Not functional 90% of the time. It is baffling how poorly this app works for how large the company is. Pretty much anytime I try to complete any action I get a pop up that says “we’re having technical difficulties, please call the care team.” Completely pointless to even download when most of the time you will end up needing to call Walgreens to get anything done.
