Overdized me

Spinning App  Overdized me  1 star

I can never open My Account or Personal Trainer in the morning about 5:30. The app just spins. Also, it would be good to have some suggested recipes for healthy lifestyles.

Nothing seems to work  snowboardbalt  1 star

Many times the loader just spins and freeze the app. Can’t check account, send guest passes, or check messages in the app

Full Fitz

Barcode Activation Still Not Working  Full Fitz  1 star

Says I need to go to a facility to activate. No one there understands why. Not very convenient. Please fix. Interface is cluttered and confusing to use.

Needs work  Pretzels.exe  3 star

There should be a home page that automatically displays your normal gym hours and class schedule. How often does one really need to look up another gym location? Most open the app to view sign in or view the class schedule. So why not make that front and center?

Not a fan of this app  Andy7454412  1 star

Can’t figure out how to create a favorite club Why do I have to go to the website to see average usage at my club and real-time video? Seems the only thing the app is good for is checking in.

Cancel membership  mmm436  2 star

At first the app was fine but now I cannot cancel my membership. I have already sent an email and no one has gotten back with me. I have also tried logging in on their website but it will not let me.

GPS -- not fixed  HPDrury  2 star

The main reason why I had this app was to find nearby clubs and now it can't even do that. It still defaults to CA clubs. Fairly clunky app. Literally only use it for the key tag now. Meh.

The best app for someone who has a personal trainer.  flash1232004  5 star

All I have to do is look at my trainers schedule and press a button. I can schedule my training for the next week or two and I’m set. Very motivating and a very product and most of all easy way to get to my session and feel better every day. Thanks la Fittness

Nice app  Jsfavis  4 star

I use the app to reserve trainers. It is straight forward and easy to use. I also like to look for classes. There are several LAFs in my area and a map pops up to choose a gym location. Although that is a nice feature, it would be better is the first choice defaulted to the members associates gym. I like the class descriptions and the exercise explanations on the app. They are helpful and an appropriate length so as to not overwhelm the listener:)

I don’t know which one is close  Jay-81  3 star

could you please Repair the GPS Location in chicago??

Simple is best  hmtz333  1 star

Both the website and the app are wordy and complicated. I can’t register in the app because it asks me to “enter the first 5 digits of the account used for...” and then the text truncates. Could you not simplify the text? Could you not add a second line and wrap the text. There are classes listed on the website that don’t show up in the app. The website has 3 different schedules for three types of classes and in the same level menu they have three more links to sign up for each different type of class. Burn it and start again.

LA Fitness App  Ritchrock1775  3 star

Getting better, but needs a lots of work. This is probably do to the disconnection from clubs and corporate. Furthermore, app freezes up constantly!

Horrible.  TylerTheBae  1 star

Just got the app and I made my account. Went back on the app 10 min. Later and I was logged out, I went to do the pin and I put it in then it loads and goes back to the front screen to login again. So I hit forgot pin so I can log in the normal way with just normal username and password and when I type it in and hit login it says “Error try again later” And I am typing in the correct info... the app is junk

Jumbled Text  Veganduo  1 star

When I open up anything besides my membership card all the text info is on top of each other. I can’t read the info ☹️

So many issues...  Electronicchild  2 star

If all you want is to check in via your phone, this works...sometimes. Over the past week there were two days where my checkin did not appear on my calendar of visits and it shows I did not attend the gym, so it’s hit or miss for even this basic function. - the user interface is convoluted and unnecessarily difficult - searching for your location is a laborious process (clicking into a map, zooming in, trying not to tap on your own location icon if you happen to be at the gym while doing this) - you cannot see your gym’s hours of operation for the week, only for that day - it’s ugly (I am a designer, so this might not bother you) and looks like it was designed by engineers who just had a list of features that needed to be coded Again, if all you want is to not carry a card, this can work, but it’s not consistent even for that function, so don’t expect much.

Simple.  Lougainzz  3 star

Would be nice to have a “Log” feature somewhere within the app.

Find a Club  kdjdjdjdn  1 star

This app has always defaulted to listing clubs in Southern California. Supposedly the latest update fixed that... but no! I travel all over the country for work and it’s become increasingly painful to search for clubs. At least it used to have a map view that made it easier to navigate to whatever state I was in but it appears they took that away too (not sure why??). Basically, it’s a pain in the butt.

We need an option to review instructors  AmyGimps  3 star

This app is pretty good but it would be great if there was an option to review class instructors. It could help instructors improve their classes. It’s always a bummer when I try out a new class, arrive, and realize I’m one of only 3 attendees and the instructor is lack luster or unskilled. I’d love to be able to review my faves and give constructive feedback!
