Ok. So this app is just like drafts kings. I love both of them. However, when I withdrawal from draft kings it takes literally seconds to hit my bank account whereas with golden nugget it takes 12 hours atleast. I understand the first initial withdrawal would take longer but it should not take that long to review it and process it. Anything can be done????

Great new app. I only like to use two other apps. Bet mgm and FanDuel. I have not done a lot on golden nugget yet. But soon as my casino savings is at the right number I’ll use this as my go to. Unsatisfactory. This app has multiple issues. It forever lags while playing a slot machine. Some games never open up. Some games tell you to update the app yet the app is updated to its latest version. Ever since Draft Kings acquired the GN app it has gone south. Better casino apps out there

Don’t play here. I play significantly, and often. This site is glitchy.. Deposit match scam. The deposit match is a scam!! Do not use this site!! Bet mgm or FanDuel or more Legitimate sites. Very rigged. Cheats. Already knows what you are getting on a payout before you even get spins. Game goes out sometimes prior to free spins that auto adds what you would have won. Shut down before bigger win. No win

Company scams. This company allows for playing and taking your money but when it comes time to withdrawals after you win, they immediately decide to freeze and lock your account then after producing all information they request is sent to them. They claim some outrageous ideas which leads to the closing of your account so they don’t have to pay in my case $875. If this would allow for pictures and screenshots to be added to this review I definitely would.

Terrible app. This app is terrible. The win percentage is criminally low. Freezes constantly even while playing and you’re actually winning something for a change. Almost no promotions worth anything. Will never come back. Draft kings sportsbook is way better. I deleted this garbage for good.

Terrible site. This was bad when it was Golden Nugget and it’s even worse now that its Draft Kings. Don’t do high $$ bets because you will rarely get more than a 10x payout, and usually much less, and this of course assumes you win at all. Save your money. You will not win on this site.

Best blackjack, instant withdrawals, no live support. It’s almost identical to DraftKings casino, with fewer games (a lot fewer slots, no Spanish 21, etc.). This and DK are the smoothest functioning casino apps in PA. The blackjack games, especially, are the fastest and fairest you’ll find anywhere. Withdrawals were taking up to 12 hours in their first few weeks, but now they have taken care of that and debit card withdrawals hit my bank account almost instantly. Support is lacking, and no loyalty program, so there’s not really any reason to play Golden Nugget when you could get all the same games and a whole lot more on DraftKings.

locked out for no reason. This app is frustrating! I downloaded it..deposited like maybe $25-$30 bucks at most. Played then decided to upload license to my account for verification & once I did that when I went to log on following day it said my account was LOCKED. I contacted someone through email they said they would look into it and get back to me. That was a month ago. Haven’t heard from anyone & I’ve emailed numerous times. There is absolutely no reason I should be locked out.

Constantly having issues. It’d be nice if this app actually worked HALF the time. Draft kings layout. Like everyone says it has a layout just like draft kings, if you sign up and do everything correctly then you shouldn’t have any issues. You have to turn on your $50 bonus when you deposit and you automatically get the bonus match. As far as withdrawals it only let me withdraw on PayPal or by check. I was kinda worried because PayPal has never taken a payment from any of my other casino apps but this went through the next day no problem. They only check and deposit withdrawals between 9am -5 pm Monday through Friday or Saturday not %100 sure but don’t expect a withdrawal to hit your account on Sunday not a big deal though. I also had to contact customer support and they got back to me the next day no problem, I think as time goes on the app will only be more successful and accessible.

Horrible, locks account soon as you win. Had my account for less than 2 days. Off my $5 deposit and the sign up bonus I won around $200 and they immediately locked my account saying I had another account which I did not. Uploaded requested documents until they wanted a bank statement for a bank account that isn’t mine which makes it impossible to upload it so therefore account locked for good with money still in it. Luckily I was able to get a couples dollars out the first day but still a very horrible experience.

Disappointed in PA. Signed up for the match deposit. Deposited 75$ got 75$ bonus. That’s 150$ . Was so excited thought wow I’ll get to play for awhile. Terrible. Giving a 1 star review is an insult to the star itself. I’ve been a DK customer 6 years. I received a link via DK to sign up, so I signed up however it signed me up with a different email that’s on my phone causing a mix up between my account and my deceased uncles account. They didn’t flag it though, they let me deposit wager and win. I won $200. Once I went to withdrawal they locked my account for “operating 2 accounts”. I then uploaded the necessary documents and got my account unlocked. I was smart enough to know that if they didn’t change the email to the one matching my DK it would lock again so I reached out 8 times trying to get them to change my email, no luck. So I went ahead and tried to withdrawal and they locked it again. Now they have changed my email but made me uploaded 3 forms of identification to be verified. I’ve been waiting 6 days since that & 11 days in total and still no update on my account being unlocked. I’d say stick to Draftkings or better yet Fanduel.

Restriced. They took my money with out any problems, but as soon as I went to withdraw they locked me out. I have been in contact with them but they are so flaky and one person will try to help then they cant do anything. I sent my bank accounts in but they said I have to send a credit card statement in. I used my DEBIT card which they are saying I have to send in saying they need to verify the card in linked to that bank account, I looked everywhere and they do not accept screenshots providing proof so I have $268 sitting in their account that I can not get out. Do not use this app! Maybe once they imporve their customer service it will be better but as of now you have to request a call or wait for an email. Which I have requested calls for two weeks no one will call! I wish I could screenshot and submit what they have said to me you would laugh at how idiotic their support team is.

Impossible to talk to customer service. I currently have about $400 in my account in winnings that I’m trying to withdraw. I’m on day 7 and still haven’t received it, as well as be able to access my account. I provided the documents they requested upon withdrawing for identy verification the same day they asked for it. You can only speak with customer support reps via email, and they take forever to respond. On top of that, when they do finally get back to me, they’re giving me the run around. if I am not able to access my account by the end of this weekend I am filing a complaint with the PA gaming control board.

Account restricted. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT HERE. Shortly after my withdrawal request I was no longer able to login to my account and it says it is restricted. I submitted the requested documents for verification purposes right away. It has been several weeks and my account is still locked and I still have not received the money I tried to withdraw. There is no customer service that you could speak to over the phone or a live chat function. It’s always a different “person” when you email them and they say the same thing: “we are still waiting for your account to be verified…” Why let someone deposit money, play, and request a withdrawal before “verifying” their account? They flat out stole my money. I was playing without any problems but as soon as I went to withdraw my $2,525 I won a box popped up on the screen and said my account was restricted. Customer service which is almost non existent told me I violated their generic terms of service and my account was closed and they would not let me with draw the money I won. Locked Money in Account. I opted into the deposit match promotion and deposited the maximum. Rather than playing through my cash, I decided I would withdraw my money. However, my money was locked in my account with no way to forfeit the bonus and withdraw my cash. It took five days of chatting with “support” via email since there is no over the phone support for Pennsylvania. I was told to do the same thing several times and I did not have access to an option to forfeit this bonus to retrieve my money. Highly recommend not opting into this bonus for this reason along with the fact you have to wager 10x your initial deposit as well as the bonus money. Not random. This is not random. I’ve played blackjack for 40 years. With the dealer showing 12 thru 16, it only busted 4 out of 34 times. With me showing 12-16, I busted 42 out of 54 times. Yeah. I was dealt bust hands 54 times. This drew to 21 on 28 hands. No way. Stay away
