Perfect. Short and sweet. Love the different stretching exercises. It doesn't take long and I feel better.

Amazing. This is probably my most important fitness app. I've been consistently using this app for my post run stretching and I haven't had one injury since I started a yr ago. Before using this app I had 2-3 injuries pr year.

Good, but two small fixes needed.... Love the stretching routines. Very manageable. Love doing 2 a day, sometimes 3. Now three fixes: One, after I finish one routine and go to the next I am previewed with a particular routine...looks good, but when I shut the app down and open it the next day, the routine I previewed the previous day has changed. I wish it would be consistent. Two, make it so we can entire more than one playlist. Right now I can't seem to make separate playlists. Not a deal breaker, but would love the added convenience. Oh, and make the BPMs function optional. When I do a workout it limits what songs I can load so I never load a playlist. Can I make customized routines using the database of stretches? If not, that would be great. All that said, again love the routines. Great for that quickie to squeeze into tight timelines. Peace

Very useful, love it!. The stretches aren't new to me, but having this app to guide me through a series of stretches makes me accountable after my running so I won't skip it. Love it!!!

Love the exercises. I love not having to put together my own routine and the day-to- day variety in them. The illustrated explanation of each exercise is superb and increases its effectiveness. I only wish the model was performing the exercise exactly as described. For example, if the narration says, "Bend your right leg," the model would bend her right, and not her left, leg. The navigation is a little tricky. Who would have guessed that the routines are hidden in with the profiles?

Really well done, even for well practiced stretchers. I was a little skeptical- I know how to stretch. But, it is a great little app with diverse combinations of stretches, gently narrated and will take you through a short list after a workout or run. Worth the $$

Good stretches. Use these stretches after every run. Good variety of stretches. Not the same old same old after running.

Well done. Best stretch programs I've seen. Plenty of different options of what and where you want to stretch. I had a pinch nerve in my lower back. And with the Lower Back Rehabilitation Stretch, it has helped place and loosen up tight muscles. I have stuck with this program since then.

Awesome Stretching App. I’ve been using this app for over a year and I love it! I like that you can pick different options based on how your body feels. I couldn’t live without it. When I’ve had trouble with the app, the tech team is there to help. Definitely worth the investment.

Another Lolo hit!. I use a lot of Lolo apps, and they're all great! I recently started running, and didn't think stretching was really necessary, until I injured my ankle. Lolo to the rescue! This app have before and after stretches for running, as well as a separate leg stretching routine. What I love about Lolo apps is that they're completely customizable. You pick your fitness level, tell the app what equipment you have on hand. And, in this app, pick which routine you want to do. The stretches change with each workout, so you (and your muscles) don't get bored.

Great results. Really helped rehab and strengthen my lower back.

Cannot modify rest time in between stretches. The app is good in general, with exception of a few flaws well documented in other reviews (cannot customize a complete routine, cannot pick up a particular stretch routine on the "day" progression you last completed, routine re- randomizes if you navigate away and return, etc). The thing that bothers me most is the 10 seconds of down time between each stretch. When I first downloaded the app I could customize it to decrease wasted time between stretches, but though the option still appears to exist, it no longer works. The stretches, instructions, demonstrations, and voice guidance are all excellent.

Really Helped Back. I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years now. I find the exercises intuitive, easy to complete, and well thought out. There’s a good mix of standing and sitting exercises so you have chances to rest and don’t get completely tired out by some of the resistance stretches. I have chronic back pain from being overweight. These exercises help reduce that back pain while also burning up to 100 cal per session. The timer on each of the exercises also helps keep me honest so I’m not rushing through the exercises. Generally speaking after doing these exercises for a few days my back pain subsides and remains away for a few days, even if I don’t continue to exercise. My only criticism is that some of the exercises are difficult to understand because the visuals are lacking. If there was a camera that rotated around the model it would make these exercises easier to interpret.

Another password to forget… nope.. Just purchased. Deleting immediately. I will not create an account for something without trying it out first. Get bent.

Can't Build Custom Routine. I'm looking for a stretching program that lets me build a stretch routine based on my personal needs. I tried these four apps below, that receive high marks on the App Store, but each limitations. Maybe the 4 can work together to create a killer app. 1. Virtual Trainer Stretch: Best of the four because it allows you to select any stretch from a home screen and they use a real person in the images. There are 60 stretches, which may meet your needs but most of the stretches recommended by my physical therapist aren't in their library. 2. Performance Stretching: Great images and appears to have a large library but the only way to access the stretches is to use their pre-canned routines, which don't suit me (never understood why exercise apps feel they need to build routines for us). There's no way to build your own stretch routine. 3. Select Stretch Trainer: Allows you to build a stretch routine, but they use poorly animated characters. Also, no way to know how large their libraray is because you can only access by selecting a muscle group first. 4. Start Stretching: Incredibly basic...only 9 stretches and they use animated characters

Great stretching options. Stretching & Strengthening options to meet your changing physical and Training needs. Well worth the investment.

Multiple stretch routines…but.... I downloaded this app because I was looking for stretching routines for multiple types of activities. I found this app and instantly thought that this was exactly what I was looking for, and it is. Except for one thing that I hope they fix. The way it keeps track of doing multiple programs, it seems that the history shows you what stretch routines you did. Only problem is, I find myself having to manually go into profile to change which routine I want to do. I think that's a tedious thing that I shouldn't have to do every time I want to stretch for a certain activity. When I do my gorilla workouts, my daily stretch, my foam roller stretch, & my running stretch routines, I have to manually go to history to see where I left off, then go to profile to change the routine I want to do. Aside from that, I like the app because I can follow these routines that's set, instead of having to decide which one online works for me.

It’s a great app, but there’s room for improvement.. I agree with some of the other reviews. It would be nice to be able to move the exercises around so you’re not standing, then on the ground, then standing, etc.

Great app but not at 100%. This my second time using the app and I do really like it but I do have some feedback. I think the app needs a bit more fluidity throughout because it looks like it isn’t updated. Also the visuals could be a little more explained or shown while doing them. Another thing is it should be explained if some of the stretches are using a wall. The person shown stretching stuck his hand on an imaginary wall but I wasn’t really sure if they were using a wall or not. Last thing is when using a third party app for music the stretching app just has a couple low beeps for the amount of time left on a stretch. Great app and I’ll still be using it everyday probably.

Great app - does what it says. I've used it for a couple years. Functions as it should.

Great direction. Super app. Lolo gives direction and variety to my pre-run warm up. Very effective, actively working a variety of muscle groups. Ver positive, too, like more people ought to be! I have only used the pre-run warmup module, and I love it.

A perfect app and a lame app at the same time. This is in many ways the best stretching app. It’s buy once, use forever, no subscriptions, it has good exercises, flexible choices in exercise selection, nice videos, produces new random stretching sequences, and someone with a chipper voice to talk you through them. The problems: You can only get the instruction on doing exercises before you start, why can’t you have them play in the rest gap between exercises or on request? The app hasn’t been updated to be an iPad app (though works okay using the last decade 2x trick in general). The main routine works fine in landscape mode, but the initial screen to get you started ONLY works in portrait. 2020 review update: Still use this app regularly, still waiting for the app update ... it’s been a few years....

I love it but.... I wish there was a preview before each exercise so you don't have to keep going back to see how the exercise is done. Also, I wish the videos that demonstrate the moves were more detailed on how to do each exercise. I feel it's rushed through which makes some of them highly confusing to follow. If there was a text step by step that would also be helpful along with tips on correcting form and what not to do. Add those changes and it would definitely be a 5 star app (:

L❤️VE LOLO‼️. My all time fave exercise apps.

Good variety, sometimes confusing. I use this app at the end of every workout. I like the variety of stretches which can be done in almost ant setting. However, a stretch or two has the exact same animation but it's called something else. And also some stretches are kind if hard to figure out, I had to look them up online. Other than those things it works solidly and feels good.

Perfect Stretch App. I’m really glad I downloaded this app. I have neck and back pain from an old car accident, and doing these stretch routines are awesome therapy. There’s so many options for choosing body parts and when I’m short on time the quick 7 minute routines do the trick. I highly recommend.

Flawed App. The app does not flow well when used. You can’t adjust intervals between stretches. Explanations of stretches are poor and even though there is too much time between exercises, the examples don’t start until the time begins.

Great!. Good app to use for stretching at home.

Perfect for on the go. The app is perfect for on the go and away from home. My lower backs gets tight from me sitting and traveling for work. My lower back doesn’t bother me as long as I do the lower back stretches.

Great app. I love the app, it has really showed me the importance of stretching. Good variety of exercises and the length of each session is great. A couple things to be a five star app. First, keep track of the day I'm on for each workout, now I have to check history to figure it out. Second, show a count down timer. Finally, give a preview of the next exercise during the rest period. Keep up the great work!

Love this app!. Stretching is something that I have never been good at and as I have gotten older, it's definitely something that I needed to do more of. This app is great because I love the idea of devoting 15 minutes or so to stretching the entire body. I love that you can also customize it to specific areas of the body and there is even a routine for the foam roller. Although some of the stretches can be challenging, I enjoy my routines and aspire to do them regularly.

Works for me. Doing Ease into 5k and preferred this app to help with before and after stretches. Would get 5 stars if I could switch modes more easily between warm up and cool down programs.

Good for me as a clueless stretcher. I purchased this app because I knew stretching was important but I didn't know anything beyond a few basic stretches. Lacking a routine and a coach for that matter, I'd bumble my way through a warmup halfheartedly. With this app, I have a pre-made series of warmup a as well as a timer in the form of a motivational and sometimes humorous coach. There are a range of preselected routines from leg stretches to upper body and running warmup to cool down stretches. Within each of these routines, you have the ability to swap out stretches that work the same muscle groups if you get bored. However it does seem limited for a more experienced person. You cannot select stretches a la carte. Furthermore, each time I start the app, I have to login to sync my workouts. What's worse is that I have to scroll the list for example if I am on day 16 of a particular routine, I have to tap the forward arrow 15 times to get there. This app should allow a permanent login feature and offer an easier access to the various routines. A frequently used routine tab would be great and even better, it should display the next workout so we don't have to search through to find the set we are on. Overall, good app to keep you focused and not stumble through your workout. Great for beginners. Maybe even for experienced people too though I'm not there yet. Needs a little tweaking as I mentioned. Then I can up my rating.

Best customizable "Stretch App" I've tried!. 15 min. A Day with this app will change your Physical Life! Wow! I am blown away at the efficiency of this app... from beginner, to intermediate, to advanced, this app has it all and is one of the most professionally produced apps on the market! This is perhaps one of the cheapest investments in your fitness and is guaranteed to have a HUGE ROI when used!

Excellent training coach.... I'm a long distance runner (1/2 to full marathons) and was looking for an app to help me increase my flexibility during the cold winter months. This is it! The stretches are easy to understand. I love being able to wear my coach on my arm for reference for new stretches. It's so well written, I'm thinking of trying one of their running training apps for my next race. There is just one thing which keeps me from giving it a full 5-stars. The customization feature only allows you to swap on stretch for another. You can't add an additional, nor can you build & save a completely custom routine.

Locks up, can’t play my own music. The app became unresponsive shortly after first use began. I can’t continue to play my own music through the Music app - this app takes over the audio. And I can’t add protected tracks to it anyway. Looks like it could have been good for stretching, but too frustrating to continue right after buying it. Will be asking for a refund.

Love it!. My husband told me about this app. Now I use it before working out and I just simply love it!

Almost perfect. As a marathoner, I find the post-run stretch routine perfect. I would give this 5 stars except for a couple of issues: once I got past day 70, the app refused to automatically progress to the next day's workout. I have to tap A LOT to get to the correct workout day now. Second, the foam roller workout is way too long and way too painful. They need a shorter foam roller session that's only 10 minutes, such as a runner's leg roller session. I can't afford 30 minutes just rolling. Third, and issue #2 would go away--need a way to pick and choose stretches for a custom program!! Fourth: I really wish the screen had a countdown timer thought and not just counting down at the start.

Disappointed. I am very disappointed with this app, totally not what I expected to get. The pics look great but what you actually get is not so great. They don't explain any of the exercises, 2s showing what to do and they the video seems to freeze, kind of weird. They are much better free apps out there.

Love all the Lolos. I use the 10K training and stretching apps primarily and love them. It has really changed my approach to daily fitness in a very positive way.

Wish exercises could be switched in order. I wish I could drag and drop exercises in different order. It is kind of annoying to be laying doe and then have to stand up to then get back on the floor. Not all standing exercises have a floor alternative. That makes sense. I just wish I could do all my floor exercises and the do the standing ones and viceversa. Love the app and with option to switch between different exercises, it adds variety.

Easy to use & well set up. The key to success for any app is whether or not you keep using it. I continue to use this stretching app and I've had it for year. The only quibble I have is that it's occasionally tricky to determine if I've got the form right as the model demos the poses pretty quickly. That said, the levels of exercise are appropriate, the choices are great and I appreciate being able to follow a series of exercises built for improvement rather than creating my own set(s). I use this in conjunction with the Lolo Run5K/10K apps of Jeff Galloway's and feel confident I am following good exercise programs that work.

Great little app. I've tried so many stretching routines but they all go on for so long that I never manage to keep them up. This one is short but really good - feels good afterwards and I recognise all the stretches my Physio has been recommending I do for a long time. I'm now on ski holidays and doing them with my family after a hard day's skiing. We all feel better and ready for the next day.

Fantastic way to stretch. This is a perfect APP to help me do a full range of stretches. As mentioned by another reviewer, I also would love to see longer video of the actual stretch as the current ones don't show a full stretch only a partial. I also find the user interface ie trying to find new routines, not that easy to find. As I have to select the PROFILE button to find a new stretching workout, whereas the WORKOUT button only shows the current (or last) session done. I would prefer to have all routine info under the WORKOUT option. Minor suggestions, but it would (in my opinion) improve the APP.

Lacks detial. Foam roller stretch was useless. Needs either a video demonstration or written instructions.

So versatile!. I love that I can use this app for a range of different warm ups and cool downs and different muscle groups or just a general full body stretch. Whatever I need.

Complete workout. I use this app almost everyday. Well designed app, allowing for a variety work workouts. Minor issue to address; the app moves between portrait and landscape but can't be set for one or the other.

Great app for stretching. I am 37 years old, and I was feeling that my body has become stiff as I got older, this app has helped me slowly get my flexibility back and feel better.

Easy to use. I use this app for post running stretches and have done so for years. I love the video component that shows u how to do the stretches properly. Great way to stretch.

Get this and use it!. Great selection of stretches. Fantastic daily workouts. Only issue is that if you do 2 sets in a day it marks them as separate days. Still the best stretching App I have found

Impressive range of stretching sequences. Impressive range of stretching sequences. Main gripe is that the demonstrations are too short. Foam roller workout for instance has no more than half a cycle of demonstration. It shows someone rolling over the foam roller in one direction but them not back to their starting position. So the first 2 seconds of the 30 second section is video, and the remaining 28 is a still image. Why not complete the full sequence of 4 seconds (back and forth) and then work out a mechanism to loop it. It somewhat detracts from the experience when airplay mirroring to an Apple TV to just see a static still of the person halfway through the stretch for 28 out of 30 seconds.

Best App!!. Finally an app that's NOT Yoga!! This app has tiny videos so that you know you are doing it correctly. It has a countdown from 20 seconds to be sure you're holding the stretch long enough. Also the stretch videos go automatically in order so you can do the stretches one after the next. You can also create your own playlists of stretches so that if one type of stretch is off limits (like if you have an injury) you can choose another type of stretch that will help the same area. It also gives you a new set of stretches per day. Usually lasting about 6 min altogether.

Great app ,complements all my other fitness apps. It's great to just get a warm up and cool down on the fly

Great job, Lolo!. Yeah, I love this app. I've never been a great post workout stretcher, but now I absolutely am. Great improvement allowing me to Spotify in the background. And it used to be a real problem with music vs instruction volume, but that seems to have been ironed out. Changed what might have been a 3 or a 4 rating to a solid 5. A bonus would be allowing you to change to an alternate form of a particular stretch during the sequence, rather than just before... But that's hardly a necessity. Great job, Lolo!

Really good!. As many people I don't enjoy stretching or taking the time to stretch. This app makes it very easy. You just need to setup what you want and follow the voice and music or just the images.

Easy to follow. I really like this app and gave been using it on a regular basis. The stretch sequences are well put together. It would be even better if the narrator could confirm the right position for the stretch.

Ok app. It’s a decent app with a good selection of exercises; though I wish I could manually create my own programs. But that’s not the biggest issue. My biggest gripe is the music playback function. It sucks balls...big time. Most apps will be able to seamlessly integrate music playback but not this one. Here you have to manually add your songs to a playlist within the app. Oh, and this app does not work with streaming music apps such as Spotify and Apple Music. FAIL.

BEST STRETCHING APP. This is by far the BEST stretching iOS app currently available - straightforward layout, easy interface and good level of personalized customization.

The reset page is sketchy - likely recording all password attempts. Now I’m off to change any duplicates since I do not trust this. Tried to email them. Got a totally unrelated bot response. Not. One annoying bug. I love the app, but this and all my other Lolo apps fail to remember what day I last did. They keep resetting to the same day, despite the workouts being logged under History. So every day I have to scroll forward to the right workout. Fix that and it's a pretty darn fine app.

Perfect stretching app. I needed something to quickly guide me through stretches to add to my running, lifting and yoga and this is perfect. No thinking. Just stretching.

Love it!!. This app is awesome. It gives me just the motivation I need! It helps me keep a routine and it graduates daily with you... You can even listen to your own music in the background.

Love my Lolo apps but..... When will you have updates? After the last iTunes update, none of my Lolo apps save my last setting anymore. There are also some other kind of buggy things about the apps that weren't there prior to the update. Patiently waiting...

Great app. Love it but I wish it had a visible timer for the stretches and it would be nice if each stretch was held for 30 seconds and 3 times per side.

Everyone should have... Pick your level and body area focus. Start you session with an expectation of how long your committing to yourself and follow the time settings. Mini tutorials on how to complete the stretch are simple and descriptive. It doesnt get any easier

My muscles love this app!. This is awesome because it keeps count so I can focus on my stretching and it has lots of different stretches targeted to the area of muscles I need.

Totally worth it!. I'm usually skeptical to spend money on apps, but this one is totally worth the price! You can listen to your own music, or music from any platform (pandora, etc) through the app, and it keeps playing in the background when the "instructor" is talking.

Another great LOLO App. I have been doing some vigorous exercise, which has been leaving my back stiff. Doing some stretching shortly after a workout makes my body feel good. If your wondering, these guys know their exercise science, so you will be getting a well thought out state-of-art workout when you use their apps.

Nice range of stretches. Nice app that covers a lot of different stretches for the price. I like the instructional videos too. I would like to see a quicker way to change between the types of programs though.

Very helpful. I did the pre run stretch. I was immediately able to increase my run time without any additional effort. During the post-run stretching, I agree with someone else who wanted a description of stretches. I couldn't tell if I was doing some of them correctly or where I should feel the stretch.

Not bad but descriptions missing. The app is not bad and I do like the guided workouts and routines. I'm not an expert on stretching so it was a bit disappointing that none of the stretches have descriptions. You can't always tell how to do them properly from the clips.

Was working great, but now it stinks.. I have been using this app for a few years now, and have always loved it. However now, it is not working at all, the video freezes up the instant I start, no sound, except for a buzzing noise when I start up the app. It's a shame, it is a great app when it works

Good stretch in 20 minutes. Most full routines are 20 minutes. Customized routine to need and available equipment. Terrific supplement to any workout or as a standalone stretching program. Videos of each action are very helpful.

Lack of updates. Stretching for everyone from beginners to advanced athlets. Would be great if they patch it. Everytime I have to scroll exercise to get one I need, very difficult to set default playlist, everytime need to set exercise... Last update almost 2 years ago....

Makes stretching easy. It's so easy to skip stretching at the end of runs, but with this app, I just press play and it keeps me on track. It times each stretch and prompts you when it's time to move on. It also has a good variety of stretches and pre-built stretching programs. Been using it for 6 months- love it!

Great app. I really enjoy the Lolo series. I have a running app along with various exercise apps. The thing that bugs me is that I doubt it takes anyone 10 seconds to get into the next position. 10 seconds isn't much unless you are sitting around waiting to start something. Then to wait in between each stretch gets old. 5 seconds is more than sufficient.

great app for everyday!. I use this app every morning for a wake up stretch (using the sport warm up) and I use it after every work out for an awesome cool down! the only thing I would like is the ability to adjust the time - sometimes I only have <5 mins to stretch after a work out.

Perfect warmup and helps with muscle ache. Must get this! It goes well with my class I take at the YMCA! It's nice for morning wake up really gets your blood flowing!

Great app to help workout. Got this app to get some exercise routines to help with my bad lower back and sciatica problems. So far it's been great and feeling better already.

Super helpful.. Had no idea how many flexes there were out there that can help my running and my cycling. Only wishing that during the 10-sec countdown screen they would give you a longer example to understand how to correctly get into the pose.

Worth it. If Lolo would make all their apps accessible from one app that would make them so much more user friendly. And they should all sync with MyFitnessPal. 5 star on all I have if they would do that.

Less spam, more user control. How did you manage to make stretching so complicated? Let me pick some stretches. Don't force me into a multi day categorized workout. You don't need my age, weight, height, etc. to let me stretch. I bought the app, so let me stretch without spending several minutes providing you with info to spam me.

Great app. I love this app. I use it on a regular basis and my body does not hurt after working out and tennis matches. The music that plays along while you stretch is a bonus.

Best Stretching App So Far. I've gone through about half a dozen of the best ranked app on the store and for me this is the best one so far. It's like having a personal trainer in the room with you and there are plenty of routines for everyone and all levels.

Great for beginners!. I hate exercise-- but know I should do some. This is quick, easy, and motivating and I feel like I've done something nice for my body.

The end of back pain. This app takes less than 8 minutes per day and has already erased months of chronic low back pain. Highly recommended if you need some motivation to do what you know you should be doing.
