Impossible to talk to customer service. I currently have about $400 in my account in winnings that I’m trying to withdraw. I’m on day 7 and still haven’t received it, as well as be able to access my account. I provided the documents they requested upon withdrawing for identy verification the same day they asked for it. You can only speak with customer support reps via email, and they take forever to respond. On top of that, when they do finally get back to me, they’re giving me the run around. if I am not able to access my account by the end of this weekend I am filing a complaint with the PA gaming control board.

Not enough Baccarat Variety.. Can we have more/different live dealer baccarat modes or just multiple tables in general with multi-bet table selections. It would be greatly appreciated. Locked Money in Account. I opted into the deposit match promotion and deposited the maximum. Rather than playing through my cash, I decided I would withdraw my money. However, my money was locked in my account with no way to forfeit the bonus and withdraw my cash. It took five days of chatting with “support” via email since there is no over the phone support for Pennsylvania. I was told to do the same thing several times and I did not have access to an option to forfeit this bonus to retrieve my money. Highly recommend not opting into this bonus for this reason along with the fact you have to wager 10x your initial deposit as well as the bonus money. (If you deposit 1k you have to wager 20k to unlock any sort of money)

Absolutely not the one.. 0 customer support in game. Extremely laggy and not optimized games. My cousin was scammed using this app. The app currently has a bonus. Deposit 7 bucks you get 77 in credits worth of dollars. I personally did this & won more than 150 bucks on free play to cash out. Don’t ignore the reviews 2025. The company is like a Cartel. They don’t care about customers. Horrible, locks account soon as you win. Had my account for less than 2 days. Off my $5 deposit and the sign up bonus I won around $200 and they immediately locked my account saying I had another account which I did not. BEWARE!!They take more $ than what your actual wager is.. They are literally stealing! When I wager .25 they take either .50 to .60 instead of the .25 cents originally wagered. I don’t get it. Was my favorite casino app until I had a small win. This was my favorite casino app for a long time. I never won anything big or even close to what most of my friends were and are continuing to win. Restriced. They took my money with out any problems, but as soon as I went to withdraw they locked me out. locked out for no reason. This app is frustrating! I downloaded it..deposited like maybe $25-$30 bucks at most. Played then decided to upload license to my account for verification & once I did that when I went to log on following day it said my account was LOCKED. I contacted someone through email they said they would look into it and get back to me. That was a month ago. Haven’t heard from anyone & I’ve emailed numerous times. Wheel of fortune triple extreme. The way this game is 100% rigged to just completely stop and payout zero or negative dozens upon dozens of times in a row is just insanely awful. And the triple wheels you work and pay so much for so long to get to are also so rigged it’s insulting. I can predict the tiny numbers each wheel will hit nearly every single time. Account restricted. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT HERE. Shortly after my withdrawal request I was no longer able to login to my account and it says it is restricted. I submitted the requested documents for verification purposes right away. It has been several weeks and my account is still locked and I still have not received the money I tried to withdraw. There is no customer service that you could speak to over the phone or a live chat function. Ridiculous Bonuses. I really wanted to like this casino app. The bonus requirements and amounts are ridiculous. For example, play $7500 on slots and get $25! And deposit matches require a 10 or 20 x play though. I made VIP and was excited about that. My host reached out and asked questions about my interests and what I liked for slots. Then two days later she went on vacation. I got one message a week after she returned and then nothing. I deleted the app today. I just find that the rewards are too minimal. They flat out stole my money. I was playing without any problems but as soon as I went to withdraw my $2,525 I won a box popped up on the screen and said my account was restricted. Customer service which is almost non existent told me I violated their generic terms of service and my account was closed and they would not let me with draw the money I won.
