Very disappointed with support. **Editing my review from 1 star to 3 stars because they ended up giving me the additional $20 but still disappointed I had to argue for it.** I have been using this app for several months after it was recommended by co-workers. I like the convenience of purchasing tickets from my phone rather than going to a store. However, I feel scammed as they did not honor bonus credits for a referral. After I opened the app, I saw the referral fee was $30 instead of the usual $10. I immediately sent the link to my friend and within minutes he funded his account. After I saw only $10 in my account, I went back to the app and saw the offer of $30 was still there so I took a screen shot. Maybe an hour or so later, it was back to $10. After reaching out to support for assistance, they responded and said my friend had funded outside of the bonus period. I guess it’s back to purchasing tickets from the store until I can find another app.

Very poor customer service. UPDATE: There’s nothing wrong with this app other than a few problems that could be easily resolved. I’ve won money on the pick 4 but they don’t have a 50/50 exact/any feature which is a waste of money to have to bet $1 exact AND $1 any order every time. There’s no way to get ahead just betting $1 any order. Also, my state (OR) they don’t have the Win For Life lottery. They have an automatic withdrawal feature which they do not explain. It tried to take money out of my Aspiration card which had insufficient funds for the transaction. So they suspended my account. When I gave them my primary acct. number to bill, they emailed me they had submitted it and told me my account would be reinstated in five days once the bank charge had gone through. Five days later, nothing. I emailed them and they claimed I didn’t give them my bank info, which I had and I screenshot the email they had sent me and sent it back to them. Then they claimed my bank denied the charge when I have thousands in my account to cover it so either they didn’t enter the number correctly or not at all. I have $90 winnings in my account that they are holding hostage, all because they can’t get it together. I originally used PayPal to fund my account and now wish I had not changed over to my debit card. So I recommend boycotting their app until they fix the automatic withdrawal issue and stop torturing their customers with the incompetence that revolves around this issue. Surely they can just deny a charge if there are insufficient funds. But to lock customers out of their accounts so they can’t even fix the issue is unethical and unconscionable. If they fix the problem, I’ll fix the stars.

Good option for casual lottery player. I’m not a big lottery player but when I see a jackpot hit all time highs, I like to buy a few tickets. This app, as an authorized lottery carrier in my state, provides a convenient way to do that. Overall that app is designed well although I wish they expanded the threshold options for auto-ordering, particularly for the smaller state lotteries as there is no way to use the feature for a threshold the user sets, only pre-set tiers. So it is somewhat limiting for an otherwise clever feature which make them money. Which they do only during account funding, not a part of any winnings. As far as legitimacy, I’ve concluded they have to be trustworthy as not handing over a winning ticket would end their license in my state and likely end this service. But if your concerned, simply take screenshots of the generated tickets in the app to prove you own the ticket, your name will appear on each one.

Have not been mailed winning ticket. Edit: Received now. The app is well designed and intuitive to use. I’ve won a few lower prizes amounts and was immediately credited the winnings. No problems there. 8 days ago I won a prize just over the maximum allowed to redeem electronically. The ticket must be mailed in or presented in person at the local lotto office to claim a prize. That’s a lottery requirement not Jackpocket. If you win an amount over that maximum claim amount, Jackpocket emails and texts you about the prize. The email also includes a form to fill out to have your ticket mailed to “right away”. Still all good. I filled out the form shortly after receiving the email and have not received the ticket or tracking number for the ticket (promised when filling out the form). It’s been over a week, I’ve emailed support, and haven’t heard anything. Where is my ticket? Edit: Rating updates from 1 to 3. Although I never received a response from support, the ticket was mailed by an individual to me right after I posted this review. I do wonder: If this was a much larger prize, how do you follow up if it never gets mailed? If the local person that picked up that ticket has a ticket worth a lot of money, what happens if they don’t send it/keep it?

Great app. I love this app. I love not having to go to the store with cash to get tickets. I really love not having to go to the store to cash in small tickets. My only complaint is that I wish public pools were a bit different. There is one pool for each large lottery, Powerball and Mega Millions. Those pools get so large that you don’t get much of a payout even if you win. I would like to be able to pick a size of a pool like maybe 100. If I picked 100, then the pool would close after 100 entries were made in that pool and maybe an additional pool would be created for more interest. I love playing pool, but I don’t know enough people to play pools like I want to. I don’t believe I am the only one. We are getting increasingly more isolated. It would be a great to grow the app.

Good app, easy to use. I’ve used the app for a few years on and off. Had to cash out two years ago the process was very simple, check in hand less than two weeks later. Much easier than other state lottery apps cash out process which seems like a burden to get money out even though it’s simple to put in. Only downside is you are paying a fee to play because NJ does not have their own app to purchase. Although the fee as a percentage of the total you’re depositing goes down as you increase the size of the deposit. ($1=38%, $10=12%, $25=10%, $50=9.6%, $100=9.3%) It would be nice if pools were allowed in my state, quite sure that’s an issue with my state not with the app. All in all it’s a pretty good way to purchase lottery tickets from the comfort of your home or anywhere you happen to be (within the state).

It’s just terrible. The app works less percent of the time than your percent chances at actually winning the lottery. Got in once and it was working fine. Went to order some tickets and it just goes “oops something weird happened” and no longer works. I try tricks online on deleting and reinstalling on data. That works fine. I add funds just fine. Then it randomly goes “oops something weird happened” again. Nothing weird happened. Weird things don’t happened every time and to lots of other people. If you’re able to get the app to actually work, you’ll probably win because you’re super lucky. Terrible app that just never works. And it took my money just to no longer work again. The trick doesn’t work anymore. The app doesn’t work on different devices either. Just a terribly made app that scams 99% of people who try it. So try it, get lucky to have the app work, and I’m sure you’ll be a millionaire. Otherwise, you’re better off doing literally anything else.

Quick Pick feature stinks. The app is convenient for when you don’t have time to go out and buy tickets but their number generation for quick pick is horrible. I’ve used it several times and I’m constantly getting a massive amount of duplicate numbers. With such a huge pool of random numbers it’s absolutely ridiculous when some numbers appear on 4 out of 10 tickets. Convenient but you’re WAY better off choosing your own numbers if you want something random. Edit: Related to the developer response. I never stated the QP feature wasn’t compliant, I stated it’s terrible considering the massive amount of repeat numbers I receive. There are 11,238,513 5 digit combinations using 1-69. Seeing the same number across multiple tickets is highly unlikely. Thanks for your defensive response in relation to your compliant random number generator. Edit 2: used app again on 1/8/22 to buy mega millions tickets for next drawing. 5 tickets. 4 sets of repeating numbers. Definitely avoiding quick pick going forward. Edit 3: my review has been deleted as of 1/9/22. I’ll just keep reposting it.

You’ll “Never” forget again!!!!!!. With this app it allows you to never forget to play the lottery whether it’s the daily’s that are available or the powerball, and also the mega million. This app is great, and so easy to use. The navigational aspect of finding which lottery game you would like to play all it takes is a simple scroll and click. The financing part is also easy to use where you add in your debit or credit card, and you can set up automatic ticket purchases so you for sure will never miss another lottery game that you want to play. It’s super easy to set up and super easy to use. Best of luck to whom ever plays, and I pray for winning myself and to who needs it most. Best Lottery App!!. Jackpocket is an amazing app. If you need help getting lotto tickets, even lottery tickets now, Jackpocket is the app for you. If it’s available in your state, I urge you to download this app. It’s a free download and free to use. It’s safe and secure, convenient and easy to use. For a small courier fee, applied when funding your account, you can easily order your tickets online and you’ll be notified almost immediately if you win anything. I’m a senior, and have also been disabled since 2011. It had been difficult for me to get my lotto tickets, especially since I had to give up driving due to seizures. I was excited to find an app that allowed me to buy my lotto tickets without having to inconvenience someone to take me to buy them. Jackpocket has been reliable, secure and dependable for years. Yet this morning, I found out that my state’s lottery commission put a stop to online courier services such as Jackpocket. I immediately wrote to our governor. I’m going to be calling him as well. I cannot stress enough, if Jackpocket is available in your state, please use this wonderful service.

Convenient and trustworthy. This app is so easy to use, and it alerts you when you win. Small wins go right back into your account. I’ve only won large enough to have to collect from the lottery office once, but JackPocket sent very clear collection instructions, and my hard copy ticket was shipped to me quickly and securely so that I could take the next steps to collect the winnings. I especially appreciate having the app when the jackpots are large, and I might otherwise have to stand in a long line. And when the weather is bad outside. Or when I decide at the last minute I want more tickets. The app isn’t available in every state. It took a while for my state to allow it. If yours already does, you’ll be happy to have downloaded this convenient app.

Convenient Way to Play. This app has far exceeded my expectations. At first glance, the deposit fee seemed a little steep. However, when you factor in taking time out of your day to get a lottery ticket, the cost of gas to get there and back, having to manually scan or check your tickets after a drawing, etc. the deposit fee really pays for itself. It is truly a convenience to be able to play from home, especially during the times we live in today. Jackpocket gives you the ability to play a number of your states lottery games with the click of a button. What’s even nicer is they automatically pay you any winnings within a few hours after a drawing. You literally don’t have to do a thing. That is unless you win big money! Then they arrange to have the physical ticket sent to you. Another HUGE bonus of the app is the ability to play in a pool (public or private). Public pools are a thrill because all it takes is one person to hit the jackpot and everyone wins big. When the pools get big enough, you literally may have thousands of chances to win. Private pools are groups of people as big or small of your choosing. Any potential winnings are automatically split and calculated based on the number of tickets each individual contributes to the private pool. If I buy 2 tickets and my friend buys 1, then I would win 2/3rds of any potential winnings. All in all, the app makes playing the lottery much more convenient and is an exciting to play with friends, family, coworkers, etc. I would absolutely recommend it to avid lottery players or the occasional buyer that only plays “when jackpots get big”. That said, always be sure to play responsibly.

Deliberately designed to be less useful, encourage gambling. Update, ontop of my below review, fees are now ripoff 15%, reverting to paper tickets because this is pure ripoff This app’s “smart orders” are deliberately designed to make you spend and gamble more money than you really want and makes it less useful. Example: 1. mega millions “smart orders” threshold can not be set to trigger above 300 mio. It would be nice to set it to only trigger when jackpot is at least 1 bio. This is done so if you want to use smart order, which is the only reason i use the app (it increases your cost about 11% of what you would otherwise spend on paper tickets), you play more frequently than you would actually want. 2. Games with lesser payouts that occur more frequently, don’t allow setting a threshold. Texas two step, you can’t set a jackpot trigger amount. So if you only want to play when the jackpot is 1mio+ , you can’t set up this “smart order”. This is deceptive product design, encourages gambling, and should be investigated. It encourages users to gamble more. Rip-off!

Totally legit and they do not take $ from ur winnings!!!. I love how I don’t have to go to the store and fill out those darn cards or wait in line to b told I’m sorry u can’t buy lottery with ur debit or I order my tickets and the cashier totally does them wrong and I feel bad so of course I pay for them still lol I could b watching a movie, working and see oh crap I need my lottery before 7…oh yea I got this cool app I can just order and pay with my phone! Love it The pools I join everyone of them lol cuz if someone in my state Wins the jackpot then I win too! Oregon u can win 600$ or less and this app automatically pays u and if u won more then they contact u and u tell u what u gotta do to get money! More losing than winning. The app itself is great and easy to use. The state(Arkansas) games seem like a sham IMO. I don’t see enough winners from our state games to keep me interested OR excited about losing a few dollars. It seems rigged. It shouldn’t be because as you watch, we’re spending enough to have more luck and chance winners in our state. I check the newsletter and I see old pics of past winners. In a business sense I feel you need to have more small BIG wins in order to keep your in state people engaged. I feel it’s just taking money from the poor(so to speak) and give BACK to the already rich. You have to keep it interesting and fun to keep people engaged. I WILL admit the BINGO was a GREAT 😊 excellent idea. Lol , when you read that fine print of the bingo; the idea of a RAFFLE type of idea it’s hard to stay excited about it being LIVE. It seems rigged. It doesn’t feel like luck or an actual “CHANCE,” winning. The app itself is fun and easy to use. I just feel you need to have more winners to keep me and others engaged.

Great app. Updated 3/20: Have to correct my previous review from earlier (see below). App wasn’t broken—turns out the wifi I was using the app on was blocking gambling sites, so this app got caught up in that net. Resolved that issue and app works great. Really like it. My one issue: I find that the notifications can become a nuisance (as with all apps), but since gambling can become a problem, wonder how healthy it is to be prodded with what seems like daily notifications about trying to win. Would be nice to see options for notifications so they can be tailored. Otherwise I suppose it is best to just turn them off. —— Previous review: Enjoyed this app for a few weeks. As of last week, app doesn’t work. Every time I try to open it I get an error message that something went wrong. Restarting phone and closing other apps doesn’t fix the problem. Hope they fix it soon.

Easy to order. I will give 5 stars for ordering its easy. But the chances of winging I think are similar than just driving to store. As a matter of fact I know this to be true. I have much better odds going to store versus this app. If I am lying who has one a nice amount? How long since being on app did that happen? Like come on common sense beats a blank. What does convenience cost you? An for those fans who are defending it well keep donating your money! I will go to store where at least 80% of the time I’m winning free ticket or something here it more like 90/20. Where 90% my money gets took. Don’t knock unpopular opinion an I won’t say you look silly defending a shaky system. Rich people you I still have app but don’t use anymore I go to store. Stellar, small compliant. Jackpocket has a great interface. Informative, to-the-point, and visually appealing. It’s easy to add funds and set up recurring orders, whether quick picks or specific numbers. I’ve won a few dollars here and there, my biggest so far being $50 two times in The Pick. My only qualm is when I run out of funds on my bank account and they suspend me — I understand why, the funds in the app are able to be used instantly but the actual money takes time to transfer, so Jackpocket is essentially lending you money until it clears through the bank. My gripe is with the fact that when I add funds into my checking account often times on the same day of suspension, and pay it off, I have to wait a week to be able to play anything. They even confirm that it went through, but still make me wait. I’ve complained to support about this and they were gracious enough to lift the suspension a few days early, which is why I’m giving 5 stars, but it’s still annoying.

It use to be great but with upgrades not so much :-(. WhenJackpocket came out it was cool! I could load money into my account, buy tickets, never worry about rushing to the gas station to get a ticket, I could set it up to auto buy my tickets when I went on vacation. But recently they upgraded things, they’ve partnered with Plaid for adding money to your account. Sure Plaid is great but it doesn’t connect with my credit union! I have to go through PayPal or Venmo to add money. It just became a bigger PIA to add money to my account. Then when it first started they drew tickets from lucky machines, I haven’t won even my $3 bucks back in months! Yet I’ve been picking up tickets at my local grocery store the last few weeks and have been winning a few bucks. I just don’t think it is as great as it use to be. This is probably the last time I’m adding money to my account. Once it is gone, I’ll just go back to the gas station or grocery store. Their machines seem to be luckier.

Works for me!. It appears in a couple reviews that people don’t read the fine print…. My experience is as good as it can get even without winning just yet! App is very smooth and easy to work with and while I’m a very infrequent player, now I can easily get in on the huge jackpots. Ohio has both biggies, mega and Powerball, so this is great. Top that off with all the other games Ohio Lottery has and I have a wide choice of options! So read the fine print, check the promo details so you claim them directly AND correctly, don’t miss out on one! And for security, I know OH Lottery wouldn’t let them do this if it was flaky, not to mention it seems like I get a breach notice a week from a new store or service. Be smart, use Debit cards and bank/card account where you only have what you spend in it and protect yourself with your own common sense.

Great App!!. This app is truly a one stop shop!! You can play any national or state lotteries(in NJ at least), any way you want to play. You can set automatic buy-in thresholds so you never miss that big money drawing. When you win anything less than $600 it goes straight into your Jackpocket account, which you can use to play more or easily transfer to your bank account. And recently I hit on a couple tickets for a total of $1,580 which ended up being more than what could be cashed out. So they sent a UPS packing envelope with a thick and secure cardboard envelope inside containing my winning tickets and all documentation and tax paperwork to report and receive my winnings!! This company is absolutely a class act, and will continue to happily recommend on here and to anyone I talk to that’s interested in playing the lottery!! Thank you Jackpocket!!

(No extra driving just to get tickets) - No need to wait in lines at a register, (short lines or long lines) - You can take your time picking your numbers if your into doing it that way. - You use your debit card, so you don’t need to go to an ATM or make a purchase and ask for cash back just to buy tickets. - You can join or make pools with friends or coworkers. Everyone gets the same ticket info, so there are no shenanigans if your group wins (the person with the physical tickets can’t lie and say y’all didn’t win) - It helps you keep track of all of your winnings you may otherwise forget about. And it automatically gives you those small amounts that you may have won…..all without leaving the house. - There’s no losing your ticket somewhere or accidentally putting in the washing machine only to find that thing in pieces in your lint trap. - You get a picture of your tickets and your tickets stay safe. - Most importantly…. Yes… you do win!!!! You do actually have the same chances of winning. I’ve won some money. No jackpots yet for me. But I have won money and you get it immediately. Even before they send you a notification of your winnings lol. Which for me is around 9am. Use this app and save yourself time and frustration. Don’t use this app and find yourself standing in line waiting to buy some tickets. I recommend saving yourself the time, energy and an extra trip to the store.

Rip off. When you fund your account, they charge you a 14% fee. The service is convenient, right. But this is a rip off. Not worth it. No way. I seriously can’t believe people are paying this fee. This is the dishonest response from the developer: “As a courier service, we charge a small service fee on fund requests to cover our costs so that you can continue to experience the most convenient, safe, and fun way to play the lottery. The fee amount will always be made available to you before making a transaction. Head to the fund account section of the app to try it out! The good news? There is no monthly fee, no fee to sign up, and we don't take anything from winnings, whatever you win is all yours! " This response is a half truth. The charge a service fee at the time you purchase your tickets. What this response does not mention is that they also charge you an enormous 14% fee when you transfer your money from an external account to your Jackpocket account. This may be the worst deal in all of the gambling industry. At least the worst one I know of. I am shocked that apple allows a 3rd party use its devices and App Store to rip its customers off so terribly. I am also shocked that state politicians are allowing their citizens to be ripped off. STAY AWAY. Gamble else where. Don’t feed the greedy pigs. 🐽

Iffy on this. So I have been playing for a a few months. Yes it’s easier to get a ticket. But you will spend more money playing. And they charge 10% on funding your account. So if you walk into a place you don’t pay more. I’m also a little iffy on quick pick. What’s to say these people don’t quick pick the same numbers for more then one person. Giving them the edge. Or making it up. It’s a picture of your ticket. Also. No one has really ever won on Jackpocket. So be weary. Play for fun. If you have gambling problems. Don’t join this site. Again you will spend more money playing the lottery. Which I truly believe is a scam. Ever notice more people in New Jersey wins the lottery. Wel the lottery is in New Jersey. Also remember the monopoly game at McDonald. They cheated us out of that money. And never said sorry. So. Be careful. It’s easier to get struck by lightning under the ocean then to ever win the lottery.

App Very Easy to Use. The Jackpocket app is so easy to use. I really like it. It’s nice that Jackpocket does not take a cut of the winnings. I won some decent money on a MegaMillions ticket that required Jackpocket to mail me the winning ticket so I could redeem with my State's lottery office. Jackpocket sent me the ticket which I received the next day (they paid for overnight delivery). The ticket was sent in secure packaging with nice branding. I was impressed! My issue with Jackpocket is their selection of scratch tickets offered in the app. The tickets they have are mostly older games. They have very few of the newer games. I have opened tickets with their Support team asking for newer games but I always get the response "we'll share your feedback with our Product team." But nothing changes. It's disappointing. There are 3 other online lottery couriers in my state so there's lots of competition. I think Jackpocket has the best UI/UX.

Helpful for mobility impared. I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees. I also require supplemental oxygen 24/7. This makes going to the local convenience store for lottery tickets a bit more problematic, not to mention, painful. With this app I can now easily obtain tickets for any of the legal lottery games allowed in New Mexico. I also have the same options that I would have at the store, but from home. Although I know that the chances of winning are small, since New Mexico puts the money towards scholarships for New Mexico students to get a better education, I don’t mind the odds. And it’s fun. Now, because of this app, I can painlessly play. You can’t win if you don’t play! I would also like to commend customer support. I had an issue with receiving the monies for referring a friend in the app and Jake went out of his way to get me the information I needed.

Not as Sweet as Elitist Batman says...... First of all the app works well with what permissions it holds states to states, maybe too well. Some commentators on here are saying “I don’t see what others are saying”.....well If you have a problem with gambling, DO NOT JOIN. You are not on your own here, taking my own experience on here. I was spending too much so I just don’t go on the app, the app text messages you on a daily basis about impending jackpots you could be missing out on. There is a charge every time you replenish, if you are in the supermarket there’s no charge. For me I like Take 5, for a short time it was available to play, but now it’s not, so I don’t play, but the messages don’t stop. I’m going to turn off notifications and see where that takes me, then after if I decide just delete-The Who darn thing. It was fun in the beginning but got too costly !

Pricing model should be changed. I took a look at this app and it looks great and convenient to use if you want to play lotto games often. But, there is nothing “convenient” about being charged an almost 10% fee just to add money to play the same “gambling” games you can play at a local store. Why spend more money gambling for no good reason other than to use your phone instead of going to a store? Seems like a bad decision to just lose more money. My recommendation to the company is to change the pricing model. Instead of charging a fee to load money, I would be more interested to use the app if I had the option to pay a monthly fee instead. I would be happy with $10 per month but I bet some people would be willing to spend up to $20 per month. Wouldn’t MRR be better to grow the customer base? Just my opinion though and maybe the current model makes them enough money for people who are willing to use it as it is. It might be worth offering the option. Monthly or “pay-as-you-play” options.

Not so fond of it. They don’t Give bonus options for instance I won on mega millions no megaplier I thought I had megaplier and I didn’t so it wasn’t much like I thought I won 😪 this is annoying! To be honest I’m gonna go back to waiting in line for my tickets because one night I am sure I won $500 on my all or nothing I had 11 numbers I always write my numbers so Ik what I had. They always take forever to get the results in which is weird. Anywho the numbers I wrote down were changed and I had different numbers and 8 right. I’m extremely positive about this. I said okay maybe I’m losing it so I did another play for next draw I should of had $10 it said I hadn’t won anything. Then the last 3 days I’ve magically been winning and I’m always like that’s not the numbers I had. It’s always 2 or different. I had an all or nothing numbers on December 11th it said evening and I ordered for night. 11 of my numbers came up that night. I’m not acussing them of anything but things are just fishy. It’s worth it to just wait in line at the store and have your ticket in hand. They don’t send your ticket barcode which is also extremely fishy. I assume that these are fake lotto tickets. I think the company plays your numbers like real Human beings and they are trying to win big. For instance the pool I was in with no extra pay won $600 we all got .12 I think the company plays each ticket with the megaplier or fireball or whatever bonuses on the game you play and they win so much more and we all get a few cents. I think it’s similar to a pyramid scheme. I’m not here for it at bye bye jack pocket. If you realize the name 🤦🏾‍♀️their jacking pockets in a way... Technically.....

Awesome. I love Jackpocket, it's so convenient you don't have to go out to play your numbers, just do it from the comfort of your home or where ever you mite be! Also the best part is, is when you win your money goes straight to your Jackpocket account so you don't have to worry about going out to cash in your tickets or going to the casino when you win a higher amount! It takes seconds for you to transfer into your checking or savings account with no fees! And for the ones who like to out a lot of money in ( my husband ) there is a cap of $100 so you can t over spend! Even know I think spending over $20 is enough like my husband I know there are people that like to just poor their money into the lottery So it's convenient in every way !

Tried with $20, already looks shady. Installed this app based on a friend suggestion. Convenient way to play for people who live far from a lottery convenience store. However I already have some complaints and now I am curious about my protection if the reward is quite large to remain honest. You pick some numbers or let the app pick them for you. And somebody actually buys tickets on behalf of you. You can see a stamp on the “ticket photo” that says “ticket belongs to Your Name”. It doesn’t say “redeemable only by”. Also I don’t really know if the actual ticket has the stamp or the stamp was “photoshopped” after the ticket was scanned. What made me suspicious? I won $4 and it was on my account. So somebody was able to claim it on my behalf. I had already $12 left from original funding and $4 from my winnings. I tried to withdraw my money after losing trust. It looks like the original money you sent from your account is not refundable. That is problem #2. The I decided to get my $4 as a refund. Again another problem. Although I was able to fund my account using PayPal, I cannot get a refund via PayPal. It wants my bank account number. What if I don’t want to give my bank account to an app developer? Maybe I was misled because they made funding the app account very easy.

Easy way to play lottery!. I am a very skeptical person so I was VERY skeptical about the legitimacy of this app. I read a few reviews and searched for independent news articles about this app. I confirmed it’s not a scam so I decided to try. I created an account and added $10 from my PayPal to start. I live in NJ so the games available to me were Mega Millions, Powerball, Pick 6, Cash 4 Life. There are other state games but I guess the app doesn’t allow other games? What I really liked is the “pools” option. You can play the Mega or Powerball with other users to increase your chance of winning. These pools have hundreds of people in them and I love this! Conclusion: Not a scam, it’s legit as long as you are physically in the location they say you have to be in and are over 18. It’s an easy and convenient way to play lottery right from your own home.

Your word is your bond and you are loyal to the truth. 🙏🏼 There are hiked ticket prices, they charge service fees on each reload even if it is one dollar. The main thing I’m dissatisfied and disappointed with right now is that I’m not being paid for referrals and right now the referral payment is $30. I had a friend sign up WITH MY REFERRAL LINK, FUND HIS ACCOUNT AND BUY A TICKET yesterday, yet I was not paid my $30 referral fee and he didn’t get his $2 free ticket play funded to his account. Getting people to sign up for stuff is not an easy task, we should most definitely be paid for our referrals especially when there’s real cash involved. I was promised a referral payment that I didn’t get. Why should I refer ANYONE to a company that gets your hopes up then offers empty promises? One thing I absolutely can’t stand is a liar. I messaged customer service, gave them his name and email address that he used to sign up. They pretty much sent me a generic response stating “the referral link wasn’t used correctly”. NJ USER REVIEW. PROS: App interface is nice and easy to use. Love the convenience of being able to play from anywhere in my STATE on my phone, my STATE. CONS: App forces you to play $1 when there's a state 50 cent option here. This forces me not to play straight and box because i play different numbers that i do NOT want to play twice, especially for box. That adds up QUICK. Because of this, i skip playing box most times. The fee they charge to play is TOO HIGH! 50 cent just to play one number two times? So on TOP of being forced to play one number twice, you also want me to pay the play fee as well? CRAP. Also the fact that you can't play from a state you aren't in? I get if it's crazy far like being in NJ but try to play in Florida or something, but the fact that i can't play NY pick it while in NJ and vice versa is just ridiculous to me. You should be able to play in the tristate area. Do you know how many times i missed out on hitting straight in NY all because i'm in NJ and can't pick NY numbers here? Do you know how frustrating that is to see i had the winning number many times and missed out on tens of thousands?!! Promo codes are a COMPLETE JOKE. Majority free plays are for first time users only and any giveaways through promo codes are mostly to baseball which i HATE, and NFL which i don't hate but don't care for. The update locked me out!. I went in the app quite a few days back and it required me to update my app so I did following the update. I tried to get access to the app and it told me that the number I was using was not associated with any account which is quite impossible being that I only have one phone number. I scoured the app & their website looking for an email address or a phone number to speak to a live person, they don’t have that; mind you their app and their website clearly state that there is 24/7 support available., I guess they mean chat bot unfortunately, the only thing that chat bot will do is submit a ticket there’s no other recourse I got an email during this process a promo email telling me to go in and update my smart order so I wouldn’t miss a drawing and I thought maybe I should reply to this email and what did that do? Submit another ticket! I have not heard from anybody in response to my concern or help logging into the app. I have submitted so many tickets that I don’t know what to do. I did have active smart orders and I have a nice little chunk of change in my bank to cover those smart orders PLEASE HELP!

Very disappointing. Typically, I would’ve rated this app much higher as I have been using it for quite sometime now. I’ve always waited around half an hour before the drawings to purchase my tickets no matter which game I’m playing. However, Friday I wasn’t able to purchase tickets in this manner as the system kept giving me an error, even though it did allow me to add funds during this same timeframe, in which, they are paid a fee. I suppose I am a little disappointed as they received their monies for the transaction but I was denied being able to purchase my tickets for the 1.2B dollar jackpot… yeah, I know what the odds were but so did everyone else’s - it didn’t keep them from playing. I was denied this opportunity because their system couldn’t handle the load - technical difficulties! My suggestion to all who uses this app during high stake drawings - don’t wait till the last hour because chances are you will not be able to make your purchase!!! Auto fund feature -tickets not actually purchased.. I somehow, I suppose, turned on the auto fund feature even though I don’t remember. When I went or my bank and saw it, I immediately turned it off. However, although I turned it off the money kept coming out of my bank with fees. The system said it was off, but it wasn’t. It would also turn off my safe web browsing in Norton. That’s how I realized that something was amiss. I kept getting messages thqt I wasn’t safely browsing; I’d turn the safe browse back on and it would be off again. Since it’s impossible to speak to someone, I submitted a ticket and got an immediate (automated) reply. They’ll get back to me. Well, they never did and yes I checked my spam. While I liked the convenience of being able to play from my bed, I don’t want any app taking money out of my account. Therefore I don’t I’ll go back to the store method as I have lost trust in the security of my money. I also don’t understand why they don’t have a human to speak to. Surely they have enough money with the fees they charge. On my last transaction I got an email telling me my tickets were ready to view. However, when I clicked the link they were not there and never appeared in my account. Please be careful.

Scam?. Was enjoying this app after being invited by a friend until I received an email almost a WEEK after I joined saying my account was suspended due to “failed funding attempt” for an amount that I didn’t even try to fund? They won’t suspend my account until I pay back the amount that I “owe” them for this failed funding. When I contacted support about the situation I was told to look in my “funding history” where I found 1 inquiry that said funding had failed for a completely different amount (the amount I was planning to fund my account with) because my bank does not allow me to use a debit card for lottery. Simple fix, I added my bank account by routing and account number and was able to fund that amount instantly. My concern is if the funding FAILED (meaning it did not go through, in my experience) how do I OWE money? Especially an amount I did not try to fund. #2 if this happened the day I opened my account and added money for the first time why am I being told I “OWE” money a week after this supposedly happened and AFTER I won close to $100 playing on this app? If someone supposedly “owes” you money why continue letting them buy tickets? Why did the “owed” amount not get taken out of the funds that were on the account? I don’t think it’s right that I would have to “pay back” money that I did not even spend or deposit.

Very tough to really only buy the tickets u want and hard to see how to buy right amount of tickets.. All I can say is the last time I tried to make this thing work I only wanted two I forgot what type of tickets but at any rate I tried to buy only two tickets of whatever it was can’t remember. Great fun! Live MA Keno at home is a dream come true!. I love this app and use it daily. I enjoy watching live Keno games. I have Power Ball set up to automatically place my order so I never miss a drawing. All drawing games let you view the “hard copy” ticket in the app, and (unfortunately) if the ticket pays $600 or more it is mailed to you so it can be cashed in at MA Lottery office. I rated the app 4-stars due to an incident where one of my scratch tickets went missing. It was a strip of 10 and the serial number was in my possession. The explanation was that the ticket was damaged, so “they destroyed it” and refunded the purchase price. I rarely play scratchers anymore because I believe there is a very good chance that fraud is possible. So ….. with the exception of scratchers I love this app. I am disabled so I don’t get many opportunities to play at a lottery agent, but now my iPad has it all, 24/7 !!!!!

Works great. Fast issuance. Love it.. I’ve used the app for about 2 years I think. It works great. It’s easy to use, and there is info available in the app explaining each game. Love it!. I’ve been playing the lottery for about 5 years now. I use to dump money into it. This app has made it a lot easier and safer to play. Easy to use!. I give the app 4 stars because it’s easy to use. I took a star away because when you go to fund your account, it automatically highlights $50 & you must pay careful attention to deselect it by clicking order amount or entering your desired total. I imagine that feature has intentionally boosted Jackpocket NOI, while increasing the number of plays because you cannot get refunds so you must use the funds. Another reason I do not find it deserves 5 stars is because there doesn’t seem to be enough winners yet from tickets purchased on the app. It really feels like most Jackpocket winners are from the east coast.

Wait Until They Figure it Out - Infrastructure is not Ready. Current customers are the Beta testing for what happens when there is a billion dollar jackpot. Funny, they had no issue taking all of our prepayments to play, but they cannot fulfill their end. This could be a great app in some time, now is not that time. They are in way over their heads, and I don’t recall reading anything in the fine-print that said “hey, give us all your money, we’ll take our cut off the top, but there is a great chance we haven’t created the infrastructure to handle the demand, so we may not be able to play for you.” App is a terrible joke, but a great lesson of how not to do things. I hope WFAN says something about this. I’d love to be able to play tonight, but they have my money+ allocated to do so. Hope there are repercussions for promises they failed to keep.

Jackpocket in your hands. It is much easier to go online and order tickets online than take time and gas to go to a place for purchases. I subscribed to Jackpocket during the Covid days. People don’t trust online purchases or Jackpocket and warned me to be cautious. I think they need to learn it is safe, fun and convenient. Total Scam. So first of all I would stay away from this app. After setting up my account and funding it. They totally took my money only to tell me their service is not available in my state yet. So instead of telling me before hand that I can’t use their service in my state, they tell me after I fund my account when I am attempting to purchase a lottery ticket. So I can’t attempt to purchase because your account needs to be funded and after funding you tell me, “hope to be available in your location soon”. They charge you a service fee and don’t let you play in a neighboring state either because you current location dictates your purchase power. Needs to not allow you to choose states that their service is unavailable in either you are purposely misleading people where you actually service vs where you like to service.

This removed the annoyance out of getting lottery tickets!. The thing that I hated the most about the Texas Lottery was the fact that you had to go into the store every time to get the ticket. Interesting concept to say the least!. Even if this isn’t you’re thing, you’ve got to admit it’s a pretty well executed app! This should be a very complicated process for a phone app to accomplish, but they’ve made it seamless. You can buy your tickets, they’re nicely sorted, and you don’t even have to check your own lotto numbers. The app can send you notifications to tell you when you win something. The pools are actually a pretty slick concept, and again very well executed. Even if the app was very visually boring, the app would still score a 5/5 from me. Yet, the app is actually very clean and well designed. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this app based on some of the lackluster reviews... it has been better than I imagined in every facet.

So Convenient!. The app registered my account number to find my Jackpocket account without any problems, I buy tickets more easily than going to the corner store. I can either choose a quick pick or pick the numbers myself. I won one time on one of my tickets and it automatically funded my winnings to my jackpocket account. Cool because it wasn’t much but if it was a lot, I would hope it wouldn’t do that. So far, I love the app and highly recommend it for those who can’t make a quick run to the store. No more running out in the dark, cold, rain, snow . . .. I forgot to get my Powerball tickets on my way home from work a couple of nights ago. The Powerball Jackpot was $1.7 BILLION. It was a cold and rainy night with icy roads. I didn’t want to go back out, but I didn’t want to miss my chance at $1.7 BILLION. I found Jackpocket and had my Powerball tickets in a matter of minutes from the comfort of my warm and cozy home! The app is amazing, and so well-done! Streamlined and incredibly user-friendly. This is the lottery of the future and I’m having a blast! I don’t gamble a lot, but when I spend a few dollars for a shot at a dream - it’s worth every cent!

Winning. This is a very useful app if you do not like running to the store every time you need to purchase your lottery tickets. I have used this particular app for the last two months. I am disappointed that app doesn’t function in all states while traveling. Another issue that I am discouraged about at this point is the excessive service fee that’s being charged. I am in the process of searching other lottery playing apps that do not have these high service fees. I may have to go back in person to purchase my tickets if unable to find an app with reasonable fees, or only use this app when going out of town and will not have access to in person playing. I know this was too good to be true.

Disappointed. I live in a rural area with no lottery retailers nearby so Jackpocket was a god send for me since I no longer had to drive 68 miles round trip every Saturday in order to play my daily win four numbers for the week. Unfortunately Jackpocket doesn’t allow 50/50 on win four tickets so it now costs me considerably more to purchase my tickets but it was certainly more convenient with the automatic tickets every day. Again unfortunately now that has stopped also so if I forget to buy the tickets every day I may miss out and you know what will happen the first day I forget one of the numbers that I have been playing every night for 12 years will come out and I will be out 5 grand. I don’t understand why we can’t play 50/50 on the win 4 like with the 3 numbers it can be done at any lottery retailer. I would give a much better rating if this was corrected.

Best way to play the lotteries!!. The naysayers like to say lotteries are a tax on the stupid. To which I say someone eventually wins and if you don’t play it your definitely not going to win. The only true losers are the people who fail to claim their winning tickets. Jackpocket definitely eliminates that last problem. It couldn’t be easier to get your tickets and they always get checked. Even if you forget to check, the cash for low level wins is definitely in your Jackpocket account and you can easily withdraw it without any trouble. Not sure about the big wins, still waiting to see how that works. Jackpocket is hands down the best app to have if you play the lotteries.

Great app just one hitch. I absolutely love Jackpocket. It helps when I don’t have to run back-and-forth to the store for tickets. I just open my app and buy tickets. The only issue I have is that I travel out of state every other week for business and when I’m out of state, I cannot buy my local tickets because it sees me as out of state. And sometimes when the state itself doesn’t have Jackpocket I missed the jackpots altogether I could probably buy before I leave if I knew the state didn’t have Jackpocket. so those are the only glitches. I don’t think it should run on GPS. I think it should run on your designated state. other than that I think it’s an awesome app. I’m glad we have it.

Really convenient!. No longer have to race to the store to get my ticket if I forgot! I’m just curious as how they get the lotto tickets for you? I’ve had some luck with the app, but whenever I read about big winners it’s always from a store… Also I sometimes wonder about their “quick pick” system. I’ve gotten quick picks that would never ever win! Like all 30s! The winning numbers have never been all of the same numbers like that! 30,33,37,31,39 and 32?!?!? Seriously?!?!? All 5 of my quick picks were ALL IN 30s?!?!? Since then my quick picks have been better, but I do have to wonder if my quick picks were a bug or something? If I could’ve won if i had proper quick picks… I guess we’ll never know… But since this experience, I try to get my lotto tickets from the store before using this app.

Keeps track of the small wins!. I love this app because it keeps track of the small wins, they do add up. When I was buying tickets, I would usually do a quick glance to see if I hit the jackpot. Then I left the losers on a shelf and would check them later for smaller wins. Sometimes I would toss them out without going over them. I’m not sure how much money I lost by being careless. The app not only shows you the small wins but it cashes them for you. Money goes right back into your account. It is easy to track what you are spending on lottery tickets. I do recommend it!

Complaints ? App is great. So I don’t get the complaints on app I actually read the terms of use before putting my information in. For me I usually have lotto tickets piled up in my car in different pants and in different jackets so needless todays I lose a lot of tickets lol . So this app helps me keep it organized and I don’t mind paying a small fee to have someone else grab some tickets for me especially when sometimes I miss drawings because of work or I’ll get home and say shoot I forgot to play and I’m not going back out . Love the app so far I think once you use it and get information you want it’s all fine of course everything could use improvements but not really a big deal.

Perfect for lazy gamblers!. I am a firm believer that you can’t win if you don’t play!… however for me, the problem is that leaving the house just to buy a lottery ticket isn’t enough to justify leaving to comfy confines of my house… This is where Jackpocket comes into play. I can play all the games I want to play from the comfort of my couch! And then when you win, your account automatically gets funded so that you can buy more tickets or cash out!!!! I have to be honest, I can’t tell you how many small dollar winning tickets I’ve let to waste because I was too lazy to go to the store to cash them out!… but with Jackpocket that lazy problem is a thing of the past!

Use for practical reasons. Use this app for a couple of years now. I say that when I moved to another state how important this app was when you had a little time to go and purchase a ticket and how convenient it is when you’re busy doing day-to-day lives purchasing from the app versus taking five minutes out of your way to go to the gas station to purchase a ticket. Don’t get me wrong. I do like to go in my own tickets every now and then but when you’re busy and you have to stay in you’re at a party and can’t really get away. You have a moment of urge of feeling lucky sometimes just purchasing that ticket right then and there may be the best thing for you.

Play on line is long time coming. It’s a great format to play instantly without having to run out and play. Gives you time to think what you want to play either being in front of someone or visa or versa people running their numbers and you want to check out waiting to check out after exhausted from shopping. People don’t like waiting but unless it’s them being the difficult one, human nature. Also playing pool of numbers with public or close family or friends as private. It’s a great long time modern way to play. Time changes some for worse or better. I think and hope this is for the better at being convenient!

Great App. They let you know if you win. They send a email with your lottery ticket you purchased that is identical to the ones you buy in the store but the ones they send you already have your name printed on it. I won $250 on the pick 4 for 1 dollar and they automatically added it to my funds. I sit right at home an purchase as many tickets I want plus they have drawings and everytime you purchase a ticket your name goes in for a drawing, you have to hit activate first . I have also won lots of small hits like 20, free play, 12, 22 etc… how they get there money is by charging you 9 to 100 so $109 and that’s how they get there money I think 50 is 55 five for them. Well worth it. Love it

App Status. Hello! I believe this is a good app to use to attempt to win money. However, I have found it difficult to win any drawings and have only won one where I just won a couple bucks. In other words, I was wanting for this app to make it easier for customers to win more easily by if one or more of the numbers match, that people can win anywhere from a few bucks to millions of dollars. Moreover, I would like that if a customer wins the majority of the numbers, that he or she can hundreds or thousands of dollars. Furthermore, I would also like it to be easier for customers to withdraw their earned money into their bank accounts or have major winnings shipped to their addresses.

Love the ease of playing without having to find a retailer. Jackpocket makes playing the lottery games so easy. Many many times over the years when huge jackpots had built up I’d forget to play because I wasn’t at a store when I had remembered the prize was big. Now I can set it on auto play and forget about it, or I can go in and pick my games when I want. All from the convenience of my home. Hopefully I’ll be a big winner. Thus far I’ve won more on Jackpocket than I’ve ever won walking into a store. Not a whole lot but more than before! Thank you for making this available to my state!

No VPN. Red flag number 1 is that the app makes me turn off my VPN in order to use it. Red flag number 2 is that my credit card was declined due to “insufficient funds” which makes no sense as I have plenty of funds available many many times more than the simple $10 that I tried to charge. Red flag number 3 and this may not have anything to do with the jackpocket app but coincidentally my debit card which I didn’t even enter into the Jackpocket app sent me a fraud alert for a subscription that I had for a language program. Again that has nothing to do with the Jackpocket app but is coincidental and unnerving since I now have my VPN shut off in order to use the app. Also the state I live in requires that citizens buying lottery tickets pay cash (to keep those with gambling addiction from charging themselves into debt) so I was wondering how this app was getting around that law. Any how I will be deleting this app as I don’t trust it now.

FINALLY HERE!. I’m so super happy that finally there is an app where we can stay in the comfort of our own home to buy lotto tickets. I’m really surprised there hasn’t been an app like JackPocket for some time now. And I was pleasantly surprised at how super easy the site is to navigate. Any and every question that you may ever have about playing the lottos, is very easily found in the JackPocket app. I’d only had the app for under a week, & I had already won $160. I have a budget, if I don’t have enough for that week to purchase a lotto ticket, I just don’t do it. But for as little as $1 you can get a lotto ticket. Now, just waiting for the SCRATCH OFF TICKET App to be developed!

Jackpocket. This app is very convenient for those who don’t have time to go out and look for a store that sells lotto tickets to purchase!!! I really don’t understand the negative ratings, guess this people aren’t savvy with any apps because this app is definitely very simple to use. What I like as well it keeps your previous numbers played so you can conveniently reorder them time and time again. No writing those numbers down. The only thing I would say when the Mega Millions was 1.34 billion the app wasn’t responding, I guess it couldn’t keep up with the supply and demand! Besides this…. Love this app!!

Excellent and convenient. This is the best things since sliced bread. I never like having to go into a store and sometimes wait in a line just to buy a ticket. As a result I would elect not to play. This app now allows me to play, try different games and auto notification if I have won anything. Nothing can be easier. Simple, powerful and easy to use. Kudos to the app builders. Of course this I am sure has increased the revenue obtained this way but I don’t begrudge the agencies these funds go to. Being an engineer I realize the odds are against me but you can’t win if you don’t play. To me better than pulling handles on slot machines. Lol

Jackpocket app useless when you travel. Been trying to do something simple like add my tickets to a lotto pool. Since it requires your precise location, you can’t even join a lottery pool if traveling out of this app’s service area. Deleting… I’ll use Poolu instead. At least Poolu doesn’t require a precise location to add your tickets to a lotto pool. If you’ve already purchased the tickets, why is it necessary to provide access to your precise location just to add tickets to a lotto pool? The Jackpocket app is rather useless unless you’re within its service area and aren’t traveling out of its service area. For example, you can use it while in NYC or Oregon, but not in California or Arizona even though tickets can be purchased in these locations. You can purchase lotto tickets when in California, yet you can’t add your tickets to a lotto pool using the Jackpocket app while in California. Just dumb.

It’s totally REAL!!!. I’m not a paid sponsor at all but a friend suggested I get this app. I was like why not but a little bit leery about using at first. I had one a few small amount wins and I just put it back into play. I had mostly won on the Powerball but one night I wasn’t going to play the Mega Millions because I hadn’t really won anything on it. At the last second I decided to play one last time as I was ready to checkout. I’m so incredibly happy that I didn’t cancel because I WON $800 from the Mega Millions game that I almost cancelled!! Unbelievably User Friendly. The Legitimate Real Deal. Jackpocket is the real deal to play the lottery. Now that they are active in New York, I created a subscription to play Megamillions at 2 tickets per drawing. The subscription is automatically paid from my bank account. Jackpocket graphics are very pleasing, and the app is extremely user friendly. Any questions I have had have been answered clearly by the friendly customer service staff. Oh, not to be shut out of a shot at the latest Powerball Jackpot, I purchased two quick picks. No muss no fuss. All this with the convenience of my iPhone, as I sit in my living room. As good as it gets.

Buy tickets without leaving your home!. First of all, this app is legit. When you order your lotto tickets, it’ll send you an email confirmation that you ordered and it will process your ticket. A little while later you will get a scan of your ticket. Then it automatically reads your tickets for you let you know how many numbers you hit etc. If you’re anything like me, I wanted to play some numbers but didn’t want to get up and go to a gas station to buy the numbers. This is the easiest way to get lotto tickets and it actually is playing the lottery. I love the ease of the app. You can load money onto it and do repeating entries, or you could just pay once.

Finally NJ Can’t Play Online. When I was in North Carolina years ago I was shocked to find that you can play the lottery online. It made it so convenient. When I came back home to New Jersey I got used to having to stand in line to play the lottery every week again. This is the best thing in the world. OK maybe I’m being dramatic. So it pisses me off when I would have to run across the street to the local convenience store that sells liquor just to play the lottery. I wish they did a virtual scratch off ‘s. So I’ve been using this app for about 2 years, and I have mixed feelings about it. Although it’s literally easy to use and very convenient in regards to not standing in lines etc, the winning ratio using this app is very slim. I noticed when I physically buy lotto, numbers etc, I usually win something, whereas it’s seeming to me like you have to spend a certain amount, just to win a small amount on this app and I don’t like that. I feel this app needs to add a virtual scratch off section with daily payouts because to keep spending money and not winning anything is a bore, at least give people the incentive to continue to want to use the app because right about now I’m ready to just delete it and continue to go with the regular method.

Great app but.......... First of all, this app really makes buying lottery tickets easy and the 'convenience fee' is well worth it. One thing I did notice a couple of months ago, was that I purchased a winning ticket (I won twenty dollars) and didn't know and was not notified nor was my account credited. So I was casually browsing my tickets I purchased a couple of days later and then I noticed I won some money but was not notified, i then proceeded to contact customer service who then immediately credited my account and gave me an additional ten dollars to my account. The customer service rep blamed 'technical issues' behind my account not being credited. Be careful and check your tickets daily and compare your tickets with the winning numbers. I am sure it was a honest 'mistake'.

When you need help... don’t hold your breath!!!. I was loving this app and then I had an issue and needed help as my account got suspended because I accidentally pressed the fund key multiple times thinking it wasn’t going through a when it actually was going through each time. My bank flagged it and didn’t fund so I put in a new account and it funded fine. Now my account is suspended and I’ve reached out explaining and I get a link to you tube for help! If they had bothered to read the message they would have seen that I needed their assistance! It is almost 2 weeks!! Please I understand being busy and overwhelmed band not being able to respond in your 48 hour window but if you had time to send me a useless link you could have read my message and assisted me. Please I still need help with the account!!!

Horrible customer service and experience. People that run this application do a very very bad job processing tickets before lottery deadline/drawing. However, they will withdrawal your money from your bank account knowing they cannot gets tickets printed before drawing. My situation this past week I had them withdrawal funds from my bank account two hours before drawing and my tickets never got processed or posted in this app. It took hours to create a customer ticket because their systems were overwhelmed. After I was able to create and submit a customer ticket I haven’t heard nothing from this company. So, I’ll write online complaint to the Federal Trade Commission and another to BBB. In fact I visited BBB website and theirs hundreds of complaints about this application. I strongly suggest to buy your lottery ticket at a local store and don’t use this app.

Pretty handy!. This is a handy app. Saves me having to trek out to buy lottery tickets in person when I don’t want to get out. It sends a nice little “cha-ching” mail when I won something. My only complaint is that when I haven’t won it still sends a notice telling me to check an see if I won. This wastes my time because I have to go into the app and open the notice just to clear the notification (those red dots make me nuts). Jackpocket, you guys already know if I won. Please stop wasting my time on losses! I definitely want to know when I win, but to have a loss rubbed in my face is a major bummer!

Awesome but Player Beware!. I love the convenience of this app! It’s so convenient that you must be careful and exercise control when playing thru the app. I find that I spend way more money (that I don’t have) buying tickets thru this app than what I’d spend if this app wasn’t available. Also, you never have to “go” check results due to emails notifying you that you won a prize. I’ve never won more $2, $4 and $8 prizes so regularly before not to mention hitting a Pick 3 twice. Would love to see more zeros in my winnings but wouldn’t we all? Bottom line, I LOVE THIS APP!!! However, if you are irresponsible and can’t control your gambling you shouldn’t mess with this app. The convenience and ease of use will get you hooked.

Scratchers Are Questionable. Recently, Jackpocket switched to digital scratch tickets. In the past. you could order physical scratch tickets that would be sent to your home directly within a few days. With this switch, I have seen my winnings go down, which makes me a little suspect. In a two week period, I purchased $200 in scratch tickets and I only won $40 total. I know every ticket isn’t a winner, but, with physical scratch tickets, I would have definitely had a higher payout rate — typically 33% to 40% back. It appears someone on Jackpocket’s end scratches the ticket for you and then uploads it to your account with a “digital” scratch area reinstated for you to “scratch.” I just hope they have a secure and safe process on their end to ensure it’s all legitimate. In addition, I had a few instances where I was unable to digitally scratch a ticket and the system just automatically revealed “Sorry, not a winner.” Scratching digital tickets is not nearly as fun as physical tickets, especially if you prefer to draw out the process for more anticipation. One swipe of your finger on a digital ticket and you’ve scratched a whole section of the ticket. Scratching a digital ticket can be done in seconds.

Fun & Easy. Love playing the Ohio Lottery, but hate going out before the drawing to play your lucky numbers? Or maybe you forgot to get your ticket after you got fuel. Regardless now you have access to all the Ohio lottery games at your fingertips! So no more waiting in line or hoping your make it to the store before they close. Say your gas money and get that extra ticket to win big… The Jackpot app is awesome and I haven’t bought a ticket at the store since. Well besides for scratch offs. Hopefully they be available here next. It’s easy to use and makes playing the lottery a breeze!

Not bad for a lotto app.. I love the app. But I don’t like the fact they charge you a fee to play . Some other app. Like NC lotto app. Does not charge you and it has all the benefits that this app. Has. The only thing is that the OH app. Does not the same benefits as the NC app. Does. Although I can you this app. In NC I decided not to in that state since the original app. Does not charge you a fee. On the contrary the OH app. From the lotto still far backwards and is not worth the time or it’s place. This why I choose this app. On that particular state because it gives you that freedom to play and choose. The only thing I don’t like is their fees I think is a robbery in plain hindsight.

Deletes reviews.. Don't fall for the overall rating. The developers spend lot of time petitioning Apple to delete truthful reviews in order to inflate their App Store rating. Try it yourself. Leave a 1-star rating. Come back tomorrow and it will be gone. Also, keep in mind, if you do downlaod this app, in addition to having your personal info sold to third parties, you will be bombarded with marketing emails and alerts all day long. You can't opt out of their constant, round-the-clock spam emails and alerts on your phone if you just want to be notified that you've won. It's all or nothing. If you like your personal imfo sold to third parties and just love getting a dozen alerts and emails all day long, trying to get you to play one game or another, then this is the app for you. Go ahead and pay Apple to delete this. I'll write it again tomorrow.

No bad at all. It’s actually a plus. Even Through you might not win all the time but you nevertheless knowing that you a chance to play on your App. Sometimes when your schedule is busy you can’t move like this or that. But you gotta a good chance of putting in your lucky numbers. You have to chances of winning. So I say try your luck. You’ll never know until you take that chance. I’ve been blessed so many times. I’m not complaining whenever I lose. I just try again. I’m cool with this app and be more than happy whenever other States get involved. LET GO!!!!!!

Best Convenience Lottery App. I love this app. Gone are the days of physically going to a store to purchase tickets. I have all of my state’s and national tickets available at the click of a button. Sure, you have to pay a very small fee for the convenience, but it’s worth every penny to not have to stand in line for anything especially when the jackpots are super high. Funding is easy and is is instantly available. Best part is, that you can budget yourself and play smart. You can limit your weekly spending so that you can enable auto play, and make sure you never miss a drawing. Awesome!!
