipping, and an endless selection that I need for my routine. What happened?. This app was great and now it looks like a poorly made website tried to get integrated into an app. The app pulls me into Safari every time I try to click anything, which defeats the whole point of having an app. Did something change?

The update made it worse. Before the the app was updated it was very easy to use and navigate. Now the it’s updated the app constantly opens up random pages in the web browser outside the app each time I click through anything. If I click to read about the ingredients, it opens a random page in browser. Click on a category, random page in browser. Do anything, random page in browser. More difficult to use and order from now.

Excellent, Easy & Quick. I have been ordering for years! The app makes is quicker for reorders, easy to shop your orders with finding the right products & quick delivery with free shipping! This company knows how to work hard not only at fitness but outside the gym as well!

Best Customer Service. I had an order that I accidentally put my old address on, when I didn’t receive my order I realized my mistake and contacted the customer service reps, I was answered almost immediately and they re shipped the whole order (without me asking them to) free of charge with upgraded shipping.

Used to be amazing. This site / app used to be amazing! Deals where good, shipping was on point. But now it’s just hard to use, they have the worst promos, and all their clothes they have up, besides their brand, can be found 10%-40% cheaper on the actual brand site. This app is just a joke to me now, plus the checkout process is ridiculous and very picky. I’ve tried to order multiple things and it keeps saying my expiration date on my card isn’t valid. Crappy app crappy company

All getting worse. All the app does is direct you to the website online. Doesn’t function like an app anymore. Also, every time I click on something it directs me to some false pages on the internet. Yes I’ve updated it. Also the fact it doesn’t keep you signed in is annoying.

Lost key Feature with Redesign. No more favorites/wishlist? Now it has become more cumbersome where I have to look up each of my regular supplements when it is time to reorder. A shiesty way of pushing their customers into signing up for their subscription reorder plan, perhaps? The app keeps redirecting to and opening a new tab in my web browser every time I select something in the app. Really annoying. This app has taken many steps back in usability since the prior version. Can’t recommend anyone use it in its current state. Just utilize the website instead.

Great place to get the sips you need and want. So I have been going to GNC for a long time and a friend told me I needed to check this site out .. so I did and I asked him how long does it take to get the supplements I ordered and he said not long... so I am waiting

If you’re serious about the gains... It’s not just a online shopping site where you will save hundreds on supplements. It’s also a community where you can learn about workouts, routines, meal plans, etc. You’d know if you downloaded.. so.. yeah.

A great site made even greater. This app makes it so efficient to quickly and easily buy whatever you need. I definitely recommend it especially since they always have great deals on all their awesome variety of products!

Used to be good. This app used to be functional. Now it is not. It is basically a mirror of their mobile website. Every time you tap anything, it opens a browser window to a dead link. You’d be better served by just using your browser to shop from their mobile site, which works, likely how the app was intended to work. But doesn’t.

Bodybuilder’s dream. Reasonably priced supplements, huge variety to choose from, and the app makes my life so much easier. Running out of supps? Re-order with a click of a button. I swear I’m not a sponsor just a fan boy ❤️

Weird. Why does the bodybuilding app open safari and say Snapchat in the url location every time I open the app or click on anything in the app… I have no issues with any other app in my phone.

Offer discount and then pull it. First off, your selection of Jym products is lacking badly. Then I put some items in my cart and you offer a 15 percent discount for my email. I put my email in and get said discount for you to take it away at the end saying I’m not eligible. Of course I put more product in my cart after getting the discount. This site has become a joke. I’ve had multiple problems with this site in the past. Seems to be getting worse. Not sure I’ll use it much more.

Update is very very bad. The updated app is very slow, lots of glitches, and the overall appearance is worse than the original app. To me it also seems disorganized and difficult to navigate. It also keeps sending to a website which I find incredibly annoying - I should be able to find the products and make my order all within the app. I have deleted the app from all my devices because I honestly can’t stand even trying to use it. I will not use this app again until it’s at least something like the previous version. The previous one was perfect! Why did they even change it? It didn’t need any improvement, and the current version certainly is NOT an improvement. Please just bring back the previous version. Until then, you have lost a customer.

Very convenient. I gave it an overall 5 star because of its overall convenience. They’re not the cheapest, but they’re convenient, and they’ll take care of your orders in case something goes wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years now...

Love this app. When I want to know about a product, I get thorough product information and see reviews from other users. Order history is a plus and it makes it easier to reorder the product I’ve bought before with ease. I definitely love this app.

Update is crap…. I’ve used this app for several years now and I’m wholly disappointed in the recent update. I get what they are trying to do, but its a big turn off for me. I mostly used it to purchase my supps, occasionally looking at tip, blogs. Ordering is now broken. Was just going to get a new round of preworkout and whey, but the cart wont delete or update. I also don’t want your membership. I’ll go directly to ON and pay full price than hassle with BB anymore.

New update sucks.. Latest update makes this app almost unusable. Go back to the way it was before. New update makes it terrible to try and find things to order and looks like it is just a website it opens. Needs to be put back to the old format.

Proper app became a web app 👎. For whatever reason, Bodybuilding.com has decided to turn its fully functioning mobile app into a web app, which makes it pointless to even have the app installed on my phone anymore because I can simply visit the website from the browser and have the exact same experience. I’m not a developer, but I believe web apps require less time and money to maintain, so perhaps this web app situation is only a temporary solution until the company recoups some of the losses from the pandemic and could afford to pay a proper app developer again. Or maybe Bodybuilding.com is doing this on purpose because it wants to gradually phase out the Store app and to eventually incorporate the shopping function into the BodyFit app. Regardless of the reason, I have already uninstalled the web app.

Worst update ever. When I first opened the new application, I thought it was hacked. Terrible layout. Every time I select an item, it takes me to a weird webpage. The previous version worked great, hope they can restore it. Until this happens, I am shopping elsewhere.

New update is terrible. The new update just put a website inside of an app, it’s not an actual app. It sends you to the US Bodybuilding.com website where it doesn’t save any of your account info or items in your cart. The cart page only opens on half the screen and it’s very hard to see the prices as a result. Just an overall terrible update and massive step backwards from before.

Worst update ever. DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP The new update has made the app basically unusable, its just the desktop version in the app making it extremely buggy and hard to navigate. Ive had to order my protein on my laptop as the latest update made this app practically useless. Change it back!

Best supplement store one can find. Bodybuilding.com is thebestplace to shop for supplements. I haven’t found any retailer who can match it’s prices. Reason for 4star instead pf 5 is because they removed the free gift option. 🙁

Bought product from a Body Building Store. I Recently bought Cellular C4 pre workout from Chandigarh Store which I is not real ... It’s disgusting . I just opened that box and c4 was in shape of balls ... I used it before but moisture normally came after 15-20 days if we open the box too much but how’s tht possible in band new box ... it taste like yuk I have bought so many times c4 but this is worst experience with bodybuilding outlet

Horrible Update. Why did they make such a lousy update. I can’t see my orders, hard to navigate. When I finally did manage to order something, I never received an email stating it’s been sent, like I the old app and I still haven’t received my order in over a week, yet my Visa was charged. I’ve tried contacting the company twice and haven’t heard back. I’m Canadian, and once I do (if) I receive my order, I’m not ordering anymore with them until they change back to their old format. Hello “ supplements Canada “ in the meantime.

Profile setting. The services, the prices, the shipping rate are awesome. No one can beat them. But as the app, there’s some flaws. Can’t change the own profile setting enough.

Kaged muscle. I gave a 4 star because your website hasn’t carried the kaged fat burner nor the s’mores flavour isolate protein which I find very inconvenient.

Awful. This new update is terrible. It’s just the website, it doesn’t even feel like an app. Go back to the previous version for the love of god.

I always use the app to purchase. I don't use he website at all after starting to use the app. This makes things much less difficult to make purchases. My only "complaint" is that I don't seem to be able to rate products via the app.

Crappy design. App is absolute garbage, anytime I try logging in it states wrong email or password so I updated my password and it still says wrong email or password. But when I go online on the actual website the email and password I use ends up working. Super frustrating

Good but not perfect. The only problem with the app is that I can't see the product info on the app and I can't see my order information either.

Can’t to go back to previous workouts. The app is great to do the workout you have at that day, but you can’t go back to previous workout if you skip or missed a workout. It only goes forward. That is a major flaw.

Convenience at anytime. The App is great, especially knowing that if i run low on supplements I can just reorder in a few seconds. Quick delivery can’t be beat.

MAN. THIS APP, WHY. The navigation is so bad, not to mention the bugs ANYTIME I click anything it sends me to the website for no reason, the buttons are unresponsive or so slow… the little “help” “about us” is jsut an imagine you can’t even get help through the app, I never write reviews, but I am angry and fustrated.

How?. How does this app get good reviews. I actually STOPPED ordering from them when they updated the app a while back because it is literally the buggiest app I’ve ever used. Buttons don’t work, it redirects to pages you didn’t tell it to, etc. It’s awful. The old version was clean and functional. Somebody F’d up.

App is great. The app is great. The only thing that would make it better, is if it rotated when turning the screen when using whatever device the customer owns.

Shirts. The only thing I dislike about the app is when you go over the desired amount which entitles you to choose a free gift, the app does not prompt you for that selection.

It was good…. It used to be a good app but with the update I will open it and then within a few seconds it will randomly open up an internet window. No thanks, the prices are getting too high anyway. Shame because I use to get all of my supplements from the app.

Updated app is garbage. Been using BB for 5 years and the “new” update is terrible and inconvenient and basically takes you to the website. Almost makes me want to buy from somewhere else as a result. Please go back to the previous app as it was better.
